We were sent to Shaughnessy Flooring to finish selecting and customizing our new construction house. We worked with McKaela who was very professional and made us feel very comfortable during this new process. Everything was very well organized and they presented quality products.
Dr. Dickson is a true professional. When there was trouble time and again with my insurance, enough that anyone else would have simply dropped me and moved on, he worked with the company to find a solution that let me get the treatment I need. Beyond that, it's the small touches that make the experience friendly and comfortable. Ginger candy to get rid of the post nasal taste of spravato. Calm music. A humidifier. Offers to work around the bus schedule I need to use. I overslept for an appointment and he called me to check to make sure I was OK. He's been endlessly eager to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied.
This is not a review of Spravato or Ketamine. They've been great, but there are plenty of options for providers. What I'm saying is that Dr. Dickson's professionalism and bedside (couchside?) manner is uniquely beneficial to that experience. Ketamine is still frontier medicine at the moment, and powerful enough as to demand respect. You want a tool like that in the hands an expert; a person who will try to align every possible factor in your favor.

Emme Vick at Hair Craft Collective absolutely nailed my hair. I came in with grow out and previously dyed color, and she blended everything so seamlessly with the most perfect foilage/highlights. The contrast between the dark and light tones is exactly what I wanted — dimensional, bright, but still natural looking.
What I appreciated most is how realistic and knowledgeable she is with color. She truly understands how to make highlights work with your natural tone so the grow out will still look amazing months from now. She carefully went through and placed every highlight perfectly, and finished everything off with a trim to even out my hair and make it look so healthy.
You can tell she’s an expert in color correction, blending, and creating lived-in blonde/bronde looks that are actually maintainable. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now!

River is fantastic! My son has a unique mix of type 3 curls with some random straight pieces, and not many people know how to cut hair like his well—but River absolutely nailed it. He’s cool, calm, and a true master to watch at work. He also did an amazing job engaging my son in classic barber shop conversation, which helped him feel comfortable and at ease. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere—it’s the kind of space where you immediately feel comfortable. From the environment to the service, the whole experience was excellent. Sarah has been a great acupuncturist for me. I went to Attune Acupuncture when I had a lot of stuck energy and Sarah was instrumental in getting me over the hump.

Delayne was amazing! She's a gifted massage therapist who listens to her the needs of her client and then makes it happen with her healing hands. I started the day with neck pain and a sore back and left feeling relaxed and pain free. She is delightful to converse with as well. I only wish I lived in Minneapolis so that I could become a regular client.
My experience was absolutely incredible! I had a welcome massage with Sage, who was immensely considerate and welcoming (just the best energy ever!). The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the add-ons just heightened the experience. Highly recommend the cupping and scalp treatment. I walked out of that room feeling the lightest and calmest I have in quite some time.
Other pluses are that the space itself is very relaxing and enjoyable to be in, and parking was a breeze in the neighborhood. As somebody with allergies and sensitive skin, Sage was very accommodating, and it’s fantastic that Tula Spa has a focus on organic and clean ingredients.
I would highly recommend Sage, and Tula Spa as a whole. I will be coming back!!

this is a very attractive club compared to other Lifetime clubs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a chronic problem with having the women's facilities, not on par with the men's. Mini facilities in the women's locker room continue to not function properly, such as the whirlpool it's been reported to me.

This place is soooo wonderful! Had a group spa party for my birthday and they were incredibly flexible and clear with helping me set it all up. We also got to use their lounge space which was the perfect touch and a great vibe to get the day started and meet up in between services. Everyone I interacted with here was so kind and helpful and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back as soon as I can!

This is the best lash extension place I've ever been. Lulu is the best at what she does, never overloads lashes and secures them enough where I only have to come every 2-3 weeks. The prices are totally reasonable for the quality and experience. I recently had my brows tinted here as well, and they looked so much better and it lasted at least a month. I recommend this place 1000%.
I got my lashes done for the first time with Ash 3 years ago, and still to do this day, she is the only one I trust completely to handle my lashes. She puts her heart into her work, and is constantly offering deals for services! I love her so much!

I tried someone else who was cheaper after my first visit, but the quality here is so much better, so I came back--and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is so relaxing. She usually plays music while doing my lashes, which I love. Since I'm often rushing or squeezing in an appointment during my workday, this has become my little moment to unwind. Sometimes I fall asleep. She provides blankets and a comfortable chair, making it a cozy experience. There's usually some kind of deal going on, which is super nice given how expensive everything is these days. No complaints at all--I'm just so happy I found her. I get tons of compliments on my lashes.

