My wife and I were in a pinch....in 3 days, we were going to be going on vacation, house sitter coming and our AC unit died. Before leaving and after numerous attempts to try and fix the old condenser, Mikes' crew showed up and ending up having to replace the furnace and condenser. Their quote was very fair. His HVAC men were competent, professional, very pleasant young men. They were neat and we were very happy with the quality of their work. The old unit was 24 years old. The new unit is much quieter and seems to cool the house more evenly. Thanks to Mike and Team...great job.

I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.
At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.
I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.

These guys were hands down, the best service customer service quality workmanship that is possible I've never had Home Services so good they came in they wore booties on their feet Tyvek suits and masks of course because of covid 19 and they absolutely made our living room and dining room carpets look brand new. I would estimate that they saved us about anywhere from 1,000 to $1,900 because we were going to replace the carpets in both those rooms and it was Berber carpet so very expensive. They did a great job on my carpet runner! I have a difficult stairway in an old home. They came and measured everything perfectly and worked with me on exactly what I wanted. The carpet is beautiful but tough and has withstood years of cats scratching it. My dog finally learned how to walk up stairs. 100% recommend! Great customer service too even though this was a small job for them.

Anthony and his crew sanded and stained approximately 900 square feet of our red oak floors, and the transformation was incredible. We wanted a much brighter, neutral look and Anthony helped us get exactly the color and finish we were looking for.
We were especially impressed with how clean the entire process was. We expected hardwood floor sanding to create dust throughout the house, but their dust containment system worked extremely well and everything was kept incredibly clean from start to finish.

If you need trees removed, look no further than Cook Outdoor Contractors! Today they took down one huge dead tree with many branches, and another live locust tree that was just invading my space! The crew worked like a well oiled machine! First, protecting my lawn with mats before driving heavy equipment over the lawn. Limbs were cut and dropped onto the mats; very large sections of tree were cut and lowered to the ground with ropes! Such care was taken to preserve my lawn and extensive rock garden in the back lawn. When finally finished they raked and used blowers to make sure the yard was completely cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had an excellent experience with Flower City Tree. We had two very large locust trees that had grown over our house. One tree had a deck around it. Flower City did a great job to carefully remove the trees, using a crane to carry it over the house, and they left the area very clean. Communications was great throughout, from the estimate to completion. They have earned my trust and I will certainly be reaching out to them first for any future tree work.

gonzo da Today We had two very large large cottonwood trees fall in our yard on a Saturday in May 2026. Brian took our call the following day on Sunday and the day after that on Monday he was at our house to assess the damage and provided us with an estimate for our insurance company. That same Friday Brian removed both trees by himself. Personally, I’ve never seen a harder worker, he is a consummate professional, his quote was better than three other companies, his process of removing tree and debris, minimizes any lawn damage. In fact, my lawn after being soaked with rain had no damage from Brian. I rarely write reviews, but I highly recommend Brian's company for any tree service you might need

Randy Raetz office , went in for a crown ended up I wanted it pulled I was terrified but the office reassured me I’d be fine and I was safe in there care, which I was, DDS Conners saw me and my experience was not terrifying he made sure I was comfortable and his assistant Mike was amazing very caring he new I was scared and he made sure to keep me laughing and distracted from the pain, I ended up with a filling no extraction, and I left there in zero pain and a relief feeling, if you need a great dentist you won’t be sorry here, This truly is the best dentist office, because they genuinely care about all their patients, Once agin thank you so much for taking great care of me.

I have been in chiropractic care for over a decade, and in recent years, began struggling with neck issues from an old injury. It got to the point where I was having regular vertigo, tension headaches, and migraines, and had to get adjustments weekly that provided only temporary relief. I started working with UCC ROC nine months ago, and can say that this method of treatment has made a huge difference! From my very first adjustment, I could tell their method was different in a very good way. A few weeks of treatment with this group brought more relief than the previous ten years of care combined. Not only are my headaches now few and far between, but also my overall physical and mental health have improved! The vertigo is gone!I’m able to go much longer between adjustments now, and my atlas is holding like never before! I am hopeful I will continue to see improvement and healing. My whole family is now established with UCC ROC, and they too are seeing benefits. The docs discovered one of my older children had a birth injury we didn’t know about, and likely spared him from a future neck surgery! And our little one, who suffered from repeat ear infections last year, hasn’t had one ear infection since starting with UCC ROC. So thankful for this group and highly recommend them!

I have been going to see Dr. Kameryn for the past couple month's and have nothing but amazing things to say! I went in knowing I have some things that can’t be “corrected” but was searching for some relief. Dr. Kameryn has helped me do just that! I’m no longer experiencing the constant shoulder pain and the headaches I was having almost daily. She’s easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She takes her time to make sure she can do all she can for me and has set me up with a stretching and strengthening routine I can work on at home to go along with my appointments. Dr. Cat is awesome. She targets areas that you tell her you are struggling with, while also providing detailed information on what she’s doing and why. She also gave me a list of stretches to perform which have helped. Highly recommend her and East Avenue Chiropractic P.C.

Helendale Dermatology is absolutely amazing. I see Gregory every year. He is so thorough and caring, and explains everything to me. I get a yearly scan and have had some benign spots taken care of. I really feel like I am in good hands when I come here. They have a spa as well! The shop here is where I always get my sunscreen. An added bonus is the decor. I feel like I am in an article by Architectural Digest every time I visit the office!

