I was concerned about whether this salon had experience with ethnic natural hair. Upon entering, I was greeted by a nice smiling person who offered me something to drink. Ana came out to meet me. She was very kind and patient and took her time with me. She made me feel very comfortable, and she did a wonderful job on my hair. This was my first time at Assembly and the whole vibe of the salon is so cute and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience with Nya specifically!! I had grown out heavy blonde balayage and wanted to dye it all back to my natural color (medium, warm toned brown). She was so attentive during the consult, detail-oriented, and explained every step she was doing throughout the process. I am SO happy I found Rosina. I have tried a handful of top-rated salons in the Cincinnati area, but no experience has come close to the care Rosina gives me and my curls. In just a few appointments, she has managed to fix botched layers I was given by a previous stylist and has even made my curls last significantly longer in between cuts. She is an expert in her field, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her craft. My Husband and have been coming to Palm Beach Tan for over eight years. We ended up canceling our Membership because of staff and things that caused us To no longer be happy with Palm Beach Tan. We decided to sign back up today and I was beyond impressed with Brooke. She was absolutely amazing. Her professional and friendly demeanor gave me the best customer service experience I’ve received ever at Palm Beach! Firstly, The pictures posted showing an updated store need to be taken down, this is NOT a remodeled store with fancy beds. That being said, this location has the best people working there. Everyone is nice and personable. Everyone is so patient and allows you to choose the bed you want (same level) if there is a different model bed you like. I'll continue to go here for the convenience of my gym location, but give this one a remodel. Parking note: avoid going here during brunch time. It is the same building structure as First Watch and the parking lot gets packed. Lotion prices: not sure why people complain about this if you haven't done your research. Yes, the prices are ridiculous and outrageous, but it's a good way to make money and to trick newbies into getting fancy lotion. I recommend ordering from an outlet. It's usually about half the price.

Tiffany always does such an amazing job! She is kind and welcoming and provides a stellar tan. The tan is always even, a beautiful color, has no weird smell and lasts!

The Anderson location is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so friendly and always makes a point to greet you with a smile when you enter but also makes a effort to get ato know you so you feel like when you walk in and they ask how you are or how was your day , they truly ask because they care. The store, equipment,bathrooms, etc are always so clean and I have never had to wait to get in. The availability of beds are fantastic. The products they carry are also what stands out above other businesses, they truly carry the best lotions to protect your face, body, tattoos,etc and their vitamin line is fantastic. And if all of this didn't win you over the best thing I this whole store is the SAUNA O.M.G. it's like heaven a peaceful, resting area of heaven where you can sweat out all the bad juju lol and relax before walking back out into your chaotic life.

I love this place. I've had fabulous experiences with multiple services - manicure/pedicure, lash lifts and facials.I recently had a subpar manicure with a newer nail tech. I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. This level of attention to customer service is what keeps me coming back here.Side note: Amber H gives the BEST manicure! Highly recommend!
This was my first time here I wasn't really planning on getting my nails but I felt like treating myself it's been a while since I've had my nails done I used to live down this way but I moved up to Indiana back in April and haven't been a fan of the other places I've checked out at least for pedicures so I happened to see this place while driving down Harrison Avenue and decided to look up their reviews the reviews look great so I walked in without an appointment there was no wait time Kelsey was actually the one that did my nails she was very nice and even with dealing with my pretty short nails she was able to achieve the square look that I like with a French tip and a pop of color she did Sns. Definitely worth checking out very clean very friendly reasonably priced when I'm in the area again I'll definitely be going back

For the longest time, I have been struggling with breakouts. I have tried everything to have clear skin. I have very sensitive skin, which made me hesitant to get a facial. Milihn assured me that she could help, and I decided to take a chance. After one facial with Milihn, I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. My face slowly but surely started to clear up! I could not believe that something actually worked, but it finally did. I cannot recommend getting a facial with Milihn enough to anyone struggling to find a solution for breakouts!

Yesterday I had a hour Coaching session with KaTosharen Washington at Love That Hair, on how to care for my son’s locs that we started on a whim! Listen, this was the best time and money spent!! She took time to walk me through how to upkeep and even how to style his hair!!! I walked out feeling confident that I can retwist and style his hair and with products to do it!! A one stop shop!!! We will be back for her to maintain his hair as it matures. But thank you for showing me how to take care of it in the meantime!!!!

