I had some hesitation about trying hormones, but I am beyond thankful that I found the courage. I’m in my early 60s and went through menopause at 51. I was in great shape at 51, but during the first two years afterward, I gained 18 pounds no matter how much I exercised or how well I ate.

I came to this facility because I was frustrated with my current ENT. He was not very attentive to my needs. I pass this facility every day and thought I would give it a try. I am soooo glad I did. Dr Lingamallu is the best. She is so thorough she explains everything in terms you can understand, not all the medical jargon. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and cordial. The practitioner I saw at first was very knowledgeable, don’t remember her name but she was very helpful.
This is the second time I’ve booked with Michelle and she definitely outdid herself. I asked for lots of layers which made me nervous because I have curly wavy hair but after seeing the results I was stunned ok how good it looked. Finding the right hairstylist has been a little challenging for me because of my hair type but after I saw how many good reviews Michelle had, I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Patricia is an exceptional Pedicurist that has made a significant difference in turning my scarred and calloused lower legs and feet into a clearer and softer part of my anatomy. Who am I? A 74 year old male that my wife convinced to have a pedicure. A pedicure? Only women do that - wrong! I now look forward to Patricia's treatments and with each pedicure things are getting better, especially related to the skin aesthetics and heel pain from softer callouses. If you have been thinking about having a pedicure give Patricia a call. It is inexpensive, her salon is beautiful and the results are outstanding.

Wow! I had an excellent experience here during my recent haircut appointment with Cory. I was promptly greeted when I arrived, and had only a short wait (I was early). After a brief consultation, Cory told me he knew exactly what to do, and led me to the shampoo room, where he did a great job washing and conditioning my hair. Back in the chair, he expertly cut a year's worth of split ends, gave me some beautiful face-framing layers, and then gave me a stunning blow out, all while carrying on interesting conversation. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Cory, though it looked like all the stylists there were experts.

Very pleasant experience even though we were having technical difficulties with the detox machine. Sadie was still able to do the foot massage which was GREAT because I had recently sprained my Achilles tendon. After my massage I felt so much better. I’ve been here a few times, I wanted to leave a review sooner. Because from the first time (may 2025) to this most recent time, I’ve absolutely adored there conversations and quick work. They are fast and efficient, I get my armpits and lower half of my body done.
I’ve had wonderful conversations during it and there was music to fill the background. The room is clean and pretty, and they decorate for holidays!
I’ve been with both girls there for what I get done and I can safely say they’re both worth everything penny I spend. Every time I walk out of there I smell and feel amazing.

I recently got my first professional tattoo done by Janet. I had a great experience. During my consultation, she was very clear and communicative about what to expect from the start and did a great job listening to my ideas and figuring out what exactly I wanted, even when I wasn't clear. She worked with my budget and was very patient with me the entire time. During the actual appointment we spent most of the time modifying the stencil so it was to both of our liking and even though the entire process for applying on me took a lot of erasing and starting over, she kept a great attitude until we were both satisfied with the result. The tattooing process was quick, she'd periodically check in on me, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend going to this studio and going to Janet, especially for first time tattoos.

Brought my sister-in-law here to get a nose piercing. Jayden and Dominic were amazing from start to finish. Explained everything about the process as well as aftercare. We never felt rushed and they were willing to answer any questions. I wasn't able to get any new piercings due to medical purposes but they still made me feel welcomed.They even switched out some jewelry for me. I will definitely be going back to get my piercings soon.

I had a AC replaced on my double wide 11 mos ago with True AC, it wasn't cooling enough. John came out and checked system, I needed a new trunk line from AC unit to duct work. They did a good job. When installing a new AC unit always replace all trunk lines from AC unit to duct work.

I wanted some remodeling done several months ago and of the 9 companies I had called for estimates, Coppertop was one of the two companies that actually showed up. Tyler arrived promptly, was very polite, listened to what I wanted done, answered any questions I had and explained things clearly. I received my estimate, via email, in less than twenty-four hours. I really appreciated Robert and Tyler bringing Vance, Rick and Andy by to meet me, the day before they were to start working, showing and explaining to them the job to be done. They were all polite, punctual, meticulous about details and they totally cleaned up at the end of each day, inside and outside. Their tools and supplies were always neatly put away for work the next day. Rick did a fantastic job on my arched doorways and I have received several compliments on them. I never get tired of admiring them. These guys did a GREAT job on my remodeling project and I would highly recommend them and Coppertop Construction and Roofing.
They do great work with really attentive to detail staff replaced my kitchen counters and replaced the moisture barriers from the leak that destroyed my sink area. Very nice people and it doesn’t hurt to ask them if they want some afternoon espresso.

