I really wanted to like my nails Tammy did my nails. I did prior reviews took before going. I just wish that my acrylic had been laid a little thicker and she had cut or pulled back my cuticles and cut my cuticles because it looks a little just the acrylic is overlapping my cuticles. however, Alexis, the aesthetician, she cleared my face and did my eyebrows wonderfully. I will be going back to Alexis.

I enjoyed my brow wax w/Face. One of my eyebrows just does whatever it wants & was a little more sparse when I went in compared to the other. He shaped them up really well & I’m so happy he didn’t take in my “good” eyebrow too much in order to match the other one. He balanced them out really well.

I've been in twice, both times as a walk-in. Casey took care of me today, he was very patient and professional. I got a very simple tattoo that would have been easy to half-ass, but Casey did an excellent job and I walked out with perfect clean lines that matched exactly what I had in my head. I wish I remembered the name of the artist who saw me last January, I walked in for a simple flower tattoo and walked out with the most beautiful piece of art ten times better than I had hoped for. Best place ever for a walk-in, I come in on a whim and leave with a forever memory both times.

We took our daughter here to get her nose pierced about a week ago && Joe did a great job! He knew what he was doing && is very knowledgeable! She told him what side of her nose she wanted pierced and he took care of the rest. His placement is impressive and perfect, seemed natural for him. My daughter and I are very happy with choosing to go here! They are cash only and very reasonably priced. The entire thing from start to finish probably took 15-20 minutes tops and we were the only people/family in there so we didn’t have to wait! We will definitely be back in a few months when she can change her stud for new jewelry.

On February 9, 2016 a heavy snow fall caused the branches on a tree to break. The branches fell on the cable wire running from the utility pole to my house. This cable wire is attached to the masthead and the box that holds the service meter. These parts were pulled completely off and had to be re-attached by an electrician. The home owner is responsible for the repairs when this damage occurs. I called D & A Electric and I was very satisfied with the work performed and the amount I was charged in this emergency situation. I highly recommend D & A Electric for all your electrical needs.
Had them come out when I was selling my house. Inspector told us to vent the bathroom fan. They came out and got up there and it was already vented. They refunded me some of the cost to do the work which they didn’t have to do. They helped me out after a dumb inspector screwed me so I appreciate them! Willie was the man too!

We were in a bind on a Saturday afternoon, and he arrived at our home within 20 minutes—exactly as promised.
He made quick work of the situation and even went above and beyond by making us an extra key and fixing the door plate so the door would close properly.
You never need a locksmith until you suddenly do, so I recommend keeping Bob’s number handy for the emergency you didn’t plan on having.
If Bob were any other type of business, we’d be regular customers. The best we can do is spread the word—he’s someone you can trust with your locksmith needs.

Ryan who was our restoration expert, worked meticulously to prepare the floors and then coated with a German product that left our floors in a natural state showing off all the wood grain. Loving our new floor. Matt (the owner) was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We needed a floor that could hold up to a power wheel chair. We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday. You'd never know there was a bunch of equipment in the house. Regarding pricing, We researched to get an idea what to expect. We felt Shumaker's pricing was more than fair, given the quality of work! A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!

RE pest control came and sprayed my house for a bed bug issue on Friday and so far since then I haven’t seen any bed bugs and I have caught any in my traps yet so I’m hoping they are gone! We had a *large* tree blow down in a recent storm across a neighbor's driveway and into their yard. Climbing Brothers came out quickly (a day earlier than promised!) and completely handled removal, including a very thorough cleanup, and all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future needs.
Danny & team arrived promptly. They were friendly & courteous. They complete the trimming of 3 trees & did an excellent cleanup. All accomplished in just under 2 hours. I would recommend them for residential projects.
I’ve used A&S Tree Service multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. The first time, I chose them after getting several quotes because their price, timeframe, and customer service were unbeatable. The second time, I didn’t even bother getting other quotes—I went straight to A&S because of how efficient and effective their crew is. They even managed to come out the same day I called!
Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn’t fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). It was impossible for them to see all the remaining roots. When I reached out, they immediately recognized the oversight and had it resolved within 24 hours.
I’m convinced A&S Tree Service has one of the most ethical business owners in Cleveland. I’ve had at least four trees removed by them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

I received an estimate for stump removal and tried to schedule something for several months. I kept getting put off and Noone would contact me. they cut down a tree a few years ago and did a nice job. I'm not sure what happened. they're non responsive and uninterested. I messaged, left vm and nothing. very disappointing.

