I came in as a “treat yourself” day for myself and got myself a Japanese head spa, facial and haircut. From stepping through the doors, I knew I was in a great space! Sarah was so kind, funny, honest and just real. It was nice to go to a spa day and not be upsold on things, have great conversation and feel like a million bucks walking out! I never do things for myself, but this was the best decision I ever made. The Japanese head spa was thorough and my scalp felt so fresh and clean. I could literally feel the breeze on my scalp and it was amazing! The facial was refreshing and soothing. So much so that I couldn’t even keep conversation up; and all I do is yap.. Sarah listened to what I wanted when it came to my hair cut and delivered!

My thick haired peopleeeee this is your place! I’m extremely particular about having my hair cut or colored. Blame it on being my mom’s test subject during beauty school as a kid. I’ve been seeing the shop owner, Lauren, and based on my experience I would see anyone she recommends or hires.
I have thick hair, many layers, very dense in the back, with a wavy texture. I needed a stylist that can handle shears and face framing. Lauren does an exceptional job on my cut and style. Recently she did my first fantasy color and it was worth every penny!! I’ll attach a pic for reference. Their goal is to send you home with a lasting color so Lauren charged me a little extra to add the color into my weekly hair mask!! Who does that??

Joanie is the best! If you’re experiencing hair loss you need to schedule a consult. My hair loss was to the point that i was spending a lot of time trying to cover up and camouflage before leaving the house. I didn’t want to go out. This experience has been life changing! Best barbershop around. We were on a road trip from Miami to Cooperstown. I decided that my son needed a cut. We found this shop on Google maps and decided to give them a shot. Man we're pleased! Joe did a phenomenal job on my son's hair. This shop is so welcoming, clean, maintained and inviting.
Everyone that came into the shop made it feel more and more like a family environment.

A group of us went to Buffalo Airbrush this past week to get spray tans for our friends upcoming wedding. Maddie took care of our tans and they came out amazing! 4 days later and they’re still so even and glowing. I didn’t experience any streaking or unevenness. I have gone here a few times in the past and there’s a reason I continue to come back. Could not recommend Buffalo Airbrush enough!
My spray tan turned out excellent and looked very natural. It also lasted for days!! I got it on a Wednesday for a Saturday wedding, and it still looked incredible. I will definitely be back!!
I’ve been tanning for many years!the staff at extreme sun capsule are wonderful Dan, Marissa and all the staff it’s not just a tanning salon recently I keep hearing on the radio about red light therapy at a Doctors office I remembered seeing that brochure at Extreme Sun Capsule so recently I hurt my shoulder and I asked Marissa about it I went in the bed twice and no pain before you start taking Alive I would definitely look into red light treatment God BlessDebbie

Tony has been doing my nails for about 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier! VERY CLEAN, everything he uses on your nails is sterile and fresh out of the package! One hour appointments in and out my nails last 3 weeks to a month and they don’t lift at ALL!!! Appointment only because he does not take walk ins! No pedicures but his wife will paint your toe nails ??♀️ I always get medium length nails & it’s always $45 Gel Polish only.

Have gone here a few times, but today was a bit different. I am missing a toenail from an accident years ago. My nail tech gave me a fake one and you can't even tell the difference. It's been years since I've felt comfortable with sandals but we'll be on vacation soon and I'm excited to sit by the pool now! Netta is the supreme nail queen of Buffalo. Never again will you show a picture of the nail design of your dreams to a tech that will not hit the mark. She does not miss. She uses products without acid so there's no issue of brittle nails, and they do not chip unless you seriously go out of your way to try to (it's hard believe me, not even daily dishes chips these). Outside of oustanding service, she also is a dream conversation partner, you'll be engaged in the best conversation during your appointment. I will never go to anyone but her as long as she is in my vicinity.
I usually get my eyebrows done here and decided to get a pedicure this time too. It was $50 and Anna was so precise on both my brows and nails she did an amazing job. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend
Always an incredible experience when I go there. Tony and his wife are very kind people. They have matching powder dip and gel colors which you don't find everywhere. A very quiet and relaxing experience which is what I'm looking for in a nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and they always accommodate my needs.
Always very pleased with my gel polish! They do a nice job removing it, too, so my natural nails are relatively untouched. The polish looks good for so long (probably too long!) that I often end up booking again after 3-4 weeks. So many great color choices, and I love that they carry OPI. Everyone is quite friendly, and the place is spotless. There's a sign that says they accept walk-ins, but I call ahead first. I'm always able to secure a same-day appointment.

