It had been shedding and matting, and although I’ve been natural for a while, I honestly didn’t know how to properly care for it. I was beyond upset this last appointment when she did such a poor job with my nails. My co-work recommended I go to her nail tech Bella at EMM Nail Bar. This was the best decision I could have made. Bella is sweet professional and VERY focused on giving you the best result for your nail. Songyea has been doing my eyebrows for microblade and lips for lip shading for years now. I’m amazed how long it last. I get compliments daily on her artistry because what she does is true art. She takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and is very convenient. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over 9 years and started with songyea 3 years ago and she is by far the best. I used to go to ones in NYC that had 3 month waiting list and would 100 times over pick her.

G has for the first time in my life made my hair be the biggest difference for me in the way that I look. In my mid-50s, I never expected to have to rely on a hairstylist for color and even blow drying. When I have something important to go to, G is now a required part of my getting ready. Such an outstanding professional as G has helped me. He also has improved the health of my hair and everyone, even other stylists (which I have to use with a lot of travel) comment on the color. My only hesitation in singing his phrases is that he might get too busy to be able to fit me in. Keep some spots for me G! The salon also is absolutely lovely with best in class products and lovely coffee and treats, one time bought fresh mangoes for his clients. In every way, I highly recommend this experience.

Jennifer is incredibly sweet and made me feel so comfortable right away, like I was visiting a friend. She was very gentle with her techniques, but also extremely thorough. I’m a returning customer who previously left mid-COVID and never returned after they told me my wax passes expired. Last month, I received a call from a very kind young woman who was calling to inform me my wax passes did NOT expire and wanted to know if would like to schedule. I said yes, figuring I’d give them another shot since they’d be “free” (girl math). I was scheduled with Sam. First, the same woman from the phone was there as the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name because she was incredibly sweet…maybe it was Mikayla?) and checked me in. The environment is clean, organized, and not overwhelming (this is important to note because I was going to a local “competitor” down the street and didn’t realize the marked difference in atmosphere until coming back to EWC. Next, I met Sam who brought me back to the suite. I CANNOT say enough good things about Sam. She is kind, welcoming, funny, and makes a generally uncomfortable/vulnerable situation super pleasant. She was so great, I left thinking did we just become best friends?! Her level of hospitality and genuine kindness is super rare these days. In fact, I’ve seen her twice now and joked that the first time had to have been a fluke because nobody is that happy and helpful. I’m here to tell you, I think SHE IS. She’s consistently asked me about wax temperature, explained the steps & products that she’s using, reminded me to breath, and ensured that we achieved the result I wanted. Side note, I’m also deaf in my left ear and have told her this. She’s bubbly and loud enough as-is but has also been great about repeating herself if necessary which just adds to the comfort level (it’s easy to annoy some people quickly when they don’t understand you actually can’t hear them). I do have one tiny remark. At my second visit, the receptionist was different and my check in/check out experience was not stellar. I was not greeted and was plainly asked if I was checking in, and for my name. She then told me I was checked in. That’s it. Then, I proactively asked her if she could provide change for my tip because I had a wax pass to use and would not be able to leave it on a card. She seemed annoyed that I asked this and remarked that she didn’t have a lot of change. I did, ultimately get the change, which was great but the entire interaction with her seemed cold and impersonal after having a 10/10 experience the time before.

I booked a 90-minute custom facial with Audra, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best spa experiences of my life. She started by assessing my skin and asking detailed questions about my routine and any sensitivities.
Every step felt intentional from the gentle exfoliation to the precise facial massage, to the application of serums that actually felt like they were absorbing into my skin rather than just sitting on top.
My skin felt hydrated, plump, and radiant for weeks after. I also got to try the Epi-Peel and some of their botanical toners, which I loved because they were effective but incredibly gentle.

This review is slightly overdue, but I had such a great experience that I had to leave one! I went on May 28th and booked with Ashley for a few dainty hand tattoos. I currently have three tattoos, all from different artists and studios, and after reading so many amazing reviews, I was excited to give this place a chance. One thing I really appreciated was Ashley’s attitude toward hand tattoos. I had actually put off getting hand pieces for a while because I had been turned away by several artists around the Palm Beach area. Many made it seem like hand tattoos weren’t worth doing because they’ll fade or require touch ups. While that may be true, it shouldn’t automatically mean turning someone away. Ashley was incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She worked with the inspiration photos I sent, made adjustments to the designs and sizing the day of my appointment, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into getting something I wasn’t completely happy with. In the past, I’ve felt like I just had to accept certain sizing limitations or placement decisions because artists made them seem impossible. Ashley was confident, patient, and made the entire process feel seamless. I also wish I had gotten the name of the guy who checked me in because he was so incredibly kind, not just to me, but to everyone who came through the door. Tattoo shops sometimes have a reputation for feeling intimidating, but this studio was the complete opposite. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure clients got exactly what they wanted. So excited to have a new studio here and can’t wait to go back for more!!

Paul did a great job. He is professional, and trustworthy. I would use him again and again and have. He installed two light sensor fixtures in back of the house and created an electrical outlet for me. And, such a nice guy!
My dad had a new water heater installed by a Home Depot contractor. Once all was installed, the plumbing company told him his breaker was not the correct amperage to pass permitting/inspection (if I’m saying this correctly) and that they’d charge an additional fee to replace it…not ideal but it needed to be done. The company then backtracked and refused to do it. Enter Mark from Go Electric, who immediately sent someone out to resolve the issue at my father’s house. He is an elderly veteran who appreciates working with companies that keep their word and are intelligible - which is the service he said he received from Mark and his team. He also said despite the additional expense, he was happy it turned out this way because now he has an electrical company to use in the future. I can’t thank them enough for helping to finish a job that another contractor left us hanging on!