My wife and I were on a family vacation and I owed her something for her birthday. We have had multiple pieces done at multiple shops across multiple states and Sea Wolf ranks among the best in our opinion. First thing we noticed walking in was the quick welcoming we got from both artist. Secondly the shop was clean, which is a must for a good shop. Came in Wednesday afternoon and talked with Dave and Jewels and they were able to set us up for the following afternoon. Both artists seemed genuinely excited to do our small pieces(mine was a shop minimum) and seemed to both be on the same page as us on placement and size. Dave packed great solid color and was able to nail the small details on my wife's Pikachu and Jewels' solid, straight, even lines and skin breaks on my Pikachu stencil made it look like a sticker. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Plus their pricing matched their quality of work. If your in the area and itching for a bada$$ piece check them out.

We have used Grabow Plumbing as our go to plumber since they participated as a plumbing contractor in a major remodeling project at our house almost 15 years ago. They have done a number of repairs for us during this time and we have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service we have received. They have always been prompt and courteous. The do have an emergency service which is available outside regular business hours. They are a relatively small business so we have gotten to know the employees which is always a good thing rather than having a new person every service call. Plumbers are not inexpensive but I believe that their prices are fair. I highly recommend Grabow.

I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day. I'd contact them again without hesitation.

Monthly cleans from Two Bettys got us through around 3-4 years with young kids. They are respectful of both their cleaners and their clients (fair wages, good customer service, etc). Our regular cleaner Matt would add extra touches like arranging the kids' stuffies into cute little pyramids - and now that my kids are taking over some of the cleaning jobs, they are also replicating the stuffy arrangements! A small bit of care that has gone a long way. :)

Beautiful tile! I’m so loving my master bath because of the Mercury tile that was installed. Yes, it takes a bit of time to get it but it’s so worth it. And I had an issue with the glaze on some of the white tile but they rushed additional tile to me in response to that. Great company to work with, I would not hesitate to order from them again

Tony was a true professional. He was easy to get ahold of and negotiate with. My hardwood floors were in really rough shape, and he took the time to make them pristine again. He even did a demo of some fake hardwood, which he included with the original estimate, that had been on top of the original hardwood. He also added some new boards where there had been tile, and the result was seamless. I've attached before and after pictures so you can see all the work he had to do. You can see where the carpet in the master bedroom was ripped out and what the fake hardwood looked like. Thanks again for the great work.

We had a major kitchen remodel, where the wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken out and the whole area gutted to the studs. After choosing a design we liked the demolition started as we chose colors, cupboards, tile and quartz countertops. We had trips to Ferguson Home for the kitchen sink and the faucet, and Warners Stellian for appliances. Allof the contracted workers were very friendly and did great work, from plumbing and electrical to sheet rocking, painting, and wood floor installation. All contractors also were great at cleaning up at the end of their day. It was so great to see the new kitchen come together, and we are so excited to use this new awesome space.

* From our first consultation with Dan we knew what to expect. He was realistic, positive and clear. His estimates of the time and cost likely to be involved were prescient. The formal estimate and timeline proved to be reliably accurate.
* The basic layout of our little kitchen was unsatisfactory but posed limitations that had stymied us for years. Rebecca, our designer, was able to present us with four viable options. Beyond that, she guided us through the seemingly endless choices a major reimagining of a kitchen entails and provided the voice of experience where we needed it.
* At some point during the project just about every trade played a role. The team Hanson Remodeling assembled were skilled craftspersons, not only good at their job but friendly and respectful of the imposition major construction made to our living space. We came to regard them as friends.
We have a new kitchen and we’re delighted with the outcome. Working with Hanson Remodeling was everything we could have wished. Our only regret, if any, is that we weren’t able to do it sooner.

He was exceptionally collaborative, insightful, and knowledgeable. I had some some 'wants' that I didn't know if they would work or not and Ryan worked to get as many of those as we could working within our budget.
He had a highly competent crew of subs that he consulted with and reviewed their work consistently. His subs were also very communicative with my wife and me about what was taking place and any concerns or adjustments that needed to take place.
And above all Ryan and his subs/crew were all very respectful of our privacy, our pets and our home & property before, during and after the project.

