During my FIRST visit earlier this week, I was welcomed into an impromptu movement and stretching session. The music was exquisite, the atmosphere was grounding and feminine, and there was a beautiful sense of freedom in simply listening to the body and allowing it to move naturally. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed that day.
I also enjoyed a cup of blue lotus tea with honey that was absolutely delicious and deeply nourishing.

Kelley is a beautiful energy to work with. She always leads with love and genuine care for her clients. When I found her I had been stuck in a loop, and she caught it! I live halfway across the country and have only done remote sessions. After the first remote session in the Harmonic Egg I was already noticing the shift. By the end of the 6 week sessions I felt like myself again, no longer ruminating and looping the same cycles. As well, she put my home/property in the egg on a separate occasion. The shift was once again immediate. I began to notice the light entering the windows brighter, my children much more at peace, and bunches of new wild plant growth and animal activity outside. It has truly been a blessing to have stumbled into this work with Kelley, she has helped me change my life with the power of her gifts and her harmonic egg. Amazing experience that keeps unfolding and evolving as time continues.

Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time experiencing a head massage, and the girls were so friendly and welcoming. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. After the treatment, everyone was still so warm and kind, which made the experience even better. I loved being able to laugh, unwind, and enjoy the rest of my day feeling refreshed. Been taking our 3 dogs here for years. Sheila does a great job, and the dogs look even greater. Highly recommended. Beats the heck out of Petsmart or whatever else chains that are out there. Price accordingly as well.

I’ve left a salon feeling completely satisfied with how my hair looked. Kayla made my vision come to life and is an absolute wonder to work with. Liz M coordinated everything which took a big weight off of my shoulders during this busy time. They provided me with lots of education on how to take care of my skin and hair in the months leading up to my wedding. Went about a month back or so to Hailey with an incredibly uneven haircut from an inexperienced stylist and awful color and incredibly grown out roots and she fixed it up beautifully and made me feel confident enough to start wearing my hair down again! I’ve been referring all the people I know because of how she was able to fix up the hot mess I was living with. Incredibly kind, competent, and quick!!

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of seeing curly hair specialist Meg and I was very happy with how the first time curl coaching and cut/wash service went!Pros:-Meg is very knowledgeable and wants to ensure you know why/how to style your curls during the service.-Take home an after curl "how-to" guide to understand how to keep your hair healthy and styled.-She is otherwise a very friendly and open-minded person with great communication skills.Cons: None!I was SO happy with the service. I always go for a head shave, and his razor work is truly exceptional—smooth, precise, and never harsh. He takes the time to properly prep the skin, making the entire experience comfortable and clean. My beard has never looked better—well-shaped, smooth, and trimmed exactly how I like it. Courtney did an incredible job with my spray tan! She’s so knowledgeable about the entire tanning process and made me feel completely comfortable. The color looked natural and flawless for my wedding day, even on my hands. I left it on for four hours before rinsing, and it turned out perfect. I have been a client of Creative Nails for several years now and I have never known a nail technician as skilled as Lisa is. She is a one woman shop so she stays pretty busy and yet I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appt. I used to go there just for pedicures and now I go for manicures & polish as well. She utilizes her time wisely and she is fast because she knows her craft so well. She is very meticulous and always does a beautiful job. She offers a wide range of services and her prices are very fair. It's always so nice to go there since it's just you and her and you're not having to absorb a cacophony of other people's conversations. Go there! You won't be disappointed. Even my husband has enjoyed her pedicures!

It's currently Day 3 after my first facial with Miranda and my skin looks SO good!! I can see and feel a difference with my skin. She uses all high end well known products, gives a lymphatic massage that is so relaxing, does extractions but doesn't over do it, and trimmed my brows during my face mask.It was SO nice and I highly recommended to treat yourself here!!

I love Mee Lu. I will be going back for waxing. She made my ugly toes look beautiful and gave me a manicure for a professional woman. Did I mention the chairs and the music? OMG. It is heaven. The other women there were just as happy as I was to be there too. Mee Lu is as sweet as the day is long. She is worth the money and the time to go for the pedicure and the gel manicure.

