The physical therapists at the Callahan location, Gem and Alyssa, were kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They helped me through a difficult and ongoing injury. I was given an early morning appointment so as to not interfere with my work schedule thanks in part to Maddie. I would highly recommend this location and to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Great massage. Was able to get a same day appointment. Having male therapists can be hard for some, but I felt very safe and comfortable.
I would highly recommend Ms.Jen and her Thai/yoga massage to those who need to add better mobility to their life. The benifits are fantastic. Along with getting those knots evaporated the stretching of the tight muscles and joints help you well beyond the end of your session. For those who may think it’s not relaxing, try it! Along with all that goodness is Ms Jen. She is very calming and warm. The environment of her studio is absolute chill and comfortable. Her knowledge and professionalism is excellent but not uptight or sterile. She has an incredible soul and vibe. You will notice it instantly upon meeting her. Do yourself a favor and give her a call and start feeling better in your mind, body and soul.

He has helped me so much after a car wreck, I was in lots of pain and unable to work as much as I was used to. Erik has helped me to regain my strength and lots of stamina. He has helped me to lose weight and gain muscle. I do what he recommends because it works!

I booked the VIP 75 minute deep Swedish massage with craniosacral therapy. Hazel is extremely skilled at craniosacral therapy and massage. She alleviated the acute pain I was experiencing from the chronic ongoing neck pain I have. Hazel is very sweet, and listens to feedback so well! I also had a massage with Trey and it was excellent. Pure Empath is a gem. Go and you will be glad you did!

Krissie has been doing my entire family’s hair for years. She’s a talented stylist and color specialist, prices fairly, and is a genuinely kind soul. Before I found her I was doing my own hair for years (which was a pain) because even at the top salons in Knoxville I couldn’t find anyone that could get my cuts and color exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention Krissie’s rare abilities in making and installing dreads, braids, and more. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, give you professional advice on it all including hair and color care, and even helps you purchase or find the right products to maintain your look. I recommend her to everyone I know and people always ask who does my hair.

The Babe Tribe did an AMAZING job on my wedding day. Everyone in my wedding looked so good and were very happy with their hair and makeup. The Babe tribe team was on time, courteous and efficiently worked through 8 bridesmaids, the bride, mother of groom and mother of bride. Very much recommend!

The treatment you get at this hair salon is worth every penny! I am sad I didnt find him sooner, since I will be moving soon. I have had a tough time for over 10 years finding a hair stylist that specializes in red. He knocked it out of the park. Brett has an amazing personality. I am deaf/HOH and obviously had to take my hearing aids out. He was super considerate and made sure to tap me to get my attention and spoke into the mirror without making a big deal out of it. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! Amazing!

I had the pleasure of having my hair permed by Michael. I had always gone to another salon for this but every time I'd go to have a reperm it was always $10 to $20 higher for the same perm & the last time I went, I had told my stylist she was pricing me right out of her shop since the last perm was near $180. My condo mate referred me to Salon OC. I was a little afraid to change but because of limited budget I decided to give Salon OC a chance. Boy am I glad I did. Needless to say, Michael put me right at ease. He is so professional and so friendly. My perm was the BEST I have ever had and the price was $70 cheaper. My condo mate looked at it & was amazed at my hair. She had told me my last perm had looked stringy which hurt my feelings but when she said how fabulous Michael had made it look, I rejoiced. Everyone there is so friendly & professional. My condo mate will also be making an appointment with Michael soon. The receptionist, Lana, makes you feel that you've known each other for years. She puts you right at ease right off the bat!!!! WONDERFUL PLACE. I'll definitely keep going back for Michael's services. Thank Salon OC!!!!!

