Tony Grappone has been the kindest, most helpful and thoughtful man to my brother and me during the difficult process of unexpectedly losing our dad last year. Our family has a section in Hollywood Cemetery, and Tony coordinated with the quarry to find stone that matches our family’s and grandparents’ headstones and markers- and he went to extra efforts to ensure my dad’s marker would be ready in time for my aunt’s memorial last week, so that extended family from out of town could see his marker after attending my aunt’s graveside service. Tony is professional and gentle- an excellent communicator and business owner. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude and respect for A.P. Taou is such a wonderful studio! It is hard to put into words how much it means to me to be a part of this community. I am in my 60s, so sometimes I feel intimidated to go to yoga (in other studios) with youngsters who are much more limber than I, but the teachers are so helpful in giving tips about how to modify poses. There are also many props there to help you, and you are encouraged to use them.
Also, there are so many different types of classes. I go to various kinds of yoga classes throughout the week, and I also attend mat Pilates classes. I've taken barre classes, which are great.
The original studio is in Carytown, and Taou just opened another studio on Forest Hill. Both are clean, full of light, and joyous.

Her and I had a collective 2hr conversation just going through how the financing program works as well as maximizing my treatment. Her clarity and patience is what made all the difference. Jinah is also a gem. She’s my Nurse who has been there every session. Super fun and bubbly personality to chat with. I’ve made friends with her at this point. Very knowledgeable about Facial supplements and dermatology, her skin is so clear I would trust her!

Decided to get my first tattoo in about 5 years, and my first in a decade in America. I first went to a different artist in the city and had a very strange experience - he seemed completely uninterested in actually talking about the tattoo design and when he sent me his draft the day before he effectively ignored basically all of the details of the tattoo I was asking for. After trying to clarify the the details it was pretty clear that he just wasn't engaged and we decided to move on.
I was pretty concerned thinking that this was just how getting a tattoo was going to work nowadays, but then I found Joe Hall and had a completely different experience. He helped me design and conceptualize the tattoo and created it in his own style, was totally receptive to making small changes created a beautiful work of art. The tattoo looks amazing and healed just as expected.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing Dr Jake in his St Pete location for at least 6 years. He’s treated (and fixed) several chronic issues (carpal tunnel, plantar fasciatus) and a few strained muscles/acute injuries. I train hard and he keeps me performing. I appreciate that he gives me exercises to stay healthy and to fix the problem. Dr Jake communicated well with my trainers which I really appreciated and that let me get the most out of treatment. Thank you Dr Jake for all you have taught me about movement and taking care of my body.

I tried the Free Your Mind Scalp Facial, and I was amazed at how relaxing, calming, and truly blissful the entire experience was from start to finish. If you like having a scalp massage or your hair stylist wash your hair, then a Scalp Facial is the next level up on all levels. The massages, exfoliation, & cleansing were divine. And the best part is — the final product — your hair! I let my hair dry afterwards and then blow dried it a few hours later. My hair is long, fine and thin. We all know the sensory “feeling” of clean hair. It felt so so clean, it was voluminous and soft and smelled lovely. It stayed that way for days after, especially the smell. They said my scalp and hair would feel the cleanest and healthiest it has been, and they were so right. Britny has done my color for years now. She is always professional, friendly and does the best job of anyone I’ve seen in Richmond. I followed her here from her previous salon and have since switched to having other stylists there also do my cuts (since Britny only does color) and have had great experiences with each of them as well.
I got a silk press and a trim. Melissa curled my hair and I wrapped it that night. The next day, my hair was absolutely beautiful. I absolutely love when Melissa does my hair. She is such a beautiful, kind person, professional and very knowledgeable. The result is always beautiful and my hairstyle lasts.

Cannot rate this salon and experience high enough. I have thick coarse Asian hair and have had trouble finding a spot here that knew how to deal with it, but Abbey completely knocked it out of the park. At the start, she asked me so many questions about what style I wanted and the final result looked exactly like the reference I showed her (it blew my mind). The mini highlights she gave me were 10/10 as well. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

I can confidently say that in my 10 years of getting highlights, balayage, all-over color, Rachel is the best there is. I lived in Richmond, Delaware, Pennsylvania and NYC and I’ve truly have found no one better. I have naturally nearly black hair and Rachel does her highlights so perfectly that I have gone 6+ months (hello, pandemic) without seeing her and my grown out highlights still looked amazing! If you’re looking for an incredible stylist who knows what’s she’s doing, is down-to-earth, doesn’t try to sell you on a million products (I don’t think she’s ever tried to sell me on anything in the last 3 years I’ve been seeing her), and wants to make her clients the best version of themselves, then go see Rachel.

