I called with a leak issue for my hvac and Michael was able to take a look the next morning. Turns out the issue was a condensation problem and Michael was able to treat it and provide insulating material to prevent it from happening further. He also provided some guidance and tips on maintenance to help the system last longer. Great communication and attention to detail.

After my trial with Samatha, I already knew I was in good hands. She gave me such great vibes and made me feel comfortable and confident from the start. On the wedding day, we had four Babes with us, and they were AMAZING. Every single one of us felt and looked absolutely stunning.
Beyond how talented they are, the energy they brought to the bridal suite was exactly what I needed. Wedding mornings can be chaotic, and I was so nervous, but having them there genuinely helped calm me down. The vibes were immaculate. They were fun, warm, organized, and highly professional while still making the whole morning feel relaxed and special.
And most importantly, we all looked SO GOOD. Hair and makeup lasted beautifully, everyone felt confident, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The Babe Tribe was such a wonderful part of my wedding day, and I would recommend them without hesitation!

The treatment you get at this hair salon is worth every penny! I am sad I didnt find him sooner, since I will be moving soon. I have had a tough time for over 10 years finding a hair stylist that specializes in red. He knocked it out of the park. Brett has an amazing personality. I am deaf/HOH and obviously had to take my hearing aids out. He was super considerate and made sure to tap me to get my attention and spoke into the mirror without making a big deal out of it. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! Amazing!

The environment in this barber shop is spectacular, once you walk in you are greeted with amazing customer service but that is not all they provide. The cutting skills is top tier you would think you booked the top package every time you visited. I took my brother to Harry's Barbershop to get a haircut, eyebrow trim and beard shave. We didn't have an appointment. It was not too crowded but had a steady flow of customers. The shop is good sized, clean and they sterilize their utensils regularly. They offers alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. They offer seniors and veterans discounts! We liked it a lot.

I have been going to Cassandra for years and ALWAYS love everything about my experience. She is so friendly and easy to get along with, booking is simple and most importantly, the tan is always perfect. She listens to what you want, makes recommendations and helps guide your choice of product and timeline of aftercare. She has products to extend the life of the tan but isn't pushy with selling. Everyone always asks where I went and comments how natural my tan looks. I had to go somewhere else recently after waiting too long to book and she was sold out- I was disappointed. I was so nervous when I went in for the very first time to have my very first lash extensions ever. Not really sure why but I was. Kylee was so warm and friendly but also professional at the same time. Halfway through I actually fell asleep. It was so relaxing. I absolutely love my extensions. They look so real. Nice to have a new addition to my self-care and beauty routine. The extensions make my eyes look bigger and more alert and awake. Love love love!

My service was the OSEA Vagus Nerve Meditative Massage with Keli. It was absolutely the BEST treatment I have ever had in my life. I generally prefer deep-tissue body work type treatments, but with recent health issues directly related to vagus nerve disfunction, I stepped outside of my norm to try this service. The products are perfect, relaxing fragrance but not overpowering and SO silky, smooth, and luxurious feeling. The hands-on part of the treatment was so relaxing and very comfortable. I caught myself drifting off to sleep several times. 🫣 My HRV went up ten points from pre to post service, and I truly believe if I received this treatment at the onset of a flare it would dramatically reduce the symptoms. I’m so glad to know that this exists so that I can add it to my health management plans!

This is my first experience, having my hair and makeup done. I have to admit I thought the makeup was a bit much but they told me to trust the process. Upon leaving, I called a friend and she told me I looked fantastic. Subsequently my daughter and I looked great for my wedding. The makeup wasn’t too much but as someone that doesn’t normally wear that much makeup, it just felt like a lot. I am glad I trusted the process and bangs and blush did a fantastic job.

