From my first consultation with Marcus (Horiryu2) to the final tattoo session, the entire experience was nothing but positive.
During our consultation, I told him I wanted a full sleeve featuring koi and lotuses. He took the time to explain traditional Irezumi—how the background works, the symbolism, and the overall flow of the piece. He also mentioned that he wouldn’t show me the design until the day of the first session, which honestly made me a bit nervous. About a week before we started, he reached out to finalize some details, which really helped put me at ease.
When my first session arrived, I was both excited and nervous. Stepping into his studio immediately felt like walking into someone’s home—warm, welcoming, and calm. I even took my shoes off, and did so for all five sessions. Just like many other reviews mention, the space is spotless, quiet, and relaxing. There’s no loud music, it’s completely one-on-one, and there’s even a TV where you can watch your favourite shows while getting tattooed. All of that makes a huge difference, especially for longer sessions.
Trust the process—seriously. When Marcus showed me the design for the first time, it was far beyond anything I could have imagined. He took everything we talked about during the consultation and translated it perfectly onto paper. I was blown away and couldn’t have been happier.
We completed the sleeve over five sessions, booking every two weeks. Throughout the process, you could really see his focus and attention to detail. The sessions never felt boring—we had great conversations, and the time flew by.
His line work, shading, and colouring are absolutely amazing. After each session, the tattoo somehow kept getting better, and even now I continue to notice new details. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result.
I will definitely be going back for another piece and would 100% recommend Marcus to anyone considering a tattoo.

We would definitely recommend Matpole Curling Club! Everyone made us feel so very welcomed as visitors. Sam took extra time to get to know us and was friendly and accommodating when we arrived and got us setup to try curling. Ian was a great patient instructor and also so friendly. Bonus, Ian provided us with awonderful recommendation for dinner and even phoned the pub to ensure the minors in our group were permitted.

I really loved my lash perm here. The space is beautiful and it was great they provided a blanket as I usually get cold sitting there not moving. The technician recommended that I skip the lash tint since my lashes are already dark and that the tint would just wear off anyway. I regret skipping it as the tips of my lashes did get a bit lighter. Not sure why they offer it if the tint wears off; I would have assumed it's permanent tint. All in all pretty happy though.
Tried to give Zach six stars, but it only allows me to do five stars. Zach cleared my sewer pipe. I had a bunch of baby wipes in it so I got that cleared and we’re planning the next steps to figure out ultimate solution.

Once I decided to get Japanese straightening done, I researched all the salons in Vancouver looking for a place that can do it without damaging my hair. After 3 weeks of search, it became clear that Paul at Russ's salon is the best based on all the reviews and comments I got, so I called him for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised at how professional and helpful he was even over the phone! I had a specific budget in mind for the straightening, Paul understood that right away, gave me a reasonable quote ahead of the appointment and booked me early in the morning just so I can make it in time to a commitment I had in the afternoon. The whole process took about 3 hours in total, Paul was proficient in every step and focused on my hair while I relaxed and read a book. I have a curly and very frizzy hair, so my expectations were not big and yet, once I saw the result I couldn't believe it!!! Paul worked a MAGIC on my hair, as you can see in the pictures, I came in with a messy head and came out with a SMOOTH, STRAIGHT & WONDERFULLY LOOKING HAIR!!! Got a cut with Ethan a couple of times and they are both some of the best cuts I think I’ve ever gotten. Pays a lot of attention to detail and I feel like knows how to manage a variety of hair types well. P.S I have thick/wavy hair, usually a bit longer, and get it cut with scissors mostly.
The barbers were super friendly and made me feel welcome right when I walked in. I got a haircut that looked really nice and clean, and they even gave me a warm towel that made my face feel smooth and fresh. I liked sitting in the chair because the people talked to me and made me smile. Everyone there knows how to cut hair really well so I left with my hair looking great and feeling confident. I would tell my friends and family to go there too because it was a fun and nice experience.

Bootleg Barber is a gem. Tucked away in the back of the Dayton boot cobblers shop you get an immediate feeling of nostalgia when you enter the building. Rich smells of leather and wood fill the air. This was my first time in an old school barber shop since I was a kid. It met my every expectation I had. An authentic East Van styling combined with the classic vintage of an old world barber shop. Dustin was very interesting to converse with and did a grand job on my hair and beard. Complete with hot towels and straight razors you get a genuine barber shop experience.

