Dr. Mick’s skill and expertise is unmatched (especially in the Huntsville area). He is attentive and thorough with an extensive education. I have never left without my issues remedied after a couple or even one session (depending on severity of problem). I sleep better knowing if I have an ailment he is there. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I mentioned some concerns on my initial visit and every one was heard and addressed. (I had loved my former PHP, but everything had to be done online, she had limited availability, and her staff was intolerable.)

These guys came out and cut our concrete slab patio. They returned to finish removing the cut pieces and we're very polite, understanding why it needed to go, and we appreciate the work they did.

Discovery Medical Team has been nothing short of a blessing to me and my family. I care for an elderly gentleman while also working two jobs, all while raising one child in high school and another in nursing school. During this busy season of life, my children have also helped assist Mr. G to and from his appointments, and Discovery Medical Team has always worked with us to make scheduling as easy and accommodating as possible.
They were always willing to work around our schedule, whether that meant early morning or late afternoon appointments. Dr. Owings is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is truly remarkable. The level of care and compassion she provides to her patients is exceptional.

Fantastic Chair Massage! The 20 minute massage is so much more relaxing than you would think. It is more of a deep tissue massage, but great. The people there are so nice. They do not speak much English, so please be kind.

Our experience has been amazing. The owner is by appointment but we’ve been walk ins and William has been absolutely fantastic. Was recommended by a friend to come to Moe and was extremely impressed by the results. Moe delivered an excellent service from the atmosphere to the actual cut. It was a very refreshing and different experience from any other barber I’ve ever been to. You can definitely tell he cares a lot about his craft so overall incredible experience if I could give more stars I would.

We found Shakira at Metropolitan Nail Salon by referral from a podiatrist. My senior mother was having extreme difficulty with ingrown toenails, and she wanted to avoid any nail removal. We were and are extremely happy with services provided. The ingrown nails were cut pain free. The procedure was fully explained and footcare was discussed. We have been returning on a regular basis for maintenance so that the problem will not recur. Shakira is very patient and caring and performs quality care. I have recommended this salon and nail specialist to family and friends.

Kim and staff are beyond professional and excellent at what they do, the bad review a week ago by some entitled person is wayoff based. You can't expect them to drop everything for you when you don't have an appointment, several of the regular customers were upset with this low class behavior and complaining like the rude keyboard warriors that they are and that goes for her key board warrior daughter! This place has a huge repeat business so I hope you go elsewhere if you want to be hateful and rude. We love this place and all my staff and family go there. I am sure they won't miss your business because their long term clientele is very loyal and have better manners. I hate keyboard warriors that love to give bad reviews, but sis it doesn't work at this place. Move on.

I found Alexis (aka Jewelle) through TikTok and decided to give her a try. From the start, she was super friendly and responsive over text. She answered my questions quickly and made sure I understood how to book exactly what I needed. When I couldn’t find the right add-on option online, she immediately found a workaround and made it easy.
On the day of my appointment, I actually showed up 30 minutes early by accident and she still managed to accommodate me without hesitation. The service was quick, thorough, and professional, and she made the whole experience comfortable.

As a returning customer this is by far a the best place to get a facial. Julia is very knowledgeable and doesn’t push products on you either. Awhile back I had a few spots on my face that had eczema on it and I was down for a chemical peel and Julia was like no way can we do one until I get cleared from my dermatologist. I appreciated her for that and for being concerned. Julia is very sweet and you will just love her !!!

If you’re looking to get a tattoo you absolutely need to book with April Davis. She is absolutely amazing. I’ve been wanting this tattoo for quite a while and needed someone that knew what they were doing. My friend recommended April to me. I booked her and quickly got a response she was extremely nice and was able to schedule me and then quickly let me know when she had a cancellation so that I could come in earlier than planned which really helped out with healing process and work. We sat for a bit and talked about how exactly I wanted the tattoo positioned and she was listening to every detail. Aprils main priority was making sure that I was heard and satisfied. She did not get annoyed when I voiced any concerns or when I mentioned things I wanted specifically about a certain area of the tattoo and she kept everything I said in mind. She made sure to go over the healing process and recommend different lotion and soap brands with me as well as keeping up with me even after the tattoo was done. It was absolutely an all around amazing experience I wouldn’t have changed a single thing and I absolutely will be back. I highly recommend going to Arcadia and booking with April she is THE BEST!