Wow! I received a facial from Hannah and it was the most relaxing, glorious 75 minutes of my life. To start, she gathered information to curate the best facial for my needs. She explained everything she was going to do beforehand and what each step or product is targeting. Her hands are magic! I could feel all of my stress and tension melt away as she massaged my face, shoulders and arms. All of the products used natural ingredients and smelled amazing. Afterwards, my skin feels and looks refreshed. I didn't realize how much I needed this- I will definitely be back!

I've gotten a couple of tattoos by Seth and I wanted to share that both his work and how he treats his clients are great. He checks in with you to see if you're doing alright and gives you an update on each stage he's doing. I've gotten a few tattoos before his and I haven't had a tattoo artist do that -- it's a very nice touch. Good bedside manner if you can call it that. Plus he just seems really nice!

Great communication From the time I made the call to his arrival, they are fairly priced, and above all extremely skilled in the trade.
They came off of a referral from some other friends who all had said the same thing regarding him.
Showed up on time snaked my drain, got my water running again. And also made some repairs to our toilet.
At the end of the day, this is a plumber that you can hire and rest assured that you’re going to get a quality result.
It pays to talk to the technicians. They didn’t technically “solve” the issue but they found that there was not a typical clog and talked to me about what the next steps might be. Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities. Because of the adjustments he made in the tank and the removal of the impediment, the toilet now flushes better than ever.

I am very pleased with the service I received from CVM Electric. National Grid cut off my power and took my meter due to outdated wiring and electric panel. CVM electric came right away and explained to me exactly what work needs to be done and the steps needed to restore my power. We worked with Matt Hamann and the team at O'Donnell Landscaping to fully reimagine our backyard, converting it from a tired wooden deck and a lot of unused space into an incredible hardscape that rivals a resort. Our new space will give us 3 season enjoyment of your yard and the feeling of being on vacation whenever we do.
We worked with Matt over the course of a few months to build the perfect design. Matt was patient with us and brought incredible ideas to the table. My wife and I often commented through the design process at how helpful Matt's constant feedback and easy availability made in lowering the stress surrounding such a big change.

We started calling local landscapers and with it being the middle of the season we were getting nowhere. We got some estimates but either the price was outrageous or they couldn’t start for weeks. Mike came and he has amazing customer service! He explained everything, gave us a very reasonable estimate and said they could start the next day! In TWO days they completely redid the entire thing! We’ve known Mr. Alan and his work for over 16 years, and have been his clients for several of those years. We hired him to take care of my in-laws’ (both in their 80s) front yard and sidewalk after trying to manage it ourselves.
Despite our efforts, my father-in-law often wouldn’t wait for the path to be cleared after a snowstorm and would try to do it himself. We initially hired another landscaping and snow plowing service, but they were occasionally unreliable, often forgetting to clear the driveway, which prompted us to look elsewhere.
We chose Mr. Alan because of his impeccable track record. For years, we’ve watched him consistently maintain the yards and sidewalks of three of our neighbors, showing up as early as 4 or 5 a.m. and every Tuesday in the summer to mow the grass. His punctuality and dedication are unmatched.
I suggested hiring him after observing his reliability, but the decision ultimately rested with my husband and his siblings. Initially, they opted for a larger company run by someone they knew, but that company had their hands full and their inconsistent service, occasional lapses and my father-in-law lack of patience led us back to Mr. Alan.
With Mr. Alan, we’ve never had to worry about missed appointments. He’s a no-nonsense guy who gets the job done as it should be. Some might find him serious, but his focus is on delivering service—not on providing the overly polite or pampering attitude some may expect these days.
One of the negative reviews he received seems unfair. It came from a former neighbor who disrespected him after a snowstorm. She was frustrated, arguing on the phone with her ex, and lashed out at him when he arrived to clean her driveway, we were in the middle of cleaning our sidewalk and had to presence the show of her on the phone before he even arrived, Mr. Alan stood his ground, spoke to her firmly and ended their business relationship, this drama happen before we hire him.
Unfortunately, some reviews reflect personal grievances rather than the quality and consistency of his work.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, consistent, with a proven track record of over 15 or 16 years, I highly recommend Mr. Alan. Ignore the occasional tantrums in reviews—he is a serious individual who gets the job done and his work speaks for itself.
As I lay face down on the asphalt, my arm in a storm drain trying to scoop out a dozen baby ducks I was approached by Scott of Luds landscaping. ‘What’s going on?’ he asked. There’s ducks in the storm drain and i cant reach them. With out a hesitation Scott used his condor like wingspan and scooped out the remains ducks one at a time.
Thank you for your compassion Scott. If the landscaping is done with a fraction of the care you showed those babies your yard will be a majestic wonderland.

