They handled everything from permitting from start to finish of picking up a whole house generator for me. They showed up on time worked very neat and clean and being a general contractor from South Florida I can really appreciate the professionalism that they showed. For most of my life I’ve kept my hair short. At most I’d let it grow to around my shoulders. Now, in my 40s I’m letting it grow long but as a result I didn’t really know the best way to take care of it and would just try all sorts of products to tame it or hydrate it.
I loved having Casey cut my hair because she was so educational and informative without making me feel like an idiot. She gave so many excellent tips too.
My hair is thick and naturally curly but I opted for a regular cut with a blow out. So many hair stylists I’ve had struggle with primarily using a blow dryer to straighten it but Casey did fantastic and only used the flat iron for a finishing touch which meant my hair had better bounce and “life” to it.
Betty is the owner and the absolute best! She has been braiding my hair for 20 years. Betty is a realist and will tell you the truth about your hair. What styles will work for your hair type. If you want an honest person who may run sometimes a little behind she is your person.
Debra is fantastic and so welcoming. She took incredible care of me and my locs! She is funny and so kind. I felt right at home. I will definitely be back!

I don't know his name, but he gave my grandson a roundup and when my daughter asked for him to cut the hair a little closer, he gave a BS excuse about not being able to to do because he has waves... Umm what?!?!?!? She gave him a 20 and he told her that he was gonna get change. He went back to his station and then told her that the charge is 20... This dude was definitely high on something. I sent him there because they did a good job the first few times... But this here, never again....

I’ve had many spa experiences and this one is truly the best one I have ever had. I tried the Free Your Mind Scalp Facial, and I was amazed at how relaxing, calming, and truly blissful the entire experience was from start to finish. If you like having a scalp massage or your hair stylist wash your hair, then a Scalp Facial is the next level up on all levels. The massages, exfoliation, & cleansing were divine. And the best part is — the final product — your hair! I let my hair dry afterwards and then blow dried it a few hours later. My hair is long, fine and thin. We all know the sensory “feeling” of clean hair. It felt so so clean, it was voluminous and soft and smelled lovely. It stayed that way for days after, especially the smell. They said my scalp and hair would feel the cleanest and healthiest it has been, and they were so right. I can’t wait to go back and add on an actual face- facial along with another scalp facial treatment.
Britny has done my color for years now. She is always professional, friendly and does the best job of anyone I’ve seen in Richmond. I followed her here from her previous salon and have since switched to having other stylists there also do my cuts (since Britny only does color) and have had great experiences with each of them as well.
Melissa is so personable and professional. She will keep you laughing and engaged while transforming you from a handsome man into a new and improved handsome man ready for a close up! Highly recommend for all hair types!
Cannot rate this salon and experience high enough. I have thick coarse Asian hair and have had trouble finding a spot here that knew how to deal with it, but Abbey completely knocked it out of the park. At the start, she asked me so many questions about what style I wanted and the final result looked exactly like the reference I showed her (it blew my mind). The mini highlights she gave me were 10/10 as well. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

I can confidently say that in my 10 years of getting highlights, balayage, all-over color, Rachel is the best there is. I lived in Richmond, Delaware, Pennsylvania and NYC and I’ve truly have found no one better. I have naturally nearly black hair and Rachel does her highlights so perfectly that I have gone 6+ months (hello, pandemic) without seeing her and my grown out highlights still looked amazing! If you’re looking for an incredible stylist who knows what’s she’s doing, is down-to-earth, doesn’t try to sell you on a million products (I don’t think she’s ever tried to sell me on anything in the last 3 years I’ve been seeing her), and wants to make her clients the best version of themselves, then go see Rachel.

I had an excellent experience at Confedent Barbershop! My son and I were running a little late, but Wathiq (I believe he’s the owner) was incredibly understanding, polite, and kind. Even though the shop was very busy, he still welcomed us in, which saved us a lot of time since we had driven 40 minutes to get there. He even offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Marcus, who cut my son’s hair, did an amazing job. I showed him a picture of the style we wanted, and he matched it perfectly. My son was so happy with the result!

