I was in a panic as my regular lash place suddenly cut hours. Thankfully Janelle at Escape Aesthetics heard my cry’s for help and managed to squeeze me in last minute! I could not be more grateful and impressed with Pam’s work. The quality, professionalism and kindness she displayed are beyond words. The services offered are luxurious, the shop is like an oasis and the prices are so affordable that I felt guilty not paying more.
The fact that I’m going thru chemo and have lupus didn’t even phase these ladies. They reassured me they would be there with me, helping as best they could. Being gifted that type of support and energy made my eyes leak. Not gonna lie, I left there feeling 10 times more confident and feeling prettier than I have in years.

I came in as a “treat yourself” day for myself and got myself a Japanese head spa, facial and haircut. From stepping through the doors, I knew I was in a great space! Sarah was so kind, funny, honest and just real. It was nice to go to a spa day and not be upsold on things, have great conversation and feel like a million bucks walking out! I never do things for myself, but this was the best decision I ever made. The Japanese head spa was thorough and my scalp felt so fresh and clean. I could literally feel the breeze on my scalp and it was amazing! The facial was refreshing and soothing. So much so that I couldn’t even keep conversation up; and all I do is yap.. Sarah listened to what I wanted when it came to my hair cut and delivered!
I will be doing this again for myself with absolutely no regrets!
Last time I cut my hair at Supercuts, it was messed up so I grew it out. Jackie did amazing with my hair! My hair was super long and thick and I wanted layers and to debulk it! We took it in baby steps so we did it long and then we shortened it! She washed my hair, blow dried it, cut it wet, styled it and then did a tiny cut dry! My hair feels so much lighter, so smooth now!
As a hijabi, it’s fully women owned, there wasn’t a single man in sight. The women here are the sweetest you will ever meet! Definitely will be returning!

My thick haired peopleeeee this is your place! I’m extremely particular about having my hair cut or colored. Blame it on being my mom’s test subject during beauty school as a kid. I’ve been seeing the shop owner, Lauren, and based on my experience I would see anyone she recommends or hires.
I have thick hair, many layers, very dense in the back, with a wavy texture. I needed a stylist that can handle shears and face framing. Lauren does an exceptional job on my cut and style. Recently she did my first fantasy color and it was worth every penny!! I’ll attach a pic for reference. Their goal is to send you home with a lasting color so Lauren charged me a little extra to add the color into my weekly hair mask!! Who does that??
Not to mention the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, fun and friendly. I feel like the stylists are so attentive and kind!! Queer friendly, everything friendly honestly. I have a bunch of friends who have been going to Atomic for years and some do regular fantasy color, undercuts, bald and beard, mullet. It’s not a tunnel vision salon. It’s unique to you, as it should be.
Joanie is the best! If you’re experiencing hair loss you need to schedule a consult. My hair loss was to the point that i was spending a lot of time trying to cover up and camouflage before leaving the house. I didn’t want to go out. This experience has been life changing! Tony has been doing my nails for about 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier! VERY CLEAN, everything he uses on your nails is sterile and fresh out of the package! One hour appointments in and out my nails last 3 weeks to a month and they don’t lift at ALL!!! Appointment only because he does not take walk ins! No pedicures but his wife will paint your toe nails ??♀️ I always get medium length nails & it’s always $45 Gel Polish only.

Have gone here a few times, but today was a bit different. I am missing a toenail from an accident years ago. My nail tech gave me a fake one and you can't even tell the difference. It's been years since I've felt comfortable with sandals but we'll be on vacation soon and I'm excited to sit by the pool now! Always very pleased with my gel polish! They do a nice job removing it, too, so my natural nails are relatively untouched. The polish looks good for so long (probably too long!) that I often end up booking again after 3-4 weeks. So many great color choices, and I love that they carry OPI. Everyone is quite friendly, and the place is spotless. There's a sign that says they accept walk-ins, but I call ahead first. I'm always able to secure a same-day appointment.
Always an incredible experience when I go there. Tony and his wife are very kind people. They have matching powder dip and gel colors which you don't find everywhere. A very quiet and relaxing experience which is what I'm looking for in a nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and they always accommodate my needs.