Another bonus is that the owner changes the tanning bulbs on a regular schedule, ensuring optimal tanning results for clients.

Unbelievably good eyelash extensions ! I didn’t even know how good until i moved away and went to someone else, and expected the same quality. My lashes were natural looking and better than that at the same time. Tat is also a fantastic person to be around when you need to have your eyes shut for an hour, and Patsy, her doggo, will keep your lap company :)

When I moved to Vancouver 2 years ago I was looking for someone who does BIAB or Hard Gel nails. I had weak and short nails and I wanted to grow out my natural nail as acrylics never lasted for me. Once I met Maria I never went anywhere else. She has helped me grow my natural nails and each set stays strong for 3-4 weeks. I love my nails every time! I absolutely love Brush Salon! Since my former hairstylist switched careers, I decided to take the chance with Lisa, and she was fantastic! She was very welcoming, sweet and kind. I was slightly nervous because I have curly hair, and it's often difficult to find a hairstylist who knows how to cut and work with it. Thankfully, she shared that she had training on cutting curly hair, which was such a relief! When I saw the results, I was speechless! She styled it better than I had anticipated.

It's the best haircut and colour I've had in the 20 years of going to salons. I had a brilliant first experience, and it began with a warm welcome from the team, and Kianna giving an in-depth explanation of her suggestions (based on the photos I provided), what was possible, and the reasoning behind her recommendations, along with what and how she planned to achieve them. The result was better than what I had been able to ask her for. I can't recommend Kianna and Heartbreaker Salon highly enough; not only for the quality of service, but for the welcoming environment and level of care in general.

I had about 10-16 milia beneath my eyes due to four years of neglect, and not wanting to remove them myself in case of scarring. I called around and did my research, looking into the various methods to remove milia. I personally decided on manual extraction, as I think it's the most simple.
Yasuyo K removed all my milia. It was a very nice experience and has resulted with 0 scarring. I highly recommend.
The waiting area of this place is so calming and clean and spacious. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded. I walked in, no appointment made, as the previous two places I've been to accepted that and could thread right then and there. That wasn't possible here on the day I went but Connie could squeeze me in for 1.5 hours later which I was so grateful for as I wanted it done that day! I came back at the time she said and she brought me in to a room that was also clean, calming, and spacious. She even put on some gentle, soothing music! The threading felt nice and near the end she handed me a mirror to see if it was alright and explained what she was able to do. My eyebrows looked so clean at the end. EXCELLENT WORK. I'd come here soon again if I could but my eyebrows don't grow that fast! I recommend contacting her first to make an appointment.

Scheduled a facial to start and was pleasantly surprised to find a clinic that is similar to experiences abroad! Coming from the states this satisfies my appetite for a great facial experience.
It’s in a medical building so you’re not walking into a luxury clinic with interior design but at least the public restrooms are all clean. The rooms are also all clean with lots of wooden tones. The beds are nice and warm. Temperature difference was fine for the facial room.
As for service, it was very calm and kind and staff helped to create a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Refreshment drinks before and after service are great!
I miss having really great facial massages from Japan, especially those that are 100% hand technique without any fancy machines. Kiku delivered on that front. It wasn’t just lightly “touching” or just “some pressure” at all. It was great firm pressure. The massage for head, temples, and collar area were fantastic. I almost fell asleep thanks to the acupressure points. During the session, there was also a brief moment enjoying the essential oil aromatherapy. Definitely helped provide a relaxation moment. (And it reminded me of a luxury hotel spa experience in the French Riviera…).
My result was brighter, clearer face and sculptured with good lift. I do appreciate that my esthetician explained what she was doing. My favorite would be the seaweed mask as it seemed so hydrating and smelled fabulous. Didn’t smell artificial at all. My boyfriend even saw a noticeable natural difference. Thank you Hachi! Would like to come back when in town again.
Front desk Mana also had great reception service from my start of visit to the end as I walked out of the door. This was all very familiar with high end East Asian places.