Yesterday, I visited Jenny Simon Face Med Spa and experienced their new Sciton BBL Heroic Laser. I have rosacea and numerous small facial vessels, and I’m amazed at the results after just one treatment! Just had a Microdermabrasion facial from Brianna, I highly recommend coming here. She was so nice and welcoming and I have had many facials before at other places and I can honestly say this is the first place I can really tell a difference in my skin. The concerns I had with my skin when I came in was cystic acne and regular acne and this really made a difference in the texture and appearance of my skin overall!

I love getting services from Gift of Beauty! I have had several services performed by Mary and I have to say she’s amazing. It’s not just a visit for me, it’s an experience! From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted warmly and given options for refreshments. You are then escorted to the relaxation room to take a breather, which is refreshing because as a Mom, moments of peace are needed. Once you are in the relaxation room, you can change and are given a nice robe to slip into. Once you’ve been given the opportunity to take a moment to yourself, you then are escorted to begin your services.

What a gem of a spa that we are lucky to have in this neighborhood. I first was exposed to Elora during an event they co-hosted at World Peace yoga studio, which itself was an *AMAZING* experience. That lead me to book a facial here and I could not have been more impressed. They are very hospitable, welcoming, and kind at every step. Studio is beautiful and clean with a great aesthetic, I plan to be back for a massage or something else to treat myself. I noticed that the last 2 times these ladies had their hands on me, I felt so much lighter afterwards. They're truly doing the lord's work- making people feel better in their bodies. Lydia was very accommodating with appointment availability and adheres to her timeslots. Often time, beauty services can run over which can be annoying so I appreciate her for respecting her time as well as her clients'. The express facial was perfect for the busy day I had. I didn't have a bunch of time but the 30 minutes I did have was very relaxing.

These girls are beyond AMAZING! Baylee did my makeup, and wow did she make me look beautiful! With a couple of inspo pics she nailed it! I spent months trying to figure out a lip color and within seconds Baylee knew exactly what I wanted. Brittany did my hair, again with one inspo pic and a few details from me, I absolutely LOVED the end result! Both girls made sure to check in during the process ensuring I liked what they were doing. As i walked in i was confused as to where to check in. There is no reception or welcome. I arrived a little early and eventually someone came out to greet me and checked me in. I used the restroom upon arrival and noticed as i walked through salon that stations were "curtained off" and shared w other clients and there is NO PRIVACY. I didn't like that. My service was relaxing and Rachel did a great job but it took a long time. Afterwards you're expected to leave w wet hair. What if it is cold outside? I noticed a blow dry section do it yourself so i asked to use them and she said i could but the noise from blow dryer was "loud" compared to the serene environment and i felt like i was disrupting the peace. The lady who works at station next to blow dryers kept pulling back curtain to glare at me several times as if im doing something wrong. May I suggest you have a separate blow dry station in another room and even offer to blow dry and style your clients hair as part of the service? nobody wants to leave with wet hair as we all have other stops and errands to make after our appointments, just a suggestion overall, I did enjoy the service, but I do think it is very expensive and I did not appreciate the fact that there was no privacy, I don't think I will come back

Recently paid my third visit to Cincinnati tattoo. My tattoo artist is Erika and she is so fantastic. I have been getting tattoos for more a decade and when my long time artist retired, I needed a new one. I feel so lucky to have found her! This shop is always clean, the artists professional and the people are cool. My only complaint is parking, it is very limited. If you're bringing more than one person, please car pool.
I've have several pieces done at Devoted so far and recently brought my wife in for her first tattoo. I knew this was the place to go and any artist in that shop would do an amazing job. Craig did her piece and we couldn't be happier with it. He was very explanatory with her and made sure she knew what was happening every step of the way. Some tattoo shops can be intimidating(especially to people that don't have tattoos themselves) but the guys and girls at Devoted are some of the most welcoming people you could ask for in the industry. Well, I was visiting the wonderful city of Cincinnati, Ohio. I decided I was going to get a tattoo which was very meaningful to me. I looked at many tattoo places and the reviews for NIGHTSSHADE INK were the best out of all I looked up. I walked in and was greeted by artist Oliver Chabot. I explained to him what I was looking for. And he was able to do it the same day which made me HAPPY.He was very patient with me due to the fact that I needed to make a phone call to make sure I was expressing the right flower I wanted. Oliver is an amazing artist. He’s very personable very professional and he will be doing the rest of my tattoos. I live about 3 1/2 hours away, but it is worth the travel to go see him. He made me feel very comfortable and the tattoo that he helped me put together is exactly what I wanted, and it is absolutely amazingly beautiful. The shop itself was pretty cool also with a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.

