I was a walk in, and Melissa was helpful right away, I had a few minutes of wait time, I have never left a salon feeling as wonderful as I did today, Melissa was so friendly, she gave me a fantastic hair cut, she even blow dried and styled it a bit. I got my hair done by Jade! She did amazing on my hair. I seriously got compliments the next day by multiple people on how beautiful the color and hairstyle was. I highly recommend her. She was quick with her response and quote. I asked for a full balayage and haircut. She also did a perm color and cut on my mom. Jade made my mom feel comfortable at her seat. As a pround Stocktonian I love history and this place is truly a test of time. Did Y'all know that this building was built in the very early 1910's yes ladies and gentlemen the first decade of the turn of a century. Then even after the hard hit of the great depression the Rose Barbershop surpassed the 1920's and long long after. Think about it this place got to see the early years of the Ford Boom, The Gold miner days, the last of the ending era of true cowboys who ventured into Stockton. That's just a part of some history this Barber shops catered to the Filipino society as well then The Grand Stockton Hotel. So mush history surrounds this place. It has been a plaxe of community, friends, family for 109 years and counting the new owner Steven had done a marvelous job on restoration on this beautiful land mark. The Golden Rose Barber shop is not JUST the oldest functional Barber shop in California BUT it is both the oldest, one of the few first barber shops still operating since 1917 west of the Rockies. I think the Barber shop however was tsking customers several years before 1917. This still is so very cool.
Steven takes pride in his craft. Come on in and make a appointment or see if a walk by is available. I will be back to get get another hair detox/deep Condition it paid $45 completely worth it.

Tracy is wonderful! She really did an amazing full set for my first appointment with her. I asked for a spring mushroom design and she painted my nails beautifully. When I went back for a St. Patricks day set, she listened to my ideas and painted a cute marbled green and gold glitter design for me. Someone else walked in without an appointment while I was getting my nails done and they sat for about an hour until mine were done, so it seems other people really like her too and are willing to wait for her. She offers water and she is so nice! I really enjoy getting my nails done with her! I can't wait to go back this week for a fill with some more cute designs! I'm going to treat myself to a pedicure too! I'm sure her pedicures are just as great as her manicures.

I’ve went to a couple of nail shops out here and I understand the apprehension of being a business owner and work with and for the public. Sometimes you never know who’s walking in your establishment. The husband and wife couple at Beyond nails made me and my husband feel very comfortable and relaxed. Tammy and Trina were our technicians and both were a joy to be around. We received a pedicure & manicure. Pedicures are good. I've got them by three different workers. I usually forget to make an appointment and walk-ins work for me. I think the longest I have waited was maybe 15min. I did have a manicure once with gel and the paint chipped the next day. I don't know if that is normal bcuz I usually only have my toes done and I do work with my hands, but thought it should be something for a new customer to know. One thing I do like in comparison to the other shops I have gone to is that the workers do speak English and even with an accent, it isn't hard to understand them so conversation is possible. It's not just that awkward hour long silence like I know most of us have had before. Parking is plentiful. The salon has always been clean. Mimi is really friendly and appreciates the business. I would recommend this place!

Water heater stopped working the night before, called Mr Ed’s Plumbing & Rooter Service early in the morning and was given an appointment for a service call later that afternoon.
Edward the assigned Technician arrived on time and prior to his arrival sent a text letting me know that he was on his way. Once on site he reviewed the issue and went over various options. Provided a quote, I agreed and the water heater was installed all on the same day.

This company was very responsive & professional in attempting to correct our sewer pipe clog. They snaked & then went to crawl space where they noted a broken sewer pipe & flooding. Ultimately, the next day, we contacted another plumber who agreed to clean up flood & fix pipe. I am grateful to Superdrain for alerting us to the problem & would use them again.

We had a need for a fix my husband couldn't do as well as some other work done. Josh and another electrician came out and fixed the problem, added an outlet and updated some. He also gave us an estimate on future work. They were both kind, courteous, safe, and fast. We will certainly be using them again and referring our friends!

