Wonderful experience. Dead Sea float was so interesting as a first timer and thoroughly enjoyed it! The deep tissue massage was pefect. Kelsey found tension in my muscles I didn’t know was there and worked out a knot in my shoulder that’s been there for weeks! Could not recommend more!
Dr Talati is compassionate and truly committed to her profession. She listens to my concerns, gives me the best possible advice and really makes me feel that she cares for my wellbeing. Excellent job. There was extreme care detail taken when working on my vehicle. Unfortunately there was mold found right after it was purchased from the Dealership and Will took his time to communicate with me the status of the truck but what needed to be done. Highly recommend!!

I’m not lying when I say my hair is very thick, but Tammy managed to work on my black hair and turn it to a beautiful hazel / ash colored highlights.. as someone who had serious allergic reactions to hair dye, she was very cautious in handling the overall process. I’m very pleased with the results and def recommend you to pay her a visit and lock your appointment !

I meant to post this months ago and keep forgetting but I visited Anna Jean Salon last summer and had the best experience! I messaged the salon on instagram and let them know I was wanting to get bangs cut and they were able to fit me in with a stylist that same week! Alyssa cut my bangs and I was and am still obsessed with them! She was so professional and sweet and made me feel like we were a team deciding what was best for my hair! I don’t live in the area anymore so can’t go back to the salon but so wish I could! The decor in the place was super cute and the music was fun! Had the most relaxing haircut experience ever and was so excited by the result!

I have a few problem areas and she still executed my hair perfectly. I love that it is not heavy as I have fine hair. I will definitely be back. If you’re thinking about booking just do it. The hardest part about finding a good barber is consistency, I found Dapper Street via Reddit about 18 months ago and I’ve been using them since. The consistency of the barbers here is incredible, you can tell they maintain a culture of consistency which is why I’ve made an avid point to book an appointment with the entire staff over time. Often times the barber I started off with originally will be booked two weeks out (because Dapper Street is that good) so I will cycle through the Barbers and if I’m lucky to get same day availability for some odd reason or another I’ll just go with the available barber for the sake of it and I’m always walking out with the same level of detail and style as I would with anyone else. That does not happen at 90% of barber shops.
Shout out to Andy, Lucas, Chase, Darius, and the rest of the team, I’m pretty sure I’ve had all, but one of the barbers at least twice and I’ve never once had a deviation in style, detail, care or anything to complain about and I’m very picky about hair cuts because my wife notices right away if something is off. I also appreciate the fact they take the time to put a hot face cloth on your neck and use a straight razor to shave it. Seriously, such a great business, with a bunch of Barbers who very clearly love what they do, enjoy talking to one another and have a very high standard. Thank you guys, getting my hair cut is one of the highlights of my routine because of the culture and atmosphere you all have created. Check them out, you will not be gambling going here!

I am new to the modern tanning beds. I asked around and was told they are the best. I needed a base tan as I am opening an open-air restaurant and the Oceanfront. They are amazing, patient, and answered all of my questions with a tour of the entire studio and described each amenity in detail. Great job Bailey, Kim and Kelsea!!! Fantastic service!

I only recently signed up at the Sandbridge location. The first few times I went Edie was was working. She was amazing. She walked me through the machines and gave me valuable insight on services to use. It is very clean and the other staff I have encountered have been very friendly as well.
I do have to give a special shout out to Edie. The day I came in for the first time, another woman was giving her a hard time. She was rude to Edie who was doing everything in her power to make things right. Edie stayed calm and professional. As a fellow customer, everything in me wanted to give the woman a piece of my mind. There is just no reason to demoralize someone when they are just trying to help you. Edie handled it beautifully.

I love love love Kim and her skills with Dazzle Dry nail polish! Kim helped me come up with the perfect nail design for my wedding. It turned out so beautiful. And as usual with Dazzle Dry (when properly applied), it never chipped. Kim also gave me a Dazzle Dry pedicure, which still hasn't chipped and I'm going on week 6 since I got it ?. Another thing I love about Dazzle Dry is that it never damages my nails (even when I leave it on for 6+ weeks lol), and I can remove it myself easily with non-acetone nail polish. I love Kim's studio too. It's a very peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a high quality service that will make your nails look beautiful and feel healthy.

