If you’re looking for an amazing massage, I can’t recommend Kimberly enough! The earliest appointment I could get with my regular therapist was March 11th, but I needed a massage sooner because of a lot of tightness in my shoulders from weight training. I was hesitant to try someone new, but Kim did not disappoint. She used cupping, warm towels, and let me choose my favorite aromatherapy oil. I left completely relaxed with all the tightness gone. My only regret is not booking a longer session! I’ll definitely be back.

Laura has been doing my hair for a long time! My hair is one of my most complimented features because she's so talented. She always nails each request and version of blonde or length that I've requested over the years. From platinum to lived-in blonde and long layers to bobs, she's done it all on me. I took a leap and did a red glaze at my last visit. WOW. It looks so good! I met some new people today and they couldn't believe I've ever been anything but a redhead because it looks so authentic. Truly, Laura is insane in the best way.
I’m not lying when I say my hair is very thick, but Tammy managed to work on my black hair and turn it to a beautiful hazel / ash colored highlights.. as someone who had serious allergic reactions to hair dye, she was very cautious in handling the overall process. I’m very pleased with the results and def recommend you to pay her a visit and lock your appointment !

This was my second time at the shop, but my first appointment with Ms. Gina, and she did an amazing job on my Knotless Senegalese twists. The parts are clean, the style is neat, and everything feels lightweight and well done. I can put it a ponytail it doesn’t hurt! We had a 5:00 AM appointment, and she was punctual, professional, and efficient and we were finished by 10:30 AM. During the appointment I had a hot flash, and she immediately opened the window for me. When I later got chilly, she turned the heat on without hesitation. That level of care and attentiveness truly meant a lot and made the experience very comfortable. I’m extremely pleased with my results and I’ll be back in two months. ***Updated hair is with the purple shirt. Thanks again Queen ♥️??
I drove over an hour (from the Eastern Shore) to MG African Hair Braiding and it was well worth it! Myself and my daughter’s braids came out neat, lightweight, and beautifully blended. I meant to post this months ago and keep forgetting but I visited Anna Jean Salon last summer and had the best experience! I messaged the salon on instagram and let them know I was wanting to get bangs cut and they were able to fit me in with a stylist that same week! Alyssa cut my bangs and I was and am still obsessed with them! She was so professional and sweet and made me feel like we were a team deciding what was best for my hair! I don’t live in the area anymore so can’t go back to the salon but so wish I could! The decor in the place was super cute and the music was fun! Had the most relaxing haircut experience ever and was so excited by the result!

I have a few problem areas and she still executed my hair perfectly. I love that it is not heavy as I have fine hair. I will definitely be back. If you’re thinking about booking just do it. This was my first time at Haven and Laney was AMAZING!! Laney suggested some new techniques for my hair to achieve the look I wanted and it came out PERFECT- I’m so in love!! If you are blonde you have to book with her. The salon is stunning, upscale, yet cozy! The Key Salon Studios is such a great place! It is a beautiful space, so warm and cozy. You are greeted with such an amazing set up when you walk in the door with a comfy seating area and a coffee and snack station. Who doesn't love that?! The colors are inviting and everything is so clean, which is super important to me! Everyone that has a salon inside is very nice and personable. Kayla and team are absolutely terrific! There is a location closer to me, but I chose this one based off of its awesome reviews and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, I never feel pressured or feel like I'm getting the run around. The beds are great and I always come out with a deep tan, I have tried all the different bed levels and I love that for a small fee I can upgrade to any bed I want! It's always super clean too.
I am new to the modern tanning beds. I asked around and was told they are the best. I needed a base tan as I am opening an open-air restaurant and the Oceanfront. They are amazing, patient, and answered all of my questions with a tour of the entire studio and described each amenity in detail. Great job Bailey, Kim and Kelsea!!! Fantastic service!

I love love love Kim and her skills with Dazzle Dry nail polish! Kim helped me come up with the perfect nail design for my wedding. It turned out so beautiful. And as usual with Dazzle Dry (when properly applied), it never chipped. Kim also gave me a Dazzle Dry pedicure, which still hasn't chipped and I'm going on week 6 since I got it ?. Another thing I love about Dazzle Dry is that it never damages my nails (even when I leave it on for 6+ weeks lol), and I can remove it myself easily with non-acetone nail polish. I love Kim's studio too. It's a very peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a high quality service that will make your nails look beautiful and feel healthy.

