My mom was being seen at another office where she didn't feel heard and appointments kept getting pushed back. She was being overprescribed meds that caused her to have significant dyskinesia (muscle movements). My sister took her to the initial appointment & the providers were able to identify and address the issue while also taking the time to explain it. I had thought the dyskinesia was something that was going to be for the rest of her life but have noted it almost fully resolved in the last few weeks. I went with her to her follow-up appointment. The staff was friendly and there was almost no wait time. Amer was the one who talked with us today, and he took his time. There was never a point we felt rushed & he wanted to make sure every question was addressed. Very great bedside manner and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this office for patients!

These people are FANTASTIC!! They did such an excellent job! When we came back for an adjustment a week later (our fault not theirs), they were very gracious about doing the work. Normally, the adjustment would have cost over $150, as part of the tint job would’ve had to have been redone, but the Star Tint folks were able to get it done much more easily than anticipated, and actually refunded some of my money! I have had three vehicles get full tint jobs previously, and every one has been very well done and have been very durable, lasting over 10 years! Whenever I need a vehicle tinted, I will ALWAYS come back to Star Tint on NW 10th St near Villa.

I had such an amazing experience at Braggy Braids. From the moment I sat down, everything was professional, smooth, and right on time — which I really appreciate.
I have a very sensitive scalp and I’m extremely tender-headed, so I’m usually nervous going into braid appointments… but I didn’t feel any tension or pulling at all. That alone says everything. You can tell they use high-quality hair and products because my scalp feels so good, even after getting braids.
I got medium knotless braids and they are exactly what I asked for — neat, clean, and SO pretty. The parts are crisp, the braids are lightweight, and the overall finish is just beautiful.
What really stood out to me was the timing. Normally this style takes forever, but she worked efficiently and had an assistant helping, so everything moved quickly without cutting corners.
I love my hair. I feel good. I will absolutely be booking LaKiesha all summer long!

I’ve been seeing Jen for 15 years now, even through salon changes. I would never let anybody else touch my hair at this point! I have curly, slow growing hair, and a lot of it. She does an incredible job with curly hair, but somehow it still looks good straight too. I really appreciate the attention Jen pays to detail with my hair and her goal to help me keep it healthy.

I followed Ohndrea from another salon because I love her and her cutting/color style so much. She’s always made me feel comfortable and and confident. She gave me a layered “shag” with bangs and I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair! The Colorist Salon is downtown in a cute area right next to Sailor & the Dock which has a book store and the best coffe store Hunny & Honey plus some other fun shops. Highly highly recommend this salon and Ohndrea!

Raced from work and came in about 630 and they still welcomed me and gave me a full set & pedicure. My daughter got a fill at the same time and were both satisfied with awesome service and the job that they did for us on our hands and feet. I recommend them if you’re looking for that nice laid-back place where they don’t rush you in and out the door they take their time on you with every service. I get the best pedicures there everytime. What a treat after a long week of work!!

Went for my first time there on Friday. I don't normally get my nails done due to judgment for chewing on them from stress and anxiety. The gentleman, I guess it was Vincent, explain what he was doing, took his time and talked to him. It made me feel important. The price was very reasonable. However my pinky nail broke in half when I was stratching my arm, 4 days later. I am still happy with the the results and definitely will be going back.