I have been coming here for a while and thought I had reviewed it but I guess hadnt-glad I checked because Michelle and this salon deserve a wonderful review. Also-private joke-Michelle wears great pants lol I spend maybe 2 hours when I come here and I get a wonderful shampoo that makes you want to zzzzzzz and I blink and my foils are done and then a cut that she asks me how much I want to cut...she doesnt just chop willy nilly! I can trust her which is so nice. I am so thankful for Michelle and her wonderful personality (and pants) and her her amazing salon skills. If she quits I will really be screwed. I feel spoiled here. I am so thankful to get my hair done here.

I’ve had many waxes but love Ksenia’s! Sarah is amazing! She is gentle and very knowledgeable! She is always sweet and ready to answer my questions. She is very honest about the effectiveness of certain treatments on melanated skin. I trust her recommendations and have seen results (intimate bleaching. A lot places try to push products but I’ve never had that experience at Ksenia’s. Also the owner (Ksenia) is inviting and friendly. The suite is beautiful, bright, and clean. The new location (Newton & Virginia Beach Blvd) is central and easy to get to. If you’re looking for quality, honest, and effective skin care, please book! I am thinking about getting the laser hair removal for my chin (yikes). I’ll post updates when I actually get it done.

I had great experience with Wendy! She is knowledgeable and for my result I was worried if it turn puffy right away after the treatment but not at all. My skin just started flaky and peeling off slowly ☺️ every thing is good.
My entire family attends this practice. Dr. Harr (who is retiring) has seen my husband, and myself and my two children see Dr. Beck. We literally never wait more than a minute or two, and we have had wonderful experiences with multiple providers. Any negative experiences are always met with follow-up and rectification (and those are rare). Front desk (appointments, billing) staff are efficient, professional, and kind. Pricing is also very competitive here (we are self-pay). They get prescriptions in quickly, address every question and allow patients to push and advocate for themselves and engage in actual conversation about their care. Love this practice.

Dermaplaning is such a game changer. It gently exfoliates away peach fuzz and that top layer of dead skin, leaving your face incredibly smooth and glowing. The LED light therapy add-on targeted fine lines and wrinkles beautifully, and the scalp massage and hand & arm massage were the perfect finishing touch and deeply relaxing from start to finish.

Stopped here at the last minute. Walked in and they were able to fot me in. Did not have to wait long. They lay you on a bed and install your lashes at the head of the bed. They can offer ypu a blanket to throw over you as laying there you will begin to feel a draft. They ask you fully about how you want your lashes and show ypu the options. Their prices are up front and displayed so there are no hidden charges. The staff was polite. Also there was 50% off special for new customers.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with art and friendly faces which is awesome! We were immediately taken care of and answered all our questions.

I took my 10 yr old with her friend for their first ear piercing on Sunday. We arrived at the noon opening and were numbers 8 and 9 on the piercing list. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but was prepared for it. Once we were called to back we immediately knew the wait was worthwhile.
Stacey and Crystal are obsessively sanitary, great at explaining the piercing process and their actions, conscientious of the earring sizing, thorough in analyzing the placement on lobes and… SO much fun!
(Confession: I was planning on going to a mall kiosk. I’m so happy we went to Whisky River instead!)
I had the absolute best experience with Joe Weber! I was emotional, coming in for scar coverup across my forearm, but he was so kind and understanding and is just one of the most incredible people, alongside being amazingly talented. He took the ideas I had for my tattoo and brought them to life in spades… I will definitely be back for future tattoos with him.
I didn’t expect to get as emotional as I did. I ended up crying while he tattooed the scarred areas themselves and let him know after a while that I couldn’t handle coming back in again after this. That whatever was left, that would be it, because it was just too hard… So this amazing human actually stayed around 2 hours past closing to make sure I left with a fully finished piece.
Also, all of the flowers and vines were fully hand drawn! He lined everything up in the best way, even camouflaging a scar that was raised, using the placement and shading to create something absolutely perfect. I still feel so emotional looking down, seeing the beautiful art instead of the painful memories that would be brought up before I’d gotten this tattoo.
It’s been 2 weeks now, and it has healed beautifully ? Attaching pictures both from that night and a few from now that it’s healed. I need to put on lotion, so it’s a little dry at the moment, but it’s perfect. Everything was tattooed by him except the snail on my wrist and the little ghost!