I have been coming here for a while and thought I had reviewed it but I guess hadnt-glad I checked because Michelle and this salon deserve a wonderful review. Also-private joke-Michelle wears great pants lol I spend maybe 2 hours when I come here and I get a wonderful shampoo that makes you want to zzzzzzz and I blink and my foils are done and then a cut that she asks me how much I want to cut...she doesnt just chop willy nilly! I can trust her which is so nice. I am so thankful for Michelle and her wonderful personality (and pants) and her her amazing salon skills. If she quits I will really be screwed. I feel spoiled here. I am so thankful to get my hair done here.

Latrice has so much knowledge of the health benefits of massage as well as the relaxation. 10/10 Swedish Massage from Devin today. That was probably the most relaxing hour I’ve had all year. I came out of the massage feeling relaxed and relieved from the tension I had in my legs and shoulders. He also gave great tips for after care and kept me very informed before and after the massage. I did my bridal trial run and they did an amazing job! I absolutely loved everything but then day of decided I wanted to go bolder on my eyes. Elisha absolutely killed it, I didn’t have to show any pictures she knew exactly what I wanted. My makeup didn’t go anywhere and looked freshly done all night! Elisha was also kind enough to wait to do my lippie until I was done eating and then she did it, and she gave me a darker color for my later touch up so I had 2 looks! Mykalah absolutely nailed my hair, and it stayed all night, but my hair didnt have the gross crunchy feel, it still felt soft! She was so so gentle but everything felt sooooo secure! My bridesmaid hair NEVER holds curls and her hair stayed all night I was truly impressed!! Another bridesmaid had her baby 1mo ago and Elisha was able to do her makeup while she was baby wearing! They truly work with you and accommodate with you!

I’m a bit late writing my review. I was gifted a Groupon for my birthday back in March for a massage, cupping session and a facial. All of this was much needed bc I had just gotten some not so great news and I needed to decompress. Rachel Mattox did an excellent job on all three of my treatments and she gave me education about my skin as well which was helpful. I was extremely relaxed and I would return again in the future. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with art and friendly faces which is awesome! We were immediately taken care of and answered all our questions.
Vii came over in the most awesome hair!! Rainbows and also gave us smiles. We showed her our inspo. She came back with several ideas!
During the process. She made it very comfortable and she was not heavy handed which was awesome!! My husband and i had a blast getting matching wedding ring tattoos.
Vi’s station was very clean, she was a professional, she was a great communicator! Every needs a tattoo from Vii! I’m already planning my next one!

Stacey and Crystal are a magical team working with young girls to make them feel calm, comfortable and uniquely special while getting their ears pierced.
I took my 10 yr old with her friend for their first ear piercing on Sunday. We arrived at the noon opening and were numbers 8 and 9 on the piercing list. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but was prepared for it. Once we were called to back we immediately knew the wait was worthwhile.
Stacey and Crystal are obsessively sanitary, great at explaining the piercing process and their actions, conscientious of the earring sizing, thorough in analyzing the placement on lobes and… SO much fun!
(Confession: I was planning on going to a mall kiosk. I’m so happy we went to Whisky River instead!)
I had the absolute best experience with Joe Weber! I was emotional, coming in for scar coverup across my forearm, but he was so kind and understanding and is just one of the most incredible people, alongside being amazingly talented. He took the ideas I had for my tattoo and brought them to life in spades… I will definitely be back for future tattoos with him.
I didn’t expect to get as emotional as I did. I ended up crying while he tattooed the scarred areas themselves and let him know after a while that I couldn’t handle coming back in again after this. That whatever was left, that would be it, because it was just too hard… So this amazing human actually stayed around 2 hours past closing to make sure I left with a fully finished piece.
Also, all of the flowers and vines were fully hand drawn! He lined everything up in the best way, even camouflaging a scar that was raised, using the placement and shading to create something absolutely perfect. I still feel so emotional looking down, seeing the beautiful art instead of the painful memories that would be brought up before I’d gotten this tattoo.
It’s been 2 weeks now, and it has healed beautifully ? Attaching pictures both from that night and a few from now that it’s healed. I need to put on lotion, so it’s a little dry at the moment, but it’s perfect. Everything was tattooed by him except the snail on my wrist and the little ghost!
I could not recommend this space (and Joe Weber specifically) enough. It was an amazing experience, especially for something so vulnerable and sensitive ?
I’ve being getting tattoos by Carl Fuchs for 20 years now. Always a great experience and his work always is better than I could have asked. I live out of town and have for many years. Making an appointment and getting work done is always a good excuse to catch up with an old friend. I 1000% recommend him and Red Five if you’re looking to get the best quality work and not be over charged like some shop would do you.