Lash Lift and Tint with Morgan—
I have never gotten my lashes done before, no extensions or anything like that, so this was my first experience with having a service like this done. As far as the final result, I am super thrilled — I don’t have to wear mascara now on days when I don’t want to do makeup (my lashes are liiiiight), and the lift looks natural and very pretty. Can’t say enough good things about the final product. The whole salon was clean and vibey, calm but upbeat, and the energy was great.
As far as the service goes, again, this was my first time doing a service like this (at age 31 lol) — I knew to expect my eyes to be closed for some time, and I knew that it would take time to process the steps of the service on my lashes, but what I absolutely did NOT expect was that my poor little brain and body would start to feel some *major* anxiety during the appointment. Never having a service like that done before, I didn’t realize how anxiety-inducing it would be to have my eyes taped shut or to have to be in one spot for an extended time, and I got noticeably fidgety and jittery and heart-racey.
Morgan, my tech, was TRULY outstanding throughout the entire experience. She was gracious and patient and calm, she listened to me and noticed the cues of anxiety that were coming from me even if I wasn’t vocalizing them. I didn’t detect any judgement from her whatsoever which also genuinely helped keep me calm and tear-free. She kept her voice low and kind throughout. She had a stress ball that she offered, and she started asking me questions to keep my brain occupied. She also offered a blanket in case that would help me, and she kept giving me info on how much longer each step would take — “only 10 minutes on this one” or “30 seconds left on this step” when I was getting very antsy at one point. She even once paused between steps verrrry briefly to get my lashes into a spot where I was able to open my eyes for a couple seconds before we moved onto the next step, and that helped tremendously.
Knowing what I know now, I would definitely go back for a tint without a second thought. For a lift (for me personally), I would request maybe only one eye being taped at a time if that’s possible, and if not, just stick with tints.
Morgan was efficient, accommodating, and very sweet throughout the entire appointment, she helped me work through the very unexpected anxiety attack, and STILL got me looking fabulous, natural, and fixed up by the end.
Highly recommend, and thank you guys for being so good to me. See you again soon, even if it’s only for a tint this time 😂
Achlee D. Is overall the best waxer I’ve ever been to; she makes an experience that is and always will be extremely vulnerable, and she creates a safe and fun environment. She’s always extremely professional while also being undeniably charismatic. She is truly a talent and if you’re ever looking for someone experienced and who’s passionate about their work, I would highly recommend her. There are plenty of waxers in this city, as well as plenty of European Wax Centers, but she’s worth the drive every time and will keep me a permanent customer at the Oak Grove location.

We had a pipe bust in the right being the hot water tank. Hot line was leaking and had been for a couple weeks till it started leaking in the tank closet.
They worked is in Friday before memorial day weekend so we'd have water.
They came out took the tank out and looped the water so we at least had cold water. Gave us a good referral to a contractor who came out on memorial day to replace all the sheet rock.
They got us in today to reinstall a new water tank and back on hot water.

When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!

We came in from Ohio and needed a local company to help us install a heavy component in a very tight area. AIM had one of their guys come over to our location, check out the work and determine the right equipment. We were really pleased with the work Old Home Rescue did for us, from start to finish. We had a great experience with Manchester Homes. They custom built our home during Covid and I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they stood behind their Builder Home Warranty, and they did. The communication was great. The timeline was met. The overall build turned out amazing. We had our plans drawn up for a few years but could not find the right builder....I am a Realtor so I get the bonus of walking through homes every day and seeing the difference in quality between each builder was such a crucial part of our decision. One day I walked into a Manchester home that had a very similar layout to our plans we had drawn up and I couldn't believe it...it had everything we wanted....we were adamant on having a 3000+ sq ft home all on 1 level. Most builders tried to push us to do a 2 story but that's not what we wanted. When I made the call to Manchester homes, they never once tried to push us on to something else...The Owner said he could build anything we put on paper and he did just that :0) He took the time to speak with me over the course of a year before we signed with him....and that says alot about Larry. He cares. Not only did he take my phone calls for 2yrs years (from start to finish) but he was always so kind. He understands that this entire process is stressful and he truly is there to help along the way. He and his company will be recommended by my family to anyone looking to build a beautiful, one of a kind, custom home. I am not one for going to the dentist, but today's experience was fantastic. It started with a very welcoming experience with the front desk. I was greeted with a smile and asked how my morning was going. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled so obviously my morning was not starting off that well. Once I was placed in the chair the dental assistant was very nice and made me feel very welcomed and calming. The dentist was very precise and to the point with what to do and what to expect and did a fantastic job pulling the tooth without having to do any cutting.

His recommendations matched my retired dentist’s recommendations. I did need work on one tooth but Dr. Sullins, along with everyone else in the office, made me feel at ease.

