I've had the new builder gel on through a complete room exchange at our shop including painting and hanging cabinets. All of that and all of my random spray paint projects at home. And once ya know me, you'll know it's a ridiculous amount.

Wanted hair extensions but with my thin hair I did a lot of research and eventually tried tape ins with terrible results. As a travel nurse in the Indy area I found Lauren at LB extensions. She was amazing. Not only do I have thin hair I have thyroid issues too.
I walked in for a consultation one evening and we had me scheduled the next day to put my extensions in. She was open and honest about price, took the time to explain everything that would happen on installation day. The next day came and I left feeling wonderful about myself and more confident.
On my 6wk appt we tried a different technique to see how it would work. After a couple weeks my hair was not sitting right. I text Lauren she got me in that day fixed my hair and I walked out very happy.

Wow, I cannot recommend KBB enough. We rented out the bridal bar for my wedding and had all the girls have their hair and make up done there. The vibes were immaculate. Super clean and overall ambience was so warm and welcoming. Ellie & Kenzie did our hair and not only were they so pleasant to work with, they absolutely slayed on every single person's hair. It's totally worth the extra investment to rent out the space and made getting ready for my big day even more special. Working with Kathryn and Becky on getting everything reserved and details down was super easy and they were flexible when I had to make minor adjustments.
I've been seeing Ashley here for the past year or two and have never been anything less than completely thrilled, both with her specifically and with the salon in general. If you ever need help with color or extensions Ashley is your girl.
But today I also took my four year old in for a kids cut, and I was blown away all over again. Her stylist, Caroline, was perfection. She clearly has a real talent for connecting with kids and my daughter had such a great time talking to her. She loved her hair cut, but more importantly, she loved how Caroline made her feel special and grown up. She was so happy when she left!
First time trying a new salon and it's always nerve wracking because it's your hair! But Kenzy was super bubbly and welcoming and really listened to my idea for my cut. The shampoo was one of the best shampoos I have ever had and included a head and neck massage. I could have taken a nap after that, I was so relaxed. I love my cut and my hair feels so much fresher. Booking an appointment was very easy - there is an online system and you can see different price points and services offered as well.
I recently got a layered haircut by Ahniang and it turned out exactly how I wanted. The stylist really listened to what I was looking for and perfectly executed the layers to give my hair the volume and movement I desired. I'm so happy with the results!
If I could give this place a higher rating I would. I have been waiting for my hair appointment with Hannah for about a month now and I had it last night. Let me just say it was definitely worth the wait! From the moment I walked in I absolutely enjoyed the open minded, friendly, and homey vibe that not only the actual salon had but also the staff had. I was super nervous about dying and cutting my hair at a salon because the last time I did I came out with 5in+ taken off my hair and bright orange/yellow hair. Talk about traumatizing. Hannah made sure to really listen to everything I wanted and what I was worried about. Then she made sure to explain almost everything she was doing in a way that I could understand so that I wasn’t nervous. In the end, she was able to give me EXACTLY what I was asking for while also making the experience soooooo fun and exciting. I really cannot compare this experience to any of the past salons I’ve been to because it was nothing like them. The empathy and heart that this salon has is like no other. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for my next appointment. If you are nervous/scared to dye or cut your hair, this is the place to go. They really listen and make sure to give you what you want.