My appt was booked with Ms. Shirley Love. I had no confidence with this appt, knowing it would be the same outcome as all the others I had been to in Reno. Boy was I wrong. Shirley Love got my color to platinum blond like I wanted (all other salons told me we can get there but not today) and she did it in one appt. Where to begin! First off, Julia is such a wealth of knowledge. She and I talked everything from stress to sleep habits (I work night shift occasionally) to lifestyle and dietary choices. I love this holistic approach to skin health that you won’t find in a med spa or derm’s office. She’s also so mindful of resources and not only recommended some budget friendly and higher end products to me, but she also has some products in clinic that were reasonable. It’s so disheartening these days to feel like other estheticians or injectors are upselling you and that you need to have a $500 a month skincare routine to heal your acne. And I walked away from my appointment feeling hopeful. Cannot recommend her enough!

I knew nothing about skin care before my session, I just knew that my skin needed some attention. I couldn't believe how much brighter and lighter my skin looked afterwards. I started using IS clinical products about 3 months ago and I love them! I was leaving to go out of town for a month and wanted to make sure I had plenty of product and wouldn’t run out while I was gone. My usual place I got them was closed so I was calling around trying to find someone else that sold them. Kathy was the third person I called. Luckily she had them but she had already left her shop for the day. She turned around and drove back 15 minutes to sell me the products and even hooked me up with some free samples. So kind!!

Dr Lamerson is the best dermatologist in Reno. I have been seeing her annually for years to have skin checks. She can quickly detect those troublesome spots in a forest of other spots on my body. It’s amazing to me. Sometimes I have had to have biopsies taken and it used to scare me. But Dr Lamerson is so careful and patient, it doesn’t hurt at all. I really appreciate that! Look no further if you need a dermatologist. She is a consummate professional and will not disappoint.

This nail spa came highly recommended. I do massage sometimes with my feet (Ashiatsu), and so it's important for me to have my feet and nails in tip-top condition. I often do my own , but sometimes you want (a.k.a need) a professional pedicure! I dread the junk ingredients and breathing issues I experienced at another nail place, so while Blush + Bone is kind of a drive for us I had to try it. It is NOT easy to find a more naturally-based nail salon, and I was excited. I had Liberty as my nail tech and in addition to her being really cool and personable.. I LOVE my cute toes! The other nail techs were also really friendly. What I appreciate about this nail spa is it feels like your in a cozy living room environment. Really enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it..

After having learned my the plumber I’d been using for years was bought out and they proposed to charge me $2,000 for a slow drain I decided to get a second opinion from a locally owned company. After 2 Savage and Sons technicians couldn't find a cause of a moaning sound in the bathroom wall they sent out a third technician to locate and cure the problem. It took the 3rd tech a few minutes, but he found the cause in a valve and fixed it. We paid for the first technician, but Savage and Sons waived any charges for the two follow-up technicians visits. I can comfortably recommend Keith from Savage and Sons.

Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up.
Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!

I called yesterday afternoon hoping for a next‑day appointment for a plumbing issue. Later that night, when the problem started getting worse, I called again. Mark returned my call immediately, moved my appointment two hours earlier, and gave helpful advice on what to avoid until he arrived. He fixed the issue quickly, and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Marin Appliance repair. Our ice maker quit producing ice cubes and a repair man came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with a replacement part. They sent a text with a picture and name of the repair man prior to our appointment and arrived on time. We especially appreciated getting a senior discount! It's nice to have a reputable repair company we can rely on if we need another appliance repair.

