I’m very pleased with my braids. I have a small head but a big forehead so braids can overwhelm my head easily. I’ve had box braids in the past and those looked terrible on me. I wanted my braids to fall more naturally and not look like a helmet. I communicated my wishes and Victory hair braiding delivered :) She was so kind and made sure to ask me for my approval along the way. I was also surprised with how much faster it was than other hair braiding experiences. I had the best experience with Zane!!! I had never been to a "real salon" before and was anxiously excited for my appointment. I got some dimensional highlights and a long haircut, and this experience was one of the best/most comfortable experiences I've ever had with a hairstylist. Firstly, the salon itself is so warm and welcoming. You never feel out of place and everyone I interacted with is so incredibly kind. The seats are also very comfortable. Zane was extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. It made me absolutely confident that they knew what they were doing and I loved learning more about haircare/coloring/styling. Truly an artist AND chemist haha! They also were super precise and constantly made sure that I was comfortable with what they were doing and I liked it! They were even sweet enough to schedule a follow-up appointment to make some color adjustments after we were done because I was so indecisive and didn't truly know what I wanted until after I saw the end product and realized I wanted more highlights than I initially asked for. Zane also continued to answer my questions after my appointment was over when I was figuring out what color-safe products to use. I'm telling y'all, Zane is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. The prices were also super fair and Zane made sure to break everything down for me, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was comfortable before we started the process. Absolutely no scamming here! I will 100% be returning to Zane specifically for touch-ups and additional cuts. I truly recommend Zane at the Craig Piatti Salon to anyone in Austin looking for a fresh cut or some creative colors!

Today was ground zero day…apply topper with adhesive. From the start to the end of the appointment, they calmed my obvious anxiety and yet encouraged my excitement at the same time. So there’s the customer service and professionalism at 5 ????⭐️???.
Then there was the 5-star ????expertise of their stylist, Taylor. She listened!!! in ways most stylists don’t. She recognized how this was a life changing!!!!! moment for me.

Everything felt intentional: the conversation, the attention to detail, and the way he tailored the cut to my hair, face, and style instead of just giving me a standard version of what I asked for. By Hand was excellent, and Chris was amazing. Easily one of the best barber experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back.

Gus the dog is sweetie. ?
The entire customer experience impressed me, from the snack and drink section (with a wide variety) to the complimentary add-ons. The area you get your hair washed felt magical! ? It was so comfy and relaxing, low lighting, calming music, a scalp massage, and a heated eye mask. It felt like a spa! ?♀️??♀️

Ash did a phenomenal job and she is so sweet and welcoming. I am a guy with a bit longer hair on top than most which I find most barbers struggle with scissor work. However Ash nailed my burst fade middle part. Gave me nice texture and I’m super happy with the result. This place is very welcoming and the guys up front all greet you and you can sit and hangout while you wait for your appointment classic barbershop style. Glad this place is only 3 miles from my apartment!

Simply Golden is AMAZING. My daughter and I have been regulars for a while now and are always super happy with how our tans come out. She always ensures we get the tan we want based on our event and adjusts as needed. I can’t recommend simply golden enough. We will continue to make the drive (40 minutes) because once you find a good spray tan, you do what you have to do!
Great place for sunless tanning. Natasha is almost always the person that greets you. She always has the booth clean and ready to use, remembers prior tanning selections, and is generally just a very kind and helpful person. Been coming here for 10 years+ and will continue.

Nicole is obviously extremely talented when it comes to art and designs but what really makes her stand out to me is how meticulous she is at her craft. Considerations when arriving: Parking as this more of a walkable community layout. Additionally, it is a smaller space, but with how friendly everyone was, it was more cozy than cramped.
I had UV lash extensions done by Michelle and it was honestly a game changer. My lashes are over two weeks old and still look full and beautiful, even after constant traveling the past couple of weeks.
Michelle really takes the time to listen to what you want and understand any concerns. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the results.
If you’re looking for UV lash extensions or a talented lash artist, I highly recommend Michelle. I live pretty far up north but I will happily make the drive because her work is absolutely worth it.

