I was seen for surgery back in June and had a very positive experience with Dr. Rotenberg and the staff at Advanced Medical Group. I underwent an elective surgery that had been causing me issues for quite some time, and the entire process was clearly explained. Dr. Rotenberg took the time to answer all of my questions, which made everything easy to understand and helped put me at ease.
I also recall the staff being particularly kind and supportive, which made me feel comfortable while preparing for surgery. Although my symptoms are ongoing due to the complexity of my condition, I truly believe the surgery has greatly improved my quality of life. I feel more confident moving forward and am grateful to continue my care under Dr. Rotenberg.
I am also very thankful for the responsiveness of the nursing associate, Denise, who helped coordinate my care and arranged an earlier surgery date that better fit my yearly schedule. Thank you, team!
BK Auto spa did an amazing job of detailing of my car. After a passenger dirtied inside of my car, I wanted the interior, especially the fabric seats to be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and odour free. The friendly technician explained the detailing process and answered all my questions. He also obliged to my requests to cover to certain spots in the car. He frequently asks for feedback so that we are happy with the service and there are no shortcomings. They have multiple packages at different budget ranges for your to choose. They are a mobile cleaning service. So they come to your place withall the cleaning supplies including water and generator for electricity

Cosmo is a great barber. A friend recommended him to me and now he's my go to choice as well. I waited until after several cuts to do this review but he's not only very consistent in his results, he's a good listener -- the mark of a good barber/stylist who wants to know what *you* want then provides the desired results. I have curly hair and it's a challenge to find a male stylist that gets it right but Cosmo always does. Very affordable and friendly service.

I had the best experience with Esther at Tannest! I did both my wedding trial and my wedding day spray tan with her, and she was absolutely amazing. Was greeted by Lee-Ann who is an absolute delight to deal with, knowledgeable, and a down-to-earth friendly professional.
She started with a tour of the salon and all that is offered at that location, really makes it convenient to any patron wanting to spoil themselves. Explained why certain services are good for individuals and all the benefits.
I entered the room that has the NEW SolÉRouge bed that blends red light therapy and a tanning experience. Room was clean, eye covers provided, music of choice or silence to simply relax.
I haven't tanned in a very long time, but this was a perfect reintroduction to sun kissed skin with the benefit of overall wellness with the red lights.
After my very relaxing time in bed, I returned to the desk where Lee-Ann explained the variety of flexible and affordable packages and options of services there without being pushy.
Overall, the experience was amazing, I will be bringing in my daughter to out the SolÉRouge in hopes it will help with her arthritis, and for myself as a moment of stress relief, and a sassy tan!

I went in with 4+inch roots, three different colours of orange, brassy blonde, and left with this. Melanie and Charlie both did magic on my hair. It was my first time there & they went above and beyond. They treated me with respect, kindness & were extremely professional. They treated me as if I had been going there for 10 years. I am in awe of their work. She did my hair properly instead of rushing through, due to it being a tedious process, especially after calling and booking an appointment for the same day for a “root touch up”. Instead they gave me a whole colour correction out of kindness without me being aware of the severity of my hair colour, even with the time and effort that was needed to be put in. Last spring, this team installed an interior weeping tile system, a sump pump, and window well drainage in our basement and they did an incredible job. Ian was amazing, so responsive and helpful, and Joe, the site manager, kept everything on track. The whole team was professional, efficient and the work was top-notch. After a full winter, even with the spring thaw, our basement stayed completely dry. We feel so confident and can rest easy knowing we have such a solid system in place. It was well worth the money and the 20-year warranty gives us total peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.
Leak detection service found our hidden pipe leak fast. Superior Plumbing & Heating of London used special equipment to locate it without tearing up walls.
We had a small plumbing leak under the sink and in the basement. As promised Tony arrived, assessed the situation, gave us a quote that was acceptable and proceed to complete the work in an efficient fashion. He was careful of the home, and cleaned after himself. He was a very nice person.

Discount Drain came out immediately when we had a sewer back up in our basement. Craig came out after to put a camera down the sewer line and showed us the problem and promptly gave us a solution. The workers who came out were professional, courteous and friendly. The problem was solved very quickly. We are very appreciative of their quality of work and the prompt service. In attempting to reverse the door on our brand new LG dryer, I inadvertently stripped an over-torqued screw and couldn't get it out for love or money. Went in to get a key cut for a filing cabinet that was hard to find at other places. They were friendly and quick with service. Although a small hiccup with the key not working originally, they quickly fixed the problem and got me keys that worked. I asked about a safe key but unfortunately they didn't have that specific option available, but referred me (and even tried to call them for me) to another locksmith that may have the key on hand. Id recommend them if anyone needs a tricky key cut.
Toni came the same day I called and installed our new high security lock as our condo was robbed earlier. I love this lock which gives us a sense of security as it cannot be picked or duplicated by anyone other than myself. I rate S.O.S. Locksmith 5 stars for efficient service, for quality locks, and for value as their price was also reasonable!