First time at Chase’s shop. I’m picky about my hair and am very cautious about finding a new barber. With that said, I found his shop on Google last night and booked an early morning appointment. Met him, discussed my hair and beard, what I like, etc. He knocked it out of the park with a hair and a beard cut! I’m not kidding, it’s the best haircut I’ve had and I’m 55. He’s followed family footsteps in barbering and I feel his grandfathers experience flowed into Chase’s veins. Chase has my business for good after this morning’s cut. If you’re on the fence about trying a new barber, I highly recommend Cut to the Chase. Great guy, cool shop, a personable, family man with young kids, and a good group of friends. Chase, thanks for the cut, man! It was a pleasure to get to know you. I’ll be back in 3-4 weeks.
Maddox was an amazing person. As soon as we walked in, we were treated with kindness and compassion. It was such a comfortable space. We joked around and learned about the area. The haircuts were done very well and exceeded expectations. This review was long overdue since we were there in December, but I recommend this place for the ambiance, conversations, and welcoming vibes. 10 / 10 Maddox, you rock, my friend.
Lefty's was having a first time art showcase which is why I was there. I'm not sure if the people were staff or not but they were friendly and very welcoming. I was told that it was there first time showcasing art and that they were going to make it a regular thing so I'll probably be visiting more often the artwork was really nice and I enjoyed it alot

Always a good experience at Barbers United Barber Shop! We drive 45 minutes every three to four weeks for the last few months for Peyton to cut my son's hair.
Best barbershop in the knoxville area in my humble opinion. They recently raised their prices but it is still better than paying 30 dollars for a basic haircut at a bougie barbershop with less skills. All the barbers here are awesome!

Hay is literally the most lovely human who is excellent at what she does. I never leave reviews but felt like I couldn’t not. In this day and age, it’s hard for an average gal to feel confident in her body and Hay makes you feel so dang comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommmend!

Who doesn’t like to be listened to, welcomed and accommodated on a less than short notice? I came out late in the day of a salon across the street that reneged my appointment after rescheduling it once. It was around 7 pm when I called Chic. To my surprise, I was answered right away and
attended to immediately in the most relaxed atmosphere surrounded by smiles and good vibes. I found not only a good nail technician who was gentle but yet precise in my manicure, but also I met a happy, amicable and well mannered staff that cared for what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place!

I have been going to Cassandra for years and ALWAYS love everything about my experience. She is so friendly and easy to get along with, booking is simple and most importantly, the tan is always perfect. She listens to what you want, makes recommendations and helps guide your choice of product and timeline of aftercare. She has products to extend the life of the tan but isn't pushy with selling. Everyone always asks where I went and comments how natural my tan looks. I had to go somewhere else recently after waiting too long to book and she was sold out- I was disappointed. As a migraine haver, I also have to give a double 5 stars on the lighting, and smell; It smelled like a nice subtle candle instead of a typical salon and that is so important to me and a fear that has kept me from many salons.

I was so nervous when I went in for the very first time to have my very first lash extensions ever. Not really sure why but I was. Kylee was so warm and friendly but also professional at the same time. Halfway through I actually fell asleep. It was so relaxing. I absolutely love my extensions. They look so real. I got this beautiful chest piece last minute. I told him I was not wearing a shirt under my hoodie, but was wearing a bra. He was very respectful, gave me something to cover up with and pasties just in case there was a slip. He is willing to give breaks when the pain becomes too much. Everyone is so nice and was hyping me up for this tattoo. By far the best shop I have been to.

The team from Tennessee Standard Plumbing arrived today to install new toilet system in the house. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They kept me updated on progress, the install operation, as well as a walk through before starting the job. Fully explained the steps they would take, as well as providing constant updates. Jesse the operations manager and his apprentice which was also named Jesse ( what a perfect combination ) came out to my home and was able to help me out with moving my toilet upstairs for me as I had one toilet fail. He also was able to replace my lower level toilet with a brand new toilet that is absolutely amazing. While they were working he noticed a gurgling sound that was likely the start of a clog and we didn't know it! With them already being here he gave me a great deal on running a drain inspection camera to get eyes into the line and was able to get it cleared out! These guys were over the top professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I love this company and will definitely be using them again!! I had Lloyd's Electric Service come out to install a Tesla Home Charger in my garage and can not be any happier with the whole process from start to finish. Apartment I live in, had a leaky roof. Quite a bit of water came into the apartment, soaked the walls and carpet. I would highly recommend this company. They have some of the best employees that I’ve ever met. They’re friendly. They don’t have an attitude they explain what’s going on. What a great job they did with their equipment. They were able to remove 7 gallons of water from my bedroom. Also, they pulled back. The carpet cut out the foam that everything dry and then put new foam padding and then folded the carpet back over and put it against the wall if that makes any sense. Great job guys.

Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.

Chip and his team did an excellent job with our flooring. Kevin was the installer and a perfectionist. Joseph was very patient with the finishing and even redid an area with 2 different stains when I started second guessing the color I choose. We had white oak wide plank floors with the oil finish. They are just beautiful and everyone comments on them when they come to the house, including all the workers during the build. He is a small business and you may have to wait for him but it will be worth it!!

A fine company with outstanding service. Joe, a man with experience, knowledge and the spry of a man decades younger helped my wife and I select vinal luxury tile to replace flooring in a sunroom. Two days later I came to purchase it and he wouldn't seal the deal until he rechecked the math on the previous measurements. Once purchased, store personnel loaded my vehicle and I was on my merry way. We had already hired an installer who did a perfect job with plenty left over. When we showed Joe our first measurements, he told us we were wanting way too much and saved us a lot of time and money. I will return to this place for our future projects and utilize the experienced installers on staff.

Last weekend our dog found a groundhog burrowing under our back porch near the foundation of the house. I went online and requested a consultation, thinking that I’d receive a call Monday morning since it was already late on Saturday afternoon. But within an hour, Sean reached out to me. We discussed the problem and made an appointment for Friday morning. He called when he was on his way - just like he said he would. He looked all around under our porch, but the groundhog must have decided he didn’t want to make his burrow there after all. Score a win for our doggo!! Anyway, Sean was great! I’d like to preface this that I wasn’t able to use Truly Nolen’s service for my residence as it’s a rental and my landlord went with another provider, but my meeting with one of Truly Nolen’s inspectors Robert was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was, and how he took the time to explain his findings to me and my partner. It really gave the vibe of a company culture of actually helping people, which is hard to find.
If the rest of the company acts with even half of the integrity and professionalism I witnessed in Robert, then I have no doubt anybody would be delighted to use their services.

We recently had our 35 year old swimming pool repaired, re-plastered, and added a tanning ledge. We couldn't be happier with the final result! David’s Tree and Stump service did an excellent job cutting down my dead trees! They were very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will never call anyone else but them.
We were very pleased with the work done by Derrick B and his crew. They removed 3 very large River Birch and cut back 3 Crepe Myrtle. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently and safely. It was fascinating to watch their precise and skilled approach to the removal. Their cleanup was through. Derrick was great — answering all our questions. Great work overall!
The team called ahead as had asked so I could put my dogs up they cut the trees inside of the fence first so i could let my dogs out as soon as possible they finished up the other trees and even took leaf blowers and rakes to finish cleaning up my yard was cleaner when they left than I thought it could be

I switched to Refine from a well-known practice in Knoxville. I got sick of waiting an hour plus with 25 people in the waiting room to be taken back for a 5-min visit. We love Lovell Animal Hospital! They will make your fur baby feel special and loved from the second you walk in the door through every step and with every interaction. I have been going to this vet (on Mill Road) for 4-5 years. What really makes this vet stand out is the staff. I recently went to pick up my dogs heart medicine and saw that a staff member Michelle passed. I just wanted to say for me, she made that vet hospital. I would call to refill my pets prescription and she would always know my pet and ask how they were progressing. When I called with an emergency with their breathing she would always fit them in and shared my concerns. I trust my pets going here because the staff actually care and she will be greatly missed.
Dr. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is straight to the point, gives you all of the options with clear financial expectations, and doesn’t order unnecessary treatment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. After my first round of visits with all 3 dogs, I can say that these were the most stress free visits we had ever had. I have a 5 year old golden retriever who I brought to Dr. Morrison after a long bout with not eating and having gastrointestinal issues. I had to change from another vet I was going to previously because I didn't feel Rose Bud was getting the care she needed. Dr. Morrison addressed the issue head on and Rose Bud went into surgery the following Monday. Rose Bud was in such a state she that the outlook wasn't good, but Dr. Morrison and all the vet techs and people at village veterinary medical saved her. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this Veteranerian! Also Dr. L (I can never remember her full last name so I call her Dr.L) This vet is more expensive, but if you are looking for the best care for your animals, the price is worth every penny because the care is outstanding. I will always bring my dogs here now and I hope you will consider them if you want the best care for your pets too. With all my gratitude, Kristin

Village Veterinary Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful to our family over the years. They took incredible care of our previous Cairn Terrier, Roscoe, treating him through diabetes and later thyroid cancer with so much knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness. I always felt confident he was in the best hands possible.
When the time came to say goodbye to Roscoe, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through. Their compassion truly meant a lot to us.

