Wilson Plumbing is the absolute best company I have ever worked with. My plumbing had to be redone throughout the entire house, and I mean every pipe in and out, under the house, the outside sewer line, and in the attic. For a year I have had just the tiniest water pressure and just a trickle of hot water and I finally had to get it all done. Three people came out to assess the situation and I was so impressed. Ben, Brad and John. They had phone devices in their ears and the three communicated throughout the process whether under the house, in the house, in the yard, or in the attic. The owner also dropped by for a while - Matt. Also a wonderful man.

We have lived in the Lakeway area for almost 20 years. We've tried several regional plumbers with mixed results. Our neighbors unanimously recommended Lakeway Plumbing. Lakeway Plumbing did the best work by the most professional staff of any organization we've ever used. When we experienced the high quality of work they do, we added more work to the original plan, and they just got it all done for us. I contact Bill & EZ Flow Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They’ve replaced wax ring/reset a toilet, helped snake a drain, and now replaced a laundry room faucet and supply lines, after cold valve side stopped working. (We decided to just replace the 25 year old fixture and had new fixture on hand).
They are alaways quick to respond and schedule me within a few days, and showed up at the start of a 2 hour window given. Would highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing services…. and imo they are reasonably priced.

Just moved and was looking for a place to cut my hair. I've been growing my hair out and looking for a shaggy/wolf cut. The mens barbers featured mainly fades and super short hairstyles. But Precision Decision had great reviews for the salon as well as great pics of some of their work. And literally a block away from me.
I called expecting to have to wait at least a week but Zoe was able to set me up with Kailin (sp?) same day. The location is very cool, urban on the outside and much bigger than you'd expect inside. Super positive vibe from staff and other customers.
I showed some examples on my phone, explained some goals for my personal needs (like a high hairline :D ), and she got to work. Super pro, super friendly, and Im super happy with my cut and style.

I came in as a new client over the weekend and saw Lauren. I was a little nervous as I am a low maintenance girly with a previous bad haircut, anxiety of finding a new stylist, and wasn't sure how my hair would turn out. When I had found Lauren online I'd seen that specialized in low maintenance, lived-in hair, which was totally what I was looking for. Lauren was an excellent listener and immediately understood my needs. I have already woken up a few days in and washed my hair and it air dries beautifully! The leave in conditioner she used is still making my hair feel so soft! I've definitely found my new hairstylist and Lauren made me feel like I was reconnecting with an old friend while in her chair.

Today was ground zero day…apply topper with adhesive. From the start to the end of the appointment, they calmed my obvious anxiety and yet encouraged my excitement at the same time. So there’s the customer service and professionalism at 5 ????⭐️???.
Then there was the 5-star ????expertise of their stylist, Taylor. She listened!!! in ways most stylists don’t. She recognized how this was a life changing!!!!! moment for me.

Ash did a phenomenal job and she is so sweet and welcoming. I am a guy with a bit longer hair on top than most which I find most barbers struggle with scissor work. However Ash nailed my burst fade middle part. Gave me nice texture and I’m super happy with the result. This place is very welcoming and the guys up front all greet you and you can sit and hangout while you wait for your appointment classic barbershop style. Glad this place is only 3 miles from my apartment!

Simply Golden is AMAZING. My daughter and I have been regulars for a while now and are always super happy with how our tans come out. She always ensures we get the tan we want based on our event and adjusts as needed. I can’t recommend simply golden enough. We will continue to make the drive (40 minutes) because once you find a good spray tan, you do what you have to do!

Great place for sunless tanning. Natasha is almost always the person that greets you. She always has the booth clean and ready to use, remembers prior tanning selections, and is generally just a very kind and helpful person. Been coming here for 10 years+ and will continue.
I have been a member at the Great Hils location for nearly two (2) years. The staff are experienced professionals that make you feel at home and provide knowledge regarding tanning as well as products. The facilities are kept exceptionally clean and the facility is locally owned. Love this facility!!!!!
I have no complaints about the spray tan service I get once a month. However, each time I’ve gone in, there are no physical employees there. You talk to someone on a camera. This is mostly concerning for the safety of your customers. Most are getting completely undressed for their services and anything can happen.

