I had originally planned on going to a well-known salon, but I was in dire need of a trim and had a short window to get it done. This was the best experience and most effective massage therapy session I have ever had. Khadija has truly healing hands! Such a calming and peaceful environment. When my session ended I felt so much relief I was amazed at her ability to locate the tension I was feeling as well as educate me on methods and techniques to prevent continuing pain. I got box braids and Emma worked on my hair. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. She made sure the braids were not too tight and still very neat.
I stopped in randomly on a Saturday afternoon and asked them to crochet a piece of curly hair back into my braid and they did it right away and were nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Rachel saved my anniversary! I had been working towards a natural salt and pepper look with white money pieces for over a year. I would show the same photo to a stylist and they would just make me blonde…and not even an ash blonde. Warm, sunny blonde. The exact color I hate my hair. I had one convince me that I needed to cut my hair all off (which I did) and then I had to get extensions. I got ice fusion extensions at a salon that shall not be named and they literally ruined my hair after a month. It was matted. My head had sores all over it. Rachel took the time to listen to me. Then literally spent 6 hours meticulously removing my terrible extensions. She then worked with me to get the exact look that I had been trying to achieve forever! She made it seem effortless. She’s a perfectionist and I am ecstatic with the end result. I have a professional photo shoot in less than a month and I am going to look amazing in them now. She really knows what she’s doing and cares! Unlike many stylists and salons in town who only care about taking your money and not taking accountability for their subpar work. I am a Shear Sugar client until the end now!

I have nothing but great things to say about Bronze Beauty Bar! Tarryn has done a fantastic job every time I have come to her for a spray tan, and has made the care process very seamless to follow. She always hands me a card with instructions post-tan and they seriously help me get results that last a week+.
As someone who does pageant and modeling, the tan not transferring is very important for the wardrobe I may have to put on, and that happens minimally when I follow all of the care instructions. She also graciously and very quickly fixed my first spray tan when I messed it up lol. I will never go to anyone else!

Was nervous at first being a guy and it being my first spray tan ever. I can tell that the owner is extremely passionate about what she does, and she spends extra time walking you through every step and what you expect. Got a tan for my beach trip, and it lasted the entire week. Highly recommend.

I am sad to leave this review as the store manager (Marcus I believe?) was so wonderful and kind to me. He was really cool and gracious. Unfortunately, my tan was not. I got a dark spray tan with an accelerator and a violet bronzer. I was told I would be really dark. Unfortunately I look like I got a light spray tan and had to apply fake tanner on top of my tan. The store manager told me I could come back in the morning and get resprayed if I didn't get any color, which I did, it just wasn't my desired tanness. I came here to save $10 instead of going to my tried and true tanner Hush Hush tan where I get a rapid dark spray tan that always slays. Really sad about this lack of color as I have my father's wedding tomorrow. Not fault of the staff of this location. I went to Palm Beach Tan for years and have only had this happen once. Normally I would be so tan from their sprays. Not worth the $57 I paid. Disappointed. -------- Okay update - my color came in more nicely as I waited a bit more throughout the day. Still wasn't as dark as I hoped, but it did come

My nail tech, Ken, was so welcoming! He made sure I was comfortable and loved everything about my nails before I left. It was a nice touch that the spa offers complimentary drinks while you’re there. Overall I was relaxed and was out within an hour. I did a soak off of acrylic overlay and get a new set of builder gel which was about $55 considering I was a new customer!

I hardly get manicures because I can’t justify the price for how quickly they fall off, get chipped, etc so when Avy told me not to be surprised when my builder gel stayed on for at least a month if not more, I straight up didn’t believe her. This is my manicure at a month from the last time I saw her still looking amazing. The whole experience with her was great too, she takes pride in what she’s doing and she does everything right in addition to being a lovely and genuine person. Will be returning!