Decided to get my first ever spray tan here for my birthday. Although I was a little nervous, the staff were professional, supportive, and welcoming, helping me to choose a solution and walking me through the process. Their assistance with placing barrier cream, blending the solution in certain areas after application, and setting certain areas with a little powder ensured a flawless application. A day later, I look AMAZING - this is hands down the most natural tan I've received! Between that and the lovely staff, I will 100% be returning again!

I had been following her on Instagram for a few months "thelashlady_roz" and I was a fan of her work. I have had bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past and I was not easily sold by a nice IG profile. Anywhoo - I had a girls trip scheduled and I wanted to glam up a little bit so I decided to try her out. The location is very easy to find, however pulling around the back - not so much. This was NO issue for me because I was given to option to enter through the front and ring the doorbell. Easy, enough. Her studio is cute and shared with a hair salon in the front (with possibly other businesses that I did not take note of) - it is decorated with flower wall decor and a nice luxury chair, pillow and soft blanket to relax in. She keeps the Pandora playlist on 90s R&B which is a plus for me. She is always offering flash sales and deals, so she keeps things exciting and affordable. She is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She works fast but keep in mind installation usually takes about 2 hours and fills about an hour. Zero pain and gorgeous results. Highly recommend!
Ms. Sandy is so sweet…my nails always last when I go to here and that’s usually every maybe 5-6wks!! Doesn’t use cheap polishes and I never have to worry about my gel polish chipping! I Highly Recommend her!

My daughter waited months for her appointment which was scheduled for today. Upon arrival and check- in, Iam told that they don't take our insurance. The insurance info was confirmed when the appointment was made, but none of that mattered. The front desk staff is very uninformed and unprofessional.

Sandra was amazing! She greeted me at the waiting area with a huge smile. She explained the consent form and gave me time to prepare for my Brazilian wax. The room was clean and cozy. Sandra came in shortly after and explained the process. She had different options of waxing: sugar and hard wax. She was very gentle and thorough. I loved our conversation too! Amazing experience!

Brooke is extremely particular about every single item she carries, she strives for unique and beautiful clothes that are made from natural fibers. Location of this place is inside sola salon studios and the stairs were a killer for me due to health issues. They do have a tv showing where to find each person which is a plus!Shannon is fabulous! On time and friendly. There are chairs for you to wait and she was on time. Right there by the stairs too.Redeeming Groupon isn’t an issue or hard at all and she doesn’t treat you any different!Not afraid to touch you and get all hair removed! Loved our conversation and had no issue finding parking or the place. She also is super fast! This is the fastest I ever gotten waxed. 15 min or less and perfect if anyone is on lunch break or right before or after work. Not aftercare instructions but I’m not a newbie so I’m ok with that. There’s no liner on table just a black mat that she sanitizes after each person and that took me aback.It does say carytown square. She is great and I will refer many people to her! I appreciate her business and although I would love to return, them stairs got me beat.

She was very professional and attentive to my needs in regards to pressure and got rid of all the tension knots in my shoulders and neck. The business is located in a lovely older house and is beautifully decorated. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Lovely serene place. The staff are so polite and their vibe is so calming. The parking is scarce but just come a little earlier to the appointment so you can find a spot. Trust me it is so worth it. I hate to recommend because I want to always have a spot...lol...but they deserve the praise.

I have asthma .I had sinus pressure and dry cough. I scheduled an infrared sauna with a Salt cave session right after. I felt so much better after! The salt cave broke up the congestion so I was able to blow out and cough up the mucus stuck in my sinuses and lungs. If I had not been able to clear it out I would have ended up with sinus infection or bronchitis. Massage, sauna, salt cave and facials are not just luxuries, they are self care and very beneficial to your health. I recommend Revival Spa to anyone who needs self care.
I went to get waxed for the first time in over a decade and was pretty nervous, not just about the pain but about the intimate nature of it. Zoe was wonderful. She was so easy to talk to, and we laughed and joked around about my groans and the contrast of the bubble-gum 60's pop music and bright colors to the torturous experience of having hair ripped from your body. She made me feel so comfortable. Best waxing experience I've ever had, and I will be back.