Teak & Hardwood Floors delivered outstanding results. The new install and refinishing work were flawless. They seamlessly matched new flooring with existing surfaces, and the finish work exceeded expectations. Every cut, every board, every detail shows care and skill - especially around fireplaces with jagged granite edges up against the floor. These guys are pros.
Customer Service & Communication
From start to finish, communication was excellent. Jeff was responsive, patient, and always available to answer questions and guide us through options. Jeff is very very knowledgeable and knows every technical aspect of flooring, materials and installation tradeoffs. He took the time to explain all tradeoffs in detail along the way. Scheduling and communication was excellent and actually pro-active, something rarely seen in the building trades.
Sourcing
Teak has excellent capability of sourcing wood at high quality and reasonable price and Teak worked diligently on availability, including on additions to job scope.
Value of Work
The estimate was fair, thorough, and accurate. Change orders were estimated accurately for the most part. While they may not be the cheapest option, the quality of the work and the peace of mind of knowing it’s done right.
Professionalism
Every person we interacted with was polite, reliable, and highly professional. Jeff’s leadership is evident, and both foremen deserve special recognition: Reuben, who led the refinishing, showed meticulous attention to detail, and Alejandro, who oversaw the new installation, ran his crew with skill and efficiency with very high quality. Both deserve 5 stars, plus more, for their outstanding work and professionalism.
Lucas and his staff were incredible. But first, the story as to why.
Through no fault of their own, about 25% of the stain they used in reconditioning our floor was improperly mixed. There's no way of knowing this until after the stain is down and cured, which we found to our chagrin after we returned home from vacation, during which was when they redid the floor.
For a short bit my wife and I thought we were going crazy because the tint was so much lighter on 1/4 of the floor. Was it the lighting? No. Was it us? Probably not. Was it the workmanship? Nah, couldn't be. Turns out it was the materials, so in a stroke of mastery the floor crew returned, re-sanded the floor, deftly blended a special batch of stain to match the other 75% of the floor, and made it seamless.
So, not only were we thoroughly happy with the end product, the hiccup in between could have gone VERY sideways but instead they simply owned the mistake that wasn't even theirs, fixed it, and did so professionally and efficiently. Getting what you pay for is one thing, but the ability to correct mistakes without excuses is something else entirely. I will never go anywhere else.
The material selection is good and only made up of superior products. We chose a laminate plank which uses a newer core technology to have identical life to LVPs. Louie and Will were our installers and I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my installs after watching them go through the process. Very professional and nice. Thanks for the floor guys, it’s awesome!

Floorcraft of Reno was recommended by our realtor to refinish our hardwood floors. When we met with them, we realized they had installed the cherry floor 25 years ago. They did a very professional job then and they continue with that kind of service from the bid to the completed job today. Besides refinishing the cherry wood floors, they replaced 2 rooms of tile flooring with hardwood flooring. Dimitri came out to help fix a problem created by the cleaning company we had hired. He went above and beyond what we expected in repair of the floor. We highly recommend them for any hardwood project you may have.
I have used Quality Floors for Less four times now over the last three years. They have beautiful durable flooring. The installation one time was not perfect but they came back out and fixed it. The problem was a sticking sound when you walked on it. Since then they got a new installer and he is an artist. Such attention to detail! It could not have been better. The two owners take care to make sure things run smoothly. I highly recommend them for quality, selection and price.

I had a really great experience with Gilliam Construction. From the beginning, they were easy to work with and very straightforward. Their bid came in lower than other companies in the Reno area, but the quality of the work did not feel “lower” at all—in fact, it was excellent. We had our Master Bedroom and Bathroom remodeled. They put on wainscoting in both rooms, added new walk-in closet organizer, bathroom tile floor, shower, tub, vanity, lighting and painted. These guys are amazing! I called because we have huge black wasps. Amy was very helpful and scheduled an appointment. Caleb was a little early which I was ok with. He sprayed my big oak tree and my bricks in the back because there were wasps in the bricks. We have not seen any wasps but he only did it a couple of days ago. I wanted a xeriscaped front yard that evoked the desert, with native plants and a rugged, natural feel. Other landscape designers imagined a rock yard with islands of suburban shrubbery and dots of ornamental grass. But Kirk of Little City got it. In a matter of minutes he sketched out a scene of boulders and stone, with sweeps of vegetation in some areas and accent plants in others. Where a flat grass yard existed, he saw an undulating desert terrain in colors of black, mocha, copper, and tan. The plants I wanted aren't readily available in the Reno area, but we put together an eye-catching array including red yucca, Apache plume, orange globemallow, desert primrose, desert sage, and pink Muhly grass. The project started late on a Thursday afternoon in May and was finished in less than a week, including a paved walkway to the back yard and an expanded paved patio replacing a small concrete stoop. Brandon, the foreman, placed the plants with a practiced eye. An energetic and talented crew of four excavated, shaped, installed irrigation, planted, and hauled many wheelbarrow loads of rock. On the last day, they swept and hosed down the sidewalk and street, leaving the area pristine. I am beyond satisfied; I am ecstatic. Thanks, Kirk, Brandon, and crew for your talent and skill. I look forward to seeing those plants grow and complete the vision.