I had my maternity photo session and needed a glam look, but was so nervous that I wasn't going to find the right person to give me the look I going for. I did a quick search on Google and came across LUXJURE and immediately booked her. Booking was a breeze. After arriving her studio was so charming and her mannerisms was impeccable, but nothing compared to the masterpiece she had brushed on my face. Her work was so flawless I felt like a celebrity. Got a tattoo by Guido today and the whole experience was great! Super fast, since it was a small tattoo, but he still took his time and I didn't feel rushed at all. He took my idea and made it possible and I love how it turned out! Will be back for more tattoos by him in the future! Also got my nose pierced by Grace and she was amazing! So friendly and really knows her stuff.

Went to delta an they were extremely friendly an hooked me up with a new key an I got my freedom back the mykey is no more. Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.

Chip and his team did an excellent job with our flooring. Kevin was the installer and a perfectionist. Joseph was very patient with the finishing and even redid an area with 2 different stains when I started second guessing the color I choose. We had white oak wide plank floors with the oil finish. They are just beautiful and everyone comments on them when they come to the house, including all the workers during the build. He is a small business and you may have to wait for him but it will be worth it!!

A fine company with outstanding service. Joe, a man with experience, knowledge and the spry of a man decades younger helped my wife and I select vinal luxury tile to replace flooring in a sunroom. Two days later I came to purchase it and he wouldn't seal the deal until he rechecked the math on the previous measurements. Once purchased, store personnel loaded my vehicle and I was on my merry way. We had already hired an installer who did a perfect job with plenty left over. When we showed Joe our first measurements, he told us we were wanting way too much and saved us a lot of time and money. I will return to this place for our future projects and utilize the experienced installers on staff.

A replacement was ordered right away, and he personally delivered the correct panel. He went above and beyond by inspecting every cabinet inside and out, to ensure everything was perfect.

I’d like to preface this that I wasn’t able to use Truly Nolen’s service for my residence as it’s a rental and my landlord went with another provider, but my meeting with one of Truly Nolen’s inspectors Robert was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was, and how he took the time to explain his findings to me and my partner. It really gave the vibe of a company culture of actually helping people, which is hard to find.

We used Carlitos Landscaping & Hardscape for a new outdoor living area a few years ago. Recently to fix our existing pool decking and coping. They do a great job. They show up when they say they will. They are easy to communicate with. They do high quality work! We would 100% recommend.
I was out of state for over a month and needed mowing service. Knoxville Mowing came out within an hour of my call to give me an estimate over the phone. They scheduled my service within just a few days. At the end of each service, they took photos to show that the job is complete. David’s Tree and Stump service did an excellent job cutting down my dead trees! They were very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will never call anyone else but them.
We were very pleased with the work done by Derrick B and his crew. They removed 3 very large River Birch and cut back 3 Crepe Myrtle. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently and safely. It was fascinating to watch their precise and skilled approach to the removal. Their cleanup was through. Derrick was great — answering all our questions. Great work overall!
The team called ahead as had asked so I could put my dogs up they cut the trees inside of the fence first so i could let my dogs out as soon as possible they finished up the other trees and even took leaf blowers and rakes to finish cleaning up my yard was cleaner when they left than I thought it could be

Six month cleaning and it was perfect. Hygienist was friendly and very accommodating. Had some old glue on tooth from crown and she was able to remove it. Chelsey checked out X-ray and we discussed next steps. Overall a great group of professionals....

Being in much pain in the beginning (from multiple issues I was not aware of before visiting/ throwing my back out), I had many concerns & doubts.. they educated me along the way, calmed my anxieties, & trusting their process I have had little to no back pain. I now go for maintenance due to a physically taxing job & they help with any small issues that arise along the way. I have gone for 7 ish years and everyone is very kind and well educated! On top of all that they do everything they can to give back to the community and offer educational classes on multiple health topics.

I switched to Refine from a well-known practice in Knoxville. I got sick of waiting an hour plus with 25 people in the waiting room to be taken back for a 5-min visit. At Refine I don’t wait long at all and still get a thorough exam. If I find something suspicious, I get in with a couple of days or even next day. Super happy I switched.

I had a billing problem where my insurances was not paying what it should and they were billing me a lot more than they should. After bringing it to their attention it got resolved in one afternoon with my insurance companies now paying what they are suppose to and LifeStance then billing me correctly.

