We were told by an other HVAC company that our system was the worst they’ve ever seen and we needed a whole new system. We were also told that the job is too big for them to do. Called Foreman based on a family recommendation, and they came out and got us all squared away the next day. They are expensive, $120 just for drive and diagnosis, but their expertise meant we were paying $1k go fix what we have instead of $15k for a new system that we didn’t really need. That did not try and sell us on a new system or anything like that, just fixed what we had to give some more life to the existing equipment.
Nick installed my new AC system the next day whenever other companies had a minimum of 2 weeks wait, and he did it for half the price of the others as well. Very professional and prompt. Thank you, Nick

Even the smallest problem (like me not being able to figure out the smart thermostat) was handled professionally and promptly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The Hillbilly's house's 2 ton heat pump started needing assistance 3 years ago. But, under advisement from Jeff, we just repaired it and waited to replace it until the new freon standard came out this year.
Our new unit is wonderful! It is much more efficient and is doing a better job cooling my upstairs than the older one by far. I'll have to watch my electric usage for a year or so, but I'm willing to bet this new unit is going to save me a LOT of money in the future.
Look, HVAC repair or replacement is never going to be fun. But, if you do need someone you can trust, it's Penrod Heating & Air. They are a locally family-owned business that has been in business for over 60 years and have exactly ONE review that is not 5 stars. Eric was able to get out to our house quickly and worked fast. He worked with me to keep the job within our budget constraints which was greatly appreciated. The work was done well. About two weeks after the plumbing was done, a problem in measurements with our vanity was discovered. I reached out to Eric and he showed up that same day and went far above and beyond to correct it. Would absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Both for the work, and the honesty in owning and fixing a minor mistake. Five stars deserved.

My first visit to David Wenzel Salon was a spur of the minute decision after not having a professional haircut or color for over 2 years. I was so happy with the visit I scheduled my next appointment 8 weeks later. At my second visit, we did a color refresh and discussed color goals. My stylist Holly made the perfect plan, and I’m excited to see the results!
The salon itself looks so trendy. All the products smell fantastic and leave your hair looking and feeling amazing. The wash area is sooooo relaxing. I genuinely look forward to that part. All the employees are so kind. And did I mention there’s snacks in the dryer/heater area?!
My name is Ashley and Michelle was so hospitable and when it comes to perms she knows what she is doing I got a spiral perm and my hair turned out so good I am thoroughly happy with the result and she's super nice and fun always laughing she has such a great personality and if anyone thinks the price is expensive I'm telling you to get it done right is a lot of work for the stylist and the end result is well worth the price because the perm lasts so really in the end it's worth the money you pay I paid $210 and she did a clarifying wash and wrapped it properly used the right amount of product and trimmed my ends sooooo worth the money !!!! I can’t recommend Mandi enough! I have been battling toenail fungus for years after dropping a sofa on my toe and have even seen a podiatrist and taken medication for it with no improvement. When I heard about Mandi I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try and I’m so happy I did! I had my first appointment with her in September and she knew exactly what to do and I was shocked by how quickly I saw improvement. The difference in these photos is just 4 months! She’s also treated some annoying/painful corns I have on the bottoms of my feet (again the podiatrist had no real solution) and those are much better too!! Absolutely amazing!!

Hands down the best tanning company in town. They don’t force memberships down your throat or try to upsell you at every turn. The girl that’s been working the evenings at this location has been super helpful. She has been helping me pick out different lotion packs and double checking that stuff is tree nut free for me! Please give this place a chance if you’re tired of being hassled when you just want to tan!

Best tanning salon, hands down. Others aren't even close in quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Carmen manages this location with kindness, professionalism, and expertise. I've observed her train and treat her employees very well, so that they can give advice on all things tanning. I visited three other salons in the area before this one and none compare. My two priorities in a salon are cleanliness and comfortability, and this one knocks it out of the park on both counts. This place is CLEAN! Carmen goes over and above to keep it that way, which is rare nowadays, when it seems so many just give the bare minimum to their jobs. And I've never felt uncomfortable...it's my little place of solace in fact, where I get a few minutes to relax and recharge. I wish all businesses were operated with such excellence. As a bonus, they run deals often to make the experience more affordable.

I absolutely adore these two sisters, Wynn and Hang. (Probably not spelling their names correctly😳). I’ve had mani/pedis and waxing done there for years, and have never been disappointed with the services they provide and their prices are good! For holidays they will put a design on your nails or one nail: heart. Flag, Christmas tree, whatever you dream up they’ll do! They work so hard 6/7 days a week, and if you walk in or call on the spur of the moment they do their best to work you in! They’re the BEST!!

