Getting laminate flooring installed was quick but still done with care. The surface looks even and feels much more solid than before.
After the repair work was done, sections that were before damaged and appeared rough now seem perfect. The skill required to mix the boards is remarkable.

Garayan salon is a GEM and I almost don’t want to write this race review because I don’t want to risk not getting an appointment with the queen herself, Marianna, the owner, who does the most excellent k tips of all time! Her work is pristine and she offers monthly blow outs to keep track throughout your extension wear for proper maintenance. I love going to her salon it is clean and chic and she always has flowers everywhere and offers coffee or matcha that is presented in the prettiest china. It a true treasure to have discovered Garayan!

I’ve been going to Jun at Rosewood for a while now and he’s easily one of the most detail-oriented barbers I’ve had. His attention to detail is on another level. I love Amber! I have been going to Amber for the past 4 years, she has been my go to for spray tanning whenever I hit the red carpet. I'm African American and people look at me crazy when I tell them I spray tan. However, spray tanning is what all of the Hollywood actors and actresses do to get flawless skin before they hit the red carpet.

Today, I got the hylauranic lip filler and I'm obsessed with the results. I can't stop looking in the mirror. I wanted a natural, sexy plump lip that was safe without getting juvederm and this is definitely the way to go all my natural ladies. We did 2ml and it was absolutely painless! I love this nail salon! Christina and Hailey are my go to nail artists, but everyone is great and so friendly. The vibe of the place is really relaxing. I do the dazzle dry mani and love how it stays nearly two weeks. All of the nail techs are so meticulous about cleaning up your cuticles and the polish as they go. It’s a little more expensive than some other places in the neighborhood, but the quality and experience are totally worth it!

I highly recommend Ting's nail salon! Both of my manicures there have been fantastic. The variety of gel polish and styles inspired me to try a fancy fall style. The salon offers a private and relaxing experience, and Ting is incredibly precise and meticulous with her work. I fell in love with Citrine after my very first appointment. It’s conveniently located in a cozy spot of east Hollywood and the spot is lovely. While I have only received nail services from Marla and Caitlin everyone on staff is so talented and extremely kind and friendly. Citrine’s instagram page spotlights each artists work so you can see who would best suit your style while you book which is what i usually suggest to friends when they want to book for the first time. However, once again everyone at the salon is extremely talented. The site is super easy to navigate and makes booking appointments so easy with clear pricing so you don’t have to feel anxious or awkward about wondering the price of add-ons or what would be considered an add- on. I definitely recommend to book an appointment and pay the salon a visit, you will not regret it!! :)
I’m incredibly picky about nail salons, and I’d basically given up on getting my nails done until I found Natalie.
Everything is so clean and Natalie is so professional and meticulous (waterless pedicures, the cuticle work, every step is deliberate and done right for the health of your nails, and the polish comes out perfect). My standard polish manicure lasted almost a week (!!!) and my gel pedicure looked fresh through my next appointment.

Ellen was incredibly kind and patient during my skin consultation, taking the time to carefully analyze my skin and explain which treatments would be the best fit for me. I tried LDM, EXION Face, and DiamondGlow, and loved how each treatment targeted something different. LDM was super gentle and relaxing and left my skin feeling hydrated and calm, EXION Face made my skin feel noticeably firmer and more lifted, and DiamondGlow left my face feeling so smooth, clean, and glowy. My skin looked brighter, more refreshed, and felt incredibly soft afterward. I highly recommend the Hydrafacial, Perfect Derma Peel, and my favorite, the OxyGeneo O₂ Glow Facial….it is insanely good. I have some hyperpigmentation patches I’ve been dealing with for YEARS that are so stubborn, and the OxyGeneo after one single treatment significantly brightened my skin where I noticed a huge improvement. Incredible. The staff is so nice and kind as well as extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10.

