There’s a reason this place doesn’t have anything but 5 star reviews. Hands down the best barbershop in Knoxville and surrounding cities. If these guys entered a Master Barber competition, they’d be bringing every trophy back to the shop with them. EVERY SINGLE hair cut is the same, nothing but consistent good cuts. He takes time to understand what you want before he works his magic. I’d leave 10 stars if I could, but I’m capped at 5.
Kyle and Zoran both give great haircuts! I was a long time customer of Zoran’s, and now I go to Kyle primarily because he can help get me in and get my haircut around my busy schedule. Very friendly and professional barbers and awesome atmosphere located right in downtown Knoxville Tennessee. I meant to leave this review after my last haircut, but time got away from me. Tito did amazing with my nephew on his first haircut! He's level 3 on the spectrum so I wasn't sure how he would like getting his haircut! Tito put on Mickey and gave him a sucker and within 15 minutes I had a handsome little man not a baby boy anymore. Will definitely be back!
Krissie has been doing my entire family’s hair for years. She’s a talented stylist and color specialist, prices fairly, and is a genuinely kind soul. Before I found her I was doing my own hair for years (which was a pain) because even at the top salons in Knoxville I couldn’t find anyone that could get my cuts and color exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention Krissie’s rare abilities in making and installing dreads, braids, and more. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, give you professional advice on it all including hair and color care, and even helps you purchase or find the right products to maintain your look. I recommend her to everyone I know and people always ask who does my hair.

The treatment you get at this hair salon is worth every penny! I am sad I didnt find him sooner, since I will be moving soon. I have had a tough time for over 10 years finding a hair stylist that specializes in red. He knocked it out of the park. Brett has an amazing personality. I am deaf/HOH and obviously had to take my hearing aids out. He was super considerate and made sure to tap me to get my attention and spoke into the mirror without making a big deal out of it. I had my first experience at Willow and Oak and Claire was my stylist. I am obsessed! The environment is cozy, welcoming, and modern. All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. And Claire…OH MY GOSH…she went above and beyond. I love my hair, she gave me so many tips and tricks for styling at home, and she created a color for me that complimented my features. I highly recommend this salon!

Lefty's was having a first time art showcase which is why I was there. I'm not sure if the people were staff or not but they were friendly and very welcoming. I was told that it was there first time showcasing art and that they were going to make it a regular thing so I'll probably be visiting more often the artwork was really nice and I enjoyed it alot

Always a good experience at Barbers United Barber Shop! We drive 45 minutes every three to four weeks for the last few months for Peyton to cut my son's hair.
Doug was my barber for 8 years. For 8 years, he alone took care of my hair. He knows what you want and how to do it, is confident in how he goes about his work, and has fun while doing it! He talks with people, asks about their lives, and is genuinely interested. We recently moved out of the area, and it has been a struggle finding a new barber. I don't know if I'll be able to find someone quite like him, but I will do my best to try. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a barber who sincerely knows what he's doing. His quality of work is unmatched.

I don't think I have ever cared enough about a hair cut or my kid's haircut to review a barbershop. But this place is truly amazing. They just do a terrific job every time. Very personal attention and individual care. It is cash only which may be a bit of an issue the first couple of times when one either doesn't know or otherwise doesn't remember and ordinarily doesn't carry much cash. As was my situation. Overall, terrific establishment, service, and experience.
Hay is literally the most lovely human who is excellent at what she does. I never leave reviews but felt like I couldn’t not. In this day and age, it’s hard for an average gal to feel confident in her body and Hay makes you feel so dang comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommmend!

Who doesn’t like to be listened to, welcomed and accommodated on a less than short notice? I came out late in the day of a salon across the street that reneged my appointment after rescheduling it once. It was around 7 pm when I called Chic. To my surprise, I was answered right away and
attended to immediately in the most relaxed atmosphere surrounded by smiles and good vibes. I found not only a good nail technician who was gentle but yet precise in my manicure, but also I met a happy, amicable and well mannered staff that cared for what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place!