Finally! A good contractor that communicates well with us and does their job right the first time! We've used George's Plumbing 3 or 4 times now. Today we had them install a new toilet for us. We thought we just needed a seal replaced, but they showed us a crack in the reservoir. It cost much less than I feared it would. And they replaced it the same day! They were done in no time. George's Plumbing is saved to my contacts and I'll definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

They have performed a variety of services from installing outdoor faucets, clearing blocked (not just clogged) drains, installing a garbage disposal, replacing and upgrading indoor plumbing and fixtures, to simply offering the best advice on a repairs I can do myself. They even showed up to a service call one morning only to see that the work was something I could do. They gave me great advice and didn't charge a dime. They're friendly, upfront about estimates, punctual, and provide quality work that holds up over time. With so many contractors and service companies out to take advantage of you, when you find a company with integrity, you stay loyal to that company. All Time Plumbing will provide my plumbing services as long as I own my home.

All I can say is, I'm so happy we had Castles Electrical install a ceiling lamp where there was none. Dry wall has to cut. Wiring run through ceiling and wall and the ceiling box for the lamp installed. Not to mention furniture being moved. All done with total care and precision.

My lights were flickering and I couldn’t figure out why. I called Paul and he came out and took a look. He made arrangements to get to me the next day and thank God he did. He was up and down the ladder several times in the attic. Checking light switches and fixtures. He said let me take one more look in the attic to trace another wire. I said are you sure? He came back down and said let’s take a look at this plug. As soon as he took the plate off he saw it right away. You could smell the burnt electrical smell. The plug was still warm. If he didn’t care so much about doing a complete and thorough job my house could have eventually caught fire from that one loose wire. Thank you Paul!!!

I bought a carpet cleaner from Lowes, and honestly, I've been quite happy with it, but the wife insisted we get the carpet professionally clean.I am so happy she did!What I thought was a clean carpet looked/looks so much better than it did...Our tiles...we thought the grout was an ugly looking black grout...guess what?It's breige....and now it actually looks good.We have additional rooms upstairs we will asking them to come and clean for us.We don't need to look for anyone to clean our carpeting...United Floor Care, will be the company we call in the future...petiod!!!

I would totally recommend buying a carpet there. I went in with some questions about an area rug I wanted made and Veronica toke the time to answer all the questions I had. I want to thank Scott and the team at K&B Construction for nearly 20 years of work on multiple residential and commercial projects. Scott’s work has included major exterior renovations, major interior renovations, and even emergency commercial structural and repair work. The various projects have related to multiple properties and have involved siding, replacing rotted sheathing and structural wood replacement, replacement windows, decks, railings, doors, hardwood flooring, electrical changes, roof replacement, complete indoor stair rebuilds, and gas fireplace construction and installation.
I have recommended Scott to many close friends that have done major renovations. They have also been very happy with both the quality of his work product as well as his approach to their projects. It is extremely hard to find contractors that are both competent and trustworthy. Scott is both, and I highly recommend him and the entire K&B team.

Fantastic work! Our older but "new-to-us" house had an installed sprinkler system that had some problems. Noel & son were able to quickly repair a broken line that was buried underneath a patchwork of other sprinkler lines & electrical lines. Also expertly replaced sprinkler heads in the yard. They are now my "go to" yard folks...not only for sprinklers, but also for other irrigation and aeration work. Very reasonably priced as well. They came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint!!