We are big fans of Conner Services. We have used them a few times now for plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and now emergency help when a part of our heat pump went out in the night and our house was 82°. Liz answered the phone before 7 AM on a Sunday morning when I assumed I would be leaving a message. She was super helpful and responsive in getting us a tech to come out same day. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue, talked over his recommendations, and then made the repairs in a timely manner. Our house was already 6 degrees cooler by the time he pulled away from the curb. We will definitely continue to use Conner Services for our plumbing and HVAC needs!
Bradley Spruill came out this morning and he did a fantastic job! He was here for about 1 1/2 hour tops and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I had an outdoor water spout leak at the fitting and he had it replaced no problem

When you call James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the phone is answered by his wife Carolyn. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time.Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Two of my kitchen outlets stopped working and after some basic troubleshooting - reading voltage and checking the breaker - I decided it was outside of my abilities to repair confidently. After looking through the local electricians, I settled on Castle for their wonderful reviews and fair pricing standard, and let me tell you it was the right choice! Castle was out here in an hour and after checking out the problem area, he traced the issue back to a still functioning outlet that had rusted through in the connection, and thus was tripping out the outlets down the line. He had the investigation and repair done in under an hour and replaced the two other damaged outlets while fixing the wiring to ensure it wouldn't happen again. In total the price was 199 dollars, which was more than reasonable as I expected twice as much! He was fast, respectful of my home and of my pets. I will Absolutely use Castle Electrical again!

I had a light fixture replaced in a walk in closet. Jackson and his assistant showed up on time and even waited 10 minutes with me running behind. He professionally communicated over the phone upon arrival and no one home.
Jackson came prepared with the fixture and proper tools and even drop cloth to ensure everything was tidy. Once my old fluorescent fixture was removed it was wrapped up ensuring a tidy job.
My new LED works great and looks fantastic! Jackson took the additional time for the right fit to cover the existing fixture preventing new paint. After inspection I was completely satisfied.
I already have a few new jobs for them once the projects are within my budget. I will also note the office picks up the phone during hours which is a bonus talking to a real person. They also can provide a range of cost. The trip charge is $180, plus materials and time on the job after one hour I believe.

Great quality work and passed inspection. Price was as quoted, no extras added at completion of job. Electrical work is not cheap. You get what you pay for.

Fantastic work! Our older but "new-to-us" house had an installed sprinkler system that had some problems. Noel & son were able to quickly repair a broken line that was buried underneath a patchwork of other sprinkler lines & electrical lines. Also expertly replaced sprinkler heads in the yard. They are now my "go to" yard folks...not only for sprinklers, but also for other irrigation and aeration work. Very reasonably priced as well. I just called to schedule an estimate for carpenter bees. We’re looking to switch pest control companies next month and figure this is a good time to trial. To my utter dismay, I got an automated system, instead of a real person. I know I’m not the only one who eye-rolls with the anticipated frustration of struggling through automated systems… I need to speak to a real person and get all the info! Needless to say, I was hesitant to use the automated system that answered, but it was, surprisingly, very helpful and convenient! We need to get this system over to other businesses and make my life THIS easy all the time! In that 3 minute call; I confirmed they do treat for Carpenter bees, I have all their pricing information (very competitive) AND I’m scheduled for the next business day for a free estimate! I would’ve also been able to schedule my first treatment! ? I can rarely get accurate information from an actual person at Back Bay, who tells me I should invest in citronella candles and torches while I’m on their most expensive pest and mosquito contract!
I am really looking forward to how things go with Precision, as I have high hopes on everything else being this seamless and productive!