Extremely impressed with the decor, I was anxious to look around. She ushered me to the back and I sat in the pedicure chair. Her sister (I'm horrible with names) Christina? Maybe? Makes me feel horrible not remembering her name, considering what great conversation we had. Not to mention, she took her time, paid attention to detail. She did a great job. Man, there are a million good things I could put in this review but to be short, 10 outta 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been going to see Klaudia for a couple of years now and she is the only nail tech I trust to do my nails. Even though I’ve moved an hour away I still come see her every month- seriously, she’s that good! My nails have a lot of hormonal damage that make regular gel/dip manicures impossible and I had resigned myself to a life of unpainted, thin and shredded nails until I came here. Her attention to detail and work in keeping nails healthy is 100/10. I can’t recommend enough!
I got beautiful nails done here by the man with the tattoos, and he had incredible attention to detail and was very kind, he made sure I was happy with the nails at every step and was incredible at shaping the nails. The price was very reasonable for the amount of attention and care I was given, I would come here again for my next set and I also highly recommend this place! I came on a Tuesday around 1pm and there was basically no wait time, I was taken care of very quickly ?

Forest Nail Spa is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The space itself is absolutely beautiful and elegant – it feels more like you’re treating yourself to a full spa day than just getting your nails done. My nail tech, Mia, is amazing. She’s patient with my indecisiveness on the perfect nail color, talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look pristine and fresh. I also have to compliment Kailey, the owner – she has created such a warm, welcoming environment and it really shows in the way the whole team treats their clients. Every visit feels relaxing, luxurious, and gives you the perfect dose of girl time at the salon. I can’t recommend Forest Nail Spa enough!

My whole family comes here as well. I finally have time to write a review, and I can say I’m never disappointed. I get a gel pedicure and dip manicure, and I love how natural everything comes out.
The little old lady did my pedi and she was so gentle as kd took care of me very well. I was in town only today and needed a pedicure. 50 bucks was a good price. I did all walk in and was able to get seated right away. The staff was very nice. I recommend 9 out of 10.

Gerri’s products are amazing, also love the cleansing crème, face value, and I use one of the moisturizers. Pricey but quality is worth it. My husband noticed that using the gel/scrub got rid of fine lines on his face. He swears by these products now. I went here for my first ever brow tint and Carlee was great! She is super personable and made the hour an enjoyable experience. I have naturally pretty thick black eyebrows so I was worried beforehand about it being too heavy/bold but Carlee made them look very natural. It looks like I filled them in lightly with a brow pencil. She was very exact with going over the tint in certain spots to make it look as natural but still filled in as possible. Would definitely recommend Carlee and want to come back for a facial!

Scheduled an appointment for a beard trim, was referred to schedule with Roxi. Immediately upon arrival, I was welcomed by Roxi in a very friendly manner. Was not rushed at all, so that was a huge plus. Went into a small room and had the hot towel treatment, very nice touch as part of the trim. Tilly is AMAZING. I've been getting my lashes done by Tilly now for 2 years. I live in Fort Worth, but drive to Dallas to get my lashes done by Tilly because she is THAT good. I was nervous to find a new lash specialist when I moved from ATX to FW a few years ago, but I was seriously lucky in finding Tilly. She is incredibly professional and efficient. Her space is so calming; I often fall asleep on the table. Most importantly, she is seriously skilled in what she does. I often can't even feel her while she works, she is so gentle. But I wake up and have this beautiful set of lashes that last for weeks. She really is an artist with lashes. She can communicate with you about what she thinks will look best in terms of shape/length/volume while taking into consideration the strength of your natural lash...which means your lashes will look beautiful yet natural. Contact Martin to get a bid on having LED lights installed on top and bottom of our cabinets as the kitchen area was too dark due to the canister lamps. Installation was smooth and had a dimmer switch added to give it a nice touch and allowing us to control the brightness if needed.

The best electrician in DFW! Originally we wanted someone to come and check out a hot wire a plumber found when our broken sewer line was being replaced. The electrician came out, inspected our crawl space wires and couldn't find any hot wire- he suspected it was previously hot from coming into contact with water from the broken pipe, but he still took the time to insulate all wires that were missing insulation and charged a fair price. After requesting a quote for exterior outlets, which was also an extremely fair price, the electrician scheduled us in the following week and did an incredible job.
He always showed up on time if not early, was extremely respectful and made efforts to be as clean as possible when working in the home. Gunnels will be the only electrician we work with while we live in DFW moving forward.

