Rob Lamonte did the inspection on our new home and was willing to let me follow him throughout the house asking questions about what he was looking for, why, and how to fix things when they fail.As a first time home buyer, this was super helpful!
Through our realtor we used advantage and they were great. Very thorough inspections and they even provided us with recommendations for something adjacent but not technically part of their scope. I reached out to them to follow up and they were forthcoming with suggestions and even suggested that I hold off and see if services were even needed. This is the kind of place that reminds you of small town hospitality. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
Chuck did an amazing job. Showed up on time and immediately started. He answered a few questions I had. Showed us what needed to be repaired as well. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or use them again for any other inspections.
