I learned about Continental Lifestyle Medicine from a friend. I immediately went to their web sight and was amazed to learn all the procedures they offered. I called and made an appointment for a hydrafacial, knowing my skin was dehydated. "Kelly" was my Skin Care Professional, who analyzed my skin, and agreed that is exactley what I needed. Kelly let me know what she was doing, so I knew what to expect. I was glowing and totally relaxed while wearing a terrry wrap, headband for my hair and went under a sheet and velor throw, relaxing to say the least. I bought product and could say, "my face and decollete" are moist and hydrated.
Kelly called me a day latter, to see if I hand any adverse affects from the procedure, and I was still supple and "HAPPY". Kelly is my girl, and will book another treatment.

It has been a week since I had my haircut and I can now honestly say this is the best haircut I’ve had in years, possibly ever! Lee really worked with my hair texture (wavy, shoulder length) and gave me exactly what I wanted. It looks and feels great and is so easy to style now. The salon is clean, music was nice, the conversation was great. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

The salon is small but nice, everyone is friendly and I like that its not super loud and you can actually relax. My review is more for Kaitlyn than the salon, though. It took me way too long to finally find a stylist who is talented, personable and takes the time to make sure you get what you want. Reasonably priced, she took my hair from super long to super short, nailed it on the 1st try and I couldn't be happier. Definitely a keeper.

He checked on length being what I wanted, trimmed my sideburns additionally and the back of the neck shave is something that I have been missing since my move to St. Pete. Great work Nick thank you and you will see me again.

Bay Area, look no further….this is the only place you need to know about when it comes to Men’s (and boys) haircuts & shaves. Located in one of the coolest neighborhoods of DTSP and just one street off central, this is the shop you’ve been looking for. Top Notch has been here for years under the same ownership and familiar cast of master barbers that make up the team. The owner, Kevin, has been cutting my hair for at least 7 years now after a recommendation from a friend, and is the only person in town I’d let do it (although I’m confident, in an emergency I’d be more than pleased with what one of the other guys could do too- DJ, Derrick, & Bobby are all excellent at their craft and will see to it that your expectations will be met & exceeded.
Not only is Top Notch in a great part of town, in an easy to find location, it also gives you that traditional barbershop feel that is inviting and as good of a place for conversation as it is for cuts & shaves ??
The cherry on top for me is the old fashioned shaves they all do SO well….using great quality shave butter, then wrapping your neck and face in a fresh, hot, citrus towel before getting perfectly shaved with a traditional straight razor- it is so relaxing and honestly the only way to have a shave done. There’s a reason this traditional method has reigned supreme for literally hundreds of years!
I recommend making an appointment using their easy to navigate website that allows you to designate the services and barber you prefer, and then will give you the earliest available appointments available. While you may get lucky trying a walk-in, these guys are in-demand. And while this is the case, you’ll never find yourself waiting past your appointment time for your cut, or feel like you’re being rushed out the door. Your appointment time is yours- just another reason why this is the best shop in the Bay! That’s a promise ???

She put SO much detail, explained aftercare and ensured I was satisfied with my color and spray tan overall. Carol had a warm and welcoming personality really made me comfortable with explaining my spray tan needs and what was best for me. Bronze Touch is conveniently located from wherever you’re coming from in greater Tampa Bay Area + beyond. Writing this review simply to recognize Brooklyn who is such a pleasure every time I walk in. She's always got a smile on her face and is such a vibe! I've been using this salon on and off for several years for both uv and spray tanning. The rooms are always clean, the spray tans are always even and a lovely color. The only offer stand-up beds and it's about $40 for the I've monthly membership. They occasionally offer specials through text and online for lotions, single tans, bulk membership. They sell lotions, eyewear, contour tan masks, and even have branded sparkling water and energy drinks now (avoid the energy drink as it's like drinking the diabetic-test glucose..it's truly so bad)
This salon is excellent. Laura and Bri are very knowledgeable and so kind. I had joined a different place due to the price but my spray tan lasted for 2 days if I was lucky. Couldn't compare to this place so I'm back.. The spray tans are excellent and it is a very classy clean salon. Thank you Laura and Bri!!

Tina has been taking care of me. She is awesome! A regular manicure lasted 3 to 4 days. But the T's nails mani stayed on for almost 2 weeks!
The staff are friendly and professional. And the place is spotless! I don't think I've ever been in such a clean nail establishment.