I had a really BAD tattoo experience back in Aug. of 2024. I loved my tat but he went waaaayyyy tooooo deep and caused blurring. The cause of the blurring was my reasoning. I went to Amy, today, with some suggestions to fix the blurring. I explained what I was thinking and she just drew, freehand, exactly what I described. I was nervous because of the excruciating pain of my tat back in Aug. She worked her magic and the pain level was 1 with a pain scale of 1-10. I barely noticed she was giving me a tattoo. My design is exquisite to my eye. The level of color is the exact same as my tat that hurt like an SOB back in Aug. Amy is a TRUE artist and is a gem on Cary Street in Richmond, Va.

I went to Emily (@erea.tattoo) for a scorpion tattoo. Her skill is exemplary - light touch and great precision. We got to talking about a 1/4 sleeve floral project I’ve been wanting to find someone to do. Emily was super excited to draw up the art for it and I went in last week and got the best tattoo. Again such a great touch and the color is packed in perfectly. My favorite tattoo by far! And they both healed spectacularly.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I have to… the other night I woke up to the sound of gushing water only to get out of bed to ankle deep water…, apparently my water heater cracked and water was flying everywhere.. I called plumbers r us first thing in the morning like a nervous wreck Christina kept me calm as she reassured me they would come out that morning and take care of everything…. Called the company on a recommendation and was very glad I did. Staff was super friendly all around. The receptionist was very helpful and got us set up as quickly as she could. Friday at 5pm before Easter weekend our whole house lost power. After calling over 15 numbers for other electricians, MW Electric answered and was in my house solving the problem within an hour! He was able to fix my water heater which had water enter the electrical site causing a short, located the source of the water and then restored the breaker box power. He was very professional and courteous while he was working here and thoroughly explained other potential safety issues that I was unaware of. If i could give him 100 stars I would!

I would just like to say dealing with Kelly from Master Electric services was an absolute pleasure. They handled everything from permitting from start to finish of picking up a whole house generator for me. They showed up on time worked very neat and clean and being a general contractor from South Florida I can really appreciate the professionalism that they showed. I scheduled four electricians to provide quotes on relocating a point of attachment. The last company I met with was J&M Electrical Services, and Jason stood out for his honesty compared to the others. My initial plan was to move the point of attachment from the second-floor porch to the ground level for tenant safety and to meet Dominion Energy requirements.
Instead of just quoting the job, Jason asked thoughtful questions about why I wanted the work done that way. After reviewing the situation, he explained there was a better approach that would still meet requirements while saving me thousands of dollars. He went above and beyond by working directly with Dominion Energy to ensure the project was done correctly and cost-effectively.
The other three electricians didn’t offer this solution
they only saw the project as a way to make money. Jason’s integrity and willingness to look out for my best interest speak volumes about his character and about J&M Electrical Services.

Ice was melting I called RVA Repairs with a description of my situation James diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly He also explained my warranty. Summer in Richmond is hot enough without ice and refrigerated foods. RVA Repairs came to the rescue and were reasonably priced!! So glad I found this company.

Working with Rainbow Restoration and Garrett has been smooth and seamless. From replacing a leaking spigot to inspecting water damage, they call you and schedule you quickly!
Back in March, 2025 they replaced an outside leaking spigot that I had ignored for a few years. They gave me a a great price and fixed it within a week! There was a little water left in my crawlspace from the work but I was able to clean it up easily.
My experience with them has been great so far! I will be working with them on some water damage in my kitchen from outside and will update this review once all of the work is complete.

The rugs came back beautifully and looked like new even though they are 20 year old rugs. They came back with new pads which were thicker and softer than our previous pads.

What a wonderful and refreshing experience I had with Sharmaine’s cleaning. This Farm House needed some deep cleaning and because Sharmaine uses non-toxic supplies, I did not worry about my little parakeet, Tweetie Bird and did not have concern about my elderly dog.

