Great project management team, and on field foreman's communicate with office confidently and make sure if something is wrong in the field project management gets notified to meet customer standards. Never pressured good over all quality of work.

It's been quite a while that I went in. When I arrived for my appt she was not there so I called her #, she got there within minutes but she was annoyed with me because she was on the phone with her son's teacher. I don't believe she meant to make me feel bad but I could tell I upset her. I overlooked an email that she sent which instructed me to fill out additional forms as this was my first visit. We went on with the appointment & tan was good. But yeah the experience could have gone a bit better, just one of those things that stick in your mind.

I was with sunsational tans for years and now with Palm Beach, I have never had a better experience than I did today. Even with it being 109° and busy the girl behind the counter (I didn't catch her name but red hair and blue eyes) was great. Told me able all the specials they were having and was just over all super kind. I've been considering closing my account or putting it on hold because the Clovis location is closed but she single handedly made me want to keep coming to the milburn location. Keep up the good work!
Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old staff that are no longer with the company or bitter “karens” who are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly women. Truthfully. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. Ask for Jackie for a great bed/spray tan recommendation & don’t forget to enhance your tan with proper prepping lotions as well as after care treatments. I live at the coast now and HANDS DOWN PBT has some of the best beds and spray machines in the industry!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon. I always feel welcome and all of my interactions with the staff have been positive. My nail technician, Jackson, is the only person I’ve had do my acrylic nails (I’ve been a customer for about 3-4 months) and pedicures, and I will never switch. He’s very meticulous with his work and always has a smile on his face. When I have glanced over at customers getting their nails done nearby, the other technicians’ work seems equally as good so I feel you can’t go wrong with anyone here.

Amazing experience with Venus. She is so professional and was very gentle with my hands. My nails came out even better than the reference photo I provided. The service was so wonderful and the small talk was minimum but delightful. I’m from out of town but when I do return I will always return to this salon now. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the shaping of my nails is absolutely beautiful. I came in with a general idea and a little wiggle room and Venus executed them perfectly!

I had a massage at their spa. Cute place in a converted house with all the charm of being in the Tower District. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere make it what it is. Once inside, you rarely hear any traffic thanks to their calming music. Only drawback is parking, but that's normal for the Tower and usually just a short, safe walk. I'd recommend them to any and everyone.
Michelle was marvelous! I’ve gotten a lot of facials done throughout the years but what stood out with my session with Michelle was the facial massage after. Not only did my skin feel soft but the muscles in my face felt restored. I walked out so relaxed and rejuvenated. I’m looking forward to my next appt with her. If you’ve never had a microdermabrasion before or maybe you want to treat yourself to a spa experience then I suggest going to Michelle.

Super fast response from Nicole and was able to book next day . Such an amazing job , I was left so smooth and pretty! She was so thorough with small left over hairs and checked all areas for any as well as used a combo of hard and soft wax to get it down . Great pricing and no longer at sola salon but in a new location that was private and comfy.

Just had my first brazilian wax at 33 wks, almost 34 wks pregnant. Jackie was amazing. I was really nervous before I went, not just because i'm pregnant but i'm a little bit on the bigger side. But jackie was so calming and made me feel right at home. She was all about the body positivity, and took things slow when needed! she has a wonderful technique and was so kind about my needs as a pregnant person. I had an amazing time at Aqua Scalp Retreat! They answered every question I had and my bestie and I had great treatments. My scalp treatment was eye opening and they recommended great tips to keep my scalp clean and not inflamed/irritated. My scalp really needed it! My first experience with a scalp spa was great! So glad I found Olivia. I was searching all over Fresno and I found her on Google maps. I was going for a job interview and needed my eyebrows waxed and my little mustache taken care of. She was offering a good deal for some waxing combined with a mini facial so I said why not. Came in for a morning appointment and literally when I left I already knew I got the job. I have several tattoos from Zoombie, all different styles and I love them all. I have a photo-realistic animal, a cartoon style animal and a greek godess. He's always willing to work with me to give advice on placement and size so I'll be happy with the final product. I even had him do a cover-up on one of his pieces when I felt like I out-grew the style, and he was a good sport about it. His shop is a good vibe and for looking so tough, he's very considerate. When I see other people's tattoos and they tell me how long it took and how much they paid, I'm always happier with Zoombie's work.

I called and walked in on a late Friday evening, after a long and draining week of work as a nurse. I had gone to another spot, but they weren't available for me until 8pm. I walked into this place, I'm forever grateful for the two persons that night. The person that was initially supposed to do my tattoos, needed to leave. I had request for some simple old English writing done, but the ones that ended up staying healed me more than they will ever know. Thank you, and I truly appreciated your time.

Had a dangerous failure of our main breaker late one night. I called Scott first thing in the morning, and despite his busy schedule he was able to shuffle things around to get out to my house in Kingsburg by the early afternoon. My panel was in bad shape but he was able to get it stabilized and working safely. This bought us time to get the panel replaced properly and not under emergency conditions.

I received a quote for $150 from another company which was too high. I drove to another locksmith who said he could try to pick the lock for $45 and was unsuccessful. In general , I heard lot of horror stories about construction, I was initially very skeptical about building ADU. Gilbert & Jaymes made the ADU construction much more seamless . They were very reliable, they kept me updated on the progress & any potential issues . They made it happen within the agreed timeline of 2.5 months . Best experience I’v had regarding pest control. I recently returned home from vacation to countless yellow jackets / wasps swarming my front porch area (roof) and backyard. I called several companies over the weekend for quotes and expedited service, but they all tried to up sale and pressure me into purchasing additional services and would’ve charged an extra $200 for the expedited service. (The soonest appointment would’ve been the following week).
I then contacted Paul with Total Pest Control and he was extremely friendly, straight forward, and honest. I sent him photographs of my yellow jacket situation and he offered to take of it for an extremely great price! Also, he offered same day or next day service (after hours) for no extra cost!
Louis came out and educated me on yellow jackets, did a thorough inspection of my home, pinpointed where the problems were and why it was happening, took care of the problem, sprayed my entire house (including backyard sheds and patio overhang), and provided preventative measures.
This is an amazing family owned company that went above and beyond for me. They are experts in yellow jackets / wasps removal and very down to earth people. I will be contacting Total Pest Control for all my pest control needs moving forward.