I just called to schedule an estimate for carpenter bees. We’re looking to switch pest control companies next month and figure this is a good time to trial. To my utter dismay, I got an automated system, instead of a real person. I know I’m not the only one who eye-rolls with the anticipated frustration of struggling through automated systems… I need to speak to a real person and get all the info! Needless to say, I was hesitant to use the automated system that answered, but it was, surprisingly, very helpful and convenient! We need to get this system over to other businesses and make my life THIS easy all the time! In that 3 minute call; I confirmed they do treat for Carpenter bees, I have all their pricing information (very competitive) AND I’m scheduled for the next business day for a free estimate! I would’ve also been able to schedule my first treatment! ? I can rarely get accurate information from an actual person at Back Bay, who tells me I should invest in citronella candles and torches while I’m on their most expensive pest and mosquito contract!
I am really looking forward to how things go with Precision, as I have high hopes on everything else being this seamless and productive!

They were great. They found two entry points for mice and resealed those areas as well as cleaned up what the mice left behind

I always appreciate when Shawn comes to do a quarterly service. Not only does he do a thorough job but he always shares some new knowledge that helps us be better homeowners. He listens to what our concerns are and doesn't cut corners.
Back Bay also put in the barrier in our crawl space and we have been told by multiple people who have gone under the house that they did a good job with that. It's always nice to have a third party validate the work of somebody that you trusted and hired.
Back Bay also installed the covers for all of our vents and crawl spaces. They did good work and cleaned up after everything. We were disappointed to find that one of the crawl space doors had fallen loose and was open without us knowing it for a couple of weeks. They sent someone out pretty quickly to look at the situation and we were told they were having some trouble with those doors and they would fix it and put pins/screws in it so it would not fall open again.
We appreciated how quickly they got it fixed; we just wished that since they knew there was a problem with those doors not fitting tightly that they would have contacted us (since they had just installed them for us) to come and add in the screws without waiting for us to have a problem. Honestly I feel like that would have been the best plan of action from the beginning as a backup anyway to make sure that the doors were always secure). Having it fall open without us knowing caused us to get bugs and a rodent under our house when our crawl space was open. They came back to handle those issues as well- just would have been nice not to have to deal with that at all. *That's the only reason we didn't give five stars.
Overall we have been very happy with Back Bay and as of now would recommend them to friends and family.

I went here a couple of months ago for a shrub I used to own years ago and loved, but have found that no other nursery or garden center between Va Beach to Newport News were selling it except for Coastal Landscape & Nursery. Their inventory online let me know they had it and they had a large quantity of this shrub in 2-3 pot sizes. I went there for this one particular shrub, but was blown away by the quantity and variety of plants at this place and the size of the property. The property is so huge that you are better of using one of their golf carts to ride around in. It's basically a plant mall. The list of plants online at their website is great, but DEFINITELY not complete! They also have separate, adjacent land just for the trees. The location of Coastal Landscapes & Nursery is a far drive from most places in Hampton Roads area, but worth it.
Their yard is always the best around. Winter holiday lights, or summer lawn. Beautiful.

Tyler was fast, professional, safe, and efficient. From the time I first reached out he was immediately out to my property to assess the trees I wanted taken out and get a quote together. From there he was quick submitting the necessary documents and permitting with the city for my particular situation and once that was approved he was out here with his team to begin the work. Him and his team worked till sun down every day getting four large trees taken out, grinded all the stumps and cleaned the yard. Overall I couldn't have had a better experience.

A very busy tree service. I called when the owner of the tree service was on a job. He didn’t call back, but I called him, he apologized. He was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate on a large stump grinding and a very small stump grinding. He gave me a good price. He came out the next day. The owner of this service is very professional customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the services he provides to the community. If you need tree service please consider the fact that SEVA Tree service provided continuity and quality service from first job in 2014 to the stump grinding service done 4/27/2026. I will call again for future service.
Called Steve in the morning to haul away piles of branches from two huge crepe myrtle trees I’d severely pruned back. He arrived two hours later (in the pouring rain) and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everything, even raked that area of the yard where I’d piled everything. Fair price and fast, couldn’t ask for a better job done. I’ve recommended him to all our neighbors.
After a recent storm, we had several cracked limbs hanging dangerously over our driveway. Mike’s Tree Service came out the same day and handled everything quickly and safely. The crew was professional and clearly experienced. They made sure no damage was done to our roof or vehicles. Cleanup was spotless — we couldn’t be happier!