We first visited Designs by Dana in 2007 after a friend of ours passed away. We were very happy with their work and knew that if we ever got a tattoo again Designs by Dana would be the place we'd go. Seventeen years later, that time came. My wife wanted to get a small, personal tattoo. We first spoke with Ry who explained to us that since we'd be getting a small tattoo it wouldn't take that long and that we could get one, two, or more small (black line only) tattoos in the same span for the same price. This opened up all kinds of possibilities and excitement. One tattoo turned into three and my wife is beyond ecstatic with them. Dot, who did the first tattoo in 2007, came out of retirement to do the work. It was a great experience as the two shared their stories and experiences. If we get any future tattoos we'll once again make the drive out to Designs by Dana. Highly recommended.
I had a conch and helix piercing in each ear today with Jess. This was my first experience with cartilage piercings…only had basic lobe piercings before so I was a bit anxious. Jess did an awesome job! She took the time to answer my questions and understand exactly what I wanted with placement. The actual piercings went smoothly, were quickly done and much less painful than I expected. Jess is very professional, competent and patient. Overall, the studio was welcoming and clean with an easy going atmosphere. It was a great experience! Looking forward to going back!

Gardner Plumbing relined my cast iron pipe and clay pipes yesterday. What other plumbing companies told me would take two days, these guys did in one day. I'd also been told by other plumbers I wouldn't be able to use water in my house the entire time they were working here - but with Gardner Plumbing there was only about an hour when I couldn't use water. They were professional, polite , and responsive to my many questions. They let me know when they were on the way here, showed up on time, did an outstanding job and left the area clean, all at a competitive price.
I have already recommended them to friends and will refer them to others who may need plumbing work.

I've had Jeremy with Jim the Plumber come out on two occasions recently for two fairly in depth jobs. I am so happy with their work and pricing! The first job was a complete replacement of our natural gas lines. They stayed late to get it done in one day so we could have Duke come out and restore our service later that night. The second job we had done was a water heater replacement with new venting and additional natural gas line installation. Jeremy does super clean work and everything always looks very neat and organized at the end. They do a great job of explaining everything they need to do. Originally recommended by my mom, and also through the Pleasant Ridge Facebook group. There's a reason they are consistently so highly recommended! Will continue to use for all plumbing needs!

I recently had my hot water tank replaced with a tankless unit using Feichtner Plumbing. Dan was super responsive and answered all my questions and Greg / Connor were able to complete the job with no issues. I am especially happy with the attention to detail on the install (Greg did an excellent job!) and how everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I'll be using Feichtner again for any major plumbing repairs or installs.

WFS Electric is wonderful. First of all they are real electricians. I’ve had others say they are electricians and then they show up and turns out they aren’t! I have worked with Lipps electric for 3 separate jobs this year. They are pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. They always offer a clear explanation of the problem and provide a variety of options at various cost tiers to fix the basic problem or provide more preventative care. Today, we needed to replace outlets due to the circuit being overloaded. This is a picture of the outlet behind the bed in my daughter's room. Definitely a safety concern...when they checked the other outlets on the circuit, another was replaced for the same reason. Greg has been one of my favorite technicians. A- 1 Vacuum is a cool place to purchase used vacuums at a great price. I purchased a Bissell upright vacuum in 2017, and the cost was only 30.00. I went to have my vacuum serviced 1/2024 it wasn't picking up, and the repairman had it fixed in no time. It cost me hardly anything to have it repaired. The staff at A-1 Vacuum are very kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all types of vacuums. I recommend A-1 Vacuum to anyone looking for a good, slightly used vacuum.

