They are both so sweet, patient, professional, and masters of their craft. Lorraine really took her time to ensure everything was perfect and comfortable for me. Songyea has been doing my eyebrows for microblade and lips for lip shading for years now. I’m amazed how long it last. I get compliments daily on her artistry because what she does is true art. She takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and is very convenient. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over 9 years and started with songyea 3 years ago and she is by far the best. I used to go to ones in NYC that had 3 month waiting list and would 100 times over pick her.

I do my eyelash extensions and manicures at GLAM. The eyelash specialists Irina and Mari are both professional, gentle and know what works best for my eye shape. It is rare to find specialists who are skilled enough not to get glue irritants near your eyes while applying extensions. I also get my Russian manicures with Glori. She’s very neat and fast, and my nails are done perfectly each time. Highly recommend.

I had 3 outlets in my kitchen that weren’t working. Paul came in and analyzed the problem in no time. He made the necessary repairs and cleaned everything up. I plan to use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
My dad had a new water heater installed by a Home Depot contractor. Once all was installed, the plumbing company told him his breaker was not the correct amperage to pass permitting/inspection (if I’m saying this correctly) and that they’d charge an additional fee to replace it…not ideal but it needed to be done. The company then backtracked and refused to do it. Enter Mark from Go Electric, who immediately sent someone out to resolve the issue at my father’s house. He is an elderly veteran who appreciates working with companies that keep their word and are intelligible - which is the service he said he received from Mark and his team. He also said despite the additional expense, he was happy it turned out this way because now he has an electrical company to use in the future. I can’t thank them enough for helping to finish a job that another contractor left us hanging on!

I arranged for a chimney sweep and inspection because our chimney had not been maintained in a number of years. The guy finished a very thorough cleaning after arriving on schedule. They discovered a large accumulation, but they managed everything effectively and securely. A little repair that could be fixed before it became a bigger problem was also found during the examination. Their openness and lucid communication were really appreciated. I didn't pick up one limb. They got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. That was a big thorny Kapok that had to come down before it blew over in storm and wrecked part of the house. Have Trees? Then you need Turney Tree Service for pruning and care.

The next day, they arrived with the crew, and the job was done within a short period of time. No mess was left behind when they cleared the tree debris and threw it away. These guys crushed it!!!! I completely redid the garden beds in front of my house. They did the demo, built the new wall, planted the trees, laid down the stone, and filled the dead/dirt areas with SOD, all in 2 days, among a few other smaller things. It was about 110deg, in July, I dunno how they did it. I love how it turned out, completely changed the look and curb appeal of my house. Can't thank or recommend them enough!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Matthews. I came to him for persistent lower back pain, and after reviewing my MRI, he identified that I had bulging discs and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how we could address it.

My son had pretty bad neck pain and many chiropractor offices don’t take kids. Dr. Snyder fit him into the schedule quickly and provided the utmost of care and is a really nice guy to boot. Same goes for his staff. 5 stars are not enough!
Foundation Chiropractic provided an exceptional level of care during one of the most physically challenging experiences I’ve had. I saw Dr. Chuck Mitzelfeld on Monday for severe lower back pain that came out of nowhere, I had no prior injuries, but suddenly couldn’t drive, walk without a walker, lift my legs, or function normally. It took me nearly five minutes just to walk a few feet, and Dr. Chuck was incredibly patient, even providing a walker and personally helping me on and off the therapy table.
He took X-rays, explained everything clearly, and performed an adjustment that finally gave me some much-needed relief. Afterward, I received shockwave therapy and a deep tissue massage that made a huge difference in my comfort level.
I wish I had gotten the massage therapist’s name because he was the best I’ve ever experienced,
his attention to detail and techniques were outstanding. He even took the time to show my 5-year-old daughter ways to help me at home. The compassion and care from everyone in the office turned a very painful situation into a positive experience where I was able to WALK out of the office (yes still painful to do so but the fact that I could walk, was an absolute miracle). I highly recommend this office!!

