I have had many sessions with Jacalyne at Her.Beauty Bar. Every single time I leave her chair, I feel so refreshed and beautiful. Jacalyne is very efficient and professional. She always listens to what I ask for and, always comes through with a wonderful result. I constantly receive compliments on my hair, even weeks after my appointment. I normally get blonde highlights and a cut, but have also had darker lowlights. No matter what I've asked for, she comes through with a beautiful result. Jacalyne is the best in Greensboro, I cannot wait until I see her again.

So I only go to Royal nails once maybe twice a year. I live in Texas but they’re my first stop once in Greensboro. They do my brows precisely like man she’s great. My lashes be on point. Check them out. Relaxing atmosphere.
Stylist was professional. Started on time. The atmosphere was soothing. My daughter's hair looks exactly like the reference picture she brought in with her. The prices were also very reasonable. We've already set up our next appointment.
Selling your home to an investment group can be a scary situation. But with this group I never had a scary moment. From the first time I meet them, they always had a smile on their face. Always ready to answer any questions I had. And most importantly they always answered every one of my phone calls. They made my whole family feel like a part of theirs. After we closed on the Sale of my house they even showed up and helped us load everything on the u-haul because they knew we really need the help with the heavy lifting.
Not once did they ever try to low ball me on the value of my home either.( I did have 6 other investors try to do that )

I got married this past fall. A week away from the wedding, I had no responses from my initial hairstylist after several attempts.
In a series of hidden blessings, I met Kristina at her salon when attempting to seek out my initial hairstylist. I was not under a contract with the initial hairstylist- Kristina made sure of that.
With great compassion, she listened to my concerns and took on being the hairstylist and make up artist for 10 people. This was with a week's notice & her willingness to take on a wedding during the only weekend she had taken off during prime wedding season.
She communicated with me daily and had me send wedding party's photos and hair inspiration to her. Her contract is detail oriented so that as a client you know she takes her craft seriously.
She made the day of run like a well oiled machine. Kristina took time with each lady to get to know them and produce amazing results! Her amazing quality of service was remarked about from my young niece, step daughter, bridesmaids, older sisters, mom, dad, and mother-in-law.
I now have continued to make appointments with her for routine haircuts.

I went to Head Hunters Salon this past Saturday, April 20th, 2024. They are easily the best salon in Greensboro. Michelle works her magic to give me the blonde hair highlights I wanted exactly. It is worth it to go there. Head Hunters salon has now become my go to for hair. Fabulous.

I got the deluxe haircut package for my daughter’s first hair cut. It was such a great experience for her and for myself. Miss Tia cut her hair and did so great. She was so wonderful! Every one else that was there also spoke to/ played with her. Everyone was so amazing and sweet! It is over a 30 minute drive for me but I will absolutely be bringing her back for all her haircuts in the future! They are absolutely worth the drive and I felt it was well worth the price!

The decor is modern with a calming atmosphere, the staff is warm, friendly, and truly invested in making sure I have a positive experience the entire visit. The products that were recommended repaired my hair health after my first usage. My stylist Jim is a hair magician. The color brand he used did not affect my sensitive scalp, my allergies, and had a hardly deductible organic scent that quickly dissipated.,He took my botched cut from another salon and made it look like I stepped out of a fashion magazine. I have had no problem at home maintaining it, too. The compliments I have been receiving are incredible.Pricing is comparable to local salons but clients are guaranteed to have a high end experience as I have.

I’ve lived in Greensboro for years and I’ve always walked past the salon without realizing it. It’s a nice hidden gem. It was my first time here and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Ana did a great job on my cut. I walked out of there with a bounce in my step because it felt and looked so nice. It’s a nice perk that they offer different kinds of beverages for you to have during your service. I would say that the pricing reflects the quality, and it’s definitely worth a try.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Tee cut my hair today and I swear made me feel human again. I’ve been having scalp issues and was embarrassed to have my hair cut for many months. My hair was so overgrown and wild I finally decided to get the chop today. Tee did not only an amazing job with the hair (which looks more perfect than I could’ve ever asked for) but with sensing the vibe of how much I was willing to talk/not talk. I’m pretty awkward around new people and get anxiety in new spaces. I felt so comfortable. 5 stars! 10/10 would recommend :)

Go see the crew at Quaker Village! You'll get an exceptional haircut and great conversation. Daniel is my regular barber and I've been going to him for 8 years; no plans to change it up anytime soon! I have had my haircut by a few of the guys there when Daniel was not available and all of them did a great job. Daniel always remembers how I like it cut and makes sure I leave happy. Cannot recommend him enough! If you want to stop in, you more than likely will need an appointment (especially if you go see Daniel - probably 3-4 weeks out). For the quality of the cut, you cannot beat his price! Prices depend on who is cutting your hair. Other services offered but i've only ever gotten a cut.