As soon as I walked into the London north store, I was met by a friendly salesman named Dennis Pypstra who helped me select the perfect flooring based on the limited information I provided. Within a couple of weeks, my order was delivered and an installer was ready to start. The installer did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. Altogether, my experience with this company was exceptional.
In our recent home renovation, we used Halls Flooring for more than just flooring. Matt, and his team, came up with some great solutions to some of our requests and were instrumental in making our kitchen and living room look fantastic. They also installed a great LVP floor throughout the main floor, which looks fantastic ... it was such a great upgrade! They also smoothed out some flooring transitions to other rooms and came up with a really nice wrap-around solution for the stair treads ... looks really modern, polished and impressive. We will definitely be using them again in phase 2 of our home renovations !

I hired Nature's Image to plant some new perennial gardens and I am very pleased. I have a huge yard and it was basically just grass. I am now thrilled to see so many butterflies and bees, instead of just grass! Nature's Image is now handling lawncare, yard maintenance (weeding, mulching, seasonal cleanup, etc.), snow removal, and they even planted bulbs for the spring. I am writing this delayed review (almost 2 years), for good reason, and that wanting to be sure everything was going to work. Not that I had my doubts about him because the many great reviews already written comforted my anxiety.
let me say this. The work John has done was no simple task whatsoever, but he nailed it!!!
John, Maria and Mimi are very knowledgeable and treat you with the utmost respect.
I am a musician, lead singer, and I had major concerns if I would ever be able to sing again, along with wondering if I would still be able to enjoy my favorite foods, due to complications you can have with dentures.
I am here to tell you John has absolutely put those concerns behind me. I am living proof that you can still have it all. I would even take anyone's request to see how I manage. You are even welcome to come see me sing. :)

Just had an appointment at UCC dental and had an awesome experience. I struggle a ton with keeping up with flossing because I'm neurodivergent and it can be really overstimulating especially when it's painful. I get a lot of shame from some dentists and hygienists etc for not flossing even though I'm trying my best, and rarely does someone try to work with me to find something that works.
That wasn't the case this time, the hygienist at UCC dental, Aldonah, immediately was understanding when I explained my struggles with flossing, and she talked to me about different options that might be less uncomfortable and more sustainable for me. She explained every step of what she was doing and why, and talked about a few different things that can impact my teeth health and how to prevent further damage. Both she and the dentist (sorry can't remember his name) were really nice, understanding and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. They also validated the effort I've tried to put in to keep my teeth healthy despite the struggles with flossing. I'm also low-income which affects what procedures I can get based on my insurance, and again both Aldonah and the dentist were totally understanding and non-judgemental at all.
I can't express how much of an impact this kind of care has on folks like me. Being autistic means the vast majority of medical and dental visits take a heavy toll, can be extremely overstimulating and overwhelming, and on top of this the average medical professional often brushes aside these struggles as not that big a deal (at least from my experience). All that makes it really hard to seek care even when I need it.
When someone like Aldonah and my dentist today takes the time to explain things, doesn't act like I'm strange for struggling with some things, and makes space for differences in experiences like mine, it turns a potentially very difficult and possibly traumatic experience into a happy one. Seriously, I cannot express how much I appreciate the care I received today - y'all make the world a far more accessible place for everyone just by doing this amazing work the way you do. It may have seemed like a routine day for y'all, but it makes all the difference for folks like me ❤️
I had and still having great experience at Riverside Chiropractic in London, Ontario, especially with Dr. Ben Tucker. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients.
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about chiropractic treatment at first. I had ongoing shoulder pain and had tried several treatments without much improvement. But after seeing Dr. Tucker, I’ve noticed a big difference—my shoulder feels significantly better, and I’m really happy with the progress.
The clinic has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are all friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to.
Overall, I highly recommend Riverside Chiropractic. I actually look forward to my appointments now.
I saw Dr. Joel's ad on Facebook. I thought the ad was thorough and spoke to some of the issues I was having. I loved the assessment and getting to see how my spine looked. Dr. Joel and All of the staff are super friendly. The facility is clean and inviting and you're in and out. No long waits. AND they're very good at accommodating busy schedules. 10/10 in my books!
Great experience at Pure Health with Dr. Shulman! I had shoulder, and post-delivery back pain, and the treatment really helped. I noticed improvement quickly, and the care was very professional and gentle. The staff are friendly and the clinic is welcoming. Highly recommend!