Bay and beach recently completed landscaping in our back yard. From the original visit to the estimate and approval of the design, we could not be happier. Lisa was right on with everything, she did the original design and listened to our concerns, making necessary changes to accommodate our vision. Everything was perfect.
We've used Dreamlawns for years and our yard is living it's best life! But more than that, Dreamlawns is a class-act business. We had a aeration mishap (a tree root brought up a pvc line since last year and was hit - no one could predict that) and they went above and beyond the same day to fix it. No excuses, no bad attitudes - they just worked to resolve the problem. It was a total tree root Pandora's box underground and the owner, Tyler, never once let on that it was messing up his day. Because I'm sure it was. That type of customer service is hard to come by and I appreciate them! You will not regret hiring them.
I went here a couple of months ago for a shrub I used to own years ago and loved, but have found that no other nursery or garden center between Va Beach to Newport News were selling it except for Coastal Landscape & Nursery. Their inventory online let me know they had it and they had a large quantity of this shrub in 2-3 pot sizes. I went there for this one particular shrub, but was blown away by the quantity and variety of plants at this place and the size of the property. The property is so huge that you are better of using one of their golf carts to ride around in. It's basically a plant mall. The list of plants online at their website is great, but DEFINITELY not complete! They also have separate, adjacent land just for the trees. The location of Coastal Landscapes & Nursery is a far drive from most places in Hampton Roads area, but worth it.
Their yard is always the best around. Winter holiday lights, or summer lawn. Beautiful.

Called Steve in the morning to haul away piles of branches from two huge crepe myrtle trees I’d severely pruned back. He arrived two hours later (in the pouring rain) and hauled it all away. As an Autistic, ADHD person- I was terrible with my teeth until Jack Mavormatis helped get them in order. He's straightforward and empathetic, with a very kind bedside manner, and has helped me get my Periodontitis under control and develop a routine. I'd gone to him due to an abscess in my front, and came back with a general dentist. 10/10 recommended for Neurodivergent-friendly dentist. His practice also works with several different insurances and Mandy will help you find the right one for you!

I had a panoramic Xray but the doc didn’t take a look at it and didn’t do a dental exam after Daniel was done. I found that unusual. Of course I’ll give the Dr the benefit of the doubt because he’s new. I’m not sure what his protocols are when it comes to 6 month cleanings.

This office and these women have changed my life. For over a year I’ve had excruciating chronic back pain that has prevented me from sleeping, working, enjoying life and interacting with my kids. Doctors told me all that was left was pain meds, injections and surgery. They said my condition was irreversible. I was desperate to dull the pain just a few notches, constantly angry by my limitations, depressed by my quality of life and anxious about what awful sensation I’d experience next. Between adjustments with Dr. Krista and just two shock wave treatments to date, my pain is at an all time low. I can sleep, drive, and move in ways I haven’t been able to in so long. I have hours where I am pain free and I never thought that would be possible. I feel the best I’ve ever felt physically and mentally. This practice will not try to sell you anything you don’t need. I came in several months ago with chronic headaches and thoracic outlet syndrome and have seen great results. After over 12 years of back and neck pain, The trigger shot injections have relieved my pain. I woke up and was amazed at the relief after not able to sleep.

Our pup completely tore both ACLs, and we felt hopeless after learning the cost of surgery, the long recovery, and the risk of re-tearing. Thankfully a friend recommended Dr. Rowan! He and his team are wonderful. The microcurrent therapy worked so well that within 6 months of relaxing sessions, both legs were fully healed for a fraction of the cost! We have been using this vet for more than20 years. Dr. Lannon and staff are the best I have come across in all my years. They actually care about the animals. Unlike alot of the vets in tidewater that you need to take
Very cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and kind to my dog and I. The visit was not rushed, the prices were fair, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t need.
I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for them. Thank you very much. If I ever get another dog, I’ll be coming here for all the wonderful service.
My baby girl loves it there. She has separation anxiety but she is fine when I pick her up which shows how they care for her while she is there. And she always looks amazing after her spa day. I would recommend Canine Cloud 9. It is the ultimate spa for your furbaby.
Amy and Polly always makes my dogs experience as happy as it can be. He’s not a fan of getting groomed but has gotten better when he’s in the shop since getting groomed here. They are always so kind and I am happy they don’t crate! 10/10 every time! Customer service is also amazing! Definitely can tell they love pets!