Maggie responded to my request for an estimate quickly, and their costs were very reasonable. Our home is so clean, it doesn't look as if there was any construction done. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ramon was an excellent communicator who was patient with my decision making and very helpful in providing guidance and suggestions. When extra work needed to be done, Ramon clearly explained everything. I knew every day what was being done on that day and the plan for the next day. He and his crew did outstanding work and were friendly. The entire exterior required extensive scraping of the wood siding, and the crew spent many hours making sure every spot was scraped correctly and thoroughly. All exposed spaces were carefully covered. A few wood sections required replacement, and, after, I couldn't tell where this happened because the work was so carefully completed. They cleaned up at the end of every day, leaving equipment and materials stored in the back. In addition to painting the exterior, the crew removed an arch in the bathroom, rebuilding the wall and ceiling. The bathroom now looks like it was originally built without the arch. Then the bathroom was expertly painted.My only negative is about me: I should have posted this several months ago. Had a rat problem in my attic and garage and heard scratching at all hours of the night. Called up Pinnacle and they sent out an inspector who found some openings around the exterior. They set some traps to get the rats out and they sealed everything up. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with similar issues.
I wanted to say thank you to Manuel for his prompt service. We were collecting junk for a trash collection day. We found out bees decided to build a hive and take over an old foam headboard . We reached to Orkin, Terminix and Delk but sadly none of these larger companies could not help us. Manuel from Beekeeping Innovations was the only business who was able to help us with same day service. Call them if you ever need assistance with bee removal!

I was very fortunate to find Dr Shapiro by recommendation of Smallie Chiropractic my chiropractor of 25 years had passed away Iwent threw 4chiropractors before I found Dr Shapiro I need a heavy hitter to put my lower back in place on the joints nobody could jump on me hard enough or had the technique Dr Shapiro listened to me talked with me then went to work I had been off work for 2weeks because my lower back was locked up he adjusted me and I was back to work the next day I’ve been pain free ever since and I had a neck problem for years he adjusted my neck now I don’t feel like I have to crack it all the time and it’s pain free this man is amazing I never thought I would find another chiropractor like my old Dr he exceeded my highest expectations and he has an amazing staff that got me right in there very friendly and accommodating I would recommend them to every one I would give them 10stars if I could Dr Shapiro definitely knows what he is doing very well trained I am blessed to have found them I’m a flooring contractor so I do a lot of heavy lifting I’m at peace knowing that if I have an issue I’m in great hands

Very nice well coordinated office. Expert ophthalmologist. Dr Olin is as knowledgeable about animal eyes as the ophthalmologist I see at UCSF. I felt very comfortable and my questions were answered thoroughly. I have Shih Tzu's and this is the first time I have had eye issues. I am so thrilled Dr Olin is in Stockton.
Dr. Kim is a great veterinarian. He has been the only vet willing to go hands on with our anxious german shepherd. We went to him for a second opinion and he gave us a safer and alternative route to treating our dogs dental issues and definitely had the health and safety of our pup at the forefront of our appointment. He also saved us 1000.00, as another local vet wanted to charge us for an unnecessary procedure. Highly recommend this vet!

It was my16 yr old cats follow up for a skin allergy. I was very pleased with the care of my cat (Sky). Everyone was very friendly and the Dr was awesome. Her skin looks good now I bring my other fur baby (Sampson) here also. Very good. Vet clinic. Prices are reasonable too

Super easy to schedule appointments! I had a quasi-emergency with one of my critters and her regular vet could not see her until the next week. Even the local emergency clinics turned us down. I contacted Walker and, thanks to Fred, the cat in question was seen the very next day! I immediately had all of her records transferred and made Walker her permanent clinic. Dr. Hung is terrific and the staffs are very personable and efficient. Thank you!

