I needed to order flowers and have them delivered quickly because other places had already disappointed me. Today is Sunday, and I was able to place the order by phone, I just explained what I wanted. My friend just sent me a picture of the flowers she received, along with a mug and a candle, and everything was perfect, exactly as I asked.

We had a large branch come down in driveway. We called, they gave us an estimate AND it was cleared away in less than 3 hours! They cleaned it up so good, it doesn't look like anything ever happened! Not to mention it was over 100⁰ when they worked!! Highly recommend ?

In particular, the very sweet blonde who is there almost every morning (I don’t know her name!). She takes so much time to explain the process and beds in detail, answers questions honestly without judgement, and MOST of all she creates such a personable and comfortable experience. Recently, I went in after a long rough night and she immediately noticed, took the time to ask if I was doing okay, and listened when I needed to vent a little . She didn’t have to do this, she chose to listen and be empathetic to my situation. I returned today and i was greeted by her asking if I am feeling better!

I had the BEST experience here. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicures, and I was thoroughly impressed. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere. We both opted for the bomb pedicure, and it was one of the best we’ve had in a while. Yen did my nails with incredible attention to detail, and her massages were wonderful and much needed. I visited Marenda Nails for the first time this week, and it is amazing! The receptionist greeted me right away and sat me in a top of the line pedi chair right away. She got the water started and my feet soaking and shortly after Sandy gave me an awesome pedicure! She was very friendly, gave a great foot/leg massage, and was very focused on giving great customer service. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and she did great work. I also got a beautiful manicure. Sandy’s smiling face, great customer service, and great work will keep me coming back:). The salon is also very clean and sanitized tools are used for each person. I recently went to SoloElite and saw Liv for a color correction. I had a lot of banding and different colors in my hair, but Liv got me right! We initially had a bit of a miscommunication, and I wasn’t entirely happy with my hair at first. I still got a lot of compliments on it, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. So I reached out to her, and she was so apologetic and immediately scheduled me to get back in her chair. When I tell you this girl worked magic, I mean it! She gave me exactly what I wanted; her customer service was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable enough to express how I felt, and I felt heard. Now I am OBSESSED with my hair and I’m so grateful for that feeling!

I recently moved to Lincoln Nebraska and wanted to find someone I trusted with my hair as I have not had the best experiences with trying new salons and ending up with heat damage.
I found the Zen salon in google and was so happy I trusted my intuition when picking this salon. This was by far the best experience I have had with my hair at any salon I’ve went to. I have type 4 hair and I booked with Jackie and she really took her time with my hair. Throughout the whole process I didn’t feel one snap or tug when dealing my curls and coils. She went in and gave me a really good haircut and got all of the damage out. I left feeling like a new person. The environment is very inviting and the staff sure do make you feel welcome.
If I ever move out of state I will continue to come back here.

Had my first hydro facial and I highly recommend coming to see Michelle! The experience as a whole was awesome. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience. Michelle made me feel comfortable and that she had my best interest at heart with what I needed. I was able to do a little botox too and she didn't try to over do anything I didn't need and has the best prices of anywhere else I've seen. I will only come back to her for my services in the future. Elanor was fabulous! I DM’d her for a booking and she was very responsive, responding back within a couple of hours. She was very upfront about tweaks she would need to make for the design to look the best and to show off the details of the tattoo. Her room at the studio was clean and decorated adorably. Elanor was cool and held great conversation that helped distract from the pain of the tattoo. With her suggested tweaks to the design my tattoo came out better than I had visioned! Jordan Ahrens (Scab Lord) went above and beyond to provide my family, friends, and I with some amazing tattoos and did a great job of adding his own personal touch. Moreover, he is the only person I know that could make a carrot look as attractive as it does in the picture attached. I’ve also added a few other examples of his whimsical art.

This was an amazing tattoo!!! I was floored at how detailed it is. The work was done by Rusty. He has two art degrees with quite a bit of art work before being a tattoo artist. He’s been doing tattoos for a long time, and it shows. My tattoo is the Archangel Michael.
My daughter and I did a walk in on a Sunday. The shop owner helped us immediately and even helped me decide on a solid piece.