We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie’s list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not. We had a wonderful experience working with Refuge Design and Landscape on our backyard. We had recently moved into our first home and the backyard was covered in playground turf and overgrown with weeds. We were overwhelmed and in dire need of help. Matt helped develop a vision to make the yard not just usable, but a place we really love being. The crew worked magic and in just a couple of days, they had put down grass seed for a turf area, put in a beautiful shade perennial garden under and around our giant maple tree, and created a sweet little area for seating. Biota did some landscape work in our front yard and installed a patio and Soake pool in our backyard. It was quite the project but Elizabeth was so thorough and her designs turned out beautifully. She was incredibly involved in the whole process. She was able to inherently understand our tastes and know what we wanted. And she was frequently on site during the project and was able to troubleshoot potential issues in real time.
Tim and Elizabeth were so great in dealing with the city and securing all our necessary permits. And dealing with all the arrangements with Soake. He and Henry were great at keeping us on schedule and pivoting during the heavy rains this summer.
We are so thankful Henry was our site supervisor. He and the rest of the team were so professional and impressive. He sent an email every night summarizing the work they did that day and their plans for the next. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of every day.
We couldn't be happier we chose to work with Biota. We're now using their maintenance team to keep up with our beautiful landscaping!
We had a great experience with Liam and his team at Philips Garden. They installed plantings for us in our garden beds during the spring of 2024. We were impressed with their knowledge and recommendations for various plant types. The crew on the day of installation was diligent and hardworking. The follow up has been excellent - checking on the plants, providing additional watering and overwintering support and any replacements in 2025.

We had Giving Treen Gardens come out for a garden consultation this spring. I was hopeful that my husband would consider changing to a non-toxic approach to lawn care. We also had a tree we were concerned with, wanted some idea on how to build a better bird habitat, and wanted less maintenance in general. They helped us feel empowered! So much wonderful education. They are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work! Now it's August, we are lawn chemical free and it's still looks great! And we have an affordable 3 year plan to build upon. I’ve had Trio do two different landscaping projects for me and they have both turned out well. The staff worked with me to come up with a design that would work and then did the work without issue.
The first project was rocks and plants around the garage and house in order to make it look nicer and drain much better. The second project was replacing cement with paver stones for the walk leading to my garage. The paver stones have worked out exceptionally well and a number of the neighbors have commented on how nice they look. They are much easier to clear of snow than the cement was.
I am very satisfied with the work Trio has done and would hire them again.

Bratt Tree was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, were careful not to drive or leave debris in our neighbors yard, cut the 2 trees and hauled away the branches and logs in 3 hours. They cleaned up our yard very well.

Arbor Artisans were very easy to reach and communicate with, very responsive. The work itself was well done, and they provided good explanation as to what was to be done, and not "over-suggest" work that was not necessary (as opposed to some other places I had called). I will definitely call them again for future work needed.
Highly recommend Vineland for tree removal! Every touch point from the initial assessment, to the day of service team, to their back office was exceptional. Everyone involved was experienced, kind, professional, and efficient. We initially chose Vineland because they gave us the cheapest quote for our ash tree removal in a tricky spot between two houses and behind power lines. But they will be our go-to moving forward for the excellent experience they provided.
I had a great experience with Matt's Tree Service. I inquired about a removal of a large locust in my backyard through the website. Matt and his team assessed my property and gave me a quick quote, which was incredibly fair. Well within my budget. I had a few questions and called the office admin, and the same day, Matt himself called me back and talked me through everything. I booked the tree removal that day and also added trimming of a large maple I had nearby.
The team was booked out a few weeks and awaiting turning off a power line from Xcel. The day came and his crew showed up early, walked through everything before I went to work. When I came back from work everything was completed. Large tree removed in a tight space. All I had to do was remove a few fence panels for them to get their equipment in and allow them to remove the timber.
It was easy. Matt was super accessible, the team was friendly and knowledgable, and the damage to the yard was minimal. Most of all they were super affordable for the work they did. Obviously there were a few track marks from the machine I had to clean up, but that's part of the gig. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Linden Hills Dentistry is truly a wonderful office. The space is spotless, welcoming, and very comfortable. Every hygienist and team member greets you with a smile and takes the time to listen with care. Dr. Lukenda did an excellent job making the adjustments for the shaping and smile I was hoping for—his attention to detail really shows. Phenomenal experience! When my dentist of 15+ years retired, I was forced to shop around for a suitable replacement. Polling friends and family, a close friend gushed about her experience with Fiant. All of the staff here are fantastic, they know how to work with people who are hyper-mobile, and put a lot of care into making sure that you feel better once you're done. They have an incredibly through intake and then make sure to target what is bothering you at each appointment. They have multiple massage therapists working there as well so they aren't just targeting your joints but also the muscles around them.
Dr. Travis Shermer and his staff did an excellent job at re-adjusting my husband. He could immediately walk better and felt immensely better after his appointment.

