He quickly identified and explained all possible options, gave expert advice on hook-up requirements, and personally delivered a 5 ton portable water-cooled air conditioner the same day we spoke on the phone.
Isaac’s quick service saved the day. Without his guidance, not only would inventory have gone bad, but other coolers/refrigerators in the market may have failed. While renting the unit, Isaac was always happy to answer questions, and his rapid response time was unparalleled.

I had a septic inspection for the sale of my home. An unexpected issue arised since my septic could not have been fully pumped by another company that had been charging me for a full service the past 22 years at this home.
Travis was polite, patient, informative, and willing to answer questions concerning the issues that arised due to the interior PVC pipe that had to be removed and add a flex hose to get the internal well out to fully pump the septic clean. He answered all my questions, showed me photos to explain what he was talking about, then gave me options. I was also curious about a sand filled septic tank as that is what my next home had. He explained what they were and the purpose of them. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional company that serves with pride.

Jan Christian has been my hairstylist for over 15 years. I have brought my own semi-permanent hair color which I am happy with and she always does a great job on the haircuts she gives me.
She is always dependable; conversational; friendly and professional. I like that she is able to work around my schedule and at times takes me in at the last minute if she is available. Sometimes she makes herself available too, if you have a special event coming up.

Aleah listened to what I wanted and performed efficiently creating a haircut/style that I adore! She answered all of my questions and made it so I can understand! I want to start by saying this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a barber and a barbershop.
The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and comfortable every time I walk in. I’ve never had a bad haircut here, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable during an appointment. One thing I’ve always struggled with at other shops is speaking up when I want something done a little differently, but that has never been an issue here. The people genuinely listens, and I always leave feeling like I got exactly the haircut I wanted.

I had Chandra do my lashes twice early last year and due to my own scheduling issues I have not been back in with her. I have since been to see a few other places and been very dissapointed. Look at the photo and judge for yourself, You won’t see better work anywhere, I swear I can see the sunflowers moving in the wind. I originally came to Whiteaker Tattoo to touch up a piece from another shop. During that brief encounter I chatted with Suzen about a full sleeve piece. We emailed ideas back and forth. Basically I sent her a list of items to include and let her bring it to life. She made a pattern of my arm to work from. Fast forward a couple of months and she has nailed it, even the stencils aligned perfectly on the first try. We’re about 24 hours in now, working in full day blocks because I live 5 hours away. She built the entire piece around the existing green gecko in the middle. Can’t wait to see how the rest of this comes out, I know it will be stunning.
Suzen is genuine and kind. Shop is super clean. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Because I’ve been there a lot lately I’ve seen the work of the other artists and they are all talented. They play awesome music and the place has a great vibe. I’m a chubby person and I have never been made to feel unworthy or ashamed of my body in this shop. Her ability to capture my best friend so well moved me to tears. This tattoo has soul. Everyone in the shop was as friendly as could be. Getting a very natural brow tattooing done as a no makeup girl was very intimidating. But like everyone else in her reviews I felt the same in wishing I would have done this sooner! The minute you meet her you know you are in good hands. She’s so patient, even when you ask the same questions or are worried and need put at ease. I had to have an outlet moved into a junction box in order to clear a backsplash. I found Thorton Electric by googling for a local electrician in Eugene, OR. Obviously, the place to go. We needed a second key for our old Toyota RAV4 that had snapped off in the ignition. We had taken the key to Battery + on Coburg Road, but they were twice as expensive and they couldn’t program a new key, anyway. We reluctantly took it to Keyhole Locksmith, told them the situation, and THEY FIXED IT! Without so much as a flinch. My wife and I were anxious to add a kitchen and master suite to our home, but frankly we were terrified as we have heard so many horror stories about bad contractor experiences. We called another company that advertises and after meeting with them, we felt that the project would be full of their preferences and would go way over budget. We shelved it, then vacillated for a year. We decided to be brave and talk to someone else. We found Premier online and because of their positive reviews, called them. Dane met with us and we were so impressed with his honesty, preparation and punctuality that all of our fears washed away. My wife and I had laid out the design, Dane set us up with a design team. They were super responsive, made sensible corrections, honored our preferences and were more reasonable than we expected. We expected the county to make the project difficult or impossible, but Dane and the design team threaded that needle so skillfully that we still pinch ourselves. Work started a bit ahead of schedule. Dane carefully chose subs that suited our project starting with excavation and foundation. Fantastic work, ahead of schedule. Every subcontractor was prompt, courteous and tidy. Dane guided us throughout the project on sensible changes here and there, and his experience payed off in significant ways. Regarding the budget, Dane was fastidious. There were no overruns. The only significant additions to the budget were upgrades that my wife and I asked for, and those were forecast spot on. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. Our new space is beautiful and functional. The workmanship and attention to detail was without compromise. Dane is not a person who can compromise his standards, and he will redo anything that doesn't meet them. If you're thinking about a project, don't hesitate. As a large property, we use Sprague on a monthly schedule for continuous pest control. Anytime I need extra support or attention to a specific unit they can usually come within one day. Specifically, one of the specialists, RJ, is always super attentive and communicative, really courteous, and takes great care of our property in our tenants. Would absolutely recommend!