My daughter and I get our hair care services at Peay's Barbershop and Salon. The salon is family oriented, the stylists and the barbers are cordial and provides excellent customer service. I had been following her on Instagram for a few months "thelashlady_roz" and I was a fan of her work. I have had bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past and I was not easily sold by a nice IG profile. Anywhoo - I had a girls trip scheduled and I wanted to glam up a little bit so I decided to try her out. The location is very easy to find, however pulling around the back - not so much. This was NO issue for me because I was given to option to enter through the front and ring the doorbell. Easy, enough. Her studio is cute and shared with a hair salon in the front (with possibly other businesses that I did not take note of) - it is decorated with flower wall decor and a nice luxury chair, pillow and soft blanket to relax in. She keeps the Pandora playlist on 90s R&B which is a plus for me. She is always offering flash sales and deals, so she keeps things exciting and affordable. She is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She works fast but keep in mind installation usually takes about 2 hours and fills about an hour. Zero pain and gorgeous results. Highly recommend!

Sandra was amazing! She greeted me at the waiting area with a huge smile. She explained the consent form and gave me time to prepare for my Brazilian wax. The room was clean and cozy. Brooke is extremely particular about every single item she carries, she strives for unique and beautiful clothes that are made from natural fibers. Location of this place is inside sola salon studios and the stairs were a killer for me due to health issues. They do have a tv showing where to find each person which is a plus!Shannon is fabulous! On time and friendly. There are chairs for you to wait and she was on time. Right there by the stairs too.Redeeming Groupon isn’t an issue or hard at all and she doesn’t treat you any different!Not afraid to touch you and get all hair removed! Loved our conversation and had no issue finding parking or the place. She also is super fast! This is the fastest I ever gotten waxed. 15 min or less and perfect if anyone is on lunch break or right before or after work. Not aftercare instructions but I’m not a newbie so I’m ok with that. There’s no liner on table just a black mat that she sanitizes after each person and that took me aback.It does say carytown square. She is great and I will refer many people to her! Lovely serene place. The staff are so polite and their vibe is so calming. The parking is scarce but just come a little earlier to the appointment so you can find a spot. Trust me it is so worth it. I hate to recommend because I want to always have a spot...lol...but they deserve the praise.

Amazing experience! My husband and I went for a couples massage and had Gisselle and Olivia. They were both incredible—using just the right amount of pressure and finding every sore spot that needed attention. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The atmosphere was wonderful and so cute, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They did neck, back, legs, feet and scalp. I deal with terrible migraines and I will tell you what! The scalp massage was so helpful, I came in with the start of a migraine and left without one! We will definitely be coming back every month! 10/10! Highly recommend! 😊

Decided to get my first tattoo in about 5 years, and my first in a decade in America. I first went to a different artist in the city and had a very strange experience - he seemed completely uninterested in actually talking about the tattoo design and when he sent me his draft the day before he effectively ignored basically all of the details of the tattoo I was asking for. After trying to clarify the the details it was pretty clear that he just wasn't engaged and we decided to move on.
I was pretty concerned thinking that this was just how getting a tattoo was going to work nowadays, but then I found Joe Hall and had a completely different experience. He helped me design and conceptualize the tattoo and created it in his own style, was totally receptive to making small changes created a beautiful work of art. The tattoo looks amazing and healed just as expected.

I had a really BAD tattoo experience back in Aug. of 2024. I loved my tat but he went waaaayyyy tooooo deep and caused blurring. The cause of the blurring was my reasoning. I went to Amy, today, with some suggestions to fix the blurring. I explained what I was thinking and she just drew, freehand, exactly what I described. I was nervous because of the excruciating pain of my tat back in Aug. She worked her magic and the pain level was 1 with a pain scale of 1-10. I barely noticed she was giving me a tattoo. My design is exquisite to my eye. The level of color is the exact same as my tat that hurt like an SOB back in Aug. Amy is a TRUE artist and is a gem on Cary Street in Richmond, Va.
Worked with Zoe to get a tattoo from one of her flash sheets. The tattoo looks fantastic--bold and colorful. Zoe was professional, efficient, and made the experience a very positive one! Would definitely go back again!