She listened to what I wanted, and she was so kind and patient with my hair that’s been previously colored so many times. I wanted my natural color back - which seemed impossible but she somehow made it possible. I love my hair more than I ever thought I could. My curls are more defined, healthier, and bouncier than they’ve ever been. She carefully showed me how to style my hair and now my morning routine is so much easier. My eyebrows can get out of control and she shapes them so beautifully it completely changes the shape of my face for the better!!! Nurse Karen is an absolute aesthetic and injector wonder! I have been going to her for years, and let me just say, the results speak for themself. After years of treatment to get rid of dark spots on my face, finally I came to the Blue Room, first for a simple facial but I shared my concerns with Tara, and she recommended the right treatment for me. We did a trial and they understood exactly what I wanted, but also took the couple of changes I wanted to make and made it even better on wedding day. Jonathan, the project manager, was fantastic. The plumbing company was hired to do some sewer line repairs in our Austin neighborhood, and during the work, a few boards on our front yard fence got damaged. Jonathan personally came over, fixed and replaced every damaged board, and even repainted them. He even took the time to paint an extra board that my son had broken earlier, which I had fixed but hadn’t painted yet. It really shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this plumbing team!

Rashad came out to give my quote and was incredibly personable, understood exactly what I wanted, and gave me advice on projects I was planning on doing on my own. When I bought my house in 1999, I hadn't heard anything at all about the dangers of Federal Pacific breaker panels. Friends told me to look into it a few years ago, and I've been concerned but too broke to do anything about it. When I recently got a fantastic deal on a new panel at Lowe's, I then just needed to have it installed.
It's difficult to find someone to install a panel provided by the customer, but A-One Electric was cool with it. Karen came to my house and sized up the situation and gave me a great quote. Once the city inspector was available, Karen and her apprentice came and knocked everything out in a morning -- including the balance of stuff that was needed to bring us up to code.
Karen and her crew were prompt, professional, expert, and super nice. And affordable. My home is safe, and I'm headed into the cool season with no worries about that panel. For a reasonable price, I got my home upgraded and the peace of mind that goes with it. Thanks, Karen!

Probably one of the best home improvements I have done. This process was simple, there was no marketing/sales pressure, and it was just quality workmanship. Matt Garcia and his crew, led by Manuel, installed my hardwood floors 2 years ago and did an amazing job. Recently, my water heater in the attic leaked and the bathroom below it had to have the ceiling cut out and door and wall to hall removed. Also, the bedrooms on either side needed some of the hardwood removed. The remediation company cut the hardwood squarely and I was not sure if it would ever be able to look the same after the water damage. But it came out perfectly, and one would never know that any damage had occurred! The crew made sure it had the same staggered look, and they put the baseboards and new shoe molding back too! Luckily, I had a few boxes of wood left over from the initial install. It was the same crew from two years ago and they are hard-working craftsman. They also cleaned up everything perfectly and Matt gave me an excellent price for the large repair job. I highly recommend Austin Hardwood Flooring, thank you SO much Matt and crew!

We woke up to a loud pop in the middle of the night, and by morning, our front door was completely jammed shut and a massive crack had split our living room wall! As single Female Homeowner - I knew there was a Varmint under my older-home -- Thank goodness for Technician they sent: Nick was fantastic; He surveyed area about home thouroughly and offered his resolution. He needed specific trap, so made timely return and within 24 hrs of placement, we had it. A Skunk and very big one; likely a mother due soon -- he later shared he got sprayed during release. On a Thursday evening we noticed a huge swarm of hundreds of bees flying into a hollow space of our roof. We called Tyler and he was able to explain exactly what was going on (a new queen was born and the bees selected our home for their new hive… it was move in day!), calm us down (a huge swarm of bees can be scary!), and make it out by that following Tuesday. We called a few other companies and their wait times were 2-3 times as long and the quotes were double the price. Save yourself the trouble and book with Tyler! We used Triple P Outdoor Design, LLC for a full backyard renovation including a patio and retaining wall, and the results were fantastic. The team worked hard and the finished space looks beautiful and well put together.
We hired BioScapes to reset the landscaping in our front yard, and to trouble shoot issues with our front irrigation system. The staff was clear in their communication and prompt with scheduling. They helped us pick out appropriate native plants for our home. The work necessary was significant, and Pete and his team worked efficiently to remove the old landscaping, rebuild stone and mortar beds, repair the sprinklers (which were in worse shape than anticipated), and install new landscaping. The price was quoted clearly and all changes (due to additional sprinkler work) was clearly communicated and approved in advance. We are happy to recommend BioScapes to others.
Our only regret is that we didn’t call Synthetic Grass ATX sooner. We have a small yard area where grass wouldn’t grow due to tree cover so it basically became a mud pit. This turf is amazing, looks great, and is super soft and easy to maintain. Madison was extremely helpful and walked us through all the options. They were able to get us bumped up in the schedule and had it knocked out in a few hours. The crew were all super friendly, showed up on time, and did a great job. This is perfect for our two little kids and our dog. Just wish we would have pulled the trigger a year ago when we started talking about it!
I think you would be safe to assume that all the five star reviews are friends and family. I wish i had checked here before dropping money on these guys. UPDATE: Martin made an effort to make things right, which I respect. I will continue to use his regular maintenance schedule and see how things look in the future for other projects.