I got my first ever facial with Sophia yesterday, and the experience was absolutely amazing! I was nervous about the whole thing because I’ve never gotten one, but she made all of that go away by explaining everything she was doing before she did each step. I was a bit skeptic, because the only other time I had had my lashes done… They fell off within a week and I couldn’t wear my reading glasses because they were so long.Jules did her thing and my lashes look amazing. I would like to say from sincere honesty that it was a major struggle on my self-esteem when it came to my skin. I have went on journey of self-experimenting with commercial skincare to home remedy concoctions and each dermatologist after the other accrued so much disappointment upon even making a dent to the expectations I wanted upon the damages made from the hormonal extremities I've endured since the age of 12. I was afraid and ashamed of how I looked, practically covering myself every summer to come and most of all carrying an emotionally crippling aversion to mirrors out of the fear of catching my reflection. But that all changed the moment I found Yaneth and this small business of hers. From the course of the 2-3 years with her has it made a miraculously turnaround that not only healed my relationship with my skin insecurities but made me love every bit of myself from following this journey with her.
Now close to 30, I look radiating and jubilant for life and still continuing the journey in healing.

Bianca is a magician! She was able to construct natural looking eyebrows for me from a blank palate. I awake and see every
morning eyebrows and think they are my own. None of my friends or family even know they’re tattooed. Being susceptible to scarring because of my pigmented skin was a concern for me, which Bianca quickly laid to rest by explaining her microblading process and delivering on her promise of flawless eyebrows. Sugar South is one of the only true Sugar places in the area, and it's thankfully a great one. It's in a quaint building right off the main road, and once inside, it has a clean, welcoming feel. My session was to the point, easy, and comfortable. I'd go back when I'm in town.

Not many people do a good gelX but I could tell by her work that I was in good hands. I booked online through her square site without any issues. She is located inside a cute salon off 4th street with lots of parking outside. She was not only meticulous with her work, she was very friendly, and she provides so many good suggestions while doing your nails. This is the place to be for old heads, hot rodders and anyone who likes classic Americana. The owner, Johnny, is a cool guy and does amazing tattoo and lettering work. His whole shop is covered in vintage memorabilia, and is really a blast from the past. All this aside, the tattoo work was great, clean and professional. He nailed my Jeep grill tattoo. Will be coming back soon.

While on vacation, we decided to get tattoos to commemorate our trip. Craig was able to schedule 3 matching tattoos. Him and his partner were very friendly, made us feel welcome and had a very comfortable setting for our afternoon in his shop. My friend and I stop in once a year when she is here visiting. At this point I wouldn’t consider going to another shop . They care about your skin and the perfection of the piece . My experience was emotional for me and I felt that was taken in to consideration.

Refrigerator repairs are very challenging. Mostly because the customer needs it fixed right away. Many places we called didn’t even answer the phone or worse don’t call back after leaving a message. When we called Smart Appliance Services, not only did they answer but they said they would be there the very next morning. They also contacted the Manufacturer about the parts being under warranty. Labor too! The repair went quickly considering it required a whole new compressor. We were pleased with the friendly and very skilled service from the technicians. Will use them again.
My Grandpa owns the business here and he's pretty good at what he does I've been on a few jobs with him and he can fix the equipment from 30 minutes to a day depending on what it is and he has some of the cheapest prices compared to the companies out there and we do not sell parts

I lost the keyring with both my car keys and house keys on it, so I called IM Locksmiths this morning about 9:30AM. Moses was here within an hour. He was able to rekey my car based on the serial number and he made 2 keys for my house. I was prepared for a shocking bill, but the total cost was $200 which I thought was very reasonable. Also, the door of my house was not closing properly. You had to slam it to make it close. Moses fixed it for me at no charge while he was installing the lockset on the door. I hired Master Gardener Landscaping to assist in a roof drainage project. Eric and Justin were easy to work with and made some great suggestions to ensure the drainage was sized & planned appropriately. I used CDS Landscaping for 4 different projects: fencing, rocks, sprinkler system and sod. The owner, Chris, is very attentive to detail and his crew is top notch. We asked Tommy Todd L & D to totally redesign the landscaping on our property. This involved front and back yards, garden areas, and areas around the driveway. We enjoyed working with Tommy on the initial walkthrough and when he would come by and check in on the work progress. Justin's design ideas were great, and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Their installation crew members were friendly, efficient, hardworking, and thorough! Alvaro, Martin, David, and the rest of the crew paid attention to detail and worked hard to see that the job was done right. (I wish I knew the names of all of the crew members because they were ALL great!). Greg, the Operations Supervisor, was great to work with and very efficient in communicating our questions and requests to the crews. Quinn, the "irrigation guy" knows his stuff and is easy to work with too. This is a top notch organization, not just in landscape design and installation, but in customer service and satisfaction! Don's Designs is a true gem in the Tampa Bay area. We had been looking for the right landscaper for nearly 4 months and were gouged in price left and right by various companies so we never moved forward with them. We stumbled upon Don's Designs and were so impressed. They're a small company that truly cares. they grow much of their own trees and plants and take so much pride in it. They've been doing this for over 30 years and it shows - they know the in's and out's of what kinds of plants will thrive in your particular area. And they're affordable to boot. They're honest, genuine and provide quality, affordable work. We've since hired them to completely tear out, design and install our entire front and back yard as well as fix our sprinkler system. We've been impressed with their communication, ideas and inspiration every step of the way. I highly recommend them - you'll be in fantastic hands.