Dr. Chad listens and is very understanding when it comes to patient care. His experience with helping people get better after suffering accident injury is wonderful. He makes sure to address the pain patients are experiencing and does not cut corners for treatment. I got referred here from the VA due to some Ongoing neck issues I’ve had for over a year. Up until I started going to see Nicole, Nothing seemed to help relieve the tension and the pain. After about four sessions with Nicole, I woke up one day realizing the pain is almost completely gone. I highly recommend acupuncture for chronic pain that you’ve tried everything else to get rid of it.

Fairly new patient of Dr. Scheuer, and I would highly recommend her for her expertise and superb bedside manner. She was very patient with me, I didn't feel rushed at all, and heard me out when I was describing my issue. Facially-oriented skin issues can be very sensitive to discuss considering how they can affect our self-esteem but Dr. Scheuer was very empathetic and never dismissive (as some doctors can be) and I decided to trust her with the recommended treatment. If you are looking for a dermatologist who is kind and patient, I would recommend her. It was worth traveling from Saint Paul to see her. I would consider her again for any future dermatological concerns.
I first came to Best Friends about 6 months ago to put my dog Xenio down. Which they were nothing but accommodating, kind and very compassionate about what they do. Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.
Southdale is the friendliest vet clinic. We’ve seen every vet in the office for our new puppy and they’ve all been great. He was just neutered and he’s a high energy guy. They helped problem solve his med doses so that we could keep him calm and safe after surgery and were available to answer any concern I had. I highly recommend Southdale pet Hospital!
We just had our first visit to Modern Love Veterinary and Dr. Michelle Donald. While the reviews that led us here were mostly glowing, there were a couple that said their experience was rushed or impersonal. That could not have been further from our experience. Dr. Donald had reviewed all of Mabel's history, performed a comprehensive exam, and discussed her condition (Mabel had pneumonia - she's okay now). She was thorough and straightforward, didn't talk down to us, and made sure we understood everything. That's what you would expect from a good vet. What we didn't expect was that she took time to get to know us as pet parents. She was warm and friendly throughout, and spent probably double the amount of time we would have expected. This is the best vet experience I think we've ever had.

Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.

Kenwood has long been our primary resource for veterinary care and we are always happy with the standard of care and the kindness our pets are treated to. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.

Our vet clinic had a full schefule and was unable to see our dog who had been vomitting & had diarrhea. Your clinic had time to see him that same day and provided great care. The follow-up calls were very much appreciated, too.
We have a wonderful vet for our ailing cat at Westgate. Everyone there is so caring - they'll talk about best next steps and will understand when a cat is too ill to come back for test after test after test. It's a great vet clinic!

Dr. Burk was compassionate, non-judgmental, and exceptionally knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She truly cares from the perspective of a pet parent, taking the time to explain every option clearly including treatment plans and costs so we could make informed decisions and decide best course for our family. She checks in often and is always open to questions or concerns, which made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
Over the years, I’ve had pets with complex medical needs, including a cat with early kidney failure and another with severe heart complications and frostbite (stray) and I have worked with many veterinarians. I can honestly say I have never experienced a more caring, supportive, and dedicated vet.

We love taking our fur babies to Bass Lake Pet Hospital. We've been clients for over 5 years now and just love the people there. Dr. Engle is phenomenal and always takes the time to explain and make sure we feel comfortable with next steps if needed. I've never had a negative experience there.
I booked my husky for a full grooming session mainly because the shedding at home was getting out of control. They removed an unbelievable amount of loose fur and somehow kept him calm through the entire process. The floor in my apartment finally stayed clean for more than one day.