OCC Group as general contractors are a great group. Our 1922 home was completely incomplete. Not a single room was finished - every room needed something done and not just paint and floor refinishing. Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? absolutely amazing experience. Everyone at Creative Contracting was amazing and so easy to work with. I wanted the painting to start the day that I closed on my new house and I wanted to be able to move in within 2 weeks of closing and Brad made it happen! I had every square inch of my house painted in less than 2 weeks and it looks like it took a month. These guys are perfectionists and take the time to do it right and still get the job done on time. There were even multiple unforeseen things along the way that required a lot more time to do correctly and Brad upped the manpower to get them done and stay on schedule. Also during the project, I decided I wanted to do a few other things that required a contractor and electrician and Brand had those guys here the next day doing the work. I am amazed at what a stellar job they did and how quickly they were able to do it as well. I am known to have unachievable high standards and definitely do not throw out rave reviews lightheartedly, so I can say with extreme confidence you will love working with Creative Contracting and will be blown away with what they can do. After my experience, I can without a doubt say I am a customer for life.
The renovations done by this company to our 2 bathrooms were amazing. The price was within range, the work was prompt and it was a pleasure working with everyone. We met with Gary to go over our vision and he was so helpful with his suggestions. If there were any questions throughout the Reno he was always responsive in a very timely fashion. This is 2 years past the change and everything is still perfect. I got the company on a recommendation and I would recommend them to everyone else!
I had some repairs done to my window (water damage) and to my French doors (wood rot). These guys were excellent- super friendly and perfect gentlemen as well! They definitely went the extra mile to ensure that everything was in order and repaired successfully prior to leaving- and also talked me through every step of the repair process, which was really helpful and much appreciated. I plan to use their services again this coming summer... safe to say I found a great company for the long haul!

I signed up for this service because of the extreme amount of mosquitoes that were at my residence when I moved here. I was concerned because of my dogs and the fact that mosquitoes are the main transmitter of heartworm. This is the 2nd year I have used their services. And there's been a noticeable reduction in mosquitoes and ticks.

I had a very good experience with Ross Termite, they had come out to spray for pest control around and inside the house. They and were on time and professional. I have two dogs and they made sure what they were spraying was not toxic to dogs. They also made sure to wear a mask and gloves which was very much appreciated. I will be using them quarterly and look forward to referring them to others!

Mark Tuttle and his team were excellent! The ice storm damaged and knocked down several cedar trees in my backyard, and they were able to completely remove them in one day. I’m pretty certain I’ve only ever left one review and it was on a fantastic campground by the ocean in Germany. This was my most favorite dentistry experience to date and I’m getting considerably old. The reception was polite and quick to process me as a first time patient. I was welcomed back by a fantastic hygienist, Raquel. We had a wonderful conversation as she got my teeth clean. Leaving me with a number of tips to extend the health of my teeth and gums. Then, Dr. Adams came in to inspect further, giving me a clean bill of health. He stuck around to welcome me to the practice and provide greater detail on the sleep guard appliance they offered for people with sleep apnea like me. I look forward to my 6 month follow up. Who said the dentist couldn’t be enjoyable?

I was a patient at this practice for an implant over a decade ago and it has been excellent. The work was done by Dr. Catoggio who was excellent to work with and did excellent work. I recently had an issue almost 13 years later where the crown was becoming somewhat loose; I did not trust the advice of my primary dentist on this and so wanted to call this office to get their advice even though it had been so long since they saw me. Not only was the staff excellent and listening to my story and trying to help, but when they realized I was not living in the area any longer and it wasn't practical to come in they got me on the line with Dr. Catoggio who was more than happy to speak with me and provide essentially a mini consult about my situation. It gave me a lot of reassurance and I can't thank him and the practice enough for delivering the kind of quality care and concern they do. It goes without saying but I highly highly recommend this practice!
I cannot say enough good about the Oley family and their offices! The Oley family (both dentists and their mom) were so kind, helpful, and did everything they could to put me at ease. There were multiple visits involved and ended with 2 root canals. On all visits, they were patient, answered all my questions, thoroughly explained what would happen next, and VERY gentle! Shout out to Jacob (Mechanicsville location), the dental assistant, as well. He was so kind and professional. I wish I could give 10 stars!
My experience with this practice has been so good. Dr. G makes you feel so welcome and has worked well with my health anxiety (going to new providers is always scary for me). The rest of the staff is also so amazing (Harley, Dara and Myah), always greeting you with a smile and getting to know me as a person outside of just being a patient. I would highly recommend Shaw Chiropractic Center to anyone who’s suffered with long-term Chronic Pain OR just wants to keep their body aligned. I’ve been to Chiro’s years prior with no relief. I work overnights and sometimes those overnights will send me into a flare-up. DR. SHAW TO THE RESCUE!!! Dr. Shaw takes the time and has the patience to really observe your alignment and knows what to do immediately when he see’s something out of line. I’ve had countless days and nights of pain, but it has since been alleviated with the help of Dr. Shaw. I couldn’t be anymore grateful to know he will fix me right on up!!