Sid Mourning tree service has been to my home 2 years in a row for regular tree trimming and they have always done a good job at a reasonable price.
For this last time they came for another tree-related job, I was given a reasonable estimate when the estimator came to my home to measure, but due to a miscalculation by the estimator, they mentioned it would cost 3 times as much as quoted when they arrived to actually do the work.
That could have been a showstopper, but I have to praise Sid Mourning tree service because we were able to talk things out, and proceed with the work as planned.
They are a company that have something that fewer and fewer companies these days have: honor.
They honored their original estimate, and I really appreciate that about them. They have earned my respect, and they will have my repeat business in the future and personal recommendation to anyone who asks.

We just used Ray for the first time to remove two large trees and it went perfectly and for a great price. Ray was on-site the entire time working alongside his crew, who worked very hard but also safely. He’s an arborist and insured and you shouldn’t accept anything less when dealing with such dangerous work on your property. Thanks, Ray!
We hired Full Canopy to come do a diagnosis on some trees in our yard to determine whether we needed to take them down. Their arborist was great at diving into the level of detail I was interested in and was able to communicate very well. We’ll definitely call them for free services in the future.

Dr. Garza was my pediatrician from the time I left the NICU at eight weeks old until I turned 18. While I can’t personally recall my earliest experiences with her, my parents clearly believed she provided the best care possible—not just for me, but also for my twin brother and older brother.
For as long as I can remember, Dr. Garza has been someone I felt safe around. Whether it was getting vaccines at 10 or navigating a rough patch in my teenage years, she was always trustworthy, empathetic, and supportive. Her calming demeanor, natural charisma, and soothing cadence are qualities I’ve never encountered in another doctor.
But don’t mistake my praise for her bedside manner as the only reason I admire her. Dr. Garza took a deeply personal approach to my care. With an extensive knowledge of my medical history—so detailed it seemed as if she had my chart memorized—she always made well-informed decisions. Her recommendations reflected best practices and the latest advancements in medicine. She also had an excellent network of specialists, to whom she referred me multiple times when needed.
I should also mention that her staff was just as exceptional. They recognized me instantly and often remembered more details about me than I did.
And of course, I’ll never forget her signature phrase:
“Let me wash my hands so I don’t spread any germs!”
Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I did not press 2 for English, nor was I transferred. The lady that answered handled my request. Again, just amazing customer service! Kudos to you all for carrying the torch and upholding the standards set by your founding doctors. Best practice!!

I had a wonderful first touch experience even before I walked in the door. Katie helped me navigate a less than pleasant insurance maze and walked me through all the costs associated with treatment. When all you want to do is talk about a path to recovery, it’s nice to have someone to help you understand the costs in a straightforward way. Dr. Swanson has a very personable approach and listened to my concerns, my goals, what was importantly to me and what I was already trying to find relief. I told him “if I hear one more time this is part of perimenopause I may scream”. He seemed to appreciate my honesty and was equally straightforward about what he saw and how he could help. We started my treatment plan and I started feeling better after my second treatment.

Brought my cat Killian in for a check up. He needs steroids for allergies etc. He needs to take half a pill. They literally halved the pills for me. Had no idea until I opened it for first dose. Phenomenal. Huge fan.

Dr. Rivera and the staff here have been wonderful with my dog’s acupuncture sessions. They always do their best to make sure my anxious 12 year old dog is as comfortable as possible. I thought Pippin would be too scared to get acupuncture but he’s been doing great with his weekly sessions for the past 2-3 months.

This is by far best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr Dillon is our vet he is always so kind and helpful not to mention he is the sweetest to my little old 17 yo grumpy stinky dog ;) it makes me feel so good to have a vet who cares. The other thing that is so nice about their clinic is the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and last but definitely not least going to the vet doesn't break the bank as many vets offices in the past have. I can't thank Southwest Vet enough for their incredible help on Monday morning. My dog was experiencing a terrifying bowel obstruction emergency, and they were willing to change their schedules and find a spot for him. From the moment I called, their staff was compassionate and efficient. They got us in immediately, and the veterinary team was absolutely fantastic.
They explained the treatment options clearly, and provided top-notch care to my furry kid. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were reassuring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much more bearable. Their prices were almost a 1/4th of another Vet in the area, which not only made it affordable but prevented a potentially huge financial burden!