Grace was sick, I usually hate going to get my haircut because it’s always awkward and never turns out how I want it having curly hair but she was super easy to talk to and I loved my hair after. She also helped me find products and guidance on what will work for my hair because I have been struggling with that. Riley at the front desk gave me a coffee as soon as I walked in which was really nice and the facility itself was set up in lovely layout and everything was really clean.
I normally hate getting my hair cut because I always have bad experiences, but Kurt did an amazing job! He corrected issues from my last cut and left my hair looking gorgeous! He’s so sweet and just overall awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back next time I need my hair cut!
Brittany Clinton knows hair! I went to Brittany for about 2.5 years. She improved my hair from bad to the best condition in years! Both Veronica and her dad are extremely talented with clippers, scissors, and comb, and Veronica is amazing with cutting, styling, and coloring. I never post reviews but was very impressed at my visit today. I came here after Cookie Cutters turned us (my son) away due to availability. I really needed my sons hair cut and I stopped by here. The owner was very nice, professional and patient with my 1.5 year old, even though they don’t usually accept clients at this age. Donna is fabulous!!! I wear my hair very Short & I am picky so sometimes had a hard time finding someone to actually cut my hair short enough & way I wanted. All the ladies at Shadeland Barber shop are Amazing! The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. Very professional & but also down to earth. I highly recommend Shadeland Barber shop every time! They listen to what you like & are creative in ways of styling to fit your style just right .
Bree is amazing to work with and has given me gorgeous spray tans. She always makes me feel comfortable during the process. Her spray tans are personalized so you get the perfect color and contouring. Her tans look natural, never that cringey orange color that some other places give. She walks you through every step from preparation, the spray session and after care to maximize your tan and experience. She asked if I was preparing for a specific event and took that into consideration. We talked throughout the process and it felt like hanging out with a friend. She is so kind and I cannot recommend her enough!

Service wise this place is AMAZING. Staff is so friendly, they offer a wide variety of services and did an incredible job. No complaints there! However, price-wise is what will stop me from returning. I do a basic dip manicure (with soak off) every 4-ish weeks. I wasn't going to have time to get to my salon so I stopped in here. (Again, they did a great job so I'm glad I did!) The board said $55, I typically pay $50, no big deal. However, they charged $15 for the soak off, $12 to choose nail polish color (it was $8 for no color) and $10 to shape the nails (just filing them down because they'd grown so long). So $92 before tip. For exactly what every other salon provides in the manicure price. I was just wondering what the $55 covered if not filing and painting the nails? (Cutting the cuticles and adding oil? lol) Again, excellent service but nearly double what I've paid at all other salons. Just check the "add on" prices before you commit to a service.

Tommy, the owner did my nails when he was in Lebanon, 20 years ago. I have recently come back to him and his wife's nail salon. My daughter and I get our nails and pedi's done every 2 weeks together. We love the salon love the owners and our experience and nails and toes always look fabulous! Plus, it's by appointment, so it's peaceful as well.

Kalen's studio space is charming and clean, plenty of personality but not in a way that feels overwhelming. Kalen herself is very welcoming and warm, conversational and an attentive listener. I've had two luminary manicures by her and I've loved both! I had an inspiration for the second one and she on the spot came up with a pretty design. I'm excited to see what she comes up with next time (though, I'll give her more than last minute to think!).

Quality nails is the perfect name for the salon. First of all she is the owner of the salon, and goes by appointments only. The first time I went to see her was a month before a wedding. I wanted to get a preview of what to expect on his wedding day. She did a manicure and pedicure that lasted forever. I returned a week before the wedding, even though I didn't need it. I inadvertently messed up my hands and she allowed me to return at no charge because it was a special occasion. I didn't mention that I am diabetic and always worry about having my nails cut outside the doctor's office. I have now been going for over seven years and have not had any problems. As a matter of fact, I think I will call for an appointment this week
This class goes into so much detail about lashing! I feel so confident going into the real work and lashing anyone after taking this class and being able to have models to practice on.

Dani is amazing! I booked her for makeup and hair for my wedding and decided to get a few pre-wedding facials with her too.
The facials left my skin feeling wonderful and she was so warm and easy to talk to. I even convinced my partner to go in for a couple facials and he was very happy with the results.
She usually works with Danie Patterson for bridal services and they were so much fun to spend the morning of my wedding with! My friends and I had such a great time getting to know them. They are both also incredibly talented. I do not wear a lot of makeup and Dani made sure to keep me looking like myself, just elevated.
I also wanted to keep my natural curls - I showed Danie a couple pictures at the trial and talked through up vs down. She went right to work and came up with the most beautiful messy up-do to complement my curls. She also suggested using some dried flowers and arranged them in such a gorgeous way.
We were all so happy with our hair and makeup, as well as how lovely they both were to spend time with.
I am so glad that I booked them for my wedding! Really could not recommend them any more highly. I'll also definitely be going back to Dani for facials. She is such a joy!

