Our 50 year old concrete garage floor has been transformed. The cracks and spalling have all disappeared and replaced with a beautiful, gleaming surface. We also chose to cover our stem walls to provide a vertical peak at the coloration provided by the Yukon flakes (color code FB4212) that now adorn our floor. The work was done over two days by one highly experienced and skilled technician. The price we paid was in line with the competition. We are happy we made this home improvement and looking forward to seeing the new look every time we open our garage door.

Thankful for the services provided by Uptown. My furnace was not working and with first snow in we were freezing. Andy came to our rescue and did see the issue and proposed the next steps and provided the estimate so we don't run into this again. To diagnose and provide estimate and to get the system running they did not charge. I will for sure get my stuff installed through them
After doing a great job installing our new hot water heater, PipeRight spotted some galvanized elbows connecting to copper pipes that were causing corrosion and water pressure issues. PipeRight sent out Stuart, who did a great job remedying the issue, and quicker than I thought. What I thought could be a two day job Stuart had finished by 1pm. Highly recommended!

He did an amazing job transforming my long, damaged hair into a super fun and bouncy fairy mullet ?♀️ My hair is wavy, very coarse and low porosity and he had no problem dealing with my hair. I also appreciated how chill and friendly the vibe was—I felt like my preferences were heard and there wasn't any pressure to add additional services/products. I'll definitely be back. I was only in town briefly for an event and was feeling very self-conscious about my thinning, frayed hair. Charmaine gave me a haircut that not only looked beautiful right away, but also grew out incredibly well and brought back a sense of volume, movement, and bounce that I hadn’t seen in my hair in a long time. When I returned home, a friend told me it was the best haircut I’d had in years and I completely agree!
I’m incredibly grateful I was able to get an appointment with her while I was in town. If I lived in the area, she would absolutely be my regular stylist. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had a great experience here. I originally called at about 5pm looking for a walk in. I learned at that time that walk ins at such a late time are rarely offered (after calling about 6 shops that turned me away). Angelica answered the phone, and agreed to stay later instead of going home to cut my hair. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed by the barbers there. They have a very nice location so waiting for Angelica to finish with her current client was no problem at all.
Angelica was very friendly and super accommodating of my requests. I am not very familiar with haircutting terminology so I only had a couple suggestions for her to work with. She was very receptive to my input and also was confident enough in her own skills to take creative liberty.
I never knew how much this cut was going to cost, and honestly didn't care because I wanted a haircut no matter what, but the price I paid was very cheap considering the care she put in, the quality of the cut, and the really nice studio they work in. It was very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend going here, especially first timers. I will definitely be going back.

Mary is the best!She makes your dream nails come true. I’ve always had trouble growing my nails because I have the tendency of peeling them when I got anxious. Mary suggested the dip powder which would not thinner or hurt my original nails, and work around with my request. She put a lot of effort in making sure you feel great and excited walking out of her saloon. Best place to pamper yourself!

The Spa was luxurious and out of this world! Loved my massage by Genova, Ella gives an amazing Salt room experience & facial. The Café was beautiful & had a delicious chai latté. Salon is super clean & Maya left my hair feeling smooth & silky with a blowout! Perfect day for those who are holding a lot of tension/stress & need to escape. 10/10 recommend.
I'm not sure who did my nails (I didn't ask), but they came out great. She did a wonderful job with prep and was very careful. Pricing was quite reasonable, about $80 plus a tip for a gel-x set with a design. The person who did them was so nice! I will try to come back here soon!
They close at 8pm but I called at 730 and asked if they were able to do a full set of acrylics and they still took me even tho they closed in 30 minutes. The you who did my nails took his time even tho I’m sure he was ready to go home for the evening and the owner even stuck around and talked with me and was very sweet and personable. This was my first time coming to this salon and won’t be my last! It’s hard to find a good nail salon 🩷

I just had a pedicure with Kay and also had the hot rocks massage. It was absolutely wonderful!! Kay did a fabulous job, and then I had a lovely manicure with May. May said I could also add some sparkle to my nails, and she and Kay chose a great combo, so I have lots of Bling!! I just love them!!! Both ladies were so kind and caring and fun to work with. I so enjoyed our conversation and was sad to leave. I would highly recommend this spa!! Next time I will bring my daughters!

this is a very attractive club compared to other Lifetime clubs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a chronic problem with having the women's facilities, not on par with the men's. Mini facilities in the women's locker room continue to not function properly, such as the whirlpool it's been reported to me.