My eyebrow wax appointment with Tae was awesome! I don’t get my eyebrows done often, so when I do I try to keep it simple, and she made me comfortable and kept me involved along the process to ensure I was okay with everything she was doing. My eyebrows came out excellent. She did mapping, waxing, trimming, and plucking, and the end result was great. Definitely recommend.

I discovered Create in October 2025. After meeting Veronica in a social setting I was immediately interested in consulting with her. I can honestly say I was impressed by the entire experience in the spa. Pointing out the obvious but Veronica has mad injecting skills! I have been away from Knoxville for 30 years and after returning back in 2023 I thought I would never find someone that I liked as well as I did my injector in Nashville. I’m sad to say that I can’t go see my Nashville on the regular, but I’m so happy to have found an amazing provider like Veronica. Of note, I received compliments from a nurse (who works at a plastic surgery center) on the shape of my lips so I think that’s a pretty good testimony! Next up, Diamond Glow!

Had a truly great experience here today. It can seem hard to find if you’re not used to the area but this place is a real unique place. Carly gave me the tropical mango facial which was so relaxing and very effective. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend her and this fantastic spa.
I was so nervous when I went in for the very first time to have my very first lash extensions ever. Not really sure why but I was. Kylee was so warm and friendly but also professional at the same time. Halfway through I actually fell asleep. It was so relaxing. I absolutely love my extensions. They look so real. Nice to have a new addition to my self-care and beauty routine. The extensions make my eyes look bigger and more alert and awake. Love love love!

One of my treatments didn’t go as expected and caused very visible irritation on my face that lasted about a week. However, Kara, the manager, went truly above and beyond to make things right. She followed up multiple times without me ever needing to reach out, and her level of care and professionalism was exceptional. It’s the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore, and I was so impressed.
I also had a facial with Madison that was absolutely amazing. So relaxing, and my skin looked and felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward.
Because of how thoughtfully everything was handled and the overall experience, I would absolutely return and highly recommend this spa.

I used Bangs and Blush for my December 2025 wedding in Lexington, KY. Both myself and my whole bridal party were beyond pleased with our hair and makeup team. Alexis was our MAU and she was so bubbly, knowledgeable, and beyond talented. She really considered each person individually, listened to their preferences, and created a stunning custom look. Jewely was our hair stylist and her warm demeanor paired with her amazing skills made everyone feel like it was their best hair day ever (and the styles really did last all night)! As a company Bangs and Blush was easy to communicate with, thorough, and upfront about pricing so there were no surprises. My bridal party raved about their experience and truly felt listened to and pampered, and I would not hesitate to hire Bangs and Blush again (but I will be requesting Alexis and Jewely)!

Had a session scheduled with my tattoo artist Andrew. Sadly, I had a rash starting where he was going to work appear. Instead of rescheduling, he took the time and came up with something else. I got this beautiful chest piece last minute. I told him I was not wearing a shirt under my hoodie, but was wearing a bra. He was very respectful, gave me something to cover up with and pasties just in case there was a slip. He is willing to give breaks when the pain becomes too much. Everyone is so nice and was hyping me up for this tattoo. By far the best shop I have been to.