Poor Folks Tree Service was recommended to me in a new neighborhood we moved to. Vet owned and operated. some tree services wouldn't even call us back. This guy showed up and was so helpful! Dr Leibowitz, & Hygienist Michelle and Diane treated me so professionally and so delightful. I will say both my temporary crowns fell out, one after another within a day. But the ability to get them reattached right away as a walk in was extremely convenient and handled with efficiency and care. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my comfort and time.

I am so please with Pungo Dentistry! I had a long relationship 20+ with my previous dentist in California. It was tough leaving and I asked my neighbors for a new dentist recommendation when I first moved in June 2019. 3 of the 4 families went to Dr. Beck in Pungo so I thought they all must really know something. I was very pleased with the entire staff and am still pleased even with some new changes. Everyone that works there are always pleasant and professional and it feels like a family. I have had numerous procedures such as fillings, crowns, and even an implant due to my aging teeth. I have never had any pain and when I am numbed for a procedure the Novocain wears of usually within 15 or 20 minutes after the procedure. I highly recommend them and to be very honest, I like them even more than my previous dentist in California!
I went with my husband on his appointment to get a filling. The two ladies that worked with him were awesome. They were informative, patient, and worked as a great team together. Shout out to Mary and Dr. Seibert. My husband will now request for the both in the future.

Dr. Jarrett=da man! I have been under the expert care of Dr. Jarrett since 2004, and he has healed my ankle, via Active Release, and back/spine. He cares about his patients and always possesses friendly bed-side manners. For those with an athletic inclination (running, swimming, biking, lifting weights), he is the chirco to see; he is an elite athlete and quite knowledgeable about sports-related injuries. He operates like clock-work, without a delay between scheduled appointment and actual treatment. He hires great and friendly support and front-office staff too.
Updated 2026: although Dr. Jarrett has retired (I will always will be grateful for his expert care and friendly bedside manner), I have complete confidence in both Dr. Booth and Dr. Hill! He would not have welcomed them to his practice, if they were not exceptional. I was quite pleased with the care Dr. Booth provided to me on an appointment. Giselle always provides friendly and knowledgeable front-office service as well.

I’ve been following Dr.Hoxter for years. He consistently delivers effective treatments that have helped manage chronic pain I’ve dealt with for years. One thing that I feel makes him stand out from the rest is he has your best interest at heart, you don’t feel upsold , your offered only treatments he feels you could benefit from. Another reason he stands out amongst other chiropractors in the area is he always meets you at your comfort level. I’ve seen him when I need more force to set my neck right to ease away vertigo, I’ve also had him work gently with an old back injury. And he actually massages your soft tissue if it needs to relax before he goes into the adjustment. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family!

I have no pain in my body whatsoever & continue to see her every month to make sure I stay healthy physically and emotionally. In Good Hands has been such a gift to our family. We have an infant and we’re struggling with breastfeeding latch, so meeting with a lactation consultant who then recommended In Good Hands. A great alternative to expensive vet vaccinations. They are friendly and fast. They'll forward your vaccinations to your boarding facility and your veterinarian. Nice office.

Dr. B and the rest of the staff are amazing. From the first time we stepped into their office. They were caring and concerned and truly went above and beyond to help my pet. Unfortunately she did not make it, but it wasn’t for lack of effort. Every time we arrived the entire staff would spring into action, all hands ready and trying to assist and be supportive. I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for them. Thank you very much. If I ever get another dog, I’ll be coming here for all the wonderful service.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Watson and Courthouse Veterinary Hospital. Moving to Virginia and away from our established vet was tough to navigate but I really appreciate the level of kindness and care that Riley receives. At our last appointment, I was watching Dr. Watson treat my anxious dog with such love that at one point it looked like they were staring into each others souls. Excellent place to DIY your dog. They have all the supplies you will need to get your dog smelling good and looking clean! Customer service is good too. They answer all questions and do all they can to help with making the experience of giving your dog a much needed bath and helping you get situated in the cubicle. This is a great place to get your dog a bath and blow dry!
My baby girl loves it there. She has separation anxiety but she is fine when I pick her up which shows how they care for her while she is there. And she always looks amazing after her spa day. I would recommend Canine Cloud 9. It is the ultimate spa for your furbaby.
First time for Baley to get her nails clipped and dremmeled here. It was a wonderful experience. We'll definitely go back, bath is next. Highly recommend.

