I've been in twice, both times as a walk-in. Casey took care of me today, he was very patient and professional. I got a very simple tattoo that would have been easy to half-ass, but Casey did an excellent job and I walked out with perfect clean lines that matched exactly what I had in my head. I wish I remembered the name of the artist who saw me last January, I walked in for a simple flower tattoo and walked out with the most beautiful piece of art ten times better than I had hoped for. Best place ever for a walk-in, I come in on a whim and leave with a forever memory both times.

We took our daughter here to get her nose pierced about a week ago && Joe did a great job! He knew what he was doing && is very knowledgeable! She told him what side of her nose she wanted pierced and he took care of the rest. His placement is impressive and perfect, seemed natural for him. My daughter and I are very happy with choosing to go here! They are cash only and very reasonably priced. The entire thing from start to finish probably took 15-20 minutes tops and we were the only people/family in there so we didn’t have to wait! We will definitely be back in a few months when she can change her stud for new jewelry.

On February 9, 2016 a heavy snow fall caused the branches on a tree to break. The branches fell on the cable wire running from the utility pole to my house. This cable wire is attached to the masthead and the box that holds the service meter. These parts were pulled completely off and had to be re-attached by an electrician. The home owner is responsible for the repairs when this damage occurs. I called D & A Electric and I was very satisfied with the work performed and the amount I was charged in this emergency situation. I highly recommend D & A Electric for all your electrical needs.
Had them come out when I was selling my house. Inspector told us to vent the bathroom fan. They came out and got up there and it was already vented. They refunded me some of the cost to do the work which they didn’t have to do. They helped me out after a dumb inspector screwed me so I appreciate them! Willie was the man too!

We have a Speed Queen dryer which is 11 years old - have never had an issue with it until recently when it stopped heating and the timer was getting slightly stuck…Aaron from CAS came out and checked the heating. It was not the problem - the timer was. And the manufacturer of the timer was no longer in business so an adapter kit was used. At one point, it looked as if the whole dryer had been taken apart to correctly install the new timer. I was a bit on edge but…the work was successful and my dryer is again working well and according to the salesman who assured us we didn’t need a new one, it should be good for another 10 years! I needed a deadbolt quickly retrofitted onto a 1960s house door. I called Friday evening and Mikhail offered to come out either Saturday or Monday. He arrived early for the appointment. Modifying the door and installing a deadbolt only lasted an hour. The seamless service was professional, efficient, and less expensive than replacing the old door. Highly recommend!

We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday. A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!

RE pest control came and sprayed my house for a bed bug issue on Friday and so far since then I haven’t seen any bed bugs and I have caught any in my traps yet so I’m hoping they are gone! These are probably the nicest people on the face of the earth! If they took all the nice people in the world and stuck them into one business, this would be the one. We used them for a few months after having a brand new lawn put in June/July (25). I believe they are great for well established lawns greater than 2 years old (my opinion). We only cancelled because at the current time, they were not the right tool for the job, but I 100% believe they are perfect for the right application. As I'm learning, new lawns are breeding grounds for every disease and problem known to man, so in our case we need a few chemicals that Good Nature does not offer to get our yard well established. I'm still a believer in their mission, maybe one day in the future we will revisit this avenue. Good company, I still recommend them for the right application.

We have worked with MVP a few times over the past six years since we bought our house. Eddy has come out multiple times, even for one a single job, to discuss ideas and options with us. His team is very communicative while they work on site and ensure what they are doing is what we were expecting. I’ve used A&S Tree Service multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. The first time, I chose them after getting several quotes because their price, timeframe, and customer service were unbeatable. The second time, I didn’t even bother getting other quotes—I went straight to A&S because of how efficient and effective their crew is. They even managed to come out the same day I called!
Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn’t fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). It was impossible for them to see all the remaining roots. When I reached out, they immediately recognized the oversight and had it resolved within 24 hours.
I’m convinced A&S Tree Service has one of the most ethical business owners in Cleveland. I’ve had at least four trees removed by them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

This is the second time we had Jim's Tree Service do work at our Brook Park home. Our backyard was overgrown with mostly pine and cedar trees, a couple of very large ones.

Dr. Berlin is a wonderful pediatric dentist and a great addition to the practice! He was so warm and welcoming to my son and put him right at ease. His demeanor is kind and he is very skilled. When my teenage son expressed uncertainty about the procedure he showed him pictures to explain what was happening and why. He connects easily and I am so glad to have my kids in his care.

Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.
I recently got a puppy and wanted to get him checked out just to make sure everything was ok and I also had quite a bit of questions. I was nervous about where to go and availability, but when I called Mayfield Pet Hospital, they were SO nice over the phone and was even able to fit me in the same say. When I got there, everyone was so kind and I had such a great experience there as a new pet owner.
We've been going here for years. They've always taken great care of our pets. Last year, my cat passed away. For a few of the vet visits, when it was clear he was fading, the vet didn't charge us for the exam. It made the entire ordeal just a little bit easier.