I went to Emily (@erea.tattoo) for a scorpion tattoo. Her skill is exemplary - light touch and great precision. We got to talking about a 1/4 sleeve floral project I’ve been wanting to find someone to do. Emily was super excited to draw up the art for it and I went in last week and got the best tattoo. Again such a great touch and the color is packed in perfectly. My favorite tattoo by far! And they both healed spectacularly.
They solved a problem 3 other plumbers couldn't AND at a fair price. So professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The customer service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The project failed inspection due to issues related to work performed under the permit they pulled. When those deficiencies were identified, the company refused to correct them unless I paid an additional $3,000–$4,000.
I was also concerned by the lack of knowledge, accountability, and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. Rather than standing behind their work and resolving the permit-related issues, they attempted to pass the cost on to me.
To make matters worse, both the Operations Manager and the Owner were rude and difficult to work with when I tried to discuss a reasonable resolution.
Ultimately, I hired someone else to complete the required corrections. The issues that caused the inspection failure were fixed for approximately $600 in materials and about two hours of labor for one worker. Based on that experience, I am still unclear how the company arrived at a $3,000–$4,000 estimate for the same work. Even allowing for overhead and profit, that pricing seemed excessive for what turned out to be a relatively straightforward repair.
Overall, the experience resulted in unnecessary delays, additional expenses, and poor customer service. I was left feeling that the company was unwilling to take responsibility for issues associated with the work performed under their permit.
Kristopher did an awesome job clearing out my crawlspace French drain. Been in the house 5 yrs without clearing it and didn’t know I needed too. He had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Thanks for the great service!
I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I have to… the other night I woke up to the sound of gushing water only to get out of bed to ankle deep water…, apparently my water heater cracked and water was flying everywhere.. I called plumbers r us first thing in the morning like a nervous wreck Christina kept me calm as she reassured me they would come out that morning and take care of everything…. Nino showed up a couple of hours later and removed the old and installed a new one…. I’m ever so grateful to them for doing such a great job and in such a timely manner!!! Thank you plumbers r us !!!

Called the company on a recommendation and was very glad I did. Staff was super friendly all around. The receptionist was very helpful and got us set up as quickly as she could. The only downside is the pricing. Davis and Green are expensive. They are dependable and timely though so if money isn’t too big an issue, you’ll be happy you hired them.

Friday at 5pm before Easter weekend our whole house lost power. After calling over 15 numbers for other electricians, MW Electric answered and was in my house solving the problem within an hour! He was able to fix my water heater which had water enter the electrical site causing a short, located the source of the water and then restored the breaker box power. He was very professional and courteous while he was working here and thoroughly explained other potential safety issues that I was unaware of. If i could give him 100 stars I would!

What a wonderful and refreshing experience I had with Sharmaine’s cleaning. This Farm House needed some deep cleaning and because Sharmaine uses non-toxic supplies, I did not worry about my little parakeet, Tweetie Bird and did not have concern about my elderly dog.

I'm a little late, since I have had so much going on. I went into the Floor Store for what I thought was going to be a simple kitchen floor upgrade. That is when I met Walter, who was super friendly and professional from the very start. Well what is supposed to be a simple kitche floor upgrade, turned out to be an entire 1st floor flooring replacement thanks to a faulty dishwasher that flooded the first floor. Walter worked with me everystep of the way with kindness, understanding and professionalism. I met her one time in person while I was home in Richmond and since then we've only communicated mostly through iMessage and FaceTime. I understand that for both my contractor and her this is a unique experience but she took it with stride and was so good at giving me the in-store experience through detailed photos and videos.

Additionally - I found out that Lauren went to elementary, middle, high school, AND college with my husband - I was blown away by the small community of N Chesterfield and I'm so happy to be supporting our local friends. We live in a small island in Hawai'i and appreciate the sense of a strong community.

absolutely amazing experience. Everyone at Creative Contracting was amazing and so easy to work with. I wanted the painting to start the day that I closed on my new house and I wanted to be able to move in within 2 weeks of closing and Brad made it happen! I had every square inch of my house painted in less than 2 weeks and it looks like it took a month. These guys are perfectionists and take the time to do it right and still get the job done on time. There were even multiple unforeseen things along the way that required a lot more time to do correctly and Brad upped the manpower to get them done and stay on schedule. Also during the project, I decided I wanted to do a few other things that required a contractor and electrician and Brand had those guys here the next day doing the work. I am amazed at what a stellar job they did and how quickly they were able to do it as well. I am known to have unachievable high standards and definitely do not throw out rave reviews lightheartedly, so I can say with extreme confidence you will love working with Creative Contracting and will be blown away with what they can do. After my experience, I can without a doubt say I am a customer for life.
OCC Group as general contractors are a great group. Our 1922 home was completely incomplete. Not a single room was finished - every room needed something done and not just paint and floor refinishing. Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? A few, but each and every time we were consulted and given our options or choices. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another. We made informed decisions (and I'm sure I asked enough questions!).

