We switched our 8-year-old daughter to Draper Center for Dance Education at the beginning of the year, and the transformation in her technique and confidence has been nothing short of incredible. Her teachers are the perfect balance of disciplined and kind—so knowledgeable, supportive, and truly amazing at what they do. The level of instruction and focus on both proper form and performance is unmatched. It’s clear that Draper is not only the best dance school in the Rochester area, but possibly beyond. The progress she’s made in such a short time has blown us away, and we can’t wait to see how she continues to grow here. We have also had an amazingly welcoming experience from the other dancers as well as parents! We’re so thankful to have found this incredible school!

I fired the other company and contract to clean my gutters and downspouts because they'd just go up with a leaf blower and wouldn't flush or clear the downspouts, and everything clogged up again quickly. I hired High Falls Property to do the job and I was very pleased at the careful work Brett did, and taking before and after pictures of the gutters to show me was a nice touch.
I love going to Margaret. She is very professional but also keeps it fun and comfortable. I have a very physical job and I love to hike so I put my 67 year old body through a lot. He always listens to my concerns and needs; he explains everything in detail and never lets me leave with questions. He also has a great sense of humor and really cares about his patients; the results of his work is excellent! I made an appointment with his wife the last time because his schedule was full and I don’t regret it. She’s amazing! Great local supply house. They had the part I needed in stock and they stayed a few minutes after closing so someone could get the part. Had they not, it would’ve been another night without heat.

As soon as Darlene spotted me walking into the salon, she opened the door for me with a warm friendly greeting and helped me take my jacket off and walk with me to her chair. This is the first review I’ve ever given and it’s absolutely worth it. Lory not only gave me the best haircut I think I’ve ever gotten, but she made it such a good experience. Getting a haircut with a new barber can be such an awkward experience with very little conversation being made but she opened the conversation once I got in the chair and we just kept it going until the cut was over. I’ll absolutely go back and would recommend anybody to get their cut with Lory. You seriously won’t regret it.

The most important thing when you tan is the quality of the salon and the bulbs, there are no issues with the quality of the bulbs at any time since I have been there for over fifteen years. Julie is the best! I asked her to give me navy blue and sparkles, with a baseball...very simple, She killed it! And the best part is they last for weeks. With my old tech, I would only get 2 maybe 3 weeks and they would start lifting. I've seen Julie half a dozen times and never had a problem.

Let me start by telling you my skin has had significant sun damage. From not protecting my skin correctly and abusing tanning beds in the early 2000s. I did my research and decided to call Bare Element. I decided to go with the Photofacial package of 3 sessions.. I just finished my 3rd sesh and I’m BEYOND HAPPY with my results!! I’ve had consultations elsewhere and none of them measured up to Bare Element..
From the time I walk in, I feel welcomed. The salon is always clean and bright.
Ema ALWAYS listens to what I want and works with me to make me feel my best. She is friendly and knows her stuff! I can't think of going to anyone else!
P. S. I live almost 2 hours away from Rochester and Scott Miller is still my choice of salons!

I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.
At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.
I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.
Despite my initial shock and dissatisfaction, I am now genuinely pleased with the outcome and eagerly anticipate my upcoming touch-up appointment.

Went in for a consultation to discuss microblading and lip blushing. I brought my 2 year old because I was only planning on having a quick consult. While there we decided to do a session of tattoo removal on my eyebrows due to them being so old and gone over a few times already. The girls working went above and beyond to watch my crying daughter for me for the few minutes I was in the room. I'll be going back next month to finish my eyebrows and do the lip blushing. Can't wait everyone was great!!

Here’s my story: The key fob for my car was cooked so I contacted this business to get a replacement. After I called to tell them what my availability was and where my car was at they had someone with the skills to solve my problem contact me to schedule a time for them to show up. Bro pulled up at the scheduled time, called me to tell me he had arrived, and got the job done. It was pretty quick. I think it took maybe 20 to 30 minutes to get it done once he arrived and I’m very satisfied with the results.
Helpful information: There’s no fee if you use Zelle so that is the recommended payment method. The guy offered me a deal which was if I were to buy 2 key fobs the second one would’ve been 50% off. That’s a good deal if you’re the type who likes to have 2 keys especially considering the fact that the dealerships tend to charge significantly more than businesses like this one. I only needed the one key fob so the quote I got was $300 before taxes. After taxes the total cost I paid using Zelle was $324.
If you need a new key fob for your motor vehicle and you need it today then this is a great option.

