David is an absolute artist, and made sure to take his time to listen to my hair dreams, and somehow make them a reality. He was meticulous while working on my hair, and I never felt rushed. I relocated to Wisconsin from the West Coast last year, amd have not felt this level of hair confidence since leaving my stylist of 5 years in Seattle. First I'll say that she is very patient I was having trouble paying my deposit and needed to reschedule and she was patient with me the whole time.... When I was finally able to go to my appointment it was easy to find the location very open and spacious! I came 2 and 1/2 hours to have my lashes done by her, I went in and she got right to work! She made light conversation but overall just let you sit and enjoy the service. I definitely will be back It was worth the two and a half hour drive!

My wife received a card while out at pride right when I was desperate for a hair cut. So it was my first time going in today and worked with Alie for a short cut. I struggle with social anxiety and been struggling with upkeep for a long while. Despite my anxieties Alie were patient and took their time to make sure I was comfortable. Even offered a water. They were very gracious and just let the conversation be natural and float off where ever it went with no real pressure. I highly suggest Nice Hair-especially with dealing with social outings.

I am very self-conscious about my appearance, and I have spent a great deal of money on my hair in Milwaukee and when I lived in NYC, Washington D.C., Louisville, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. Of all, John at Hair Experience took the time and effort to make me look my best. He is skilled and has learned every technique imaginable, with expertise far beyond what they teach in the current beauty schools. He is a master cutter, as adept with women's hair as with men's hair.We have moved back to Milwaukee after a 12-year hiatus, and I am happy to be back in John's chair. My wife is also taking advantage of John's talent. Perhaps the "bells and whistles" of the trendoid salons are absent from Hair Experience. Still, if you care about your cut and style and not some toothy receptionist addressing you with vocal fry asking if you want a drink, you will be happy at Hair Experience of Bayview.
Mimi was recommended to me by a friend who's been seeing her for years. I had a few bad haircuts in a row from other salons when I went to see Mimi earlier this year, and she really did an amazing job cleaning up my layers and styling my hair so I could embrace my nature curls. I love the energy of this salon. It's very down to earth and chill. I'll be going back for another cut next week and I'm looking forward to it.

I had several layers of permanent level 2 (brown-black) hair dye and she was able to lighten my hair to a nice caramel/honey tone. I’ve been going to Wade’s, when Wade was still in the banking business. His father started the business originally. It has the small town feel. Wade makes you feel right at home. He’s slowed down a bit but his quality remains. Visiting with him, he’ll tell a few jokes, talk about fishing, discuss world politics or just the local gossip. Almost reminds you of Floyd’s place in Mayberry. A true hidden jewel in West Allis.

Pee has been nothing short of amazing!! From searching high and low for barbers who not only cut good, but take pride in their work, we finally found a hidden gem. Pee does amazing cuts as well as offers a clean and laid back atmosphere. My son feels comfortable getting his haircut here and we have never had to endure a long wait time. Today was my first time going to a tanning bed and I couldn't have been happier. I went during lunch time so it wasn't busy but it was a great experience. I didn't catch the attendants name but he was super helpful. Showed me what to do, helped my pick out a good package based on my goal, and was over all very kind. I will be returning.

Very clean place. I was looking for the IR bed/health spa but they di not have it at this location. Disappointed but they have a special so I purchased the tanning special and used their bronzing bed. I'm not looking to tan. I am looking to help with my psoriasis and arthritis. The light and warmth helps ementsly.

