Needed to get my evaporative cooler turned on for the season, and used this company for the first time. Their Tech was knowledgeable, kind and communicated extremely well. I didn’t have to wait all day for a window of time for them to show up. The tech called me first thing in the morning and gave me a time, and I really appreciated that. Their prices are fair and I felt like they truly cared about the quality of service they provided. I will be using them when it comes time to shut my unit down for winter as well. I would recommend to anyone needing quality heating and cooling services

Great people, very reasonable, and true to their word on the price. I think i talked to Randy, he had amazing customer service skills it was like talking to a friend. I had gas leak but ended up being the oven itself. The company charged for just the service call because it took them minutes to find out what was wrong . Most companies will charge you like $300 just to test for a leak not these guys .

Tech broke the contactor on installation. Didn't have an extra one, so he had to return to base to get a replacement. That caused a one-hour hold-up. It was really hot! His diagnosis seemed accurate because the system is now working since the repair. Overall, I'll give the tech an 8/10.
Ken went above and beyond to get our Air Conditioners repaired and back up and running during this high demand Hot Season. Carlos was prompt & diagnosed my A/C compressor issue very quickly. I have had this intermittent issue for years. Two other mechanical contractors failed to diagnose the problem in the past. My compliments to Carlos & Elevated Mechanical for getting it fixed when others failed.
They are amazing! I had them install my A/C and I can’t believe how quick, professional, and overall great it was! I would never use anyone else, everyone else kept telling me different things were wrong, would change the wrong part and charge me for it and my system kept shutting off. DynoCool came, changed one small part and all of the problems went away! They have won me over

Shelby at Rain Salon did such a great job on my hair. I went in for a cut and left really happy with how it turned out. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and the whole appointment just felt easy and relaxing. I liked it so much that I brought my daughter in the next day, and her hair came out just as good. Alyssa (beauty.with.lyss) gave me a haircut and did such a wonderful job, I wish I had pictures to include. I had a very blunt heavy looking cut when I went in (I cut it myself). She kept my length but gave me layers and dimension. The styling afterwards really surprised me because my hair texture is extremely hard to blowout in one go. But she managed it! I’m very happy with the outcome. I will definitely try to come back to see her again!
Adobe Nails is the best manicure / pedicure experience that I've had in my life. Excellent professional service, and her place is clean, comfortable, and private. She pays incredible attention to detail, plus she is so welcoming and sweet. It is such a big change from the bigger nail salons. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been coming to Salon21 for almost 2 years. My hairdresser is Lisa Marie and she is the best. I have gotten perms, highlights, toner, and of course hair cuts and she never fails to make my hair look great. It’s an affordable for a great haircut and she is good company if you like to chat.
Best place I've ever had a curly cut. Brad and the owner are amazing. I'm sure everyone else is too, but I've only seen those 2 for my cuts. They give great advice on how to style your hair and refresh it the next day. Absolutely worth the cost!

The new owner is super chill & Lorena is absolutely wonderful as always ❤ The salon is clean, the beds are maintained well (no cracks in acrylic, even bulbs, etc), the staff are well educated to help you meet your tanning goals by using only the beds + products necessary (fortunately, there are options), and, they have the best prices in town! I will not go anywhere else in ABQ!

I’ve been going to see Cissy for about two and a half years now. In addition to cutting my hair, Cissy helped me transition from my colored hair to my new mature “silver” look. With her styling and haircuts, she kept my hair looking great the whole time. I arrived a little early for my last appointment and I was able to watch her working with a client and hair extensions. It was fascinating to watch the process. You have to know what you’re doing to make the extensions match the client’s hair color so perfectly and look natural. When she finished the client was happy and left feeling very confident. I won’t be getting any extensions, but will continue to make my appointments with her which make me feel confident.
Lucy went above and beyond for me. I flew into town for my brother’s wedding and left my hair and makeup til the last minute. Lucy was so warm and accommodating and ended up meeting me at her salon before business hours to help get me to the ceremony at 10am. My hairstyle and makeup were perfect for my dress - Lucy has serious talent. She also was very gentle with my hair and face. She’s worth every penny, I definitely recommend her.