Dr. Hester is truly amazing, and you have no ideal how much I appreciate him! My first visit I was in so much pain, so uncomfortable and was wondering if I will ever feel better again. The first visit Dr. Hester took x-rays so we could see what was really going on and sure enough three places on my spinal cords that needed attention. Dr. Hester is a good listener and explains the conditions and the treatments and how it works. When he explains you listen and learn how the body heals itself, It's truly amazing how he explains it. I'm on my third week and so far I am able to turn my neck more and walk without limping too much and my outlook on life is getting more brighter, more relax and breathing is getting easier. Two years ago, at the age of 16, my son suddenly started feeling really sick. His joints and muscles hurt, he had extreme fatigue, and was often nauseous. I have had neck and mid back issues for years. I was tired of putting up with the pain and discomfort, so decided to see Dr. Babcock. The first visit, he was able to pinpoint my problem areas and manipulate the vertebrae to relieve the pain. With regular visits I have felt tremendously better with little to no pain between visits.

This chiropractor is *amazing* at his job. Seeing him has helped me so much, more so than anything else I've tried or anyone else I've seen regarding my spinal issues over the past 15 years. I have moderate scoliosis and multiple herniated discs in my cervical and lumbar, plus a previous lumbar fusion. I walk out of this place like I'm floating on a cloud.

First time and absolutely blown away by how amazing the staff is. Took my dog, Charlie, right in, didn't have to fight him to get inside the door which was a great green flag! He had a horrible claw that was hurting his paw and needed updates on his shots. We were out in an hour even with him having to be sedated to deal with the claw.

This place is awesome everyone is so sweet. They actually care. They have this cherry line kinda like a 3rd party loan for people cant afford the big payment that allows you to make payment arrangements. I almost gave up hope,thought there was nothing I could do to save my kitty cat otis but they were awesome and showed him so much love and care. Im still waiting for my kitty to recover fully but I know hes in the best of hands!

I've had for Chihuahuas raised, and born through this clinic. I recently lost two females during pandemic times. My two males are still with me, and I'm going to try to find out what Dr Troy thinks about a problem that I may have with one of my males. I've been going here for years, and I think for the money, and with the convenience of it being open a little later, it's a great place to go. They don't charge a whole lot. All places are outrageous these days. Including them! As they want to charge you a new service charge, even if your dog was born in their clinic, WHAT? myself, I would call that being a member of THE CLINIC THAT BIRTHED HIM, clinic. Especially when you're broke, and an emergency comes up. But I will tell you this, over the many years they have always let me pay my bills out, they have always let me do so. Thanks again Dr Troy, for all the help with Juliet. (AND JAMIMA.) I sure miss the girls.

badass experience so far with our first time using a mobile groomer. my dads shih tzu is almost 13 (maybe older?) & he’s going blind & is very jumpy, sometimes snappy & even though he does ‘ok’ at past groomers we decided having him closer to home w his increasing age would be best & so far, it’s been awesome. not having to drive is a very cool bonus. our groomer has been ~Nevaeh~ & she’s a super delight. very sweet, thorough communication & max always looks wonderful & isn’t traumatized after. hopefully she’ll be around for a while because we wanna stick w her :)
we’ve had 2 visits so far & plan to schedule dad’s other dog for a groom. the process is simple, they just require proof of rabies, do everything online then they come right to you. prices are actually cheaper than i anticipated for a mobile company, they’re about on par w what we’ve paid at remote groomers, maybe just a bit higher, but remember, you’re getting the added convenience of not driving & having your baby close to home. beyond worth it (at least for an introvert who would rather not leave home 🙃)

The school consistently does a great job on my dog. They always pluck his ear hairs and I have not had that experience at traditional grooming facilities. Though the inside is quite fragrant at drop off in the morning.

We took our Yorkie to Soi for years and she always looked great. Sadly she “ left us” over 3 years ago. I finally got another one and when I went in to see them to get a trim for our new baby,Charlie. They remembered me and my past fur baby’s name right away!
I took Charlie in today for a full grooming ( her first) and she looks great! Soi told me she wasn’t sure how short they would cut her hair because they wanted her to be relaxed and not be stressed. I appreciated that so much. She accommodated my schedule and called me as soon as Charlie was done with her grooming.