I’ve used JT’s lawn service for the better of 15 years. He is prompt and does a good job. I have him aerate, thatch, mow and fertilize my lawn every spring. I do recommend his services. He just finished my lawns for 2025. They look good now and when they come out of hibernation, they will look amazing. I will be calling him next year again. If you need your lawn aerated call John. His prices are reasonable for the amount of work he puts into the lawns.

I figured I could get rid of my own trees after acquiring a property that was very overgrown. I did fine with my little saw and some help from some good friends with heavy equipment. I started tackling a very large and dead elm tree at least 80’ tall. Once I dropped a large limb at only 20’ up it all came together and it dawned on me…. The advice from others, the subtle hints from friends and family like “don’t you think that will fall on the house?” And “Don’t kill yourself up there!” I finally realized I couldn’t accomplish this on my own. I called Arbor pros and their guys were awesome. They climbed up this huge tree with ease and skill. The guys were professional and courteous. They fell the tree, chopped it up, cleaned up sticks and the surrounding area all within an afternoon. It would have taken me a week to do all that work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing an arborist. Thanks guys.
Medrano Tree service is excellent! I have a very large yard with lots of mature trees which require regular maintenance. I have used them twice and will continue to use them. Quick response when calling, crew is wonderful! The prices of their services are very affordable for the removal of two very large trees.

All of the staff was very nice. Someone even came and explained my benefits to me. Also the most thorough exam by a dentist I ever had. However, after X-rays and another exam, I had to wait quite awhile for the dentist to come to my cleaning. Visit took over 1.5 hours.

Dr. Vicky is the only chiropractor I know that has a background in massage therapy, and in a session of 20, 40 or 60 minutes, will spend the majority of the time on massage and really figure out what’s happening with your body. If getting adjusted makes you nervous, if you need a gentle approach, you will love this. You can truly relax and then the adjustments are eased into, and never forced.
Through functional nutrition, Dr. Vicky has helped me adjust to the new climate here by addressing allergies and skin issues. For the first time in years, my immune system is greatly improved.
I’m also very grateful for Dr. Joshua Rushing’s extensive background with sports injuries. I was in enormous pain, and his dry needling sessions combined with chiro really helped. The pain relief alone is miraculous AND I’m healing faster than with past injuries. Also, if you like a firm adjustment, this is the ticket, but don’t be scared! Dr. Josh takes his time, and is very methodical with his movements and checks in with you.

I saw Dr. Rock. She's wonderful. Took the time to go over all my cat's test results. She examined him thoroughly. She discovered his gums were infected. Since my prior vet always examined him in the back I don't know if she looked in his mouth
They gave him antibiotics and steroid injections and after 2 days he has really perked up. I will definitely be going back.
They did an ultrasound on him and they didn't find anything other than all the issues with his mouth. He is having dental work done n JUly 22hd.

I have now tried 4 vet clinics to be able to handle my cat Apollo who gets pretty spicy when he's touched without permission. This clinic is the only one that does such an amazing job of managing his stress and gives sane counsel. I cannot recommend the entire staff from top to bottom more. They are kind, thorough and very respectful of both the animals and me as a human who now stresses as much as Apollo does getting him through the system.

But Terry is the best I’ve been using her for years and that’s a picture of my Australian Shepherd cause I had to have her groom down cause it’s so hot here in Reno right now everybody that sees her think she looks beautiful and so do I and she’s very comfortable now And I just had her done a few days ago and if you had 10 stars, I’d give Terry a 10 star rating. She’s also very nice and I seen her handle difficult dogs. I mean Mine my Australian Shepherd can be difficult sometimes so not real difficult and she knows how to handle a dogs without having to get angry. So I would recommend Terry to anybody who wants a good grooming job done because she is the best.!!! I am so happy with All Fur Love Grooming. Tiffany did an amazing job on my old Persian Cat, Brandi who can no longer groom herself so I needed her shaved. Tiffany did the cutest lion cut and a nice bath. Brandi was even happy with her new cut. She looks and smells so nice. Thank you Tiffany so much for all that you did for Brandi. We will definitely be back :)
We took our long haired black cat to see Alice about a week ago and she was so amazing to watch. My cat is a pretty chill dude and he loved any and all attention that she gave him. He didn’t like his butt and belly done but she handled him like a pro. I highly recommend her for any of your cat grooming needs!
Uncle Freddie’s is a great place to take our dogs for boarding. They are so accommodating and truly care about our fur babies. It’s convenient in that they will give dogs vaccines if they are not current with their shots. They can also get groomed during boarding. Our senior lab needs medication every 12 hours and if it’s missed, he will have a seizure. The techs and owner were very conscientious about giving him his meds on time so we didn’t have to worry. Our doggies were very happy when we picked them up. Thank you Dhonna and your staff for the excellent care you provided!