Brigitte is an incredibly gifted facialist. She was so attentive to my skin's unique needs and happily answered any questions I had about the process or products she was using. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and very very clean. Attention was given to even the smallest details (like phone chargers and a great music playlist) to create a cacoon of relaxation. Her touch soothed away the tension in my face, hands and feet. By the end of the session, my whole body felt as light as a cloud and my skin glowed for days. ☺️
Such a great first time experience! I don't usually get facials, but decided to treat myself and was so glad I did:) My esthetician was Annie, and they were so sweet and really knowledgeable. I had questions about what a good daily skincare regiment would be for me, and they had a bunch of suggestions based on my skin type. They also walked me through each process and exactly what it was doing. We did a cleanse, a really nice glycolic exfoliation, a gua sha massage, and ended with some LED light therapy. I came in looking a bit dry and dull, but was absolutely glowing by the end. I have some persistent dry spots on my face that feeling sooo smooth and hydrated. Annie knew exactly what I needed! The atmosphere of the location was really chil and relaxing as Well, and I appreciated all the options provided when you sign in (for example, you can request blankets, that your esthetician be more or less talkative, aromatherapy, and more). At the end, I browsed all their in store products and bought a couple things based on the suggestions I got during the facial. A really fun experience, I can't wait until it's time to get pampered there again :)

I've been going to Akiko for the basic facial for around 6 months and now I get frequent compliments on how clear and moisturized my skin looks. What sets her apart is her approach to extractions. I had a tmj facial massage earlier today and the whole rest of the day I’ve been getting compliments about how glowy and radiant my skin is! She made me feel so comfy and the meditation in the beginning really had me drop into the session mentally and physically. Also the products she uses all smell incredible were all natural. Not to mention at the end I realized how lifted my face felt. I have TMJ and have been in alot of pain from it recently and my symptoms definitely felt relieved after the massage. I had an appointment with Shannon and Ketevan and I can’t recommend their work and studio enough. They are both so professional and careful. Shannon was as gentle as a butterfly -both her hands and her personality - she explained everything so well and clearly, and guided me through aftercare too. I love the lashes, she is really skilled and her experience, knowledge and aesthetic eye really shows. I saw Ketevan for brows and she she was an absolute delight, so warm and full of heart, and she was so careful to get a good result in such a supportive way. They are both sensitive to skin needs, checking what products may have been applied and how that alters outcome, working for the most professional skin-kindest solutions.

A long-overdue review: Cathy is an absolute angel! I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment (street parking was easy) and Cathy immediately greeted me with such warmth. I already felt at ease before we even started.
Her space is cozy, spotless, and inviting. She asked what I wanted, and although I gave only a brief description, she understood perfectly. I told her, “I trust you,” and she laughed.
The session was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Cathy even checked in halfway to see if I needed to adjust. When she revealed the finished lashes, I was beyond impressed. It was exactly what I’d hoped for.

I called John's Plumbing because I needed a leak inspection to resolve a concern of over billing or over use of water with DWP. John came out two hours earlier than our original appointment and on the same day. He inspected and found no leaks. So now I can try to resolve the issue with DWP. Thanks, John, for your quick response and for spending the time to take me through any possible problems in the future.
Roman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained a step by step process that he was going to do to detect a gas leak I had. He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. Everything he did and the explanation of the job was very professional and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. All this was done with me out of state

Also, they found problems in the electric panel that another electrician had installed. Not only did they fix these, but they guided DWP through an inspection, and obtained the permit for us (which the previous company had never completed).
We liked them so much, we had them do a number of other jobs for us, including the installation of a car charger in our garage.

We’re extremely pleased with the work from Express Electrical Services completed at our home. Josh and JC arrived right on time and made a great first impression. Josh thoroughly reviewed the project with us, which involved upgrading our outdated 1950s electrical panel along with replacing all wall outlets and several light switches—a substantial two-day job.

I recently brought my older vacuum in for repair, it was a good experience overall. The staff greeted me right away and took the time to explain my options, parts and timeframe. The repair was completed within a few days and my vacuum is working much better now. The shop also has a nice selection of machines, so I browsed around for a possible upgrade.
The only hiccup was communication. I had to call once to confirm the pickup date. I’m sure they were busy but it caused a small delay. Still for the price and the level of expertise I feel like I got great value.