They are the absolute best!! Dogs are so happy here and they just do the best job with everything bats and nail cleaning and clips. I’ve never had such a good groomer for my dogs.
Huge shoutout to Raven! Came here today for the first time because she was recommended by friends and I was extremely pleased. I already knew my dog Benji was in good hands by our interaction and she definitely delivered. Benji was fresh, clean, smelled good and looked handsome when I came to pick him up. She did such a FANTASTIC JOB on Mila! So glad I found this place - I'd been looking for a salon that does dye for a while & she's one of the few locally. There's two things I would address as far as the complaints in the other reviews: 1.) They don't really use the phone much, so I had to swing by to get my appt set up (but after you have your first appt, she will give you her cell # and you can just text her for future appt's) 2.) Wait time. It takes longer than other groomers, but it appears to be because a) she's mostly working by herself and b) She puts lots of effort in & does a phenomenal job. As long as you don't mind the groom taking all day (we don't care at all) & you're willing to swing by to make the 1st appt, it's perfect and she does THE BEST job!! You will love it ?????

I love it here!My body and mind always feel better after class. All levels are welcome in this judgement free zone. I felt instantly at home from my first class and every instructor brings a little something special and different to the table, though I enjoy Natalie's teaching style the most, they are all great at what they do. The blacked out room instead of mirrored walls is great because it keeps me focused on what is happening inside, instead of what I look like during practice. Definitely book classes in advance because they do fill up sometimes. Looking forward to continuing my yoga journey at Torch ❤️?

The owner Kat is an exceptional yoga teacher—she guides with integrity and intuition. A truly personable experience at Studio 8, they meet you where you are with compassion and care. This place is my new favorite! First, Liz was super welcoming even though I felt terrible running in right at the start time of class, and no dirty looks from any one in the class either everyone was just super chill in the zone and ready for class. There were 7 or 8 people in the class which was awesome because it was a really great space and didnt feel over crowded or too big. I took the Vinyasa Flow level 2 and it was an AWESOME class! There was constant movement for most of the class with a few defined times and spaces for inversions and other more advanced moves to be practiced with support as well as an electric chant at the end. Liz was a dream, she was easy to follow she constantly walked you through the moves showing and reminding verbally of important placement. During the extra hard moves she walked you through exactly how much time you had left and she did it with this enormous smile on her face just lighting up the room to make sure that if you needed a little more encouragement, she was there to extend it. At the end of the class being a new student she checked in with me to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or feedback. This studio feels like you want your studio to feel and this instructor is what you need from an instructor. Im eager to try another class here soon! Thanks Liz!

Harmony Health and Yoga is a real gem of a place, and I am grateful I chanced upon it. The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft and make everybody feel welcome. After coming here for about six months I am still amazed at the variety of classes that are taught and the thoughtful, personalized attention that is given to the visitors and members. Scented towels for shavasana, swing yoga, workshops on Ayurveda, breath work, asana break-downs, yoga story telling, and fun dance classes are just a few examples of the carefully curated offerings Harmony provides. The yoga novice will find a space devoid of intimidation or unnecessary fluff, and the seasoned yoga practitioner might find novel ways to experience and expand body and mind awareness.
My fiancé and I really love coming here. Every instructor is great and helpful, and Clarisse (probably spelling that way wrong ?) at the front is so welcoming and sweet. This is the first yoga studio we’ve ever tried and we are so glad we picked this spot.

Great facility - modern, clean, and all equipment in great shape. All the staff I encountered were friendly and accommodating, and instructors were very knowledgeable in guiding classes for all levels of experience. Being a newbie, I felt welcomed and supported, and got a great workout!
I specifically travelled to Virginia Beach just to take some lessons from Brenna. She’s an internationally respected teacher who my peers all rave about. I’ve tried a few times to take with her when she visits in NYC, but she always books out!
During my three days here, Brenna was able to quickly identify a missing core connection and taught me multiple exercises and strategies to reestablish that connection. I’m still practicing what I learned from her every day since coming home, and doing so has enabled me to run the most mileage without pain since 2021! I look forward to returning to VB and learning more from her in the future.

