The, staff is overwhelmed and my care team is getting, rushed, I want to be able to talk more about problems, not add problems to the system, I'm sure that they want to help, I don't think ? they're able to do a lot of things due to time, each visit is different, and can't be pushed into a, time frame, some things take longer to understand the situation ! ? I may not be explaining,as good as need be? But it's not the staff's fault that, there are different types of needs at times, and that may take longer.!
The best place to get get an eye exam and choose some specs. Dr. Aileen and Cole are super to have as your Optical experts. You will get a super professional eye exam, & Dr. Heaston always has the best equipment. They always strive to keep your eyes healthy, and have a great selection glasses. I appreciate the time they take for a good fit. The front office people are awesome too. Schedule an appointment..! Oh, now tracking my Macula too. Glad Shenice is back..!
Dr. Taki was great and very understanding with my 1.5 year old! The only thing I didn’t love was the kids corner with toys was very dirty. You could tell they’ve never been cleaned or it’s been a very long time. The walls were also very dirty and caked with stuff along with the toys. I understand kids are going to be messy but they for sure need to deep clean and sanitize the toys daily! Made in office feel very unsanitary!

I have been having outer ear infections since last June. I am almost cleared up of all the pain I was going through. Dr Disher is kind and gentle but is also effective at his chosen profession. His staff is very good and will work with you to try to deal with what your going through, and are kind very well.
Picked up my hearing aids today. I was very well informed about the installation, usage and upkeep of my new hearing aids.
We love the service we get, the normal service plus we add the 2 extra times on.. We also love not having the bugs around so we can spend more time outdoors.

Front desk staff is unfriendly, inattentive, and unhelpful. I asked her questions, and she would just ignore me. She never looked at me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because of how she mumbled every question. After checking in on a kiosk, you'll be told to have a seat. Then they'll call you up to the desk to check in again with the unfriendly receptionist. What a messed up system!
UPDATE: Front desk staff interactions have improved greatly. Some of the technicians aren't too friendly, but overall I'd say service has improved greatly since my original review.

I’ve been to Pin Up Curls several times and love all of the stylists that have colored, cut, styled and/or waxed. They are knowledgeable and very helpful even if you aren’t quite sure what you want at the time.

I just wanted a competent barber. You know. A real barber like my dad took me to 40 years ago. I definitely found that, but Blacksnake Barber is a whole experience that I'll admit I wasn't ready for. He has a chair in the Hair Barn Classics shop which is nice in itself, but he has created a whole individual vibe in his area. I was warmly greeted, and seated in the chair...(You have to check out his chair!) When I handed my glasses to him, he asked if I would like for him to clean them in his ultrasonic cleaner. Of course! He took my hat from my lap, hung it up, covered me in a rather premium cape and put the barber paper around my neck. He took his time to listen to my hair goals and presented me with some great options. Each step of the way, he explained what he was doing and what product he was using. The hot towel straight razor neck shave was a spa-level experience. Every product he used smelled great, and was premium stuff.
I would definitely recommend booking with him on the Squire app on the regular, or for special events. It would be a great place to take the guys in the groom's crew a couple days before a wedding.
Summary: I've been looking for a legit barber for a long time, and I found one! As a bonus, he is a really great, kind human who really cares about people, and the world around him. He is a veteran, and of course has some great 122nd FW Blacksnakes decor in his space.
I really enjoyed my time at barbers united, Alex Leon did an amazing job with my haircut. He is one of the best at the shop.

I’d been going with the same barber for the past few years but had some communication issues over the last couple of months so finally had to make a change. Kilo was able to fit me in last minute on a day he normally wouldn’t go in just to make sure I was able to get cut before my business trip. Much appreciated service and quality at The Executive!

I had an upcoming wedding I was in and wanted to trial a spray tan, and Chelsea made me feel so comfortable as a first timer. She took the time to walk me through the whole process and answered my millions of questions. I really enjoyed my results so I went back for a second spray tan before the big day and not only was Chelsea so kind to accommodate my schedule to get me in at the recommended time for best results, but my tan looked absolutely flawless and I received so many compliments and no one suspected it wasn’t a real tan because it looked so natural. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back in the future!

