Was driving through Sioux Falls on the way to Rapid city from Wisconsin, my son and I needed a cut somewhere on the way. Called these guys when we were 15 minutes away, they told me to come in and they’d get us done and they did that and more. My daughters were able to be kids in their business with no worries. I have been going to RobinsonExotics for about 2 years now. I met Trizzy for the first time when I wanted to level up my haircuts. Growing up I only had two other people cut my hair in my life. Trizzy showed me what a real cut was. He is incredibly personable and easy to talk too. I have also in the two years grown out a beard. Which he takes immaculate care off. As a college student from out of town there is no one I’d rather have cut my hair than Trizzy at Robinson Exotics.

Jerry’s is a great place to get your haircut. He’s been cutting for 50 years. I appreciated the time he takes in doing a thorough job. It feels like you are stepping in a Time Machine back when you walk in the door. Today was my first time. He’s a friendly guy and treats you right. Be sure you have cash as that’s how he accepts payment. $20 for a cut. He even goes the extra mile making sure you’re not left with hair on your neck and shirt at the end. He shaves at the end and cleans up real nice! I will definitely be back!! I would strongly recommend him.

Know why you're speaking to a customer and most importantly; How to better Talk/Speak to people. With customers? There's no excuse. Slow down, and Much Better; explain the issue to the Disabled customer. This person, just needed to provide the time to explain. Never, write down and leave a phone number from Corporate. Some Disabled people, can't use a phone. I might be only one in a million. But, as a customer being treated badly once; is One Too Many. It's a Lesson. I'm sure that there will be Training provided; not counseling or punishment. A lesson learned, is all that's already been done. All can now; move on Effectively. I Love All Of Year Round Brown ?

I absolutely love this location! Such a clean and inviting atmosphere and I love seeing the stylists with their dogs in their rooms ? when I was in a pinch and had to travel with my German shepherd (I drive 1hr and 45 min) to come get my hair done I was able to bring my baby with me without any worries. It helped me tremendously and I love seeing Indi the other times I come alone, always puts a smile on my face! ?

Toni is amazing!! Before I moved to Sioux Falls, my hair was damaged and dull. I went from hair stylist to hair stylist because I was never impressed with their work. Then, when I moved to Sioux Falls, a coworker suggested Toni at Etch. I can honestly say that if I ever leave S.D., I will come back to get my hair done by Toni. I've received non-stop compliments the last 2 times she colored/toned my hair. (Before that we were just doing cuts/highlights.) I've never disliked anything she's done to my hair, which is big coming from a girl who usually leaves hair salons a little traumatized. She brought my hair back from the dead and made it beautiful again.

I’ve always hated going to get my nails done. I hated the whole experience in general because of how awkward it was and how rough nail techs had been on my nails in the past. I’ve had a really bad skin picking issue since I was really young and I’ve always felt ashamed to go into a salon because of how embarrassed I was to show people my fingers. That being said, I’ve never felt comfortable getting my nails done even though having nails on was the only way I could stop picking at my fingers. Salons in the past made me feel ashamed and were super aggressive with my nails. I’ve been going to TLC since March and I can’t stop myself from coming back. I am by no means a person who regularly gets their nails done or “pampers” themselves, but since I found these lovely ladies I can’t help myself but get my nails done every two weeks. I have had incredible experiences with Chen, Julie, and Jade. These are some of my favorite nails I’ve gotten done for my engagement. I’ve always been treated like a long time friend whenever I enter the salon and they treat everyone with respect and hospitality. I’ve never had a bad experience and I couldn’t imagine ever having one. Thank you ladies for giving me a different perspective of getting my nails done. This will always be my go to nail salon.?

A bit frustrated that mind body allowed me to book on Easter Sunday when they were closed and when I called to get my session back there was no apology or offer to “make this right”. The gal on the phone just said “yes you still have your session. Also wish the benches were longer so they were easier to lay on.
Otherwise , I’m very much enjoying the privacy of the sauna rooms.

Chantelle was so kind and laid back, and was brutally honest in her thoughts regarding our placement ideas- which I love. She warned us about fading potentials, whether ink would take in different spots of our bodies, and what areas she thought looked best. We had such a fun time having girl chats during our sessions. Chantelle is building her portfolio, so it was only $40, but she made sure our experience was top notch!

Amazing experience with Angelique! She did my hair and makeup for my newborn photo shoot. As a new mom, we don't always feel our best, but when I saw myself after she was finished I gave a small gasp. I don't think I've felt that pretty since my wedding day. I am so glad I went to him for my tattoo, my parent also got a tattoo from Paulie aswell and it was perfect, loves it so much! From the call to the repair being done ,the staff is very kind and professional. We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently. He also upgraded some plumbing material that had been installed by someone else that was not up to code. He was pleasant and fun to have around for the afternoon. It looked so good when he was done and his fix opened up more storage space under the sink for supplies. The bill came and it was way, way less than anticipated. Thank you guys so much, now I always know who to call for plumbing problems in this old house! I’m impressed!