This is my go-to tanning salon ever since I moved to the east side years ago. This salon has the best hours of all Milwaukee area sunseekers locations, in my opinion. Not only does this specific location have great sales and products, but the staff is absolutely fantastic! Pretty Blonde Jonnie (Jon) is the best ever. That’s my tanning lotion guru and hero right there. 10/10. Just a wonderful human being. people should be more like Jonnie. Maybe then the world would suck less! At least I know that when I go into sunseekers on prospect I can take a break from the sucky societal reality and be immersed in peace, great vibes, and energy! I was able to determine the type of lashes that were best for me just by looking at the website! Once I met Imani I knew I made the right choice! She is super knowledgeable and professional. I took the classic and volume/hybrid course at lash dolls. It was amazing, they gave me supplies and taught me how to lash the right way. They made me feel welcome and corrected me right from wrong. Even after the course was over and I was certified Noel (our lash coach) still gave me an opportunity to come to lash dolls again and practice more on a mannequin. To this day he still corrects me and gives me advice; and is open to answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend taking the course. I’m still a beginner but I’ve lashed on 2 clients already and they look amazing all thanks to lash dolls; and not to mention their merch made by Noel’s wife! She nailed every piece and put her time, love, and effort into everything they do and teach! Thank you lash dolls.

Natalia is a talented esthetician and a kind human being. I found her a couple years back when I was in need of a brow wax. She was very close to my house so a simple Google search led me to her. Recently, she moved to a new location. Although it's farther from me (not by much lol), it is totally worth the drive! Her new space is amazing. It's bigger, it has a front desk, a huge room with multiple tables, chairs, couches, a changing area, and absolutely charming decor. Pink, pink, and more pink! Just walking in makes you feel special and girly :) She supplies snacks, sells beauty products, and even has her own merch! I don't have experience with any waxing services other than my eyebrows, but I'm sure Natalia can gently and carefully wax whatever you need. I stopped getting my eyebrows done for a long time because I didn't like the pain... I barely feel anything when she does them! My brows look perfect after every visit. Natalia is very sweet and does a good job at making her clients feel comfortable. She'll chit-chat if you want, or give you a quiet appointment with music playing the background. Her prices are fair and she's flexible with scheduling. Natalia runs a cute, clean, and comfortable business!

Unlike Other Place Where They Would Not Get All Of My Hair. Ineffable Skynn Made Sure That Every Hair Was Gone And My Skin Was Smooth And Well Taken Care Of before I Left. You can't get that everywhere! It's Been 3 weeks and I hardly have any stubble.

I recently visited Float for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Aiden, who assisted me, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. As a first-timer, I appreciated the informative videos provided beforehand, which helped me feel prepared for the float experience. This was a Yelp Elite event and I was grateful for the experience. The water temperature was perfect, creating a soothing environment. The lighting inside the float pod was adjustable, allowing me to set it to my preference--low light for a relaxing ambiance or completely dark for deeper relaxation. Background music was available, which I found soothing and added to the overall experience; the option to turn it off was appreciated for those who prefer silence. Additionally, each float pod is equipped with a button to easily contact the front desk in case of any issues, which added to the sense of security and comfort. I recently received a clear skin facial from Meg and was blown away by her above and beyond service! For started, she is one of the most genuine, upbeat and warm people I've ever met. I felt welcome and at ease right when I stepped in to her space. I found her spa blue treatment room to be very comfortable and relaxing. I assumed my appt would be about an hour, but she took the first 20-30 min to have a consult to really hear my skin concerns/needs. Once my facial started, I could immediately tell she is on a different level of expertise than any aesthetician I've seen around here. She is SMART, and an individual truly invested in continued learning within her field. She was full of knowledge and offered informative insights into skincare and products for the duration of my treatment. She uses the Face Reality line which is pregnancy safe and highly effective at a very fair price point. My skin felt and looked hydrated and plump after my facial. I cannot wait to go back! One thing I loved is she's no frills when recommending products - so often you feel pressured to buy things or mislead on what products are right for you, but I felt completely confident in her recommendations. I have now had multiple large pieces done by Mike. My first large half sleeve was a 6 hour sit and it went very well. The process itself wasn't painful and Mike's personality makes chatting throughout comfortable and makes the time pass faster. a few years later and my tattoo has barely faded and looks great still, the quality and artistry is fantastic. Looking forward to going back for the next part of the current sleeve I am working on.