Jason installed a smart lock, a dead bolt, and two knobs on a front and back door using the hardware we provided; as well as, rekeyed all the locks to the same key. Additionally, the door jams were not in good alignment with the doors and the strike plate on the back door extended beyond the jam. This was called out in our inspection report. Jason fixed those issues as well; which went above and beyond my initial expectations. Thank you for the exceptional and quality service!
I literally called today at 315p and told them I had an emergency, I lost my register key. An hour and a half later I came by and they replaced the lock right away. I was In and out in 10 mins tops! Definitely recommend.
I had so many issues with scammer locksmiths before trying to find one with a local address, which is why I called Cincy Locks. The guy who answered the phone, Jake, was the same one who asked about the lock problem we had and set up an appointment with us within two hours. Jake was super friendly, professional, and installed a whole new front door lock and handle within a short period of time for a great price. He spoke perfect English (we had translation issues with all other locksmiths we tried) and our new lock came with multiple keys and has been working wonderfully. I'll be keeping Cincy Locks in mind for all future lock issues because dealing with the scammers was exhausting. This company is legit, and Jake is awesome.

I got locked out of my house. After dealing with a few scammers and people who lied to me, I was referred to Allied Lock and Key. The Technician, Will, showed up earlier than promised on his day off (a Saturday), tried to pick the lock, use spare keys to unlock it, but ultimately had to replace it. He replaced the lock in about 10 minutes total. Will was friendly and ultimately provided excellent service. I know where I am going from here on out for all key problems!!

I cannot rave enough about these guys. We were at a concert at Riverbend and my BF lost the keyfob. I called AAA but they would not tow us back to Lexington KY with all 4 of us in the tow truck. So, I called a locksmith. It was well after business hrs. Let me tell you Noam went above and beyond for us. The venue would not let him in. He parked at the casino and walked at least half a mile into the lot to help us. He was able to get into the car, but unfortunately did not have the right part for our car fob. This man spent 3 hrs with us trying his best. Once the venue cleared out he walked back to his car and came back with water and snacks for us. When I said I was going to stay with the car since AAA is in my name, he made it clear he was not comfortable with me staying alone in a desolate parking lot at 1 am while my BF and our friend and her daughter Ubered home to Lexington, KY. I called AAA back and explained that the area was unsafe for a woman to be alone at night and they let my BF stay instead. But I would not have known i could even call AAA and tell them that if he had not intervened. And, he hooked us up with his associate in Lexington, KY who came out the next morning after the car had been towed home and fixed our keyfob issue a lot cheaper than Toyota quoted me. This was one of the worst nights of my life, but Noam and BNL Locksmith saved my day. And after all the work Noam did and time he spent with us, he only charged me the $30 onsite fee. I expected to pay more. Hell, I would have paid more to compensate him fairly for his time, but he insisted only $30. As a woman it can be tough in these situations to trust strangers. But Noam was nothing but nice, honest and personable. highly reccomend.
I’ve used this company before to refinish vinyl floors at some of my multi-family properties in Cincinnati. Today was the first time I used them for stairwell and hallway carpet cleaning in these buildings. They did an Amazing job - one of my buildings the carpet was so stained I was already planning to replace it but now I can drop that plan - just gotta clean them more often!! Great company !!

These guys are just amazing! I had my whole house done with carpet and wood laminate. Started with a "big name" company, whose sales associate clearly wasn't interested in helping me at all. We had a great experience at Al Smith. Stopped in one day, looked at samples and narrowed it down to one we liked. Next day, they showed up to measure and got a total price the day after. Their price per sq. Ft/yard included padding and installation.
Carpet arrived within a week and a half or so and was just installed this week. The installers did a great job and we are happy with our experience. Glad to support a small business!

You can sell a good product but if you don't have good installers the product is no good. The skill and expertise Gary and Eddie demonstrate along with their outstanding customer service, put them in a league of their own. I recently had the pleasure of working with Build It Brothers in December of 2023 for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They re-did my 1st floor powder room, added a full bathroom in the basement, installed a tankless water heater, moved the washer/dryer to a different wall, and knocked out a wall to open up the basement. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic.