This place is soooo wonderful! Had a group spa party for my birthday and they were incredibly flexible and clear with helping me set it all up. We also got to use their lounge space which was the perfect touch and a great vibe to get the day started and meet up in between services. Everyone I interacted with here was so kind and helpful and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back as soon as I can!

I moved to Minneapolis last year and had a hard time finding a lash tech I really liked. This place has been the best experience by far. I tried someone else who was cheaper after my first visit, but the quality here is so much better, so I came back--and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is so relaxing. She usually plays music while doing my lashes, which I love. Since I'm often rushing or squeezing in an appointment during my workday, this has become my little moment to unwind. Sometimes I fall asleep. She provides blankets and a comfortable chair, making it a cozy experience. There's usually some kind of deal going on, which is super nice given how expensive everything is these days. No complaints at all--I'm just so happy I found her. I get tons of compliments on my lashes.

I specifically got my tattoo with Ian Richards and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took my inspiration drawings and drew what I asked for while adding his own personal style. He worked with me through last minute details, taking my input seriously, offering opinions when asked but never pushing. If you ever need a needle break - he will gladly give it to you, just ask. Most of all, he was genuinely excited about the tattoo. It looks GREAT. I'd recommend him for anything, but especially if you're getting an animal I'd really consider Ian. He loves animals and does a great job on them, including mine.
However, vibes of shop are overall 10/10 so if you're considering another artist I'd still recommend.

The guys that come over gave me pricing for two versions of the job I was trying to get done and helped me talk through my options. They have helped me to install a free standing bath tub with drain at the centre of the bath tub. The Main job was to connect it to the pipe/drain outlet on the floor located on the 1st floor. The job was professionally, efficiently done. The price is reasonable.

We have used Grabow Plumbing as our go to plumber since they participated as a plumbing contractor in a major remodeling project at our house almost 15 years ago. They have done a number of repairs for us during this time and we have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service we have received. They have always been prompt and courteous. The do have an emergency service which is available outside regular business hours. They are a relatively small business so we have gotten to know the employees which is always a good thing rather than having a new person every service call. Plumbers are not inexpensive but I believe that their prices are fair. I highly recommend Grabow.

He came out right away to review my kiln relocation wiring project and provided me with a clear proposal. He was a great from beginning to end - and beyond. I appreciated that the proposal was not a quote, but a transparent, set price with a warranty. Brice knew I needed the work done right away and was able fit me in immediately (there was a cancelation that we jumped on). Their electrician, Jason, was fantastic. I had an external power line come loose from my home business. Other companies quoted me exorbitant amounts of money to fix. But Brother's came in and were honest, fair, and realistic. After all my struggles with other places, I learned from Brother's I actually did NOT need a full system replacement. I just needed help repairing what I had. And they did it while complying with regulations and only getting the replacement parts I actually needed (no up charging, no up selling for no reason). They were the only company that was not taking me for a ride, so to speak. A good company that cares and isn't trying to upsell or trick you. They just do the work and are down to earth. AND they got me on their books less than 24 hours after I called since it was a serious issue that other companies didn't seem to care about. I think they are trustworthy based on what I experienced.
Cam went above and beyond my request for power washing my driveway, deck and patio. He helped with the removal of items I no longer needed and took them where they could be refurbished and used for the good of others in need. I cannot express my gratitude more than for the help of Cam.