We love Lovell Animal Hospital! They will make your fur baby feel special and loved from the second you walk in the door through every step and with every interaction. They're very reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and don't push unnecessary lab work and treatments, especially for older pets. They create a calm and loving environment for really nervous pets. I highly recommend them.
My boyfriend and I took our fur baby this morning due to a scratch in his eye. The vet and vet tech did amazing. They didn’t rush, and I could tell they love animals. They were also very honest and up front with the cost.

I have been going to this vet (on Mill Road) for 4-5 years. What really makes this vet stand out is the staff. I recently went to pick up my dogs heart medicine and saw that a staff member Michelle passed. I just wanted to say for me, she made that vet hospital. I would call to refill my pets prescription and she would always know my pet and ask how they were progressing. When I called with an emergency with their breathing she would always fit them in and shared my concerns. I trust my pets going here because the staff actually care and she will be greatly missed.
Dr. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is straight to the point, gives you all of the options with clear financial expectations, and doesn’t order unnecessary treatment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. After my first round of visits with all 3 dogs, I can say that these were the most stress free visits we had ever had. I have a 5 year old golden retriever who I brought to Dr. Morrison after a long bout with not eating and having gastrointestinal issues. I had to change from another vet I was going to previously because I didn't feel Rose Bud was getting the care she needed. Dr. Morrison addressed the issue head on and Rose Bud went into surgery the following Monday. Rose Bud was in such a state she that the outlook wasn't good, but Dr. Morrison and all the vet techs and people at village veterinary medical saved her. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this Veteranerian! Also Dr. L (I can never remember her full last name so I call her Dr.L) This vet is more expensive, but if you are looking for the best care for your animals, the price is worth every penny because the care is outstanding. I will always bring my dogs here now and I hope you will consider them if you want the best care for your pets too. With all my gratitude, Kristin

Village Veterinary Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful to our family over the years. They took incredible care of our previous Cairn Terrier, Roscoe, treating him through diabetes and later thyroid cancer with so much knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness. I always felt confident he was in the best hands possible.

I have recommended Heart to Heart for many years. She's very professional and scheduled with her grooms. I appreciate not having mine there all day. I also like that there aren't lots of other dogs there at the same time. Prices are equivalent to others.
I appreciated how honest the staff was about timing. They said my dog’s grooming might take longer because of heavy shedding, and they were right. Even with the delay, the quality of the work really showed. My german shepherd’s coat looked lighter, cleaner, and much healthier afterward.

Brought my senior dog in who has typically been a tough groom at other dog grooming businesses. Start to finish it was a great experience and the staff were very personable, communicated well, and treated my girl great. Despite the tricky circumstances I brought my dog in with, they absolutely did fantastic work and I’ll happily bring my dog back for another groom.
Absolutely amazing yoga studio. I have grown so much in my understanding of yoga postures, the practice, the roots, breath work and so much more as I’ve practiced at Blue Ridge Yoga. It isn’t just a yoga studio, where you punch in and take a class, it is a yoga studio that educate the students on the why of the practice then on the how and benefits of the practice. I never felt that classes were too advanced for me, as they were always postures given to modify and we were encouraged to do what was right for our own body. I’ve also never practiced at a yoga studio that is so open to every level and every body. From the students to the instructors, they represent our community and teach that yoga is for everyone— not just for those that are super flexible or can master advanced poses. While there is a space for those that are advanced in their practice, there’s also a space for those that don’t even own a mat. If you are looking for a yoga studio, that will encourage you no matter where you are in your journey, I recommend Blue Ridge. It’s a special place.
Came in for the first time for a session with Cecil. Nora was very welcoming and helpful with the parking validation process! The inside of the building is so lovely, calming and spacious. As for Cecil, I was blown away by the quality of my session and his services. You can truly tell that he's passionate about massage/aroma therapy. I can't recommend Cecil and Glowing Body enough!
Easy to purchase passes (including a new timer special for an unlimited month). I really like their pricing structure; the relax classes are less than the flows, while 90m classes are slightly more. I’ve been places where nidra and flow are the same.
Parking was easy. Instructors are very welcoming. Good vibes - mellow, approachable, community feel. Classes feel more traditional than some I’ve taken (in a great way). So glad I gave it a go, I’ll now be a regular.