I am particular about my waxes and have been to several estheticians before for waxing. Molly is hands down the best - the wax isn’t too hot, she is quick, and she gets everything! Having dealt with body image issues and the anxiety of getting waxed as a male, I had been curious about waxing but never made the plunge. I'm so glad I found Sonya because my experience was no where near as painful/intimidating/awkward as I had feared. She was nothing but professional and a joy to carry a conversation with, and she talked me through the process and what to expect.
One last note, fellas, if mangrooming is your jam, razoring or using clippers (e.g., manscaper), you will not beat a professional set of hands who removes the hair from the root. Seriously, I'm surprised how smooth I feel. 10/10

I wish there was one on the south side or even downtown but I love the ladies (Rachel D.) who get me right! I enjoy their quick but quality service. They get you in and out in just minutes! It's always clean and bright, a little cold but not too bad since you're not there long. I also love the Wax Pass they offer, good feeling to know your wax is already paid for and you can just leave your gratuity. I love I can use the passes at any location, not just here in the city. AND, they don't expire!

Lifespa definitely uses the "spa" in it's name fairly liberally- from the website I thought I was going to be able to have a spa day by going to the eucalyptus steam bath, the sauna, etc. but it seems those are for LifeTime members only. This "spa" is a segregated hair salon with a back room where they do facials and massages. Now- once I had my expectations managed, this was a very good facial. The aesthetician was detailed and listened well, and had good recommendations on what to do for my facial. I left feeling relaxed and my face was so soft. The prices were on-par with other facials I have had in Indy. Other than that, parking was easy and free. The location was great and convenient. And everyone was very kind.

Did my first ever lash service with a Lash Lift and Tint. Danielle did a great job. She was on time, a pleasure to talk with for an hour, personable, and Calm Lash Lounge was just that - calm, comfortable, and clean. By the end of an hour, I definitely felt like I had pampered myself. Recliner chair was very comfortable. And her prices are very reasonable. I plan to return for other services! Got my nostril and 2d ear piercings here and from the jump I was convinced I found my Indy tattoo & piercing home. Nova was great helping me schedule my appointment and doing the intake. I could tell she cared about me as a customer and was the complete opposite of some people I've dealt with where they don't make eye contact or act like you're bothering them while they focus on their phone. AJ did a fantastic job on my piercings. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable! She told me what she was going to do, then walked through steps to complete the piercing. She made sure my piercings were perfectly placed by taking into account things I didn't consider. The actual piercing was so smooth and gentle i honestly barely felt my ear being done! She made sure I understood the aftercare and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, I don't think I could've had a better piercing experience.

Came in today had a minor ID mishap but had 2 forms and the owner was walking out and said get it done and that is exactly what she did I wanted a dermal integrated into my tattoo and another artist was able to weigh in and gave a fresh opinion and we came up with the perfect spot. 10 on cleanliness 10 on customer service 10 on it being done in a timely manner 10 on after care instructions. Even though iv had so many dermal piercings I still listen to my piercers I will deff be back and deff recommend #itsavibe
Requested style: I wanted the piercing placed inside of my tattoo which can be tricky especially getting it right in the middle of the tat on my neck over the curved middle of LOYALTY
Specialties: Dermal piercings can be very delicate and tricky and one must remain very still until the jewelry it placed placement was not easy but it was very quick considering.
Cleanliness: Everything came straight out the package. Gloves were worn at all times and even after I asked to clean my jewelry one last time she regloved and had no problem doing so.
Had a great experience being tattooed by Jonathan there (@cyprztattz on Instagram). He took his time and produced fantastic work, very pleased with getting one of his original up for grabs designs.
The shop was super clean, nice and welcoming. There were roughly 16 artists in there at the time, but they fit 24.