Great customer service. I was trying to coordinate a surprise pedicure for my wife when she got off work one day as an anniversary gift. The person on the phone was so helpful and eager to help. Once we pulled off the surprise, my wife ended up coming home with the prettiest toes and pampered feet. For pedicure with gel, French (tip? I think?), and (highlights? or something?) it was $60 before tip! I don’t know pedis and prices, but I felt like it was a good deal because she basically got everything available for that price! The girl on the phone also even let me pay over the phone so that my wife could just go in and go out! Thank you all

JoHanna is amazing! I have always been very insecure about my eyebrows, and I didn't really know what to do with them. She walked me through the whole process and really helped me figure out what I wanted. She spent so much time mapping out my eyebrows and making sure I was happy with them before doing anything. My results are night and day and I love my eyebrows, and they've become one of my favorite things about my appearance. I get so many compliments on them now! JoHanna knows what she is doing and you can tell she has a lot of experience and expertise. I highly recommend the nanoblading with her, it's one of the best things I've done for myself in awhile.

I booked her for 2 braids with boho hair because I saw an opening and was really in need of a new hairstyle. I showed up at the time I was scheduled. She said I'm so sorry I don't have any openings today Can I do it tomorrow. I explained to her I'll be at work she said ok. I'll call you in a few hours when I'm done with this head. I wasn't even supposed to be working today. I came in specifically for a regular client of mine. She was very kind about the entire situation. Very professional. She delivered exactly what I wanted. She took her time and was very neat with the style although she was tired. Guess what she just gained a new regular client. I love my hair and got so many compliments. She know what she doing. I found Beloved by accident on the internet....and I'm SO GLAD I did! Kelsey was wonderful to work with. I needed makeup for a photoshoot and wanted something pretty yet very natural looking. She knew exactly what to do. The result was lovely! I felt so pretty.....and the pictures from the photo shoot look lovely! Kelsey was easy going, easy to talk to, and really knew what she was doing. She was also very flexible because we had to cancel the first appointment because of a big snow storm. I will definitely use her again for any special occasion....she is worth every penny!

I’ve been working with a Palmer to cover a couple of old tattoos as well design/ layout new work for my arms. She’s been extremely helpful with providing guidance on what old work may need lasered before going over them. Not to mention she’s the least pushy artists I’ve ever worked with and very very comforting (Not creepy at all). I highly recommend her!!

I have been tattooed multiple times by Steve Coble here at Hearts of Fire and he lays down the baddest American Traditional and Japanese Traditional style tattoos around. Steve takes his time to properly layout his designs and perfects the designs he tattoos as opposed to just slamming some stuff on your body without much thought.The shop is very clean and all of the guys in the shop are friendly and excel in styles all their own. The owner, Ethen is a stand-up guy and very friendly to boot. Come check this shop out for all of your tattoos.

About two weeks after the plumbing was done, a problem in measurements with our vanity was discovered. I reached out to Eric and he showed up that same day and went far above and beyond to correct it. Would absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Both for the work, and the honesty in owning and fixing a minor mistake. Five stars deserved.

Rick came out to my house, I explained the issue and what I had done to diagnose it (as a non-electrician home-owner), and he knew exactly what to do. I have used Actually Clean for at least 15 years for my 30 + rental units and they do excellent work. I have also used them at my own personal residence, including carpet and upholstery. With rentals, you never know what tenants spill on the carpets, and usually there are many stains, but over 15 years, I've only had one unit (out of hundreds) where they couldn't get a spot removed! I have saved having to replace carpet in many a unit when the most filthy and stained carpet came out looking like new! Actually Clean is so easy to work with. This plan was a total 80's flashback to when malls were in full form. It was busy, and all of the spaces were occupied with the exception of the old Sears anchor, which looks like they will have a new tenant shortly. It was clean inside, the AC was awesome and there were lots of people going through the shops. I swear it was like the 80's made a return. It's nice to see an actual working mall.

Some of the jobs I’ve had him work on are: realigned doors with doorways, changing A/C filters, built a kiddos gaming desk and change out chandelier lights in my stairwell with vaulted ceilings. He is not afraid of heights. The biggest project was building and tearing down a metal loft bed. He organized all of the loft bed pieces in a nice and neat display after tear down.
He’s very insightful and has great suggestions for home repairs. He’s very respectful of my home. I trust him in my home while I’m working in another room. He’s easy to communicate with and eager to do a great job at a fantastic price. I always like to have a list of 4 or 5 things for him to do when I call.