My daughter and I went in and got a new full set of eyelash extensions. They were super nice from start to finish. The place is beautiful very comfortable very clean very professional! I think the only thing is, I would of liked options on the lashes themselves. Not size more so quality of the lash. I think for what we asked for the lashes didn’t really go with the cat eye style we asked for. My daughter and I have very different eyeshapes. But I was very comfortable during the whole process. Very calm relaxing environment. I do think for the price of $400 the lash quality could have been much better. I do want to make it clear the entire full two sets was 400 plus the tip. I think the quality of the lashes could have been better. Not to mislead anyone.

Kris is great! She very skilled at her craft, and is accommodating when I've needed to reschedule. It is a bit pricey compared to quick salons, but worth the cost for the quality of the lashes AND for the end design since she ensures the lash placements suit your eye shape.

I went to Zia Esthetics to get lash extensions and received the best customer service. I felt at home and had a genuinely amazing conversation with my lash tech Savannah. My lashes came out gorgeous and despite how last minute the appointment was, she was efficient and flexible with my complicated schedule. Alex has done me right sooo many times. today he fixed up an old brain tattoo I got. it was a pretty complicated design, but he ended up using a pic of my x-ray and the old tattoo to revive the original brain scan in a way that fixed the anatomy of the first round, and gave it tons more dimension. Also, he’s done a killer goathead and greyhound for me.

The second I walked in, all my nerves about my first piercing melted away. The staff that greeted me were so kind, and as I waited to be checked in for my appointment I observed with how much care the people at Evolution engaged with their clients. Passion and professionalism came together perfectly to create a welcoming, safe, and relaxing environment that inspired confidence and excitement. I was pierced by Syndesi, who wore their piercing experience comfortably and humbly, and was very responsive to my nerves and questions. They took time and care in ensuring they were doing the best job possible, and I am already so pleased with their amazing work! I never expected body piercing to feel like a collaborative artform, but now I totally understand the importance of teamwork between piercer and client. I cannot recommend Evolution enough - especially if you're on the fence about your first piercing.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with D.J.’s Plumbing and Mechanical. We lost our AC in late June in the room where we had a family member in their hospital bed. A great person answered the phone at D.J.’s and worked us into the schedule on the same day. A first team came out and identified the problem and talked to us about how to de-ice our over iced unit. Later a second team came and checked the unit to make sure there were no other issues that needed to be addressed and helped us identify how to keep the problem from happening again. They were very kind to our family and very considerate of our ill family member and they had us totally back in shape in a few hours. John Martin is great and I would very highly recommend him and his team. I will call them again in a heartbeat.

I recently had Kelly from Ortega Quality Mechanical out to work on my very old swamp cooler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. We decided to install two bidet toilet seats which required shutting off the toilet bowl water line and discovered one of the valves was leaking when it was opened. I contacted Zach (who had previously fixed a problem years earlier) in the morning and setup a service call for the afternoon. He and Jesus came in and replaced three valves in short order. They were very professional, efficient, and expedient. They deserve kudos for their teamwork and definitely 5 stars!

Pinhole leak in hot water pipe. Came out quickly and installed a temp fix for the weekend with a final follow up scheduled for Monday. Second time using this company and will definitely keep them on the contact list for future needs
I called them after trying to unclog my bathroom sink with store products that only made things worse. The plumber arrived on time, cleared the blockage properly, and explained why chemical cleaners can damage older pipes over time. The sink drains faster now than it did when we first moved into the house.