We had scratching sounds in the attic at night and suspected rodents. The technician inspected roof edges and ventilation points and found a small entry gap. He placed traps and bait carefully without making a mess. The first couple of nights still had some noise, but it gradually stopped within a week. I would have preferred written prevention advice instead of only verbal explanation, but the main issue was solved and hasn’t come back so far.

I had a very good experience with Ross Termite, they had come out to spray for pest control around and inside the house. They and were on time and professional. I have two dogs and they made sure what they were spraying was not toxic to dogs. They also made sure to wear a mask and gloves which was very much appreciated. I will be using them quarterly and look forward to referring them to others!

We had a tree that didn't seem happy anymore. Upon advise, we called an ARBORIST. So glad we found Bartlett! Spoke w/Mitch on the phone, he arrived on-time and we SO knowledgeable! He was patient, friendly and explained everything we had going on and all of our options. We chose to have a tree removed and another one limbed up. They arrived to do the work while we were out (with permission) and honestly, we'd have never known anyone was in our yard, it was left in perfect condition! Luke, at Humanitree, has been out to our house three times total and we would never call anyone else. He is quick, respectful, responsive and his prices are not to be beat! Most recently he removed a neighbors tree that fell on our fence. He was able to quickly remove it and not disrupt or break our fence anymore than the initial fall created. I was a patient at this practice for an implant over a decade ago and it has been excellent. The work was done by Dr. Catoggio who was excellent to work with and did excellent work. I recently had an issue almost 13 years later where the crown was becoming somewhat loose; I did not trust the advice of my primary dentist on this and so wanted to call this office to get their advice even though it had been so long since they saw me. Not only was the staff excellent and listening to my story and trying to help, but when they realized I was not living in the area any longer and it wasn't practical to come in they got me on the line with Dr. Catoggio who was more than happy to speak with me and provide essentially a mini consult about my situation. It gave me a lot of reassurance and I can't thank him and the practice enough for delivering the kind of quality care and concern they do. It goes without saying but I highly highly recommend this practice!

Drew did a fantastic job assessing my nerve issue, making recommendations, and also setting expectations with a recovery timeline (which he was absolutely right about). I've seen several chiropractors over the years, and I rate Drew as one of the best.
This is my favorite chiropractic practice. Dr. Shepherd is very good. Many chiropractors do a one size fits all adjustment, but he listens to my issues and adjusts accordingly in ways that have real impact. I can feel the difference it makes. He has a great memory for what we discuss, considering how many patients he sees. I appreciate that for both the personal touch and his keeping good track of my physical experience in and out of the office.
Brenna at the front desk is the best. She is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in customer service. I struggle with punctuality/scheduling, but she is very patient and kind. Stephanie and everyone else I’ve encountered there is great too. Lovely place all around!
I highly recommend Dr. Rulli. He cares about his patients success and strives to make them feel better. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms and personalize the care for you. I saw him for pain/weakness/numbness in my legs and arms. I had relief within a few sessions. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with pain and wanting to find relief.

I would highly recommend Shaw Chiropractic Center to anyone who’s suffered with long-term Chronic Pain OR just wants to keep their body aligned. I’ve been to Chiro’s years prior with no relief. I work overnights and sometimes those overnights will send me into a flare-up. DR. SHAW TO THE RESCUE!!! Dr. Shaw takes the time and has the patience to really observe your alignment and knows what to do immediately when he see’s something out of line. I’ve had countless days and nights of pain, but it has since been alleviated with the help of Dr. Shaw. I couldn’t be anymore grateful to know he will fix me right on up!!

I’ve had the privilege of seeing Dr Jake in his St Pete location for at least 6 years. He’s treated (and fixed) several chronic issues (carpal tunnel, plantar fasciatus) and a few strained muscles/acute injuries. I train hard and he keeps me performing. I appreciate that he gives me exercises to stay healthy and to fix the problem. Dr Jake communicated well with my trainers which I really appreciated and that let me get the most out of treatment. Thank you Dr Jake for all you have taught me about movement and taking care of my body.
I really liked my doctor. It was quick, easy, and I learned a lot at my one appointment. Came in for an annual screening and was able to get a skin tag removed during the same appointment. The only reason for the lower rating is because the nurse or student or whoever was with the doctor handed me a card, a paper, and my skin tag that was in a little container and said I was good to go - then called after I had left and accused me of picking up the specimen and requiring that I bring it back. Now I have to go out of my way to go back to this place that is not conveniently located to me for their mistake.
I have going there for over five years. Always great service and never had any issues. Great friendly and proficient staff! Wish all doctors offices were this good.