Helped out with an emergency repair on our toilet. We were fixed and ready to go within a couple of hours of calling.
Bethany Plumbing was absolutely great. I had water coming up out of my basement shower drain and floor drain anytime I washed clothes or drained the bath tub. I knew I needed my main sewage drain cleared out. I called on Monday around lunch time and they said they could be out the very next day. They called me the day of my appointment to let me know the plumber would be to my house in about 30 minutes. The plumber's name was Emerson and he showed up on time and got to work right away. It only took him about an hour to clear the drain. He told me exactly what the problem was (tree roots and cast iron build up). My bathroom was clean and dry when he left and the final price was only $300. I had other larger plumbing companies quote me $800. I will 100% be calling these folks again if I ever need plumbing work in my home.
Came quickly to help with a particularly stubborn clogged sink. Resolved issue and was able to provide us with some tips and tricks to prevent the problem from happening again. Called again when it was time to replace my water heater. Scheduled quickly and job was done before we felt the pinch of not having hot water. Reasonably priced and professional, would certainly recommend.
They were here on time and Alec and other tech explained everything that they were doing and showed before and after pictures. They checked out everything when they were done and cleaned up after. Very pleasant technicians!
They were easy to schedule, book online. Very quick, efficient and responsive communications. They were out to my place on short notice; fixed a leaky shower head in my NE shower and a main line drain that was backing up in around an hour for around $350. They made quick work of a problem I wouldn’t know the first thing about how to fix. Fast, professional, and friendly. I’d use them again for sure.

I own a house that was built in 1917, and to say that the previous owners had some “creative ideas” in terms of home improvement would be, um, kind.
Over the years, we have needed more than a few plumbing repairs professionally remedied, both minor and major.
That work ranged from frozen pipes and a broken faucet, water heater replacement, to harder jobs, like interior sewer line work, line material replacement, and even sprinkler system plumbing work (I needed a new back flow valve and it turned into the job from hell for the plumber!).
For all of these repairs, we have relied on Giebelhaus-Hoffman and Dorsey, and we have always been impressed by not only the quality of work, but also the honesty, professionalism and sense of urgency shown by their plumbers.
These guys are on the level of what your grandparents meant when they would say “they just don’t make them like that anymore”.

The kitchen faucet broke and it was leaking under my sink, every time I turned the water on. I called early Friday morning and Gavin was able to come over late morning. Gavin was friendly, professional, respectful of our home and put forth extra effort, finding the necessary part. Our RO system had quit working as well and he was able to switch things around so we had filtered water. I really appreciate Dworak Plumbing and will call them again.

Before I do many items, I search the web and get information. Joe explained a usual local Lincoln regulation when I was planning on doing work.
The city needs to do an inspection, where Joe is present. The city found no problems. Joe’s hourly rate is like competitors. Where you save significant dollars is when you do the simpler repetitive things. You do need electric tools and know electrical safety measures

Excellent! Kyle is very thorough and was done in about 90 minutes. I asked him not to use fragrance and he was happy to comply. Carpet looks great. Be prepared when they arrive. Move anything that is easily moved (side tables, plants, lamps) into another room so all that’s left is recliners, couches, etc. You will need to wait until the next day to move everything back so plan ahead.

Ace Renovates installed seamless gutters on two of my properties. The final bill in both case was less that the estimate. The size of the gutter was greater than the originals. Unlike many installers, Ace corrected the underlying structural issues, While I can not guarantee the final bill will be less, a major problem could be uncovered, I am confident that the end result will be equal or better than your expectation.
We had InsideOut renovate our 90's main floor. We had a formal dining area that was wasted space with a powder room in the middle of the main floor. Jeremy and his crew revamped the area so we are able to utilize the entire area. They extended our covered deck in order to move our sliding door. They moved the bathroom from the middle of our living space and added a shower. They installed a support beam in order to open the main floor. They extended our kitchen island and added additional storage. It was a fairly big project but they made sure we were able to still function during the entire renovation. The entire crew communicated with us and explained the next step in the process which was very much appreciated. We can't thank InsideOut enough for all they have done. This company definitely is a 5 Star company and would highly recommend them for any renovation needs!

I can't believe I'm finally posting a review now. When I first went to see Dr. Largen, it was about a decade ago. My face was badly burned due to another **terrible aesthetician's misuse of a laser, then made worse with hydroquinone - a subsequent inflaming and overpriced prescription. Dr. Largen reassured me, then gave me an OTC $5 bottle of Adapalene. The visible burn on my face cleared up almost immediately, and I use this product to this day. I can't thank him enough, because I was a grad student and clearly didn't have a lot of financial resources. I could've been left with a permanent disfigurement, but he honestly saved my face.
Ten years later, I still faithfully go to Nebraska Dermatology, where he keeps his private practice, to get Dysport and other forms of dermatology care. His daughter, Lauren, is a PA there, and in my mind, one of the best injectors in town - far better AND MUCH LESS COSTLY, beyond any of the self-proclaimed aesthetic centers or even the big-name plastic surgeons. I've shopped around, so I know. ? I literally only have to get treated with Dysport every six months!
Lastly, where would we be if I didn't give a shout-out to Amber and the front desk staff. They are an absolute blast - vibrant and fun to talk to, and always able to get me an appointment when I need it.