Brian came over and did wonders with our 125 year old side door that had a lot of changes done to it over the years, was really tight to close, and had a key deadbolt on both the inside and outside of the door for some reason which is not up to code. He was able to get our door to close easier without having to shove it closed and made a door plate around the keypad that he installed to look more elegant. He also changed out the double-sided key deadbolt for one that had a thumb turn on the inside and it looks great! I could tell that he strives for perfection and was very knowledgeable educating me on everything related to the locks. John at the shop was very kind and helped answer so many of the lock issues/questions I had. I had extra keys made here that haven’t snapped in half or have trouble turning like the 3 other hardware stores I’ve tried. This is definitely where I would continue going if I had lock issues or repairs needed!
Hamza and crew did an excellent job in a large condo building I manage downtown. They were punctual, friendly, and moved quickly. They also located a leaking pipe, told me about it and set a bucket under it for me! Running a large building is all about details and efficiency, and from bid to completion, Hamza went out of his way to make my job easier. We Fix Carpet was very communicative before and during the job. Their pricing was competitive to others and they were able to fit us in quickly to accommodate a move and other contractor schedules. They stretched multiple carpet areas and cleaned all of our carpet in a day, and it all looks great.

I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day. I'd contact them again without hesitation.

We had a major kitchen remodel, where the wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken out and the whole area gutted to the studs. After choosing a design we liked the demolition started as we chose colors, cupboards, tile and quartz countertops. We had trips to Ferguson Home for the kitchen sink and the faucet, and Warners Stellian for appliances. Allof the contracted workers were very friendly and did great work, from plumbing and electrical to sheet rocking, painting, and wood floor installation. All contractors also were great at cleaning up at the end of their day. It was so great to see the new kitchen come together, and we are so excited to use this new awesome space.

Living through a major home remodeling project is rarely enjoyable, but the folks at Hanson were an absolute joy to work with. They transformed our aging, tired kitchen into a handsome, beautifully functional space. All of the players -- the project manager, the designer, the lead contractor, and the subs -- were both professional and personable. They kept as closely as possible on schedule and when inevitable supplier delays occurred, they kept us fully informed. Even a couple of years after the dust settled, we still marvel at what a beautiful kitchen we've got. We would hire them again in a minute.

We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie’s list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not. We had a great experience with Liam and his team at Philips Garden. They installed plantings for us in our garden beds during the spring of 2024. We were impressed with their knowledge and recommendations for various plant types. The crew on the day of installation was diligent and hardworking. The follow up has been excellent - checking on the plants, providing additional watering and overwintering support and any replacements in 2025.

I’ve had Trio do two different landscaping projects for me and they have both turned out well. The staff worked with me to come up with a design that would work and then did the work without issue.
The first project was rocks and plants around the garage and house in order to make it look nicer and drain much better. The second project was replacing cement with paver stones for the walk leading to my garage. The paver stones have worked out exceptionally well and a number of the neighbors have commented on how nice they look. They are much easier to clear of snow than the cement was.
I am very satisfied with the work Trio has done and would hire them again.

Not quite what we were looking for but so many options for old bricks, stone, carved pieces, etc.
When I reached out for a quote for stump grinding, Chris was quick to respond and gave a reasonable estimate for the following day. Unfortunately the preferred stump grinding machine could not be safely driven into my fenced yard, and with the equipment he had the assigned crew member was only able to remove the main root ball, leaving some pretty big roots where I wanted to plant another tree. When I followed up to tell Chris I was honestly disappointed with how many roots remained compared to what he described could be done, he apologized and offered to send someone back with an alternate tool to finish the job that had been promised. Lucas from his team returned, and not only did he do a great job of removing the remaining stump and root remnants, but he also offered to help me finish digging the hole for my new tree and then helped me lift the new tree into place - talk about going above and beyond! They turned what could have been an unhappy experience for me into a very positive one.