Casey is a great and friendly guy who takes his time to make sure you leave happy and looking your best. The atmosphere is relaxing and rustic; like a piece of the country was copied and pasted right in the heart of downtown.Had my first ever hot towel and razor shave; what a relaxing experience that was. The way the hot towel interacts with the shaving cream makes it feel like your face is getting massaged. It is then followed by a precise razorblade finish.Whether it's with a razorblade, an electric razor, or scissors, Casey is truly a master of his craft, and gave me two new styles (hair and beard) that I never would have expected and it was truly a pleasant surprise. I absolutely LOVE Viva La Tan, and I love the owner, Tonia. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are educated about the tanning process which I feel is so important to achieve the level of tone you want. Up to a point where she stayed past close to educate me on everything when I came in late. She truly takes the time to get to know her customers, and cares. The salon is super clean, the beds are always restocked with towels, so many lotions to choose from for every skin type. I'm so impressed by the customer service in a day like today when it seems that customer service is out the window. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I’ve been getting structured manicures at Cure for over a year. My nails are healthy and grow like crazy. Though Cure may cost more than other nail salons, my manicures and gel polish last twice as long, 4–5 weeks. I also rarely have broken nails or chipped polish. The Restore pedicures, which are finished with paraffin wax, are worth it as well!
On a bi-weekly basis, I went to KB Nails for several years. Unfortunately, my job pulled me away from the area. Went to several nail spas wherever I was located and wasn't ever satisfied with my nails, price or service. Now that I am working from home, I am excited I can go back to my favorite nail spa! Clean environment with friendly owners that take pride in their establishment as well as their customers. Can't beat the price for the service they provide!

Angel was awesome and accommodating. We hosted a private event for my 13 year old so it was a very intimate setting (10 ppl). Skin care routine is very important for this age so she taught them how to care for their faces the right way! She was very patient with them as they worked through the process. They ended with a really nice eye shadow look that wasn’t too extravagant (which is what I asked for). They also got basic nail/toe services if desired. The atmosphere was very comfortable. It was hot outside but we couldn’t tell it on the inside. She definitely OVER delivered!!!! I would love to do this again myself!

Sally did my full set and she was so nice! She was very detailed & put in a lot of effort with my nails. She kept making sure the filing didn't hurt & that I liked them! These are my favorite nails I've ever gotten done!

Got the wonderful idea of getting a tattoo for my birthday. It was very random. Found the shop's info via Google. Never heard of it before but texted and there was availability. The shop is located on the East market and it's in the shopping center across from the warehouse. I walked in and almost walked out because it was not what I was expecting. But in a strange way it was comfortable. It has black esthetics to it. And I decided to give it a chance and get my tattoo anyway. The artist comes to the front acknowledges us and explains he is just finishing up with a client so I fill some paperwork out and wait. He finishes and we go over my tat design tweaking it just right to fit my body. Then before we start he shows me the clean utensils. And we start. The shortest amount of time I've ever been in a shop. I gave this shop 5 stars because the artist is super friendly and professional fast at tattooing and has reasonable upfront prices. And he has good conversation with great taste in music that is played in the background. I waited to do a review until my tat healed. It healed fast in less than a month little to no itching. And he wasn't heavy handed. Also kept making sure I was cool. What I learned from the experience is don't judge a business by its style. As long as it's clean and the works good what else matters? The first pic is after tattooing the second is after healing. I will be coming back.

Came for a small tattoo left with a big appreciation for my girl Brenda!!! First let me just say there was such a quiet but pleasant vibe when we walked in. Brenda made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. The place was very clean and sanitary. My Tattoo came out great!! Last Saturday my two friends and I met with Sarah and got matching tattoos. Upon walking into the parlor, we were greeted by Sarah and the parlor being both artfully and personally (to each artist) decorated— and more importantly, yes, very clean.
We immediately got to work with Sarah on sizes for the tattoos as well as placement. We were all impressed with the side table for the chairs and geeked over it, iykyk.
Overall, everything went very smoothly, we were all chatting and joking that we hardly felt the gun.

More patient than anyone else would have been as I dragged out this service for about a hour that should have taken only a few minutes. We just started using Edwards Plumbing and they have already done a lot of work for us, installing and hooking up a gas cooktop, and replacing some old drainage pipes to fix a major clog in our kitchen pipes. Go green had a representative at my house within a few hours of my call. I was looking for a quote on a few repairs, but we went through an inspection and found some other issues.