I used Florida Bee Removal last week and was disappointed from start to finish. The technician arrived late and the quality of the work was subpar.
I was told the bees in my wall would be safely relocated, but instead they simply sprayed poison, removed the hive, and left behind a huge mess of plaster, honeycomb, and hundreds of dead bees. To make matters worse, the technician didn’t even bring basic cleanup supplies like trash bags, a dustpan, or a broom, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.
They originally quoted me between $450–$695, but of course I was charged the highest end of the range. Now, just a week later, the bees have already returned — proving the job wasn’t done properly.
Given the poor service, lack of professionalism, and the fact that the problem still isn’t solved, I don’t feel the price was justified. Definitely not a great value.

I can’t recommend Bulldog Lawn Care and Landscaping enough! These guys showed up so quickly after I reached out and came with a large crew to tackle our lawn. My husband and I recently had our first child and my husband has been working so much. Our lawn has gotten behind in more than one way and these guys showed up and were happy to help without making me feel bad for the state our lawn was in. These guys did far more than I expected. I thought they would just weed whack and mow, well they did that plus edge our sidewalk, pick up twigs/branches, clean up leaves, and even went as far as spraying our fence off once they were done so there wasn’t grass stains on the white fence. They were all so kind and nice during every interaction I had with them. I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs! We will be using them for future landscape maintenance and I know they are going to do an amazing job.

from the beginning, it was clear that the Tree Planters project manager, MacKenzie, was extremely knowledgeable and very informed about the growing conditions and characteristics of the flowering trees I was interested in. She is an expert in tree care and re-planting of very large specimen trees. She answered every one of my obsessive questions and reassured me that the trees I would be getting would be painstakingly handled from the field where they were growing to transporting them to my yard 2 hours away in Ocala, Florida. The day the trees arrived I was stunned at their lushness, size and girth, they exceeded my high expectations and look magnificent. They are great and my children always enjoy going there. The dentist is great Dr. Erin is very good. So is the make dentist I can't remember his name but he is also great. Unfortunately they are not in-network with my insurance. We all know that no insurance means expensive so unfortunately I can't go here anymore. They are nice to me and too see what my insurance will cover and they will let me know. Overall a great place, but I am now looking for an other pediatrician dentists for my kids that take my insurance so I don't have to jump through too many hoops.

Yesterday she did the best job ever. My teeth feel wonderful. I am very thankful I am able to go to Family Dental as it is a wonderful dental facility; always friendly and always nice and clean.

Hands down, this is one of the best adult dental offices I have visited in Polk County. It can be challenging to find a dentist who does not over-diagnose or recommend unnecessary treatment. This practice is quite the opposite. They are conservative, honest, and focus on what is truly needed rather than creating treatment plans for revenue. The doctors are very compassionate, not judgmental at all.

I loved coming here for my treatment! The staff is great & so welcoming. Dr. Blackburn listens to your concerns and is transparent about everything. I also liked that physical therapy was incorporated. It is a small practice so there’s not a lot of equipment or technology used, but it was sufficient for helping me heal.
Highly recommend this location, the staff are great and the experience was amazing. Definitely worth it if you have joint or muscle pains of any kind.