These guys actually work miracles! I've used Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning for five years now. I've had them out for carpet cleanings twice and most recently for a whole-house tile and grout cleaning. I do not know how they do it, but they make my floors look BRAND new. And I have two dogs who do not respect my floors at all.
With the tile/grout in particular, I was literally losing sleep over how dirty they had gotten, wondering how I was going to clear my house of furniture, have the floors torn up, and completely replaced... But HTCC brought them back to life, within a few hours, and for much cheaper than I was expecting.

Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with.

I didn't pick up one limb. They got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. That was a big thorny Kapok that had to come down before it blew over in storm and wrecked part of the house. Have Trees? Then you need Turney Tree Service for pruning and care.

The next day, they arrived with the crew, and the job was done within a short period of time. No mess was left behind when they cleared the tree debris and threw it away. Dr Herne is fantastic! She's been my dermatologist for many years and I think she's professional and deeply caring. She listens to me and my concerns and addresses them with empathy and understanding. I highly recommend her, in fact my husband started seeing her a few years ago too. I also recommend my friend to her as well. This is a new location which is further drive for me than her Forest Hill office but she's totally worth it!
Dr. Marsch is great! She always remembers me and my history, and cares to know about her patients’ conditions and diagnoses in other fields to ensure the best care. For example, when suggesting a vitamin that doesn’t work for everyone, she explained to me why it was likely to help me based on the features of my non-dermatological diagnosis, in an easy to understand way. She doesn’t brush me off when my age/etc makes something less likely to be an issue but instead listens. Highly recommend!
The staff are so incredibly kind and thorough here. I’m traveling from out of town and was able to get an appointment on short notice for my dog. They treated me and my dog like we were regulars. Even though we are just passing through, they were extremely thorough about his history and treatment.

Everything about this clinic was wonderful; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and Dr Cristina Braun And her technician were very kind and very thorough. It was my dog's first visit to a vet clinic, and they handled him beautifully. They followed up promptly with the blood results and radiographs.
The clinic is easy to find, with a nice quiet parking lot and beautiful view over the lake.

My 11 yr old Shepherd Mix " Shadow" was seen today by Dr.DeRooy, and although my dog seemed nervous he was very well behaved. He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. DeRooy was very informative and I think we found our new Vet! Recommend to anyone -well worth the visit! Thank you!!

I’ve been going to Alfonso Animal Hospital for 8+ years, and there’s truly no better place. Dr. Alfonso is always so attentive, caring, and genuinely helpful. He never tries to oversell anything; just honest, thoughtful care every single time. It’s also wonderful to always see his dad there helping him; they make such a great team, and the family atmosphere really shows. Now that I’ve adopted a new puppy, I’ll be bringing her to Alfonso too—no questions about that. I’m so grateful for the amazing care they provide
When we moved to Florida i searched for a vet who was warm and competent. It took me 4 tries but I finally found them. The front desk staff is amazing and kind and Dr Cunningham is the real deal. I am so comfortable with this practice and i trust them with my baby boy who is like a child to me. .

Dr. Miller has been my Dog Demon's vet for many many years.Demon was a RETIRED racing greyhound which is Dr Miller's specialty. He did his very first Dental and always straight and honest with me about everything. When it came time to let Demon go it was heartbreaking .Dr. Miller was there for me during the transition every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better Vet than Dr. Miller. He's a kind and caring person loves every animal that comes in his door as if they were his own. The staff up front are really fantastic! They all treat you like family. I can’t say enough good things about All Dogs Rock! I found them when Rambo, my senior dog needed a safe place to be when I wasn’t home due to some health issues in 2022.
This was the only daycare that had a separate section for seniors. My dog thrived for quite some time as a direct result of their incredible staff. I was 1000% thrilled that my little man’s care and his final months were absolutely enhanced simply by being there. He loved the socialization and was cared for appropriately, with true compassion & care.
Fast forward to 2026, I now have a new little pup Charlie in my life . Once again , All Dogs Rock has been here providing my dog with a fun, healthy and safe place to play and socialize.

I found Pilates at 74 years old and it has been life changing! I feel better, sleep and breathe better, have more energy and better posture. Because of the core work I am much stronger. I truly enjoy the workouts as opposed to my efforts in the gym.
This studio is wonderful and has a great team! Joy, the manager, has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming, calming and clean. There are special events offered and classes at all levels and times. Club Pilates has studios across the country with reciprocity and a fee schedule that is very attractive.
The instructors here are extremely knowledgeable, effective and accommodating to any special needs or injuries. Every workout is different and I love the variety and amazing results.
I highly recommend Pilates and this particular studio!

Simone took her time and asked about what I wanted to focus on and was amazing in her execution. Simone was excellent locating my chronic pain points and resolved them. I left feeling wonderful after my deep tissue massage. I recommend everyone go experience Touch By The Angel Manual and Massage Therapy. I will definitely be back.

Carl was incredibly skilled and took the time to identify and work through MANY areas of tension with the perfect amount of pressure. I walked in with significant tightness in my neck, shoulders, hips and back, and left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably more mobile. I went in mostly because my shoulders and back been feeling tight from work and sitting too much, so I figured I’d try a massage & spa for once. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the place was clean, calm, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away.
The massage was exactly what I needed. They focused on the areas that were bothering me and checked in a couple times to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling way more relaxed and loose than when I came in.

I am SO thankful to have found this practice. I moved to the area 9 months pregnant looking to continue my acupuncture treatments as I had been going regularly for years. Having been at a women’s health and fertility focused practice previously I was sure I wasn’t going to be able to easily find the level of specialized care I was used to receiving but I was thrilled to find Balance Point. I feel SO well taken care of and they take many insurances so I am paying less OOP than I ever have.