Excellent service, front office coordinated schedule and kept me posted online with status of my job, the tech arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a professional job of replacing water heater, the temperature outside was very hot but he stuck with it, we made sure he had water to drink as the garage was like an oven. He cleaned up everything afterwards and left the area spotless. Overall, very pleased with the quality of service. We have used Scott Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed.

I’ve worked with many contractors as a homeowner, but Mr. Clarson was by far the best. His pricing was very reasonable, and unlike other companies that insisted on replacing the entire panel, he clearly explained exactly what was wrong.
He brought the necessary parts the very next day and fixed everything right away. He also coordinated with county inspection and Huntsville Utilities to meter reinstalled—all within just a few hours.
He also kept me updated throughout the process with many calls, and what impressed me most was his professionalism—working from morning until evening and taking full responsibility to get the job done right! If I need an electrician again, I will 100% use Mr. Clarkson.

We found Anchor Electric on line after excusing another well known electrical company for excessive cost estimate & complicated unnecessary contracts. Anchor responded immediately & came the next morning right on time. Derick, their technician, assessed the job,, provided a reasonable quote & went to work immediately. He finished each task expeditiously & with excellent quality & was finished within a few hours. He even allowed us to alter one task & performed it in short order. The service is good. Just it felt sort of rushed since they were called by my home warranty and didn't want to stay and provide support to the HSV utilities. I don't know but i guess they did the job called to do. Honestly I don't think I would call them for any work I do at my house. I was thinking of asking them to check out some power outlets on the back of my house but since the concern was to be done by 12 I didn't bother. I'll find another company to provide service. I only paid copayment since my home warranty covered the other cost.
ACW is very knowledgeable, and fair. They're our preferred electrician. They came out quickly and resolved our issue as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
Brandon Brooks is a truly knowledgeable and honest person. He took the time to explain my situation and verified that our panel is not overloaded by doing a complete load test. Had Mr. Harris come out to solve some issues that were found on a home inspection. He came out the next morning as scheduled. He was a few minutes later then scheduled but did give me a courtesy call that he was running a bit behind so it was by no means a problem. Was able to correct the issues with no hesitation. Full disclosure: I have not used their electrical service. However, in my notifications this morning I was asked to review this business, so I'm happy to give what insight I can. I have known Barry and Myra Landman for over ten years. If there is a more honest, integrity filled, loving, generous, caring couple on this planet...I have not met them. I can't imagine that these characteristics do not cross over to their business, So I have no problem whatsoever giving them a five-star review and highly recommending their business.

Fastest repair ever! Carl’s expertise is obvious. He fixed my dryer in about 10 minutes, and he let me know that I might smell the smell of WD-40. If I did, that was expected, and it couldn’t get on my clothes. Not everyone would think to ease my mind like that, and I appreciate it.