We just moved into our new house and I accidentally locked the master bedroom door and we weren't given any keys for it. Fantastic service. We had an extremely last-minute emergency and they saved the day! We were closing on the sale of our house at 3 pm, but I injured my back so I couldn't finish cleaning the house. From start to finish, the experience was honestly great! Rachel, our account rep, and Brittni, our designer, were both wonderful to work with. They were incredibly patient as I changed my mind on finishes and added a few things along the way. I never once felt pressured, and Brittni was honest about what we didn’t need or what wouldn’t be the best fit, which I really appreciated. The install teams were just as great. Marcus and Fletcher handled day one, and Jeff and Gerardo finished everything on day two. Everyone was on time, professional, very friendly, and clearly cared about doing quality work. The craftsmanship is top notch, and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I should also mention that I’m a pretty picky, Type-A personality, so I was nervous going into a project like this that was going to dramatically change the room, but I have no complaints. I would recommend this company to everyone. Samples are brought directly to you. You do not need to go from store to store. Daphne can explain the difference between each product and is very helpful in helping you choose your product. She is at the job site everyday checking to make sure things are being installed correctly and to make sure things are going smoothly. She checks her installers frequently and makes sure they properly clean up the job site and that you are satisfied with the work done. She also works to keep your cost in line and will check back with you in 10 days to make sure that you are still satisfied with the installation.

Really great experience with this company. They did a free consultation next day on my entire house and were very honest in telling me the house had no issues and didn’t require any work. Servant Remodel has completed 2 remodels for us. One in 2023 and one in 2016. Also they remodeled a friend’s kitchen a couple of years ago. I hired this company to replace almost all interior doors. Because of the age of my home, built in the early 1960's, I had them remove the original doors and replace with prehung doors. They did a great job, not only installing the doors, but with painting all the doors and trim. They do excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I need additional work on my home.

JC Foundation Repair did a great job of repairing my slab foundation with 26 piers. they were in and out in 2 days and all the cracks and gaps closed up nicely. my foundation is level again and I would recommend him to anyone needing foundation repair expertise.
I needed a list of about 6 remodeling tasks, they did them all right. It took them one week. Nice. (The price seems a little too much, but I really don't know) One thing: Whenever you arrange to meet with Florjan, don't even bother to arrive on time. He doesn't. You call him, he says "I'll be there in 20 minutes", no matter how long he made you wait. My advice, once you arrange, just wait until he calls you from the meeting place and then leave. Otherwise, a half-hour wait is about standard.

I literally had a 50 year old tree in my yard that was breaking apart and falling toward my house as the wind began blowing on Sunday. My friend had used Jose at Squirrel Tree Services many times and had been very pleased with them. I called him in a panic, explained what was going on and sent pictures. Jose immediately responded and came ASAP. He and his climber began taking the tree down SAFELY, and I know they saved me from having expensive damage to my home.

I found East Lake Dental from a recommendation in Nextdoor since I'm new to the area. Dr. DeSutter, Kate and the whole team are just lovely. I came in convinced I needed a bunch of work and he basically said, there's nothing wrong. I think that's rare in most of today's super corporate private equity owned dental practices for them not to want to take your money. I felt at ease, totally trusting of him and his team and I love I can text to get appointments! This has a wonderful,family owned feeling to it and I can tell they honestly care about their patients well being without trying to upsell you.

it is convenient for me to take my Md kiddo here, I like how well they keep their restroom stocked with lotion, soap, sanitizer, fragrance sprays, toilet paper, it's well stocked with these things. The Dr was thorough with explaining everything, and they seemed to schedule every one at the same time, that puts to much pressure on the Dr. Please stop doing that, because we were scheduled for a 2:00 appointment not a 2:50 appointment and we arrived early @1:40 pm

Dr. Ellis is extremely caring. She asked several questions to make sure she provides the best treatment. She made sure that I understood next steps and what I needed to do to feel better longer term. I felt better after the first visit and feel equipped to stay improved longer term. Her staff is also very friendly and caring. The hours are convenient. I also like that she offered me a free bottle of water to stay hydrated. Adjusting necks is challenging, and she was excellent at making my neck and shoulder tension dissipate. I highly recommend her and her team!