These guys were hands down, the best service customer service quality workmanship that is possible I've never had Home Services so good they came in they wore booties on their feet Tyvek suits and masks of course because of covid 19 and they absolutely made our living room and dining room carpets look brand new. I would estimate that they saved us about anywhere from 1,000 to $1,900 because we were going to replace the carpets in both those rooms and it was Berber carpet so very expensive. The homestead for Irondequoit Lawn & Landscape was the Funk Farm. This was a truck farm with greenhouses. My grandfather would take produce to the city market by horse & wagon. My mother & aunt were born in this house. So glad the rich land is being used
I have used Birchcrest Tree and Landscape for tree and shrub maintenance for a number of years and have never been disappointed.
Just had Expert Tree Service perform work removing large trees from our property and shared property line with a neighbor. Tight spaces working over and along side homes. They did a great job. Very professional, attentive and communicated well throughout. Area was left neat/cleaned up. Highly recommend.
Josh was great to work with and his crew did a wonderful job removing a fallen tree and cutting down another. They cleaned up all of the small, loose branches from the yard.

Really appreciate Joe and the crew and the care they took trimming my over 40 years old silver maple. It doesn’t look like it was ever trimmed but I did see them take multiple trucks of branches and stuff. I highly recommend this family local business

gonzo da Today We had two very large large cottonwood trees fall in our yard on a Saturday in May 2026. Brian took our call the following day on Sunday and the day after that on Monday he was at our house to assess the damage and provided us with an estimate for our insurance company. That same Friday Brian removed both trees by himself. Personally, I’ve never seen a harder worker, he is a consummate professional, his quote was better than three other companies, his process of removing tree and debris, minimizes any lawn damage. In fact, my lawn after being soaked with rain had no damage from Brian. I rarely write reviews, but I highly recommend Brian's company for any tree service you might need

Randy Raetz office , went in for a crown ended up I wanted it pulled I was terrified but the office reassured me I’d be fine and I was safe in there care, which I was, DDS Conners saw me and my experience was not terrifying he made sure I was comfortable and his assistant Mike was amazing very caring he new I was scared and he made sure to keep me laughing and distracted from the pain, I ended up with a filling no extraction, and I left there in zero pain and a relief feeling, if you need a great dentist you won’t be sorry here, This truly is the best dentist office, because they genuinely care about all their patients, Once agin thank you so much for taking great care of me.

IronChiro in Irondequoit is fantastic! I immediately noticed how proactively friendly everyone is in the office, even if they aren't working with you directly. Several of my family members go there and are treated by different doctors... we have all had a positive experience. The staff there is knowledgeable with the various treatment plans they provide and I'm already noticing improvements with my tennis elbow. Highly recommend!

I have been going to see Dr. Kameryn for the past couple month's and have nothing but amazing things to say! I went in knowing I have some things that can’t be “corrected” but was searching for some relief. Dr. Kameryn has helped me do just that! I’m no longer experiencing the constant shoulder pain and the headaches I was having almost daily. She’s easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. My family has been coming to Brighton animal hospital since I was 8 years old. I’m 74 now and still bring my german shepherd, Stella, there. I have no doubt that all my dogs and cats have received the best care possible. Great staff that understands how important our pets are to us. Dr Mike Foley ( retired now), Dr Miner and Dr Peter VanVankias have taken great care of my dogs and cats. Shout out to Dawn, Lisa and Tracy too.
Dr Hawkins operated recently on Stella when we thought she had cancer. It was a complex surgery and included spaying as well as tumor removal and was 100% successful. The BEST part of this was when Dr Hawkins called about the pathology report, which was negative for cancer. She sounded so happy and excited to be giving me the good news. Stella wasn’t just “another dog”.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended! We came here after our 12yo dog tore her ACL. We were needing to do conservative (non-surgical) management for a variety of reasons, and Mabel has made so much progress after 2 months of hydrotherapy and laser treatment! Dr. Jones put us at ease from the very beginning with his knowledgeable and kind manner, and took the time to address all of our questions with an in depth discussion of treatment options. Sean has been so helpful and fantastic to work with, as has Taylor. Mabel is stronger and more confident in her movement, and her limping has significantly decreased. Doing rehab/PT has allowed her to maintain her quality of life, and we’re so grateful this option exists in Rochester!
While I had to wait for this vet clinic to accept new clients, I am glad I did. Really personable and not out to squeeze every emotional dollar out of you, the staff is very attentive and my dog has been well treated front and center in a timely and cost considerate manner. Finely feeling well cared for all the way around.