To put a timeline on it. I've been by here twice in the past 4 years (2022-2026) to get a 2 car key made with the fobs for my car. I have also had one door key made. Coustmer service was nice and the price was competitive.
I locked my valuables in my safe and Brooks lock and key was super fast at reuniting me with them. They were professional and with their expert help I was able to get my passport and other extremely important documents back quicker than other locksmiths that I've used in the past. Wonderful experience! Shane and his group did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure the floors were perfect, even to offer to help me move the furniture back into the house! He found black mold under my original floors and went to the trouble of spraying and using a fan to dry it. I was contacted consistently with an update of the progress. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I could not recommend them enough!!!
Precision Crawlspace and Renovation came in with a complete system designed to remedy our soggy and moldy crawl space. It wasn't guesswork. They stuck the landing the first time. With the encapsulation, new crawl space door, French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier and replacement of our 40 year old central air duct work, the air in our home feels a lot better. While the old duct work was being pulled out and replaced, Sawyer Williams installed two AC window units so we never broke a sweat. It is a load off of the mind not having to worry about what's going on underneath the floor! Because PCR installed a switch and lighting, I can pop open the crawl space door and have a look whenever I want. Since I am no expert, I'll be taking advantage of PCR's yearly inspections to make sure everything keeps working as expected. I found PCR pricing to be comparable to other companies, but have to say that the equipment used, value, customer service and attention to detail is over the top. Thank you PCR!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and thorough contractor who will actually show up and make sure the job is done right look no further than Clark and Crosstek. We had both our driveway and back deck demolished and rebuilt along with some smaller repair jobs on our home and Clark handled everything down to the smallest detail. Both the driveway and deck look great. Clark answered all of our questions and addressed every concern we had throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond and he made 100% sure everything was done right. We could not possibly recommend him any higher. This is the second time he has done work for us and it won't be the last.

After we added gutters to our porch, part of our backyard was being washed away. Yellow Jacket Landscaping added drains and built up low sections and added new sod. The Yellow Jacket team were great. They were professional, on time and hard-working. They went out of their way to address our needs. We highly recommend this company!
We used Yellow Jacket Landscaping (January 2026) again to tear down our old chain link fence and put a new aluminum fence around our swimming pool. (see pictures below). Once again, Yellow Jacket performed above our expectations, working even in freezing temperatures. These folks are extremely hard working. We will be using them again for new sod this coming Spring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
4/17/26: After our pool fence was completed, Yellow Jacket came back when the weather was warmer and laid sod for us and installed a walkway with pavers. As usual, they worked so hard and did a great job! They even planted a bush for me (which wasn't in the original agreement). This is an awesome company and they are so considerate of their customers. I took my 2yr old son for his first dentist appointment and they were so friendly, patient and extremely informative for each step and any question I had they answered it with a great attitude. If you’ve been told by another chiropractor/doctor that you’re headed towards surgery after months of pain and adjustments and therapy with no relief at all go see Dr. Porter. You cannot argue with definite results and relief that has let me enjoy my life again. My wife who was terrified of getting adjusted even trusts Dr. Porter and goes with me weekly for adjustments. I have been seeing Dr. Porter twice a week since March and I am pain free with no reason for surgery or other interventions at all. Not only am I pain free, but my vertigo, acid reflux, tinnitus, anxiety and sleep apnea have all either gone away or significantly improved and I’m only 3 months into my journey of regulating my nervous system. If I could give 10 stars I would. All thanks to Functional Chiropractic and God for sending me their way.

Better than I expected. This is our first pet experience, so I was a bit nervous about being overcharged or taken advantage of because pur lack of knowledge. But we were pleasantly surprised by first how the office didn't smell like dog, and by how accommodating they were to our newness and the children. The tech was great, and I like how they take the dog into another area to perform the care. We appreciated all of the advice and care that the Vet gave us, and it was an experience that solidified where we would go for his care. Very reasonable and competitive prices for puppy care, which was good but it was the other stuff that made it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I just switched to South Huntsville Veterinary Hospital because they have always been a great supporter of our school (Mountain Gap) participating in our Career and STEAM Fair. Last week I took my 4 cats, and this past Tuesday, I took my dog for their annual checkup and shots. My dog is always a challenge having to start anxiety medicine the night before and the morning of so that she is not as aggressive towards the vet. On top of that I need to put on two muzzles (soft and hard). We saw Dr. Hertha and when he first came in my dog barked agressively at him, but Dr. Hertha took his time, sat down and my dog even came up to him to be petted. In the end Dr. Hertha is the first vet ever that has been able to examine her ears and eyes! I was even amazed that they were able to give her medicine through the mouth. I called him the dog whisperer. I am so glad we switched. Also, with both my cats and dogs, I received a call the next day checking to see how they were doing after the appointment which I thought was very nice. I highly recommend South Huntsville Veterinary Hospital.