I do have some constructive feedback. I was here on a holiday and joined the waitlist. Was happy to see spots were available but I saw that the clinic had booked me already and moved me to another appointment again. Usually, I wouldn’t be happy with this because it wasn’t communicated that getting off the waitlist means automatic apt confirmation. I do suggest that they would wait for the guest to confirm. Fortunately, I was still available and asked for flexibility. At the end of my visit, they were describing the membership plan. It’s not hard selling but I did feel a bit of marketing push. I did have some interest but had to leave and didn’t want to commit in a rush. It would be better if they could mention the plan briefly and move on if the guest isn’t certain. I have to emphasize I’ve had much worse selling elsewhere so that’s why the review star count isn’t negative.

Their promotions are always honoured exactly as advertised, which is rare these days. We recently used the Sunday promotion where the second treatment was 50% off, and the process was easy and seamless.
Most importantly, the treatments are consistently excellent no matter which practitioner you see. That level of quality and consistency says a lot about how well this spa is run.

I've had many 5 star experiences at Touch of Joy! The personalized skin care facials, skin care products, and supplements are just what I needed to repair and revitalize my skin from redness and flaking to strong, smooth, no more flaking skin. I also had a facial keratosis removed which the dermatologist said couldn't be removed without a scar and it growing back. Wrong. Joy expertly took care of it and after a process of healing there is no trace of it and the skin underneath is smooth and perfect. I highly recommend Touch of Joy!

I really loved my lash perm here. The space is beautiful and it was great they provided a blanket as I usually get cold sitting there not moving. The technician recommended that I skip the lash tint since my lashes are already dark and that the tint would just wear off anyway. I regret skipping it as the tips of my lashes did get a bit lighter. Not sure why they offer it if the tint wears off; I would have assumed it's permanent tint. All in all pretty happy though.
I started coming to HANA LASH for my lashes for over 3 months now and I am so happy with my lashes and creative director/technician, Alice. Yesterday was my 4th time there and Alice makes it so easy to work with especially with the designs I am looking for. I got a wispy volume set and I woke up from the chair feeling beautiful. She is very professional, someone who knows her craft and a very nice and friendly person to talk to. The studio is very clean and exudes relaxation and beauty, thanks to its beautiful plants and calming atmosphere. Definitely check them out!
I’ve been coming here for 6 years. I’ve seen other techs at other places but have always preferred the lash material, and the lash application! I never get red eyes. And I never feel guilty if I slept on one side or had a teary movie session that removed half my lashes haha. Sharon is the best. She helped me find my “lash” style. I was tattooed by Geoff. It was my first tattoo and I was super nervous to get it (read that as I had backed out of getting a tattoo before). Geoff took me as a walk-in. He was warm and welcoming, putting to easy my nerves. He drew up my idea beautifully! He did an excellent job using conversation to make the session go smoothly. For someone as nervous as I was, I'm most impressed by his ability to create a calming environment. His design and tattoo talent was outstanding!! Would definitely get another tattoo from him again.
From my first consultation with Marcus (Horiryu2) to the final tattoo session, the entire experience was nothing but positive.
During our consultation, I told him I wanted a full sleeve featuring koi and lotuses. He took the time to explain traditional Irezumi—how the background works, the symbolism, and the overall flow of the piece. He also mentioned that he wouldn’t show me the design until the day of the first session, which honestly made me a bit nervous. About a week before we started, he reached out to finalize some details, which really helped put me at ease.
When my first session arrived, I was both excited and nervous. Stepping into his studio immediately felt like walking into someone’s home—warm, welcoming, and calm. I even took my shoes off, and did so for all five sessions. Just like many other reviews mention, the space is spotless, quiet, and relaxing. There’s no loud music, it’s completely one-on-one, and there’s even a TV where you can watch your favourite shows while getting tattooed. All of that makes a huge difference, especially for longer sessions.
Trust the process—seriously. When Marcus showed me the design for the first time, it was far beyond anything I could have imagined. He took everything we talked about during the consultation and translated it perfectly onto paper. I was blown away and couldn’t have been happier.
We completed the sleeve over five sessions, booking every two weeks. Throughout the process, you could really see his focus and attention to detail. The sessions never felt boring—we had great conversations, and the time flew by.
His line work, shading, and colouring are absolutely amazing. After each session, the tattoo somehow kept getting better, and even now I continue to notice new details. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result.
I will definitely be going back for another piece and would 100% recommend Marcus to anyone considering a tattoo.