My dog has been a patient since 2024 and the care is always exceptional! From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians, everyone is absolutely great. My dog is currently seeing Dr. Miller and she has been a wonderful resource in his care. She first found his cancer and made sure to help us quickly get in contact with a great oncologist. She is always very responsive and gives great clinical evidence for everything she is recommending. I would recommend this practice to any pet lover! Thank you Dr. Miller for Bourbon’s great care!!

Had the best experience here. Samantha Habib DVM was amazing! My dog was attacked by another dog and had a pretty nasty deep wound on his face and arm. They got me in the same day that I called. They took care of my baby like he was theirs. The front desk was amazing as well. Will definitely refer people and be back!

The SPCA have provided fantastic affordable care for both of my cats for the better part of a decade now. The vets and vet techs are extremely kind and will treat your pets like their own. I highly recommend this vet hospital if you qualify through income requirements or adoption through the SPCA.

I love Dr. Zuccaro (Dr. Mike is what I refer to him as, but he also goes by Dr. Z. LOL) and his entire team. I started going there a little over 15 years ago with my yellow lab, Harley. I recently had to put her down, and he was so kind and sweet. He remembered me bringing her in the first time and how they saved her life as a 7.6 lbs puppy. His clinic was the only one she ever visited, and I will continue to see only him and his team for all my future pet care needs. I highly recommend his clinic.
I’m grateful for her care of my two dogs and coming to the house to send help them cross the rainbow bridge here instead of an office. She’s got a very gentle soul with the dogs!
Dr. Jane took wonderful care of my cat Marlowe for the entire seven years that I had him.
Marlowe had some upper respiratory issues (later diagnosed as chronic rhinitis and congenital nasopharyngeal stenosis). Dr. Jane gave great advice for managing his condition and referred me to a great specialist when he had to have a rhinoscopy done.
Dr. Jane was always direct with me about my options, how it would affect Marlowe’s quality of life, how likely the treatment or medication was to solve the problem, and how much it would cost. I always had faith in her recommendations and never believed she would advise surgery or a procedure for Marlowe unless it was truly in his best interest.
I had plenty of times where Marlowe exhibited minor symptoms that concerned me (ie sneezing, holding one eye closed, one time he got stung by a bee, etc). I would call the office or email in asking if Dr. Jane could advise. She always got back to me same day (either via email or calling) and was always happy to answer questions.
Marlowe did not enjoy going to the vet, but Dr. Jane and all the staff were so sweet with him every time we went in. I always told him “you’re just going to stop by so everyone can tell you how handsome you are!”
Marlowe died very unexpectedly on August 23rd, 2025 just shy of his 8th birthday. It was a weekend, so an emergency vet handled his cremation. I emailed Scott’s Addition Animal Hospital to let them know the news and got a call from Dr. Jane on Monday. She was so kind and had such wonderful caring things to say about Marlowe. She helped me understand the most likely cause of his death, which helped me to find closure. She talked to me for a while and told me to reach out if I needed anything or needed to talk again.
I am so grateful for everything she and all the staff did for Marlowe. If I ever have another pet, I would entrust their care to this team.
Highly recommend this veterinary. Dr. Sara de Wet is a phenomenal veterinarian! She is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Thankful to have her to take care of my pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is always clean when we go. They work well to get my pets in if there is ever any emergencies. My rabbit needed emergency care and they got him in same day and took the best care of him. My cats have also needed time sensitive care and they were able to get us in very quickly with excellent care as well. I have full trust in the vet and staff to properly care for my babies. Thank you again for taking such good care of my little ones ?

It was very easy to make an appointment online with Ash, who had trimmed our other dog's nails before. Ash came out to meet us right when we arrived, and interacted nicely with my dog. He readily trotted off with her, and the nail trim and grind took fewer than 10 minutes.
Colleen is the best groomer that I’ve experienced since I got my Marley girl 13 years ago. I am so sad that I only found her a few years ago and now I’ve moved. She really cares about the dogs and does a wonderful job.

