I like Oak Street Health because of the friendly staff. Dylon was very helpful with giving me all the information about Oak Street Health and the doctors and nurse practitioners that are available, the cleanliness and set up in the lobby, community room, and through out the doctor's office (clinic). Dylon gave me a tour. Everything looked so nice. Dr. Z was amazing. He took the time to listen and talk to me about my medical history and the medications that I'm on. Everyone went over and beyond. Oak Street Health is now my new doctor provider. They put their patient's needs first.
This was my first meeting with Gregory Rasp MD concerning an upcoming procedure , He was very detailed and professional about what I will have done. All my questions were answered. 5 stars
Dr. Bramlage is knowledgeable in his field. He relieved a lot of stress for me in dealing with an aneurysm found in my mri and ct. My Son attended the appointment with me, and was also impressed with his ability to break down a very complicated issue into information we understood and into information that calmed us down. I have only met with him once but sometimes you just know inside that you are where you need to be. I am confident in his ability, knowledge, compassion, and if need be his surgical skills. He will likely be my neurologist for the rest of my life so I will update if anything changes, but I seriously doubt it will.
Dr Hamilton provided an outstanding eye exam for my squirmy first grader at a surprisingly good price! She took the extra time to discuss with me what she was measuring and how it related to our concerns. At the end, this was the best part, she gave us exercises and advice based on research to optimize my kids eye development instead of just slapping glasses on him. Outstanding professionalism!

Dodds Memorials provided excellent service and guidance in the selection of my father's grave marker. Josh helped me navigate the red tape with the VA with immense patience and kindness. We coordinated it all with my mother's marker and the family monument. It looks beautiful.

She also does what I ask and I’ve built so much trust she gets some freedom to do as she wants with my color or styles.
She’s lifted my hair, done partial highlights and lately I tried some rose gold, with a full highlight. I’d recommend her highly. She is such a wonderful person and always a joy to talking to her. Chad does great work. My first tattoo was done by him and it healed amazingly. Very professional and knows what he’s talking about and doing. His years of experience truly shows in all the work he does. He truly cares about bringing his best self to each tattoo he does. Couldn’t recommend more. Currently in the process of getting a full arm sleeve done by him and it’s all turned out great.
From the jump, I received nothing but support from aisle 9. They have been very understanding about the fact that I was in the middle of a move from North Dakota to Dayton. I think I had researched over 10 different shops in the Ohio area before landing on this one. Inside is very clean and welcoming. Normally shops feel dark and heavy but this one had the opposite effect.
When I got paired with Luen. I wasn’t sure about it at first but after meeting him he was extremely confident, reassuring, and skilled. I knew after our consultation that he was going to absolutely knock it out of the park and I was absolutely beyond excited. Not only did he do my arm but he finished my leg piece as well. I was super grateful because I know it can be kind of a hit or miss when another artist does half of it, so when he offered to finish it I had no other answer but yes and he knocked that one out of the park too.
The time after the consultation and tattoo day was built on great communication. The actual tattoo day was super calm, we took many breaks and he paid attention and is very detail oriented. He was very understanding and empathetic about how I felt and there was always great conversation. Just over all made sure I was taken care of.
Communication went on even weeks after to make sure I was healing well. I had zero hesitation with any question I had since I was on holiday. Did what I could to take care of myself and my new tattoos but I still had questions about healing and was more than comfortable with shooting him a text and asking. Talks of touch ups are in the works. ?
10/10 recommend. Seriously, do it. You won’t regret it.

He did a great job and replaced the old one with one that is the same size and it works great. Also replaced the water shut-off with much nicer metal hose etc.

Called in after disaster struck an my entire line backed up a poured water in the basement. Asked for an early afternoon appt Mike called at 1140 said he would be there in 20-25 minutes and arrived 23 minutes later. Very nice guy very polite and informative as he did what needed done!!! Would absolutely recommend drain tech to anyone needing plumbing service!!!
I had a great experience using Bayless Plumbing recently for my water heater installation. This is a small company with small overhead not a huge corporation that has to pay for commercials and a fleet of wrapped vans. Bayless did a great job on my my water heater I bought at Home Depot so I just paid them for labor which was very reasonable and permit. They came back to be there during inspection to ensure everything was up to code. Also Dustin the owner, is extremely responsive to communication. I highly recommend them.

All Inclusive Services owners Dan and Jerome are true professionals. They made my gas stove connection safe, and tested it for leaks. I will call them first, because they do not charge a fee just to come look at the situation and their prices are reasonable.