I live 30min away but I will still drive here. All of the staff are wonderful. I love that they don’t hassle me and they respect the fact that I just want to get in and get out. They aren’t constantly trying to shove sales at you. I’ve noticed that if a customer wants to chat that the employees are very welcoming but if you prefer to stay quiet like me they also respect that. It’s clean and well maintained too! I love this salon.

May was great. I went for a pedicure and looking forward to massage chair, but I ended up asking for a basic manicure as well bc May was not pushy and I felt comfortable with her.

If you’re looking for a new nail tech go to Daisy, she’s the BEST!! I’ve been going to daisy for a few years and every time I leave I am so happy with my nails. Any inspo pics that I’ve shown her she’s able to do and give me the nails that I want. She’s also the nicest person ever so I love being able to go in get my nails done and catch up with her! :)

This was only my second time getting a manicure. My first experience years ago was quite painful as I have sensitive nails, so I was a little nervous going into this…
… but Tanya was amazing. She was able to clean up my hangnails, push back my cuticles, and polish my nails with no pain whatsoever. She was also great conversation and gave me some tips on how to better take care of my historically beat up nail beds.
I cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely sanitary, only uses the highest quality products, and takes her time making sure your experience is excellent.

My child came in today for an appointment with Ash. 10/10!! They have social anxiety and Ash made them feel welcome and comfortable. It was easy for them to relax and enjoy the experience. Also as the parent I have felt uncomfortable and out of place going into other salons with my child and Ash was quick to make me comfortable and included and offered me a seat close to their station. The cut came out perfect and despite me requesting no bleach on their hair, Ash was able to make the color beautiful and vibrant with out using bleach. I am so thankful I found this little gem of a place, we will be back!!

Meraki Salon is hands down one of the best in Fort Wayne! I have been going there since they opened and have always had an amazing experience. The salon is beautiful and makes you feel like you are truly being pampered. And don't even get me started on their hair washing station.... absolute HEAVEN! They have these super comfy chairs and the way the bowl is shaped, your head rests on a comfortable platform instead of those neck breaking normal hair wash bowls. I have colored my hair from blonde all the way to copper and the team knocks it out of the park each time with the cut and color. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SALON!!

She was able to incorporate my niece, Hailey’s name wrote in her handwriting, her birth flowers— daisy and sweet pea, a sunflower bc she was sunshine as well as her fingerprint being in the middle of the sunflower, a frog bc those were her favorite, forget me not flowers bc she will never be forgotten, and a semicolon to represent a pause, not an end, and the continuation of a story. I cannot thank Jaz enough! Girl you killed it!

Called Roto rooter out for a blocked sewer pipe that a previous company could not get cleared .Tomas showed up today on time and was very professional walked me through all the options I had and was very knowledgeable. He was able to clear the block and even went above to make sure everything was taken care of . We were about to attempt to fix the toilet ourselves by ripping it out of the floor and are so happy we did not!! Hattersley not only fixed the problem without any invasive or damaging solutions but taught me exactly what to try in case we ever have a similar issue . They have a the heart of a teacher !

It was only a matter of time before my house’s plumbing suffered the dreaded Sunday clog…. I returned from a long weekend of military duty to a home with no plumbing. Short on time, I needed a professional asap. I called around and quite frankly everyone was rude and way more pricy than Drain Doctor. David, answered and instead of getting to enjoy his Sunday evening, he would be helping out a single dad in a crisis. David, the true hero??. He got right to work, and was in and out in less than an hour. He was extremely nice and we had a good talk about the trades since I’m starting as an electrical apprentice. Sure enough he pulled that bad Johnny out of my main line. Water continued to flow again. You don’t appreciate running water till it’s gone haha. He packed up all his tools and came back with a reasonable price considering it was after hours on a Sunday. The best part is he offered me a huge military discount, which meant a lot to a struggling dad. He briefly touched on the next steps as far as putting a clean out in as well as possible root treatments. Will be back,

There are a lot of electrical contractors in the region, but Teusch is never “too busy” for your smaller end job — and if I’m going to trust an electrical contractor, I’d prefer to work with someone who will treat me the same on a $200 job and a $20,000 job — and Teusch does just that.