I love Westlake Dermatology as a whole in any of the cities they have offices. I always make sure to look for them in each city I am in, or during business trips. My absolute favorite location is Austin Westlake but that is more for personal reasons. (I know a Dr & Nurse there ) The Dallas Highland Park location is beyond welcoming! The entire staff is calming and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door. They also show you any apps to download to get discounts then or later. Very cool of them. I have my Botox injections done here and have tried a couple of other products too. Seriously always think to yourself - "Do I want an actual plastic surgeon doing anything with my face. Can you imagine a mistake made by some of these chain places that promote "cheap" Botox? If you are on the fence of trying Botox - this is the place to go! They do everything to help ease any needle issues you may have or your pain threshold nervousness. They have a great small vibrating tool that helps and you can barely feel the injections. Ask for Michelle for Botox. (Everyone is great by I personally love her skills and calming demeanor) She is amazing. Mia at the front always makes you feel like you are the only customer in the world & treating everyone as a VIP. Thanks guys! Y'all are THE best!

We have an English Bulldog who has severe anxiety and needs special care. They were so caring and loaded him up with treats and made him feel comfortable. The tech, Chelsi was so kind and patient and Dr. Mueller was so attentive and sweet.
Since Christmas, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions! My 10-year-old dog has always had a sensitive tummy but nothing like this. I immediately called Modern Animal and spoke to a nurse named Ashley whom got me scheduled for my appointment. Then I spoke to Alexis who helped me figure out what kind of treatment I needed before I showed up to my appointment and while at my appointment, Miss Alyshia in Dr. Mitra were amazing! So patient and accommodating. I left with tears in my eyes from the relief. Going to the vet is always a scary situation especially with a senior dog! After our first session with 4Paws, my sweet Teddy Whiskey (Shihpoo mix) may have found a new groomer. I absolutely LOVED the outcome of his appointment. It wasn’t the easiest to schedule at first, but it was worth the wait! Teddy looks adorable! And his cut wasn’t just a haircut; he was styled! The cut has character. He’s adorable on his own, but his cut just elevated his whole look. Pricing was great and so was the communication. We will be scheduling ahead of time next time. We may just become regulars. After moving to Dallas, I had a tough time finding a dog groomer who checked all the boxes: skilled grooming, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, a safe, welcoming environment for my pup. I tried two other groomers before finding K9, and both left me disappointed. Not only were they overpriced, but they didn’t follow my grooming instructions. One even kept the dogs in tiny cages, and it broke my heart to see my dog crammed behind bars like he was in a kennel at a shelter.
K9 Club was a completely different experience in the best way possible. From the moment I dropped my dog off, the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted. When I came back to pick him up, he looked absolutely perfect, better than I even hoped for. What really stood out, though, was the environment. The dogs aren’t kept in cages, and you can tell they’re actually enjoying themselves. Mine was so happy, he practically didn’t want to leave.
I finally feel confident and at ease knowing my dog is not only well-groomed but safe and happy. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I've noticed a lot of progress since I started coming to second side yoga in August 2023. And every class I leave feeling centered, energized and feeling ligher about whatever is waiting for me outside of the studio. What you're not going to find anywhere else - is the amazing community that's been built here. Sunrise Yoga with DJ and Sol Juice afterward? It's worth all the sweat. Coming back after some time, I still am flexible and ready to take on poses.
Nicole is a wizard. That's all there is to it. As a teacher myself, it's not always easy to find another teacher who can truly bamboozle you in the best way. Nicole absolutely schooled me with two blocks and a zoom link - and I loved every minute of it. She's got that secret sauce of intelligent, creative sequencing, experience, wisdom and a genuine desire to be of service. Also, you will absolutely have a giggle at some point. 15/10 recommend.

