Tara is a magician you just gotta trust her. For years I went to established salons to get balayage tints or highlights. It always damaged my hair, took >2 hours, and ended up looking just okay.
Tara lifted the color gently, went darker when I requested it, and took under 2h. She will take care of your hair!

Edit April 2026 - I've always had a love/hate relationship with my hair. I've chemically straightened it (yikes), colored it, cut it really short and I have never really been completely happy with the way it looked. Since going to Scott, my hair has simply looked outstanding. I've been letting Scott do my hair for over two years now and he is certainly a master of his art. Even months after a cut, my hair still looks quite dreamy. And I love it!

I realized I’ve been getting my haircut here for over three years without leaving a review and had to fix that ASAP. Karie’s is incredibly kind and always a pleasure to talk to. She’s great at understanding what I’m looking for from the haircut despite my lack of vocabulary to describe it and I’m always impressed with how nice the final result looks. The studio has a great atmosphere too which is helped by her letting you pick the music and offering a variety of cold drinks to cool off from the heat outside with.

I had an amazing experience at Jhair Studio in the Frisco/Little Elm area. It was my first time getting a loose wavy perm in about 8 years, they made the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
Communication was excellent. They really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and it showed in the final result. After about a week of letting the perm settle and relax, it turned out exactly how I envisioned it natural, loose waves that fit my style perfectly.
On top of that, everyone was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a perm or looking for a quality hair studio.

The word that comes to mind every time I sit in her chair is “meticulous.” My daughter and I both have an enormous amount of hair, and over the years we’ve learned that having thick hair doesn’t automatically make a haircut forgiving. Many stylists simply thin it out or struggle to create shape and movement. Flora understands how to work with dense hair in a way that feels intentional and customized. Every cut grows out beautifully because she pays attention to every detail.
Over the last year, she’s given me everything from a shag haircut to a shag bob and now an Italian bob, and each one has been exactly what I envisioned.
Today she cut eight inches off my daughter’s hair and transformed it into the most gorgeous 90s-inspired lob with curtain bangs. It was exactly what my daughter asked for and suited her perfectly.
What I appreciate just as much as Flora’s skill is her personality. I’m admittedly impulsive when it comes to my hair. I’ve colored it myself more times than I can count and have occasionally made some questionable decisions along the way. Despite being a color specialist, Flora has never once made me feel embarrassed or judged. Instead, she’s offered helpful advice, taught me how to better care for my hair, and met me with kindness every single time.
One of my more memorable moments was when I decided to cut twelve inches off my own hair before an appointment with her. When I showed up, she laughed with me, rolled with it, and somehow still gave me an absolutely beautiful haircut.

I had John replace my two water heaters. I had heard from neighbors and a friend that he was reasonable and did good work so I called him to get an estimate. He was cheaper than Home Depot "SAME DAY" and I'm a person who like referral's. He did a great job installing two water heaters in my second floor attic to include a flood stop device. I was so impressed, I had him return to replace my whole house water pressure regulator, then a third trip to replace the faucets that supply my clothes washer. All three projects done top notch. We called this company a month ago because our door wasn’t closing properly. The technician, Rafael, initially fixed it by installing a thicker bolt. However, the same issue reoccurred a few weeks later. Rafael came back out to adjust it and informed us that we actually needed a specific, proper lock for our door, which he said he would look for. It has now been two weeks of waiting. We followed up with Rafael directly but received no response. We then called the main office, and they promised he would call us back, but we still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through after the initial service.

I called the office and David followed up with me responsibly. Even though I fixed the lock myself and didn’t need a technician to come out, I will definitely reach out to him next time if I need anything.

We purchased a home where the previous owners had cats. We couldn’t go into the carpeted rooms without having allergy symptoms. We replaced all the carpet except in two rooms as the carpet was less than a year old and very expensive. We had Miracle Steam come clean and sanitize the carpets for any unseen pet accidents and cat dander. Our allergy symptoms are gone. The technician was professional, courteous, and informative. Will definitely use them again for yearly spring cleaning the carpets.

We had a great experience with GC Flooring when we replaced our sad, dusty carpet with LVP. Communication was transparent across the board with Ivan and Valeria, as well as with the crew who did the flooring. They were also accommodating when we asked to split the project into two jobs so we could stay in half of the house at a time with our senior dogs that haven’t been boarded before and don’t travel well.