Cesar re grouted and restored three bathrooms with marble tile that had deteriorated over the last 20 years of heavy use. This was the 4th time I used Green Leaf Zone (Sherman Oaks location) for my entire yard clean up. Same as my prior experiences, they did the agreed to work for a fair price. This included laying mulch, trimming palm trees, cutting back hedges and completely removing certain trees/hedges as the yard much needed thinning out. I had a great experience throughout the process from getting the estimate to completing the work and leaving the area clean. I would definitely recommend them!

We lost our precious 13-year-old girl, Sheena Marie, two weeks ago. Our amazing vet handled her final moments with us, and Hearts & Halos took care of her individual aquamation and ashes from there. The handmade biodegradable paper urn with her name on a little wooden heart, the engraved paw print keepsake, the plantable seed paper hearts, and her beautiful certificate. Every single detail was thoughtful and gorgeous. We don't have a yard just yet, but when we do, we'll bury her urn and let her ashes nourish the earth. Her soul is already out in the universe, and someday she'll help grow something beautiful too. For now, she's back in her favorite corner of the house, right where she belongs. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We arrived on time for the appointment and were taken back to the treatment room, but then were not seen, while other pets were seen. When I checked back in with the front desk, they appeared to not know who we were, when our appointment was, or when or if we would be seen. Bad all around.
UPDATE: This issue was promptly--and graciously--resolved with a follow up appointment the following day and free exam. It is refreshing for a veterinary practice to acknowledge and address a concern so quickly and directly. We will be returning.
I go out of my way to travel to Overland Vet Clinic for my dog's healthcare because of their care and competence. I have seen several different vets and all have been attentive and thorough. It's not a corporate-held entity, which is becoming rare these days.
I can’t recommend Dr. Steve enough.
My cats were dealing with severe vomiting and diarrhea, and because they’re diabetic, it was a high-risk situation. I was trying to manage it myself for weeks and even tried an online vet—no real help. I didn’t want to stress them further by taking them into a clinic, so I looked into at-home vets and found Dr. Steve.
I emailed him early Sunday morning, he responded within hours, and was at my home the very next day.
He examined all three cats, handled them calmly, got bloodwork done, and most importantly—got them the exact medications they needed, fast. He approved my Chewy order within hours (something that usually takes days), and also introduced me to Mixlab, where I was able to get medications in forms that actually work for my cats (like injections instead of pills).
The turnaround was incredible—orders approved and shipped almost immediately.
Dr. Steve is direct, efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, no unnecessary add-ons—just solid care.
His pricing was also very fair. I expected to pay much more and was pleasantly surprised.
If you have cats—especially ones that get stressed at the vet—this is 100% the way to go.
I’ll definitely be using him again.

I take all my for babies here and love all the kind staff members. It sometimes gets extremely busy and I marvel how the receptionist manages to answer the seemingly never-ending phone calls, schedule appointments, greet pet owners, assign rooms, wipe up dog messes, and magically stays organized, friendly, and efficient. I would be overwhelmed to be honest. Yes, it gets extremely busy sometimes and you have to stay on hold for a while when you are on the phone, but I’ve seen her in action in the office a lot of times and am amazed how she handles everything.

We began seated, grounding into the Earth and connecting with our ujjayi breath before moving through Surya Namaskar to gradually awaken the body.
The class unfolded into a beautiful, steady vinyasa flow , one breath, one movement at a time.
Joe's music was intentionally lyric-free: down-tempo electronic tracks. Songs like You Wish by Nightmares on Wax carried the practice forward, matching the rhythm of his calm, steady voice.
As Joe moved quietly throughout the room, he read the energy of his students. His cues invited us to deepen through breath, alignment, & awareness.
With permission, I received two assists during class. The first was in Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose, helping my body soften deeply into the fold.
We played with rolling side-to-side in Parsva Dhanurasana (Side Bow Pose), which was new for me and had me feeling it in all sorts of places. 😉
Before I knew it, we were in savasana, where I received my second assist: A gentle grounding of my shoulders into the floor. It felt like I was melting into the Earth (😌)
We closed seated, observing the quality of our breath, the quality of our mind, & the quality of our spirit before Joe thanked us for sharing our energy, time, & presence with him on our beautiful Sunday morning.