Arbor Artisans were very easy to reach and communicate with, very responsive. The work itself was well done, and they provided good explanation as to what was to be done, and not "over-suggest" work that was not necessary (as opposed to some other places I had called). I will definitely call them again for future work needed.
Had a great experience. When part of a tree fell on my house they send someone out to look at the situation same day. Other companies took days to get back to me (some did not get back at all). They removed the fallen branch pretty quickly and came back later to remove the entire tree.
It was a tricky removal with potential risk to my house and my neighbor's house. I was pretty paranoid about it. But it all went down totally smoothly. They even had to work around a car on the tree we could not find the owner for. Thew cleanup was really thorough and the site looked great afterwards.,
Pricing seemed fair enough. S great all around. Recommended.
I had a great experience with Matt's Tree Service. I inquired about a removal of a large locust in my backyard through the website. Matt and his team assessed my property and gave me a quick quote, which was incredibly fair. Well within my budget. I had a few questions and called the office admin, and the same day, Matt himself called me back and talked me through everything. I booked the tree removal that day and also added trimming of a large maple I had nearby.
The team was booked out a few weeks and awaiting turning off a power line from Xcel. The day came and his crew showed up early, walked through everything before I went to work. When I came back from work everything was completed. Large tree removed in a tight space. All I had to do was remove a few fence panels for them to get their equipment in and allow them to remove the timber.
It was easy. Matt was super accessible, the team was friendly and knowledgable, and the damage to the yard was minimal. Most of all they were super affordable for the work they did. Obviously there were a few track marks from the machine I had to clean up, but that's part of the gig. I would recommend them to all my friends.

From the incredible front desk staff to the dentist to the assistant to the hygienist, I have only had the most fantastic experience. The technology and tools at this practice are top notch as well.

All of the staff here are fantastic, they know how to work with people who are hyper-mobile, and put a lot of care into making sure that you feel better once you're done. They have an incredibly through intake and then make sure to target what is bothering you at each appointment. They have multiple massage therapists working there as well so they aren't just targeting your joints but also the muscles around them.

Pure health Chiro changed my life. I was in two horrible back to back car accidents and my road in recovery was long and hard. For 3 years I was frequently in and out, each specialist I saw was patient and knowledgeable. I learned so much about my body, they even taught my boyfriend how to take care of me when I would flare up at home. The lawsuit/insurance with the accident was a nightmare to handle and they worked SO well with us. Even had advocated once or twice. The cupping was so rewarding and I even do it every once in awhile as a server. The traction bed helped decompress my spine. And it’s the only place I would let crack my neck again, 100% go see them. I love them and recommend them to everyone and I am for sure a lifer Pure Health fan.
I just had my first appointment today and Dr. Eric was incredibly thorough. He explained what he was doing, why, and the physiology behind it. I like knowing the “why” of things, so that is incredibly important to me. Dr. Eric is also incredibly personable, I highly recommend checking them out.

Dr. Chad listens and is very understanding when it comes to patient care. His experience with helping people get better after suffering accident injury is wonderful. He makes sure to address the pain patients are experiencing and does not cut corners for treatment. Dr. Chad makes you feel comfortable and even his massage therapist shows concern and care when it comes to patients who experience anxiety and are unsure about receiving services. I was that patient originally and am very glad with the care I am receiving at Midwest Spine Solutions and am grateful for being referred to this office. Fairly new patient of Dr. Scheuer, and I would highly recommend her for her expertise and superb bedside manner. She was very patient with me, I didn't feel rushed at all, and heard me out when I was describing my issue. Facially-oriented skin issues can be very sensitive to discuss considering how they can affect our self-esteem but Dr. Scheuer was very empathetic and never dismissive (as some doctors can be) and I decided to trust her with the recommended treatment. If you are looking for a dermatologist who is kind and patient, I would recommend her. It was worth traveling from Saint Paul to see her. I would consider her again for any future dermatological concerns.
I first came to Best Friends about 6 months ago to put my dog Xenio down. Which they were nothing but accommodating, kind and very compassionate about what they do. Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.
Dr Adams and her staff are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. My wife and I called the office hoping for a same-day appointment due to our dog starting to experience persistent vomiting spells. Not only did they call us back almost immediately, but they were able to see her within two hours of us calling. Dr Adams is extremely thorough and has excellent bedside manner. On top of that, the service she provided was significantly better than what we had received a day earlier at an urgent care. Additionally, the price of my dog’s intake appointment, medications, and follow-up appointment was cheaper than a basic exam at our previous vet. Unfortunately our sweet baby ended up passing away due to complications from her illness (myasthenia gravis, mega esophagus, aspiration pneumonia, and probably cancer). When Dr Adams saw the death paperwork from the emergency vet we had taken our dog to, she called almost immediately to express her condolences. I am confident in saying that if my wife and I ever get another dog, we are going to bring them to Southdale Pet Hospital.
They took great care of my elder dog. We’re kind when he nervously pooped on the floor upon entering the office. We cognizant of cost and communicated excellently. He ended up needing surgery (tooth extractions) and the through the entire process I was grateful for the Modern Love team, their care and attention to my dog.

Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.

Kenwood has long been our primary resource for veterinary care and we are always happy with the standard of care and the kindness our pets are treated to. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.

Our vet clinic had a full schefule and was unable to see our dog who had been vomitting & had diarrhea. Your clinic had time to see him that same day and provided great care. The follow-up calls were very much appreciated, too.

Dr. Burk was compassionate, non-judgmental, and exceptionally knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She truly cares from the perspective of a pet parent, taking the time to explain every option clearly including treatment plans and costs so we could make informed decisions and decide best course for our family. She checks in often and is always open to questions or concerns, which made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
Over the years, I’ve had pets with complex medical needs, including a cat with early kidney failure and another with severe heart complications and frostbite (stray) and I have worked with many veterinarians. I can honestly say I have never experienced a more caring, supportive, and dedicated vet.

We love taking our fur babies to Bass Lake Pet Hospital. We've been clients for over 5 years now and just love the people there. Dr. Engle is phenomenal and always takes the time to explain and make sure we feel comfortable with next steps if needed. I've never had a negative experience there.
I typically groom my two dogs myself but have been recovering from surgery while they've been enjoying the hot summer and getting extra stinky from it. I decided rather than wait til I could do it myself to get them full service baths and could not have been more pleased with this experience. The communication leading up to the appointment was quick, friendly, and clear. They even accommodated a last minute time change for me. They treated my dogs with patience and care- working well with both my older gal and young sassy girl, and didn't push either past their comfort level while still providing an excellent glow up. I appreciated the details they shared of how the groom went, and also that they had lots of treats in the lobby for me to choose from to reward the girls after (they each got a jerky treat but they sell bubbles, plushies, squakies, and even leashes/collars). The perfume was a very nice scent and not overwhelming. They even picked little bows/bandanas that matched my dogs collars/leash. So cute! I am a fan and will return.
The groomers here are all great, they got my American Eskimo dog and my longhair cat both looking beautiful!
Wow I should have started taking my dog here much sooner! Nail trimming at home had been a weekly 20+ minute ordeal with our 4 year old Boston terrier. We were in, and out in less than 10 minutes and she did great! They really have it down to a system and do a great job handling the dogs. We will be coming back more often! 🐶❤🐾

I was at YogaFit for 3-4 years, then wandered off to explore other fitness options. I tried a gym and 2 different pilates studios for 2 years and am now back at YogaFit. I regret ever leaving YogaFit and am so thankful to be back! All the classes that YogaFit offers are top notch and have given me more flexibility, strength and cardio than anything I had tried. The Yoga Room is a wonderful space to practice yoga. Especially appreciated are the wide-range of courses, introductions to new practices and the special events; like winter solstice and how to use a yoga ball for deep stretches. I've gone to other studios and found at The Yoga Room the instructors are the most helpful and involved in the sessions. I live in the neighborhood where the studio is located and appreciate the owner's high level of neighborhood involvement, her efforts to keep class prices affordable, and her care for the storefront. We are lucky this studio is in the Minneapolis Victory Neighborhood.

I highly recommend the align and flow class. The instruction is top notch, you have use of props, the studio air temperature is comfortable, and I always leave this class feeling great.
All the classes I've taken at Blooma have been so thoughtful and informative. We recently took the Lactation and Newborn Care Class with Kayla and it was exactly what we needed to feel prepared in our breastfeeding journey (the second time around). The instructors always go above and beyond and are such an amazing resource throughout pregnancy and postpartum periods. Highly recommend!