Bentley has been our veterinarian for the past five years. Dr. Hulsey and his staff are incredible. Twice they have saved my dog's life by being intentional and deliver it with treatment. Dr. Hulsey's instincts are unmatched. The entire staff is warm and friendly and genuinely cares about my pets and their health. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a new veterinarian.
This was Punkin’s first boarding experience since I rescued him. Everyone was so helpful over the phone and at the desk and the ladies that took me back to see him in his “cabin” to put me at ease with his space. I consider myself and Punkin very fortunate to have such a top rate new facility available. We look forward to have a daycare try in the near future!

My family recently had an emergency with our family dog, Muffin, getting into some dark chocolate. The staff was calm and quick to get her in for treatment, while also explaining everything to my dad, as I wasn't able to be there with him. Communication was amazing and we really do appreciate everything y'all did!

Just needed a quick nail trim and paw pad shaving and Alisha was very helpful and sweet. I was super happy about the pricing (It was $10) since I typically pay double the price at most dog grooming places. Definitely recommend this place!
I couldn't give a better review. 5 out of 5. I bring my kitty Ellie to get her claws trimmed. often I have difficulty getting her into her carrier. I call them once she's in and every time they have fit her into their schedule with minimal stress to my kitty and me. can't say enough about how much I appreciate them.
I rely heavily on reviews when choosing local businesses to use! So I had to leave a review about my experience with Zen Dog Grooming! From their quick and kind communication to the ease of dropping off/picking up my pup to the beautiful grooming they did, it was a fantastic experience. They even send a grooming report before you pick them up. I am so impressed! And the cost is beyond reasonable!

I moved to Huntsville in January and was super nervous about finding somewhere for my senior dog to get his nails trimmed. I made an appointment at Kayes Yappy Hour because of all the great reviews on social media and I’m so glad I did. Every time we have gone they have been so good with him even when he’s super nervous and gives them a hard time lol. I am so thankful for their patience with him and for the excellent service. Could not recommend them more!

Seeing Nadine for SHAPE is a wild experience, but in a good way. I think everyone needs to try one session so they can have a better understanding of the benefits its unique approach provides to ensure your body is aligned physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's a complex process, but Nadine is skillful and the biggest thing for me was she jumped right into wanting to correct as many of the issues and symptoms as she could for me during just the first session. I think this weas the best step forward for me to have long-term relief without pharmaceutical interferences.

I used the vibroacoustic therapy to help with stress and grief. After just one session I went through the entire week more balanced emotionally. No random crying spells or deep painful grief episodes. What a blessing it was to feel whole and normal again.
Best massage therapist in the Huntsville area! I’ve been to many over 20 years and Amanda is fabulous. She asks you how hard to press on your muscles, asks if you’re having problems in any specific area at every visit, asks what type of music or ambient noise (or none) to help you relax, her massage room is clean, cozy, and inviting. She doesn’t talk to you the entire time if you just want a mental break as well as physical rejuvenation. She is knowledgeable about muscles, ligaments, bones, and pressure points. She has different methods available to release tension on tight or stiff muscles, and can help in pain management. Do not let your mind creep you out about Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage!! It is wonderful!! And you can’t even tell if it is her hands or her feet. But by using her feet she can manipulate muscles in a larger area as well as not having her hands get tired if you are getting a deep tissue 60-90 minute massage. It truly is amazing! Extra points for being a North Alabama native girl! I found her by getting a gift certificate for Christmas a few years ago. I’ll be a client from now on!

Dr. Mick’s skill and expertise is unmatched (especially in the Huntsville area). He is attentive and thorough with an extensive education. I have never left without my issues remedied after a couple or even one session (depending on severity of problem). I sleep better knowing if I have an ailment he is there.