Hambrock does great work & trouble shooting.But something has happen to the service respond time forcing me to have a 2nd maintenence agreement with another company as a backup. Bottomline, I haven't giving up on Hambrock! I will still call them first.That how much I trust thier expertise. The storm we had couple years ago, my generator shutdown on 3rd day. Hambrock troubleshooted the problem and I needed a part that the tech didn't have with him. With my John Deere connected to the generator we had power until they he could get back with the part.?thks!!
I recommend Sterling Electric very highly and without reservation. All service was prompt and professional. I have a hundred year old house with knob and tube wiring that needed a whole house rewire. They did a great job of minimizing the number of holes needed to access the old wiring. They worked quickly and cheerfully and always listened carefully to any questions that I had.
Excellent work, workers, estimate, timing, and clean up. Doolittle replaced my old fuse powerbox and relocated it about 12 feet with a new circuit breaker box, rewired, rerouted my water heater wiring and replaced, relocated my dryer receptacle. They had to cut into concrete sheet rock in my garage wall for the new powerbox. 9:15am - 6am. They had my refrigerator with electricity in about 2 hours.

We have been having some issues with our Samsung refrigerator for about a month or 2 and we reached out to Brook mill. I have been using Carpet Masters for years for cleaning my carpets and I’m always pleased with their service. This week I had to use them for an emergency service for the first time. My daughter, vomited red bile all over her room in the middle of the night. I worked on the stain for 2 1/2 hours, with no success. The next morning, I called Robin ant Carpet Masters and explained the situation, but also explained that my husband was working out of town and I would be in trial all day. They were so accommodating not only did they get to my home the same day, my daughter‘s carpet looks brand new. I will never use any other company not only because they’re amazing customer service but because of their quality work and great pricing.

We just had all of our floors redone by Contract Interiors. We were able to bring home samples to pick a color. The salesman came by and also gave us his opinion on the color. He also recommended that we remove all items from the kitchen due to the mess of removal. After a difficult time removing the old floor, they made sure to finish the job on time. They actually finished early! Each night the crew cleaned up before they left. They were always polite. The floors look great and we couldn’t be happier!

I needed a very large tree, "a dead dead white oak TREE " over a house at a lake cottage removed it is not my home im a subcontractor . I was told by several companies that they would be bringing in a crane and would need to park in my neighbor's driveway and lawn . There was NO WAY I WAS GOING TO INCONVENIENCE MY NEIGHBORS IN THAT WAY ...I contacted arborstar Tree Service to see if they had any solutions because i had heard through the grapevine that they were a very SPECIALIZED COMPANY...I HAD my secretary inquire if they were up to the task ..After much discussion and back and forth between us, making sure every " i" was dotted and every "t" was crossedArborstar Tree Service has 2 of the best high climbers in the world, yes the world Danny Schaffer and Nic Smith. They do climbing jamboree's in New Zealand and many other places. They very skillfully cut each section and lowered it down using ropes.I highly recommend Arborstar tree .
The guys from Infinity Outdoor Services are very professional and efficient. They have the most up to date equipment that enable them to remove trees without heavy equipment on the lawn. One piece of equipment has the capability of reaching 110 feet in the air. Another piece of equipment gathers up the limbs, branches, etc. without dragging debris across the lawn. They removed three very large trees, ground out stumps and cleaned up the mulch and branches in less than 8 hours.
The men did a wonderful job trimming the trees away from our home without making it look like they just hacked away. The trees look natural and beautiful. All the mess was cleaned up. We are very happy.

These men are amazing! My cat was stuck in a tree for 3 days! It took us 2 days to find him and then countless phone calls trying to find anyone that would help. Animal care, fire department and I have no clue how many tree service places I called and no one would give any interest in helping. He was in a terrible spot the bottom of the tree area had flooded with the recent rain ut was several feet deep there was so much brush and debris in the area I thought there was no hope but these men did not give up! They climbed 30 feet in the air through all the mud muck and debris and got my baby down! They committed themselves to saving his life and they wouldn't give up. They deserve a medal. Thank you soo much guys you truly are life savers!

Natasha was with me yesterday 10/29/25 while Dr Mickey was doing an extraction on me. She was so nice helpful and very very good at what she does, very personable and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more compassionate and informative to be with me during the procedure. She is great! And she also told me that Dr Mickey is thinking about going to Detroit and she is his right and left hand and makes his life easier from what he said. He needs to stay here. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more caring and informative and told me from the beginning what I could expect and possible things that could happen. To me considering what I had done it was a comforting and calming experience! Thank you ??❤️
Legacy dental on Engle road has been an amazing experience. I wished I would of known about them before going through other dentist. Dr. Neese is an awesome Dr. Neese and her staff are very nice and they care. I am a newer patient and have felt welcome when walking in. Also front desk is so very nice. I have my family going here as well and would highly recommend everyone who is looking for a dentist to become a patient here. They are absolutely amazing here. Thank you for all you guys do. Dr Kinder is the absolute best dentist in town, he is so personable, great with kids, and doesn’t allow you to feel any pain when he takes care of you. My kids are lucky to have the same dentist I had as a kid!