I visited this location Thursday July 9th in the morning (I usually go to a couple other locations) I must say the girl that was working was so friendly and knowledgeable compared to the other 2 places I go. She had offered someone a robe who was ahead of me in line, I didn’t even know robes were an option! I wish I would have asked her name but whoever you are thank you so much for the kindness and amazing service. I will be switching to this location from now on.
I had such a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Chloe! I walked in only about 15 minutes before closing and immediately felt guilty for coming in so late. Instead of making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, Chloe greeted me with a genuine smile and kindly assured me it was absolutely no problem.

My natural nails have never looked better! I have been going to Nicole for 7 years now and have no plans of getting my nails done anywhere else! Nicole is obviously extremely talented when it comes to art and designs but what really makes her stand out to me is how meticulous she is at her craft. She is an expert in her field but is constantly striving to learn more and do everything she can for her clients. Before going to her, I always prepared myself for my nails to be pounding in pain after my appointment but that hasn’t happened in 7 years since coming to Nicole!

I was so stunned at the result, and I knew at that point I’d found my hair stylist for life. In a few months, it’ll be a year since I discovered Ash. Katy Reddell Beauty was amazing to work with! They were accommodating and easily adjusted when changes were requested. Kaitlin made me feel so beautiful and natural on my wedding day. I still looked like me, but she definitely accented my features. The make-up didn't feel caked on either. I didn't even have to any touch ups throughout the day. Also my bridemaids and our mom's looked incredible too! I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future for any other big event!

Maran listened and adapted when the cut didn’t feel right.When I tell you it was so refreshing after being through 3 previous stylists and resorting to cutting my own hair, my hair reveal was a cool drink of water in this Texas heat.

Considerations when arriving: Parking as this more of a walkable community layout. Additionally, it is a smaller space, but with how friendly everyone was, it was more cozy than cramped.
I had UV lash extensions done by Michelle and it was honestly a game changer. My lashes are over two weeks old and still look full and beautiful, even after constant traveling the past couple of weeks.
Michelle really takes the time to listen to what you want and understand any concerns. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the results.
If you’re looking for UV lash extensions or a talented lash artist, I highly recommend Michelle. I live pretty far up north but I will happily make the drive because her work is absolutely worth it.

Ashleah completely TRANSFORMED my hair with a color correction and curly hair cut. It was my first time visiting a curly specific salon, and I’m honestly so blown away. She listened to what I wanted, and she was so kind and patient with my hair that’s been previously colored so many times. I wanted my natural color back - which seemed impossible but she somehow made it possible. I love my hair more than I ever thought I could. My curls are more defined, healthier, and bouncier than they’ve ever been. She carefully showed me how to style my hair and now my morning routine is so much easier. My entire experience at the salon was so elevated and elegant - I felt cared for from start to finish. I can’t recommend Ashley enough. My eyebrows can get out of control and she shapes them so beautifully it completely changes the shape of my face for the better!!! From the time I entered to the time I left, I felt pampered and taken care of. The space is so clean, well decorated, and smells wonderful. Ellie’s massage technique was 10/10, with great smelling products, and wonderful ambience. I really enjoyed the attention to detail in everything from the bedding and towels to the touch up corner. On top of it all, I left with a cup of wonderful hibiscus tea which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend and will be back as soon as I can!

I've been going to Meg for a Brazilian wax for a few years now. Her wax results are super consistent and her waxing technique makes the pain level really low (and I'm a baby when it comes to pain so this is important to me). She's also an awesome person to chat with and has always made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend her waxing services! And although I can't speak from personal experience, I'm sure her skincare services are great as well.

After years of treatment to get rid of dark spots on my face, finally I came to the Blue Room, first for a simple facial but I shared my concerns with Tara, and she recommended the right treatment for me. He is extremely nice and respectful, listens to what you have to say and adjustments you want, he makes sure youre comfortable and not hurting too much, the vibes of the shop and other artists, it was all an incredible experience. I will be back and will tell everyone I know to go see Tony for work.