Last month I was on the search for a new place to get threaded. I found BeautyPro on Google and conveniently booked a same-day appt for the evening. The salon is modern and clean. I met Stephanie for the first time last month and was threaded by her for my eyebrows, lip, and chin. Stephanie took the time to hold up a mirror and explain to me the vision that she had for my brows. I was shocked by the suggestions because most threading salons around the area, the artists barely even speak to me. I immediately felt confident about Stephanie when she suggested this individualized plan for my brow shape. On my way out I booked a facial with Stephanie, attended that about a week later. It was a relaxing experience. My skin was glowing after with some purging and Stephanie set the expectation for. I have acne prone skin. I explained the products I use as well as asking for an opinion on what products she recommends. Today, I was running late and I spoke to Kelly on the phone who was reassuring and kind! I had a sculptural face lifting service done, I was sceptical about what my results would look like. I was shocked, my face and neck was so much tighter, water retention was gone, and I looked like I went back in time 10 years to a more youthful me. Vanessa is great - she really takes the time to ask you about your current skin care routine and to give you some tips to help your concerns. She uses all organic products which I love. However, be warned, if you are looking for a quiet, spa-like experience this will not be it. Vanessa is extremely friendly and chatty so she will talk to you throughout the session. She customizes her facials based on every client and uses essential oils to help you relax. The room the facials are done in isnt the most relaxing space and is quite bright, but she has everything she needs to perform a great facial so I can look past that. I bought a Groupon for 4 60 minute facials and have loved how my skin felt after my first two sessions. She has over 30 years of experience and it shows. She has given me great advice to up my skin game. I do prefer a more relaxing facial typically, but Vanessa is always so friendly and chipper that I don't mind talking to her. Definitely not your typical facial - but sometimes that's okay! Definitely give her a chance if you're not the type to lay in silence while the esthetician works on you.

For my first ever face painting I gotta say it was an Amazing piece. 100% recommend and definitely will return for another face painting session. Great conversation with awesome music while she does her thing.
The best makeup artist every! She is extremely friendly and did my makeup like a pro. She educates you as she's doing your makeup and the make up lasted for a very long time despite me doing intense activities under the sun.
Hannah was the make up artist for my daughter's wedding and she was amazing!! She was prompt, reliable, kind, and very professional. What I liked was that she listened to what we each wanted for our make up and she delivered! I don't wear much make-up in general and she gave me such a natural look that I loved and got compliments on all day long. The air brush nature of the application was a nice added feature. Went in for my first ever tattoo this past Saturday and it honestly couldn't have gone better (besides when she got to my pectoral area, ouch...but that's part of the deal). Heather was completely professional, thorough, and fun to talk to during the entire process. Not to mention the tattoo came out absolutely perfect. I am very pleased with the service I received from CVM Electric. National Grid cut off my power and took my meter due to outdated wiring and electric panel. CVM electric came right away and explained to me exactly what work needs to be done and the steps needed to restore my power. CVM Electric took care of everything--from contacting National Grid to request for where they want new meters installed, to contacting the inspector. He gave me some tips on how to keep the pest out. he went above and beyond very polite. Hopefully that did the trick, and when he comes back in a couple weeks or a month, the problem will be solved. We worked with Matt Hamann and the team at O'Donnell Landscaping to fully reimagine our backyard, converting it from a tired wooden deck and a lot of unused space into an incredible hardscape that rivals a resort. Our new space will give us 3 season enjoyment of your yard and the feeling of being on vacation whenever we do.
We worked with Matt over the course of a few months to build the perfect design. Matt was patient with us and brought incredible ideas to the table. My wife and I often commented through the design process at how helpful Matt's constant feedback and easy availability made in lowering the stress surrounding such a big change.
Once the work began, the team did so with the utmost respect for our property AND our neighbors, as this was a project that would go on for many months.
The stonework done by Marty and Kevin showcased their experience and commitment to craftsmanship. It was a true pleasure watching the care and detail they put into their work.
Once the O'Donnell's portion of the project was wrapping up, the finishing landscaping was like frosting on the cake. Matt redesigned our landscaping, including a beautiful water feature.
We had an area of the patio they built covered and now have an incredible living space that has us pleased and that impresses everyone who sees it. We are so excited for spring and to be watching Sabres playoff hockey (!!!) outside on the patio.