I would not recommend Hale dentistry. While the dental work seems solid, the office and customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they will mislead you about costs and try to charge you extra at every opportunity. We had some remedial dental work needed. From the first consult they applied things to insurance they said they would not and effectively blocked us from consulting anywhere else. (Should have trusted this first impression). We received a full treatment plan with cost estimates. The first treatment went well, but at the second treatment we were told that the costs had more than doubled, and we owed an additional hundred dollars from the previous treatment as well (that we had prepaid ~$200 for). This was due to an insurance coverage mistake/category issue and not *necessarily* the offices fault, just a small oversight. However , when we expressed that the new (4x larger) total was not within our budgeting, we were told that if we cancel the appointment they would still charge the $40 cancelation fee. Hale Dentistry had filed the claim for the 1st treatment 2 weeks ago. When I pointed out that they could have notified us of the new total in advance so we had the option to cancel outside the 24 hours then the office manager magically decided the claim had "just been returned today" and they couldn't have notified us. They didnt even attempt to call us during the day (evening appointment) to give us any kind of heads up until we were in the office, so that story is awfully suspicious. When we pointed this all out we were told "checking with your insurance is really a courtesy, we don't have to do it" and that the $40 cancelation fee was "office policy" and could not be waived "at all". As frustrating as it is, we understand insurance coverage cannot be changed, but office policy? Seemed intentionally unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation. So while the dentist may be good and the hygienists very nice, the office policy seems bent on scamming as much money from patients as possible, regardless of the scenario. Go a little further down Coliseum to Lake Ave, there are plenty of honest dentists with wonderful office staffs that you could trade up to instead.

We had two cats we adopted from a rescue that saved them. We took both of them, Ringo Dingo Starr, and Coconut Lime to this vet. They were very welcoming, and answered all of our questions, while giving amazing care, year after year. The bonus was, they were cheap! Two days ago, Coco suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. I walked in to my house, and she was lying on the floor, deceased. I called them up for advice, absolutely devastated. Even though they closed in 10 minutes, they told me to bring her in. I was an absolute mess, crying in the waiting room. The woman that helped me was so sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about the situation. I wish I had gotten her name. They made a hard situation just a little better. I will forever take my pets to them! Thank you so much. I really needed your care and concern at the time.

I had been bringing my Matilda here since she was born. Dr.Dass is amazing! When she was diagnosed with pyometra the Dr. called to checkon her and sent us a sympathy card when she passed. The techs are iffy at times some seem to care others not so much just my opinion though.
This place rocks! I take my puppy Lambeau here and they do such a good job with her! They give her treats and are so gentle when she has her little anxious moments. Great place to go. Definitely recommend this vet!

I saw Diedra for the first time recently. I booked a deep tissue massage to focus some areas that have had some chronic pain, but after Diedra spent meaningful time talking with me beforehand, I moved forward with her Deluxe package. I felt deeply seen, heard, and understood during my appointment.
Diedra's deep care for others and passion for her trade were evident. She cares enough to educate while she's healing. Although my appointment touched far more than my physical issues, I did experience relief from those chronic issues. Diedra has a robust knowledge of the body and its muscles.

LET me tell you this lady did her thing. I called her at 6pm and was able to get in at 7:30pm the same night. It was the BEST massage I have had. I walked in with lower back pain, walked out feeling Great. I had the best sleep I have ever had. I wasn't sure if I wanted to write a review, didn't want others to know how great she is. Everyone should experience it at least Once. I will definitely be going back. This defiantly going to be in my Budget. It was clean, private and relaxing.

I have had foot pain for years, I have tried countless brands of shoes. I saw 2 different podiatrists, 6 different orthotics, and steroid injections. If I only knew that Dr Caleb and PT would be the answer I would’ve saved myself so much time and pain! To be able to say that I can go to work and not think about my feet all day is amazing!!