The tree was in a awkward spot next to a fence and our deck in our backyard. The houses are close together so theres no real way to get equipment back there. Their cherry picker was able to reach over the fence from the parking lot behind our house to remove the branches. They took great care in making sure no debris hit the fence or deck. After they were done, they swept up all the saw dust from the deck. Definitely recommend.
Completely satisfied with our experience with Barden Tree, Ed, and his crew. They removed 3 large trees and trimmed another 12. Everything (and more) done professionally, perfectly, and courteously. They pay attention to avoiding any disruption to the remaining landscape and the cleanup was immaculate. Definitely recommend Barden and will definitely use them in the future. The yard has never looked better!

I recently had my annual exam where she covers the whole body with her medical assistant filing the results in the computer in real time, so Dr. Lenahan’s focus on the patient is adhered to. I am having an issue with hair loss. So I requested a future appointment to discuss my options. Dr. Lenahan does not at this time perform surgeries but she will refer you to another doctor who can assist. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Lenahan to anyone who needs expertise care!

We’ve been taking our cats to CPAH since it first opened over 35 years ago. Dr Latson and the late Dr Susan Persico have been honest, compassionate and fair in their treatment of our fur babies. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else. You can be assured your pets will receive the best care at CPAH.
Myself and my dogs love everyone at ASAH!!! I feel like family and always leave with a good understanding of my dogs treatment plans. The past couple of years each of my dogs needed specific treatments. Finn has gotten dental and xrays to monitor his joints. Theo (pictured waiting for his friends to come in) has had a toe amputation, dental, and skin tag removals all with great success. Valley has had dental and oral surgery and got to tag along with Theo on his visit today for an anal gland issue that arose. Dr. Stein does a wonderful job explaining everything in an easy to comprehend way and I always feel assured all my questions are answered.
Amanda and Caroline are always supportive and kind at the front desk and always seem happy to see my and my precious fur babies. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my dogs

After getting a young kitten for the very first time, my mind was bombarded with questions and fear of the unknown. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. We know we are in great care in his hands and look forward to many years of visiting McClelland! 10/10 for outstanding service!

Liana was amazing. Her voice is ethereal and I loved all the relaxation, even though it was a flow class. Perfect for people who like it a bit more spiritual than physical.
I’ve been to their other location and always had great experiences however a recent visit here was just not the right fit or instructor for me. There was 90s yacht rock blasting and the cues were super hard to hear and follow. Beyond saying what sun A,B,C was being done there was minimal to no instruction. As I’m just getting into practicing again I appreciate more cues so I can know what I should be doing. I would avoid the class I went to with this instructor again.

Each instructor is knowledgeable, passionate about yoga, and compassionate toward yoga students. The atmosphere at both locations are unique, but calming and grounding. I started pilates with Nancy about 3 years ago, then have been with shauntel. As an older man the stereo types about pilates were wrong. Pilates is the most efficient work out you can find:Strength building, stretching, better balance, fat loss all at once. When I arrived, I simply showed my code at the front desk and was directed inside. Jasmine was welcoming, attractive, and had a calming presence that immediately put me at ease.