I was waiting in the waiting room during my wife's visit recently and we love the care she got, the nurses were very helpful and the nurse doctor was very kind. The only thing I did not like was how the check in person was rude to people on the phone, would swear, and was always on his cell phone. NOT very professional! Need to learn how to talk to people in a doctors office, because this is NOT the kind of person I would want as the face of mu business!

Regardless, the disdain she had for either me or her job (or both) made me uncomfortable.
My dog has been a patient since 2024 and the care is always exceptional! From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians, everyone is absolutely great. My dog is currently seeing Dr. Miller and she has been a wonderful resource in his care. She first found his cancer and made sure to help us quickly get in contact with a great oncologist. She is always very responsive and gives great clinical evidence for everything she is recommending. I would recommend this practice to any pet lover! Thank you Dr. Miller for Bourbon’s great care!!

Had the best experience here. Samantha Habib DVM was amazing! My dog was attacked by another dog and had a pretty nasty deep wound on his face and arm. They got me in the same day that I called. They took care of my baby like he was theirs. The front desk was amazing as well. Will definitely refer people and be back!

They saved our baby girl! She had a horrible infection in her uterus! It was an open one which we got lucky, we were able to see the drainage! We are in a tight spot at the moment so we reached out to a good friend of my boyfriend ... and he got the ball rolling for us. We had to crowd fund ... but we got there! They helped us out as much as they could! We love them there! They saved our baby girl! ????

The SPCA have provided fantastic affordable care for both of my cats for the better part of a decade now. The vets and vet techs are extremely kind and will treat your pets like their own. I highly recommend this vet hospital if you qualify through income requirements or adoption through the SPCA.
I have gone to Kinship the last 5 years with my dog, Oslo, pretty much since the day I got him. Unfortunately, yesterday we had to put him to sleep. This staff was the most caring and supportive team I could have ever imagined. Thank you for guiding us through the process and being so kind.

Dr. Jane took wonderful care of my cat Marlowe for the entire seven years that I had him.
Marlowe had some upper respiratory issues (later diagnosed as chronic rhinitis and congenital nasopharyngeal stenosis). Dr. Jane gave great advice for managing his condition and referred me to a great specialist when he had to have a rhinoscopy done.
Dr. Jane was always direct with me about my options, how it would affect Marlowe’s quality of life, how likely the treatment or medication was to solve the problem, and how much it would cost. I always had faith in her recommendations and never believed she would advise surgery or a procedure for Marlowe unless it was truly in his best interest.
I had plenty of times where Marlowe exhibited minor symptoms that concerned me (ie sneezing, holding one eye closed, one time he got stung by a bee, etc). I would call the office or email in asking if Dr. Jane could advise. She always got back to me same day (either via email or calling) and was always happy to answer questions.
Marlowe did not enjoy going to the vet, but Dr. Jane and all the staff were so sweet with him every time we went in. I always told him “you’re just going to stop by so everyone can tell you how handsome you are!”
Marlowe died very unexpectedly on August 23rd, 2025 just shy of his 8th birthday. It was a weekend, so an emergency vet handled his cremation. I emailed Scott’s Addition Animal Hospital to let them know the news and got a call from Dr. Jane on Monday. She was so kind and had such wonderful caring things to say about Marlowe. She helped me understand the most likely cause of his death, which helped me to find closure. She talked to me for a while and told me to reach out if I needed anything or needed to talk again.
I am so grateful for everything she and all the staff did for Marlowe. If I ever have another pet, I would entrust their care to this team.
I love Dr. Zuccaro (Dr. Mike is what I refer to him as, but he also goes by Dr. Z. LOL) and his entire team. I started going there a little over 15 years ago with my yellow lab, Harley. I recently had to put her down, and he was so kind and sweet. He remembered me bringing her in the first time and how they saved her life as a 7.6 lbs puppy. His clinic was the only one she ever visited, and I will continue to see only him and his team for all my future pet care needs. I highly recommend his clinic.
I’m grateful for her care of my two dogs and coming to the house to send help them cross the rainbow bridge here instead of an office. She’s got a very gentle soul with the dogs!
Highly recommend this veterinary. Dr. Sara de Wet is a phenomenal veterinarian! She is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Thankful to have her to take care of my pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is always clean when we go. They work well to get my pets in if there is ever any emergencies. My rabbit needed emergency care and they got him in same day and took the best care of him. My cats have also needed time sensitive care and they were able to get us in very quickly with excellent care as well. I have full trust in the vet and staff to properly care for my babies. It was very easy to make an appointment online with Ash, who had trimmed our other dog's nails before. Ash came out to meet us right when we arrived, and interacted nicely with my dog. He readily trotted off with her, and the nail trim and grind took fewer than 10 minutes.