Hudson was very well taken care of at YH Vet hospital. Our doctor was very thorough with the exam, noticing things about Hudson's health that we hadn't, and was very proactive in offering options for the immediate future, as well as what these new diagnoses would look like down the road. We wouldn't want to take our old pup to anyone else!

Pitts has always taken care of my animals in the 30 years I've been in this town. Always nice and always respectable people who work there. At times, they would let me have alone time to say my last goodbye to my cats.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.
Brought my Cavaliers in together for annual shots and exam. Normally they will take one back at a time to administer treatment but they noticed how stressful it was for both pups to be separated and took them both back at the same time to easy both. Dogs first, great vet practice. Highly recommend.

Amazing Doctor, excellent care. Thorough came. So glad I found them. I have three cats and the worst part about going to the vet is all the barking dogs, but not here at the Alpine hospital. It's peaceful and serene and made it much easier for my cat and myself.

My favorite groomer. I love they background and cool photos of my dog they send when its time for pick up. My pup always has a new scarf to rock home. Plus she gives a nice summary with how the appointment went. Easy to set up appointments.

I am a picky dog mom and I absolutely trust the staff at the Groom Room with my pups. One of my pups is especially grumbly and the other is scared of everything. The staff love on my special dogs and appreciate them for their quirks. When I've used other groomers, I didn't ever know who would be working when my dogs went in. I see the same, consistent staff, every time I'm at the Groom Room which means they must be doing something right for their staff members too! I would trust them with my children if I had any. You won't regret choosing the Groom Room!
We boarded our Cocker Spaniel and Golden Retriever for 4 days and three nights. They seemed to have gotten along very well! I appreciate Bailey’s service for dog walking, as our dogs look forward to that each day. We do not board them very often, but when we do, it’s great knowing they’re well taken care of! Thank you!

Becky is so good!! I have spent a lot of money on massages in my life and she is definitely worth it. She can target different areas from lymphatic, sinus, stuck skin or pain in specific muscles. On top of that she has gone out of her way to help me research additional healing tools etc. ❤️

I’ve been seeing Teresa Blair for about two years now, and what a two years it has been. I originally went to her because I was dealing with some pretty intense muscle issues in my neck, long before I had an official diagnosis.
Within the first five minutes, I knew she was a phenomenal human being. Over time, she has honestly become someone I consider a friend. She is an incredible listener, has the biggest heart, and genuinely cares about her clients in a way that is rare.
The massages themselves are A+++ and have helped me so much. But what really sets her apart is who she is as a person. She is thoughtful, consistent, and goes out of her way to make people feel cared for. She even sends Christmas cards every year, which just says everything about her.
I recommend her to everyone I can. If I could give her 20 stars, I would.

Sought out a massage therapist that could help with some neck/shoulder tension after sitting at a computer all day. Tonya is great! She listened to my needs and really worked the area I needed relief, I left feeling better after just 1 visit. The office is small but very pleasant, clean and decorated nicely with dim lights and a heat pad for the table. I will definitely be back to see Tonya for continued relief of my neck and shoulder pain.

My wife and I recently visited this place. I want to say that the specialist who treated us, Bryan, is a spectacular person. He was very patient with us. We don't speak English well, but the very friendly specialist allowed us to use Google Translate. He is clearly a great professional and a great human being. I think the doctors in Lincoln should learn good manners and receive ethical training from Bryan. I will continue to travel from Lincoln to Omaha to receive Bryan's medical services. Because in Lincoln, the doctors lack ethics and don't know what they are certified in.
I cannot say enough about the girls at empower physical therapy! I came in with severe pelvic pain in pregnancy and they were so caring and knowledgeable. With their expertise it was completely gone within two sessions. They prepared me for birth with specific exercises tailored to me and taught me how to effectively push. My second birth experience was completely different than my first, thanks to them. They are so knowledgeable and amazing post partum. I saw major improvements after just one session. They are what every mom needs! I cannot thank them enough!
