I took my equestrian boots to John. The leather split from the sole. He did an excellent job and the quality of work was superior! John conditioned my boots and they look brand new - which is a huge compliment as they had a lot of miles on them. John was great at communicating and very responsive. I highly recommend him!
I was immediately greeted when I walked in and needed my wedding dress dry cleaned, the man and his wife were very professional and kind and took very good care of my dress. When I went to pick it up, it was good as new and I was very pleased, my husband had a couple of suits he needed dry cleaned after a funeral and the same results, did a great job and the pricing is very affordable. I highly recommend this place!
This place does amazing work. I had some jeans hemmed. They look great. You cannot tell they were hemmed. It’s the same stitching as the manufacturer. Gene is the owner and he is a great guy. He is very personable and professional. The ladies he has working for him do an outstanding job!

Stopped in one day and talked with the owner who gave me a run down on the different tints. After doing research and shopping prices I went with them. The guys that were there that day were professional, accommodating, and since there were two techs avail did the job quicker than promised. When I first decided to get hair extensions, I researched best places in Fort Myers for that and found Salon Bloom and was scheduled with Adi. She's friendly, quick, efficient and does a great job and that's no easy feat considering what she has to work with in my hair. It's been about 15 months since I've been going to Adi and Salon Bloom and she'll always be my extensions person. I highly recommend her and the salon.

The Dominican salon I was looking for here in Florida! I have been going to the same salon for the past 15 years back in New Jersey and ever since I moved to Fort Myers a year ago, I have not found a salon that compares- until I found this salon today. Estrella and Kenia are the perfect team and are so skilled in what they do. I have always felt insecure about trying new salons because I’ve been told in the past that my hair is “tough” and not many people have the patience for it. Estrella was more than happy to work on my hair and continued telling me that my hair was beautiful and not tough but “strong”, which doesn’t put a negative feeling on it. I felt beautiful and confident leaving Bliss Hair Studio and I’m so happy I found my new salon.
This was my first time coming to Faithfully GC and I will definitely be coming back again. My experience was amazing being quick and efficient, and overall wonderful. I’ve never had good experiences getting my hair done with it often resulting in damaged hair, or not what I asked for. This was not the case at Faithfully GC, I felt comfortable and heard the entire appointment and was taken great care of. I got a silk press and haircut and my hair has never felt this way before and looks stunning!! I couldn’t be more grateful and will come again when I visit Florida again as I currently live in Utah. I got the Luxury Pedicure and a regular Manicure with gel polish as an early Christmas present and let me tell you I have spent way more on my nails and have gotten way less. It exceeded my expectations. They pampered me like a queen for 2 hours+. Between the massage chair, the pedicure itself, and a nice glass of complimentary wine I was in heaven. The staff is great and I would definitely go back. I would recommend anyone to this place. Treat yourself here and you will not be disappointed.

First haircut done by Natalie. The salon was so nice and my daughter loved the selection of movies she could choose from to watch while getting her hair cut. They gave us a certificate which she also put a lock of her hair in a zip lock bag. Natalie did an amazing job with her hair and even added a braid and butterfly clips. We will definitely be coming back.

Mary at the front desk was super sweet, warm, & welcoming....& I have really triggering anxiety in social settings.... so thank you Mary!!! I went in for a massage... I haven't had one in years.... I was very hesitant... I had a bad experience in Costa Rica...& after that .. another in south Florida where the dude just destroyed my shoulder blade... I had no ROM for a month... it was debilitating.... I was super scared to have another massage therapist do a deep tissue on my back. Let me tell you......Wendy is the master of the craft. I finally found my home. I plan to see her once a month for a massage... I feel sooooo good. My shoulders feel incredible & she was sooooo strong!!! Codi was wonderful he helped me put my jewelry back in after i had x rays and then I came back to have my jewelry removed for an MRI and Sydney was so helpful and nice she got me all set with a retainer so they don’t close up and we are ready to come back after the mri to put it all back in! I got tattooed today by Erin! They did an amazing job! I was going to go for a walk-in on Friday but I decided to call ahead anyway on Wednesday. They wrote down my name and immediately I got a text message from Lacey asking about my inquiries, I told her I wanted a dragon fly stomach tattoo + some vines and she was immediately on board and loved the idea. I ended up going in for an appointment with Erin and from the reviews, and seeing her work, I had no complaints. Definitely lived up to expectations! I went in for my appointment and met both Erin and Lacey, for the whole tattoo everyone in the studio (Including another girl with long black hair, I just didn't get her name) was super supportive and sweet! I've only ever had a tattoo on my upper arm so lower stomach was a move for sure, but it went smooth and she was very reassuring and gave me a break half way through a 3 hour tattoo, and gave me a great price for it (300 for anyone curious, I tipped 20%!). Tickled more than it hurt LOL! I highly recommend seeing Erin for your next tattoo, if not anyone else in the shop, they're all great!