Clarice was so amazing! I have several other small tattoos from other artists and have never felt as comfortable as I did with Clarice today. She took her time with me and was very patient when I wanted to move the stencil around a bunch of times. I also wouldn’t have ended up with such a perfect result if it weren’t for her input on font and placement. I felt so safe with her that I was able to fall asleep and completely trusted her. So glad I’ve found her as she will be my tattoo artist for life!

We had Fernando come to deal with a blocked toilet. I called Milani at about 11 am and they were able to get a technician out by 2 pm which was great. They were clear upfront about the charges for the visit. Fernando was polite, left everything clean, knew exactly what needed to be done, unblocked the toilet (phew) and had a professional sense of humour. I would definitely recommend Fernando. We had a lead in the main supply pipe from the city to our house. We reached out to Mr. Rooter, they dispatched Harnjeet on the next day. Harnjeet was professional respectful and a detail assessment of the problem. The next day, we had Harjot the feild supervisor who made a more detailed investigation to assess the source of the leak trying to minimize the unnecessary digging. The job was done in an efficient manner, every member of the team knew their task, savvy and kept the area clean in spite of the rain.

Octavio, the electrician, arrived and we did a walk through to understand the job. A quote was provided promptly within a few days of the onsite visit.
Octavio was professional and courteous during the entire interaction from initial contact to provision of the quote. and answered all the questions during the entire interaction.

I am doing a bathroom renovation and as icing on the cake, I decided I would like LED strip lighting installed under my medicine cabinet to illuminate the backsplash. I used Kirei for the second time last week for a move-out clean, and was just as happy as the first time a few years back. Yany and Erika Romo were very thorough. Ward and his team did such an amazing job with refinishing our floors. They turned out much better than we ever expected they would. Our floors had many scrapes, dents and damaged areas that were totally gone once Wards team finished with the job. Plus they were very yellowed which made the space look dated. The stain that we went with looks great and our space has a much more toned down and natural feel now. Plus the cost was very competitive. We can't recommend Woodsmith enough!

My partner and I were tired of our small and enclosed kitchen. We talked to different renovators before asking Sasha to help us with our project. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen built by ReVision- it is exactly what we had envisioned. Manuel took our ideas of what we wanted and like in a kitchen and designed a more functional space with additional storage. His suggestions for colours, materials, and cabinet layout were spot-on. Todd, the Senior Project Manager was personable, easy to work with, and patient with our endless questions. Throughout the process, miscommunications were quickly addressed and clarified. There was one hiccup in the plans when a storage system we wanted would not properly function in the space provided. The ReVision and cabinet team came up with a creative, custom-built solution that we actually like better than what was originally planned. The entire project came within our budget and there were no surprise expenses. The quoted budget came out exactly as discussed at the beginning of the project. Mr. Build did a significant kitchen reno for me, opening up a galley kitchen to be an open concept kitchen. They did a great job and I am delighted with the end result. Just had our 1980s bathroom completely remodeled. Small space turned into a larger spa like bathroom. We are so happy with the outcome. We worked with Cheema and Ranjit to have the house built. Their price was reasonable. They have the 2-5-10 warranty on all new homes they built. I do suggest upgrading on certain materials. Once the construction starts, it finishes according to schedule. 10 percent upon signing contract and payment is based on percentage of completion. At the end there is a 10% hold which is die a month after. Communication was good. I do recommend using them. Like all new construction, there are always some patch up work after the project is completed. They did come back to fix those up afterward.
Really responsive to get a drainage job done quickly and done well. Tim did a great job explaining everything in an easy to understand way too. Will definitely be calling Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains again for any required work.