I called Ed at Oregon Pest Control about a problem of rats nesting inside our hot tub. Ed spent about an hour at my house inspecting everything and advising me in on how to repair and rat-proof our hot tub (the main problem was rotten wood). He also had a look in our basement and gave advice on where mice may have gotten in in the past. And the whole visit was free of charge.I really appreciated Ed's honesty and expertise. Another company I called wanted to charge me for a whole home inspection. I would definitely recommend Ed to any homeowners with pest issues.
These guys are breathtaking! It was Sahur and I heard a bombastic noise of dishes being shattered. I did my best Tom Tucker walk, trying to act nonchalant, and I saw roaches in my cereal. There was crushed ice all over the floor and all of my mangos from when I was partying at the beach down in Copacabana all got moldy, like how Logan Paul’s Lunchly’s (with the famous drippy cheese) tend to get. The great T to the power of 3, the great Triple T Pest Control, helped solved all my problems.

They not only trimmed the grass but cleaned up all the leaves and pine needles. The price was reasonable too. Definitely recommend.
Alpha Turf did a great job on our project from beginning to end. Sean met with us at our house explaining how the project would progress and had the estimate to us that weekend. The crew was easy to work with and understood what I wanted the final result to look like. They cleaned up everyday after they were finished, they stayed late to get everything they had planned to finish that day and we now have a low maintenance yard that we are very happy with. I am still working on placing pavers and I want to send pictures when I am finished with my part of the project.

Today we had Urban Arbor Care come and do serious trimming and reductions of three big leaf maples in our back yard. Joel, Ross, Emiline and Charles showed up on time with an amazing machine that was small enough to fit through our side gate and drive into our back yard where it unfolded and lifted them to the tops of our trees to work. The team was professional and didn’t damage any of our shrubs or flowers under those trees. Their clean up of everything was amazing. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. We have been using LJ Tree Care for several decades now and they never disappoint. Lance and his crew have always been the most professional and the best at what they do. The latest job included our two maples, a slowly dying birch tree and a massive Douglas fir. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. In the past, they have dealt with our sweet gum, scotch pine and our oaks. Just always great work and very reasonable too.
Today Melanie was my hygienist, and she was great about telling me what she was doing, giving me a mirror so I could watch, shifting me when I got uncomfortable, and cleaning my teeth. Office staff Carolyn and Nikki are also super helpful. I didn't see Dr. Stokes today since it was a cleaning appointment only, but I'll see her in January.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for a while now. When I first started working with him my pain was terrible. I have little to know pain and such improved range of motion. Dr. Brown explains what is happening in my body to understand where the pain is coming from and how to prevent it from coming back. I enjoy coming into the office. Everyone is so personable and knows you by name. You’re not just a chart number. Scheduling and flexibility is easy.

I've been going to see Jeff for several years now. He uses gentle techniques to realign my neck and back. No "yarking" or painful twists. It's amazing how much pain relief it provides. Hands down the best chiropractor I've been to in the past twenty years. He's great.

I’ve been to many great chiropractors in my life, but Mitch P is by far the best. My husband and I have been seeing him for about two years and he goes so above and beyond to keep us healthy and moving. He has helped heal injuries that even our skilled PT couldn’t resolve, helped us manage recovery, tension pain from working long hours and zeroed in on sources of pain others could not and given us incredibly effective at home tools to keep them in check. He has tools and knowledge beyond basic Chiropractic, incorporating tools like graston (scraping). He is fast and efficient, but you never feel rushed or like anything is left unaddressed. His assistant Analese is a lovely, kind start to your appointment and keeps the flow of clients moving perfectly. We are so grateful to have found them!
This man literally changed my life before there were even google reviews. I’d lived through 10 years of lumbar pain and two natural childbirths since a slip-and-fall in foodservice that took six+ months to manifest in periodically debilitating sciatica. All that to say, I developed a high pain threshold and this man addressed it. He sat me down our first appointment and explained his M.O. to actually fix people and circumvent lifelong periodic visits and asked if I would partner with him to make it so. We came to an agreement and boy-o, did he keep his side of the bargain. Haven’t been back for 20 years.
If you want any to catch injuries before they rob you entirely of any quality of life, this is the man to see. Early but not often. Maybe just for a year and after that, about town. 2000% worth it.