Very versatile and professional store. I have gotten two tattoos here and the linework is awesome. Today I overheard an artist talking with a client and encouraging them to take more time to consider placement if they were unsure about their tattoo. I really respect that because if someone is willing to miss out on money in order to do what is right that shows true integrity towards the craft. Also every time I have come here the energy is so friendly and comforting. From personal experience it's a safe, respectful place to be tattooed if you're queer or a trauma survivor.
There is absolutely only one person I trust with my tattoos and that would be the one and only Joe Vargas. He’s probably one of the most talented artists out there and his work speaks for itself. He stands by his artwork and my tattoos are always complemented on and I’m proud to have original work by him. He might have a wait list but he’s totally worth waiting for.

The guys at this shop are personable without making you feel forced into interaction / socialization or asking about your personal life, like they're just normal-ish dudes. Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.
Had an issue with a clogged floor drain that backed up the whole house. I called Rooter Man and Darrell came over immediately. He was super professional, looked through the issue, and gave us an estimate before doing the work. This was our first time using Knight's services and it was a great experience, especially considering how stressful plumbing issues are. I was able to call on the weekend to schedule a Monday morning appointment, and we were really happy with our plumber, Gerson. He was very thorough and made sure we understood the situation. I'm hiring Steve to do my city water hookup and I already love this man. Work is not scheduled to start yet, but when we were talking I was telling him about an issue I had with my garage door. He offered to come in and see what the issue was, correctly diagnosed the issue, AND helped me get my car out so I could use it, not to mention moving my trash and recycle cans out, as well! I'm happy to review KWK Electric! We recently had KWK install an extra switch box in our basement so that we could add two dedicated outlets in my workshop for my table saw, miter saw, and other big tools. Ken, one of the owners came for the estimate and was enjoyable to work with. He explained things very well and made excellent suggestions. The estimate was very reasonable and clear. Patrick, the electrician, arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. He paid close attention to detail and worked quietly and efficiently. He was also enjoyable to work with and explained thing very well. Ultimately, Ken and Patrick were able to save us approximately $400 because their tests indicated that we did not need a power upgrade as we first thought. Partick finished on time and the work was excellent. As a little added bonus, Ken dropped by about half way through the process to inspect Patrick's work and dropped off some chocolates because he said it would help relieve some of the stress of having the work done. Overall our experience with KWK was very positive and I highly recommend this company. Thank you KWK!

I purchased the newest top of the line, Consumer Report’s highest rated Maytag front loading washer with pedestal. With COVID customers buying all the stock and Whirlpool/Maytag at highest tilt, we waited a long time. When installed and used we were extremely pleased. However, in Spring of ‘21 we noticed no soap was entering the machine, but water was entering the dispenser.We called the store and they apologetically said we had to call Whirlpool, switched to Maytag, then finally an appointment date several weeks later.Diamond Appliance sent two technicians on May 7th for over two hours and they finally ordered a part. Part was installed, but not tested June 4th. Still had a problem. On June 21st another Diamond Tech came locked, but couldn’t unlock the door nor diagnose the problem.Called Ritzman who finally had Clay from Appliance Masters come to diagnose, identify the problem, correct the problem - no parts needed - and got the machine running 100 percent in an hour.Appliance Masters are professionals you can rely on!Service: Washing machine repair

I had a botched job from an installation and sealing. They came out and gave us some great advice that was FREE and helpful.
He suggested that we wait until next year. He informed us that there are risks with covering over existing sealant and that we should wait until next year to coat. He could have easily suggested that I recoat and when it failed blamed it on the prior job… I appreciate that he told us the correct information for our situation versus focusing on the dollar. I’ll be back!

We moved into a house that had a A LOT of spiders, ants, some centipedes and a mouse or two. After their first visit we noticed a difference, and now after a few more seasonal visits, the difference is night and day. Steve is a licensed, certified master technician who is very reasonable and uses pet safe chemicals. He also knows a lot about insects and animals, explaining their behaviors and how it impacts his approach. Our neighbors go to him as well.