I appreciated how honest the staff was about timing. They said my dog’s grooming might take longer because of heavy shedding, and they were right. Even with the delay, the quality of the work really showed. My german shepherd’s coat looked lighter, cleaner, and much healthier afterward.
I have recommended Heart to Heart for many years. She's very professional and scheduled with her grooms. I appreciate not having mine there all day. I also like that there aren't lots of other dogs there at the same time. Prices are equivalent to others.

My dog has gone to more than one kennel and stayed with my daughter since I travel often. He knows when I pack my bags and his food and we get in the car he's going somewhere, and he barks and complains the entire drive. When we get to all Kreatures he goes straight in wagging his tail and seems content. I think he would give it 5 stars if he could type. And the staff is friendly and professional to humans as well.
The average height, semi-dark, and exceptionally HANDSOME gentleman in the daycare area is TRULY a magician. Some may even call him, the brown Houdini. The way he handles both man and beast in his services makes me wonder how well he could handle any of my... OTHER needs... He says he's a vegetarian, and what gentle, druidic soul such as his wouldn't be? He doesn't eat meat, but he SURES likes a good... BONE. He is beyond qualified to take care of any and all K-9's. And he can handle them as well as Chris Pratt handles them dinosaurs. Because he god that DAWG in him. But all I really want is his DAWG in me.

Absolutely amazing yoga studio. I have grown so much in my understanding of yoga postures, the practice, the roots, breath work and so much more as I’ve practiced at Blue Ridge Yoga. It isn’t just a yoga studio, where you punch in and take a class, it is a yoga studio that educate the students on the why of the practice then on the how and benefits of the practice. I never felt that classes were too advanced for me, as they were always postures given to modify and we were encouraged to do what was right for our own body. I’ve also never practiced at a yoga studio that is so open to every level and every body. From the students to the instructors, they represent our community and teach that yoga is for everyone— not just for those that are super flexible or can master advanced poses. While there is a space for those that are advanced in their practice, there’s also a space for those that don’t even own a mat. If you are looking for a yoga studio, that will encourage you no matter where you are in your journey, I recommend Blue Ridge. It’s a special place.
Came in for the first time for a session with Cecil. Nora was very welcoming and helpful with the parking validation process! The inside of the building is so lovely, calming and spacious. As for Cecil, I was blown away by the quality of my session and his services. You can truly tell that he's passionate about massage/aroma therapy. I can't recommend Cecil and Glowing Body enough!
Easy to purchase passes (including a new timer special for an unlimited month). I really like their pricing structure; the relax classes are less than the flows, while 90m classes are slightly more. I’ve been places where nidra and flow are the same.
Parking was easy. Instructors are very welcoming. Good vibes - mellow, approachable, community feel. Classes feel more traditional than some I’ve taken (in a great way). So glad I gave it a go, I’ll now be a regular.

I’ve been practicing for about ten years now, and yoga six has enhanced my practice so much. I’ve always been too scared to try inversions but have felt supported and encouraged into trying headstands and handstands in my practice from all of the instructors. The studio is always extremely clean and welcoming!