Absolutely impressed with this company!!! We had a HUGE mess in 3 large gardens in front of a 4 unit building. We started calling local landscapers and with it being the middle of the season we were getting nowhere. We got some estimates but either the price was outrageous or they couldn’t start for weeks. Mike came and he has amazing customer service! He explained everything, gave us a very reasonable estimate and said they could start the next day! In TWO days they completely redid the entire thing! We’ve known Mr. Alan and his work for over 16 years, and have been his clients for several of those years. We hired him to take care of my in-laws’ (both in their 80s) front yard and sidewalk after trying to manage it ourselves.
Despite our efforts, my father-in-law often wouldn’t wait for the path to be cleared after a snowstorm and would try to do it himself. We initially hired another landscaping and snow plowing service, but they were occasionally unreliable, often forgetting to clear the driveway, which prompted us to look elsewhere.
We chose Mr. Alan because of his impeccable track record. For years, we’ve watched him consistently maintain the yards and sidewalks of three of our neighbors, showing up as early as 4 or 5 a.m. and every Tuesday in the summer to mow the grass. His punctuality and dedication are unmatched.
I suggested hiring him after observing his reliability, but the decision ultimately rested with my husband and his siblings. Initially, they opted for a larger company run by someone they knew, but that company had their hands full and their inconsistent service, occasional lapses and my father-in-law lack of patience led us back to Mr. Alan.
With Mr. Alan, we’ve never had to worry about missed appointments. He’s a no-nonsense guy who gets the job done as it should be. Some might find him serious, but his focus is on delivering service—not on providing the overly polite or pampering attitude some may expect these days.
One of the negative reviews he received seems unfair. It came from a former neighbor who disrespected him after a snowstorm. She was frustrated, arguing on the phone with her ex, and lashed out at him when he arrived to clean her driveway, we were in the middle of cleaning our sidewalk and had to presence the show of her on the phone before he even arrived, Mr. Alan stood his ground, spoke to her firmly and ended their business relationship, this drama happen before we hire him.
Unfortunately, some reviews reflect personal grievances rather than the quality and consistency of his work.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, consistent, with a proven track record of over 15 or 16 years, I highly recommend Mr. Alan. Ignore the occasional tantrums in reviews—he is a serious individual who gets the job done and his work speaks for itself.
Phenomenal customer service and work. My lawn was a mess and now it looks fantastic! Amazed at how quickly my questions get answered. The crew has been super flexible, timely and great at what they do! I’d give 10 stars if that was an option!
As I lay face down on the asphalt, my arm in a storm drain trying to scoop out a dozen baby ducks I was approached by Scott of Luds landscaping. ‘What’s going on?’ he asked. There’s ducks in the storm drain and i cant reach them. With out a hesitation Scott used his condor like wingspan and scooped out the remains ducks one at a time.
Thank you for your compassion Scott. If the landscaping is done with a fraction of the care you showed those babies your yard will be a majestic wonderland.

The tree was in a awkward spot next to a fence and our deck in our backyard. The houses are close together so theres no real way to get equipment back there. Their cherry picker was able to reach over the fence from the parking lot behind our house to remove the branches. They took great care in making sure no debris hit the fence or deck. After they were done, they swept up all the saw dust from the deck. Definitely recommend.
we had large tree branches hanging over our house in our front and back yard. Al's Tree Service came in and trimmed both trees. The crew that came were amazing. Friendly, polite and truly did a great job. they cleaned up every branch. We feel much safer now that these large branches have been removed. I highly recommend them!!

They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday before close to find what my throbbing toothache was caused by, just two hours after calling. The assistant named Ashley was very comforting and thorough in her explanations. I’d explained that I had a lot of health anxiety and she gave a lot of reassurance! The dentist was quick and thorough as well! Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind and very helpful! I had my very first adjustment today. I have been terrified for years to see a chiropractor because I was convinced they would break my spine in half or do some other injury that would leave me paralyzed or dead. well today, I'm alive and not paralyzed! My adjustment was nothing like I've seen on TV. Dr Matt adjusted me upper back and hips. I could hear everything crack but I felt nothing. I didn't feel pressure or pain which is what I was afraid of. I'm looking forward to going back next week!