Got a tattoo by Guido today and the whole experience was great! Super fast, since it was a small tattoo, but he still took his time and I didn't feel rushed at all. He took my idea and made it possible and I love how it turned out! Will be back for more tattoos by him in the future! Also got my nose pierced by Grace and she was amazing! Jesse the operations manager and his apprentice which was also named Jesse ( what a perfect combination ) came out to my home and was able to help me out with moving my toilet upstairs for me as I had one toilet fail. He also was able to replace my lower level toilet with a brand new toilet that is absolutely amazing. While they were working he noticed a gurgling sound that was likely the start of a clog and we didn't know it! With them already being here he gave me a great deal on running a drain inspection camera to get eyes into the line and was able to get it cleared out! These guys were over the top professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I love this company and will definitely be using them again!! This plumbing company is great! I had a hot water tank that needed removed and replaced. Two, nice guys came and got the job done very quickly. And they use the best materials for the job. I highly recommend them.
I’ve had an intermittently slow drain in my kitchen and laundry sinks for about two years. I’ve always been able to get things draining again by running through things with my drill-powered snake. This time, though, that just didn’t make it work. I called one company who said they could water-jet the pipes clean. They could not get their equipment to do the first significant turn in the pipes, though. They suggested digging up the concrete floor of my laundry room (the main door we use to get in and out of the house) and rerouting the drain completely. He quoted $19K for the job, which would still leave my laundry room floor gravel because they don’t do concrete or tile. So I called another local plumber who said he was not equipped to handle this depth of clog, and he suggested Kington. They came out a few days later, and Lane was able to clear the problem within an hour and for about 1.5% of the estimate for unnecessarily rerouting my drains and less than they charged to not accomplish anything with their other attempts.
Tl;dr Call Kington first if you’ve got a clog. They have the tools and the skills to get the job done.
Mike and his son did an AMAZING job replacing our 18-year old hot water heater recently. I had Lloyd's Electric Service come out to install a Tesla Home Charger in my garage and can not be any happier with the whole process from start to finish. We had an issue with our front door and couldn’t get it to open because the dead bolt was stuck in the lock. I called keyhub and Omar was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed our front door issue and since we already had a new lock to put on, he installed it with no additional charge.

Another great job by Carr’s. Our den rug had a small tear and had not been cleaned in a number of years. Carr’s has alway been our choice for cleaning but this is the first time we had to have a rug repaired. The results are better than we could have imagined.

Apartment I live in, had a leaky roof. Quite a bit of water came into the apartment, soaked the walls and carpet. I would highly recommend this company. They have some of the best employees that I’ve ever met. They’re friendly. They don’t have an attitude they explain what’s going on. What a great job they did with their equipment. They were able to remove 7 gallons of water from my bedroom. Also, they pulled back. The carpet cut out the foam that everything dry and then put new foam padding and then folded the carpet back over and put it against the wall if that makes any sense. Great job guys.

Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.

The garage floor itself is very durable, easy to clean, and will hold up for many years -- unlike applying an epoxy coating. And the cabinets are of similar quality and look to those you would have in a nice kitchen. Really makes the garage look upscale. And it always puts a smile on my face when I arrive home.

Joseph was very patient with the finishing and even redid an area with 2 different stains when I started second guessing the color I choose. We had white oak wide plank floors with the oil finish. They are just beautiful and everyone comments on them when they come to the house, including all the workers during the build. He is a small business and you may have to wait for him but it will be worth it!!

A fine company with outstanding service. Joe, a man with experience, knowledge and the spry of a man decades younger helped my wife and I select vinal luxury tile to replace flooring in a sunroom. Two days later I came to purchase it and he wouldn't seal the deal until he rechecked the math on the previous measurements. Once purchased, store personnel loaded my vehicle and I was on my merry way. We had already hired an installer who did a perfect job with plenty left over. When we showed Joe our first measurements, he told us we were wanting way too much and saved us a lot of time and money. I will return to this place for our future projects and utilize the experienced installers on staff.

A replacement was ordered right away, and he personally delivered the correct panel. He went above and beyond by inspecting every cabinet inside and out, to ensure everything was perfect.