I just removed my review because it was a duplicate, but instead it removed both! Anyway, I can't remember exactly what I posted the first time, but I would highly recommend Mills Landscaping. A couple of months ago, Scott transformed my yard. I am very pleased. Everything is healthy and thriving. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but Scott was able to create a beautiful design that I love. He also helped trim back some bamboo and remove an evergreen tree that was crowding out my hibiscus. I was long overdue for tree service. Ed came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. His carrier emailed me proof of insurance. The crew came out today and did an excellent job and were done before noon. Notified me of some honey bees, but I was unable to save before a neighbor killed them. Very satisfied with El Cheapo.
Tony is very conscientious and dependable. Peninsula handles a wide range of services, and the work is done very professionally and proficiently. Pricing is very reasonable. Peninsula is my go-to for anything related to trees and landscape maintenance.
We had a Norfolk Pine that had been struck by lightning at least twice and after a saltwater bath courtesy of Hurricane Idalia it finally died. Heather and her crew took it down for us with their crane, no muss no fuss. The whole team was very professional and cleaned everything up like it never even happened. Great work at a very reasonable price. So glad to find them, I'll be calling them for some tree trimming in the near future.
Would highly recommend. We have a large Oak trees in our front yard which were hanging down over the street. Brian and his team were courteous, professional and listened to our needs. This is the first I visited this dentist.The dental hygienist was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental hygienist. She was caring in her work, and it did not feel like someone was using a jackhammer in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this dentistry for their professional and caring staff.The doctor was very knowledgeable, and we worked out a plan to save as many of my teeth as possible. I need a few extractions, and we’re gonna get that started in two weeks.Is it definitely a TEN STAR establishment even if the scale is 1 to 5.

Dr. Carrie has helped tremendously throughout my pregnancy. A few weeks ago pain in my low back appeared, making it hard to sit, stand or walk for any significant amount of time. After a couple treatments with Dr. Carrie the pain has subsided. This was such a relief. She is very knowledgeable about different pains throughout pregnancy, how to treat them and prevention for future pain. Thanks Dr. Carrie!
This is my first time going to a chiropractor and Dr James didn’t disappoint! I am an RN and I am constantly moving and repositioning patients. Earlier in the summer I noticed my neck becoming really stiff and hurting. I woke up one morning with sharp pains down my arm and my fingers were numb. To say the least I was VERY uncomfortable. I called Dr James’s office and his lovely staff got me in that very day. He was very thorough and did x rays and assessments on me. I had a pinched nerve. He educated me about chiropractic adjustments, as I was a bit nervous to let someone “crack” my neck! Needless to say I’m so glad that I found Dr James and staff. I got relief very quickly and in just a few short weeks I have feeling back in my fingers and no more pain! I was so impressed with them I brought my son in who is 12 years old. He has suffered from migraines most of his life. Since he has seen Dr James his migraines have diminished. He has had a few headaches but nothing that has even come close to his full migraines that we are used to! My son and I are very happy patients!
An overall great experience, his staff was caring and considerate, and they helped my son feel better and prepare for his athletic competition.

I had an incident with my dog. He cut his pad on the foot in half pretty much. They were able to squeeze me in at 7 o’clock that night whereas no other place could do the surgery unless it was $2500.The staff was more than accommodating friendly competent and made me feel like I had made the right choice by going there. The repair ended up costing $675. That was way less than I got from the other place. In addition they also diagnosed a few other problems with him, including hips, prostate, and things of that nature I feel more than confident that these people love their jobs, love animals and do everything they can to make your visit The best it can beappreciate you very much thank you
Our puppy was having some serious stomach issues and our current vet at the time turned us away due to being overbooked. This was the last straw with them as they were taking on more patients than they could handle. I came across Grand Central and they were able to see me that day, within 2 hours at that. Through out the whole process and months and months of trying to figure out what is wrong with our puppy, Dr. Zamora and staff were so patient and kind. They continuously were able to fit me in last minute when he had another episode.What sets this vet higher on the list than anyone I have gone to is how involved Dr. Zamora is. She listens, she gives advice and never once have I felt she had no time for us or our dogs. She is present, calls and checks up and knows our dogs and their habits. It is not a quick in and out, or takes the dogs in the back without you like my old vet. Shots are given in front of you. Prices are straight forward and they keep great track of what is needed for each dog and it’s accessible on a sheet after each visit.
Dr. Mills and all of his staff are exceptional. Their thoroughness is so appreciated and makes absolutely sure that nothing is overlooked.