I tried the Earth Goddess yoga class last Saturday and it was an experience and a half. I think it in some way changed my life and that's not an over exaggeration. It was a form of dance flow yoga that was very well led. I have zero dance experience and am very shy but the energy from the instructor and from the room offered a safe space to fully and unabashedly be myself in my body. I laughed, I cried, I shook my bum - it was such a beautiful experience. 🙏

Tanya and Paul have an amazing gift of creating a safe, authentic community for those attending. The yoga classes cover philosophy, asana, breath work, sound therapy, and meditation. I have gone twice and it feels like medicine to my soul.
When I first tried Svaroopa Yoga I was going to attend class for approximately three months. I was skeptical. Could it really help the pain in my neck and back? That was about 10 years ago, I think. Time flies! I desperately needed help with my sore neck and back and it definitely helped with that. But what surprised me was how Svaroopa Yoga calmed my mind. It helped me become more comfortable in my body and support my mental health at the same time.
I also found community at Nokomis Yoga. Solveig Corbin has built a community of people who are kind, thoughtful and welcoming. That is very special in today's fast-paced world and, for that, I am also thankful. I highly recommend Nokomis Yoga!
I am absolutely hooked on Alotapilates! The instructors are all fantastic, especially Mary!
It is a complement to my cardio and HIIT classes. It really teaches me how to cultivate a mind-body connection, which I’ve never paid attention to for the many years of workouts I’ve done! Pilates has also taught me how to engage my core and how all movements stem from my core.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my posture, flexibility and core strength.
I love my pilates classes and also the special events- Sound Baths on Sundays!!!!

Joshua is very professional and courteous. You can tell that he truly cares about his work and helping people heal. His technique is effective and he always asks how I feel and what my areas of concern are. While I was going through cancer treatment, after having multiple surgeries and chemotherapy, he was always very supportive and considerate of what I was going through. I will never go to another therapist and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His professionalism, quality of care and knowledge are unsurpassed.
Christa is by far the best massage therapist I've ever seen. Shes been helping me for over 10 years with issues with my back and neck after several car accidents. I have osteogenesis Imperfecta and hypermobility she knows how to treat and deal with all my unique issues. She also treats my children ages 4 and 14 who have the same issues. I dont know what I would do without her! Highly recommend!! She is super knowledgeable and great at what she does! ?
I've had many massages over the years, and Tamara is hands down (pun intended!) one of the very best massage therapists around! She listens carefully, adjusts pressure levels if requested, and is a natural healer. I highly recommend her.
OrthoRehab was the third PT I've been to in the Twin Cities area and it was by far the best experience I've had. I was treated by Julia for lower back pain as well as bicep tendonitis and shoulder mobility. She was very thorough and would regularly check my movements and ask how I was feeling as opposed to just assigning some exercises and calling it good. Over time we adjusted and subtracted/added new exercises as I progressed. Highly recommend!!!
They have helped us in SO many ways. We have our son in speech at associated speech and OT with Children’s Theraplay and the growth that he has shown is incredible, thanks to Tricia and Morgan. Could not recommend them more!!

I had the good fortune to be matched up with Tylyn O’Brien who asked me to describe why was seeking assistance then gave me a 30 minute session in which she made great strides towards relieving my pain from various sources! Attended a gong sound bath and enjoyed it! Everyone was so kind and inviting. Ample space and mats/chairs/bolsters/blankets to make sure you are comfortable! Carrie lead the session with heart and sound. A few instruments were used with focus on the gong. I felt relaxed and cared for. Thank you all!
Jessica has been an absolute lifesaver. I came to her barely able to stand up straight because of severe back pain, and with each treatment I’ve felt more relief and have been able to move more comfortably. She has such a calming presence, takes the time to really listen, and genuinely cares about helping her patients heal.
The clinic itself is busy, which speaks to how wonderful they are, but somehow it still feels incredibly restful and peaceful the moment you walk in. It’s such a calming environment, and I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I arrived.

Doug was a very good instructor. I couldn’t pass my first four tries on my road test, but after I took my six hour behind the wheel, I passed on my first attempt after that.