Dr. Zielinski (goes by Dr. Scott) was fantastic with our little guy! I was nervous because I have had vets in the past try to oversell things that my dogs and cats do not need and make me feel guilty for not doing certain things a certain way (even when I was well aware it was not necessary). Despite previous vets being very kind and gentle with my pets, I always felt like they were being pushy with me. There was none of that. It was a discussion and education and recommendations. For once, I felt like a vet was working with me instead of just telling me what to do. Plus, our sweet little doggie just loved him. He was so gentle and attentive. We have definitely found a new vet for all of our fur babies!

I took my little Kali, my four-pound Chihuahua, to Raw Dogs for a nail trim, and I honestly have never had a grooming experience like this. Kali absolutely hates getting her nails done, but the owner is amazing—like a true dog whisperer. He cradled her in his arms, and I’ve never seen her so relaxed in someone else’s care. Especially getting her nails did ;)
Darren gently and skillfully trimmed and dremeled all her nails, including her dewclaws, with so much love , care, and patience. The location is great, parking is easy for a downtown spot, and the atmosphere makes you feel confident leaving your pup in their hands.

But under the new ownership the experience has gotten exponentially better. They are so personable with each encounter ,addressing how we want the experience and service to go. I've been taking class at Cleveland Yoga Little Italy for years and it's definitely my favorite yoga studio. The instructors have always been personable and welcoming. The instructors I've taken classes with include Lissa, LaRaun, Izabele, Christina, Hannah, Jenni, Katie, and Melissa - all were great! Would definitely recommend the studio for anyone looking for a great sense of community.

a place i've gone back to many times over the past four years, definitely worth mentioning how inclusive this space is and how lovely each of the instructors are. Hope and her team work so hard to create compassion in their space while continually learning and dedicating themselves to understanding how to best serve the needs of their community, wether that be through events and gatherings or sliding scale fees, truly some of the best people i've ever met.

She’s passionate about her work and it comes off in her practice. I’ve done individual massages as well as the couples class with my wife. Highly recommend all her services.
I've started receiving massages from Marilyn 30 years ago, and she remains my all time favorite therapist. She maintains knowledge of updated techniques, and has an innate sense of what is needed to make you physically be at your best. I've taken my 90 yo mom there for her first ever massage, as well as my older kids with various complaints from sport stresses. Unfortunately, I moved so do not see her as often but on occasion, the drive is worth it!! Highly recommend without reservation.
I just had a wonderful massage here. I have terrible fibromyalgia and problems with my spine, so I had just about given up trying to get massages. No one seems to be able to massage me without pain. Emma handled all of my issues perfectly! She did a great job! I will be back for sure. Thank you!

Well Folks today wuz my 2nd visit @ AOPT and I had my 1st massage by this young lady named Cassi. Let me tell ya as I'm texting this review I'm still sore from her magical hands and hot stone technique. I've had plenty of massages during my chiropractic and physical therapy treatment over the yrs and by far this one trumps them all. Dr Campbell who's a chiropractor there is also very good and knowledgeable at his profession. Erica and Jenn are also great at there profession as well. I have yet to meet the physical therapist there but in do time I will and I'll revisit this post for another updated review. So until then Happy Adjusting Folks... Allen
Where do I begin!! From the moment I walked through the door, the Allied Health crew welcomed me with open arms. The receptionist were always so pleasant and helpful, making sure to send me reminders about my upcoming visits and make sure I received requested documents timely. Dr. Nick and his care team created a care plan that not only suited my injury, but worked with my busy schedule. Every team member in the facility was always willing to help and cater to my needs. The workouts were very helpful in reconstructing my body after a very traumatic back injury and the massages played a key role in decompressing inflammation in my back. It was a pleasure to work with this team and allow them to care for me. I can now return to enjoying life with my husband and our 2 year old daughter who loves to jump on me like a jungle gym lol. Allied Health is not just a physicians office, but it is a family, now my family. I highly recommend their services to EVERYONE!! Thank you❤️
I walked in feeling hunched over, with extremely tight hips and lower back pain. I left standing up straight and able to take normal steps without hip tightness or pain. This was an amazing massage! I will DEFINITELY be going back! Juice McKenna is fantastic!

I came into this journey extremely determined, but also very overwhelmed due to some personal things going on in my life. There were moments when it felt like a lot—but Ms. Robin never gave up on me. She was there for me in every way possible. She never lost contact with me, always checked in, kept me motivated, and reminded me why I started. Even when things got heavy, she stayed consistent, supportive, and encouraging—and she’s still motivating me to this day. Because of Ms. Robin and the support from 160 Driving Academy, I pushed through when I could’ve quit. If you’re looking for a school that actually cares about you as a person and not just a student, this is it. I’m beyond grateful. 10/10—highly recommend!