I needed to stop a persistent water leakage issue around my house which had triggered a notice from City of Austin. Noel came out and looked at a few leaking sites and then gave me a couple of technical tips which we decided I should fix on my own. We had used this company previously to install a sewage backflow cut off valve and they did a great job. In this instance Noel, the on site plumber, was just an honest decent guy who did not want to charge me a lot of money for something he and I knew I could handle. I gave these guys 1000 stars just on honesty and kindness alone.
Wow, they did a great job at a very fair price. We had a boiler issue when the auto damper stopped working, which then affected the aquastat, but Chris understood the plumbing and heating problem right away. He quickly got the needed parts, handled the repair smoothly, and made sure everything was working perfectly again. The work was clean, thorough, and professional from start to finish. The pricing was much better than expected, and the whole service experience was fast, helpful, and reliable. We are really glad we chose this plumbing company for the repair.

Called to schedule an inspection as 5 outlets where not working for some reason. They sent an electrician over the next morning and within 5 minutes he evelauted the situation and fixed ALL the outlets and asked if anything else needed his attention. I said yes if you don't mind looking at my outdoor outlet, he said of course I can. Went outside and said, sir your outlet isn't attached to the brick let me fix that as well. I HIGHLY recommend A -One Electric, as they say, No job is too small!!
My family and I went on a Sunday morning after moving nearby and wanting to find a church where the kids would be comfortable. The visit was easy from the start, with people at the door helping us find the sanctuary and the children's area without making it feel awkward. The service was organized and easy to follow, and the pastors gave a thoughtful message that felt practical rather than forced. The music was a strong part of the morning, with a choir and worship style that added a lot without taking over the service. Our kids were welcomed into Sunday school, and the people working with children seemed calm, prepared, and kind. Before the service, the fellowship time made it simple to meet a few people instead of just slipping in and out. I also appreciated that the church is open about its outreach work, especially around homelessness and food needs in the community. It came across as a place that puts a lot of effort into service, not just Sunday attendance. Communication was clear, and several people made sure we knew what was available without pressuring us. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming visit that felt worth our time.

Lightning Volts is an outstanding choice if you need an electrician. We wanted to upgrade the lighting in our showers, closets, and garage. Mr. Reese came out to spec the job, provided several lighting options, gave us an estimate, and set a date for installation. On installation day, he brought everything he needed for the job and installed our lighting fixtures in a single afternoon. He was professional, personable, and a great resource. We were very satisfied with his work and his pricing. We recommend him highly.
I purchased a new oven that required some updates to my panel board, which was part of the original house. Matthew was very knowledgeable and worked very diligently to get my issues worked out as well as installing a new electrical panel and a main breaker box. He did not stop until the job was done. Rick with Neely Electric was straightforward and honest the entire way through our complex's very stressful time when a 3-story tree fell and ripped the electrical system straight off the exterior wall. Rick drove 100+ miles away just to grab a part that was out of stock everywhere else. On top of that, Rick stayed at our complex an entire extra day waiting on the electrical company to turn the power back on to make sure we were set. Matt and his crew Manuel installed 800 Sq.Ft of hardwood flooring in our ground level. The install ran in to few problems were we got some defective wooden planks and some planks that we didn't just like. His crew patiently worked with us through the process as we identified planks that we didn't want. Also our stair install process ran in to problem with the nosing overhang that looked weird from the side view. His star crew member Manuel came up with recommendation on how to fix it and diligently worked through the entire stairs. At times the crew did run out of patience but they were committed on making everything right when we had pointed out. And Matt's quote was also competitive. Ours was not an easy install and we are also picky on our preferences but i really appreciated Matt and his crew staying committed to get everything right!

Several cracks had formed in the sidewalk leading to our driveway, creating uneven spots that were becoming noticeable. The concrete repair crew filled and leveled the damaged areas carefully before sealing the surface. The project took about a day. Compared to before, the sidewalk looks cleaner, smoother, and much safer to walk across. The repairs blended better with the surrounding concrete than we expected, which improved curb appeal immediately. It’s a practical improvement that also made the front of the property feel more maintained overall.

After letting a lonely little paper wasp keep its nest under our patio table, it rapidly grew to a very large nest just a few feet from where we sit. I did not want to kill them since they did not bother us (apparently they can recognize faces!) but I was concerned with accidently upsetting a growing colony. Thankfully Brian came out to spray a non-toxic minty-smelling deterent around the house and safely took the whole nest and colony to be relocated to their ranch. I was so happy to find a humane option to remove the wasp colony- keeping us safe and also lettling them live❤ Thank you!
Tyler was kind enough to educate me over the phone when I called on a Sunday afternoon about my bee problem in a tree in my front yard. That alone set him apart from the other bee removal companies.
Tyler came out a few days later and swiftly took care of the mexican honey wasps that I had. Very respectful and, again, educated me on the wasps. He was very transparent about the prices and stuck to his word about it.