We had been wanting to replace some outside faucets and install a laundry sink but had no idea of how complicated or costly the projects we had thought about would be. Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. I needed a repair in my gas line and was thrilled when an actual person answered the phone after leaving many messages with other offices. I did not get a quote or compare prices but was given transparent pricing ($175/hr for a 2 man team plus trip fee and materials) and was promptly assisted with my problem. It was not cheap, but if you get what you pay for then plumbing is something worth avoiding future problems caused by cheap work. These guys knew what they were doing and there was no standing around twiddling of thumbs that I saw. They were on time and when they left the problem was fixed and did not leave a mess. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do I would certainly use them again!

My Mr. Electric pro (Steve Collins) was awesome! He arrived on time, introduced himself in a professional manner, came in and triaged my issue, and got right to work. He was able to determine what the issue was and fixed it promptly. I also appreciate how knowldgable he was, as he explained in laymans terms what had to be done to fix the issue. I would definately recommend Mr. Electric, especially Steve, to service all of your electrical needs.
WHERE do I begin? How about Marvin, the tech who arrived a few hours after I had contacted this service, Just Saved My House From Burning Down *due to an unknown arcing electrical outlet in the front room. So, the media room, in the rear of the house, had suddenly and completely lost power, in the morning. That room is the Wi-Fi, U-verse room with computers, TV ....the whole works. The rest of the house retained electricity but no internet ..no fire tv. Marvin arrived first, so any other techs from other electrician providers were cancelled within a reasonable time. Marvin then began methodically sleuthing this somewhat large, historic, home and found the culprit in the extreme other side of the house, *only after having first visiting the basement, crawl space, exterior panel and the panel on the 2nd floor landing. The errant wall plate and attached firing apparatus was found behind a large couch and as the evidence suggests was obviously minutes from igniting. Once it removed and replaced *including wiring,* it demonstrated such charring it was unsettling. After he replaced the wiring and ruined plate Marvin also shared a quick video in which he had showing the arcing in the darkness. Everything again was up and running. The bill was VERY VERY reasonable .I mean wow What a great adventure and not at all bad on the pocketbook!!!! yay ..Call these guys and ask for Marvin! You are lucky to get him, He knows his stuff!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I've been without a stove for 2 and half weeks. Thought the problem was the outlet. Tried to fix the problem ourselves but were unable to. Called all around Greensboro to find someone who could come out within the next week or so and wouldn't cost us an arm. Finally called these guys, they came out in 3 days time and were the best quote I got. I thought I was going to have to buy a new stove, but they fixed it in no time flat and saved me a bunch of money! Plus, they were polite and professional the whole time. Bodie’s Home Electric is hands down the best electrician in the Greensboro area. Marc, the owner, responded very quickly to our request for a quote to install recessed lighting in our home. He explained in detail what would be involved in the project. He quoted two options if we decided to add additional lighting during the installation. Marc gave us an accurate timeline as to when the work would be scheduled. Several days before the project, he communicated with us to ensure we were ready for the electricians to begin the work.On the scheduled day, Austin and Robert arrived on time and couldn’t have been more polite and respectful of our home. They explained exactly how they would install the lighting and began with the work. They were so neat and made minimal cuts into our ceilings. As the project progressed, I decided to go ahead with the additional recessed lighting, and they were happy to accommodate my request. Several hours later, when all of the work was completed, there was not a speck of dirt on the floors where they had been working. They also realigned a ceiling fan in our living room and installed a light/fan in our bedroom. Adding the recessed lighting has provided the much-needed light in our home, and we are grateful for the technical skills of everyone at Bodie’s Home Electric.

Hernandez Carpet cleaning performed a real miracle in cleaning our white carpet that was destroyed by our dogs and cats over several years until it looked like a dark beige rug with horrible darker splotches everywhere. This was our first time using ProTech for our 4 upstairs carpeted bedrooms. Chad called ahead and arrived 40 min. ahead of schedule (with our permission.) He measured, gave estimate, then he and DeMarcus cleaned the exposed areas of our carpet. The rooms smell fresh and look clean so far (they just left and we haven't entered the rooms yet.)

I recently had to replace the flooring in most of my house, and my experience with Trotter Brothers was exceptional. Bayron and Allan took up my old flooring, replaced it and were outstanding in every way: punctual, professional, checking all along to be sure they were doing exactly what I wanted. They worked fast but with attention to every detail. I couldn't have had a better team to do my work!
Today I cleaned my hardwood floor and they are beautiful. But that is not why I writing. Week’s installed my hardwood floors in 2005 18 years ago and they still look brand new. They have never been refinished. All I do every month is a damp mopping with Murphy soap and sweeping.I wish could add a photo just to show off my floors. Bottom line is you get what you paid for, week’s flooring did me very well. Thank you week’s flooring.