Brent is so personable and welcoming that I started relaxing the moment I walked through the door. His massage room is comfortable, and I really like the colored lights that are directed toward the ceiling. My massage was perfection, and I would highly recommend Brent to my friends and family (I already do!).
I can’t recommend Niqua, my massage therapist and body worker, enough. Her work has truly made a difference in how I feel day to day. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the body, but she also take the time to understand exactly what’s going on and tailor each session to what I need.
I’ve seen real improvement in muscle tension, nerve discomfort, and overall mobility. I leave every session feeling better, more balanced, and supported in maintaining my overall health. If you’re looking for someone who is both intuitive and skilled, Niqua is the person to see.

I recently treated myself to not one but TWO sessions at Massage Bliss within the past few weeks, and it was nothing short of amazing. I'd heard a lot of positive things online about Lymphatic Drainage Massages, so I was really looking forward to the experience. Sierra, the owner and talented Lymphatic Specialist & masseuse, made the whole experience feel so personalized and welcoming right from the start. She took the time to explain the benefits of the Lymphatic Drainage Massage, which helped ease my swelling in various parts of me, and left me overall feeling lighter and more energized afterward. From the moment I entered the building, to the moment I left (both times) was all an extremely uplifting experience. Also, I brought some of my own Lymphatic Salve from Faithful Family Farmer & had Sierra walk me thru the benefits and how to use it properly for my areas of concern.
The space itself is cozy and serene, with soft lighting that instantly puts you at ease. Sierra's technique is spot on; she knows exactly how to target those areas that need attention without any discomfort. The stomach area was a main focus for this session, since I expressed concerns about Lymph flow in thise areas, along with my neck. I walked out feeling refreshed and ready to take on the remainder of the day/eve and I've already noticed better circulation.

After a rough travel day, I was so grateful to have a massage booked with Allen at Inner Element in Virginia Beach. He was amazing—his technique was spot on, using neuromuscular therapy and really getting into the trigger points I didn’t even realize needed attention. I came in sore and exhausted and left feeling totally refreshed and recharged. I feel amazing!
The space is super relaxing, with hot tea and water available, and he even offered a warm towel afterward to wipe off any excess oils—such a thoughtful touch.
If you’re in Virginia Beach and need a great massage, go see Allen. Highly recommend!

Jeff is amazing at his craft! He is so much more than a massage therapist; he is a body worker. He is so knowledgable of muscles and how to address pain and tension better than any therapist I’ve been to. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well. I do not live in Virginia Beach, but I make an appointment with Jeff every time I am in town!
I wish I had adequate words to describe Terri’s gift of healing hands. Her ability to connect with her clients is unmatched. She puts her entire self into each appointment so you walk away feeling cleansed from pain. I stand taller, walk better, and have the ability to physically function better in my daily activities. I am so thankful she chose to share her gift for the greater benefit of others. One visit and you will wish you knew her sooner.

Over the past 3 years I have been treated here for shoulder and knee injuries and have nothing but good things to say about the PT staff and the support staff. They go the extra mile to explain everything and answer all questions. They treat you like family as everyone working here seems like one big family. I had a great experience with Direct Performance and my Physical Therapist Stephan! He was very thorough in his assessment and tailored my treatment plan to meet my specific needs. I am greatful for Stephan's support in regaining my range of motion and strength back in my shoulder.
RSC is fantastic. They took care of all my insurance registrations and scheduled me with Ashley. I had 11 PT sessions with Ashley and not only felt better each week but I also learned a lot about my condition and how to continue my therapy at home. Every session was right on time and I couldn’t think of a better person than Ashley to make me better.
After breaking my foot and needing an operation. I was luckily sent to athletico for my therapy. While in therapy, I mostly worked with Lydia, Meredith and Christina. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly , I highly recommend athletico for ones injury healing needs. Thank you ladies.