This is a great company. We have used them several times now and will be using them for the foreseeable future. We hired David and his team for a big back patio project. We replaced a rotted wooden deck with travertine pavers and some turf. They did such great work on this project that we felt comfortable having them replace our pool decking as well and continuing the pavers throughout the back. Lastly, they refinished the pool. I cannot express how happy we are with the final product and quality of work. David knows what he is doing. The only area that could be improved slightly is the communication between us and the office. David always did what he said he was going to do, but more timely responses to questions and proactive info on the timing of certain work would improve the experience.
Their team completed this big project much faster than I anticipated. It is no surprise when they had the full team out there working every day, unlike many other contractors. At the end of the day, we have worked with many contractors over the years and they are by far the best. Personality-wise, David’s vision, and ultimately the execution was top notch. We had an outstanding experience working with Elite Outdoor Living on our backyard project. The initial backyard design was created by Randy Angell Designs, and Elite Outdoor Living brought the entire vision to life as the builder and contractor. Justin and his team also helped refine and improve parts of the design throughout construction, which made the final result even better.
This was a large and detailed outdoor living project that included a custom pool and spa, a mini pickleball/basketball court, a cantilevered pergola structure, and several custom water features. One of the most unique elements is the rainfall water wall installed in front of our 11-foot LED outdoor TV, along with two waterfalls flowing into the pool and a bar counter built into the end of the pool. The entire backyard now feels like a private resort and entertainment space.
Justin is extremely detail-oriented and very hands-on throughout the process. During construction he often caught things before I even had to point them out, which really shows the level of care and professionalism he brings to each project. The craftsmanship, quality of the finish-out, and attention to detail were excellent.

JC's Landscaping did a sod installation for us in 2024 and we were very happy with it. We only did half our front lawn the first time, and we brought them back to complete the rest of our property this week in 2026. Both times were great experiences, with the scheduling process easy and communicative. Both projects were completed the same day, and they were sure to check that all of our sprinklers were functioning as needed after the sod install was completed. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate going to a doctor appointment, being slightly early and getting seen on time! Nothing worse than showing up and waiting well beyond your appointment time. Could be the day had fewer appointments, regardless of that, a well equipped and capable team should be able to manage their appointments properly. This sets the tone in my opinion. Additionally, Dr. Swami was super nice and engaging in conversation. He was attentive, asked questions about my issue and took action to address my concerns. I truly appreciate his bedside manner.

My mother started coming to NTINH about 4 years ago after 20+ years of dealing with chronic migraines. Before that she had done regular Botox injections in San Antonio for a couple of years, but then they started not working. And she has always been on a variety of medications on top of that. We are so glad we were referred to NTINH pretty quickly once she moved to DFW. Dena Miller was her provider until she recently left. Dena was amazing. She now sees Dr. Timm every 6 months for a follow-up to see how things are going.
She has been doing xeomin injections the entire time with Dr. Sorin and his team. If it weren't for him and the xeomin I don't think she would feel as well as she does. She went from a pain level of 9 when she had migraine attacks to a daily pain level of maybe 3 or less some days. Her migraine attacks went down in frequency a lot too. She is still on other medications on top of this for the migraines and now allergies that started when she moved to DFW which Dr. Timm is also helping her with as they also cause her headaches...lol
She is also on a patient program which helps cover the cost of the xeomin medication as she had an insurance plan that did not pay for it before and now has no insurance so that has been an amazing program and we are very grateful. Overall, we would definitely recommend NTINH if you have chronic migraines. We know how tough it is to find the right help.
My dog needed urgent visit and I received excellent care as a walk-in as well as a follow up a couple of days later - everyone is wonderful in that office.

We started with this vet clinic when we lived across the street, and even though we’ve relocated elsewhere in DFW we will continue to take our pets here because Dr. Conway and her staff are amazing.
My dog likes her vet visits, both in that she gets excited to see Dr. Conway and also likes to find an excuse to go visit. Dr. Conway is very accommodating when our dog has a sudden need to see her, and is also great about speaking to me on the phone or via email to determine if a full visit is needed.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Dr. Conway and her team’s care for my pet is well worth the drive.

Help in a moments notice. My baby girl had a bad ear infection and the folks at AMSH were there to help. Tiffie is a rescue and does not trust people at all. She was in real pain and they came to her rescue. An ear flush and a shot of medicine and she was fine by the time we got home. My wife said omg she is smiling again. She was...All you have to do is take your pet to them, they do the rest. Thank you AM&SH. Update 6/27/25 Tiffie had a limp after roughhousing in back with Chaucer. On the 3rd day still limping. She is our 5th Pyrenees and previous 2 dogs Big and Lani had bone cancer so I'm definitely worried. Dr. Curtis gave her a good exam and decided to give meds and another week before x-rays. 4 days later now and the limp is 99% gone. Dr. Curtis decision to med first and give time was spot on the right call. Bottom line is they treat your pets professionally and with pets best interests in mind. They do not un necessarily sell you . Waiting on x-rays saved us $$ and I'm greatful AM&SH has the best doctors and staff available. And they are always available. LP Smith Tiffie and Chaucer