Robbie and his team spent two weeks sorting, reorganizing and hauling away half a lifetime of files and old office furniture, and cleaning, disinfecting, rodent-proofing and reinsulating the entire area. Ömer redid my back patio and did a wonderful job. The work involved hauling out a large hedge, old bricks, and a concrete slab. He built a new cedar fence (vertical posts, horizontal slats) and laid down new stones for the patio. There were a few surprises (finding remnants of a tree beneath the concrete slab; had to build a retaining wall in the corner) and he had to work around roots of a large spruce). The work was exceptionally well done and the results are beautiful -- we received a lot of praise from neighbors and passers-by. The patio is well leveled and the stairs are strong. Ömer had a lot of ideas and his solution to the tree roots problem was innovative. He was also very receptive and adaptable. Cost was very reasonable. Ordered from MyGardenBag a few times now and it’s one of those rare local businesses where the product makes you want to recommend it to everyone.
The soil quality is excellent. You can tell it’s coming from active composting because it arrives warm, which is oddly satisfying and, more importantly, great for the garden. I’ve been using the botanical blend in my beds and the results have been consistently strong.
The delivery process is straightforward. Pricing is all-in. It really makes the most sense to order in full cubic yard increments to get the best value. There’s a field when you order to leave detailed delivery instructions, and they actually seem to read it. If you’ve got a boulevard, that’s typically workable.
They send an email when your order is being loaded, which gives you about 24–48 hours notice. That said, plan ahead. It’s not instant gratification. Expect about a week to a week and a half from order to delivery.
The website feels a bit clunky, very much “small local business,” but honestly, once you get past that, the quality of the product and the pricing more than make up for it.
If you care about what’s going into your garden, this is an easy yes.

I have been working with Mahboobeh Khosravi to treat pain (initial reason for consultation) and restore mobility in my shoulders and neck that I did not realize I had even lost over the past few years of working from home/on a computer at a desk with poor ergonomics and surgery around my neck and jaw a year ago.
We started with consultation and have tried many therapies - massage, needling, electric stimulation, and ultrasound. Each treatment was explained to me in detail so I knew what to expect. As well exercises were prescribed to assist with stretching and restoring mobility before strengthening. I am very happy that much of the movement has been restored and my strength is coming back more quickly than I had expected. An unexpected benefit is that my posture (leaning forward, and leaning to one side) has improved as well as a result of treatment.
Location right by a skytrain station (Renfrew Station) is very convenient - a quick trip from downtown.
Dr. Jassal is great! He explains everything to make sure you understand what’s going on with your body and how to plan a treatment that suits your situation.

I've had a great experience coming here. My back and hip feel much better after the re-alignment sessions and the at-home strengthening exercises provided by Dr. Bob Sharma. I had chronic pain for half a year with barely any improvement. After reading the reviews, I felt that this place was going to be a good fit for me. Our two dogs were registered and treated by all the amazing team here during our year of living in Vancouver from routine vaccines, ear infections wonderful full dental cleaning for both dogs that were very successful both our dogs were treated with so much care and kindness the vets and all staff were efficient and informative we even had their official paperwork and documents completed to travel back to the UK via the EU and health checks and nothing was too much trouble this enabled us to fly our dogs home meeting all government requirements and therefore not needing to quarantine. Bhawna was always so supportive helpful efficient and kind we shall miss her smiling face and warmth and the dogs love her and the team also a big thank you to Dr Ralh who was brilliant with our dogs and calm friendly and so helpful a big thank you to Puneet and Jasveen and all reception staff and team that have helped our two dogs over the past year you will all be missed thank you for your support help and great care you have given our dogs if we come back we'll be straight back to your practice!

Burrard Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! We had to take our cat here as he was breathing very rapidly. They took such good care of him and us as well. He had to stay in the ICU oxygen chamber but they allowed us to visit him throughout his stay. A huge thank you to the whole team for saving our beloved kitty!!

DogPlay team is a group of people that you’d and your pups like to be surrounded with. I recently hurt my back, they immediately reached out to me and offered to care for our Kayah even in last minute. They even offered to picked her up from our home to get to daycare since I can barely move. We’re very lucky that we only live few blocks away from them and we’re forever grateful for Sunny and the whole team.

The owner is nice and the stylist has good skills — my was young and had a very good experience getting pampered so he has no issues being handled whatsoever ever since his visit. He only has a haircut and ear cleaning not nail trims, as that is all I needed.Do book your appointment instead of dropping in unexpectedly. UDS does try to accommodate your time booking the best they can.
We were really impressed with the groom of our doodle and bichon poodle.
They came back looking cute and they even said they were able to clean their teeth - which if you know my dogs is a very difficult task.

Kinu is the best! We were lucky enough to have her recommended for our Australian Labradoodle, Finley at a young age of puppyhood. Kinu makes the whole grooming experience enjoyable for all dogs, but specializes in nervous dogs. Finley started out uncertain, but now loves the groomer.
Kinu’s work is also impeccable, and we’ve never had anything less than a perfect cut from her.