I hired this company to fix water drainage issues on my property. Mark Cunningham assessed my situation, and assured me he could solve the problem. Mark's crew arrived at my home on the agreed upon date, and two days later, they had finished the job. They regraded my property in the necessary areas to stop water intrusion into my crawlspace. They installed a drainage system across my backyard and buried all of my downspouts. The drainage system and downspouts were ultimately tied together and channeled to a more desirable drainage area on my property. I couldn't be more pleased with Mark, the crew, and the final product. We had 417 Tree Service come out and take care of four huge trees in our front and back yard. I felt bad for them because it's 0 degrees outside, but they did a great job. They arrived with all their trucks and removed the trees in less than 5 hours. Thank God they helped us because everyone else was asking for five mortgage payments to remove them. Highly recommended if you need any tree removal or tree servicing in the Springfield area

Great experience from start to finish. I received a fair bid, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I was told upfront that, due to the volume of storm-damaged trees, it could be about three months before they could take on my job—but they ended up calling to schedule a full month earlier.
John (the owner arrived) with his team exactly when promised, and he was the one climbing and cutting the limbs, which is always reassuring. They took down one tree, trimmed three others, and cleaned everything up beautifully. Polite, professional, and reliable.

Because of circumstances beyond my control I had to miss my appointment scheduled at the end of last year. When I rescheduled I had to go to the end of May—making it over a year between my appointments. My hygienist was very patient and worked hard to get my teeth clean again. Dr Moore is always friendly and thorough when he checks your mouth. If there was a negative it was their water. It smells like chemicals and tastes awful. I was told that was caused by sterilization tablets they add to the water each morning. If they are paying CU for safe drinking water and still have to use those awful tablets then there is something wrong with this picture.
Both Dr.Durbin and Dr. Thress are amazing! They are gentle and masters of their craft! The staff seems to genuinely enjoy what they do! Everyone in the office makes you feel at ease. I drive 94 miles one way because they're better than ALL the rest!

The hygienist gave me my numbing shot, and I honestly didn't feel it at all! I was so nervous beforehand, but they made the entire process completely painless and stress-free.
They also reshaped my teeth, and I am beyond happy with the results. My smile looks so much better, and I have a level of confidence I haven't had in a long time. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

My family and I are originally from Arkansas, so this was my first time here, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. They have a great facility, top notch equipment, and a phenomenal staff that not only cares about your smile, but you as a person as well. Jessica first called me back to take all of the initial images, and to be honest, I was not feeling myself. My husband was in the hospital following a scary incident, and although he was stable, I was still worried and stressed. She could tell, and asked me how I really was doing, and when I told her, she asked if she could pray with me. My family needed that so much, and it certainly helped my heart. Additionally, Jess the hygienist came in and was extremely kind and actually went ahead and worked me in for a cleaning given the circumstances so I wouldn’t have to come back. And don’t even get me started on how kind, compassionate, professional, and thorough Dr. Bridwell was during her exam. I know I only go to the dentist once a year, but I hope when I go back I get this same team, because they not only treated my smile, but my heart as well. I cannot recommend Dove Dental enough 💜💚

This is the best, most professional, caring dental clinic I have ever found, and that is true on every level. I heard about them from a friend of mine and I was having severe pain and trouble from dental work that was done by my former dentist. I called and made an appointment. Later I called and told the person at the front desk, Natalie, about the severity of pain I had been suffering for about six months and asked if she could call me they had a cancellation. Natalie contacted me 2-3 times about openings that were sooner. I was touched that she remembered me. When I came in for my appointment, Laura, saw me and did all the right things so Dr. Salar could evaluate what the problem was and prepare a care plan. And Dr. Salar did exactly that. He assessed the situation and gave me two or three options and what their cost would be so I could make an informed decision. I am now in the midst of getting the problem fixed. I just want to say that if you are looking for a dental clinic to trust with your care, pick this one. You won’t be sorry.

Having received chiropractic care for over 40 years I have never worked with someone as thorough, effective, and gentle in her adjustments as Dr. Nicole. Our children adore her and they are thriving under her care. Pre-teens with dental devices (expanders, braces, etc) would do well to see her routinely. Her practice extends far beyond adjustments-my hormones are better balanced after her CSA assessment, I'm able to remain active in a sport I love, and my overall health is thriving. Can't recommend enough!

I have seen her for significant TMJ issues, rib problems, SI joint and pelvis issues. Every visit, over the past several years, has always resulted in pain reduction. I have found my chiropracter for life and am thankful for Dr. Christina and all the staff at her office!