I'm taking the time to express my gratitude and for a big Thank you to Love Chiropractic Dr. Tiffany, Dr Steve, and Dr Erica, I have been dealing with neck pain and shoulder pain and the loss of strength in my left hand for many months. After a few adjustments and Sound Wave therapy I am happy to say I now have the complete use of my hand again and my neck and shoulder issues have diminished to almost nothing. Love this place! They are professional and loving towards your fur babies as well as their humans. I haven't had this type of service since my previous vet, Dr. Case passed away. They make me feel at home and like a real person when it comes to the care of my fur babies.
Dr. Bell is a compassionate vet who takes time to explain and answers all questions you may have regarding treatment. He is honest and lets you know up front diagnosis and projected costs. We recently took our fur baby in for a medical emergency. Dr. Bell performed surgery on our fur baby the same day. The evening she was discharged Dr.Bell called to check on her to see how she was doing. Dr. Bell called again the following morning to see how she was doing. Dr. Bell is a great and compassionate vet. I highly recommend Dr. Bell to anyone looking for a vet.
I've been coming here for a number of years. Dr Stansbury is a cordial and very likeable doctor who has a knack with animals. The staff is great and they seem to know every animal that comes into the office. The only downside to this vet (and I'd suspect all of them too) is the phone service. Sometimes they get very busy and you have to wait a bit.
They were amazing. We had a difficult decision to make for our senior pup and they were very empathetic and compassionate!

This place is amazing. We have called all over polk county to find a furever vet and Animal Medical Clinic was the ONLY one that got us in asap! The staff... they are truly wonderful! They take the time to ask all the right questions and do not pressure test that are not needed now! We highly recommend AMC!

I had a great experience with all of the staff. Starting from the front desk everyone was very nice and welcoming. The doctor and all the vet techs did everything to try to make Rome comfortable while keeping everyone safe. And even help come up with a plan on future visits. 10/10 experience and will recommend to others!
Brought my little kitten that was sick, they got us in pretty quick and everyone was very nice ! The Dr. was great ! My kitten is much better now. Definitely recommend this clinic!
My regular vet had no available appointments. I was referred to this office. They were very accommodating and got him in quickly. Visits have been great. My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.

I started using Chris 5 years ago and I don’t regret one min. Another groomer said my dog was uncooperative but with Chris’s help realized she had a fear of heights and just needed a little tic. She takes time, listens and gives advice if needed. Would not trade that for the world. Mother of a golden doodle!

I’ve been getting massages for the better part of 20 years, and this was, hands down (no pun intended), the best one I have ever received. I got the Satnam deep tissue massage with Noemi - the way she practices is obviously very intuitive and not the “one size fits all” massage that tends to be the norm at most places. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and introduced me to sound therapy, which is nothing short of magical. I came in feeling tired, stressed, and sore and left feeling relaxed and even energized. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!
Great place! A very friendly welcome. We were accommodated as we had prescheduled an appointment but were running behind. Myself and my two friends were able to come and a later time. The massage chairs were divine! I’m from NH and wish we had a place like this by us!
I was searching for a myofascial and deep tissue massage therapist in Lakeland and found Carmen. I’ve had two sessions with her so far, including one with cupping focused on my neck and upper back. I deal with chronic pain regularly, and after my first session I already noticed a significant decrease in discomfort. Carmen is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and also provided helpful tips and stretches I can do at home between sessions. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment with her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapeutic massage work.

My mom, sister and I went for a belated Mother's Day massage. My mom and I did a 'couples' massage in one room, and my sister was in a separate room. We had a wonderful massage experience and left feeling completely relaxed and renewed. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the massage itself was exactly what we needed, with thoughtful attention to my comfort and pressure preferences. We could tell real care and skill went into the session, and we appreciated how professional and kind the experience was from start to finish. All three of us would absolutely recommend this massage to anyone looking to unwind and feel their stress melt away.

I can't say enough nice things of Chip and his staff. I wish I had listened to my mom and dad sooner and gone to see the staff at Ancient Art of Healing. I've struggled with acute asthma and allergies for 5 years. After visiting with Chip only twice in the last 4 weeks, I can say my breathing and use of my inhaler has dropped drastically. My wheezing is almost non-existent and I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Thank you Dr. Chip and staff!!

The person who trained me was will kind of reminds me a little bit of Kevin Hart. Are you always has such a great attitude always is laughing and makes you actually enjoy the class to where you do not feel like it's a class You feel like you're having a good time. I could not have been luckier than how lucky I got by him being the person that was the trainer I would recommend his weekend course a million out of a million times.
Mr. Jorge!! His lessons were always engaging and enjoyable. Not omly did he teach me how to drive properly, but he also taught me spanish along the way. And thanks to him I passed my driving test with top marks on the first try!! I highly recommend his courses, worth every penny!!