My EVMS Otology practice sent me here for Vertigo PT. The In Motion PT Centers were the only group they recommended for this very specialized type of Physical Therapy. I can't say that it was a fun experience. But it worked. I'm sure the intermittent problem will eventually return because I've been dealing with it my entire life. My Physical Therapist Paola was extremely nice & helpful. I was able to book every appointment with him. We enjoyed sharing my new love of Filipino pastries. He gave me tips as to new places to try. The large building in the Town Center area is on the south side of Columbus Street across the street from Wegmans. Turn west on Columbus Street from Independence. The physical therapy space is on the 2nd floor conveniently accessible by elevator. The hall to the area is decorated with fascinating prints of old Norfolk & Virginia Beach. Seating is available in the main floor lobby space. The only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is the hours the staff keeps. They are very friendly & nice. But they leave so early that you aren't able to make or change your appointment after therapy. One day I was there & there was no one at the desk when I arrived. A regular there told me the staff didn't work that day of the week. So when a PT came into the waiting room I told her to tell my PT that I had arrived. This staffing shortage explained why it was so hard to reach them on the phone, the only way to cancel. You aren't allowed to cancel on My Chart. Because of the Customer Service staffing flaws the rating is 3.5 rounded up to 4.
I've been going to NADA Acupuncture for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. The intake process is incredibly thorough, and Bruno has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to identifying and relieving the root causes of pain and discomfort. The office is clean, serene and welcoming, with very reasonable prices-and they even accept my insurance!
Bruno is truly amazing at what he does. I always leave each session feeling balanced, peaceful, and noticibly better. Before coming here. I was receiving spinal steroid injections for chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Since starting treatment at NADA, I haven't needed a single injection.
I've seen other acupuncturists in the past, but none have even come close to the results I've experienced here. This place has made such a positive impact on my heath and well being-I would never go anywhere else.
I am so impressed with the results I got from only one session. This doctor is amazing. I have had excruciating back pain for over 6 months and with traditional medicine I was still needing celebrex twice a day. With one acupuncture session with Dr bein and my pain is significantly better. I would highly recommend!

Dr Kim is wonderful. For those complaining he's services are expensive then go elsewhere. All acupuncture treatments are pricey and insurance typically does not cover any of it. Dr. Kim needs to make his money for the services he is providing. For $90 a session, that's very reasonable. He's kind and compassionate and is awesome at what he does. Sometimes it takes some people to get numerous sessions especially when they have a condition that requires more treatments to start feeling better. In all, Dr. Kim is very well worth the visit. Kudos to him.

Dr. Li is fantastic. I came to her with shoulder and neck pain for three weeks which was not improving. Within one session I had some relief and was able to sleep comfortably. She had me come back the next day and its continuing to get better and better by the hour. She really knows exactly where and how to address the problem even if you cant exactly articulate it! I am so thankful i called her. She is also so nice and easy to talk to making the whole experience very pleasant. I will continue to go to her for a long time and highly recommend her.

Mrs Joyner helped me pass my road test paid for two hours private lessons and road test rental she told me what I need Todo to pass what to improve and what they look for she was super nice and helpful. I came into 160 Driving Academy in Moline, IL skeptical and guarded because of things I had heard, but Tesla, the Branch Manager, completely shifted that experience. From the moment we spoke, she was sharp, professional, organized, and clearly about her business. She listened to every concern, broke everything down with confidence, and didn’t dismiss how important earning my CDL is to me. She even went out of her way to try and see if there was a spot open for an earlier start date — that speaks volumes about her leadership and work ethic. I really enjoyed my experience here!! Mr Ronald was a phenomenal instructor who taught me so much! Not only did he improve my driving skills, but he also helped me with my confidence, nerves, and believing in myself more! I learned so much in a week and this is coming from someone who only felt comfortable driving under 15 miles per hour lol. I’m so grateful for my experience & I will definitely recommend this driving school. Also, I was recommended this driving school by a coworker who had Mr Ronald as well & said he’s a great teacher also!! In addition to this, I had spoke to Mrs Sheral over the phone as well and she was SUPER helpful and sweet! She walked me through the whole process. Overall, I am really pleased!