I want to commend Ground & Garden for a fantastic job they did, with their foreman Eric Kocian, in getting our property ready to put on the market with a yard overhaul/Spring cleanup. It was a big project (an acre property) that had tight timing constraints. Eric jumped in and got going immediately. He met with me at the property for a walk through of the project. He put together a very professional proposal, with clear, point-by-point items and photographs of each of the major aspects. The cost was at first a bit higher than I had anticipated and he worked with me to knock off a little bit without altering the overall project impact. And, he got the crew going on this large project faster than I could ever have expected. The final result was beyond our expectations.
We had a very good experience with Red Agave performing Xeriscape for our lawn. We had no idea what steps to take and we were well guided by Jensen and his team. When the project was completed in latte February 2026 we were really pleased. As the plants mature and we see what the project will become we are overwhelmed with the plan Red Agave implemented and the comments from neighbors. We used Triple P Outdoor Design, LLC for a full backyard renovation including a patio and retaining wall, and the results were fantastic. The team worked hard and the finished space looks beautiful and well put together.
Our only regret is that we didn’t call Synthetic Grass ATX sooner. We have a small yard area where grass wouldn’t grow due to tree cover so it basically became a mud pit. This turf is amazing, looks great, and is super soft and easy to maintain. Madison was extremely helpful and walked us through all the options. They were able to get us bumped up in the schedule and had it knocked out in a few hours. The crew were all super friendly, showed up on time, and did a great job. This is perfect for our two little kids and our dog. Just wish we would have pulled the trigger a year ago when we started talking about it!
We hired BioScapes to reset the landscaping in our front yard, and to trouble shoot issues with our front irrigation system. The staff was clear in their communication and prompt with scheduling. They helped us pick out appropriate native plants for our home. The work necessary was significant, and Pete and his team worked efficiently to remove the old landscaping, rebuild stone and mortar beds, repair the sprinklers (which were in worse shape than anticipated), and install new landscaping. The price was quoted clearly and all changes (due to additional sprinkler work) was clearly communicated and approved in advance. We are happy to recommend BioScapes to others.
I think you would be safe to assume that all the five star reviews are friends and family. I wish i had checked here before dropping money on these guys. UPDATE: Martin made an effort to make things right, which I respect. I will continue to use his regular maintenance schedule and see how things look in the future for other projects.

Recently, the palm tree in our backyard decided to suddenly tip over and hover close to the ground. In a rush, my neighbor suggested I use their service to help secure the tree. That service charged us an exorbitant amount just to tie a rope around that tree and secure it to another tree, then provided an estimate for the removal of the palm once an arborist declared it unsalvageable.
That’s when it hit me. Big G!!!
It had been 6 years and we moved to a different house, but when I reached out, Gerardo responded immediately. He remembered us, and we immediately began scheduling a time for him to come by and provide an estimate.
We ended up clearing out the tree and trimmed all the other trees around the house, and his team cleared and hauled off the truckload of debris. The work was done professionally and they set us up to not have to do it again for years (vs a shorter trim).
The best part is that Gerardo provided pricing that honestly saved us $2k! He is awesome and his team is great. Don’t look anywhere else!

After about 30 months as patients at Ortho 360, I can honestly say we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every single member of the team was wonderful! Blown away by the level of care here! Dr. Culotta is incredibly compassionate and thorough. I truly felt heard without being rushed, and like I have a solid plan to get my teeth on a better track. I appreciate how conservative she is in her approach, as I was coming for a second opinion from a dentist that was recommending extensive work and it wasn’t sitting right with me. Sheila is such a gem, and Megan at the front is so quick and helpful with billing. I’m SO grateful to have found this office and will absolutely be coming back here for all of my dental needs!