We were referred to Kenzie at Upscale Tail by our vet at Mountain View Animal Hospital. Our dog, Petunia, was a rescue and nervous by nature, but she took to Kenzie right away.
The setting is more relaxed and quieter than other places we used in the past. Also, we loved that we could schedule her so she did not have to spend any time waiting in a crate.
Kenzie is an excellent groomer and was able to trim around Petunia's face like no one we had used before.
Sadly, Petunia passed away this month, but we have great appreciation for Kenzie and the wonderful service she provided for us over the years.
Rebecca is amazing groomer!!! I always feel real comfortable leaving the pups with her!!! They're always groomed top notch!!! I can't think this team enough!

I've lived in the area for over 10 years and only recently discovered this beautiful sanctuary. The moment you walk through the doors, it feels as though you've been transported somewhere else entirely. The space is warm, inviting, and filled with intention—from the music and décor to the energy of the people who gather there.
During my FIRST visit earlier this week, I was welcomed into an impromptu movement and stretching session. The music was exquisite, the atmosphere was grounding and feminine, and there was a beautiful sense of freedom in simply listening to the body and allowing it to move naturally. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed that day.
I also enjoyed a cup of blue lotus tea with honey that was absolutely delicious and deeply nourishing.

What an amazing little gem in Reno! I dropped in a beginner's arial silk class and I am so glad I did. It was all ages and all abilities, and so much fun. The instructor was so nice and very encouraging, and I found myself doing things I didn't think were possible! 10/10 will definitely be exploring all of their other classes as well!
Great first time experience. Expedient check in honoring a wonderful promotion for locals. I attended with my daughter and it was such a healthy, bonding experience. Skilled instructor who made class offering relevant for both beginner and advanced students. I am going back tonight!

I discovered Infinity fitness through their Lagree classes. The classes and instructors are great (especially Jenny) and welcoming, along with the management whose help I needed, and they helped with no issue. Looking forward to continuing when I'm back in Reno!
I really enjoy this place. I reached out to Laura to start building strength as a plus sized individual. She encouraged me that this was a safe place to work on myself and get healthier. I am so grateful she encouraged me to take care of myself. She is so funny, caring, smart, knowledgeable and encouraging! I have gotten to meet the owner Kristen a few times and she is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. I can tell Kristen and her employees truly care about people who want to meet their various goals. I have been here 3 months and I can confidently say I am ADDICTED to Pilates because of Laura and this establishment. I think if you want to seriously get strong and have a grand time doing so, this is the place for you!

I recently treated myself to a 90-minute massage at SoulSpa, and it was exactly what I needed. Anna Maria was wonderful, she took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that were bothering me the most, really working through some stubborn knots while still making the entire experience incredibly relaxing.
The ambiance of the spa was also fantastic. I especially loved the quiet lounge area, which made it easy to unwind before my appointment even started. From start to finish, it was a peaceful, rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend SoulSpa and will definitely be back!