All 3 came out great! Great line work, full shading, no blowouts, and no heavy handed scabbing afterwards. Healed within a week, and held the black perfectly. Plus he's a nice, friendly guy that makes you feel relaxed during the whole process.

Tech Eric came today for AC maintenance. He recommended UV light at a cost of $1,600. He quoted that price 10 times plus he also said that price to two of my neighbors today. After he left he emailed me a quote of $1,615.50. I called the office to ask why there is a price difference. They told me that $1,615.50 is a discount and that they would not honor my quoted price of $1,600. I recommend you get a written estimate before the tech leaves the house. They have lost me as a customer.

I had a small electrical problem and after calling the company, Bob, the owner called me back and walked me through the problem on the phone and I was able to resolve the problem without anyone coming out to the house and without incurring an expense. I could understand the owner doing this if I was a good customer but this was my FIRST call to the company. I will never use another electric company again. Bob and is firm is FIRST Rate. I trust them and so can you.
My MB fan/light blew with sparks shooting out. Immediately I shut off circuit breaker. Boughtnew fan/light from Lowe's & paid for installation. Because of health problems I needed the new one installed asap. There was over a month waiting time for Lowe's contractor to install. I cancelled and called the Port Charlotte AA Action Electric office. Dave had Jamie come out that afternoon & within an hour it was completed. I had previously used AA Action Electric after the hurricane and I will never call anyone else. They are honest, caring, professional and reasonably priced. I am so grateful I found a company I can Trust.....

I had some electrical work done in my home by a handyman who just cause more problems than it was worth and cost me money that was not well invested. William came out and saw what the problem was that the wiring had been done all improperly not only affected the switches in the home but the outlets as well. within a few hours he had fixed all of the work that was involved and did extra that needed to be completed. His workmanship is top quality he tries to leave his work area needs he picks up after himself other than just a few residual pieces of dust and debris. He doesn't try to rush his work even though he came at the end of the day from another job he was very helpful and concerned about the house and the safety of the electrical systems. I was really impressed with the service from Tony's Dryer Vent Cleaning. They gave me a fair price, worked efficiently, and cleaned my vents perfectly. I can already tell the difference in how my dryer performs!
We called them to fix our fridge which kept leaking water from the ice maker. They sent out Dave the next day and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered a new ice maker and came back the same day and installed the new one. Works great now. We had called another company who came out diagnosed the problem wrong and weren’t able to fix it. They could learn a thing or two from David. Thanks Mr Appliance.

I must say when I first heard I had two cracks in lanai floor and it will need to be resealed - I was a bit nervous about the whole process.
However, from start to finish Steve G. was on top of everything and the end result was exceptional. There were 3 workers doing the work. They boarded up my glass doors with plywood, then filled the cracks, sealed the floor with a waterproof sealer then painted. They replaced all the aluminum railings and put in new high end screens. The workers were professional, quiet and did a thorough job cleaning-up at the end of each day. I would use this company again with no hesitation. I’m very happy with the end result!