I have been comming to Dr. Neptune for over 15 years the most professional and knowledgeable chiroprator I have ever had. I have always been impressed, but when we continued going through my wifes pregnancy I really realized how amazing the benefits are by such a knowledgeable and caring team. The staff are friendly and treat you like family getting to know each person and truly desire to help get you healthy and healing the way God designed the body to do. They never push things too far and are willing to take their time to work your body back to its natural state. Dr. Fitzgerald is really good also I have been to him a few times over the years when Dr. Neptune was available. This is the chiropractoric center to trust and visit if you need a place that you care and plan to revisit.

I cannot say enough about Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. The amount of care and compassion they gave to our sweet Marlee Sue was above and beyond what I could have imagined. We had to lay our sweet girl to rest due to aggressive bone cancer. Dr Annie & Mike were such a comfort to us during this difficult time. Two very amazing & professional humans! They explained every step to us and helped us through the process. They even made a sweet paw print for us with her name as well as a card in the mail with everyone's signature from Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. They are top notch. Got there the night before. Enough room for maybe 2 trucks to park out of the way. Had an 8am appointment,checked in at 7:55. And I rolled out empty before 9am. They said 1 bag of dog food had opened but there was nothing in my trailer when I pulled away. Trailer was clean. The employees I dealt with were very good.
The BEST vet i have ever had. Not only is he thorough, but he educates me. My cat loves him and the office ladies are really pleasant. As a trucker, i am given the convenience of last minite appointments and easy lab work. Love this doctor!

I came in to get my parakeet, Dino, examined and they got me scheduled so quickly and even made room for him as well. Dr. Z was so thorough and knowledgeable with Dino and did all she could for him! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to see him. She was so kind and was truly a light in a hard situation. The other staff and veterinarians are also extremely kind and compassionate. I received his medicine in the cutest hand drawn baggie that I'm going to keep forever! They also sent a flower basket with a very sweet note and I definitely didn't sob.. lol! They truly care about their patients and customers. I can't recommend them enough. <3
I’ve been taking all of my dogs here for the last 20 years. I just called in for nail trims for my two small dogs Gizmo & Gadget and Janet said to bring them right over before she leaves. All done in less than 5 minutes. She and her girls take excellent care of my dogs. I highly recommend this establishment.
I have an Aussie that doesn’t like other people and can be dramatic and they always take great care of him! He is always happy to go to Grooming by Tanya and comes back just as happy! He always comes out looking great and smelling good!

I've known Stepheny since high school but have been taking my toy poodle, Tippy to her for the past 9 years! She recently started grooming our newest Schnauzer, Sugar for the past year and she's EXCELLENT with both dogs! She is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. Stepheny is always friendly and I appreciate her patience with my senior dogs. She's very knowledgeable about her profession and I have full trust in her when I drop off my furbabies. Ashley and her husband run an excellent business and I’m grateful that I get to take my dog to them! Ashley showed great care with our goldendoodle and trimmed her up perfectly. Honestly, it was beautiful to watch them both show so much care for every single dog while I was there, each with their own intricacies! We’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to see their work again in eight weeks!

I've had a very positive experience here. There is everything from walk in classes to personal sessions and other services like massage. I have benefited from the Pilates Reformer classes as well as from Reformer sessions with personal trainers. Benefits for me include increased muscle strength, pain relief, improved balance and an improved sense of well-being. The staff is very professional and helpful and the other clients are friendly and welcoming.

I have struggled with dizziness for years. Multiple Dr and Specialist telling me there was nothing they could find and nothing they could do but give me medication which I refuse to take. One visit to Angela for a clinical massage has helped so much I was in shock walking out and not feeling the world spinning. Lily was incredible! I got a massage and a facial. She took her time on both, was very attentive to my requests and needs, and explained everything carefully so that I felt very comfortable. Her space is inviting and relaxing. I felt like the experience was personalized for my skin and I would definitely recommend her for both massage and esthetician services. There was no rushing, no high-pressure product sales, just genuine care and talent.
Joanna is AMAZING! I have been all over the country and experienced wonderful massages but Joanna is the best. She listens, finds your areas of concern and applies a great deal of knowledge and skillful technique to your specific treatment. I have to go on a day where I have nothing else to do because I'm worthless afterward then feel amazing with lots of water and rest. Can hardly wait for my next appointment! He can deliver a deep tissue massage that makes you rethink past massage appointments elsewhere. He can look at you and tell what is causing your ailments. Hes like the muscle & tendon whisperer, but he does a great job and he tells you what you’re doing wrong with kindness & concern. Im already looking forward to my next visit.