I came in to town today to visit my parents and walked into a mess. There was an issue with the septic tank and the toilets, sinks and showers were all down and weren't usable. What a mess! Chris and Shane came around 1p and instead of waiting until Tuesday to fix, worked all day on repairing the septic / mainline and left us with working toilets and showers! I can’t thank them enough for the care and time in helping my elderly parents and getting everything taken care of on the same day! Fantastic service. I needed two new locks keyed alike; they had different codes on the box so I assumed different keys. I dropped the locks off to be keyed alike . When I returned it turned out that despite the different key code on the boxes both locks were keyed the same. Now they could have charged me for rekeying and I would not have ever known that no work was needed and gladly paid my bill. But they were upfront and told me the truth and no charge! I will never go anywhere else again for any lock/key service.

Listennnn! When I tell you this company came through on cleaning our carpets.... we have light colored carpets, and Banes restored them back to life. Our stairs and high traffic areas were a MESS. They cleaned our Childcare centers carpet and removed playdough!! They are the truth. They use a neutral smelling cleaner that I like. If you have an issue with stains, don't try and remove them yourself, call Bane. They are reasonably priced too.
The Revitalize team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning and sealing the tile in our bathrooms! We have extremely hard water which leaves rust stains no matter how we try to keep salt in that softener! They said they might not be able to remove all of the discoloration but they would give it their all and they sure did! Our tile looks so fresh and new! I just couldn't be happier with Revitalize! Every member of their team worked to make a very happy customer!

The B clean team has been a huge help to my family. Two weeks ago they came for our initial whole house, deep clean, and my house has never looked so good! Today was their second clean and my children hopped to it when I told them they needed to pick up their rooms for the cleaners to come do their thing. I had several unforseen issues with my back patio after the Epoxy was installed, (NOTHING at all to do with Brandon's quality of work or product). But Brandon came back out several times to fix the damage that was caused by those unfortunate things happening not wanting any extra money but to just see that I was happy with his product and service. We had Mark lay new hardwood floors in two rooms, the result is gorgeous, and the experience was great. Highly recommend and would use again.The details:The work included demolition of a stone floor, matching existing hardwoods, moving cumbersome furniture in and out, coordinating timing with other contractors, and being cognizant of me recovery from surgery just two rooms over. He also figured out a solution to two doorway thresholds in rooms completely unrelated to the new hardwoods project.Mark and his guys were courteous, professional, fastidious, and thorough throughout the project. Jay and his crew were very professional and great to work with. We wanted marmoleum (for all intents and purposes, this is essentially linoleum) tiles, which are rarely requested this day and age. To make matters even tougher, we have a 100 year old home and our kitchen floors were uneven with no subfloor - not to mention we wanted the floors laid in a diamond checkerboard pattern. From the very start… coming up with the floor plans for our total master bathroom remodel, working within our budget and guiding us through the process of picking out fixtures we felt well supported by all the service pros at Booher. Elliott was our Project Manager, he was great to work with as he communicated with us daily of what to expect during the construction...answering our questions promptly via text, phone or in person. They even discovered an obscure nail in a copper pipe from a previous project unrelated to them that may have prevented much water damage. The project started on the date we had planned and ended 1 week EARLIER than projected. At first, we were hesitant about spending the extra money with Booher, but after very stressful remodeling projects, with different companies, we found Booher far exceeded our expectations and Booher created a master bath that we love!
I was connected with Marc through my insurance agent, and he was in touch with me almost immediately. We were dealing with the stress and unknown of extensive water damage and insurance claims. Marc started the dry out process almost immediately, and every step of the way we had great communication and explanation/breakdown of everything that would be done, costs, etc.
The project managers, laborers, and every employee and contractor that came into our home was on time, friendly, hard-working and did an excellent job. A few unexpected problems were discovered along the way, and everyone worked to communicate and execute a solution right away. Care was taken to minimize cost and delays as much as possible, and on the back end, Marc went above and beyond communicating with our insurance adjuster to be sure all the funds were properly released and everything worked out right on paper.
And every bit of the work done (flooring, lighting, etc) looks absolutely beautiful.
Even little things like when he stopped by to ask how things were going and spotted from the street a shingle out of place, he quickly got up on a latter and nailed it back in place, make us happy to know this company exists and we have a renovation company we can trust for anything in the future.
We have had to deal with some of the worst when it comes to hiring “companies” and contractors for another project, so when you get someone that does the right things the right way, you really notice.
I would 100% recommend Fairchild Renovations for anything you need done.