Evelyn did the best job ever on our cockapoo Peanut. Peanut has a lot of anxiety and she did great with him!! Attention to detail is unmatched, she took her time with him which is much appreciated. She was also able to pluck his ears which was great. We like to get Peanut cut low and look how cute he looked afterwards! Highly recommend

My girl absolutely loves it here!! She’s still a puppy and has very bad anxiety, but is always so happy to come here! When we tell her it’s time to go to daycare or boarding, she gets her harness and runs to the front door with it and waits there until it’s time to go! When we drop her off, she gets so excited she can barely even contain herself and immediately runs over to the staff to give them hugs and kisses and everyone working is always so thrilled to see her. And since she has such bad anxiety, this is always really nice to see. I always feel comfortable leaving after drop off and always feel heart warmed by how happy she is to see all the staff and how happy they are to see her too! And on top of that, they have excellent prices!! I couldn’t recommend Dog’s Day Inn enough!!

The staff here are so kind and friendly. My dog, Cosette, begins smiling and wiggling as soon as we walk in the door. It is a 'no frills' place but my dog doesn't need a pool or gym equipment. She needs a loving staff and plenty of dogs to play with. It is affordable and they will even bath her and trim her nails for me. She goes to daycare 2 days a week. Because she has so many positive interactions there, she was comfortable being boarded for a few days.
Today May 6, 2026 I took Mr Cash for a Grooming Appointment and was Charged Much more than I was his Last appointment. I'm Not sure what the difference is from last time and this time but. I took My Dog here for the 1st time on a Saturday and Yes It's Worth the Payment. I'm Impressed Thanks Team
SoulShine is a hidden gem in Stony Point Mall. The owner is amazing. I attended a bridal shower which was not the original location that it was supposed to take place in but everything happens for a reason. I've had one yoga instructor before relocating to the Richmond area. I was feeling some nerves about starting anew but was fortunate to be directed to Glenmore Yoga. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The staff and yogis are kind, gracious and caring and are invested in everyone’s success. Students are guided to work to their ability and there is no pressure to go beyond what's right for the individual. I leave refreshed and happy with the time and care given to my body. It’s always a good day at Glenmore!

Robbie is an incredible instructor that meets your body's individual needs. I had a back injury and had him come to my home for a few months until I was able to drive again. Niche offers an incredible Pilates teacher training. The master trainers, Jaclyn and Joelle, are truly masters of their profession. They have created an environment for each instructor in training to learn and grow to their full potential. I now send everyone that is interested in teaching to this training.

90 minute facial with lymphatic drainage! It was so relaxing. I was guided throughout the whole thing and she explained the products I was curious about and what they do to my skin. I would highly recommend!
This has been a wonderful experience as I have struggled with back pain due to a bulging disc for years. After the first session I had relief, but after a few sessions I am moving around better than I have in over a decade. I have done physical therapy, injections, chiropractic, surgery, and medications. Doctor appt after doctor appt and I got no relief. Rain worked spots all over my back that was like magic, I didn’t have to say anything, she knew where and what needed to be worked on, and now I am running and jumping with no pain. I would highly recommend Rain, and will continue to use her going forward. Friendly, polite, great communication, fair price, clean office, good location. All-in-all a 5 out of 5 stars.