Dr. Garza was my pediatrician from the time I left the NICU at eight weeks old until I turned 18. While I can’t personally recall my earliest experiences with her, my parents clearly believed she provided the best care possible—not just for me, but also for my twin brother and older brother.
For as long as I can remember, Dr. Garza has been someone I felt safe around. Whether it was getting vaccines at 10 or navigating a rough patch in my teenage years, she was always trustworthy, empathetic, and supportive. Her calming demeanor, natural charisma, and soothing cadence are qualities I’ve never encountered in another doctor.
But don’t mistake my praise for her bedside manner as the only reason I admire her. Dr. Garza took a deeply personal approach to my care. With an extensive knowledge of my medical history—so detailed it seemed as if she had my chart memorized—she always made well-informed decisions. Her recommendations reflected best practices and the latest advancements in medicine. She also had an excellent network of specialists, to whom she referred me multiple times when needed.
I should also mention that her staff was just as exceptional. They recognized me instantly and often remembered more details about me than I did.
And of course, I’ll never forget her signature phrase:
“Let me wash my hands so I don’t spread any germs!”
Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I did not press 2 for English, nor was I transferred. The lady that answered handled my request. Again, just amazing customer service! Kudos to you all for carrying the torch and upholding the standards set by your founding doctors. Best practice!!

Dr. D'Amico and her team at Procare on South Lamar were very professional, friendly and compassionate. I came in after a car accident with pain in my ribs and left hand and after 6 weeks I walked out the door almost as good as new! I lead a very active life and the is the second time (with about a 20 year gap) I have had to use Dr Bob and his staff. The first time I thought my weight training and normal life was over. The pain was terrible and I had a hard time even standing up straight. After several sessions I was back in the gym and to a normal life. Now at 75 and still very active I reinjured my lower back. I had moved to Arkansas but deemed worth coming back to Austin for a couple of sessions. I am already feeling better. And I can't say enough for Dr Bob and the entire staff. Unlike most of the medical, big business industry, and the I don't care about anything but the dollar attitude. Dr Bob and the entire staff was great, friendly and truly cared about their clients and their wellbeing. Strongly recommend.
This practice is amazing and I am truly grateful for all they have done for me. This office kindly squeezed me in the day after a car crash causing neck and back pain I have never felt. Their insurance gal is great and helped with all the specialty billing for my situation. I work in an office and know how stressful it can be to squeeze in last minute patients, they were nothing but kind and attentive in the midst of their busy times! Great experience with the staff and doctors. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there's been a wait both times I've been there. Nothing ridiculous, maybe 15-20 minutes after the appointment time.

First off, Dr. Trizna is a fantastic doctor. He was able to get results for my dermatitis and keep it at bay. He cares about his patients, listens and offers options.
Dr. Trizna gets 5 stars, Austin Skincare gets 3. I took off one star for Dr. Trizna for the group he is a part of.
My beef is with the business group he is with now, Skincare Austin. Like more and more healthcare facilities, they are not so transparent on costs.
When Dr. Trizna had his own practice, if I needed a prescription refilled, they would charge $15 without a visit (unless it has been over 2 years).
When at SkinCare Austin, over two years since seeing a doctor, I had go in to see Dr. Trisna for a refill (on medicated shampoo - not a real drug). This visit was to cost around $50 at the time (paying out of pocket).
After Dr. Trizna gave me a quick look, he asked if I had any questions. And I did ask him about skin tags and he answered. When I go to check out, they tell me the bill is over $200. I ask why. They said because it was a consultation since I asked a question unrelated to my initial visit. Keep in mind I spent MAYBE 5 minutes total with Dr. Trizna.
Now, if that is the policy, Dr. Trizna should have informed me at the time, that any question not related to my visit would be treated as a full session. Maybe he was not aware, who knows. But no. I find out the hard way at checkout.
I did contest the bill and Skincare Austin reluctantly, did not charge me the full amount.
This is happening all over now. Offices conveniently fail to disclose all costs ahead of time.
Now I go online to Dr. B's for refills ($15 consult).
In conclusion, Dr. Trizna is a highly qualified doctor I highly recommend. If you decide to see him, make sure the facility gives you an accurate cost breakdown before you go! Ask about costs for everything you plan on talking about. But I will never go back.
Dr. Nik has always been tried and true when it comes to facial balancing. He has an eye for natural looking enhancements and is professional and friendly during my appointments. His staff are always amazing as well!!