As a small business owner it is so important to get back up and running when my equipment takes a dive and Ryan's team is always there as soon as possible. No two week wait times for a technician to come and diagnose the problem, as with some other repair shops in town. They keep you up to date with parts on order and repair times. I just can't say enough about this team. They make the stress of running a restaurant a little easier because I really feel like they have my back and get how important these repairs are.

James, the owner of Tiles Unlimited, and his crew did a fantastic job for us on some major renovations at our apartment complex. We live out of state and didn’t have time to meet with a new contractor in person, so we researched a lot of companies before trusting Tiles Unlimited to do this long-distance job. The apartment was originally built in 1965 and needed extensive renovations, in addition to decontamination after being left in very poor condition by the previous tenant. James agreed to do the job and gave us a fast, professional estimate. His company can do so much more than tile and flooring! His communication was excellent and prompt from start to finish, including discussing choices and options along the way. He had great suggestions to help with improvements and to try to stay on budget, and he kept in touch throughout the job with updates and photos. He was also able to refinish and paint the existing kitchen cabinets, and they look fantastic! James was so easy to work with and was able to tackle any problems that came up with this old building. He also worked seamlessly with our electrician and plumber. It was such a relief to find James. He takes so much pride in his work. He and his crew do an excellent job and are wonderful to work with. I was looking for backsplash tile that matched my Taj Mahal countertop. Jessica Stout, the showroom assistant manager, quickly and efficiently gave me two great options. I looked at options at another Albuquerque tile shop and even ordered samples from an online tile store, but ultimately decided to go with the tile Jessica recommended. Just finished having Benchmark lay wood floors over existing concrete. This company did an amazing job every single step of the way start to finish. We are so appreciative of their expertise and would highly recommend their services!!
I made the mistake of hiring a family friend to refinish the floors in my new house. They left scratches and created channels in the floor with the edge of their sander then slathered it with a noxious oil-based polyurethane. It was a mess. When I called Chuck to ask for help, he could have lectured me but instead he was incredibly understanding and came out to assess the situation right away. His team repaired the original scratches and the damage from the botched job, and had my floors looking absolutely gorgeous within the week. At Chuck's suggestion I tried a matte water-based commercial grade finish on my red oak and not only is the finish beautiful and tough enough to withstand my big dogs, but there are no fumes or VOCs left in the house. I should have gone with Select Floors the first time around and would not hesitate to get more work from them. Many thanks to Chuck and Adam for a stellar job.

We had Adobe Doors make and install custom double doors for our the interior of our house. From start to finish, they were superb. We were able to pick out the style, the stain, the type of wood, the hardware. Roxanne guided us through every step. Max Sr came out to measure, and Max Jr. and helper installed them. Everyone involved were very professional throughout the process. We are so happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them.

Everything was done on time, and we were consulted about everything. The work was professionally done, and we expect to have this remodeled porch for many years. I didn't evaluate the cost, because I didn't get competitive bids. Kyle was the first contractor I talked with, and it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. Since his bid was around what I expected it to cost, I thought there was little point in getting additional bids.

Dreaded having to restucco my house. Hud stucco missing from over the nails that hold the wire netting, various cracks, small damage from window replacements, and an area about 2' by 2' where the stucco fell off because of a leaking water bib. The stucco was over 16 years old. While researching stucco companies, I came across Stucco Solutions. I called Steve Abbott to see if repair was a viable option to a complete stucco job. Well bottom line is, I saved thousands, stucco looks good, the repair under the hose bib looks like it never happened. I'm very impressed with Steve. He has a great work ethic, is a stickler in getting it right. He knows what he is doing and his work seems to express his knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to doing the best job possible. While I don't know him other than his work, he is one of the nicest and most straight up guys I've ever done business with. His business is small and he won't put up with a worker that attempts to "cut corners." So thankful there is a business like Steve's.