I called 3 pest control companies and Jed made an opening for me and came out the same day for our mice problem. The price was also the best of the 3 and came with a 90-day warranty.
He checked the outside for holes and put a lot of bait out in our garage, kitchen, and the bedroom where we saw them. He was so helpful and reassured me that the mice will go away quickly.

Wonderful service! We live on a wooded property that backs up to a greenspace that gets marshy. We used to get swarmed by mosquitoes and our son gets huge allergic reactions to bites. Dr. Ferguson is the best! Last time I pulled out my back, he fixed it right there. This time I immediately called and got an appointment the same day. He did a quick adjustment of my back and applied a heat sensor type device. In less than 1/2 hour, it felt so much better! By the end of the day, I was pain free! He is fast and efficient. I am so grateful my Dr referred me to Dr Ralston after I had a concussion in a recent car accident. It has been very healing to go through the treatment protocol that he has customized for me. The whole staff at NeuroHealth is so friendly, knowledgeable, caring and well trained. My symptoms have improved so much and I can’t recommend this service enough for anyone that has a brain injury of any kind.
I went in to resolve some pain issues and discovered my work on a computer had caused other issues. Working on corrections now and hope to give myself more able- bodied years as I get older. I no longer have the pain issues. This really works better than pharmaceutical solutions.

I've seen a couple doctors here due to availability and me being impatient! I saw Dr. Wilson when I was younger and pursued an accutane treatment and also Dr. Perdue for some itchy skin help. I've always been appreciative of how quickly they were able to help me. I loved that Dr. Perdue was ready to play hardball to get my symptoms under control. I was embarrassed about it for a while and just want to get it under control. I loved that Dr. Purdue helped me, provided options, and let me decide what was best for me. He also laid out the next steps and let me know what to expect.
My little 16 year old Molly ran into the woods and was covered with little burrs. My husband and i tried to get them out but could not get several around the face and paws. We've been taking our dogs her since they were puppies, The waiting area and rooms are impeccably clean, and the attention is the best I've ever experienced. The doctor is so very caring and knowledgeable that you'll really feel good about your pets care.

I can’t recommend PurrSnips enough!! We have two long haired Persian cats, and one is VERY spicy. Previously, he has been kicked out of several groomers, and we had resigned to getting him put under anesthesia for grooms - until we found PurrSnips!! They were able to get him groomed on “his terms” and are even allowing him to come back ? both of our cats look beautiful upon pickup and we can tell they were both handled with patience and care. We are so thankful for the girls at purrsnips and hope to be long time return clients!! ?
Wildflower Pet Spa is wonderful . Friendly and all of them are so careful of and affectionate with the dogs. More reasonable than other places I have been. Maybe most important - my dog is genuinely excited to be there. Especially when he sees his groomer, Rory, who is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Wildflower highly enough!!
Ted has been grooming our poodles for years and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of them. The place is always super clean and very warm and inviting. Ted has some wonderful items for sale.The poodles always come back looking amazing.I recommend trying Fur Bee - you won’t be disappointed!
This was my 3rd visit for adopted 4 yo havapoo and the service here is great! He comes home all fluffed out and handsome, they take very good care of him while he's there and I get a text so can pick him up as soon as he's done. A few before and after pics added!

