For anything related to installation/reinstallation and maitenence on oil stove heat ask for Brian - he is extremely knowledgable and experienced and took time to show us exactly how the stove works, what maintenance is required, and how to troubleshoot error messages. The guy is a wizard, wouldn't trust anyone else with our heating!

These photos will be used for a very long time, and we are very lucky to have gotten her business. Cathie provided collaborative and reliable service both during the conference and after each day was finished. We are so pleased with her work and hope to work together again in the future. We’ve had large triple pane windows and two insulated doors with frames replaced. Excellent work that was done on time and we highly recommend Flitch and Burl Custom Woodworks.
Got a MoovAir heat pump from them, advertised to go to -35C before needing backup heat. That was not my case, it was -40C before the backup heat had to kick in.
Danny and his crew were amazing, he informed me that I can get YG to pay directly and I would only have to pay the difference and that was the deposit. They did an amazing job on the install, and more importantly, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves too!!! I didn't have to clean up a single thing after they were done.
There was minor hiccup, but nothing major, an item was out of stock, but they put in a temp 5kW backup until the 8 kW was in town.
Spoke with Ross and Scott, they were both exceptionally helpful.
There can sometimes be a delay in a response, but they are very very busy, but they always do get back to you. It's usually a 1-3 day delay at most.
I'm very happy with the quality of their work, they take great pride in doing the job correctly, and it shows!!!

We were adequately reimbursed for an issue that arose, and we very happy with the way in which it was resolved. Our perception of the problem was never questioned, and the issue was addressed immediately. It is rare to find a contractor with such integrity and commitment to customer service. I was able to get in a day after phoning for an emergency procedure. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and accommodating. Dr. Kenny and his team explained the whole procedure, setting my mind at ease and answering all my questions. The techniques he used were the most pain free that I've ever experienced with a dentist, and they checked on me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and didn't need to take a break.
For the first time in my life I don't dread returning to the dentist for follow up work.

An extraordinary team that was super friendly, and super efficient. I broke a 4,000 lb spring on our RV 5th wheel. Drove 170 miles to their shop. They fabricated the replacement and a spare as I waited. It all fit perfect and we were back on the road the next day. I can’t say enough about how great these folks were. This is right place to be for travelers needing suspension help on their rig. Thank you ! We will never forget you !

Phenomenal service! Their team quickly identified an issue in my home correctly and immediately took all steps to create safety while ensuring uncommon parts were quickly sourced to fully remediate it. The team identified and discovered further issues on remediation of the original issue identified and did not limit the scope of work to the original requested work - they worked hours beyond what was anticipated that day (which ofcourse I wouldn’t expect nor would have their inability to do so affected my review) … they were incredibly diligent in ensuring that every single step was taken to redress all issues found and ensure our safety. Each individual from their team that worked in our home was wonderful to interact with - and everyone took the time to explain the diagnostics they were doing and the logic behind them - I felt fully confident in their capacity to remediate a serious safety issue and am very grateful.
They kindly accomodated me on a last minute appointment for a pedicure and fixed one of my broken fingernails while I was visiting from out of town. The spa was very clean, staff were friendly and the massage chairs were fantastic during my pedicure.

very great male worker there for mens cut. asked questions what style i wanted and he did the side fades,and back fade to little bit off the top to be able to style it still... asked him how many years he has being cutting hair *19 years experience!*... did a perfect job. highly recommend this place if you need a hair cut to feel normal again from bushy overgrown hair. ultra fair prices too..
Originally, when I was thinking about this review, it would have been a one star. However, as time progressed and communication with Toyota, particularly Holly, continued, it became clear to me that they valued customer service and value their customers. I do not live in the Yukon, but I have a vehicle here to drive while I’m working. There was a mixup in the spring with some work that should’ve been done and wasn’t, and then a vehicle that should’ve been ready and wasn’t. However, they offered a vehicle to use while mine was being finished, and then delivered it to one of the outlying communities where I was working. They have more than made up for the difficulty that was created. I highly recommend Whitehorse Toyota and will continue to be a valued customer until I retire and no longer need my vehicle. Thank you Toyota!