We've used AAA Organic Pest Control for many years and whenever there is pest problem (ants, roaches, mice, whatever) the technician has helped us. SInce Zach became our tech, we've had fewer and fewer problems in our very old valley house. He is so conscientious in helping us prevent problems. Of our many good, experienced AAA Pest techs, he is possibly the best listener and most effective and kind in teaching us what to do. Plus, if a problem resurfaces, they send someone right away to address it, even before the next appointment. Strong, 5 star recommendation.

Not only did he replace the 3 plants I needed, he took extra effort to review the emitters and re-adjust where necessary and went the extra mile to re-arrange the 5 Ivy vines correcting for better exansion, and he answered my additional questions about my raised beds. He certainly adds to Urban Earth's good reputation.

Eric at Summersweet replaced my old fence that was falling down with a coyote fence. Roughly 300 feet and two gates. His crew worked for 5 weeks and it is beautiful. We Hired Lopez Cares Landscaping last spring following the retirement of our previous lawn care guy while my father was hospitalized with kidney failure. By the time we finally got home (two months later) the yard was the furthest thing from our minds. Nevertheless it needed attention. It was incredibly frustrating looking for landscaping/yard care at the start of the peak season, and affordability was a certain priority. I had tried angi’s list, google, thumbtack. You name it, i was on it. Thankfully i received a text from Lopez Cares. I explained our story, and shared some pictures, and what struck me the most wasn’t how professional they were (though they are), it wasn’t how eager they sounded to help (though they were), what struck me the most was their willingness to listen and the empathy and support they showed us for our current situation. I felt like i was speaking with someone who wanted to make it easier for me to make a comfortable home for my father to enjoy in spite of circumstance.
Context aside, Lopez got to work on a weekly cadence to tame the overgrowth, and establish a clean baseline to better understand the needs of the flora, the condition, and potential for the landscaping. We’ve maintained them since. We consistently are given compliments on the condition of our yards, and even our neighbor across the street whose landscaping is a model for which to aspire, has complimented the beauty.
I have never in my life seen such a positive work ethic, an attention to detail, and an eagerness to achieve excellence. Not to mention, they do what they say they are going to do. Kiki’s Tree Service is an amazing company. They took down our 35 foot tree that’s between our house and our neighbor’s without any damage to anything around it. Their crew is extremely considerate, careful, and professional. They know exactly how to take down trees the proper way and they even put up boards outside of our windows and skylights to prevent any damage. They didn’t need them, but I appreciated the consideration because of the tight space they had to work in. They provide proof of insurance coverage if there is any damage and workman’s comp coverage which gave me peace of mind. Communication and expectations were spot on. Their pricing was the best we found in town and there were no questionable add ons. I highly suggest them if you have questions about the health of a tree and if you need to cut one down. This is the second time we have used them and we will call them if we ever need them again. I highly suggest Kiki’s tree service!

My appt. was at 2:45 pm and I waited until 3:50+ before I saw him, though. With my Sunvan ride home scheduled for 4:15, that really cramped my visit. I realize that emergencies arise, though, and Dr. Bush does his best to fit them into the existing schedule.
Otherwise, Dr. Bush explained what had happened to me and what had to be done to handle my emergency. He's super-knowledgeable, articulate and caring, plus a perfectionist! Won't settle for anything inferior.
I started going to Dr. Bush because my former dentist, who was very close to home, made me feel that keeping me coming back for more dental work was more important than how I felt about what needed to be done. NOT Dr. Bush!

I came to Dr. Rod with constant severe back pain some mornings I could barely move, and my posture was completely off. After my first adjustment, I was already standing straighter.
With consistent care and the exercises he gave me, my pain has improved, my posture is better, and I have more range of motion. Plus, I feel more educated now because Dr. Rod takes the time to break down concerns and ways to improve. It’s been a huge relief to feel normal again and keep up with my wife and four kids.

Anu Neeliyara NP-C the board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner is great and I've liked seeing her more than anyone else I've seen in the Psychiatric field. She is very paitent, she listens and she cares. I have ADHD and I forget things alot (like appts) and she's been very understanding and that alone helps me alot. I have recommended her to people and I will continue to recommend her to anyone that needs a good Psychiatric Healthcare specialist.

Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital is a blessing to Abq! About 3 weeks ago my puppy had developed an ear infection in both ears. I had called around for price comparisons. Everyone was asking $102, $130 even $190 for the starting exam. That doesn't include the diagnosis or medication. Thankfully, the sister clinic of RBVH had referred me to Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital. The starting exam was $50.24! I said let's do it! From there Dr. Hansen and Juan took very good care of my baby Thoth. Everyone there has been so nice and helpful. Thank you deeply from me and my baby Thoth ???.

I've been going to Bolton since 2008 and they are great! Dr. Horn was a very good vet (now retired) and Dr. Doran is my vet now, and she has been great also. The vets and staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a huge reception area which I like, and the Paw Plans are nice when my dogs need dental work. You pay over 12 months instead of all at once. I would highly recommend Bolton to anyone!

I used to take my cat Astrid here for grooming frequently. Always extremely kind and wonderful service! I have since moved to a few different states and since moving I can genuinely say: I have not found another groomer as wonderful as Reigning Cats & Dogs. So far nobody has come close to the price or precision of this amazing groomer. I am sad not being able to take my girl here, as they always were patient and kind. If you have a dog or cat in need of a groom, you should ABSOLUTELY bring them here :)

We had an amazing experience with Sarah, she’s so gentle with the threading and is so calming. Normally when I get my eyebrows done I tear up but with Sarah it was painless and smooth. My eyebrows have never looked better and we had such a good time.

I just tried the $20 for 20 days of yoga, and I am so impressed by the studio & all the instructors. The place is clean, especially the bathroom; the instructors are kind & conscientious (instructors at some studios repeat the same routine every class); last but not least, they say hi to everyone & remembers everybody’s name. That personal touch is so important to a new comer like me. It is such a friendly & welcoming yoga studio.

This is a great studio. I love location and the fact that it is a smaller, more intimate studio compared to most of the studios I've practiced at. I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken here, but I'd like to recognize two classes/instructors specifically. Rachel with aerial yoga: Rachel has a true gift for guiding people through their practice. She is kind, encouraging and so genuine. You can feel the passion she has for yoga and it's contagious:) I look forward to aerial yoga every week and I also just look forward to seeing Rachel. Her energy is calming and the mix between the music she picks, her unique flows she plans and her positive thoughts she shares... I always feel significantly better at the end of practice ( both mentally and physically ). It's not often you find people like her. The second instructor I'd like to recognize is Jake on Thursday evenings: Jake always greets everyone with such a welcoming smile, I look forward to seeing him. He is very thoughtful about what every attendee would like to focus on and how their body is feeling. He does a great job of making each class unique and challenging. I also love his humor during class which creates a lighthearted environment like you are enjoying a class with a friend. A beautiful studio, I'm glad I am able to attend!
Charlotte Rice is the best instructor I have ever had . I have gone to multiple states, and no other yoga studio compares to blissful. But no other yoga Instructor compares to Charlotte Rice. Everything from her hot yoga sculpt, To just a calm flow, or even her Friday night Glow class. You’re gonna work hard, come out feeling more confident, and every class you leave feeling accomplished. I would highly Recommend taking a class with her, but almost every instructor at blissful is amazing! Best place in ABQ!!!!