Last weekend our dog found a groundhog burrowing under our back porch near the foundation of the house. I went online and requested a consultation, thinking that I’d receive a call Monday morning since it was already late on Saturday afternoon. But within an hour, Sean reached out to me. The guys were so accommodating, kind, thorough and our yard looks wonderful. They had to take old lights off one tree before they could even install new ones and I had pretty specific requests for our trees and they made sure to do all of it just as I'd asked. Couldn't be happier! So grateful!!
I was out of state for over a month and needed mowing service. Knoxville Mowing came out within an hour of my call to give me an estimate over the phone. They scheduled my service within just a few days. At the end of each service, they took photos to show that the job is complete. Paul and his crew removed a large maple in the backyard. They showed up earlier than expected on the schedule as they had some time from another job. Got the job done clean and efficiently and cleaned up the site extremely well. Mencers has removed over 20 trees for me over the last few years and have always done a great job!
After calling a few places and get estimations, First Choice was the best price! I had a large tree in our front yard that needed to be cut down to a stump. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up all debris thoroughly.

We've used Davey in the past. The arborist's advice and suggestions are informative. The trimming and tree removal is very professionally done to assure the best care of the trees during trimming. They make sure the work is accurate with the arborist's initial visit so that mistakes are avoided. We will use them again. Our contacts were Nick K., who did the treatment of a tree near some construction work we had done. Tabitha, kept us informed of their planned visits, and Rachel, our arborist, took time to make sure she accurately captured the work we wanted done, and offered great advice to accomplish our goals.

I was extremely anxious about going due to a previous bad experience at another dentist. The assistant, Rachel, was wonderful! She made me so comfortable from the start! She was very easy to talk to and very kind. Dr. Simpson came in afterwards and I can honestly say he is very caring and seems to really want to get to know his patients. He took the time to notice and care that I was extremely nervous and reassured me that he was there to help. Most don’t!!! In summary, both Rachel and Dr. Simpson were very personable and very understanding. I live over an hour away and I can definitely say that I’ll be making the long drive because they are GREAT!!! The office was very clean and I didn’t even wait 5 minutes before being taken to an exam room. I’m so glad I found them!!!

I am so thankful I found Dr. Hennie. During the end of my pregnancy, I was having a hard time staying seated and my lower back was killing me. We love Lovell Animal Hospital! They will make your fur baby feel special and loved from the second you walk in the door through every step and with every interaction. They're very reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and don't push unnecessary lab work and treatments, especially for older pets. They create a calm and loving environment for really nervous pets. I highly recommend them.
My boyfriend and I took our fur baby this morning due to a scratch in his eye. The vet and vet tech did amazing. They didn’t rush, and I could tell they love animals. They were also very honest and up front with the cost.

I have been going to this vet (on Mill Road) for 4-5 years. What really makes this vet stand out is the staff. I recently went to pick up my dogs heart medicine and saw that a staff member Michelle passed. I just wanted to say for me, she made that vet hospital. I would call to refill my pets prescription and she would always know my pet and ask how they were progressing. When I called with an emergency with their breathing she would always fit them in and shared my concerns. I trust my pets going here because the staff actually care and she will be greatly missed.
Dr. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is straight to the point, gives you all of the options with clear financial expectations, and doesn’t order unnecessary treatment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. After my first round of visits with all 3 dogs, I can say that these were the most stress free visits we had ever had. I have a 5 year old golden retriever who I brought to Dr. Morrison after a long bout with not eating and having gastrointestinal issues. I had to change from another vet I was going to previously because I didn't feel Rose Bud was getting the care she needed. Dr. Morrison addressed the issue head on and Rose Bud went into surgery the following Monday. Rose Bud was in such a state she that the outlook wasn't good, but Dr. Morrison and all the vet techs and people at village veterinary medical saved her. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this Veteranerian! Also Dr. L (I can never remember her full last name so I call her Dr.L) This vet is more expensive, but if you are looking for the best care for your animals, the price is worth every penny because the care is outstanding. I will always bring my dogs here now and I hope you will consider them if you want the best care for your pets too. With all my gratitude, Kristin

Village Veterinary Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful to our family over the years. They took incredible care of our previous Cairn Terrier, Roscoe, treating him through diabetes and later thyroid cancer with so much knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness. I always felt confident he was in the best hands possible.
When the time came to say goodbye to Roscoe, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through. Their compassion truly meant a lot to us.