Additionally Build It Brothers was able to fit me into their schedule quickly, probably because it didn't bother me to have work being done during the holiday season. Not only did they manage to complete every phase of the work ahead of time, but they also finished the entire project a month ahead of the projected completion date. The quality of their work is beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased.
Even when minor issues like a defective pipe welding arose, they were immediately responsive and resolved the problems quickly. Fast forward 7 months later in July 2024, I had a mystery leak in the new bathroom. Despite not being sure if it was related to their work, they came out the morning after I emailed them. They quickly determined that the leak was coming from the kitchen above the new bathroom and, despite it having nothing to do with their work, they fixed it so I wouldn't have to call a plumber.
Build It Brothers went above and beyond my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch contractors. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. We hired Integrity Green to do a pretty big yard transformation for us based on a personal recommendation. We are so glad we did! We were happy with the process from start to finish! We met with Tom, worked out a final design, and they got right to work. They did a new paver patio, regraded our back yard, poured concrete for a basketball court, put in a gravel shed pad, and planted arborvitae. They did everything as requested and had great communication throughout! Highly highly recommend!!

Barrett and his team were amazing to work with! He actually quoted us last year to extend our concrete patio, redo our retaining wall, add drainage, steps for kids to get between yards, and a railing so little ones didn't go flying off the new retaining wall. He honored that quote and adjusted for material pricing He did a better job than we could imagine. He will definitely use them for future projects.
Owner Greg personally returned my calls. We played phone tag since calls always go to voicemail, but each returned voicemail gave me helpful decision points. Nick has been out twice to fertilize and to treat my boxwoods and gave great advice on ideas beyond the projects underway. Invoicing has been easy with a bill left at my house that has allowed me to mail in a check.

8/29-8/30/24 service. I contracted with Bartlett Tree Service to remove 3+ gigantic pine trees on my property line. Our neighbor would not permit access, so Bartlett had to "climb" and "dismember" the trees in place. The team did a 5+ star job. No issues, exactly as contracted, no lawn damage, no property damage and no neighbor issues. Their pricing was competitive for a "climb" job. I would definitely use them again. This the kind of job not to use "Sam with a saw".
I have nothing but great things to say about the Tree Images team! We had a large, dead tree that we needed to have removed. The tree was less than 5 ft away from our house and in the middle of our landscaping. Tree Images took care of it, the stump, and another stump in less than two hours. They showed up when expected and the team was friendly and informative. They took care of getting the utilities marked beforehand. They hauled everything away and didn’t destroy the plants we had around the tree! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for our tree needs!

These guys did an excellent job digging out a tree that had snapped in a high wind storm. We were planting a new tree and needed the old stump gone. These guys understood the assignment and got it done RIGHT! No grinding the wood chips to harm the new tree. They just dug it out and left clean dirt in its place. I'll call these guys again

My family has been going here since 2016 and we've always had very positive experiences. We've never had any billing issues, our appointment times are always prompt, and Dr. Gosnell and his team always do a great job. They assessed a small chip and had it filled in like nothing happened in about 25 minutes. While I was in the chair they had already run the procedure through my insurance and had my estimated portion due ready for me by the time I left. I would highly recommend!

This review is long overdue! Glendale Family Chiropractic truly gave me my life back. I’m young and work a physical job that has me on my feet for 10 hour shifts. I was experiencing pretty debilitating back pain that had gone on for 1 year prior to making an appointment. Within 5 minutes of being on my feet in the morning, my lower back was so painful I could hardly make it through the day. I waited months to see a neurosurgeon and spent $$$$ on MRIs to be told my spine looked unremarkable, and they suggested maybe I had anxiety or depression…
My dad convinced me to schedule a chiropractic appointment because Dr John was able to relieve his chronic neck pain after a car accident years prior.
I started seeing Dr John 2x a week for adjustments. Immediately the daily headaches I had suffered with my entire life were gone and my neck had never felt better. Very pleased with my visit. It was easy to schedule a convenient time, verify my coverage and the check in process was timely. Dr. Sheppard is very personable and honest. This was my initial consultation and after going over my issues and doing several movements he said he was sorry but didn’t believe that chiropractic care would solve my issue. I really appreciated his advice and honesty, he could just as easily taken my money and accomplished nothing, but he did not. I am very thankful for that and will definitely recommend to others and come back if I ever have any other issues that may be helped by chiropractic care.
Prior to coming to ABLC, I'd never utilized a chiropractor - mainly because I wasn't well versed enough in chiropractic methods. Hopewell Animal Hospital in Loveland will always be my go-to for vet services because of Dr. Jennifer Polis and Brandy. While everyone that works there is fantastic, Dr. Polis and Brandy are extraordinary. They give so much love, and are so committed to every pet they see. From cuddling with sick pups on the floor of the clinic to offering the best care an animal can receive, this dream team does it all. The compassion and clinical knowledge they possess is unmatched. I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else.
Love taking my cats here. Both vets are amazing and kind! ? We had to put one of our cats down recently and they have a private where you don't have to go through the lobby.