Bernie was our salesperson, and spent a few hours going over the procedure and was great in helping us pick our bathroom. Mike Beck was our installer and we could have not asked for anyone better. He not only did a great job on the install itself, but was amazing at communicating all along the way. It took a week to complete including all demo work. He kept his work area clean all week, and when he was finished, you would not have known he had been there, except for our perfect bathroom. We were so happy with the whole process, that we are hoping to use them again when we do our other bathroom, and we told Mike we were going to request him to be our installer.

Rich replaced/painted 3 exterior doors (2 fiberglass and 1 wood) and a storm door, and did a terrific job on all of them. In one case, he removed the existing frame (due to rot) all the way down to the masonry and rebuilt/installed the door as if it was new construction. He meticulously stained the wood front door so that it's now a real showpiece. All of the work was beautifully done, and he (and wife Devan) left the surrounding areas cleaner than they were before their arrival. Rich also repaired some other old-house-type problems (broken step, holes in the roof, etc.) as part of this project: I believe he can do just about everything, and do it well! In the past, he's also done a similarly beautiful kitchen renovation for me, which I really love. Upon arrival, Jeff Souther, and his friendly/knowledgable staff/family, made us feel at ease while conveying/discussing our plans and dreams.
Jeff guided us through the step-by-step process beginning with: choosing our house plan, and then sending us to reputable companies to pick items such as granite, tile/wood flooring, stone, brick, faucets, lights, etc. He helped us stay within our budget; however, choose exactly what we wanted! Jeff always tried to meet any requests you asked while always using level-headed, and sound advice. Using his strategy of cost/plus building, we came out ahead, saving on costs pro- jections.
Once beginning construction of our home, all went like clock- work, and often ahead of schedule! Jeff is extremely organized and is an excellent leader, often working side-by-side his employees! He also has skilled, dependable teams in place, with planned steps/dates for each team to complete needed tasks to be done. We were totally amazed daily how clean the job site was left at the end of the day as work was done.
It was obvious too, that Jeff took great pride in his work, wanting the construction, not just pass inspections, but have qualities that really make it feel like "home"! You would often see him landscaping plants/seeding the yard before sunrise, or watering it on his way home from another job site. William did a fabulous job extending my patio, adding a sidewalk, fixing drainage problems and adding sod in my back yard. My yard was a red muddy mess when it rained and water pooled. It’s a joy going out my backyard and now my puppy can go outside without getting muddy.
Great company and excellent service. ****** is a gem and has assisted me well beyond the scope of a typical landscaper. He is kind, honest, and hard-working. He work is stellar. I call him the yard whisperer. He took my yard from bottom of the barrel to best on the block.

A great place for mulch! A wonderful knowledgeable staff that can help DIY and Professional gardeners pick out what you need. Delivery is reasonable and timely. They are always my first choice for mulch.

We had Kostas and his crew from Landscape Solutions and Designs, do three projects for us. We had additional curb scape lighting in the front of our home. In addition we had two beds trimmed out with stacked stones and had our patio pavers re-sanded. Juan, Evan and the crew did an amazing job. So very courteous and friendly. Theu did a great job with cleaning up and addressed a few things we needed checked immediately! I can say the workman ship was beautiful. Bill’s Tree Service does an excellent job on tree removals and trimming! It means a lot that both Bill and Will are certified arborists, with years of tree knowledge. They have the equipment to make large jobs seem easier, and definitely safer - even in difficult to reach spaces. Employees are polite and respectful of property. Great job on clean ups. Highly recommend Bill’s, and won’t hesitate to call them again for our future tree needs.
We have had a very tall maple carefully removed by Hunt's in the past and they did an excellent job. They took great care not to drop limbs on the plantings below. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentisty was wonderful! It was both my kids’ first time at the dentist and one of mine was very anxious. The staff were all wonderful - patient, kind, gentle and made my boys feel as ease. They took time to explain what they were doing and worked as a team to get us in and out quickly. The waiting areas are so engaging with lots to play and do and the prize “box” was more like a room full of fun toy options and stickers. We are looking forward to our next visit in 6 months!