Look how relaxed I am. I had a long week with numerous migraines (including going into this appointment) and this is me returning home after a massage with Ivan at Ortiz Massage. True bliss. I recently saw Jamie for almost 6 weeks of post op lymphatic drainage massages and it made a world of difference in my recovery. I got a facial with Christie and it was seriously amazing! She's the owner which I didn't know until I got there. Christie was so sweet, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what she does! I chatted with her some and she answered all my questions in detail. The facial was so relaxing and even had a nice neck, shoulder, and arm massage mixed in. Everything smelled amazing and I left feeling relaxed and energized!
Sara was amazing! This was my first visit and I will DEFINITELY be back! 90 minutes flew by and I can't wait for the next 90!!
Bronwyn is the best! She always takes a couple of minutes to understand any injuries or special areas in need of attention. She is very mindful of the time she spends on each area so that all my concerns get addressed during the session. Bronwyn is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was even able to answer questions for me about how tension in different areas were connected. Love Bronwyn and will definitely return and recommend to others!
I can’t recommend InMotion Physical Therapy enough. I came in dealing with a herniated disc that had been causing me pain and limiting my mobility for nearly 10 months. After just three weeks of working with Solomon, I’m already in significantly less pain and moving better than I have in a long time.

I can’t recommend Fettle and Fit enough. I have truly had the BEST experience. I started during my third pregnancy. Elizabeth helped so very much with labor prep and any aches and pains that come with pregnancy. Then postpartum her knowledge was so valuable. I had an 8 finger ab separation and in just a few months, with her direction and guidance I was able to get to only a 2 finger gap. Elizabeth hugged me when I need a good cry and shared my joy and pelvic floor wins.
The setup of this place is amazing with so many resources available! Helen is a wonderful PT and does a great job listening and articulating a plan of care very specific to each individual injury and adjusts it as needed. Live working with her!
Sheltering Arms Bon Air Therapists are amazing!!! They are confident and make you confident and comfortable that “you can do this “! They work hard to get you from point a to point z. I accomplish something different each time I come. Would recommend them hands down every single time!!
I highly recommend this clinic. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They listened carefully and designed and executed a treatment program that targeted and eased my back pain. Each exercise was clearly explained and the app makes it easy to continue the program at home. A big 'thank you' to the whole team.
If you have family here, please check on them. There was ants in her room, someone else's feces on the wall, medication and on the floor. A trash bag tied to the hose was used for a catheter bag. Food was terrible. I wouldn't give them 1 star if it was possible . The care here is basically non existent. This place and the way they cared for my sister is unacceptable, she was laying in her own feces. we had her removed from there yesterday. And I honestly lost sleep last night knowing I couldn't help other people there. this place needs shut down and investigated. if anyone else has had issues there please contact me.
My Dad is currently going there for PT following a broken hip. EVERYBODY there is beyond OUTSTANDING, from the Front Desk Staff to the Aids to the Therapists. They have a Super Great facility, with a lot of equipment. His chart follows him from station to station, and whoever is nearby when his timer goes off, will help him to the next station (whether they’re his “assigned” aid or therapist). They’re all super friendly & knowledgeable. One thing we’ve noticed, is that when they tell you a specific exercise that they want you to do, they don’t leave it at that. Rather, they tell you why they want you doing it (doing this strengthens this to help you do that). We’ve both been to other PT companies that just say to do, with no explanation. Also, they give you your full time allocation, rather than just a few minutes. If you need extra rest breaks, they’re factored in as well, so you might be there more than an hour, to make sure that you receive all of the PT that you’re due. I’d recommend them highly. On the way home from the first visit, I told Dad that I’d go there the next time that I need PT.
After getting rear-ended and hit by an 18-wheeler, Kristin helped me heal. She is patient, knowledgeable and met me "at my level". This was my first time ever attending PT and I'd recommend PT Solutions to anyone!Thank you Kristin and your team of professionals!