Brought both of my dogs in together, which can sometimes turn into chaos, but the staff handled it surprisingly smoothly. One of my dogs is friendly while the other gets nervous around barking, so they separated them during drying to keep things calm. I noticed the grooming area looked organized and not overcrowded like some places I’ve visited. Their fur felt incredibly soft afterward and the bandanas they added were a cute bonus. Definitely one of the more professional grooming shops nearby.
The staff here are so kind and friendly. My dog, Cosette, begins smiling and wiggling as soon as we walk in the door. It is a 'no frills' place but my dog doesn't need a pool or gym equipment. She needs a loving staff and plenty of dogs to play with. It is affordable and they will even bath her and trim her nails for me. She goes to daycare 2 days a week. Because she has so many positive interactions there, she was comfortable being boarded for a few days.
We are so happy with the service we received for our baby girl! We brought our bully in for a bath, nail clipping, and teeth brushing, and everything was done with such care and professionalism. Sherry was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. Our girl smelled amazing, her coat was soft and shiny, and she looked so happy and relaxed when we picked her up. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out more of the services—especially training. Highly recommend!
I’ve always had a good experience bringing my dog Charlie here to be groomed. They always groom him beautifully and seem to be very caring towards him.
Dogs Day Inn is the best. My dog, Juicey Moosey, is an absolute lunatic, and somehow the staff handles him like total pros. Whether it’s daycare, boarding, or grooming, I always feel good leaving him there knowing they can handle his nonsense and still seem happy to see him.
He always comes home tired, happy, and looking great after grooming. It’s obvious everyone there actually loves dogs (even the wild ones). If you have a high-energy, slightly unhinged dog like mine, I highly recommend Dogs Day Inn. They’re amazing.!

I wish I had found Dojo Yoga Studio 3 years ago. The classes are designed for all levels, yet they remain challenging and engaging no matter your experience. The teachers here are outstanding—Adrian, Lauren, Rachel, Olivia, and many others are incredibly skilled, advanced in their practice, and very knowledgeable.
What makes this studio truly special is the way the teachers guide students through the practice. Their teaching is creative, thoughtful, and focused more on sensation and body awareness rather than just achieving the “perfect pose.” They offer many options and suggestions so students can explore movements in a way that feels right for their own body. At the same time, they encourage you to challenge yourself a little more day by day, which helps you grow and improve naturally over time.
Even though the classes are not hot yoga, I guarantee you will still sweat when you put 100% effort into your practice. The music selection is uplifting and creates such a positive energy throughout class. The overall vibe of the studio is unique, welcoming, and inspiring—completely different from other yoga studios I’ve experienced. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, refreshed, grounded, and motivated to come back again. I highly recommend Dojo Yoga Studio to anyone looking for a supportive yet challenging yoga community.
Taou is such a wonderful studio! It is hard to put into words how much it means to me to be a part of this community. I am in my 60s, so sometimes I feel intimidated to go to yoga (in other studios) with youngsters who are much more limber than I, but the teachers are so helpful in giving tips about how to modify poses. There are also many props there to help you, and you are encouraged to use them.
Also, there are so many different types of classes. I go to various kinds of yoga classes throughout the week, and I also attend mat Pilates classes. I've taken barre classes, which are great.
The original studio is in Carytown, and Taou just opened another studio on Forest Hill. Both are clean, full of light, and joyous.
The whole Glenmore family is so dedicated to all who wish to join. A peaceful and gracious environment has always been the mainstay. A beautiful place to practice yoga. Namaste🙏

I always leave the pilates and power hour classes feeling amazing, regardless of how good I am at the exercises 😆 those classes are beginner friendly and the more you go, the better you get at the more advanced poses and exercises, and the instructors help you so much along the way! All the instructors are awesome and uplifting. Its a wonderful place!
Great class! Instructor was very attentive and you can tell she cares about your form while also making it challenging. Lavender towels at the end were awesome and left feeling great!! Definitely recommend this studio:)
Love Niche Pilates Studio! I have taken reformer classes from several instructors over the years and have always been impressed with them. Welcoming and encouraging environment, and they do a great job of providing individualized feedback even in the group classes. They offer a great variety of classes as well, the tower and Cadillac classes are great for an extra challenge. I have tried other studios in the area that are closer to me, but Niche is worth the drive every time!
Andrea Jackson is a fantastic instructor and mentor. She will help you listen and connect to your amazing body in ways you never imagined. I highly recommend her classes!