Dr. Noble and his staff are all great. They are compassionate with both my senior dogs who can be timid in vet settings. One is a pretty low maintenance dog health-wise and the other is high-maintenance with serious chronic health conditions. Dr. Noble is knowledgeable, approachable, and straightforward on the full spectrum of my questions and I trust what he tells me. Scheduling is convenient and even when moving back to town recently and re-establishing care, they were able to get us in within a few days. Yes, this is our second time with Carey Animal Hospital and it's a gem. I also love that it's a small, privately-owned clinic so the prices are reasonable and the level of personal care and attention is top-notch. Love that I can both support a local business and get high-quality care for my pups.

Dr Rumping and staff are awesome. They are very kind and they always help us in/out of the office with our girls when we need it. You can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the prices are very fair.
I love this place! Treated my dog great, she looked great and was happy after her spa day. Her coat was clean and shinny. Place was clean and there wasn’t a ton of animals stored in cages barking like you see at other facilities. Definitely going back.

As an older male I have had my share of injuries and wear and tear over the years. Arielle's use of deep kneading, pressure points, and stretching is very helpful in enabling me to better cope with those past experiences as well as the new ones that arise from trying to maintain an active lifestyle as I age. Highly recommend for all ages and for geriatrics in particular. You will be glad you did.
I love doing yoga at College Hill! I've practiced yoga for a long time, and I always learn something new when practicing with Aaron. He shares his knowledge of yoga and skill as a teacher with clarity and directness, but he also encourages you to be playful about the process. Would recommend his classes highly to a beginner or advanced yogi.
I have been attending Hue Yoga classes for several years, and each visit feels like a mini-retreat. I appreciate the diversity of the staff and the wide range of classes and workshops available. I've participated in slow flow classes, kundalini sessions, sound healing workshops, and new moon and solstice events. The studio has a warm and comforting atmosphere, and the people there are loving and welcoming.
Classes are offered on weekdays and weekends, at various times throughout the day, so I can always find a class that fits my schedule. Went for the 6am class. Good session for the morning but only 3 people in the class. Wish there were more so I blended in a bit more. Instructor was very informative and gave beginner and advanced options for positions.

I received several sessions of Thai yoga massage from Jade. For months, I had severe muscle aches, and Jade always did a wonderful job at helping me get limber until my next session. Will and Jade create such a caring environment and Will provided an analysis as to why I was experiencing so much pain, namely, I had too much wood, e.g., work in my life. As it turned out, despite seeing many doctors at the time, I was suffering from Addison's Crisis, which is often brought on by severe stress, which for me was work. I eventually was diagnosed and treated, but I believe that Jades Thai yoga helped me survive Addison's crisis long enough to get diagnosed. Thank you, Jade and Will!!!

Lynne Carroll Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels throughout the week and mid week strength training. Great community!When I needed a new place to teach I found this studio and stayed because Lynne is a wonderful teacher with a big heart and the members are friendly. It's a great place to practice yoga.
I go to classes regularly here and I continue having a great experience. I have noticed that since starting to take classes here I have built up a lot of strength, stamina, energy, and feeling more mental clarity, less stress. A+
This place is wonderful if you are more interested in slow meditative yoga or have any conditions that prevent you from being able to handle rough workouts. I used to attend a different yoga studio that was more “hardcore” and it was far too much on my body and caused me pain. I’m really digging the relaxing and slow pace of this studio. I do wish they checked/corrected posture more frequently but other than that it is great; very friendly and welcoming.Also I have to laugh at the most recent review ? Brian, I can promise you there is no “devil worship” happening in here. Goodness.
Pilates is amazing and Shellates Studio is the best place to go for it. With 4-5 people per class, the instructors are able to give individual attention to each participant. Friendly vibes and beautiful studio.
Loved my first experience doing Pilates. I took the beginners equipment class with Elizabeth and she made me feel so comfortable and made the class feel so fun! I have chronic back pain from degenerative disc disease and a combination of fibromyalgia. Working out hurts my joints and my body goes into pain mode from high impact workouts. This was so easy on my joints/back but at the same time I sweat and felt like every muscle on my body got worked out. I felt amazing afterwards! I can finally enjoy working out again. :) Elizabeth guided the group throughout the entire workout and ensuring we had the correct posture all while making it so smooth for the group.
This is a great studio! The community of members, the teachers, all great assets. It has been a wonderful experience.
Each session starts with brief discussion addressing areas that are causing pain or restricted mobility. I initially came in with shoulder soreness. Crystal works patiently and methodically on my problem spots. I felt significant relief after my first session.
I received a massage on Valentines Day and it was a very relaxing massage! Great customer service even with my husband booking last minute. I enjoyed the massage, rose petals, and relaxing music. I also got my own personally made cream/ointment to keep. I highly recommend Indulju and looking forward to booking again!