I h i’ve been going for two weeks now and found a real difference in the pain in my lower back Doctor Campbell I love her professionalism, her honesty and empathy. She’s very good at explaining why things happen and what we need to do to fix it. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her and will be going back.

Sometimes when my back or another area is not responding well, it can take me several visits to a chiropractor to feel relief, but Aaron is often able to fix the issue in just one visit. His treatments are incredibly effective, and he always takes the time to listen and tailor his approach to what I need.

Very helpful during pregnancy! I came to Dr. Maya after hearing my baby was not in the correct position for labour. After receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Maya for about a month, I had a quick unmedicated labour with the baby being in the perfect position for birth. Dr. Maya also helped with my back and pelvic pain during the end of my pregnancy!
Regarding the post about Cait; completely untrue considering she has NOT worked there during that time frame. I can tell you 100% Caitlyn never had her phone in the massage room.
I have been a patient for over a year now and have always had my concerns listened to and have had a decided upswing in my health. It is a warm homey office with great staff and Dr. Hardick is knowledgeable and very supportive.

I’m very happy with the service doctor Cheung and her staff provide. It’s nothing like the typical quick in-and-out vet experience I’ve had elsewhere. They sent me a very detailed email about my cat, summarizing everything we discussed and providing lots of helpful advice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my cat’s health and you can tell they genuinely care. My cat is usually very nervous after the vet, but he was acting very clam and happy this time.
I will definitely bring my cat here from now on. I hope others who read this have the same positive experience that I did.

My dear, sweet cat, Charlie began a very rapid decline over the last 3 days. Friends had recommended Byron Animal Clinic. Jen was so compassionate when I called and was able to get me in that same morning. Jamie was so kind and empathetic when assessing Charlie. He ensured that I understood what symptoms were present and was so gentle and kind with Charlie. Dr. Connie was professional and provided me with an honest and clear diagnosis. She allowed me time to make decisions and did not pressure me in any way. Dr. Connie understood the range of emotions I was feeling and explained what would happen with each option. With the information provided, I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my Charlie. He has been such a loyal, gentle and loving companion for me and for my son. It was so helpful to have people that understood the weight of that moment and who treated him with the same care and love. Dr. Connie and Jamie made sure that Charlie was comfortable and allowed me time to say goodbye in a way that was private and supported. I am so appreciative for the kindness of all of the staff. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be booking a check-up for my other cat soon.
I have always had a great experience here over the years with my cats & most recently my puppy. They have a van that will pick up my cats and bring them to their appointments when I can’t drive them there. Never an issue getting emergency appointments same day they always accommodate us and get us in quickly. Friendly staff & the puppy membership is a great deal to get discounts on appointments and procedures.

Chris went above and beyond, in his sessions and afterwards... during the massage, he offered to send me a few DIY stretches to help with my chronic pain for when I’m not under his hands. He was true to his words and sent me a great stretching guide which he made himself, along with the list of movie recommendations we were chatting about! Had some lower back pain and figured it was just some tender knots. When I came in for the massage, Daniel was able to pinpoint the exact locations that were giving me discomfort and was able to identify that the pain was from compensating of poor posture leading to some straining. He was able to assess the location of the strains which were more so in my front hip and was able to do some treatment which alleviated a lot of my lower back pain. Great competency displaying knowledge, skill and judgment for injuries and how to treat them.
Jodi was recommended to me as someone with years of expertise who is trans-friendly. I always get nervous going to new practitioners, but Jodi immediately made me feel comfortable. She is professional yet friendly, approachable, and non-judgemental. It is rare to find someone who I don't need to explain things like top surgery to. I don't pretend to fully understand osteopathy, but she always manages to find the exact spots that are causing me pain. I'm so happy to have found her and will absolutely be a returning patient.

He also does manual transmission lessons which is very hard to find nowadays!
I highly recommend Naveen and Lata if you are first time drivers as they are very patient and make you feel at ease. Lata was my primary instructor and she is amazing, and gives you a lot of helpful tips and tricks to be a very safe driver.