I'm very thankful and fortunate to be a 29-year survivor of stage 4 lymphoma. I recently began having issues with my head/brain, and having had cancer, a neurologist—who is not associated with Texas Oncology—ordered an MRI. The results prompted her to refer me to Dr. Fisher, who has been and continues to be very diligent in determining the cause of my current issues.
Brought my cat Killian in for a check up. He needs steroids for allergies etc. He needs to take half a pill. They literally halved the pills for me. Had no idea until I opened it for first dose. Phenomenal. Huge fan.
Dr. Spellman is great with cats. He tried the least invasive measures first, and educated me, answering all questions I had. Dr Spellman has a great sense of humor and his love of animals is obvious. I highly recommend North Lamar Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Rivera and the staff here have been wonderful with my dog’s acupuncture sessions. They always do their best to make sure my anxious 12 year old dog is as comfortable as possible. I thought Pippin would be too scared to get acupuncture but he’s been doing great with his weekly sessions for the past 2-3 months.
We always have a great experience at Travis Country Vet. The whole staff is so kind to our dog, comforting and gentle. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is by far best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr Dillon is our vet he is always so kind and helpful not to mention he is the sweetest to my little old 17 yo grumpy stinky dog ;) it makes me feel so good to have a vet who cares. The other thing that is so nice about their clinic is the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and last but definitely not least going to the vet doesn't break the bank as many vets offices in the past have. I highly recommend their services. They were recommended to us by a friend, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is need of a great vet♥️

I can't thank Southwest Vet enough for their incredible help on Monday morning. My dog was experiencing a terrifying bowel obstruction emergency, and they were willing to change their schedules and find a spot for him. From the moment I called, their staff was compassionate and efficient. They got us in immediately, and the veterinary team was absolutely fantastic.
They explained the treatment options clearly, and provided top-notch care to my furry kid. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were reassuring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much more bearable. I brought my dog Cheetah in for her regular shots. After we were put into a room, the nurse came in and told us our appt would be delayed, as there was a goodbye with the dog in the next room. All of the staff at Oliver Animal Hospital are so kind and professional, and it was nice of Candice to let us know in advance of the short delay. Cheetah is always in good hands at OAH.
I've been taking my two dogs here for a few years. My dogs don't necessarily love going to the vet, so it was important to me that the vet was intentional with making them feel comfortable-- Manchaca Village Vet does that well!
We’ve been using Park and Bark for about 3 years now. My dog is 9, picky about people and used to be really anxious about the groomer, but when she sees Ramon (or his van), she runs right to him! I love how caring they are with my dog, how wonderful she smells afterwards and how quickly she is able to be groomed right outside my house. They’re always on time and it’s such an easy and low stress experience for both me and my dog. If you’re thinking about booking them for your dog, you won’t be disappointed!
Xavier was calm and professional with my dog. She has never been groomed before, and Xavier asked good questions ahead of the groom to gage how she would be, and gave me details when I came to pick her up. My pup is clean, smells nice, isn’t shedding everywhere, and she’s happy. She seemed to love it there. I’m so happy to have a high quality service so close to home. We’ll be back.
Honestly have loved this place! I will be the first to admit I’m crazy when it comes to my animals and wouldn’t trust anyone with them but this place! You can tell the entire team cares so much I brought my dog and two cats in and one by one as they entered the grooming area you could hear all the staff aweing over them! I was really worried my pets would be stressed or act poorly. Abigail made sure to take her time and confirm what I wanted for each pet and even took the time to send me updates throughout the grooming process to ease my stress! My animals look, feel and smell amazing! Absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to go and ask for Abigail! (Just for reference I took my young Belgian Malinios and my 2 mainecoone kittens)