I’d give 4.6/5 to Captain Mike's Self Dog Wash — it’s a very convenient and budget-friendly option for washing your dog.
One of the biggest advantages is the wide range of wash programs available. You can choose different settings, use thick foam (magna foam), apply conditioner, and take advantage of several drying options, depending on your dog’s needs. All of this typically costs only $15–$20, which is a great deal compared to traditional grooming services that often run $60–$70.
The hours are also a big plus: it’s open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, making it especially convenient during winter when washing your dog at home can be difficult.
The only minor downside is the final “disinfect” cycle for cleaning the tub — it could probably last a few minutes longer to feel more thorough.
One small improvement that would make the experience even better would be adding a fresh water bowl for dogs, ideally with a circulating system to keep the water clean and not stagnant — a simple but very useful touch.
Overall, it’s a practical, efficient, and affordable place that I’d definitely recommend

My poor kitty had developed some mats as he has aged and didn't want me to brush him. The ladies did an amazing job and gave him a good shave and bath and he was not freaked out when I picked him up. He is much happier and hopefully I won't need them again, but I know they're there if I do!

I started going to Torch in December of 25 and its been one of the most amazing experiences I've ever been a part of. This is an incredibly warm and kind group of people. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I am about 6 months in and the classes have become a part of my everyday routine and self care. Ive also had the bonus reward of being able to shed about 15 pounds and gained more definition in my muscles. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I’ve been coming here about 10 months and it’s really grown my love for yoga and practicing. Most of the teachers are so welcoming and provide great instruction. However, I do notice as a woman of color a clear difference in how I’m greeted by certain workers (if at all). And this past Sunday during 75 minute Hot Yoga, cold towels were giving out to the class but somehow, I was the only one in class who didn’t receive one. The people to the right and left of me did, so I’m unsure how I was missed and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. It’s not many hot yoga studios in the area, and overall I do enjoy my experiences, but I will be ending my membership this month.
This is my favorite yoga place in Virginia Beach! So fresh and clean, the atmosphere is welcoming and the instructors are great. I am booking my next class right now.
What a beautiful experience! I attended a Friday morning beach yoga class. With one other student it was a lovely and intimate class setting. Instruction was perfect and really, I couldn't recommend this enough!
Been coming here for half a year and have really grown in my practice thanks to these folks. Super inclusive, friendly and open. Yoga takes vulnerability, and it’s a lot of fun at this studio.

I love the exercise regime and professionalism of the staff. I like the variety of the classes. My balance has improved considerably over the past six months. I plan to continue. Scheduling classes can be challenging however.

I specifically travelled to Virginia Beach just to take some lessons from Brenna. She’s an internationally respected teacher who my peers all rave about. I’ve tried a few times to take with her when she visits in NYC, but she always books out!
During my three days here, Brenna was able to quickly identify a missing core connection and taught me multiple exercises and strategies to reestablish that connection. I’m still practicing what I learned from her every day since coming home, and doing so has enabled me to run the most mileage without pain since 2021! I look forward to returning to VB and learning more from her in the future.

Brent is so personable and welcoming that I started relaxing the moment I walked through the door. His massage room is comfortable, and I really like the colored lights that are directed toward the ceiling. My massage was perfection, and I would highly recommend Brent to my friends and family (I already do!).
My first time experience at Spring Water massage was delightful! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service received for the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage. The pressure and technique were both phenomenal! I have already recommended this place to my partner and sister. This might be Virginia Beach’s best kept secret.

