My hot water heater broke and I was able to get a quick appointment. Justin and Rex came out, knew exactly what needed to be done, and were so respectful and quick at fixing my issue. I can’t recommend them enough!
They were my third call and should have been my first. Very quick response and got it fixed in no time. Was shocked at the cost to come out on the weekend, but since I was needing it fixed was not much of an option.
Everything went really well, very speedy. Called them on a Tuesday morning for hot water heater issues, it was replaced by Wednesday at noon. They did ding my walls twice coming up the stairs and never told me to my face, so 4 stars.

Amazing place the waiting room is well designed and is beautiful. As for the lady doing the message it's about 30 bucks for half hour and 60 for full hour. Jackie did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair yesterday! I moved to Wichita recently for school and I was worried about finding a place to get my hair cut. I’ve found my new go-to place! Jackie was so friendly and so knowledgeable about what she was doing and the products she was using. I showed her a reference photo and she cut and styled my hair exactly like how I wanted. She also gives great scalp massages! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my cut.

Lisa is the BEST! On top of getting a fantastic haircut & color, she strives to make your appointment the best hair care experience with extras (personal music request, snacks, hand massage, etc). She always listens to my ideas and makes suggestions based on what I want vs. what my hair will do. She stays current on new techniques and products so she is able to help me with any questions I have. I just can't say enough good things about her.

I walked in one afternoon, later in the day, looking for simple undercut maintenance - a straight shave of my undercut. There were two guys in the barbershop at the time, one with a client and another one who told me to come back another day...and gave me his card. This was off-putting, to say the least, so I was about to leave when the other barber, Elmer, finished with his client. He approached me q asked me what I needed and explained he told me to have a seat in his chair and he'll be right back. He went and gave the other guy a serious talking to. He then came back to me and apologized for the other guy's unprofessional behavior. Then he gave me a lovely undercut update. He refused payment, because he said it was such a simple thing to do. It was such a kind gesture, and I was really touched. He's a nice guy and he did a beautiful job, I'll be back! I highly recommend Elmer at Prime Time!

Cash only! Walk in welcome. When I went, there was 3 barber's on site. I did have a little communication issue, I did receive a style that I like. When I go back, I'll wait for the young man to cut my hair. He took a little more time with his clients. $22 for men's hair cut. For the price and not an appointment, really happy. Luckily my bank was down the road, cause I didn't have cash on hand.

I cannot rave enough about my experience getting a spray tan for my wedding day! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The spray tanner, Aileena, was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her communication really stood out--she explained every step, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect, which was a huge relief for a pre-wedding beauty treatment.
One thing I particularly appreciated was that she wasn't pushy when it came to offering products to purchase. She mentioned a few helpful items, but there was zero pressure, which made me trust her even more and I ended up buying the travel kit of 3 products which I will absolutely be buying again.
As for the tan itself, it was absolute perfection. The medium color was just right the next day, giving me the most beautiful, natural-looking glow for my wedding. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and I received compliments on it all night long and the entire next week too.
Speaking of, the tan lasted much longer than I expected! It looked great for about two weeks after the wedding.
I'll definitely be returning for future events!

I have started this review a couple times, and failed to finish because I didn’t feel like my words did my experience justice. I was lucky enough to land in CJ’s chair this week. From start to finish she made me feel so very welcome and at ease. This made me feel that ‘Shelter’ happened to be the most fitting, perfect name for them. She took the time to ask me all the questions regarding my hair wants/needs, and took the time to explain things to me. (So did her lovely assistant). I’ve never looked in the mirror at the end of a hair appointment and had my entire face light up. She is most definitely a hair artist/wizard. Can’t put into words how much I love my hair. My only regret is not finding her sooner. Look no further!

I strained my back in the gym and I thought I would take a chance on a massage to fix it. I gestured to the therapist "my back, here" and she went to work. I couldn't believe it- she completely fixed it, pain gone! I hurt my back annually so I expected to be "down" for two weeks. Not this time- THANK YOU!

The location is not traditional, but everything about her business is. You will love the environment..it is a beautiful space.

I personally have trouble communicating with people in general, so her accent made it so much harder for me to understand her and to express exactly what I needed.Other than that, she did a Great job relieving the knot on the back of my neck. I got the 60 minute swedish massage, I originally went in for a hot stone massage, but realized they do not do that.
I highly recomend this spa for all of your relaxation needs. I do massages here and haircuts. Sabrina is fabulous for massages, and I highly recomend the 90 minute relaxation massage. Although the prices are on the higher end, you get the experience you pay for. Snacks and drinks in the relaxation room, nice robes, and a beautiful building makes for an excellent experience.

Erica is great. She listened to exactly what I wanted from eye brow threading and was sensitive to my last experience at a different parlor. Erica took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. She suggested a facial so she can tackle some other skin issues I am having and I will take her up on it. Her services was not fast but I didn't mind at all as this was some self care time. I'd rather she take her time to make my eyebrows sister and not conjoined twins. It was a little more expensive than I am used to. In Lawrence KS I can get the same service for $23 (that includes the tip). I'll pay the extra money though for quality, clean services. I'll definitely be coming back.