Screen Doctor enclosed our under truss back porch about 16 years ago. This porch has survived several hurricanes and is still standing strong. We recently had one of our exterior panels damaged. Within two days of contacting this company, they sent out their technician, Juan. He did an excellent job and completed all repairs in an hour. This is a great family and great company. We highly recommend them.
We recently completed a home with Harden on Beacon Cove Lane in Fort Myers. We are giving a 5-star review because the finished product is truly beautiful.
Our lot presented a unique challenge—it was approximately 150 feet wide at the street but narrowed to just 30 feet at the back along a small lake. As the last home in an established community it also brought other challenges as well.
Despite this, Mark Harden did an excellent job of designing exactly what we wanted. One of our key requests was a 40-foot lap pool, which several other builders told us would not be possible with our desired home design. Mark was able to make it work, delivering a 38-foot lap pool while still achieving the overall design we envisioned. We consider that a big win. Mark Harden is a brilliant home designer. And, the Harden Team was more than up to the challenge.
Matt Harden also did great work on our home. He is an experienced and talented builder. Working with Fred Arnold was a great pleasure and had a lot to do with why we chose Harden.
We also had the pleasure of working with Haley Swats, a very talented finish designer.
We would especially like to recognize the final construction supervisor, Blake McPherson. He did an outstanding job bringing our home to completion. Blake is a conscientious professional who follows through and gets the job done. He is absolutely also deserving of a 5-star review.

I booked this pest control service after noticing a sudden increase of small ants around my kitchen sink and food storage area. The technician arrived within the scheduled time and first did a full inspection of the apartment instead of directly starting treatment. I appreciated that they checked hidden corners, cabinets, and drainage points. They explained the source of the problem in a simple way and used gel and spray treatment in targeted spots. The process was not messy and didn’t disrupt daily activities too much. Within a few days, the ant issue reduced significantly and has stayed under control since then.

Completed a great conceptual drawing of new landscaping for our home. Didn't finish as selecting plants wasn't as easy as I expected. The time got away and now it's too late to plant with us leaving for the summer. Will do some research over the summer and revisit the plan in the fall.

The pavers match the original concrete color perfectly. They were on time, reasonably priced, professionally installed and cleaned up afterwards. They provided us great maintenance tips and stuck to the quote with no nickel & dimming like other companies quotes had. We highly recommended them!

We recently had Seabreeze complete an erosion mitigation job for our entire lakeshore (approximately 1100 ft) From our first contact throughout the entire project, everyone involved was very professional, and straightforward. They called me back within 5 minutes and immediately scheduled me for my next cleaning before I left the chair. They noticed previous fillings were broken, I was able to come in the very next day to get them fixed.

I have had the worst experiences prior at other places and Dr. Martinez really took the time to make sure I was ok through the procedure. Dr Gear is one of the best and kindest Dr's i have seen. Having not so great teeth (and a lot of experience)he is the first dentist not to make me feel aweful about myself. I have had foot issues for many years and saw several podiatrists. I went to Dr Jessica Andrews at Apex at the suggestion of my husbands home health nurse. She explains things thoroughly and did a painless treatment to fix the issue. She even found an issue with my circulation and suggested I see a vascular DR for evaluation which resulted in needing stents in my leg thereby improving my circulation. Dr Andrews and the staff are professional, short wait times, and she provides clear