This lady knows her stuff. She can find and massage the problem pains in your body like magic. I went to Liz for severe hip and lower back pain. She worked on those areas until they were relieved of pain. As life goes I also experienced a knee problem and a shoulder issue. During her appointment you can have an all over massage ?♀️ or she can work on healing a specific area. Booking was easy and her clinic is convenient and very serene.

I went to Healing Embrace seeking relief for some pretty severe pain in my back and shoulders. I left after my appointment with Beth completely pain free in my back and shoulders! She also assisted in some pain relief in my tennis elbow! She was so professional, and calming it just made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back soon!

Athletico PT in Western Hills was advanced therapy for me. I’ve been to other PT’s and did not receive the knowledge and care that I received at Athletico. I mainly worked with Emily, but Joe & Jodi were knowledgeable as well. I will go back in the future for any further therapies.
The staff is awesome. Alexia, Hannah and Ryan are very helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan is great. I had 4 weeks(2 sessions per week) of therapy for my torn bicep tendon. Ryan had a great plan and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Athletico Anderson to anyone. Thank you Ryan, Alexia and Hannah.
Best results I have had for physical therapy. The knowledge of Dr. Andrew combined with his ability to listen and articulate how I can improve my strength and overcome my injury feels like he is truly invested in helping me. I will become stronger and more prepared physically if I elect to have rotator cuff surgery. If I continue to make progress with my strength I made forgo surgery all together. Win win!
I have done physical therapy multiple different times for my shoulder and this was far and away the best location I have been to. The people there are fantastic and you can tell they really care about how you are progressing. 10/10.
My daughter has been working with Lisa for many years now and she is fantastic. Lisa is dedicated to her patients, extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the typical PT. The work space is clean and is conveniently located next to May We Help! Lisa is one of the few PT’s in the area that works on the reformer with children. She is well versed in all areas of pediatric Physical Therapy. We are lucky to have such an expert in our area!

I am a woman of a certain age who never had her license and in all honesty, had a fear of and did NOT want to drive. Life circumstances brought me back to Cincinnati and the need to drive was obvious.
I contacted the office, Brandon and Savannah were professional and polite every single time I called them. Alphonso, Robert and Mr. Gerald (who I understand is no longer there) I learned something from each of you, although you had very different teaching methods.
It took me almost a year, failing the maneuvering test, having to retake the written exam(my permit was about to expire) and quite a bit of $$ but it was all worth it in the end.
I appreciate this company and their patience with me.

I received training at the Driver Ed Academy and passed the driver test successfully. I was trained by an instructor named David. I think he taught us how to drive properly as prescribed by law. The fact that he is little quiet and focus on driver's safety may be a disadvantage for social people, but for shame Asians, it is an advantage. Conselor Julie is very friendly. Since I'm not good at English, I wanted to transfer various information in writing, but she readily accepted my request without telling me various things about the rules.Due to personal reasons, I needed Julie's help even after paying all the bills, and even then, she responded very kindly. Driver Ed academy is a very responsible company.
5 stars for Randy, my daughter’s instructor. He was kind, flexible, and helpful. He promptly responded via text and call and got her training done very quickly once he had an opening on his schedule. He prepared her well for her test and she passed on the first try. Unfortunately, the owner of the company is not good about communicating. I understand he is having some health issues, which is unfortunate, but some response to customers who are reaching out would be appropriate. In the end, it all worked out for us, because Randy was very responsive once we got in touch with him.