I'm so thankful that Same Day RMT led me to a last minute appointment with Santi at Mountainview Movement Massage and Wellness on Main Street for the best massage of my life! After asking about my injury, he described his plan for the hour and expertly dealt with my localized pain as well as relaxing the surrounding areas with his expert touch. The whole experience was very intuitive to my needs and he checked in often to ensure the pressure was comfortable. The music was perfect too, 10/10 experience, I left feeling like a different person after a really stressful day. I really cannot recommend him enough.
I have been going to Elise for a few years now, and she has really helped me with my chronic hip pain postpartum. I decided to bring my kids to her for their first massage, and she made them feel so comfortable and walked them through each step. She made them all feel so comfortable and safe.
This was my first time here, and had a great experience overall! The rooms were spacious and bright (I went in the morning) and felt really relaxing. My masseuse (James) was great! His assessment was thorough prior to the massage and was very attentive throughout regarding pressure and specific spots. He was very friendly and the appointment went smoothly. I fond Healing Tree to be very easy to book with online, and I appreciated how clearly the instructions and information was laid out for (new) clients, including what timeframe to show up for the appointment.
Nicole was very welcoming, warm, and effective in everything from how she introduced herself and asked about my situation, to the full-hour session where my needs were well addressed in a comfortable and healing manner.

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage with Hannah, and I feel incredibly relaxed. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She truly knows her stuff—she has an intuitive sense of anatomy and knows exactly which pressure points to target to release tension.
What I appreciated most was her pacing. She doesn't rush through the session at all; she takes her time, moving slowly and deliberately with excellent, consistent pressure. Vicky Zhang is the best massage therapist whom I’ve seen. She is knowledgeable. I feel relaxed during the treatments. My waist, shoulders, arms and hands are much better after massage with her.

I have had 4 sessions with Leah so far, treating lower back stenosis that was causing sciatica pain and joint pain along the nerves coming from my lower back. The pain relief has been incredible even after the first sessions. Many pain points are gone or mostly gone now. Leah is very thorough and knowledgeable and does excellent work. I highly recommend her.
Tina gave me the perfect massage and reflexology session ever. She lightens touch if needed. She got rid of foot pain I had endured for quite a while. I felt like a million bucks afterwards. Would highly recommend. I know when I return to Vancouver I will definately go back. Thank you Tina

I started with Arden and Peter doing RMT and physio and they are both amazing and have helped me get rid of chronic shoulder pain I had since my teens. After a car accident I started seeing Jessie for acupuncture and cupping and she’s been awesome and helped so much. She is the best acupuncturist I have ever known. About 15 years ago, I developed tennis elbow due to work-related strain. After several months of physiotherapy, my condition still did not improve. Later, a friend recommended Sunny to me, and her fire needle treatment completely resolved the issue. Since then, whenever I have headaches, back pain, or even insomnia, Sunny is always the person I turn to.
I came to Armin with a long list of issues, which I believe most stemed from constipation, which was very bad over the year or so before, but also always mildly there for about 20 years. I saw Armin for about 6 months before moving away from Vancouver..in that time A LOT of my symptoms have resolved, but most importantly my digestion is working so much better than it ever did!! I don't remember myself having such regular bowels daily ever. It's been few months, and I am noticing that my hormonal issues are also resolving. I dont' really know how this all works, but Armin is magical! He is a healer!

I scheduled a trigger point injection for the tight muscles around my right shoulder blade - I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr. Annie Savage Suggested multiples needles/acupuncture first for a longer lasting effect. I got instant relief and my shoulder has been in great shape silence. Dr. Savage was incredibly kind and very informative about the causes of the condition and her process of healing it. She talked to me the entire time, put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable. Really glad I picked that clinic - was my first time.

Highly recommend Vancouver Driving School and Shah is an INCREDIBLE instructor! He is calm, patient, funny and very, very knowledgeable and experienced. He not only teaches the rules but also the logic behind them so that safe, confident driving just feels like common sense. He pushes you to perfection when conditions are easier and helps you feel calm, alert and in control when conditions are more challenging. After a series of 60 and 90 minutes classes with Shah, the test itself felt like a breeze. Thank you!