Hi I am Erin. I am Elementary School teacher. I was very hesitant at first about trying targeted jaw massage, but working with Jana Powell at Attune Massage has been an absolute game-changer. Jana is incredibly skilled, professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her expert help, I am now able to tune into and read my body better than I ever have before. Beyond her excellent hands-on treatment, she provides guided home videos of exercises that have been extremely helpful for my routine. Her focus on massaging the soft tissues is so important for overall physical well-being, and I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with tension in their jaw and neck areas.
I had a 75-minute massage with Natalia. I usually need a lot of work on my shoulders/back and legs. She did a great job, pressure was perfect, and she added cupping and hot stones for me (which I love). It was a relaxing experience and helped release a lot of the tension and soreness in my muscles. The spa also has a nice ambiance, and I found it easy to find parking. I’ll definitely go back.
This has been a wonderful experience as I have struggled with back pain due to a bulging disc for years. After the first session I had relief, but after a few sessions I am moving around better than I have in over a decade. I have done physical therapy, injections, chiropractic, surgery, and medications. Doctor appt after doctor appt and I got no relief. Rain worked spots all over my back that was like magic, I didn’t have to say anything, she knew where and what needed to be worked on, and now I am running and jumping with no pain. I would highly recommend Rain, and will continue to use her going forward. Friendly, polite, great communication, fair price, clean office, good location. All-in-all a 5 out of 5 stars.

Look how relaxed I am. I had a long week with numerous migraines (including going into this appointment) and this is me returning home after a massage with Ivan at Ortiz Massage. True bliss. Bronwyn is the best! She always takes a couple of minutes to understand any injuries or special areas in need of attention. She is very mindful of the time she spends on each area so that all my concerns get addressed during the session. Bronwyn is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was even able to answer questions for me about how tension in different areas were connected. Love Bronwyn and will definitely return and recommend to others!
I got a facial with Christie and it was seriously amazing! She's the owner which I didn't know until I got there. Christie was so sweet, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what she does! I chatted with her some and she answered all my questions in detail. The facial was so relaxing and even had a nice neck, shoulder, and arm massage mixed in. Everything smelled amazing and I left feeling relaxed and energized!
Sara was amazing! This was my first visit and I will DEFINITELY be back! 90 minutes flew by and I can't wait for the next 90!!

I can’t recommend InMotion Physical Therapy enough. I came in dealing with a herniated disc that had been causing me pain and limiting my mobility for nearly 10 months. After just three weeks of working with Solomon, I’m already in significantly less pain and moving better than I have in a long time.

After years of feeling unheard at doctor appointments, Dr. Casey and Elizabeth were the first providers who truly acknowledged the pain I was experiencing and came up with a plan (which I had kind of given up hope a bit). They’re incredibly knowledgeable, and rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, they gave me a real toolkit of techniques and strategies tailored to what I was dealing with. I always left feeling like I understood my body better and had concrete ways to make progress.
Anastasia at the front desk also deserves recognition — she consistently worked to get me scheduled, even when availability was tricky. That kind of behind-the-scenes support makes such a difference when managing ongoing treatment and balancing multiple other life things!

My Dad is currently going there for PT following a broken hip. EVERYBODY there is beyond OUTSTANDING, from the Front Desk Staff to the Aids to the Therapists. They have a Super Great facility, with a lot of equipment. His chart follows him from station to station, and whoever is nearby when his timer goes off, will help him to the next station (whether they’re his “assigned” aid or therapist). They’re all super friendly & knowledgeable. One thing we’ve noticed, is that when they tell you a specific exercise that they want you to do, they don’t leave it at that. Rather, they tell you why they want you doing it (doing this strengthens this to help you do that). We’ve both been to other PT companies that just say to do, with no explanation. Also, they give you your full time allocation, rather than just a few minutes. If you need extra rest breaks, they’re factored in as well, so you might be there more than an hour, to make sure that you receive all of the PT that you’re due. I’d recommend them highly. On the way home from the first visit, I told Dad that I’d go there the next time that I need PT.
If you have family here, please check on them. There was ants in her room, someone else's feces on the wall, medication and on the floor. A trash bag tied to the hose was used for a catheter bag. Food was terrible. I wouldn't give them 1 star if it was possible . The care here is basically non existent. This place and the way they cared for my sister is unacceptable, she was laying in her own feces. we had her removed from there yesterday. And I honestly lost sleep last night knowing I couldn't help other people there. this place needs shut down and investigated. if anyone else has had issues there please contact me.