Clint is phenomenal! I brought him all three of my train wrecks yesterday and they came home beautiful. Every other groomer I’ve ever taken them to has really stressed them out and they break their necks to get to me when I pick them up. Now it’s like they are at a friend’s house and not ready to go home. He goes above and beyond to do as I asked and still took the time to make them comfortable. I have a multi-gen labradoodle, German Shepherd, and a shih tzu mix so I don’t make it easy for him. He truly loves all dogs and can work with any breed. Thank you so much for making my babies beautiful again!

Northern Dog Owners! These guy's are a small business with a school attached. We told them we need a good blow out, bath and nail trim for our 95 lbs Alaskan Malamute. Literally the best we have had in Tennessee!!! Knocked it out of the park!! Side note though- for Northern breeds Especially Alaskan Malamutes and Huskies owners, you need to give them a full day to groom and lots of notice! I called and explained my concerns about getting a groomer that can handle the Fluffy butt! They took all day from 9 am until 4 pm I'm sure with breaks lol but that's the amount of time to get this look. She looks and SMELLS like "new car" dog smell amazing! Also, be reasonable some students may show up and get to work with your dogs and they will only do half price because they are learning...BUT honestly I don't care if the instructors do it, if she comes back to me fully blown out. Hats off to the team for a solid GREAT GROOM!!

I can't compliment them enough on friendliness and warm atmosphere. Every visit, which we would just walk in for, they took my dog back right away for nail trims and glands, and were fast AND careful with my dog. She's a little skittish yet not once did anyone try to treat her like anything but the princess she is. Prices were very fair, less than taking her to the vet for the same thing, and less stress!

The average height, semi-dark, and exceptionally HANDSOME gentleman in the daycare area is TRULY a magician. Some may even call him, the brown Houdini. The way he handles both man and beast in his services makes me wonder how well he could handle any of my... OTHER needs... He says he's a vegetarian, and what gentle, druidic soul such as his wouldn't be? He doesn't eat meat, but he SURES likes a good... BONE. He is beyond qualified to take care of any and all K-9's. And he can handle them as well as Chris Pratt handles them dinosaurs. Because he god that DAWG in him. But all I really want is his DAWG in me.
How fortunate can such an establishment be? Almost like having the second coming of Christ as an employee. But this time they got it right, because it ain't white.

So many yoga studios are flow, flow, flow. Gone are the days of Iyengar. So much focus on the vinyasas and little time or direction on the asanas. Your studios two classes I took were a wonderful blend of vinyasas and asanas and tempered for different needs. Just love your studio. I’ve been practicing for about ten years now, and yoga six has enhanced my practice so much. I’ve always been too scared to try inversions but have felt supported and encouraged into trying headstands and handstands in my practice from all of the instructors. The studio is always extremely clean and welcoming!
Mrs. Obediente is a fantastic yoga teacher. She's super knowledgeable and after taking many classes with her I've truly never had two classes that were the same. She manages to keep you engaged and interested as well as informed about each posture and what it does and how it's beneficial for you. Her yoga is pretty adaptable to the client. I've recieved some tough classes with a lot of endurance, but at times I've requested a softer, more relaxing class and she's been able to adapt and give me exactly the type of class I need. It also helps that she's bilingual, and a super nice person. She's very bright and radiates positive energy. I'm very happy I got to learn yoga under her.
Love love love Whole Body Pilates and Massage! I’m in my 10th year with Allison and the studio! Have met some wonderful people and learned so much about my body..just gotta keep moving and this is a great way to do it without hurting yourself which is what was happening in the HIIT classes I was doing. Mind, Body and Spirit.. it all has to work together and I find that here! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
I started attending classes here 1 month ago. It is a great workout that is challenging, but most moves have modifications if you are a beginner like me. The coaches here always offer adjustments to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your experience with lagree. The class sizes are small and the coaches pay attention and offer form corrections as needed. Plus the studio is clean and very pretty.
I love coming to take Kimberly’s class. She is super helpful when I have questions or need feedback and her class always makes me laugh and smile. Also- the sub who taught class today was such a wonderful teacher! Coming here is often one of the best parts of my week.