Being new to the area, it was a bit of a challenge finding someone who services Canton, but we hit the jackpot when we called Air Serv and they said absolutely they could help us out. We had great communication from our technician Cameron Carney as he not only helped us out with the plug-in that we needed, but looked at some of the other items in our home and garage that we had questions on. He also went over the maintenance plans which is something we will seriously consider once the dust settles on our new home purchase. They do heating and air conditioning, they do electric, and Mr Rooter Plumbing services. The maintenance program really looks beneficial and has three different price plans. If you need any assistance in any of these areas I totally recommend Air Serv., Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter!
Called with some bad power issues from plugging in a auger that caused some shorting, a flipper that remodeled my basement horribly. They were able to come out quickly, super responsive, were able to locate the problem and fix a possible fire hazard, repaired a few outlets that were done with wire taps.
Had them wire in an outlet for my rv and locate and underground wire going to my garage they were very professional

Natural Clean has been doing an excellent job of cleaning our house. We really appreciate the clean-ingredient and odorless products they use. We were home for most of the clean and hardly noticed while we were working in our office. There were little details that we appreciated like objects being moved for additional dusting and cleaning of surfaces, the toilet paper folded nicely at the end, and stuffed animal on my daughter’s made bed and pillow. Great attention to detail, friendly, and really nice to have the places we don’t clean often taken care of!

I recently purchased Karastan carpet from Carpet One in Sioux Falls, taking advantage of a great sale. The sales process was smooth, thanks to Jill, who helped me select the perfect carpet. However, the special order took over four weeks longer than expected due to manufacturing delays. Communication about the delay could have been better, especially since I had scheduled painting and furniture moving around the installation date. Fortunately, I stayed on top of the status, and we were able to adjust the schedule accordingly. Despite the delay, the installation team did an excellent job, and the carpet looks great. I recommend special order customers to stay proactive with follow-up calls to ensure a smooth process. Overall, I'm satisfied with the carpet and the installation.

We needed a full home vinyl re-siding, gutters, and downspouts. Branden and his crew at Home Improvement HQ did a remarkable job on the vinyl exterior siding, gutters and downspouts. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions. For example, his crew painted the exterior piping, boxes, radon piping, etc. to match the new vinyl siding and it looks awesome. They also installed two new exterior light fixtures that needed to be replaced. The amount of time his crew put in to get everything done before winter was very much appreciated. Branden also worked with me on pricing to help get closer to what the insurance company would match - this helped out so much! The communication was excellent whether it was speaking with Branden or one of his crew members. I needed 2 pretty large trees down from the side of my house. I have a narrow driveway and one of these trees was touching electric wires, so it was going to be kind of difficult to take the trees down. Other tree companies gave me ridiculously high quotes (5 figures) to prevent me from picking them because they weren't sure if they could do the job. Andy's gave me a very reasonable price which assured me they could confidently take these trees down! They did an amazing job, they even went the extra mile and took down a broken high branch from one of my other trees that I wasn't able to pull down with a regular ladder! Thank you, guys!!

The entire team—from the receptionists, to my hygienist, to Dr. Reardon Skinner herself—was extremely professional, thorough, friendly, and most importantly to me, trustworthy. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, and I felt like I had real options. It felt like our plan, not just hers.

The service is excellent. You might have to spend longer during visits but you're proactively engaging in a program that helps future dental professionals gain hands on experience. It's always a really pleasant experience and everyone is so nice. I've had a couple bumps along the way but they've done what they can to make it right on the billing side. Sometimes their head dentist can be a little negligent when working in my mouth. Pricks me and does sparatic movements and ends up making my mouth feel uncomfortable. Also seemed to put my concerns/questions about getting my teeth whiter to the side and basically diagnosed me on the spot with no real effort.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Paulson for my routine dental care since she first opened her current practice, and I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. They’re professional, kind, and truly care about their patients.

I went in to see Dr. Tommy Jensen for my low back pain from an increase in running. He was able to help me get back to exercising quickly and teach me the root cause of my pain while giving me exercises to incorporate into my routine to mobilize and strengthen my hips. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor, I had a great experience working with Dr Tommy and he got me back to doing what I love.
I have 16 screws and a plate in my right shoulder, been there for 25 years for 20 years you have good days and bad days, there is a muscle in my shoulder that's very unhappy once in awhile, every night when I go to bed I have to pull and stretch on it and hope it pops,or cracks, then it calms down, Rachel worked on it for only 15- 20 minutes, that night when I went to bed ,I realized and said to my wife , I just realized I have not pulled on my arm all day or even tonight, it is so relaxed, she said there is a muscle that's twisted, she worked it out, absolutely amazing how good i feel, next week she's working on my knee I had recently scoped .