Our dog had her teeth cleaned, and some extracted by Dr. Blystone. As usual, Dr. Blystone provided excellent care with compassion, and she acknowledged and addressed our concerns. She called in between X-rays to keep us abreast on conditions and what needed to be done. When we came back to pickup our dog, she showed us the X-rays and explained in more details, and instructed aftercare. We got a follow-up the next day, checking on our girl’s condition. All in all, everything went well, and the whole experience at BAH was great. We’ve been taking our girl there for 9 years, and though her primary care provider is Dr. Blystone, she had been cared for by, I believe, all other BAH vets, and we have been happy with all of them.
This Vet is excellent. Never acts as though my questions are stupid. Explains what’s happening with our dog thoroughly. I feel like he’s interested in a long term relationship not gouging us for everything he can. Noodle loves him

I always take my pups and kitties to this hospital, including after going to other vets in the past. They are always there for us, providing the best wrap-around care. All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. They are the very best. PS My neighbor was listening to the phone call I made to them yesterday when I knew we needed help. She was AMAZED at their immediate and kind response to our need. I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care I would highly recommend this VCA for your pets.

Everyone is so kind from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors. They always take such good care with my animals and you can tell they love what they do!
Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.
Piper and her staff have always been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. I’m always happy the work they do with my beloved companion animals. Highly recommended.
We love the Laundromutt! The elevated tub made it so much easier than doing it at home. The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed to get these dogs groomed quickly and affordably. We will definitely be back❤

We love Central Bark for daycare and boarding! We started taking our puppy to their free puppy socialization classes and began taking him to daycare as he grew older. He never really grew more confident with other dogs but he was always excited to get to Central Bark because he loved the staff so much. The staff always recognized him and it was clear that they loved him. I also loved all the little paw print crafts. We were so sad to move away and have not found a daycare that compares to Central Bark!
They did a great job with my anxious Australian Shepherd. She's very nervous around new people and dogs, and they were patient and understanding. They were able to perform the services needed, and they did it very well. They also started building a relationship with my dog so that hopefully she'll be easier in the future. Facilities we're clean, and I will definitely be coming back. here.

The groomers at Send Rover Over are highly skilled, responsive, and kind. Our pup always looks fantastic after his salon day. The toys in the lobby are reasonably priced, making it a nice add-on treat.

Once again, I would highly recommend. Kes is naturally present, attuned, and highly skilled for folks with hypermobility. I left feeling like a cloud.

My first massage with Heidi exceeded my expectations. In our opening conversation we established the physical issues that precipitated my need for bodywork. As the massage progressed, I could feel specific knots from dental trauma begin to unwind. After the massage, feeling a desire to remain in a healing space, I spent some quiet time continuing to unwind by reading on my deck.
Bil at Mend paid attention to what I needed and skillfully helped me relax my lumbar/hip area and my shoulder/neck area. They are straight forward and caring.

Cris is a highly skilled practitioner who knows the body and its physiology intimately--to an incredible degree. His arcane manipulations and movements were mysterious (to me), and I couldn't always feel a difference they made in the session, but after the session, and over time there was remarkable, even astonishing improvement--in my case, several overlapping hip issues. In 5 sessions and with the self-administered PT he showed me, over several months I went from being unable to at times walk comfortably, and unable to run or hike at all...to being able to do all three without limit, without trouble. It's all still a bit mysterious, but I recommend him, without reservation.
I cannot say enough positive words about Reathel. He is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to and I have seen more than my fair share. I’ve been going to Reathel regularly for years now for help with strained muscles from athletic training and he has always been able to sort me out. Knowing he is out there to put me back together has allowed me to push much harder in my training and make so much more physical progress than I ever would have been able to without him. I've been working with Keith Blackwell for the past several months and made great progress after a serious fall, hospitalization and two months in a wheel chair this past summer. The exercises he's given me have greatly increased my strength and I highly recommend him.
I have had a lot of physical therapy. One day I will learn to pay better attention to what I am doing. I've never had a bad experience, but Staszak is easily the best.
Between the physical therapy itself and the pilates training that they somehow got my insurance to pay for, I've worked with a few different people here. Everybody has a different personality and approach, but it all comes together. They all have a clear understanding of the anatomy and physiology. They all check in with me to be sure we aren't exacerbating the problem, and listen to me carefully.
Also, everyone I've met here is simply delightful. I've recommended them to everyone. I don't know anyone going into PT right now and only one person has actually asked, so maybe I'm being obnoxious, but that is how great my experience has been.
