Alex with Smartway Heating & Cooling has come to our home on two separate occasions to repair appliances - once for a washing machine and once for our refrigerator. Each time, he arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided a fair quote before getting to work. After completing the repair, he walked us through exactly what he did, cleaned up the area, and even offered tips to help prevent the problem in the future. Alex is professional, extremely friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Both visits left us very impressed.