I love this studio so much, specifically Marisol’s classes. I’ve been trying to find my yoga home for a very long time and when I landed in Marisol’s class I knew I had found it.
She is an incredible yogi, teacher and she has an amazing presence. She mixes serious yogi philosophy with a lot of humor (but don’t let the serious part put you off). The class I go to is intensive and long and afterwards I feel that I have given my body the best gift. Highly recommend!
I love High Point Sports and Wellness! I have been working out here on and off for years. They have the best pool in the city and a lovely location. The only issue for me is that they don't have lifeguards anymore and it just makes the pool area a little less calming.
My doc suggested Pilates and I really did not think it would be something I'd enjoy or stick with. After my first session I was hooked. Lourdes (the owner) was so patient and dedicated. She really wants you to get all the benefits. (I'd suggest a few private sessions first because the machines looked intimidating to me.) The studio is quiet and calm and welcoming. It's not like anything I'd ever done (I do yoga, Tai Chi, and cardio machines.) You learn HOW to move your body, and master coordination and strength.
I am still very new to Pilates overall but I’ve been very impressed with the classes at Somos. Bethany and Erica are patient and helpful which is very important for me as a beginner. I’m very excited to continue at Somos!

I’ve been attending Club Pilates for a little over two months now, and it has been the best decision in my health journey. I work out regularly in a variety of ways, but this is helped me tune into building my core strength which has helped my fitness in other areas. Everyone is so friendly and they have a great variety of classes!
Amazing! I’ve had probably hundreds of massages, and this one has got to be one of the best. The two ladies were so friendly and sweet. They really know how to do deep tissue the right way.
Mavis is amazing. She helped relieve a lot of pain I was having in my back and shoulders from a previous accident in just two sessions. She does an amazing job with patient education too. I truly appreciate her and will continue to see her in the future. Highly recommend.

Placidity is great! They are reasonably priced and always willing to accommodate schedules! They are for those looking for a very deep tissue massage- if you are sensitive to pressure ask for light pressure.

Highly recommend Josh. He did my perinatal massage and it was very relaxing and wonderful. He’s always checking in and making sure pressure is good and making his client very comfortable.
I usually do not leave reviews, but this place honestly deserves one. The spa was very clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and professional the entire time. The massage was great and they actually focused on the areas where I had the most tension instead of rushing through it. I left feeling a lot more relaxed and refreshed than when I came in. You can tell they care about giving people a good experience. Definitely worth visiting if you have been stressed or sore and need a good massage.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Paradigm Physical Therapy. Everyone on the staff is incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming. Physical therapy can feel intimidating or exhausting sometimes, but they truly make it something I look forward to instead of dread. I just want to say thank you very much to The Peak Motion Physical Trainers. They have been instrumental in my recovery for my two strokes. Special shout outs to Kevin, Chris, Kelsey, and Marica. Even though I’m not back to normal, I am way better off from when I started. The facility is always very clean. All staff members disinfect all the equipment after every use. Most of all, everyone has a positive attitude. Don’t forget the two receptionist that are very kind and very patient with anybody that comes through the doors.
We’ve had an incredible experience with Inspirations Early Intervention. It’s a state-funded program that more families should know about. It is such an amazing resource.
Everything is so easy to manage, from scheduling to ongoing sessions, and having our PT come directly to our home made it seamless to stay consistent. The therapists are truly exceptional: so warm, engaging, and skilled at working with toddlers. They created customized, play-based sessions and taught us so much about how to support our daughter’s gross motor development day-to-day.
Beyond the sessions, they also gave us helpful guidance on what to expect next and how to continue fostering her growth. Thanks to their support, our daughter is now meeting, and even exceeding, her milestones.

Pamela is a gem. She provides acupuncture, oil therapy, counseling, and many other very relaxing therapies. At first, I was just like you, skeptical of trying something new, especially her practice being in her home. But listened to my intuition and tried it out, and I am SO GLAD I did!

Eric is a great acupuncturist; kind, knowledgeable and precise. He has helped me with my gut issues, among a few things. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing acupuncture. He uses Japanese acupuncture which is fairly gentle and has brought me great relief. Thank you, Eric!
Ended up seeing Dr. Geoffrey to get my DOT medical card and found his services to be outstanding. His services were less expensive than any other providers in 505, moreover he was scheduling less than a week out compared to 6 weeks out for other providers. Great bedside manner, I will be back.