I was impressed by the quality of instruction! I went on a Tuesday and the class wasn't busy so the instructor was able to give each of us personalized attention to help correct our posture and teach us new poses. I really liked that the instruction was more Kinesiology based, because even though I'm a casual yoga participant I had never learned the proper way to align my body and set up the poses correctly. I HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING HERE!

Ellie was wonderful! I was in so much pain when I first came to see her. I couldn't sleep because the pain was so bad that I couldn't lay down. She didn't give up until the pain was gone! I had went to someone before her and didn't see any results. But I felt better after the first visit with Ellie. She worked around my schedule. She truly cares about her patients.

I had so much pain (that was probably more extreme than I gave it credit for) that I was worried there was something severely, and potentially irreversibly wrong with my neck and upper shoulders. Fortunately, there was nothing significantly wrong, and I was able to learn how to help myself mitigate and even eliminate most of my pain. Reilly was able to help me with simple movements that over time increased my range of motion and reduced the amount of pain I had been feeling on a regular basis. Zoe was also super helpful in helping me figure out my insurance and clearly explained my financial responsibilities which allowed me to make a sound decision in processing my payments. Everyone here is nice and friendly, and should I need PT again in the future, this team of therapists will be my first choice.
I struggled with Golfers elbow for years, Lynn got it sorted out in just a few months and now I can lift weights pain free. No other PT ever took the time to truly diagnose what was going on, they just went to the same golfers elbow playbook that you can get on youtube.

Ann has been a super therapist. I have had lower back pain for many years. She discovered a difference of more than in inch in leg length. She used therapy and exercises to realign my pelvis—-leg length evened out and no more back pain! Brilliant! She is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Best ever! Had my first ever physical therapy with Jason Manning for my shoulder injury and my sciatica. It was great and I have full confidence his therapy is going to reduce my pain. Highly recommend his practice at his new office on NW Expressway just east of Meridian!!!!
My experiences with the therapists and facility have been positive. I worked as a PT Tech for several years. It was common practice for the therapists schedules to not really accomodate one-on-obe time with the patient at each visit. I'm impressed this facility schedules the PT, or PTA to work one-on-one with their patients. The staff is friendly and attentive, well trained and educated in their field.

I enrolled into American Truck Training in March of this year. I was initially going to Superior until Mr. Stephan set up an appointment to meet with me in person. I loved everything that he told me. The best part about the school is they have automatic trucks, and I wanted to get my automatic CDL. Mr. Stephan also mentioned I was able to obtain my tanker and hazmat endorsements through the school as well which I did.
My primary instructor was Miss Natalie. I cannot say how beyond grateful I am for her. She was such an amazing mentor and a great instructor. She pours her heart and soul into her students to make sure that you pass not just pass, but learn anything and everything about a truck, maneuvers, and general knowledge. She really cares about her students, and I am beyond humbled to have had her as my mentor during my time here.
Not only for me, but for my fellow classmates whenever we kept messing up, she always made sure that we stayed positive and kept practicing and practicing. Coming from a different career to getting your CDL is very, very tough, but when you have someone like her supporting you and picking you up when you fail, it is the best support anyone can ever ask for. Miss Natalie, if you’re reading this as I start my career in this field, you will always be remembered because of you. I got my CDL. Thank you!
My road instructor was Mr. Craig. Because of his amazing instructions and mentorship, I never thought I could ever drive a big commercial truck, but he made it so easy. The turning, the mirrors, the observation, maintaining your speed—he did it all. He taught me so many things, most importantly about safe driving and always keeping yourself and your cargo safe. I am so grateful for him. Mr. Craig thank you.

It took me four attempts to get my CDL, but with the help of my mentors, the instructors, and everyone at the school, I got my CDL. I cannot say how thankful and humbled I am. This school helped me in every way possible, and I will always appreciate everything they did for me. I’m glad I chose this school!

We had a great experience here. In the past, I have just worked with my teen myself and then they took the test, etc. With my youngest we paid for him to take the class and have 3 2-hour drives with a driving instructor. It was pricey, but I think worth it. My teen feels like he really got good information and a good launch into driving. I would recommend.