I’ve been practicing for about ten years now, and yoga six has enhanced my practice so much. I’ve always been too scared to try inversions but have felt supported and encouraged into trying headstands and handstands in my practice from all of the instructors. The studio is always extremely clean and welcoming!

I started attending classes here 1 month ago. It is a great workout that is challenging, but most moves have modifications if you are a beginner like me. The coaches here always offer adjustments to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your experience with lagree. The class sizes are small and the coaches pay attention and offer form corrections as needed. Plus the studio is clean and very pretty.
Nice space and equipment and excellent teachers. I was completely new to reformer Pilates and both teachers made sure I was comfortable and accommodated. The smaller class size ensures everyone gets personalized attention.

At the end of my session, he was kind enough to suggest certain teas and vitamins I could try to help with healing. I was happy with my experience and booked my next session right after!

Physical Therapists at OrthoTennessee are great. They worked with me a few years again when I had my knees replaced, and recently for Plantar Phisitis. They worked with me to make sure I left there feeling much better. The suggestions, and exercises they gave me helped so much. I have found out that if I work at home in-between therapy, it really does help. They worked with me as to the day and times I could make my appointments. Great office staff.

The facility was crowded, two times the patients compared to the other centers I attended. I have been asked to take an overseas assignment and was impressed with the receptionist who advised me on how to continue therapy on my return.
As a cyclist and runner, I can confidently say Physio Lab will work with you towards your goals and help you succeed! I had some minor injuries that were causing me some frustration going into race season. After one week of homework, I already felt stronger and pain-free. The exercises I have been equipped with are going to help me get stronger for years to come. Thanks again! ?

I was incredibly pleased with the treatment I received at Spine and Sport in Farragut. Noah was my primary therapist, but all of the staff chipped in to make my sessions go smoothly. Not only did I receive effective treatment on days I visited the clinic, they also provided me with plans and encouragement to continue specific exercises at home on days I did not have a therapy appointment. The therapy worked well for me and S&S will remain my preferred physical therapy if I need new therapy help.
Unlike many other competitors, Forward Physical Therapy provides one-on-one support. Therapists stay focused on me instead of juggling multiple clients at the same time slot. This is a huge benefit and important difference for full recovery. I have chosen Forward Physical Therapy for several repairs, including two rotator cuffs, bicep tendon tear and achilles. All have been successful with a full recovery.

Dr. Wes never fails me. He has helped me heal thru many injuries throughout the years. The most recent is a torn tendon in my foot. I limp in with pain and walk out with 90% improvement. And he never pushes me to get more treatments, in fact, most times he tells me to wait and that I probably wont need another. He's always willing to work me in ( and I have a very weird schedule) He is THE BEST. 5 stars for sure
Michael is Amazing! My youngest had to be put on medical leave from an International Graduate Study program because their health had significantly deteriorated. We pursued conventional medicine with no success.
They have received acupuncture treatments and Michael recommended supplements, vitamins and specific changes to their diet. We have seen improvement and are Very happy with the care they have received.

After suffering with Alpha Gal Syndrome for years and dealing with severe reactions to dairy, beef and pork, I can honestly say this treatment has been life changing. I am now three months post treatment and have not had a single issue. For the first time in years, I can enjoy all foods again without fear of a reaction. Amadea was extremely thorough in explaining the process and answered every question I had along the way. Testing also revealed several other allergies that were treated as part of my care.

I loved my lessons with Craig, he was very patient and kind you could not ask for a better instructor. I was able to build my confidence and learn how to drive safely faster than I thought possible.
He had a very flexible schedule and I was able to sign up for weekly private lessons I think that made all the difference. I passed the test and got my license but I feel like I learned so much more than the test required. Everything I learned will make me a better driver and I know I am going to be grateful for that for many years to come!