I recently treated myself to not one but TWO sessions at Massage Bliss within the past few weeks, and it was nothing short of amazing. I'd heard a lot of positive things online about Lymphatic Drainage Massages, so I was really looking forward to the experience. Sierra, the owner and talented Lymphatic Specialist & masseuse, made the whole experience feel so personalized and welcoming right from the start. She took the time to explain the benefits of the Lymphatic Drainage Massage, which helped ease my swelling in various parts of me, and left me overall feeling lighter and more energized afterward. From the moment I entered the building, to the moment I left (both times) was all an extremely uplifting experience. Also, I brought some of my own Lymphatic Salve from Faithful Family Farmer & had Sierra walk me thru the benefits and how to use it properly for my areas of concern.
The space itself is cozy and serene, with soft lighting that instantly puts you at ease. Sierra's technique is spot on; she knows exactly how to target those areas that need attention without any discomfort. The stomach area was a main focus for this session, since I expressed concerns about Lymph flow in thise areas, along with my neck. I walked out feeling refreshed and ready to take on the remainder of the day/eve and I've already noticed better circulation.

Wonderful experience. Dead Sea float was so interesting as a first timer and thoroughly enjoyed it! The deep tissue massage was pefect. Kelsey found tension in my muscles I didn’t know was there and worked out a knot in my shoulder that’s been there for weeks! Could not recommend more!

I can’t recommend Niqua, my massage therapist and body worker, enough. Her work has truly made a difference in how I feel day to day. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the body, but she also take the time to understand exactly what’s going on and tailor each session to what I need.

Doris is absolultely amazing... possibly the best massage therapist I've ever had. I also love that they allow online bookings bc that is much easier for me.
Dr Hill treated me for pelvic floor health. I was a little apprehensive and did not really know what it would entail. Dr Hill was very professional and a great teacher. The process was minimally invasive and very effective immediately. After a few weeks of learning the stretches and strengthening she tackled how to make trail running comfortable again. I highly recommend this treatment if needed.
Incidentally I had difficulty opening my mouth and jaw pain following a dental procedure while I was in treatment with Dr Hill. She introduced me to Dr Furrow and we started that treatment right away. He also was excellent and I was able to eat comfortably in a matter of weeks. I now have the knowledge to start the exercises if it should happen again.
They are very welcoming and have expertise in all types of therapies. All I have to do is call and come back any time I need it. No referrals needed here. We are fortunate to have such a great resource in this area!

My son attends speech therapy here and his therapist Hannah is amazing! My son has apraxia and hes making amazing progress! Would highly recommend to any parent or guardian seeking help in regards to speech therapy!

Have been doing weekly appointments for the last 16ish weeks. Everyone I've interacted with has always been so kind. My physical therapist has been really good at putting my anxiety to ease while working with me to decrease my daily pain. She really listens and takes the time to change things up to suit my needs week after week. I am so grateful for how much they've done for me and the how much they've lessened the pain that I've been living with for the last 20+ years, especially after having so many other doctors just be dismissive.

I am so impressed with the results I got from only one session. This doctor is amazing. I have had excruciating back pain for over 6 months and with traditional medicine I was still needing celebrex twice a day. With one acupuncture session with Dr bein and my pain is significantly better. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Li is fantastic. I came to her with shoulder and neck pain for three weeks which was not improving. Within one session I had some relief and was able to sleep comfortably. She had me come back the next day and its continuing to get better and better by the hour. She really knows exactly where and how to address the problem even if you cant exactly articulate it! I am so thankful i called her. She is also so nice and easy to talk to making the whole experience very pleasant. I will continue to go to her for a long time and highly recommend her.

I recently took adult driving lessons with Mr. Miles and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As an adult learner who was pretty nervous about getting behind the wheel again after many years, I was looking for someone patient, professional, and encouraging and that’s exactly what I got. He has an incredible teaching style. They explained everything clearly, broke down complex maneuvers into simple steps, and created a calm, low-pressure environment that helped me build real confidence quickly. Whether it was highway merging, parallel parking, or just mastering everyday driving situations, their instructions were always practical and easy to follow. They also tailored the lessons perfectly to my schedule and personal goals.
Mrs Joyner helped me pass my road test paid for two hours private lessons and road test rental she told me what I need Todo to pass what to improve and what they look for she was super nice and helpful. I was able to get license and I'm happy with the service and recommending my wife to get her license thru her.