We have used Bates Electric for a few other jobs and they have always done great work. I can not recommend this company enough. Nachai came out today and replaced 16 different outlets and light switches for us as we are doing an upstairs renovation and every switch and outlet was covered with smoke and nicotine from 30 years of smoking in the house. He was fast, knowledgeable and got the job done! He was very respectful of our house and cleaned up after he was done. And the price is always good! You can't beat the quality of work at a great price this company delivers! Thanks, guys for another job well done!
This is a great company. Brett their electrician was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He had to crawl up into our attic to install several exhaust fans. He finished up with an indoor light fixer snd a RING doorbell. The attic was not an easy job. They are not a huge company and their proposal was super competitive. I highly recommend All Spark!
Today (1/27/25) I asked Scott to send electricians to my home in order to replace outside LED lights with integrated light sensors and to replace a faulty dimmer switch. Anthony and Kyle were both very skilled and friendly. They talked me through the process so that I would understand the work they were about to do. Both Anthony and Kyle were impressive and people of character. the price was extremely reasonable for the work they accomplished. I am very grateful to my neighbor for recommending Scott and his crew at Electric Werkes. I'll be using them again in the future when I need an electrician.

I asked how much 645 theft attempting I had called dealership said 139 cheap but had to have vehicle there. I have no key. Every call had scam warning. Tried several more times all same voice answered. Top Google search. Why they are not professional at all or honest. So last attempt asked for qoute 150 to 180. I said pay the 180 be fair. Shows up in car said 325. Told him to leave. Then I contacted this company more than what I want to pay but Honest and glad I found him. These people need investigation from honest FED but none exist.

We had carpet installed/replaced by Brad and Shane. They were incredibly professional! Hardworking, very clean, conscientious, and very courteous as well.
As they worked, as well as at the completion of the install, they took the time to show us why they did some things slightly different than the original carpet installed years ago. They also gave us some pointers in case of transition wear as well as potential stains down the road.
I don't know that we've ever had 2 more thorough contactors do any work for us.
When we need flooring replaced in the future, we will not consider anywhere else if either Shane or Brad are involved.

I can't recommend Danny and his team enough! From the first project to the last, Danny and his crew—Glenn and Ethan—delivered top-notch work on everything we threw at them. Steve was phenomenal!! My husband travels quite a bit and I became concerned that he had brought home bedbugs-- although I could not find evidence one of my daughters appeared to be getting bitten in the night--- I had an idea of the cost but wasn't sure next steps so I called around a few places and Steve took sooooo much time to talk to me about what was going on, answered ALL my questions and even offered to come on a SATURDAY to do an inspection to see what he could find. For a mother who had sealed away one of her bedrooms and had been drying my kids clothes on high heat for a week before we stepped out into society it was such a relief to have a PROFESSIONAL come and see if we had a problem.......and he didn't find a thing.... And trust me he checked.....and checked and checked..... He also offered to look at pictures if I ever saw any bugs in the future.

Critter Control of Dayton was great. I don’t know what they use for bait, but the raccoon was caught the first night and CC came back to check the traps every week day for a week! I never knew they were there! Great work!
To follow up: Finally, after a month or so of repeated raccoon captures- five in all!- I am happy to report that all the openings have been sealed off from future incursions.

My exterminator, Peyton, was very nice. He was extremely thorough in spraying a huge nest full of bald-faced hornets. Orkin gave me the best price and offered to come back next week to take away the remains of the nest. These are very territorial, aggressive, hornets that recognize their perpetrators. I never knew such an insect existed. I appreciated Peyton‘s expertise.

They communicated a week in advance when they would be out to my home to do the landscaping which made it super easy to plan for since I work 5 days a week. Not often do you have high expectations for something because the sales person is thorough about your project but then to have those expectations blown out of the water, wow. This is for big truck deliveries. If you take exit 58 off of I-75, go east for a 1/2 mile then turn right on Webster. Go about a 1/4 mile and turn right on Armstrong. I always see whatever doctor is available but she always makes sure I am comfortable. She talks to me during my appointment but I don’t mind and I’m sure if you wanted a quiet appointment she would have no issues with it. I got anxiety and she has helped ease the anxiety with going to the dentist. It’s been years but after a few visits I was ok with going and stopped hating it. Dr. Brad is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. After my very first visit, I wanted to begin treatment as soon as possible, and he kindly arranged for me to start physical therapy the very next day. I really appreciated how quickly he helped me get started.
His assistant, Jiolin (I apologize if I misspelled her name), is incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. She always took the time to walk me through every exercise and motivated me throughout each session.
The exercises Dr. Brad prescribed have made a remarkable difference. Before seeing him, after an 8-hour work shift that requires constant walking, I could barely walk any extra the following day because of the pain. Now, after just a little over a week of treatment, I'm already able to go for a walk after dinner on the next day after work. The improvement has been very noticeable.