It was my first time a the Chiropractor and I’m wishing I went sooner! Dr. Tony was amazing! I am a dental hygienist and I weight lift 3-5x/wk. That being said I suffer from stiffness and minor aches/pains in my neck and lower back, I also recently injured my shoulder. Dr. Tony did some assessments as well as adjustments and I before I knew it, I was leaving pain free with a fixed shoulder! I also learned some stretches to help my posture! Can’t thank you enough! Plus she actually answers your questions! I recently had my annual exam where she covers the whole body with her medical assistant filing the results in the computer in real time, so Dr. Lenahan’s focus on the patient is adhered to. I am having an issue with hair loss. So I requested a future appointment to discuss my options. Dr. Lenahan does not at this time perform surgeries but she will refer you to another doctor who can assist. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Lenahan to anyone who needs expertise care!

We’ve been taking our cats to CPAH since it first opened over 35 years ago. Dr Latson and the late Dr Susan Persico have been honest, compassionate and fair in their treatment of our fur babies. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else. You can be assured your pets will receive the best care at CPAH.
Myself and my dogs love everyone at ASAH!!! I feel like family and always leave with a good understanding of my dogs treatment plans. The past couple of years each of my dogs needed specific treatments. Finn has gotten dental and xrays to monitor his joints. Theo (pictured waiting for his friends to come in) has had a toe amputation, dental, and skin tag removals all with great success. Valley has had dental and oral surgery and got to tag along with Theo on his visit today for an anal gland issue that arose. Dr. Stein does a wonderful job explaining everything in an easy to comprehend way and I always feel assured all my questions are answered.
Amanda and Caroline are always supportive and kind at the front desk and always seem happy to see my and my precious fur babies. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my dogs

After getting a young kitten for the very first time, my mind was bombarded with questions and fear of the unknown. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. We know we are in great care in his hands and look forward to many years of visiting McClelland! 10/10 for outstanding service!

Fabulous. Had gotten away from yoga with covid, started back this January. I am an old guy, 67 but pretty fit. Love the power yoga, gives me the flexibility I need and also great cardio. Extra special during the winter months or when there are storms and I can't exercise outside easily. Had to learn that with my knee I can't do the up and down flow as quickly as the young folks, the instructors are great about reminding us that we all need to follow what our bodies need. I had to chill out and remember that it is not a competition, that is my issue not PYB's. Every instructor gives you something, and over time they change their classes just enough, perhaps concentrating on a particular area for one or two classes, something you may want to incorporate into your practice. I live out of town but am in Buffalo working 2 weeks a month, love this place, it is one of the great things about working here in Buffalo.
Joined an adult beginner class and am LOVING it. Our instructor is energetic, encouraging, experienced, and fun!
We worked with Alex for the first time for a intimate elopement that we planned & designed for our clients. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the clients felt informed. He's super responsive and went the extra mile on elopement day to make sure his team captured everything. Really enjoyed working with Alex, and looking forward to more weddings with his team!

Also, if you have scoliosis, Nancy and her team can teach you a lot about your spines curves and how to improve your life with them.
Went for my second class on Monday and I am so glad I found this studio! It’s super comfortable here and relaxed! Each person I’ve met so far is warm and welcoming and always checking on your needs during class! Classes are smaller which is great for a newbie like me! So happy to have found an amazing place to go to!

such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I opted for a
Swedish massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. I
felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The
pressure was perfect, not too strong and not too light.
The tension in my shoulders and neck completely
melted away. The massage room was clean and
comfortable. The box water after the massage was a

However, i wanted additional to help so i went to Shear pampering spa studio and let me tell you Angie is awesome at what she do. She saw i was dedicated and the services i received really showed progress in my weight loss journey. The services she provide the spa package with everything from vibration plate to heated blanket, captivation, lazer lipo and then some it was amazing. Her knowledge is on point. Her customer service skills are awesome. She explains every service you receive. She explains to you that this just assists but you have to do the work. I did a buccal massage with Emily and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Her professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable was unmatched. Craig is so kind and patient, and walked me through the process in great detail to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was happening during my appointment.