Dr. Tom Schmidt completely transformed my smile, and I couldn’t be happier. I originally had veneers with gum recession, and he guided me through the entire process — including referring me for gum grafting before replacing my veneers with crowns on my front four teeth. It definitely wasn’t an easy road, but it was 100% worth it.

Cleanings go smoothly and since we've been with him for so long it really feels like family. He took care of my grandparents and when my grandpa died he came to the wake. Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.
I recently got a puppy and wanted to get him checked out just to make sure everything was ok and I also had quite a bit of questions. I was nervous about where to go and availability, but when I called Mayfield Pet Hospital, they were SO nice over the phone and was even able to fit me in the same say. When I got there, everyone was so kind and I had such a great experience there as a new pet owner.
We've been going here for years. They've always taken great care of our pets. Last year, my cat passed away. For a few of the vet visits, when it was clear he was fading, the vet didn't charge us for the exam. It made the entire ordeal just a little bit easier.

Dr. Zielinski (goes by Dr. Scott) was fantastic with our little guy! I was nervous because I have had vets in the past try to oversell things that my dogs and cats do not need and make me feel guilty for not doing certain things a certain way (even when I was well aware it was not necessary). Despite previous vets being very kind and gentle with my pets, I always felt like they were being pushy with me. There was none of that. It was a discussion and education and recommendations. For once, I felt like a vet was working with me instead of just telling me what to do. Plus, our sweet little doggie just loved him. He was so gentle and attentive. We have definitely found a new vet for all of our fur babies!

I've started receiving massages from Marilyn 30 years ago, and she remains my all time favorite therapist. She maintains knowledge of updated techniques, and has an innate sense of what is needed to make you physically be at your best. I've taken my 90 yo mom there for her first ever massage, as well as my older kids with various complaints from sport stresses. Unfortunately, I moved so do not see her as often but on occasion, the drive is worth it!! Highly recommend without reservation.

Leena was great today she was off and came into work just to take care of me and get my who body feeling good. I would recommend her she does great massages and is very easy to work with and talk to. Will be going back soon for another appointment with Leena.
Well Folks today wuz my 2nd visit @ AOPT and I had my 1st massage by this young lady named Cassi. Let me tell ya as I'm texting this review I'm still sore from her magical hands and hot stone technique. I've had plenty of massages during my chiropractic and physical therapy treatment over the yrs and by far this one trumps them all. Dr Campbell who's a chiropractor there is also very good and knowledgeable at his profession. Erica and Jenn are also great at there profession as well. I have yet to meet the physical therapist there but in do time I will and I'll revisit this post for another updated review. So until then Happy Adjusting Folks... Allen
LOVE THIS PLACE!! (although the main doc here is a Yankee/lakers fan👎😆), this place is the best!! What ever health condition you're in, rather its sports injuries, on the job, etc, this place will take GREAT care of ya!!!! Super convenient, flexible, takes most insurances and they even text you about appointments and you can even text em to schedule appts too!!! You're in good hands at this place!
Facility is clean, staff is polite. Karen is the best. Always listens and remembers details about both your body/preferences and your personal life. Knows the human body well and has solutions for all ailments.

I love Mrs. Wats and deeply appreciate her. My experience with Mrs. Wats was amazing! She taught me things i didn’t know, and also taught me how to do stuff the right way. She taught me step by step in the easiest way you could learn and demonstrates it before she let you do it on your own. She doesn’t move on to the next task she’ll have you practice and practice until you get it or understand it. She’s also very patient! She taught my how to drive on the highway for my first time it was way easier then I thought. She helped and talked me through the whole process and believed in me. I wouldn’t have ask for any other driving instructor! I’m very satisfied and thanks you so much Mrs. Wats!❤🤗