Dr Dobran is very friendly, caring, and good at her job. Always makes me feel better, comfortable, and not nervous about getting my back adjusted at all. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The vets and staff here caught a hugely overlooked problem with my cat that other vets missed. They treat myself as well as all my pets like family. Extremely caring and helpful. Would almost go there as a person myself if they'd let me ❤️❤️

I have been coming to suburban for over 5 years. The staff is always so friendly and always come out to pet my dog Remy every time we come in! The Drs are AMAZING. Remy cut her paw and needed to have surgery and as soon as I called they told me to bring her in and they fit us into their day and did her surgery same day. Always so attentive and puts me at ease! They were very patient with my dog. He has very bad anxiety issues and is terrified to go there. We have to sedate him every time and they took the time and didn’t rush through his visit.

I have brought all of my dogs and cats here beginning in 2015 (moved out of state for a bit) and consistently since 2018. It seems a large majority, if not all, of my animals tend to have some ✨interesting✨ characteristics to say the least. This team from Alex, to Brittany, to Dr. Mendenhall and other staff past and present have always been so patient and understanding with everything each one of my animal have medically tested them with. I'll forever be grateful for the care they have brought my animals.
Dr. Belue went out of his way to help send my goodest boy up to meet Jesus. My baby was in a lot of pain and my vet was closed and I found the wonderful Dr. Belue and he called me back on his day off to help us out. This man is a pure angel. I will never forget you and thank you for making it as quick and painless as possible. My boy drifted off in my hands as I balled like a baby. 100000 percent recommend this amazing doctor. OMG! I don’t even know where to begin. Kaylee was sent from heaven to me. For starters, I loved the reminder texts they sent. It was very helpful. The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care. My dog was previously mistreated at a prior, corporate groomer and I was concerned. I explained this to Kaylee and she had the kindest expressions and calmly assured me of their process. Plus the past two to three groomings from that groomer left things undone - including cleaning his beard. When I dropped him off, Kaylee got on his level and covered him with care and he didn’t throw too much of a fit. When I picked him up, I was astounded. He was the cleanest I had ever seen, he was happy, and adorable. Kaylee took pics of him I front of a backdrop that was adorable. They don’t put the dogs in crates and they are great about giving you a notice to pick up. I just can’t give enough compliments or recommendations for this place. I am so grateful I found this groomer and wish I had found them earlier. Jasper was in great spirits afterward and very playful. He had a great time and made a new friend. Best grooming by service by far! Oh and my favorite? Kaylee did a blow out on his tail. It is so freaking cute. I absolutely love her!

The bath and brushing service for my beagle turned out better than expected. His coat felt soft without being overloaded with perfume, which I appreciated. Staff members were friendly and even gave a few simple tips for keeping his ears cleaner between grooming appointments at home.
They not only groom our dog they show love and care towards her! She is excited to go there and how many dogs can do that!? We have always been happy with the work the groomers do!

I’m not over 50, but these workouts are perfect for me. Functional fitness at its finest. PJ and team focus on helping people where they are at and moving them forward. Can’t reach your toes? That’s ok, try for the knees. Modifications are given for beginners or just for those whose joints don’t like certain moves. Over fifty fitness is amazing.

I highly recommend Epiphany Massage Therapy. Carmen is very thorough, conscientious, and professional. The massage itself felt amazing, exceeded my expectations. The communication during the session was beneficial but nothing excessive, mainly to prepare you for different aspects of her therapeutic process. My experience with the initial consultation, the massage session ,and the follow-up communication, made it apparent that Carmen prioritizes the comfort, health, and overall well-being of her clients. My wife and I have been coming here for a few times now. The massage chairs do an excellent job! Make sure after the chair scans your body, you make any manual adjustments before starting. If you have any issues getting things started, help is just a call away. We love the private room and will continue to come back regularly.

She listens and responds with a massage that will soothe any ailment or mental cloud. I’m naturally a very anxious person, and driving has always been something that scared me. Honestly, if I had been paired with any other instructor, I’m not sure I would have ever become comfortable behind the wheel. Rich was incredibly patient, encouraging, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to teach me in a way that made me feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Because of his guidance, I passed my driving test on the first attempt and now feel comfortable and confident driving on my own. More importantly, I understand the rules of the road and feel prepared to drive safely.
I’m truly grateful for everything Rich did for me. If you’re nervous about learning to drive, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
