Flooding in neighbors apartment that caused leaking in ours. I called Top Tier plumbing, they informed me they could come out as soon as they were granted permission from management. I text management there number and they came out expeditiously. Love the fact that they are 24hr no matter what the time. Hightly recommend. They were personable and friendly. Honest christian company. Would most definitely call for there expertise and professionalism again.
Dr. Maizal Rivera is so professional and so kind while treating me. This is my second visit with him and he is doing such a wonderful job. Geo is the owner. She's amazing professional and the place is clean. She wears a mask and takes her time. She listens and does what you like, if you're not happy she fixes it but I've always been happy w her work and her expertise. She cleans the lashes before and after as well. I like things to be clean especially if going on my face or lashes and everything has been done to my standards. I appreciate that she wears a mask too! I wish I could go more often shes a little far for me but I'm def going back.

This was my first ever colon hydrotherapy session. Tracie made the whole experience so much more comfortable. She educated me on everything she was doing before doing it. She explained the things we were seeing during the session. I have had terrible stomach issues for years and have been seen by multiple doctors with no answers. After my first session my stomach is no longer distended like it was and the full feeling is finally gone after so much trial and error. It feels amazing knowing I’ve finally found something I think is actually going to help. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE VIDEOS YOU WATCH TO EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT THE PROCESS SWAY YOUR DECISION TO DO IT. I have been going to her for the past 2 years for my Brazilian and she always is accommodating to my schedule of work and school and just life and goes above and beyond with her waxes . Not mentioned as included she waxes some of stomach during the Brazilian which always makes her stand out . Went to European wax center to “save money “ and their wax had me breaking out . I never will go back to “save “ . Rose is thorough and always a great conversation to make me feel comfortable during the wax . I have followed her from Escalon to Modesto and she proves still worth the travel .

Sometime ago, I went for a massage at this facility. I was remiss for not putting my review up earlier. Booking was easy and the hours were very convenient. The site was clean, secure, and environmentally comfortable (warm). Corinne was excellent and certainly experienced in her field. Although the intent was a Swedish massage, there was some deep tissue massage also done. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. Corinne was an excellent conversationalist when I was done and I got home, my muscles definitely had to work out. Have some knots in your muscles? Come here!

Tia is amazing! I have been going to her since August of 2025 and she always leaves me glowing. Tia is very kind and funny. She knows her products well. I've had nothing, but the best experience with her. I usually get my whole face wax and a facial. The waxing does not hurt at all. She takes her time and is gentle. I have been with Carla for eyelash extensions for over 2 years, I tried few places and the eyelash extensions didn’t last long enough or irritated my eyes with most of the places I tried before found Carla, she takes her time to apply the extensions and her skill is good, I always like the results of eyelash extensions she does on me. I highly recommend Justin for his excellent work and professionalism. He repaired multiple leaks, replaced several sprinkler heads, and installed a new automatic timer system and disconnected my soft water system as requested. He also replaced Ptrap for my shower.

The folks from J & M Phillips installed solar on the roof of my home. John Phillips and his crew did a great job from start to finish. I had a couple other solar installers quote the work and John's quote was significantly less while quoting a slightly larger system. So far the system has performed well and has the ability for me to monitor its production online and on my phone using an app. The workmanship is terrific! I looked at all of the other solar systems in my neighborhood and see conduit and the inverter on the outside of the house. J & M installed the inverter in the garage so it will stay cool in the summer and dry in the winter. All of the conduit is inside the garage and attic leaving all of the eye sores normally associated with residential solar out of site. All of my concerns and issues were always addressed by John Phillips immediately and professionally. I can call John any time if I have a question about my system and he answers the phone or calls me back quickly. If you live in the central valley and plan to install solar on your property, J & M Phillips Electrical is going to give you a great system for the best price!

Evergreen came in and refinished our floors downstairs and did a beautiful job. Then they put in new stair treads for our stairs, both jobs are beautiful. We hope to use them again very soon for some more work.
You never know what kind of service you'll receive when you try a new company. I don't really do many reviews but in this case when the carpet service was so excellent in all areas that I had to do a review. This was an outdoor installation not an indoor installation, two completely different tasks. Outdoor has a lot more detail especially when it comes to trim. Let's start with Sonia the carpet specialist and sales rep. She came to my home with a great display of several different carpets to choose from and details of all carpets. She had an excellent jovial attitude, very pleasant and she'll work with you on any issues you have. The workers Raul and Antonio were above and beyond experience levels of a couple of decades of experience that really showed in the detail of the tedious trim on the stairs, impeccable work. Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen from the ground up in the summer of 2023. The quality of work from day one was fantastic and almost one year later we are still in awe of our new space. We absolutely love it.
We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time.
Every person who came into our home was respectful, courteous and friendly. They took care to clean up their work at the end of every work day and arrived on time every morning. It was fun getting to know everyone who worked here.
The quality of work and special attention to detail was great. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our kitchen that the team took extra care to make sure it was done according to our vision. If something seemed amiss, we worked together until it was right. Again, it cannot be overstated how happy we are with the end results even months later and it’s a treasure to come home and see the beautiful work every day.