Cindy of Animal House Wanamaker provided patient, kind, and individualized grooming for Luna, who suffered with cognitive dysfunction disorder before she crossed the rainbow bridge at age 16. I have been bringing my dogs to Cindy for at least 6 years and will never take my dogs to anyone else.

I'd take this review into heavier consideration than most others, since I am a Dog Barber myself. BARK's owner is one of the most talented groomers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. You know how Eric Clapton makes playing guitar look, simple? Yeah, that's how Britt looks when getting her style on. I've always been very with the quality of work and the immense amount of detail that Britt puts in and it's awesome to see the wonderful reviews. Us groomers work our tails off and put everything into what we do, so please take that into consideration if you're curious about pricing - because dog ownership, it's not cheap - I should know, I have 6. Her quality of work that walks out those doors on a daily basis, is what are pretty much showcased on dog show circuits. So, if you're looking to haggle or look for a bottom dollar - you can always go to a big box store, but with that a modified version of the old adage "If it's cheap, it's not good - If' it's good, it's not cheap." There's a lot to be said about more experience in handling a wide variety of dogs and to do so at the highest level of safety.

Very kind and loving to all animals cats,dogs,bunny’s, etc.! Prices are worth their work & for all they go through and do to make your dog safe, feel better,comfortable,great with difficult dogs who get sent home from other places,they will help your pet I kno this because they’ve helped mine and the other two I have as well my cat who is not easy to say the least! Most places send your pet home if they even hear a growl so I am blessed to have found this place and the groomers who do all they can to make sure the pets needs are met first and correctly groomed to the best of their ability or as much as a dog or cat will allow especially ones with out or who can’t take meds to help ease their anxiety like as my two babies cat and dog have , one is due to age and I rescued my other from a abusive home. She’s so happy to get there now every time! It’s hard work and I know first hand from watching and they also love to kindly educate pet owners help them understand certain things myself never even knew or would think of! For dogs who get matted they have brushes I got and now at home my dog has gotten to have kinda like practice so he’s not afraid of the brush anymore or try’s to bite along with were able to keep him with more fluff since we only take him on every 10 weeks and now he’s much better in shape before going in to get his groom . They don’t shave then off because it’s fun they sometimes have no choice and I’m glad I was taught everything I know now because Matt’s get to the skin it’s painful! I joined kOMpose a few months ago. Prior to joining, I’d never practiced yoga aside from a few YouTube videos. I’m blown away by how great it’s been. The instructors are just amazing.
I love love love Invoke! I finally made it out to their 86th Street studio, and it's such a calming place to practice. I booked a class online like two weeks prior, but then forgot which class I had booked. But I remembered what date and time I was supposed to be there, so I showed up and found out that I had booked a heated vinyasa level 2 class! And wouldn't you know it, that day, I was nursing a lil' hangover. Holy hot yoga! I was totally unprepared physically, but mentally I was excited to challenge myself and told myself that if all else fails, there's no shame in taking a child's pose. I ended up having one of the best yogas sessions I've had in a long time, all thanks to my instructor that day, Jill. I have had her for outdoor yoga before, but this was my first time being in one of her studio classes. Jill was the perfect balance of encouragement and gentleness, and she played great music! The heated yoga classes are no joke -- they're pretty intense, but they're also relaxing and allow you to feel more open and flexible. Make sure to bring water and a towel!
This place is special. I found City in 2014; initially attracted to the affordable rates and various teachers and classes. I stuck around because of the deep roots embedded in community and the commitment to education and growth.

I am SO GLAD that I stumbled upon this business on Yelp not long ago. I immediately went and checked it out after reading a wonderful review about this studio. I tried a community yoga class (for $5) that was taught by a student in training which was wonderful. It was very relaxing mixed with a laid back workout. They played good music too throughout the class! The studio itself is adorable and I can't say enough great things about the staff and other people that were here. Everyone was so welcoming and almost everyone was calling me by my first name by the end of the night. They really make you feel like you're family, even if it's your first time there. I can't wait to try more yoga classes and possibly one of their other classes too!