She listens to me and my concerns and addresses them with empathy and understanding. I highly recommend her, in fact my husband started seeing her a few years ago too. I also recommend my friend to her as well. This is a new location which is further drive for me than her Forest Hill office but she's totally worth it!
Dr. Marsch is great! She always remembers me and my history, and cares to know about her patients’ conditions and diagnoses in other fields to ensure the best care. For example, when suggesting a vitamin that doesn’t work for everyone, she explained to me why it was likely to help me based on the features of my non-dermatological diagnosis, in an easy to understand way. She doesn’t brush me off when my age/etc makes something less likely to be an issue but instead listens. Highly recommend!
The staff are so incredibly kind and thorough here. I’m traveling from out of town and was able to get an appointment on short notice for my dog. They treated me and my dog like we were regulars. Even though we are just passing through, they were extremely thorough about his history and treatment.

Everything about this clinic was wonderful; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and Dr Cristina Braun And her technician were very kind and very thorough. It was my dog's first visit to a vet clinic, and they handled him beautifully. They followed up promptly with the blood results and radiographs.
The clinic is easy to find, with a nice quiet parking lot and beautiful view over the lake.

He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. Miller has been my Dog Demon's vet for many many years.Demon was a RETIRED racing greyhound which is Dr Miller's specialty. He did his very first Dental and always straight and honest with me about everything. When it came time to let Demon go it was heartbreaking .Dr. Miller was there for me during the transition every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better Vet than Dr. Miller. He's a kind and caring person loves every animal that comes in his door as if they were his own. The staff up front are really fantastic! They all treat you like family. I found Pilates at 74 years old and it has been life changing! I feel better, sleep and breathe better, have more energy and better posture. Because of the core work I am much stronger. I truly enjoy the workouts as opposed to my efforts in the gym.
This studio is wonderful and has a great team! Joy, the manager, has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming, calming and clean. There are special events offered and classes at all levels and times. Club Pilates has studios across the country with reciprocity and a fee schedule that is very attractive.
The instructors here are extremely knowledgeable, effective and accommodating to any special needs or injuries. Every workout is different and I love the variety and amazing results.

I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage here and it was such a wonderful experience. She took the time to explain the lymphatic system and walk me through what to expect.

I tried -experimented - with 1 hour of lymphatic massage with Julie to see if my leg (left knee replaced 2x) would benefit. Some of the massage was uncomfortable but so worth it! I'm walking much better plus I look younger. Go figure! The price was very fair. I'm on a budget but will definitely find a way to follow up for additional treatments. Thank you, Julie! What a great massage. Nana gives a really good massage. She worked all of my knots out and yet it was very relaxing at times and started to doze off. One of the better massages I’ve received. She was very professional and kept me covered as she should. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

I highly recommend Dr. Henry Shao, Chinese Medical Clinic, for any type of pain. I’ve had neck pain for 30 years and lower back pain for 15 years and he has reduced the level of pain by 90%
I was most impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the office and treatment rooms. Dr. Shao is a friendly and compassionate doctor, who listened to any issues I had and addressed them.
There was minimal discomfort by the placement of the needles. Once they were in, it was a very pleasant and soothing experience, with immediate reduction of pain.
Even though the insurance company would not pay for the 5 treatments, it was worth every penny, as there were no pills and no side effects.
I am SO thankful to have found this practice. I moved to the area 9 months pregnant looking to continue my acupuncture treatments as I had been going regularly for years. Having been at a women’s health and fertility focused practice previously I was sure I wasn’t going to be able to easily find the level of specialized care I was used to receiving but I was thrilled to find Balance Point. I feel SO well taken care of and they take many insurances so I am paying less OOP than I ever have.

I went in for functional medicine to understand what is going on in my body, why I’m so tired, and what it truly needs to be supported and well nourished. I came out with such an integrated understanding of the energetic and physical aspects of my body. She genuinely cares about your well being and will tailor each session to give you what you need. She is like your body’s biggest cheerleader. Feels wonderful to know I have someone I can trust and rely on when I am not feeling my best.
I came to this location and was so nervous but thankfully the staff here are always so nice and friendly. I was helped by Nelson, an amazing bilingual employee. I was able to observe that he helped many people beside myself and reassured me and helped me less nervous by his positive attitude. I passed ! The price is reasonable and they all do their best to give you alternative resources if they do not provide them at this location, as long as you know what you service you need. I will definitely be coming back when needed.