I have been taking yoga classes from the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas since 2018. I think this is the best style of yoga practice for human beings' body, mind and soul. I am so glad I attended a community yoga/meditation experience with V12Yoga’s Ade. His instructions were just right for beginners and you can tell he has a genuine passion for the practice and seeing people succeed in it. I left feeling very elated and refreshed.
I have been going to this studio a few times now and I really like the upbeat energy of the teachers and the spaciousness and comfortability of the room. The floors are squishy which I love. So much better on my joints and knees for on the ground positions. Surprisingly, I haven’t seen this mentioned before on any other reviews but I’ve never been to a studio with the soft floors! Everytime I leave a class I am sweating a bunch but feel so good, light and refreshed even after a super intense workout. The teachers also make sure to give opportunities for all levels of yogis to lean into their practice. It’s one of my favorite studios on ClassPass.
The Sound bath event at The Mat Yoga Dallas was fabulous. Lauran did a fantastic job, I was so relaxed and energized by her practice. Highly recommend. The Mat Yoga provided all props needed and did a great job of hosting.

I started FST with Danny in Summer of 2022 after going through a bad car accident. Danny and his FST techniques have been extremely helpful for my recovery and pain management. He is very knowledgeable about health and wellness and is genuinely invested in helping you resolve whatever pain you are experiencing. I would highly recommend FST for anyone with pain. It is something I do frequently to help manage my chronic back pain.
Their Pilates Studio is also great. I just started Pilates and they have been super helpful as I start my Pilates journey. Friendly staff and friendly atmosphere.

I’ve had bodywork done over the years. I have a great long-time Chiropracter, worked with a very good young PT at ATI recently and have a friend who is a fabulous massage therapist. All of them have worked with me on some serious back pain issues and I’ve had varying degrees of success with each of them after a series of visits. Last night I shuffled into Pilates Unlimited for a private session with Karen Sanzo and walked out with a normal gait and taller to boot. This was after a session of assisted and tiny, tiny movements. Karen has years of experience as a PT with the additional advantage of deep study as a Pilates teacher and teacher trainer. She is a master of movement!

My wife and I get 30 or so massages each year at businesses across the country while traveling for work, and we were both extremely pleased with our experience at Honey Bee.
One thing that really stood out was how attentive and thorough the therapists were. At many places, when you mention a problem area, they may spend an extra 5–10 minutes on it before moving back into their normal routine. Here, they genuinely focused on those areas and continued working them until the knots and tension were fully relieved.
Communication throughout the massage was excellent as well. They consistently checked in to make sure the pressure and focus areas matched our expectations. They even spent extra time at the end addressing another problem area I didn’t realize was bothering me until the original tension points had been relieved.
Professional, attentive, and highly effective — easily one of the better massage experiences we’ve had.

Where do I start?! ? ? From the easy booking experience to the location to the esthetics of the room to the music to Ryan himself, this massage was A++. I am a hairdresser and have been in a LOT of pain from bicep tendinitis, living on ice and Advil and Ryan was able to give me SO much more range of motion in my shoulder!!! Jason is the best Physical Therapists in Dallas. I should know ... he's helped me rehab both feet, both knees & 1 of 2 shoulders. I've been to 4 different facilities & none of them compared to Dallas Midtown PTRA. Jason really thinks through what you need help with. They adjust treatment to what you need & help you progress. They are excellent communicators ... very patient & encouraging. I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The team at Athletico (Abrams) is full of rockstars! Each and every member of the team is dedicated to seeing you make a full recovery. They are attentive, informed, and provide top-notch care. I was in terrible shape when I started PT, but the team at Athletico gave me the tools to get better and stay health. I'm so happy they helped me heal, but I must admit, I miss seeing the gang. I would recommend this location to anyone!
2nd Update: The manager has called me and addressed the issues! They will do better training to prevent these from happening. Hope they treat future clients in a more compassionate way.
Update: If you struggle with doing home exercises consistently, please consider not coming here. I was trying to restart after a busy semester, and I was called as “non-compliant” over the phone.The very first time in my life. That was a shock.
I didn’t do home exercises for that particular semester because of severe mental health illnesses and chronic fatigue. Didn’t yield result so I wanted to come back at a more appropriate time where I will be able to do home exercises. That comment from PT over the phone was not really kind or understanding and detered me from coming back again.
Also frequent diet talk and weight loss talk between PTs in front of clients. Please don’t come if you struggle with those.