As someone who had never been to physical therapy before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I couldn’t be more impressed. I came in with persistent foot pain that had stumped everyone: my primary care doctor, a podiatrist, even custom orthotics and metatarsalgia pads didn’t help. Within 10–15 minutes, Dr. Jeff had a working diagnosis that actually made sense—and best of all, it worked. I’ve only had three sessions so far, but I noticed a real difference after just two. I’m now able to run again (currently once a week), and the pain is gone.
The facility is clean, well-equipped, and there’s plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Even when the practice gets busy (which says a lot), you still receive personal attention and quality care. The training staff is efficient and always on point.
I would recommend Richmond PT to anyone—whether you’re new to PT or have tried everything else without results, this is the place to go.
I was having quite a bit of pain causing me to not be able to sleep most of the night.
Satori Poch spent a lot of time with me to find out how the pain was affecting me. She explained how she was going to proceed with the treatment and for me to be have patience as it could take several treatments before I was able to notice any improvement.
I have now had four treatments and there has been a great deal of improvement. I now fall asleep within five to ten minutes and can sleep five to six hours before I wake up with no pain.
I was referred to this practice by the VA because I am a disabled Vietnam veteran with neuropathy caused by exposure to agent orange.
There was nothing the VA could do to help me. I had tried physical therapy which helped very little.

I’ve been going to RVA Acupuncture for two months now. I’ve been dealing with major joint pain, insomnia, and hot flashes. Vicky has helped with all of these! I was having trouble progressing with physical therapy because my stiffness was so bad. Acupuncture helped to relieve some of this which helped make my exercises more effective. I was also having hot flashes all night, which was disturbing my sleep. Now I don’t have any hot flashes at all. Initially, my insomnia was terrible. I was only sleeping 3 to 5 hours a night. This week, I was sleeping 8 to 10!
I am most appreciative for Vicky’s willingness to make adaptations. I can sometimes be very high maintenance due to my unique issues! I can only lay on my back, so she has been gracious about helping me in this position. She also has special tools that have helped me with my skin and other nervous system problems. She used a blue light therapy pad on me one day to help with my skin. Another day, she used a grounding pad because my legs were feeling staticky.
I’ve done acupuncture before, but her approach with electro Acupuncture is so unique. There is no doubt that using microcurrent helps to speed up the healing process!

Corrine has changed my life! I originally saw her many years ago for back pain and weight loss. What I didn't realize at the time that acupuncture can treat you for many things at the same time. I found my intake sessions to be very therapeutic, often times sharing things that I would share with a therapist and I could not be more thankful that I did. Often after treatment I felt amazing, genuinely happy or just centered which was an indicator that she helps with depression and anxiety. I was a life time sufferer of debilitating migraines, sometimes lasting up to 2 weeks. She gave me all kinds of tips and tricks ranging from ingredients to steer clear of to how to use ice to help curtail the migraine. One day during intake she asked about my headaches and I reported that I had not had ANY and I literally was taken aback, not one. She also was able to help me with severe back pain and tips and tricks if it returned. I went several years without a single headache or migraine. Living without the head or back pain was life changing for me. A few years later, after moving to a different state, I got a migraine; I went to an acupuncturist whom I was not impressed with. I reached out to Corrine for a referral and within hours she had connected me with someone in my new city. Subsequently, I returned to Richmond and have been happy to reunite with the growing practice. I will see her if I am getting sick, if we catch it in time, and then I am over it within 3 days. She will refer me to my PCP if I waited too long to see her. After a major car accident, not only did she help me in my recovery process, 2 years later she was able to help me regain some feeling in a finger pad. I could go on and on about the amazing support that she has been in my life and her treatments. Boulders Acupuncture & Natural Healthcare is the first place to go for ailments and if you need to go to a PCP or specialist, they will tell you. I have referred her to clients, colleagues and strangers.

What a great experience my 16 year old had! She was very apprehensive when I was trying to teach her how to drive, and I decided she might learn better with a professional driving instructor. I set up 10 private sessions, and the process was seamless. Chris was very responsive and always on time. His calm demeanor and clear instructions put her at ease. She has completed her lessons and is now comfortable driving. She is able to use what she has learned and even points out bad driving skills of other drivers on the road. She will continue to practice over the summer and will be ready for Behind the Wheel once school starts again. I have recommended All Seasons to other parents without hesitation, and I am very grateful to them for providing her with the skills to become a careful, licensed driver soon.
My driving instructor was Mr. Tillar. He was extremely patient and did a great job of coaching/teaching rather than scolding. When my driving partners or I made mistakes, he remained calm and gently corrected us. His easy-going and humorous demeanor made driving with him smooth and anxiety-free. I will recommend this driving school to my friends and younger relatives in the Richmond area!