I appreciated all the clean up that they did. I was happy with how much trimming they did because there was a lot of tree work to be done and it was starting to get close to my roof. I appreciate the work they did. One minor detail that I did not appreciate is that they gave me a time they would be here and completely changed it without prior notice. Thankfully my family and I were at home during that time frame to allow them to start work. They were respectful and careful. I really appreciate their service and will most likely call again when the time comes to trim again.

We’ve been using M&M Tree Service for years and they consistently do excellent work. We have several large Canary Island pines and other complex trees, and their crew truly knows what they’re doing. They climb and shape trees properly — no shortcuts, no hack jobs — just careful, professional pruning.
They were out again this week and did a fantastic job on the pines, vitex, Carolina cherry trees, and removed a Chinese tallow tree, including thoroughly grinding the stump and root system. Everything was done cleanly and thoughtfully.
They’re fairly priced in a market where some providers opportunistically mark things up, and they bring real expertise. They’ve also given us sound advice over the years — for example, helping us think through whether to replant, transplant, or remove a large bird of paradise.

California KiDDS is great, the staff are friendly the office is very kid friendly, toys in the waiting room. They play a movie when the kids are having the work done on their teeth. We never wait in the waiting room more then 15 minutes. The dentist, Dr Evans, is kind, friendly, patient and always great with my shy child. Always a great experience. My kids love this dentist.

Recently, I had a cracked molar as well as a chip on the same tooth. A 60-year-old filling had fallen out of that tooth. Dr. Lopez put a new crown on that tooth, and he did a fabulous job. I never had any pain because he was so careful, and the crown fits perfectly. I believe he is the best dentist I have ever had.

The follow-up care at this vet is significantly more affordable than anywhere else I’ve looked, and the quality of service is just as good, if not better. While they are limited in certain procedures, that’s not an issue for me—most of the cost usually comes from follow-ups anyway, and that’s where they really shine.

I have been in PT before but this is the best I’ve had. Totally committed to your recovery . My therapist(Marques) was the best, he took the time to ask each visit how I was doing and would work on problem areas. He was excellent at explaining what each exercise was going to do to help me mend. And if I had problems, he’d figure out a way to modify.

After having a total knee replacement, and finding the doctor associated physical therapy seriously lacking due to no hands on therapy or hands on manipulation of any kind, I went to George Drysdale.
Since starting at Drysdale, I could not be happier with the results. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they do. From day one the therapy is extremely hands on. They work seemlessly as a team. There is always a high energy vibes. They push you to progress a little bit more each visit.
To get therapy here you have to go through the proper procedures. It takes a week or two to get set up. They run a tight ship but it’s well worth it to work with such a professional, knowledgeable and experienced staff.
After having a clavicle fracture and two surgeries, I was discouraged, in a great deal of pain, and had very limited motion. I blindly chose Rebound Therapy for my PT. Boy, did I luck out! My Physical Therapist was attentive, supportive, and encouraging (as well as very knowledgeable). He created a long-term plan for recovery based upon my needs. The PT Assistants were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service from the front office staff as well. Happy to say that after many sessions, my mood has lifted, my pain level has dropped, and range of motion has improved greatly. I highly recommend Rebound Therapy for those who need PT.

We had such a horrible experience at Willow creek in clovis I almost lost my father there due to negligence. I will only refer my family and Friends to Horizon they are the best. Thank for taking care of my father and getting him back on track.
I have come here twice and both times they got my order wrong. Maybe the music is too loud in heat idk. Is super frustrating. Even though it’s decent bubble waffle and ok drink I won’t come it’s definitely not worth the headache and the long wait for the waffle.

For the last 7 years I have been constantly nauseous, 24/7. If I rolled onto my side while sleeping I would immediately wake up feeling like I was going to throw up. I have been poke, prodded and had nearly ever test ran and the doctor's can't find anything wrong. I didnt even think acupuncture was an option until someone recommended it. Ive had 4 or 5 sessions with Doctor Daniel Kwak and I am no longer nauseous 24/7. Ive even been able to sleep on my side again in 7 years without waking up. I wish I had thought of trying acupuncture sooner and I definitely recommend Star Acupuncture to antone who needs relief from any ailment.
Every acupuncturist here is amazing and each one has a different style. If you're afraid of needles, like me, start with Shirley or Elena. They're practicing Monday through Thursday. If you're not afraid, and/or prefer a slightly more intense style, see Lee on Saturdays (and sometimes during the week). I've conquered my fear and now love Lee soooooooo much! All three offer extremely effective and helpful treatment. Do not expect a completely pain free experience with acupuncture, but if you breathe and relax it really helps release tension and ease pain immediately. I always leave feeling relaxed and loose. My experience here was great. The schedule was very flexible. The process of learning everything you need to know about passing your test is very simple. Francisco, Caesar, and Jesse are great instructors and people. They made the process of getting my cdl extremely easy. They actually care about the students. You're not just another number to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this school for anybody that is serious about getting a CDL.
I got my license during COVID and never had to use it, so when I needed to start driving for a new job, I was very hesitant. Learn 2 Drive was a very helpful experience. I recommend Kevin!