I’ve been to several erotic massage providers before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had with Miyagi. Since I’m still relatively new to this, I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t really have anyone to ask about it.
One thing I learned is that you must pay in advance to secure your appointment and receive your reservation code from her. Paying upfront for the reservation may feel unusual at first, but in my experience, it was worth it.
During my first and third visits, I received excellent massages and left very satisfied. On my other visits, the massage ended after the therapist asked if I was happy with the service. Since I said yes, the session concluded, which made me wonder if I had misunderstood something or if that question was simply meant at face value.
Regardless, I genuinely enjoyed every visit with Miyagi. She is professional, skilled, and provides one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. I’m planning to return again tomorrow or as soon as I can. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

Karla is amazing at what she does! As someone who has back pain I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage because sometimes it can aggravate it but Karla did a full consultation and addressed my concerns and I left feeling great! Highly recommend her!!
Going through the ten series with Ossian felt like finding a sweet, effortless spot in the mind-body Venn diagram I've been bouncing around for years. The changes are tangible: my weight distribution through my feet and up my body has shifted, it's easy to drop into a narrow squat now, one particularly bound-up band of tissue is less pronounced and sensitive, and my neck hasn't ached in weeks after a long whiplash injury recovery. I walked out of every session feeling simply radiant. Ossian's presence is a delight throughout — he has a great energy, his touch is intuitive, and he shared many helpful insights. His work into a tightly held place provoked some rolling tears of emotional release that were a surprising but welcome gift. Absolutely recommend.

Orchid Medical Massage Therapy is next level. They do not just listen to what you say, they listen to what your body is telling them and connect the dots to what is really going on. Every session feels intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely therapeutic. They also recommended a product I now swear by: Pantry Arnica Muscle Salve. It has been a great anti inflammatory for my shoulder, and I love that it is made right here in Reno. If you want bodywork that is both skilled and deeply attentive, this is the place.

I've been dealing with TMJ pain for about 2 years now. The pain I get can be debilitating where I need to stay in bed all day. I've been going to BDA for months now and have noticed I get noticeable relief after my sessions. I had a session yesterday where I walked in with horrible jaw pain and ear aches from clenching and grinding my teeth. I left my session with my face muscles feeling more relaxed but still in pain. When I woke up this morning, I felt so much better than I did the day before. I can open my mouth much wider than yesterday and with less pain and am getting less popping in my jaw today. I want to add before I started acupuncture I was skeptical that it would give me relief, but I'm pleasantly surprised how much its helped me cope with my TMJ pain when other things have not. Thanks Dr. Nick and staff for all that you do!

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. I got a random muscle spasm in my neck that prevented me from moving my head, and in turn severely limited my mobility.
Initially, I spoke to two different doctors about this and tried conventional methods: warm compress, ice pack, Tylenol, lidocaine. It was mostly ineffective and the pain was still very present. After four days of this, my husband encouraged me to try acupuncture.
Dr. Joey sat down with me and spent time to go over my medical history. It felt really good for a professional to want to understand my health.
The appointment was on my stomach, but Dr. Joey adjusted the table to make enough space for my bump! He made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The needles only felt like little pinches. I only felt something when they went in, not when they were already inside.
After he removed the needles, I was able to move my head again! I couldn't believe it! This was such a life changing experience.
I can't wait to get another acupuncture lol!
I have been coming to see Dr McKenney off and on for over 15 years. My first visit was for excruciating pain in my shoulder which she diagnosed as bursitis. I could not lift my arm without pain. Within that first visit I was able to lift my hand over my head with virtually no pain. My gratitude was immense as was my admiration for her diagnostic ability and skill in coming up with a remedy. I have since been to see her numerous times for chronic sciatic pain for which she adeptly provided relief. I have recommended her to family, friends and clients for anything from pain to incontinence and always resulting in a sincere thank you for the reference and glowing reports regarding her care. I highly recommend Dr McKenney as she is extremely competent and caring, with years of experience and the expertise needed in times of physical and or health crisis.
I had a great experience with Ricardo. I wanted a car for my driving test as I do not have one. I found out about their service and booked this service. Before my actual test, he made me drive around the DMV for a practice test and made sure all the small things on which the DMV examiners judge the test takers. Overall 10/10 experience.
If you are looking for a school with flexibility that fits your schedule, has great instructors, and is reasonably priced, this is it! Randy and Patty are great people and treat you like family. Michelle, one of the instructors, explains double clutching and downshifting in a way that makes a lot of sense and makes it easy to learn. She will also take you to the truck stop to practice parking, and also show you how to hook and unhook. Pete, another instructor, is very knowledgeable and can answer even very technical questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Plus, this is the cheapest CDL school on the west coast. I just graduated last month and am very thankful for my time here.