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he was able to use enough pressure for me which is always my main complaint getting massages. I will absolutely come back and asked for cards to give to friends. Fantastic experience.

As far as care goes it is exemplary and a totally different approach than other places we have been to and with actual results . Ashley did the original exam and was very thorough and made a plan and with that we were off. Throughout this process Ashley and Elizabeth have helped to heal and increase movement where there was no hope at one time. Thanks so much this place of healing

The lady working the front desk was very accommodating and very nice she helped me do my registration while I was on crutches 1day post op. Dante my physical therapist was nice and precise, and really listened to me. Both individuals were very caring and friendly, made my first visit a great experience. im glad I chose KOC university for physical therapy.
The Hardin Valley staff has been wonderful! They really know their stuff, they’re supportive & encouraging. I’m getting stronger for the 1st time since before COVID.

Physical Therapists at OrthoTennessee are great. They worked with me a few years again when I had my knees replaced, and recently for Plantar Phisitis. They worked with me to make sure I left there feeling much better. The suggestions, and exercises they gave me helped so much. I have found out that if I work at home in-between therapy, it really does help. They worked with me as to the day and times I could make my appointments. Great office staff.
As a cyclist and runner, I can confidently say Physio Lab will work with you towards your goals and help you succeed! I had some minor injuries that were causing me some frustration going into race season. After one week of homework, I already felt stronger and pain-free. This is a huge benefit and important difference for full recovery. I have chosen Forward Physical Therapy for several repairs, including two rotator cuffs, bicep tendon tear and achilles. Dr. Wes never fails me. He has helped me heal thru many injuries throughout the years. The most recent is a torn tendon in my foot. I limp in with pain and walk out with 90% improvement. And he never pushes me to get more treatments, in fact, most times he tells me to wait and that I probably wont need another. He's always willing to work me in ( and I have a very weird schedule) He is THE BEST. 5 stars for sure
Marissa is the best Physical Therapist I’ve ever had!!! After 2 ACL reconstructions on the same knee (one in the 90’s and one in the early 2000’s), I decided to have a total knee replacement. Marissa is very knowledgeable and pushes me everyday to improve. I feel very fortunate to have found her during my recovery.
I started to see Dr. Norris about a week ago. I came in with symptoms of perimenopause, elevated blood pressure, hyperthyroidism and Graves’ disease. I wasn’t sleeping well and having hot flashes. During our consultation we had the BEST conversation about my symptoms, diagnosis, food, and lifestyle. For the first time I actually felt heard from someone who was willing to treat me without a prescription to mask the symptoms but get to the root cause of my problems. Once we finished talking about what steps we would take I had my first acupuncture treatment. I felt relaxed for the first time in a long time.
I went home with 2 supplements to start treating my hot flashes and to help me sleep. I started adding Redmond salt to my water and adding electrolytes into my diet daily. I was amazed at how well I felt 4 days in just from that small change and the supplements decreased my hot flashes ten fold and I’m sleeping better than I have in over a year.

I have been going for a long time. Amedea keeps my back and neck in check and any other trouble spots or pain i have. She is so good to help me get the right chinese herb mix for my joints and digestion. Nice clean office and patient rooms. Tastefully decorated inside.
We are so fortunate to have Sarah and her team here in Knoxville! They provided a welcoming space and many, many times lent a sympathetic ear during the course of my time visiting (at times weekly, for over a year). I have now welcomed my daughter and could not have done it without them being in my support network during the journey!

Drive-Rite was very flexible working with our schedule as some school events popped up during drive-rite scheduled class times. We appreciate the thoroughness and detail oriented dedication they put into their classes. The driving lessons were conducted over multiple roadways giving our son a nice variety of driving experiences with them.