I just started physical therapy treatment for my neck with Kadi. I’m only two visits in but couldn’t be happier so far. Kadi is so nice and such a great listener. I feel like she really understands me. Mario is also very nice as well! I’m looking forward to my continued treatment!
Pre and post surgery (rotator cuff). Everyone is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and supportive. PT appointments you look forward to. Worked with Gabi and Casey the most, but also Eric. Scheduling is simple, the app is helpful to keep in track between appointments.

Been here several days, and have never had such a great experience in a hospital. Everyone is so kind and respectful. They work hard to get it right.The food is fantastic. It's always spotless. If you have a problem, they go out of their way to fix it. I was not expecting to go to rehab after surgery. It was a bit overwhelming. They asked me if I would like to talk to a DR about it, and I said yes. Psychiatrist called via teleDoc, and increased my meds and gave me valuable solutions to some of my problems.I highly recommend.

After months of suffering with migraines, multiple tests and doctors medicating me with no improvement, and three trips to the emergency room for pain relief, I finally found Dr. Carlson. Honestly, I didn’t notice an immediate improvement because I was taking so many prescribed and over the counter medications. My husband noticed. He was constantly checking on my pain level, and he said he could tell a difference within hours of my first treatment. I have continued treatment for three months now, and have had weeks with no migraines. Dr. Carlson and her caring team are so kind and they have been incredible to me. What a treasure! I stopped at a community Acupuncture event here and got so much more than I expected. Nena Watkins was extra attentive and wasted no time in assessing me. She looked at my tongue, my feet, my level of flexibility… and I was shocked at how accurately she diagnosed my symptoms.
The actual treatment was easy enough with the pins. I didn’t actually realize what was happening and felt the same when it was over… but the next day I had a burst of energy and focus that I’ve not had in a long time. It’s amazing how energy moves.
Before I left she recommended this Xiao Yao Tang tea for me. It has eight herbs and she said to drink it twice a day. Not only was it fresh, smooth and really good, but drinking it makes me feel so calm and peaceful.

After years of seeing my dad, sister, brothers, and daughter struggle with pain described as walking on nails followed by electric streams of lightning shooting up the nerves of their legs, I could see my future when I was diagnosed with neuropathy, just over a year ago.
I've tried Gabapentin, which made me totally lose my mind, place in time and put me to sleep for hours on end, to an array of other potions offered by the experts. The end result was lacking to say the least with good days followed by bad, again with a lot of sleeping.

I live with CRPS in my right leg, with constant debilitating pain from mid-thigh to the ground. For 17 years, I’ve tried to hold the limb at bay just to cope. After just one session with Coleman, I felt something I hadn’t in years: hope for real pain relief.
Even though he hadn’t treated CRPS before, he listened closely, adjusted for flares, and helped more than anyone else ever has, including spinal cord stimulator implant. The temperature in my painful leg, which often ran 10 degrees hotter than the other, began to normalize. After each visit, the pain area got smaller, and my average pain level dropped from a 6 or 7 to around a 5 or 6. I believe I’ll keep improving as we continue treatments.
What surprised me most was the emotional shift. That heavy, burning leg started to feel like part of me again, not just something I had to survive.
Coleman is kind, skilled, and curious in all the right ways. His office is peaceful and insurance was handled smoothly. If you live with complex pain or a diagnosis most doctors don’t understand, please don’t give up. There really is hope and relief, even for something like CRPS.
I come here regularly. Call ahead and make an appointment. If they don’t pick up, call back. You can walk in but you may have to wait if they’re busy or be asked to come back later. Annie is my favorite she is small but mighty. I recommend the oil massage as it covers the entire body including your feet.
Amazing place. Been coming here for 3 years. Mike does a great job! Mikedoes a very good deep tissue and stretches. I suffer from chronic pain and do 2 hours everytime. Highly recommend this place.
