Luis was outstanding. He was on time and suggested improvements on the lighting we asked him to hang. Our smoke detectors were also out of date which he noticed and replaced. Luis also offered ideas on lighting in our kitchen which we'll do at some future point. This is the 3rd time we've used Randy's and we'll use them again for any electrical need.

Lori is very good at addressing your needs and making sure you are comfortable. I've been going to her for years, and plan to continue for as long as I can afford it. Her prices are reasonable, the massage table is heated, and she uses scents to aid in relaxation. Definitely give her a try!

He exceeded my expectations and have been coming back for years since then. He definitely gives you a good consultation tailor made for your needs which makes you feel at ease. I travel a lot and family always convince me to get things done at excellent salons in LA but I always wait until I get back to MSP to get my hair done. The excellent customer service provided by the barber named Mike was expedient. He is a third generation barber who still specializes in exceptional barber services at each phase of life. I needed a last minute appointment as I had an event to go to and I had been moving furniture all day. Quinta was very accommodating and did a beautiful job. Time was so short that I Had to choose between curling my hair and getting a pedi, and it was the right choice! Every woman at this event had their toes done, but mine looked the sparkling best. Also, She did extra base coats to ensure my pedi would last a long time, massaged my legs, and was very personable and reasonably prized. 10/10 recommend. Also the owner of the salon is nice too and they have a booming braiding business.
One more thing- you know how some nail artists get super aggressive when removing your cuticles so you feel like you are being stabbed for no reason? Quinta is very gentle, and her toe separators were really cute.
Ava was able to get me in last minute and she is an incredible lash artist! These are classic lash extensions and they are beautiful and unique to my eye shape. Highly recommend!

It started chipping on day four which was a real bummer because the manicure and pedicure looked amazing! Also note if you are scheduling with class pass call in advance and make sure the time slot is available.

Portia did my curly cut and silk press, the whole experience was amazing! The shop itself is so eclectic and beautiful, all the stylists there were so nice and the conversations were fun and friendly. The music was a great vibe. Portia listened patiently to all my concerns and gave me the most satisfying wash I've ever had, ended up cutting my hair a few different times. Unfortunately I never got pics but I'm definitely coming back and sending all my friends here.

I’ve had really good experiences with the artists that do their work here, both as a walk-in and via appointment. The space is smaller and clean. There are some tattoo shops that seem super intimidating to me, but the staff and artists here have always been really friendly + efficient. I love that they have guest artists stop in that are from out of town as well! I recommend them and their artists a lot whenever I get compliments on my tattoos since I have three now from there. Also love their “sister” shop (Highland Tattoo). Shoutout to Hannah + Sarah Louise for their work especially!
Also think it’s important to work with artists that respect people’s varying tastes in style and also respect the history of the art - everyone here seems super respectful of both those aspects. Overall would definitely recommend as a solid go-to shop in the area.

St. Paul Water had found a leak in our main water valve, the one ahead of the meter, in our 96 year old home . Mark from Focus was able to come out and take care of it, which is to say have the City turn off the water to the house, then GORILLA the 96 year old pipes into submission (no easy task), replace the faulty old valve with a new ball valve, city turns the water back on and all is well. Mark was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Focus Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and what he was seeing as he cleaned out the main line. During this last storm I noticed that there had been a little water in our basement. I immediately thought it was because our sump pump wasn't working properly so I called Steve to see if he could check it to see why it wasn't going on. Steve said he couldn't help with this but referred me to a plumber. However, upon speaking with Steve and explaining the situation Steve explained what he thought happened and in the end I wouldn't need to call a plumber at all. There aren't many contractors who would call you back to explain this knowing that it wouldn't be a sale. You can be sure if I ever have a drain issue Steve is the one I'd call. Kitchen sink would not drain properly even after clearing p trap and pipes. Allen came in and snaked the drain pipe and now is working great. Suggestions given to care and maintain pipes using enzyme cleaner. Allen was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Woke up at 5 am on a Sunday to find a sink waterline on our main level had broken and portions of our main level and finished basement had standing water. Filed an online claim at 6:30 am and Rainbow International called me by 8:00 am indicating I would see a crew at my home within two hours. Jonathan arrived before 10 am and took the time to explain the process and how they needed to proceed. Jonathan called each day following to advise when they would be on site and met their commitments.