I want to start by saying I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Katie Hilla. She is a wonderful doctor and owner, and I truly value the care she provides. However, my experience with the front desk today was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I arrived early and was waiting right in front of the door before the clinic even opened. The front desk staff member was fully aware of who was there first—she even made direct eye contact with us in our vehicles when she came out to take the trash. Despite this, when the doors opened, she allowed a couple with three dogs to jump ahead of everyone who had been waiting. When I pointed out that there was a clear order of arrival, her only response was, "Well, it’s walk-in, first come, first served." Using that as a justification felt like a slap in the face. On my previous visit, the staff correctly took people in the order they arrived, so to see that protocol ignored today—especially when she saw us sitting there first—was unprofessional and rude. I even had a conversation with another gentleman waiting who confirmed I was there first. I ended up putting my pet back in the car because of how this was handled. It is a shame that such a great doctor is represented by a front desk process that feels this disorganized and disrespectful to patients' time. I hope Dr. Hilla addresses the training here, as the current front desk conduct doesn't match the quality of the medical care.

I brought my dog Cheetah in for her regular shots. After we were put into a room, the nurse came in and told us our appt would be delayed, as there was a goodbye with the dog in the next room. All of the staff at Oliver Animal Hospital are so kind and professional, and it was nice of Candice to let us know in advance of the short delay. Cheetah is always in good hands at OAH.
We’ve been using Park and Bark for about 3 years now. My dog is 9, picky about people and used to be really anxious about the groomer, but when she sees Ramon (or his van), she runs right to him! I love how caring they are with my dog, how wonderful she smells afterwards and how quickly she is able to be groomed right outside my house. They’re always on time and it’s such an easy and low stress experience for both me and my dog. If you’re thinking about booking them for your dog, you won’t be disappointed!

Their prices are reasonable, their communication is great and the salon is a welcoming, inclusive place. We have brought two Pomeranians here (one with coat issues, and one who is a bit of a handful) and have received the best care.
Pomeranians are a notoriously hard breed to groom, due to their double coat, and if not groomed and cared for correctly, they can actually lose their fur. I spent a lot of time researching groomers in Austin, and felt very lucky to get in with Jade. We actually live about a hour away, and make a morning out of grooming every month.
Not only does Jade give the best cuts, but she is passionate about animals and even teaches a pet CPR class. Jade, Brittany and the rest of the staff have helped me learn a lot about Pomeranian care, products and well being over the past two years, and we are so fortunate to have them as our groomers!

I got both of my cats bathed and groomed and it was such an easy experience! Very clean salon. The house is so fun and decorated. They have snacks and drinks. You can swim in their pool or workout in their gym while you wait for your cat. They also have a very sweet kitty you might see laying around the property. Huge land to walk around and chill on a hammock or swinging chairs. You can also bring your laptop and work in the zoom room which has a door that slides shut as needed. Great photo opportunities. You can also sit on the couch and watch Netflix or listen to music. Truly a whole experience for both you and your kitty. I was so thankful she helped my cat feel much better and cleaned areas I didn’t know needed cleaning. My cat had dandruff from grooming herself too much and now her fur looks more healthy and shiny. No issues with either cat. She knows what she’s doing and she’s very certified! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. It was well worth the hour drive! Will be going back for regular groomings.

I took up Yoga late in life and have found it to be one of the best things I can do for my body and spirit. The classes I’ve attended at Flow Yoga, lead by the amazing Angie Knight are something I always look forward to! Her calm approach and open spirit are inspirational! The Yoga retreat Angie recently led in beautiful Costa Rica was unforgettable!
Excellent yoga studio! Teachers are highly experienced and natural at teaching yoga. Some of the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Their style of practice at this studio is welcoming to all, honoring of yoga roots and offers a calm, centering yoga practice in a lovely little studio. This is not a flashy new age workout like Core Power or Bikram yoga and that’s what makes it great!
Nice options for parents as well to have their child do yoga while they do yoga in the studio next to them, all the way through preteens and teen specific classes. Wonderful approach to community building and support as well with monthly book clubs as well as direct community support.
I’ve received several massages from Heidi and they are a phenomenal therapist. They are professional, well experienced, and definitely the best massage therapist I’ve had. Lizard is a peaceful space and I would recommend coming here. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but still worth it.