I am so happy I joined this studio. I joined after having our first kid which helped me feel soooo much better. Now with our second baby on the way I feel better going into delivery. I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. Kobie was recommended to me by my a friend after I had experienced 3 weeks plus of terrible upper back pain. He spent most of my first session working out that tension for me. I was a bit sore for a day or so after but my pain was finally gone! He wonderfully attentive and works with you through the whole process. you can definitely tell he cares about clients!
Sandy is truly a master at her craft! She is able to consistently work out any “knots” or issues in my muscles down to a fascial level while being able to educate me in the process. Always feel better the next day working with her! Highly recommend!

I decided to go because I needed to get out of the house and look online and see they had a 1pm. appointment, so I took it. I had the pleasure of having Abby at the Keystone location as my personal strecher, and she did a phenomenal job. I felt amazing leaving that I locked into a 3 month package. Definitely recommend if you need some self care and relief.
Went there tonight after driving about an hour, the person wasn’t able to give me a massage as I walked in the door. Jeff asks if he could help me, I found out he is part owner. I said I drove here and the person that couldn’t give me massage. He says hold on and Brandee the other owner said she would give me a massage. She was amazing!!! Very professional and it was worth the drive and my body feels amazing!! Thanks Brandee you rock!!!

My husband and I went and saw Gina for a massages and we couldn’t be more amazed about how professional and sweet of a person she is. I’m 6 months pregnant and she gave me a wonderful, relaxing massage. My husband is a person trainer who had tight muscles and knows and she took care of them! Great experience at Holistic healing!

This was my second time getting a massage with Francesca and a day after my massage my body is feeling a lot more healed than it we pre massage. The first time I went in, I got the luxurious Alchemist massage which included a full body scrub, shower in between, and full body massage after. Francesca first made sure above all else that I felt comfortable and relaxed before starting and that the temp. in the room was just right. I felt like I was walking on a cloud after this massage! The second time I came in I asked for help targeting specific problem areas, especially tension in my upper back. She did such a great job working the knots out of my body and also used a cooling mist that helped combat inflammation! The studio is right next to Amelia's in Windsor park so grab yourself a brownie after the massage. :) Can't wait to treat myself again to this next month!

I have been taking my mom to see Victor for a couple of weeks for her back pain. Victor has helped her back pain tremendously. He is very knowledgeable and explains what the issue is really well. He walks my mom through on what exercise would help and what she needs to avoid. He also helps her improve her posture that would be beneficial in the long run. I would definitely recommend going to Victor Physical Therapy!
As a longtime PT, myself, I cannot praise Body One and specifically, Dr. Meghan K, enough! I sustained a post-op nerve injury after what should have been a simple, routine surgery for my ankle/achilles. Meghan helped me through a very difficult and frustrating time with so much kindness, expertise, and patience. Her interventions were smart, creative, and functional. Her manual skills are excellent. She is punctual and professional but also extremely personable! I have improved so much and am now able to workout and run again, thanks to her. She has inspired me to refresh my own knowledge and makes me want to be a better PT, myself. Thank you, Meghan, I can’t recommend you and Body One PT enough!
Dorathy really pushes you to strengthen & rehab your particular injury. In my case, it is the hip, everyday it gets stronger while working on her exercises at home.

Shane is fantastic!!! I’ve been seeing him for several years and I’ve sent many of my massage clients to him. We all love him! He is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes people feel comfortable with receiving Acupuncture. I have one client who is very phobic with needles, and Shane has been so accommodating with her in ensuring her comfort, that she has become a huge fan of acupuncture and it’s benefits. Also, he’s hilarious, and that’s a side benefit. If you’ve been considering Acupuncture, look no further. Shane is the best!