About 5 years ago I chose Summerfield Family Dentistry for my daughters based on a decision made by my ex-wife & I. My dentist for the past 20 years passed away very unexpectedly last year so I decided to become a patient here as well. Just this afternoon I had to have a cap placed on a cracked molar which was the first major work done on my teeth since 2013 - I was nervous for many reasons! I had developed a huge amount of trust in my last dentist and this practice had not done any work on my teeth other than a cleaning, so I was stressed.
During the time I was in the chair I was very pleased and impressed with many aspects of the labor intensive service they provided me. I did not feel the needle for the numbing agent due to their skill, I never felt the need to gag, I felt no pain (just the odd feeling of drilling near a live nerve) and I was super impressed with the amount of technology used on my teeth to provide this high level of service to place a porcelain cap - x-rays, small camera recording and computer work.
I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism, technology and customer service at a dentist office as I had today. I am proud to say I chose well for my daughters 5 years ago and now I too can benefit from the decision as well.
I was visiting from out of town and had a mishap with my back, Greensboro Chiropractic came recommended from my daughter who is a patient. Dr Hunt listened to my issues and was extremely helpful as I was in alot of pain. I left feeling less pain and was able to stand up straighter than when I walked in. Looking forward to my follow up visit next week.

I really wanted to write a review on this company because it is by far the best Chiropractic Center I have ever visited!! I was hurt in a wreck and the seatbelt did damage to my chest and because I've had lower back issues too this is the place to go for treatment. They have so much improved my back and chest that I can actually have back almost a normal life now. After 1-2 months of treatments to me it has been remarkable, and the staff is so friendly and caring too! Appointments are easily scheduled which is very important.

An absolutely amazing place with outstanding service. Dr. Edgerton and all of the staff are very helpful, kind, and professional. I had a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips, but this office has helped most of the pain go away. Moreover, Dr. Edgerton not only gives chiropractic care, but he also gives suggestions on how to prevent the pain in the first place (such as correcting daily posture, correcting your sleeping posture, informing you that there are supports and tools you can use to prevent and/or mediate the pain, etc.). I feel very cared for here, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. :)

This is a wonderful vet practice. I have been coming here since we moved to the area 8 years ago.So many people have experienced vets that try to nickel and dime you; this practice is not like that. I am very sensitive to my dog's health issues and several times that I have asked for bloodwork or an xray they've recommended not doing it as bloodwork had been done recently or they didn't feel there was a need.We live less than 10 minutes from here so I have referred several neighbors to them. One neighbor had a 16 year old dog in great health. The vet she was seeing recommended palliative care and just wanted to drug her dog up. She started going to Bel Aire and with Dr. Packard's care her dog lived another 2 years not drugged up.Another neighbor just thanked me tonight for referring her to Dr. Haymore (who my dog currently sees and we absolutely love him and Ashley). Her dog had experienced a somewhat serious kidney issue and it seems her dog's kidney values are back to normal with their care.My dog has a sensitive stomach and was experiencing issues despite being on a prescription diet. Haymore took the time to listen to me read off the ingredients on her treats. He immediately zeroed in on an ingredient in one treat and told me to cut that one out. Stomach issues were resolved.This is a really great practice with people who truly care about your animals. I cannot recommend them enough.

This animal hospital is conveniently located, has an inviting atmosphere, and the hours work for my schedule.

Brought my cat in after calling around to many vets even his own and couldn't get an appointment. All the staff was very welcoming and attentive as we were new clients. My cat seemed to have respiratory distress and they provided antibiotics and even new food recommendations for the betterment of my pet. I was given thorough instructions for my cat, Chaz, and information on everything that was done and allowed to help when needed. I appreciate their care and welcoming personality and highly recommend them!!
Lovely staff & great experience from the beginning. We are new to the area & Dr.Coccaro has helped both my old kitties with issues that their previous vets did not resolve. One with chronic ear infections that turned out to be fungal not bacterial as was previously treated. And my IBD Kitty is on steroids now & has resumed normal eating & seems happier. I am so great-full!!

Our Aussie had her first ever spa day!!! Amazing experience with Grooming By Heather Greensboro and I would highly recommend her! We’ve taken our Yorkie for a couple of years and have always been happy but we were nervous about how Luna would react. Heather was great at reading our girl and accommodating her needs! And she looks fabulous!
Downtown Hownds is a small in-door doggie daycare with grooming and boarding services. I have a medium sized dog, and though her poor socialization skills ultimately resulted in her not being able to attend, the staff was wonderful and offered candid feedback that was much appreciated. I would say this is an ideal spot for small to medium sized dogs who enjoy playing with other dogs. It's a bit tucked in at Chruch Ct, but worth it to check it out for your dog.
First time customer with our 2 dogs. Very impressed with their communication, intake processes and staff. One of our dogs is a little timid and they took amazing care of him and both dogs were groomed very well.