Leo Zen has changed my body & mind. Leo is an amazing teacher and person and I am so lucky to have found him. He has helped my body become longer, leaner and thinner . He does ballet and yoga but really makes a routine that fits your body based on your needs. Every time I leave Leo I feel lighter and so much more happier than when I walked in. He is a special teacher and motivates you to change your body and mind. I have tried every workout in LA and this is by far the most effective and enjoyable. I was a charter member of Yogaworks from 1987 till they closed their doors in 2023, when I joined Shefa. If Yogaworks reopened today I wouldn't think of leaving Shefa. The facilities and the family-style run operation makes the studio like a second home to me. I have three adult children who followed me to this excellent studio. L A's best yoga studio by far.

I have severe sciatic pain and I work a lot while managing a yoga studio and teaching so I never really get the chance to fully relax and recover. I know what poses to do but I needed something else to help my body recover. Missy intuitively knew the exact spots where I needed work in my body, and my hamstrings and glutes felt so much relief afterwards. The mobilizations she did were great too. I guess I knew that I needed to relax more, but this experience really drove it home. I was going to do a workout today but now I'm going home and giving myself a break!

The best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to!! Every instructor here is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, warm and fun! I’ve loved the group classes I’ve taken with Cynthia and Carrin. I was also lucky enough to be the only person in a group class with Melissa so got an impromptu private, which was incredible. She gave such detailed instruction and provided guidance and corrections that completely changed the way I thought about movements that I’ve been doing (somewhat mindlessly) for years. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, personal Pilates studios, this is it!!

I started with Tikvah for stretch therapy a couple of years ago and have really enjoyed and benefitted from it. Last week for the first time I tried pilates. I've always wanted to and didn't really know what to expect. Tikvah guided me through every movement, her instructions were easy to understand, she provided tremendous support and I'm really glad that I gave it a try. I look forward to the next time. ?

Dream Bodies Pilates is such a special place! Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and the healing power it has for the body. She takes the time to make sure each client feels supported and cared for, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Serenity Thai massage was a very clean, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing spa. I immediately felt relaxed when I entered. They had helpful charts to fill out for focus areas and massage options and the staff were very friendly.
AJ gave me a massage that stood out from even the better Thai massages that I got in Thailand. He found and focused on my tension points without me even having to say anything. He was strong when needed to work out my muscular knots and tension spots. He was very generous with time and his persona helped me feel very comfortable and relaxed around him. I left feeling rejuvenated and my muscles were relaxed.
I will definitely return for future massages there.

April is the best! As a violinist, I always have tightness in my neck/back/shoulders and April's deep tissue massage helps me so much. She always knows exactly what needs to be worked out and I always feel much better after. The space is beautiful and relaxing as well...her massages are the perfect combo of a relaxing spa-like massage but she actually gets those knots out!

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Richard, As a nurse, I deal with a lot of pressure and tension in my upper and lower back, as well as my feet from long hours of work. From the moment I walked in, his workspace smelled fresh and looked very clean. The massage itself was definitely intense and painful, but in the best way possible. Mr. Richard was able to find the exact areas where I was holding tension and pain, even without me having to point them out. He really focused on those areas and worked through the tightness professionally and effectively. After the session, I immediately felt relief. My back felt lighter, less tight, and I could move more comfortably. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscle tension, stress, or body pain.

She really helped release a lot of the tension in my body, and the head massage was my favorite part—it relieved so much stress and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. I strongly recommend Loren Stiteler's dry needling treatment for anyone with severe muscle tension. When I first saw Loren, I had torn a disc in my lower back and the trauma had caused muscles all along my sciatic nerve to seize up, causing intolerable pain. Loren evaluated me and confirmed that I would be a candidate for dry needling. He was methodical, focusing on a different muscle group each session. I felt noticeably better, with less tension in my muscles, after each session. I continued seeing Loren once a week for a few months, and now I can say that the acute tension has largely resolved. I have been dealing with issues like this for years, and I only wish that I had encountered Loren earlier.
I had a deep tissue massage with Danny and it was honestly such a good experience. I called the same day and he was able to get me in that evening, which I really appreciated. He’s super knowledgeable, very communicative, and just genuinely friendly. You can tell right away that he really knows what he’s doing and is thoughtful about his work. I’ve been seeing Samantha for years, so when she got the new Jet T33 machine, I was so excited to try it! One thing I appreciate about Samantha is that she’s always continuing her education and bringing in treatments she truly believes in. Today I had the pleasure of getting a massage with Ivy. She was very nice and accommodating. Even though the pressure she started with was already perfect, she still made sure to ask if it was fine anyway. Overall, the customer service and the massage was A+. Daniel is beyond brilliant and amazing at treating your pain. I came in with horrible back and leg pain from pinched sciatic nerve I could not walk without crutches and after one session of great pain, the next day 30% of my pain was gone. Doctors could only Prescribe pain meds to mask the pain, daniel removed the source of the pain and I can walk normally again after a few sessions.
Full disclosure, his massage hurts a lot but it is worth it.