I cannot recommend Barkin Creek Dog Salon enough—especially Hailey! This was my dog’s first time somewhere that didn’t send him back saying they “couldn’t demat” and we had to cut it all. Hailey was incredibly patient, skilled, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She took the time to work through everything instead of giving up, and the results were amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and takes pride in her work. My dog came out looking great, happy, and comfortable—which has honestly never happened before at other places. If you’ve struggled finding a groomer who can actually handle more challenging coats or situations, Hailey is the one. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Been taking my dog Marley for awhile now and he loves it! He is a pretty anxious dog and is hesitant around others but he is excited to go see his groomers. They are very communicative and patient. It had been years since Rom got groomed and we were not sure how he'd do. He's a big guardian-breed/ GSD mix and he came in with significant matting, so we were apprehensive initially.
Adrian was great the entire time. Incredibly professional, super informative, and very patient. He cared just as much about Rom not being stressed as he did about the grooming itself. He let me know about an area of concern so that we could get it checked out as well as gave his honest opinion about specific questions I had which was a big deal to me.
The thing I appreciated most is that his advice fit Rom's life. Rom's a farm dog, not an indoor dog, and Adrian got that and tailored his advice and care to it. Rom's state of mind was great when he came out and he physically looked like a new dog.
If you've got a big dog or a nervous one, go see Adrian. Can't recommend him enough.
Our new rescue dog Zeus (Cocker Spaniel) loves the PET BAR! Angie the owner and her family are so friendly and helpful with whatever you need. It's super convenient and much better than washing your pet at home - no laundry messes and much easier on your back! Very clean and comfortable for washing your dog with lots of shampoo and conditioning choices - we had fun giving our dog a bath rather than dreading it! We have already been twice and just joined. We love the membership and we look forward to trying out all of their other great services as well. Loved seeing all of the happy tails wagging at PetBar!!!!
7/17 - Chole did a super job grooming Zeus today! She really took her time and did exactly what I asked. He is so happy and comfortable with his summer trim up. Chole did an awesome job of avoiding his ears as I instructed also - LOVE PETBAR!
PetSmart is fantastic for having their shelves well stocked and having the brands you use. It is always very clean and always someone to help you with any questions you may have. The workers there are kind and helpful. Plus they have great rewards which will actually save you money. So from treats to food or looking for a different kind of pet check it out you will find what you are looking for.
This is the third time I've been here for nail trimmings with my chihuahua/dachshund mix. The staff is very friendly and caring and their prices are reasonable. They are very careful and efficient with my Lola who is older. I was in and out in less than an hour. I also treated Lola to a special froyo they have on hand for our pups. Love this place!

After searching all over town for a self service dog wash at a major company that falsely advertised, the service at this place was like a breath of fresh air. Their style of practice at this studio is welcoming to all, honoring of yoga roots and offers a calm, centering yoga practice in a lovely little studio. This is not a flashy new age workout like Core Power or Bikram yoga and that’s what makes it great!
Nice options for parents as well to have their child do yoga while they do yoga in the studio next to them, all the way through preteens and teen specific classes. Wonderful approach to community building and support as well with monthly book clubs as well as direct community support.
I’ve received several massages from Heidi and they are a phenomenal therapist. They are professional, well experienced, and definitely the best massage therapist I’ve had. Lizard is a peaceful space and I would recommend coming here. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but still worth it.

Varied classes for wherever you are with your body. Super welcoming and an extra treat is the cushioned floor because they share the space with a taekwondo studio. Now I’m spoiled in traditional yoga studios seems stiff and ostentatious by comparison. My favorite class is Dixie’s Tuesday night at 8 PM because it’s gentle, filled with laughter and just the right level of challenging. She also teaches 7 PM on Wednesday if you want to reconnect with the fundamentals. Pricing is amazing. Highly recommend!
This is a great studio! I have enjoyed all of the instructors. Currently my one of my favorites is Lisbeth. I attend her Tuesay evening class and it is perfect for stretching and relaxing after the crazy that follows the start of each week

Amala Sanctuary was the perfect place for our intimate May wedding. The grounds seamlessly creste a casual, sophisticated, and whimsical vibe all at once, the perfect backdrop for our art deco/nouveau inspired wedding with a few LOTR touches. The venue team was attentive and had an answer or solution for every question and were so flexible and kind. Knowing that using this venue pours right back into the Austin youth community was a huge plus. I can't wait to get all of pur photos back and relive our Amala memories for years to come. ❤✨
Seriously 10/10 reformer class with Banks! I’m not super experienced with a reformer, but I really appreciated that she took time at the beginning to walk through the reformer and tower setup before class started. The class itself was amazing and felt great for all levels. Can’t wait to come back and try a mat class too because the space looks incredible. Definitely will be back!
Tim is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable, gifted, and personable functional movement practitioners I've ever worked with. He has helped me and my family immeasurably with a variety of movement and body pain issues. We recommend him to everyone we can. And his dog Steve will also give you some love while you work.