Peterson's Tree Care has given us so much fabulous care over the last several years - especially during our most recent call. I simply had to write this review as a result of that experience. Recently, a huge tree limb came down in a snow/ice storm on a Sunday, in sub-zero weather, knocking out power to our house and to our neighbor's house and completely blocked our driveway - making it impossible to even get our car out of the garage. I reached out to Peterson's for help and got an immediate text message from Joe, who assured me they would come over immediately and assess the situation. When they arrived, they informed us of what needed to happen with the trapped live wires. While we waited for WeEnergies to come and take care of those, Joe reached out both by text and by stopping by our house to see how things were progressing. As soon as the WeEnergies workers were on site, Joe and his team gathered their equipment and came back to our house just as the WeEnergies team was leaving. No time was wasted. In barely an hour, Joe and his coworker had removed the entire huge tree limb - even raking up the stray, smaller branches and blowing off the sawdust from the driveway! Again - this is late on a Sunday, 6 degrees below zero, with nasty, icy winds. Joe and his teammate could not have been more accommodating, more communicative more prompt or more kind if their lives depended on it. Absolutely stellar service from these amazing folks. We will ONLY use Peterson's for our tree care and recommend them without reservation. If I could give 100 stars for this experience, I would do so. Kudos and our sincere thanks to you, Joe and team - you are simply THE BEST!!

I am a current and long standing patient of Dr Putneys.
Due to stress, I was severely bruxing my one of my front teeth (it was a little longer than the other) and cracked it half off.
It happened on a Friday afternoon, and I didn't hear Dr Putneys message about emergency care, so I went somewhere else bc I was basically in shock.
Long story short, everything I had done at the other dentist (root canal, core build up, crown - which fell off twice), I had to have redone. I went somewhere dr putney suggested for the root canal and back to him to have a post put in my remaining "kitten tooth" and then a new crown.
Most of this has been paid out of pocket, but Dr Putney is by far one of the best dentists I have been to. I will pay for his services any time because he is a perfectionist, a realist, and a damn good dentist.
Dr Putney took care of me when I thought I'd have to get an implant and explained what he'd do first. He is one of a kind.
An added plus is how caring and personable his staff is as well.

Three weeks ago, I needed to see a dentist about a very loose tooth. I was fortunate to get in the next day. They conducted a x-ray, provided a diagnosis, issued a prescription for antibiotics, and referred me to Oral Surgery in Waukesha. I followed up two weeks later with Dr Winters to check on the hearing from the extraction. Considering that he is booked out for months, I am appreciative for his willingness to care for my dental health during an emergency, as a private pay patient.
Very friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Dr Kronz is great guy and makes you feel like a million bucks after his adjustments. Highly recommend!

Besides being personable and beyond kind, his method of Zone Technique helped me out with pain issues I was having with my neck and lower back, not to mention my previous pain I had experienced as a runner. This place has literally given me new life. The milwaukee va was talking about fusing my neck and spine until I asked if they offered any other options. I was in extreme pain everyday and could barely walk, from injuries sustained through out my time in the Marine corps. All I wanted is to give my kids the things I never had (3 and 8 year old) so I had a disney trip plan. I met Dr. J just three weeks before the magical trip where I was likely to have to spend majority of the two week trip confined to a wheel chair. After the consult he was sure that I would benefit from the appointments. I was skeptical but took the risk. While in Florida I was on my feet for three them parks almost 9 hours each day. I continue to see him at least once a week for 15 minutes sessions and have gotten my life back. I can handle all my household and work obligations along with able to ride my motorcycle again, and most importantly get to create more memories with my children. Dr. J has a fun personality and is incredibly flexible. He even came in on his day off when I called and said I was having pain. In my neck. My experience over the last 2 and a half years has been amazing. He has become an essential part of my life and is considered a dear friend. Please before you let someone cut you open give ultimate life chiropractic a try! It could possibly improve your life as dramatically as it has improved mine. If I could give it ten stars I would!