I’ve been going to Spenga for over 5yrs. Before Spenga I got bored of every workout I ever did! I’m still showing up 5 days a week and have yet to be bored with it. Not only is it a great workout, but all the people (member and workers) are all like family and actually notice when you don’t show up.

The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. After 2-3 years of limited activity due to prior knee pain, then two surgeries, she has helped me continue through recovery by practices to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and I have seen positive results.Dayna's home studio is comfortable with a beautiful view, and her lively personality makes classes fun, while offering the added benefit of safe training on the CoreFirst bands system. She inspires motivation and I look forward to every class with Dayna.

True Mysore Shala in Austin! The teachers Andrew and Déjà are amazing! This practice is traditional so take into consideration that it's a self-practice and your teacher gives you new poses once they feel you're ready (and have overcome/mastered your last challenge posture). I absolutely love the Mysore Austin Shala - both the teachers and the student and community alike.
I’m new to Austin and this is by far the best Pilates place I’ve been to. I love that each instructor changes it up. Morgan kicked our butts in the best way, but all the girls are amazing! Reformer really does change your body.
Their playlists are the best and the space is too cute. I have a chest injury so modifications are necessary for me. I still get a great workout each class. The ending is the best part. I’m looking forward to trying more of what they offer like the mat class and facials.
Seriously 10/10 reformer class with Banks! I’m not super experienced with a reformer, but I really appreciated that she took time at the beginning to walk through the reformer and tower setup before class started. The class itself was amazing and felt great for all levels. Can’t wait to come back and try a mat class too because the space looks incredible. Definitely will be back!
This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!
Tim is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable, gifted, and personable functional movement practitioners I've ever worked with. He has helped me and my family immeasurably with a variety of movement and body pain issues. We recommend him to everyone we can. And his dog Steve will also give you some love while you work.
Julie is amazing! My wife and I have done Pilates with her for about a year now have absolutely loved the experience. It’s just you and the instructor so she can customize everything based on any injuries or preferences you have. Julie has a wonderful personality and is like a part of our family.
All of the instructors at this studio are wonderful! I am truly feeling and seeing a difference in my body after a little over a month of consistently attending classes. I also love how easy it is to see all of the class options and easily sign up for them/manage my class schedule through the app. The workouts are challenging yet fun & leave me excited to come in for my next class!
Zenergy Pilates is by far one of the best Pilates studios I have ever been to. The teachers are all comprehensively trained instructors with hours of continuing education under their belts. Excellent instruction. The class was fun but still extremely challenging. Total Body Express is a very efficient workout. 45 minutes and you get it all done!
I’ve had a membership at Pure for a little over two years and have never experienced this workout getting “old” or “boring”. Every class feels intentional and challenging without being intimidating. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, posture, and overall body awareness since joining. The small class sizes make it feel really personal, and the community here is so positive and encouraging. All of the instructors are amazing but would highly recommend Taylor R and Kristen N. Taylor taught my very first class two years ago and has consistently continued to not only teach amazing- very challenging classes but also insure that everyone does so safely. She has a very special way of making you feel welcome even when you may have no idea what’s going on (don’t worry you’ll catch on fast!). Kristen quickly became another instructor I enjoyed consistently signing up for! She greets everyone and is extremely kind no matter what’s happening! She plays some of the best music and makes sure the vibe is fun! I always feel like I got an amazing workout after her classes! You really can’t go wrong here!! I highly recommend trying Pure if you’re interested in Lagree!
I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.
The instructors at Pilates Club East are all very experienced, as is easily seen by reading their bio’s on the Pilates Club app, and based on my experience attending classes with Ala, Keeley, Eric, Veniese, Sara and Annalise over the last ten months. Their styles of instructing varies and they each change up their workouts from class to class. The variety keeps it interesting and provides a well rounded workout. I go about 3 x’s a week and do two flow classes and one cardio. I do have favorite instructors, but find them all more then competent.
Based on previous reviews, I’m guessing that before I started going there either their website lacked bio’s or they had less experienced instructors. That’s not the case now. It’s a relatively new business and perhaps there were some growing pains.
Both Beth and Marcus, who work up front, are very helpful.
A pro tip is that they are currently offering a discount on the class price for purchasing multiple classes, but the discounted price isn’t shown on the app, you need to either buy it at the studio or call them and buy it over the phone.
After my surgery, I began the massage therapy at Mile’s. Her team of people are very professional, at the beginning they made me feel as I was in good hands. Kassidy and Stephanie were so helpful. The place is very clean and they have everything that I possibly need.
I had such a fantastic massage at Ace of Cups last night. I was having some strong shoulder pain and tightness and Casey loosened it all up in a targeted 30-minute session. Additionally he gave me some helpful tips on how I can do some pressure points on my own shoulders to alleviate the pain and tightness.
Jacquline was so healing, knowledgeable and professional. Before leaving we were able to document the results from before and after our first one hour session. I already booked to see her in less than a week for optimal results. She sent me off with tips on how to keep my lymphatic draining and flowing in between that session and I can finally see the results from a procedure I had done 7 months ago! This was a true game changer!
Kimber is a wonderful massage therapist! She really unwinds tension and stress in a way that is therapeutic, restorative, deeply relaxing, and peaceful ….all with a state of serenity and presence. It is a spa experience. She uses CBD cream, warm compresses, and hot towels. My boyfriend went to see her for a buccal massage and it relieved him of migraines for many months afterwards. I am sending all my friends to her!!!