Have a rental property where the carpet was removed and needed to be refinished. It was in rough shape with some permeant damage due to pets. They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. I needed to do something to satisfy the local rental inspector and this did the job. Besides the stains the floor looks really nice! I would still recommend them for any job.Service: Restoration

Johnson Creek Landscaping was just what I needed! Mick came and assessed my situation (56x22x3 foot retaining wall), came up with a plan and informed me of ways I could save money on the project (usually folks are trying to upsell instead of save their clients money!). When they came to do the project, they were very professional, nice guys. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. They even swept the street out in front. They cared for my property and at the end, the leveled my lawn (which had been damaged by their equipment) and seeded it and laid hay down. The grass was back in a few weeks! The even seeded my neighbors lawn below their side of my retaining wall (where there was only dirt before) and mulched below the other neighbors (where there has been mulch before). Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.
Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.
When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.
This spring, my front zone didn't work when they came to turn on the system. They were back today. I came home to huge holes in my front yard. The roots of the maple tree in the boulevard had pinched off the lines. They bypassed the problem.
As they were finishing, I was shocked that I could barely tell they had been here. (First two photos were the huge holes. Last one was right after they left.)
Bob and the guys at Lone Oak seem to have installed a quality system. And when issues have arisen, not their fault, they have resolved them for me for reasonable prices.

Southview Design as been handling our landscaping and snow removal for about 6 years now and I can not say enough good things about Josh S and the team at Southview Design. I am a Property Manager at a distribution center in Shakopee Mn that lays on 95 acres of land with a 1.3 million sq ft building with 623 tractor trailer parking spots and 636 car parking spots. Needless to say it adds up to a lot of snow plowing/salting and shoveling throughout the property. We are contracted with Southview to respond to trace amounts of snow and they are always on time to the site to respond to the event with no complaints from the tenants. Billing is prompt and accurate. They also provide an After Snow Review to assure you that they are following up on the service they provided.
They also provide all our Landscape/irrigation needs. Lawn care is exceptional and irrigation systems are well maintained. Contract pricing is very competitive.
Southview Design delivers on the services they provide and I would highly recommend using them.

The best place for hot yoga in St. Paul and Minneapolis (area). The hot and hotyasa classes are great. The room is properly hot and humid. Plenty of space to change before and after class, easy parking. Whoever designed and built the studio space knows what they are doing 🙏.

Their rates are amazing, and I love that they offer so many additional wellness services like massage, red light therapy, sauna, and cold plunge. Had Alexandra for a special deep tissue massage today, had visited my husband’s sick elderly family member yesterday, woke up with headache and really sore shoulders today, after Alexandra’s massage, headache is gone and I felt my shoulder’s pain also gone! Treece is very skilled at reading bodies and figuring out how to tailor the massage to the person. I came to her with scoliosis and chronic migraines. I have seen her a few times and can say both conditions are improving. Additionally she recommended changes to my daily routine that she expected would help. Her approach gets toward the root cause and truly making it better and not masking symptoms.

The salon is quaint and clean. If I could I would love a massage from her everyday. Her massages have made my life better. I have less pain and more movement. I am so happy I found her. I cannot express how amazing Eric is as a massage therapist. I get a 90 minute massage every few months and I always feel so refreshed afterwards. I really appreciate the deep tissue work he does while still making it relaxing. Can’t wait for my next massage!
April provided the most thorough healing treatment I've ever received for my areas of pain and discomfort. She is a true professional who is also an athlete so she knows the kinds of issues that can develop as a result of heavy training. Miss Vie is a highly skilled massage therapist. Muscles that had been tight for quite some time felt significantly looser after our session. She is also an excellent communicator, making the entire experience comfortable, seamless, and professional.

I've been seeing Lucy for years and she is not like any other massage therapist I've ever been to. The knowledge she has about how the body works and moves and how she communicates with it is incredible. She is really good at problem solving if you have a specific issue. I highly recommend if you are having any pain, injuries, scar tissue.
Run don’t walk to Tony! I am a former massage therapist and unfortunately have had more disappointing massages than fantastic ones. This was probably the best massage I have ever experienced. Tony listened to me and what I asked for, communicated effectively to make sure I was comfortable the whole time, and really just knocked it out of the park. I will be back!

I have been seeing April off and on since 2018 for various pains related to my hip, back and shoulders. The reason I say off and on is because April usually sorts out whats wrong with one to three visits so I don't need to return so often. I have been to five different acupuncturists but only two have given me relief. I highly recommend April for pain relief and to get you mobile again.