I went there with a lot of curiosity and high expectations for something unknown to me, and I can assure you that it fulfilled all my expectations. I arrived there in pain, and today, on my fourth visit, I feel much better! I highly recommend it; it's very good, a great alternative! Mrs. Lee is truly a professional; she listens to all your concerns, and the staff—wow, they are so kind, always with a smile that warms your heart!
I saw Porter in 2022 & 2023. I first went after facing infertility for over a year. I finally got pregnant naturally almost exactly 3 months after starting with him. I had a miscarriage and then got immediately pregnant the next cycle again. That one was also a miscarriage. At that point we decided to pursue IVF and I continued to see Porter. We had a great egg retrieval, and got pregnant on our first transfer. Because we’d gotten pregnant naturally, we did a modified natural transfer which was so much easier. I’m not sure that would have been an option if it hadn’t been for Porter! Our daughter is now 2. Porter was not only a great practitioner, but also an incredible resource on all things TTC. He keeps update with current research and shares relevant articles. He has insight into different doctors and practitioners through all of his patients. He’s an incredible resource, in addition to being incredibly caring and kind. I highly recommend him!!
I was having quite a bit of pain causing me to not be able to sleep most of the night.
Satori Poch spent a lot of time with me to find out how the pain was affecting me. She explained how she was going to proceed with the treatment and for me to be have patience as it could take several treatments before I was able to notice any improvement.
I have now had four treatments and there has been a great deal of improvement. I now fall asleep within five to ten minutes and can sleep five to six hours before I wake up with no pain.
I was referred to this practice by the VA because I am a disabled Vietnam veteran with neuropathy caused by exposure to agent orange.
There was nothing the VA could do to help me. I had tried physical therapy which helped very little.
This has truly been a blessing for me.

Megan really took the time to listen to me in our first session and put together a program that fit what I was trying to achieve. I went for fertility and had success very quickly. Sean is a terrific person to see when you don't even know what is wrong with yourself. He is patient and definitely knows more than the western medicine doctors do. Sean helped me in so many ways that he doesn't even know I would suggest anyone give his practice a try.
Corrine has changed my life! I originally saw her many years ago for back pain and weight loss. What I didn't realize at the time that acupuncture can treat you for many things at the same time. I found my intake sessions to be very therapeutic, often times sharing things that I would share with a therapist and I could not be more thankful that I did. Often after treatment I felt amazing, genuinely happy or just centered which was an indicator that she helps with depression and anxiety. I was a life time sufferer of debilitating migraines, sometimes lasting up to 2 weeks. She gave me all kinds of tips and tricks ranging from ingredients to steer clear of to how to use ice to help curtail the migraine. One day during intake she asked about my headaches and I reported that I had not had ANY and I literally was taken aback, not one. She also was able to help me with severe back pain and tips and tricks if it returned. I went several years without a single headache or migraine. Living without the head or back pain was life changing for me. A few years later, after moving to a different state, I got a migraine; I went to an acupuncturist whom I was not impressed with. I reached out to Corrine for a referral and within hours she had connected me with someone in my new city. Subsequently, I returned to Richmond and have been happy to reunite with the growing practice. I will see her if I am getting sick, if we catch it in time, and then I am over it within 3 days. She will refer me to my PCP if I waited too long to see her. After a major car accident, not only did she help me in my recovery process, 2 years later she was able to help me regain some feeling in a finger pad. I could go on and on about the amazing support that she has been in my life and her treatments. Boulders Acupuncture & Natural Healthcare is the first place to go for ailments and if you need to go to a PCP or specialist, they will tell you. I have referred her to clients, colleagues and strangers.
Dr Choe takes his time and does not rush his patients. He treated me for multiple issues simultaneously. He healed my neck shoulder and knee issues that I had been suffering with for over a year.
After 8 sessions my neck and shoulder pain were gone. I also ordered the herbal medicine tea which has helped me remove the pain in my joints and the swelling.
After 2 months of treatment I am finally pain free and my arthritis is gone. Thank you Dr Choe for the advice and the physical healing, I cannot thank you enough.

My driving instructor was Mr. Tillar. He was extremely patient and did a great job of coaching/teaching rather than scolding. When my driving partners or I made mistakes, he remained calm and gently corrected us. His easy-going and humorous demeanor made driving with him smooth and anxiety-free. I will recommend this driving school to my friends and younger relatives in the Richmond area!

Love Karen driving school. It does not feel like you are even in class. Karen incorporates every day life into her lessons. This is my second time coming. I highly recommend her if you ever need the class. Karen is a down to earth person, funny easy to relate too.
Unfortunately I received a speeding ticket in VA (may fault) wasn't paying attention to the speed limit. I was able to take a 8 hour course, but since I'm out of state the only option was online. The state offers a list of approved vendors, however NOT ALL ARE THE SAME! Greg's course was super straightforward, great price, and he was super helpful.