I had the best time at Mantis with Erika! Upon arriving the space is very clean and esthetically pleasing. I was greeted by Erika who I then told it was my first time getting a professional massage. She took her time explaining and asking questions which made me feel very comfortable. The massage was obviously the best part! You can tell Erika is very passionate about what she does by the way she handles your body and checks in during the massage to see if it feels good or if you'd like anything adjusted. She even let me pick the essential oils for the room! I travel to Austin for work often and I will be sure to stop in on my next trip to book a 75 minute full body with Erika! ❤️

Erik is more than a massage therapist. He's truly a healer! He has a lot of knowledge and knows well how to apply it. I have received plenty of massage in my life and know what I'm saying. If you are looking for someone to just smear oil on your body, look elsewhere. If you are wanting to actually feel and function better physically and energetically, then he's for sure your guy.

I have used Run Lab to help me recover from three different injuries and I am well pleased with the results. Each time I received excellent individual attention with a focus on getting me back to running. The Run Lab staff is well informed and attentive. The new location has a plethora of great equipment available to facilitate exercises to help with recovery.
I especially like how Run Lab staff are able to video your running form and provide suggestions to improve your form along with helping you recover from any injuries. The videos of my running really helped with my injury recovery and to improve my running form.
I will always use Run Lab to help me recover from any (hopefully none) injuries I may have in the future. If you are physically active I highly recommend using run lab to help you recover from any injuries.
NOTE: I have run consistently for over 20 years and I'm physically active 6 to 7 days each week.
Best physical therapist I've ever been to, they paid attention to you while you went through the exercises and corrected the slightest little errors you do. I really enjoyed spending time there and will use them after my knee replacement.
When I was told to do physical therapy for multiple tears in my rotator cuff I was at a loss as to where to go. Fortunately a friend referred me to Mary Hine at Spero Rehab in Oak Hill. I am so glad to be workging with Mary. She is so knowledgeable & experienced, plus extremely patient with me. We've had to adjust my therapy from time to time to meet the condition of my healing process which I truly appreciate, because Mary listens to me & understands what is best. Kudos to Mary & all the team at Spero!

I highly recommend Dr. Debra Dobbs for physical therapy. She helped me with my recovery after foot surgery, specifically through pool PT. My case was fairly complicated, and she did a great job improving my joint mobilization and was very efficient in moving me through the post-surgery process. She is an expert in her field, and I’m very grateful for the progress I made under her care.
Gina is wonderful!!!! I have had a couple sessions with her and she has really helped me move my body and get more realigned and helped the structures and tissues in my body! Can’t wait for my next session!

The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. This was my 2nd time doing PT and by far the best experience. I started off depressed from my arm injury but Steven was positive and explained that I could restrengthen my arm. Anytime I was doing my exercises if I had any pain they would quickly modify the exercise to avoid any further issues. It was also an educational experience on my part thank you so much. By far the best Physical Therapy facility I've been to. Staff is friendly, helpful. Exercises are individually tailored and rarely the same each visit. If an exercise becomes too hard physically, the therapist changes it to a lower intensity level. Highly recommend PT Solutions.

Dianne is the best. I was in hospital for 6 days with fractures everywhere after a bad motocross accident. See treated me and I literally walked out of the room - I could barely walk on the way in. They were incredibly helpful throughout my recovery from multiple surgeries, specifically a complex craniofacial surgery. Initially, I wasn't expected to gain full nerve recovery, but my surgeon recommended acupuncture to help the process along. Nine months after surgery, I have made a full recovery.