Gracie still has “long locks” but so much more manageable & looks FANTASTIC! We are thrilled to have found Jackie & Ashley. WOW! I can't say enough good about the Yoga Therapeutic class. As a life time fitness enthusiast, Chiropractor and Functional Wellness doc, I have never experienced such deep work. From the tingling from the bottom of the feet to the top of the head, to measurable ranges of motion improvement, this is beneficial for any and all people regardless of age.
It’s taken me longer to write this review than it probably should have because this studio means so much to me. Honestly, part of me has been afraid that if I rave about it, the classes will get too full… but that’s a good problem to have! I wish I could keep this place all to myself. 😂
I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years, and since Mary Ellen and Quinn took over, the studio has only continued to get better. This isn’t just a place to practice yoga and move your body—it’s a true community. It’s connection. It’s growth. It’s spiritual. It’s one of the few places where you can walk in carrying the weight of the world and leave feeling like yourself again.
I work remotely and spend a lot of time traveling around the U.S., so I’ve practiced at studios all over the country. This is the studio I compare every other studio to. They have truly set the standard that high.
Is this a studio overlooking a lake or nestled in the mountains? No. But somehow, tucked away in a little shopping plaza in Frisco, Texas, it feels like a complete escape from reality. I’ve tried many of the hot yoga studios throughout Frisco and North Dallas, and none of them compare. The facilities are always clean, the class variety is fantastic, and every single class is thoughtfully taught.
Every instructor is top-notch, each bringing their own unique style and personality while maintaining an incredibly high level of teaching. Many of them have years of experience, and it shows. Their cueing, attention to alignment, and ability to guide students safely is unmatched. Whenever I visit other studios while traveling, I almost always notice missed cues or inconsistent instruction, which makes me appreciate this studio even more.
Practicing here has made me a better yogi, but more importantly, it’s made me a better version of myself outside the studio. The lessons I learn on my mat have carried into my everyday life.
If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would.

Club Pilates Frisco offers fabulous classes taught by experienced and very competent instructors. The staff and clients create a very friendly atmosphere!
I just hit my 250th class. I never thought this possible but the classes are great. Each class is different but similar enough to be able to follow easily. The instructors make it lively and fun. And the camaraderie and relationships between everyone makes it a place you want to keep coming back to.

Grant is a fantastic provider! I have had chronic low back pain for some time. As a physician it made it difficult for me to stand for surgeries. He has helped to get rid of my pain in only a few appointments and I have not felt this good in many years. He’s an excellent communicator and explains the process well. He is very professional, dedicated and kind. He was so helpful, I sent my son to see him. I highly recommend him.
I have went here a handful of times. I have done a couples massage with my husband, it was his first time ever getting a massage and we loved it. I've went alone a couple times when experiencing high stress and needed to decompress. I did cupping and it was great! Recently my friend and I went, we did a couples massage so we could experience it together, just a girls day. Her first massage ever and we loved it, great experience. My first time doing a 90 minute massage and was it worth it. We both added hot stones and cupping, this particular time the cupping didn't seem like it was done right but between the massage and hot stones the overall experience was great. I think the hot stones was my favorite part honestly. I've never had issues getting a last minute appointment and they are open late which is ideal if you work full time 9-6 job. Prices are reasonable, they've increased over the years but what hasn't these days!! It's not the fanciest place but honestly I've gotten massages at the fancy places and paid higher rates for less.
Ava did my massage. I have never had such a relaxing massage that also included therapeutic stretching. I felt amazing afterwards. I highly recommend especially after strenuous athletics. The prices are very reasonable!

I can’t recommend Star Sports Therapy and Rehab enough. Stephen and crew did a number on my rehab. I started my therapy to recover from full knee replacement surgery with a 20 degree bend. Today, after three months I am sporting a 140 degree bend, my knee feels strong and my leg secure when I walk. I feel very good about the outcome of both, surgery and physical Theraphy. I look forward to many years of physical activity with my children. Thank you team!
I am in my sixties and began seeing Dr. Miranda several months after my surgeon gave me the green light following a major cervical laminectomy (C2–T1). The left side of my body suffered significantly more nerve damage than the right.
Based on my research of published NIH medical papers, along with approval from my surgeon, I learned that electro-acupuncture can help facilitate nerve regeneration & recovery. Initially, I experienced minor electrical sensations in my left leg, a symptom of nerve damage, which gradually diminished after several months of weekly treatments at Dr. Miranda's office.
After several months of routine electro-acupuncture, my overall balance has improved, and my lower back and shoulder muscles have loosened considerably. Though the pins-and-needles sensation in both of my hands hasnt completely gone away, it has also improved.
Nerve recovery is a slow process and requires patience. Dr. Miranda is a highly knowledgeable and skilled doctor in her field. Despite her busy schedule, she is friendly, patient, and truly listens. She is caring and genuinely wants to help her patients. Her clinic is clean, well-organized, and well-equipped.
I continue to see her once a week for maintenance and ongoing recovery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Miranda, for all your help and care!! I could not recommend her more highly.

She was only here for a short time so he prescribed her some herbs to take home.

I had never tried acupuncture before and this was a great experience especially with concerns with fertility due to my age. The doctor was thorough during consultation and gives great advice to help you get pregnant. I also have allergies and this seemed to help reduce the itchiness.