Dr Reed is the best! I starting going to him a little over a year ago.. I was struggling w headaches due to neck issues… we got some x rays first, so he could really see what was going on.. then we started therapy.. within the first week my headaches were less, after about a month I didn’t have any more. We discussed at home stretches I could do, changing pillow .. other things off site I could do to help myself.. he always answers his phone and I have never had an issue getting an appointment!!
I was fortunate to come across Dr Kaster and The West Coast Integrative Wellness Center in my search for stem cells and plasma rich protein treatments for my neck and shoulder. I am a super active 59yr old who has had 3 neck surgeries(2 fusions and 1 Corpectomy) that contribute to chronic pain along with a shoulder/bicep tear. I had stem cells injected on 3/26 and shortly after I felt my chronic pain in my neck and shoulder “lift” and I began feeling better and better each day. I drove over 2.5 hours to see him again yesterday! I saw this doctor over five years ago and he did amazing things for me that other chiropractors could not do and obviously were unfamiliar with…. I just had another similar situation and I went to a chiropractor office very well known and highly regarded in Miami and they didn’t understand how to handle this same past injury that resurfaced-! Pain so bad I Had to get multiple toradol pain shots from Miami Baptist urgent care and called his/SOS office as soon as they opened after seeing the Miami place (no improvement) and said I’m coming even if you’re 2 1/2 hours away because I know I’m in good hands with you and he is a very experienced chiropractor with RESULTS! I went in yesterday. I already feel over 60% better with no more need for Toradol shots in the Urgent Care and I’m going back tomorrow and I’m sure it’s going to be rectified completely.
Please don’t go anywhere else. Learn by my mistake. It’s very hard to find somebody who really knows what they’re doing. Not just the general…Let me crack you or move you but understand how it all works together and can pinpoint the real underlying problem and get you out of pain & get it done!!! He really knows how to correct the problem not just keep you coming back to lighten up the pain awhile that Returns because the problem is not corrected! Thank me later!

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I called because my dog needed canine influenza and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, and quick to find an appointment for us that worked. Upon arriving I noticed how immaculately clean everything was and we were taken back immediately and the visit was wonderful. Every single person that we encountered and engaged with was so kind, so friendly, and so warm. Dr Cooper was very welcoming and highly knowledgeable. The clinic itself was very organized. We absolutely love everyone at Just 4 Pets. They genuinely care about my dog and treat us like part of the family. The office staff is so friendly and kind. One of them even got completely soaked from CARRYING my 65 lb dog out of the office into a storm, and putting him in my car because he was afraid to leave in the thunder. Our dog Bowie had eaten something that made him very sick and we weren’t sure what to do, My husband showed up at this clinic at 8am after 6 days of waiting to see if it would pass. They were kind enough to fit them in with almost no wait. Bowie was treated promptly and sent home. The next 30 hours were a little touch and go, but he has fully recovered! We are so very thankful for the staff who took the time to care for our fur baby!

We had to put our 14 year old lab down last week. They let our whole family be with him in a very peaceful room. They were so sweet to us and him and gave us all the time we needed. Also have a cat and another Labrador that we trust in their care. Great vet.

Our large Labradoole mix has been going to Dr. Ewert at South Gate since we adopted her as a puppy. My husband & I adored this dog. Fortunately, she was healthy most of her life & saw her vet for routine check ups, heartworm prevention & shots. As she aged, she had arthritis, an occasional urinary tract infection or ear infecton. Each time we took her in for a problem, Dr. Ewert explained in detail the infection, how to avoid another, and gave directions for the medication we took home. Once, he drew a diagram of a dog's ear for me to completely understand her infection. He was always spot on with diagnosis & provided me with the Rx & treatment my dog needed. Sadly, last week, Dr. Ewert and his vet tech, Jessica, had to put down our 12 yr old beloved girl. She was beginning to suffer from cancers Dr. Ewert discovered several months ago and we couldn't treat. The kindness, compassion & support this vet and his assistant gave to my dog and me on one of the hardest days of my life, were incredible. I will be forever grateful. I never felt my dog & I were just another patient and owner. Dr. Ewert and Jessica treated us with loving care. South Gate is not just a business where these two special people earn a living. Mary Ann is hands down the best pilates instructor in SW Florida! There are lots of pilates establishments in Naples, but it is worth it to me to drive all the way to Fort Myers to attend her classes. She is so knowledgeable and caring; she ensures that everyone is doing every movement precisely and correctly. Additionally, unlike other pilates studios she limits her class sizes to 5 students at a time, so you really do get personalized attention.

Beautiful facility and knowledgeable acupuncturist. I've been a patient at several acupuncture clinics over the years in different places I've lived and this one is excellent. The group room is tidy and relaxing and it is an organized process to get treatment and enjoy my nap while the pins do their work. I did my session today in part to address extreme stress I've been feeling and I already feel a change. Looking forward to another session in a week or two.