Wow I should have started taking my dog here much sooner! Nail trimming at home had been a weekly 20+ minute ordeal with our 4 year old Boston terrier. We were in, and out in less than 10 minutes and she did great! They really have it down to a system and do a great job handling the dogs. We will be coming back more often! 🐶❤🐾

I was at YogaFit for 3-4 years, then wandered off to explore other fitness options. I tried a gym and 2 different pilates studios for 2 years and am now back at YogaFit. I regret ever leaving YogaFit and am so thankful to be back! All the classes that YogaFit offers are top notch and have given me more flexibility, strength and cardio than anything I had tried. The Yoga Room is a wonderful space to practice yoga. Especially appreciated are the wide-range of courses, introductions to new practices and the special events; like winter solstice and how to use a yoga ball for deep stretches. I've gone to other studios and found at The Yoga Room the instructors are the most helpful and involved in the sessions. I live in the neighborhood where the studio is located and appreciate the owner's high level of neighborhood involvement, her efforts to keep class prices affordable, and her care for the storefront. We are lucky this studio is in the Minneapolis Victory Neighborhood.

I highly recommend the align and flow class. The instruction is top notch, you have use of props, the studio air temperature is comfortable, and I always leave this class feeling great.
All the classes I've taken at Blooma have been so thoughtful and informative. We recently took the Lactation and Newborn Care Class with Kayla and it was exactly what we needed to feel prepared in our breastfeeding journey (the second time around). The instructors always go above and beyond and are such an amazing resource throughout pregnancy and postpartum periods. Highly recommend!

I tried the Earth Goddess yoga class last Saturday and it was an experience and a half. I think it in some way changed my life and that's not an over exaggeration. It was a form of dance flow yoga that was very well led. I have zero dance experience and am very shy but the energy from the instructor and from the room offered a safe space to fully and unabashedly be myself in my body. I laughed, I cried, I shook my bum - it was such a beautiful experience. 🙏

Clear Vision is an incredible opportunity to get grounded in a beautiful location with beautiful people. Tanya and Paul have an amazing gift of creating a safe, authentic community for those attending. The yoga classes cover philosophy, asana, breath work, sound therapy, and meditation. I have gone twice and it feels like medicine to my soul.
When I first tried Svaroopa Yoga I was going to attend class for approximately three months. I was skeptical. Could it really help the pain in my neck and back? That was about 10 years ago, I think. Time flies! I desperately needed help with my sore neck and back and it definitely helped with that. But what surprised me was how Svaroopa Yoga calmed my mind. It helped me become more comfortable in my body and support my mental health at the same time.
I also found community at Nokomis Yoga. Solveig Corbin has built a community of people who are kind, thoughtful and welcoming. That is very special in today's fast-paced world and, for that, I am also thankful. I highly recommend Nokomis Yoga!

I am absolutely hooked on Alotapilates! The instructors are all fantastic, especially Mary!
It is a complement to my cardio and HIIT classes. It really teaches me how to cultivate a mind-body connection, which I’ve never paid attention to for the many years of workouts I’ve done! Pilates has also taught me how to engage my core and how all movements stem from my core.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my posture, flexibility and core strength.
I love my pilates classes and also the special events- Sound Baths on Sundays!!!!

Like the many other reviewers who shared their fantastic experience with Grant, I too, find it hard to put into words what happened! Working with Grant was good as he is attentive and kind and a fun person to be around. And the experience, for me, was transformational. It felt like the furniture in my head and body got rearranged. It still feels like I am changing my clothes, but it is my body that is changing! and my relationship of me with myself. I feel integration in my head and my heart and my body, with myself. So, I am grateful and even though it is hard to describe, I would like to tell everybody I meet.
I been going to Wellness center for years. They have the best staff and best massage therapist. They always give me good massage. They always have nice soft music on awhile i get my massage done.
That is why i always keeping going back. I have try other places and i always go back because of the staff.

Christa is by far the best massage therapist I've ever seen. Shes been helping me for over 10 years with issues with my back and neck after several car accidents. I have osteogenesis Imperfecta and hypermobility she knows how to treat and deal with all my unique issues. She also treats my children ages 4 and 14 who have the same issues. I dont know what I would do without her! Highly recommend!! She is super knowledgeable and great at what she does! ?
OrthoRehab was the third PT I've been to in the Twin Cities area and it was by far the best experience I've had. I was treated by Julia for lower back pain as well as bicep tendonitis and shoulder mobility. She was very thorough and would regularly check my movements and ask how I was feeling as opposed to just assigning some exercises and calling it good. Over time we adjusted and subtracted/added new exercises as I progressed. Highly recommend!!!