This I the second time I've been here with a rescue. Each time I've seen Dr. Bowser and have nothing but praise for her and the vet techs. They have been accurate with treatment plans, diagnosis, and really kind and gentle hands. Personally, I do not love that the Thrive network came into Rochester, but it's certainly not the fault of these providers.
Dr Bryce took very good care of our mutt that lived 16 good years. And when it was time to put him to rest he was able to get us in that same day and made us feel that we were doing the right thing.

I could not be more happy with the care that my beloved girl had received right until the end. They had done everything they could for her and I could not have asked for better. Every single person I encountered was compassionate and empathetic to what was going on with my Whiskey. I will forever be bringing my fur babies here.
Hands down the most caring vet I have ever seen. She text me after I brought my dog to the emergency vet to see how he was doing and has been in constant communication with me via text since. I would recommend her and Irondequoit Animal Hospital to everyone. The whole staff is warm, welcoming and very accommodating.
The vaccine clinics are efficient and such a benefit to our community. I was able to get in and out with a kitten needing two vaccines within 20 minutes.

I signed up for the New to Tru two-week unlimited program, and the entire process was very easy to complete online. The studio has been welcoming from the start, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far.
I’ve primarily been taking the Slow Flow classes with Lauren, and she is an excellent instructor. Her classes are calming, approachable, and thoughtfully paced. I always leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to my body than when I walked in.
One thing I especially appreciate is the atmosphere she creates. Her guidance is encouraging without being overwhelming, and she does a wonderful job helping students feel comfortable while still getting a great practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, her classes are a great place to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and high-quality instruction.

Meghan offers life changing Pilates therapy. Imagine being able to solve your physical imbalances and weaknesses BEFORE they put you in rehab or the hospital. My 96 year old grandmother has worked out with her, as well as my 5yo daughter. Meghan is kind, works with your issues, attentive, and worth every penny. I was at the chiropractor 2 times a week. They had no interest in me fixing the things that were weak (the reason I had to keep getting adjustments) Meghan was instrumental in strengthening the parts of my core that were weak so I could stop having to depend on all those adjustments. She is loving and patient, you'd be hard for us to find a better Pilates instructor in the country let alone Rochester. I live in a different state and I take virtual sessions because I have not found anyone better than her. Over 20 years later and she still one of the best people in my life.
I LOVE my classes at Club Pilates and actually look forward to working out there. The instructors are fantastic and there’s always a sense of community in the classes.

I can’t recommend Monique highly enough. She’s clear, direct and knowledgeable. For the first time in years I actually have hope that living without constant nagging pain is possible. My painful area felt the best it has in well over 5 years just after my intake appointment alone; and the at-home exercises recommended by Monique have also proven effective. I really enjoy Monique’s abundant explanations and how she’s empowered my participation in my own care. I had a great experience with Allwright’s School of Driving. I only took one lesson with Patrick before my road test, and I passed on my first try with him! He’s calm, patient, and very detail-oriented. His instructions were clear and easy to remember, which gave me a lot of confidence during the exam.

I had a really great experience with Morgan’s Driving School. From my very first lesson, I felt comfortable and not judged at all, which made a huge difference since I was pretty nervous at the start.
My instructor was patient, clear, and took the time to explain things in a way I could actually understand. I never felt rushed, and every lesson helped me build more confidence behind the wheel.
What I appreciated most was how they focused on real driving situations, not just test prep. By the time I was ready for my road test, I felt prepared and way more confident than I expected to be.