I cannot thank this place enough! They did everything possible to save my cat after being blocked with crystals. He was quickly going downhill. Dr. Dhaliwal was extremely professional! He was patient and calm until my cat was comfortable around him before doing the exam. He explained everything thoroughly and went over different options. Nothing was rushed.
In the end my cat did end up requiring surgery. All the front and back staff were extremely caring and nice towards my pet. We continued going for follow up visits and it is now to the point where my skiddish cat is no longer scared to be there.
The office is very busy but they do try to see you in a timely manner. They are also open late so if your pet has a longer procedure, you can pick up your pet in the evening.

I would highly recommend Hardin Animal Hospital. My cat Stella was very sick and they got her in right away. The entire staff was so nice and took excellent care of my baby. The office visit price is the most reasonable in the area at only $45. They worked within our budget and my Stella girl is already feeling better after her first dose of meds they gave her. They definitely saved my baby and I will take all my Animals there in the future. Thank you again to this amazing staff!

Francine was incredible with my dog. She was available on such a short notice and took amazing care of my dog! She took all of mine and my dog’s needs into consideration. My dog is extremely anxious and shy, and so she took it very slow with him. She sent me photos of him throughout his stay and within the hour I dropped my dog off, she sent me a photo of my dog cuddling her, and I knew he was in good hands :)! Francine was communicating with me through texts and pictures throughout my dog’s entire stay. I will definitely be using her in the future!! Thank you Francine!

I have been seeing Ebonee for some visits now, and each session leaves me more impressed than the last. She is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable about the body and how everything works together.
What stands out most is her ability to find areas of tension and restriction that I didn’t even realize I had normalized. During my most recent visit, I came in with significant tightness and discomfort, and she spent time working through my hips, legs, shoulders, forearms, and back. There were moments where I could hardly believe how much release I felt as she worked through areas I hadn’t even recognized were contributing to my pain and limited mobility.

Dana is a great massage therapist. She is calming and yet does a strong and effective deep tissue massage. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now. Last year I had a fall and she was wonderful working with my injured muscles. If I’m asked for a good massage therapist I always recommend Dana.

My therapist, Evelyn, is great, very attentive and cares, showing me different exercises to help my heal on my journey. I truly feel she cares enough to help be healed. So worth it and I would recommend to anyone who needs physical or vestibular therapy, please go if you want to feel better! Staff are very kind. Definitely 5 stars!!! ?????
The therapist and the staff were very pleasant and friendly and made my sessions twice a week bearable. A special thank you to MJ which was the highlight of each session with the massage, tens unit and the warm moist heat neck wrap on my shoulders and neck.

After suffering nerve damage from a headlock,… I pulled away when I should have rolled into it, furniture be damned,…. I found myself unable to work, unable to sleep, and was in constant nearly unbearable pain for three weeks and was not getting better. After 5 sessions, I was massively better and a week after treatment, it all just seemed like a bad dream. The needles won’t go where you will expect them to, trust the process. Infinite thank yous!
Dr Lee is wonderful, my first time doing acupuncture, I always wanted too but never did. And for those complaining about leaving messages, no response, don’t just complaine about it, go to his office and make an appointment there, that’s what I did.
For my first behind the wheel lesson with Rafael it was great. I felt very confident. I was nervous at first, but im OK with being behind the wheel. I can't wait for my next lesson. Definitely would recommend.

I graduated from 160 Driving Academy today originally I was born in Guyana where I worked as a police officer and worked in asset protection. I came here as an immigrant and did regular work before at 60+ years old. I met Sam at 160 Driving Academy I had an idea about truck driving but was not convinced I had to get the money and did not know what direction to go in. I was inspired by the mentor and the interviewer Sam in the office who got me the loan to pursue my goals and ambitions. I had to work five days a week and two days of school, which was tough, but the sacrifice was worthwhile. I advised anyone aiming to get a CDL to go for it. It is a wide open field and a job that will change your life. It will put your family in a more stable and secure environment.