I started attending classes here 1 month ago. It is a great workout that is challenging, but most moves have modifications if you are a beginner like me. The coaches here always offer adjustments to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your experience with lagree. The class sizes are small and the coaches pay attention and offer form corrections as needed. Plus the studio is clean and very pretty.
Nice space and equipment and excellent teachers. I was completely new to reformer Pilates and both teachers made sure I was comfortable and accommodated. The smaller class size ensures everyone gets personalized attention.
Pure Empath provides a wonderful massage and environment and an even better massage experience. It’s very relaxing and the VIP experience with the tea and warm neck wrap is the cherry on top! I’ve been to their Erin Dr location twice now and am ready to book my 3rd session. ? My first massage at Pure Empath was with Hazel and she gave me one of THE very best massages I’ve ever had!
I booked the VIP 75 minute deep Swedish massage with craniosacral therapy. Hazel is extremely skilled at craniosacral therapy and massage. She alleviated the acute pain I was experiencing from the chronic ongoing neck pain I have. Hazel is very sweet, and listens to feedback so well! I also had a massage with Trey and it was excellent. Pure Empath is a gem. Go and you will be glad you did!
I treated myself to a 2 hour massage with Kaitlin a couple weeks ago, and holy moly! It was literally everything I needed! She listened to my needs during intake and absolutely delivered one of the best massages I’ve had. I can’t wait to come back!
I went to see David post-surgery for a lymphatic massage and had a great first-time experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and comfortable. At the end of my session, he was kind enough to suggest certain teas and vitamins I could try to help with healing. I was happy with my experience and booked my next session right after!

Ronnie was so great! He is sincerely kind and calming, and he truly listens to your needs and concerns, which is wonderful going in for a massage. I had some serious tension in a few problem areas and Ronnie had me feeling human again in no time, which is a big deal for me honestly! Will be looking forward to booking again for sure. I couldn’t recommend anyone else!! Please, give this business a chance, but save room for me!! And do the deep tissue- you will feel whole again ?

Chantel is very passionate and professional with her practice . The ambiance, mood, and scents were perfect. I came in a wreck from constantly landscaping and working out, and by the time I left I felt like a new man floating on a cloud. Physical Therapists at OrthoTennessee are great. They worked with me a few years again when I had my knees replaced, and recently for Plantar Phisitis. They worked with me to make sure I left there feeling much better. The suggestions, and exercises they gave me helped so much. I have found out that if I work at home in-between therapy, it really does help. They worked with me as to the day and times I could make my appointments. Great office staff.

The physical therapists at the Callahan location, Gem and Alyssa, were kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They helped me through a difficult and ongoing injury. I was given an early morning appointment so as to not interfere with my work schedule thanks in part to Maddie. I would highly recommend this location and to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I was incredibly pleased with the treatment I received at Spine and Sport in Farragut. Noah was my primary therapist, but all of the staff chipped in to make my sessions go smoothly. Not only did I receive effective treatment on days I visited the clinic, they also provided me with plans and encouragement to continue specific exercises at home on days I did not have a therapy appointment. The therapy worked well for me and S&S will remain my preferred physical therapy if I need new therapy help.
I wouldn't want anyone to have to be in a situation where you need physical therapy, but if you do this is a great location to go. I had the pleasure of working with Caleb and he pushed me to push myself. The entire staff was always pleasant and kind.
Unlike many other competitors, Forward Physical Therapy provides one-on-one support. Therapists stay focused on me instead of juggling multiple clients at the same time slot. This is a huge benefit and important difference for full recovery. I have chosen Forward Physical Therapy for several repairs, including two rotator cuffs, bicep tendon tear and achilles. All have been successful with a full recovery.

Dr. Wes never fails me. He has helped me heal thru many injuries throughout the years. The most recent is a torn tendon in my foot. I limp in with pain and walk out with 90% improvement. And he never pushes me to get more treatments, in fact, most times he tells me to wait and that I probably wont need another. He's always willing to work me in ( and I have a very weird schedule) He is THE BEST. 5 stars for sure
Michael is Amazing! My youngest had to be put on medical leave from an International Graduate Study program because their health had significantly deteriorated. We pursued conventional medicine with no success.
They have received acupuncture treatments and Michael recommended supplements, vitamins and specific changes to their diet. We have seen improvement and are Very happy with the care they have received.

Drive-Rite was very flexible working with our schedule as some school events popped up during drive-rite scheduled class times. We appreciate the thoroughness and detail oriented dedication they put into their classes. The driving lessons were conducted over multiple roadways giving our son a nice variety of driving experiences with them.
