I highly recommend Computer Mechanix - Cliff is awesome! I brought my Apple iPad Pro to Computer Mechanix last week as it quit working. I thought it needed a new battery. However Cliff examined it and due to his knowledge regarding iPads, he advised me that a battery would not fix the problem and indicated that the “motherboard” (I’m not sure of terminology) would need to be replaced and he advised to get a new iPad. I discussed with Cliff if he could set up the new iPad and also wipe out and upgrade my laptop. I then went to the AT&T store and ordered the new iPad which came the next day. Cliff set up my new iPad and then uploaded all my data from iCloud as my old computer was inoperable. Cliff is very honest, patient with my questions explaining my options and does not talk tech! I am very pleased in finding a computer store and especially Cliff for all of my computer issues!

Alex and Kevin were excellent PAC workers in removing and replacing my hot water heater in very tight quarters. They were both professing, knowledgeable and efficient. We discovered a Yellow Jacket wasp nest just above the back door to our house. After checking a few different pest control companies I decided to call Axiom Pest Management. I called in the morning and by mid afternoon their technician arrived. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Within a very short time he had treated the nest and filled any possible access to the nest. I found the technician to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will not hesitate to utilize their services again and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a professional pest control service.

You know, I actually can't remember the last time I went into a store and everyone I came into contact with was just exceptional. I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Floor and Decor sets the standard other stores should strive for. I'm a fan!!!!!!!

Everyone was very nice and thorough.Haley H had religious music playing in her room.She brought up god to me and I told her I was agnostic.She spent at least 15 minutes talking about god and pushing her beliefs on me. She asked me if we could pray together and I told her no,I was there for an eye exam.Her colleague came to the room wondering what was taking so long. She made me feel very uncomfortable and the whole experience was unnecessary and uncalled for. I'm 69 and I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I was flabbergasted. She should keep her beliefs to herself and do her job.