Great people to work with from start to finish. They did our master bathroom and bedroom fire place and we will have them back to do more work in the near future. The one thing we really liked is that the all the supplies are up to you so if you have a budget in mind it falls on you to stay there. If you have all your supplies work is never delayed. Do appreciate that when you run something by them they will suggest something that looks the same but will save you money. They even told us where to go for our supplies for the best prices. They always showed up on time and did a full days work. Kept their area as clean as they could being an active construction zone. We were there largest bathroom they have ever done and we could not be happier with the outcome.

So I decided to do a refinance on my home because I was struggling with some debt And anyone who has refinanced a home knows that time is essence well the last thing to come up was that I needed a pest inspection report and so I thought no problem. I’ll get one the next day wrong I must’ve called 10 places and they all either did not call me back or said no because it was a refi and they didn’t wanna waste there time coming out even though I was gonna pay the inspection price that they were asking so I continue to call and I did get a call back from only one of the 15 places I called locally. STEP ASIDE PEST Management Co. Melissa Machado, the administrative assistance there listen to my story said she can fit me in once she confirms with her owner operator Jerry, who is also the crew manager, so Jerry is a very busy man and yet like all company to say the customer is the reason out of the 15 places I called only step aside lives by that so important credo!!! Customer service and building customer relationships is so important. It’s it’s a lost treasure a big corporations these days but chivalry is not dead with Machado Jerry step aside scheduled. It was here on time found a couple issues. It was addressed taken care of report was in and my refi is on track. all those other so-called family owned businesses quit putting that in your slogan when you treat customers like big corporations treat us like a number and not like a person who needed something really bad and Melissa can hear that my Voice and went the extra mile , not because she had to because that’s who they are they care. They connect and it feels good to be heard.

Great dentist. Never hurts me! I used to hate going to the dentist, but here it is not a chore, just a need. They all seem to be very gentle and kind giving you the care and patience that a dentist office should it often doesn't. All the hygienists that i've had have been wonderful.Even have blankets to keep you warm in a cold office. Lol. I highly recommend for all the chickens out there!! ?

Incredibly great staff. I’ve had bad back pain for a few years and always thought chiropractors were scam artists. Hill chiropractor took X-Rays of me during my initial exam, then gave me a treatment plan & home exercises to alleviate pain. I definitely would recommend Hill Chiropractic

Great place I had gone to urgent care they gave me meds for pain and anti inflammatory gel to rub on my knee plus ice the pain. Waited a week no change I went to Dr Early one adjustment on my knee and a little icing on my knee the next day no pain. When he adjusted knee I could feel it go back into place swelling subsided too!

I went to Dr Brown for 25 years. Several bad car accidents. He got me back on my feet and back to work the very first week after the bad accident. He is a caring, compassionate man that puts his patients first and he’ll flat out tell you if he doesn’t think he can help you. I had tried several chiropractors in previous years and all they did was make my pain worse. I was really skeptical about seeing another chiropractor. After talking to five different people that attended my church I knew I had to give him a try. I wasn’t disappointed.

My dogs have been going to Dr.Lacy for many years. My older one is 17. She is very kind and compassionate with my dogs. She does have limited days that she is in. Since I go between 2 different cities, Scheduling can be tricky but she’s worth it. The care she’s given our dogs has been the best.

Wow, I was going to talk about how Dr. Ramirez helped me so much and saved my dog, but everyone already has. I really can't stress enough how helpful he was. I was quoted for an emergency surgery at another vet for 2k + 2-400 in daily visits. Although at Crow's Landing it would still typically be 2k, Dr. Ramirez took my situation into mind and set me up for the surgery at 1k. This seriously saved me, and especially my dog. Thank you!!!

This is where i go everytime my pup needs grooming. She gets they whole package deal including bath, cut, nails trimmed and teeth cleaned. She always comes back looking beautiful and clean, she even smells great. . They always do a great job and have great service.
Justin, the cat groomer, is amazing. I've been helping this community cat for awhile now and a few months ago I found her in a real bad state. She had poo down her backside and I noticed she had matted fur all along her underside. I was really struggling finding a cat groomer, especially one that'd take a cat in this state. Justin was able to work her into his schedule and even got her finished within the hour so she didnt have to stay there for too long. I want to highlight that I asked Justin to not clip her nails since she was still an outside cat at that time which he had no problem with.
I took her back to him again this week since we discovered she will need dental extractions we have taken her in. She is having trouble cleaning herself because of her mouth pain so we asked him to shave her as much as possible to help us keep her clean. She looks a little silly but I can tell Justin takes good care of her. She acts normal after picking her up from there and he even was able to brush her teeth for us.
**I don't know what Justin's policy is but just as an FYI for anyone else taking in community cats, this cat was vaccinated, treated with flea medicine monthly, and is not feral.

Been going here for years first at his last location had corporal tunnel syndrome and acupuncture had always helped his acupuncture. He turned around and did it again and I haven’t had any problems for over 20 years soreness in the back achy body. I’ve seen you for many things and it’s worked each time. Very thorough. I Recommend his Clinic to everyone he makes a tea or he’ll give you the prescription for the tea and you make it as directed and it may not taste the best but it works in Dallas. It’s not about what taste good it’s what’s good for you. Shane‘s chiropractic is the best in Stanislaus County. Don’t expect results after the first one. My suggestion is paid for four and watch things change when it comes to the third one make sure you eat before you go. You do not want to eat after acupuncture and you want to wait at least 56 hours before you have to eat again and leave the caffeine alone. Amazing. Enjoy