My family has been coming to Brighton animal hospital since I was 8 years old. I’m 74 now and still bring my german shepherd, Stella, there. I have no doubt that all my dogs and cats have received the best care possible. Great staff that understands how important our pets are to us. Dr Mike Foley ( retired now), Dr Miner and Dr Peter VanVankias have taken great care of my dogs and cats. Shout out to Dawn, Lisa and Tracy too.
Dr Hawkins operated recently on Stella when we thought she had cancer. It was a complex surgery and included spaying as well as tumor removal and was 100% successful. The BEST part of this was when Dr Hawkins called about the pathology report, which was negative for cancer. She sounded so happy and excited to be giving me the good news. Stella wasn’t just “another dog”.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended! We came here after our 12yo dog tore her ACL. We were needing to do conservative (non-surgical) management for a variety of reasons, and Mabel has made so much progress after 2 months of hydrotherapy and laser treatment! Dr. Jones put us at ease from the very beginning with his knowledgeable and kind manner, and took the time to address all of our questions with an in depth discussion of treatment options. Sean has been so helpful and fantastic to work with, as has Taylor. Mabel is stronger and more confident in her movement, and her limping has significantly decreased. Doing rehab/PT has allowed her to maintain her quality of life, and we’re so grateful this option exists in Rochester!
While I had to wait for this vet clinic to accept new clients, I am glad I did. Really personable and not out to squeeze every emotional dollar out of you, the staff is very attentive and my dog has been well treated front and center in a timely and cost considerate manner. Finely feeling well cared for all the way around.

Dr Bryce took very good care of our mutt that lived 16 good years. And when it was time to put him to rest he was able to get us in that same day and made us feel that we were doing the right thing.
This I the second time I've been here with a rescue. Each time I've seen Dr. Bowser and have nothing but praise for her and the vet techs. They have been accurate with treatment plans, diagnosis, and really kind and gentle hands. Personally, I do not love that the Thrive network came into Rochester, but it's certainly not the fault of these providers.

I could not be more happy with the care that my beloved girl had received right until the end. They had done everything they could for her and I could not have asked for better. Every single person I encountered was compassionate and empathetic to what was going on with my Whiskey. I will forever be bringing my fur babies here.
Hands down the most caring vet I have ever seen. She text me after I brought my dog to the emergency vet to see how he was doing and has been in constant communication with me via text since. I would recommend her and Irondequoit Animal Hospital to everyone. The whole staff is warm, welcoming and very accommodating.
The vaccine clinics are efficient and such a benefit to our community. I was able to get in and out with a kitten needing two vaccines within 20 minutes.

I signed up for the New to Tru two-week unlimited program, and the entire process was very easy to complete online. The studio has been welcoming from the start, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far.
I’ve primarily been taking the Slow Flow classes with Lauren, and she is an excellent instructor. Her classes are calming, approachable, and thoughtfully paced. I always leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to my body than when I walked in.
One thing I especially appreciate is the atmosphere she creates. Her guidance is encouraging without being overwhelming, and she does a wonderful job helping students feel comfortable while still getting a great practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, her classes are a great place to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and high-quality instruction.

Meghan offers life changing Pilates therapy. Imagine being able to solve your physical imbalances and weaknesses BEFORE they put you in rehab or the hospital. My 96 year old grandmother has worked out with her, as well as my 5yo daughter. Meghan is kind, works with your issues, attentive, and worth every penny. I was at the chiropractor 2 times a week. They had no interest in me fixing the things that were weak (the reason I had to keep getting adjustments) Meghan was instrumental in strengthening the parts of my core that were weak so I could stop having to depend on all those adjustments. She is loving and patient, you'd be hard for us to find a better Pilates instructor in the country let alone Rochester. I live in a different state and I take virtual sessions because I have not found anyone better than her. Over 20 years later and she still one of the best people in my life.
I LOVE my classes at Club Pilates and actually look forward to working out there. The instructors are fantastic and there’s always a sense of community in the classes.
Highly recommend! My orthopedic massage session was absolutely wonderful. Not only do I feel great physically, but I also learned a lot. He carefully explained how my muscles work so I actually understood what was going on during the treatment. He also gave me excellent advice on what to do after the massage to maintain the results. I look forward to returning for my next appointment!

Blown away! The last massage I had was over 20 years ago and I was in pain for days afterwards. This caused me never to get one again until recently. In the winter I was diagnosed with a labral tear in my shoulder. I couldn’t lift my arm over my head and the pain was only getting worse. My doctor suggested PT but after a $400 visit where I was given a resistance band and three exercises to do, I knew I needed to get help elsewhere. Chiedu was a god sent!! After just one session, I was able to increase my mobility tremendously. 4 months of PT did not accomplish what this master did for me in 30 minutes!! Not only was he personable and knowledgeable, but he is a true professional in his field. Bonus points for him reaching out the day after to check in on me. I’m a huge advocate for his services and cannot thank him enough for allowing me to finally be able to get back to my life and normal routine.

I had a great experience here with Therica - she is very knowledgeable and incredibly hospitable and kind! She informed me about the lymphatic drainage massage, what to expect, and the benefits of it. She also gave me tips for my circulation moving forwards.

I can’t recommend Monique highly enough. She’s clear, direct and knowledgeable. For the first time in years I actually have hope that living without constant nagging pain is possible. My painful area felt the best it has in well over 5 years just after my intake appointment alone; and the at-home exercises recommended by Monique have also proven effective. I really enjoy Monique’s abundant explanations and how she’s empowered my participation in my own care. I especially appreciate Monique’s investigative method of looking holistically at the problem in question and taking the time to uncover root cause(s).

I brought my Grandma to see Monica and she was SO warm, welcoming and patient with her.