I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.
First ever Pilates class, and it was a great experience! Beth was incredibly welcoming, and Keeley did an awesome job making the intro class approachable, encouraging, and fun.
I definitely have a new appreciation for Pilates. Also, my dormant abs would like to thank Keeley for reminding them they still exist.

Mercedes has been working on me for 3 months and I can’t get over how great my body looks. She truly has healing hands and always made me feel comfortable about the process. Best massage I have ever had! I started going to Kimber because I was having terrible headaches for a couple years, and my headaches would go away for several weeks after she worked on me. I don’t know how she does it, but she just KNOWS what my body needs, even when I can’t fully describe what’s wrong. She just has a gift and her hands are pure magic. I like a pretty firm massage and she is able to maintain a good pressure the entire time. She is such a genuinely sweet soul and a master of her craft, you can’t help but feel amazing when you leave.

Everything was handled with care, and it was easy to understand why so many people speak highly of her. I'm glad I didn't let the upfront payment process discourage me, because the experience was well worth it.
As for her massage skills, I'll simply say that they lived up to her reputation.

This has been the most helpful massage with my body. I have had a knee injury a few months ago as well as a current wrist injury. Erik actually explained what areas were causing my injuries and where I needed to stretch. He helped break up fascia and improved the healing in my wrist immensely. I highly recommend anyone who has pain or injuries and will be returning to help work on these areas!
Such a lovely experience, I got a couple’s massage with my fiance and it was perfectly tailored to both of us. We will definitely be coming back! He does powerlifting and I am a nurse and we both work on our feet, left feeling like we were walking on a cloud.

Indigo Moon is an amazing massage business in the middle of East Austin, close to everything. Kalli and her team are highly professional and take note on problem areas (I tend to have upper back tension from 9-5 computer work). Kalli is a gifted massage therapist, highly detail oriented, easy to talk to, and an all around great person. Note that they don't take walk ins so if you are interested in being seen check out their website and book an appointment.

I went to RunLab to help me re-learn how to run after an old injury. While I wasn't able to keep up regular sessions, the ones I were able to go to were so helpful that now I can run without pain during my gym workouts.
Previously, I couldn't go more than 3 or 4 minutes without some kind of shooting pain, but their analysis and coaching helped me learn to run in a way that was healthy and sustainable. Highly recommend!

I saw Danielle today for acute lower back pain due to osteoarthritis. I walked in moving very slow with severe pain. By the time I walked out, my pain was drastically reduced & I was able to walk normally! Danielle was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!!

I highly recommend Acupuncture Plus and both Dr. Guoen Wang and Dr. Hannah HM Zhang. They were incredibly helpful throughout my recovery from multiple surgeries, specifically a complex craniofacial surgery. Initially, I wasn't expected to gain full nerve recovery, but my surgeon recommended acupuncture to help the process along. Nine months after surgery, I have made a full recovery.
The clinic itself is excellent to work with and handled everything with my insurance smoothly. The environment is very calm and therapeutic, which makes every session a great experience. If you are dealing with post-surgical recovery or nerve issues, I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great experience learning to drive at Target Driving School. As someone driving for the first time in the US, I felt well supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to their excellent instruction, I was able to pass my driving test on my very first attempt.
My first three lessons were with Mark, who has a very intuitive way of teaching that makes it easy to pick up driving skills quickly. He's a perfectionist and pays close attention to every detail, which really helped me build good driving habits from the start. While he can sometimes be a bit hard on the student, it's always with the goal of helping you improve, and I found that approach incredibly effective. He's also very encouraging and genuinely wants his students to succeed.
My final lesson and the driving test were with Brandi, who was equally wonderful. She was very encouraging, helped me stay calm and confident, and made the experience much less stressful.
I highly recommend Target Driving School to anyone learning to drive, especially first-time drivers. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping you become a safe and confident driver.

I took a driving lesson with Eddy who unfortunately doesn’t work there anymore, but he was an awesome instructor! I took my driving exam with Miss Maria today and she was really calm and very nice! She helped me ease my nerves by simply just being calm and understanding. I recommend you take your driving exam here. It’s very easy and very fast.