Really loved going here for piercings when i used to live in Kansas, maul is an absolute joy. I’ve come here for something like 11 piercings, lobes, angel fangs, eyebrow, a septum, navel, just to name a few and it was lovely every time. The piercers here are really good about taking their time to make sure things will be as perfect as they can get, and the jewelry options are really lovely even if limited when i used to go.

Chevy came highly recommended to me by a good friend, so I decided to check him out. I was extremely impressed with the detail and shading on my friend's pieces, so I wanted to try myself! I got my first few tattoos in Colorado, so I was a little anxious about starting out with a new artist locally, but my concerns quickly turned to nothing after the first tattoo that Chevy did.He was careful to get the sizes and position just right, and the actual process went very smoothly. While I only have one other artist to compare him to, he seems to have a pretty light hand, and my two tattoos with him so far have definitely been more just "uncomfortable" than outright painful. Chevy isn't much of a talker while working, but I can appreciate his focus and quick pace. Prices are reasonable.I have had two pieces done by him so far that I am very pleased with, with a third on the books. I will definitely be a regular customer moving forward, and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo. The shop is clean and well maintained, I've had zero concerns about hygiene here. I have not worked with Kris, but have talked to him a bit while there and he seems like a cool guy as well, and he is enthusiastic about the work.Check them out if you're thinking about a tattoo!

Just had them come out to do an estimate for my grandmas house and they got the job done today! They really did an amazing job as well. Got stains off our couch and made it look so much better than we expected. Got the floors looking great and were happy to move things so we didn’t have to. The one doing most of the cleaning went above and beyond, you can tell he takes his work seriously and it’s extremely appreciated! Cannot recommend them enough. Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring

On the day of my appointment, the technicians were running behind schedule by about 45 minutes. They were extremely communicative and updated me as often as they could. Luckily, I was able to rearrange my day and keep the appointment. The main reason I needed a cleaning was due to a few pet accidents I couldn't remove, so I paid extra for the pet treatment. The stains are gone and the carpet appears to be clean, but I can still smell the stains when I'm sitting on my floor. That's a bit disappointing, but the stains aren't visible anymore so I'm hoping to find some DIY odor removal that I can do myself.

I was very uptight about having the Mohs Procedure done, but both Kayla and Dr. Brough walked me through the whole process putting me at my ease, explaining all that they were doing, and helping me to calm down. It went very well as is the healing going on now with virtually no issues! I"m so very grateful for their professionalism and caring!

Doctor Ocampo saw my bunny and did everything in his power to save him, even referring me to another vet for a second opinion without me having to ask for it. The staff is so kind and really do care. I usually don't have good experiences at vet offices, but even though this was a really hard visit, they did such a good job. I'm extremely grateful for Oakcrest. They really are the best vet hospital I've ever gone to. I will be taking my dog here for his visits.

I took my cat Frankie to the one on Maize due to my original vet not having any openings to see him for an emergency urinary visit. Immediately when I walked in the staff was kind and got us in a room to check-up on Frankie. They weren't too pushy either and made our first experience the best by far. Previously we went to VESH when he had a urinary issue, however, they weren't as nice and didn't seem to care as much and seemed like they wanted to just get my bill paid and leave. I don't remember her name but the lady that helped me at the Maize location was wonderful. She even suggested looking into changing his urinary food and the Dr helped prescribe enough medicine for him. I definitely found my new vet and will be taking Frankie here moving forward!

Absolutely top notch care. Everyone from front desk to tech to vet is kind, thoughtful, and patient. If you want honest opinions about your pet's health or how to improve their well-being ask and they will help. Won't try to upcharge you and I've never had a negative experience here (unlike prior vet clinics).They saved me thousands when my girl had to go to K-State for treatment after a reaction to meds by calling the manufacturer and getting the visit covered. Currently working with my other, skittish, pup during "no-poke" appointments to create positive associations with vet visits for free. They also offer care plan packages that are cheaper than yearly visits. Love and appreciate everyone at Skaer.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Johnson and all of the Vet Tech’s at Willowbend are so kind, attentive, and loving towards our pups! We have never had a bad experience and the visits are always filled with laughs. They are also a saving grace with their costs. We wasted a lot of money going to “money hungry” Vets over the years with no results, so it is refreshing to have a Vet that cares more about the dogs than the bottom line. We’re so grateful for this team!
I went last week and had the best experience!They are amazing there: A++++ service!After my appointment, they helped me manage my dog and newborn when getting into the car! Speaking of the car, the parking lot was recently resurfaced, and the building was so clean!I needed antibiotics for my St. Bernard, due to a cyst getting infected. As I am new to the area, I needed to find a vet from scratch. They were everything you could ask for when seeking care for one of your fur babies!I was able to get in quickly after my initial call. All of my questions were answered, and we left satisfied customers. They told me to expect a follow-up call in a few days, and they did exactly that - I know they care about my pets well being as much as I do!I felt the price was reasonable, and that was a welcomed addition to this experience!
We love Woofs! Our pup gets so excited when we pull up, and always comes home happy and worn out from playing all day. We have also used their overnight and grooming services and would recommend!