Dr Jason Gordon is so good that everytime I leave this facility I feel I renewed. He knows what he is doing. He does magic to my joints. All other staff is also very courteous and nice.
I went in for back and shoulder pains, and Caroline was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a thorough stretching plan to relief the pain. I feel sooo much better now and now know what was the cause of the pain. She is very knowledgeable and flexible to your schedule. Will recommend her to anyone and will come back again.
Maya is amazing. I went from having constant pain to being pain free. Her focus is on the entire body and its posture. She gave me exercises that got me into proper alignment so that the back pain I was experiencing went away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The best Lower extremity PT I have seen in my whole life. I am a personal trainer and an athlete. I’ve been seeing Physical Therapist’s for two decades. He is also the hardest working PT that I know. He does a very high level of manual therapy that will open up your tissues and give you far greater results than the average PT. I can’t recommend him enough. I first came to this clinic for a work injury and I’ve been back a few times since because the care is great. The whole team is super friendly and full of good energy. My therapist Daniela is amazing, so warm, really knows her stuff, and always makes sure I leave with the right tools to keep getting better. The front desk is always welcoming too, and Natalie has been great about working with my schedule, even when things get busy. The clinic itself is a little on the small side and cramped but honestly the quality of care makes up for it. Definitely recommend for anyone needing rehab services.
I was treated for medial epicondylitis of the elbow over about 3 months, primarily by Wayne, and I also had a few sessions with Jeremy. They are knowledgeable and great to work with and my problem was completely alleviated - to my surprise! So I highly recommend this place for PT.

David Di has been incredible and a miracle worker. I went in with unbearable hip and back pain that I had to go to the Emergency Room for. While the doctors were only able to give me pills, David has been committed to my health and making sure my pain is relieved. I’ve been able to live my normal life again and I would recommend this to everyone.
Even just a few sessions have given me so much relief from my neck and back pain. Roz is a fantastic acupuncturist, she’s very knowledgeable and thorough and always puts me at ease. Cupping and gua sha with Nirada also felt great.

I have been battling a kidney problem for most of my life it seems. I’ve truly tried everything. Dr Choi and Dr Park have been great. This is the first time I have tried acupuncture and they explained everything patiently and answered any questions on the first consult. It's been almost 2 months, and my symptoms of anxiety, bloating, digestion are much better. We are still working on my hip muscle tightness and pain, but that has greatly reduced as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

We then booked a second session and that session further solidified Charles' work and I feel even better. Charles also gave so much additional information for healing (he recommended to take notes for it all) that makes me feel more confident I will be further healed as I travel back home. Loved instructor Jeanette when I took private lessons! Whenever I had something I was confused about, she explained it in a simple way that made it easy to understand and remember. Throughout the whole lesson, she hyped me up when I did well, building my confidence in driving. She also always asked whether there was anything specific I wanted to work on, making each driving lesson tailored to what I wanted to improve on. Overall experience taking driving lessons here was great!

Nivia and Andrea are the best teachers. Patient, persistent, highly experienced. 1st time drivers in our mid-40s, my husband and I got our Driver's License through their tutelage. That they are the loveliest ladies is the best bonus! Our highest recommendation to Condor Driving!

I have been here for 2 classes. It has definitely improved my riding! I am hoping to do a couple of more classes soon. Hopefully I can find some track days when it is not too hot. The staff and instructors are super cool. Can't go wrong with a day on the track with these guys!!!