Dr. Wright and his team are great! We were taking our dogs to a different vet and our youngest dog was gaining a lot of weight and low energy. The previous vet said we needed to feed her less and get her more exercise. We wanted a second opinion so we were able to get in and see Dr. Wright. He went the extra mile and found that she actually had hyperthyroidism. He was able to prescribe medication that possibly saved her life! Great Dr., great Staff! Everyone there is amazing!

I love the doctor and her team here! Everyone is so nice and calm to where even my ferret was calm and not freaking out. I was recommended of off one of Wisconsin Ferret Facebook groups and was worried they would have a doctor with broad knowledge. But the doctor here had so much information and experience working with ferrets. Abba and I had the best time. They did so amazing with her that she accepted a nail trim and barely squirmed around. I am a 100% making this Abbas permanent vet they are everything I can ask for and more in an exotic vet.
I’ve tried other vets in the area, and MKE Vet clinic takes the cake! Our first visit included a FINAL DIAGNOSIS that our other vet said was just a “weird ear thing” for three years! The cat room always the cat to feel comfortable and safe! The staff is so kind and really caring towards your pets! THANK YOU MKE VET?
Then I brought my cat her, she had some serious dental trouble. The care she received from here was phenomenal! Now she is home happy healthy and very similar to her normal fun, lovable self, but now more appreciative!

The short. Price is middle of the road not the worst. They are much more up to date and have offered multiple options that were not told to me by old be for both congestive heart failure and hip dysplasia. I transferred all 3 dogs here. Longer: Dr Cassie has been a miracle worker. I went from having the conversation with myself about euthanasia for my dog with congestive heart failure, to taking her swimming and hiking and her playing with an 8 month old puppy all day. She identified and performed a procedure her old vet didn't identify or do. She noticed a medication duchess wasn't on. When I told her that she threw it up every time and old vet said we had to go without it, dr Cassie looked oddly and said "oh, there is probably something in the name brand she doesn't tolerate, we will send it to a compounding pharmacy and get it to her in a different form." She has tolerated this very well and it was half the price of the name brand. I made sure to take duchess back in to visit so she could see the difference she made. Dr. Cassie didn't just save my dog. She returned a high quality of life to her. Eventually the meds won't work but I have already gotten months I wouldn't have otherwise. She has done similar, with my 9 yr old husky shepherd with hip dysplasia. Lana has been on daily anti inflammatory her whole life. I asked if there were alternatives and she has recommended two. We did the first and are ending anti inflammatories today to see how she is doing. Anyway, can't recommend enough. Go here.
I have been taking my dog here for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is incredible, they are so kind. I was especially grateful for the staff when I had to go through euthanasia with my dog. They were all truly angels throughout the process.

Such awesome staff! Never seen Zak jump and bark so excited to be in daycare. Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. I honestly love all the bay view bark team and Julia whom helped Zak be his sweet and brave self again.Ty bay view bark team <3

Helena is an excellent groomer, and I have taken my dog to her years. Her kindness and gentleness were remarkable from the beginning, and as my dog grew older, Helena showed even more care and consideration in making my senior dog comfortable.
Kristy is literally the only person who can cut my dogs nails, not even the vet can do it. She does it in under 5 minutes and he loves going there. Never want to go anywhere else!!
She always takes the absolute best care of our three pups ?? we reached out because one of our pups has bad anxiety and does not like the harsh environment of a groomers. She comes to us every month and takes special care of our three pups, only being a few feet from our home so our dogs know they are safe. She talks so sweet to them, handles special requests and they always come out super cute. Highly highly recommend her if you need a pet groomer!
We have been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and they are so sweet to her and remember her name just by looking at her every time. I know I can trust them to take good care of my dog. They’re so thorough with the grooming, spoil her with treats and you can’t beat their prices.