I worked directly with Rylan Pratt for 10 weeks and I couldn't of been more satisfied with how he worked and the knowledge and treatment he provided. I never felt more understood with a injury that was hard to not only explain but also an injury that I dealt with for a long time. He read my mind and always knew different ways to help me progress. From week 1 to 10 I got better and better and I looked forward to our sessions! Rylan was so awesome to talk and joke around with but also took his job seriously and knew what he was doing. I have an 8 month old Newfie service dog in training. I selected this vet because of the docs with their specialties in both heart and joint care which all giant breeds are susceptible. She can't be spayed until she is 2 either, and by that point she will probably be 150+. (She's big for a female; already 95# and 28" tall) They seem to have all the technical know how and equipment to meet the needs for a giant breed if something goes sideways. I just took her in for heart worm testing, heart worm & flee and tick meds. I was very happy with how they treated her and answered all my questions.
Windhorse saved my dog's life! Every vet, vet hospital and university we went to gave us zero hope and my boy was in too much pain to survive much longer so out of desperation we made an appt for a Chiro appt not thinking it would work but we walked out of there with not only a solution to his pain but hope that we didn't have before. There was an end to his pain and he's now been going strong for over 3 years since. Every day he's here I'm more and more grateful to the people who saved him.
I brought my dog, Jay, in yesterday for his rabies shot and had a wonderful experience with the staff. The nurses were very efficient, getting us into a room quickly and making sure we were both comfortable. The doctor was fantastic she not only handled the vaccination smoothly but also took the time to review Jay’s old vet records and offer personalized advice based on his breed and age. My only hesitation is that the pricing felt a bit high, but the quality of care almost makes up for it.

This facility and it's staff are WONDERFUL!I had been through an awful experience buying 4 more chickens to add to my 6 chicken flock. Thursday, 6/28/22, 60 hours after I brought them home, the new girls turned up extremely, sick extremely quickly. The seller treated me terribly when I called to inform him, and ask what he would do. It was late in the day, about 4:30pm, and I called every vet and SD agency I could think of or was recommended to for help, but to very little progress.By Friday morning, I was nearly ready to give up when Amber, Dr. Evan, Joe, and the Sioux Nation Ag Center team got involved. They did a TON of the footwork, and took away what had been a horrible, frustrating situation. They cleared the way for answers to help me, provided me relief and peace of mind, and have had EXCELLENT follow through. Amber especially has the BEST customer care skills and is SO SMART and CAPABLE!! Dr. Evan was compassionate and even took the call on his way to board a plane! Joe was available to me at a moment's request, and was supportive of myself and his team.These folks are what's right with the world. They are the SD I remember as a kid. I feel incredibly grateful for them, and confident in recommending them for your backyard poultry (and other Ag) needs!

When I picked them up, I was amazed to hear Stephanie was able to file his nails!! Dogs both got fully groomed—ears, nails, glands, (special probiotic shampoo for my boy with allergies). Super fair pricing. She went above and beyond for both dogs—and they weren’t traumatized! ? I’ll be a return customer!

I have been boarding my dogs at Hidden Paradise for several years now, and I truly believe it is an excellent place for dog boarding. In fact, my wife and I are about to leave our two spoiled dogs there again for a two-week vacation, and I can relax knowing they are safe, cared for, and happy.
Before finding Hidden Paradise, I always worried about leaving my dogs while traveling. They live on an acreage and are not heavily socialized, so boarding used to make me anxious. Over time, however, they have come to genuinely enjoy going there. Curt clearly understands dogs very well and gives them proper attention, structure, and care. One feature I especially appreciate is the video feed. Whenever I start missing them or feeling anxious, I can quickly check in and see that they are doing fine.
Another huge advantage is the 24-hour pickup system. Flight schedules and delays can be unpredictable, and it is extremely convenient knowing I can pick up my dogs whenever I return as long as I follow the simple instructions Curt provides.
Curt has a difficult job caring for people’s beloved pets while their owners are away, and I think he does an excellent job balancing safety, socialization, and individual dog needs. My dogs have been around other unfamiliar dogs there many times, and I have never had an issue. Curt seems very experienced at understanding which dogs interact well together and managing them appropriately.

Dogs are living animals, and situations can happen anywhere, but I have always felt that Curt genuinely cares and works hard to provide a safe and positive environment.

Ronita and Aaron did an amazing job with trimming our pug's nails. Every other time the pugs scream and try to bite your hand away, but this time they made very little fuss. Aaron held the dogs and Ronita trimmed. It was spectacular!

I recently did a class with Somer at Solidcore and omg my butt was kicked in the best of ways. I truly thought this was going to be a light workout but I was wrong. It worked me literally to the core (pun intended) I was sore for a week after! I’m definitely working Solidcore into my new routine because this was a full body experience. Super fun, energetic, time went by so fast!!! Love love love

Great place great price. Did an hour and it was relaxing when I wanted it to be relaxing which was until the knots needed work. That part while less relaxing felt great and I left with my back and shoulders feeling sore but great. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

Virginia is a very talented massage therapist. She is able to get so deep with her pressure. She also can read your body in a way that she can tell if you need less pressure. She also has great talent when doing cup therapy and using gua sha tools for scraping. I highly recommend her skills and talents. Very good service even better pricing.
I attended a singing bowl Rite of the Womb event by Veronika and was quite moved. The healing was incredible and her teachings divine. She is truly gifted. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to balance and heal your chakras.
