The repair man, Joseph Siedlecki AKA Joe, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He managed, in record time, to have a temporary fix for the unit so that we would have a cool house for the weekend while the parts to fix the unit became available. He then came on schedule as promised and fixed it properly. We are extremely pleased with the company's concern, honesty, efficiency and excellent service.

I’ve been trusting The Hideout for a year now and always leave feeling taken care of. I have been to every major barbershop in Lakeland and nothing compares to the service and care I receive here.

Patricia is an exceptional Pedicurist that has made a significant difference in turning my scarred and calloused lower legs and feet into a clearer and softer part of my anatomy. Who am I? A 74 year old male that my wife convinced to have a pedicure. A pedicure? Only women do that - wrong! I now look forward to Patricia's treatments and with each pedicure things are getting better, especially related to the skin aesthetics and heel pain from softer callouses. If you have been thinking about having a pedicure give Patricia a call. It is inexpensive, her salon is beautiful and the results are outstanding.

Wow! I had an excellent experience here during my recent haircut appointment with Cory. I was promptly greeted when I arrived, and had only a short wait (I was early). After a brief consultation, Cory told me he knew exactly what to do, and led me to the shampoo room, where he did a great job washing and conditioning my hair. Back in the chair, he expertly cut a year's worth of split ends, gave me some beautiful face-framing layers, and then gave me a stunning blow out, all while carrying on interesting conversation. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Cory, though it looked like all the stylists there were experts.

I can't recommend Alora Spa Center enough. What stood out most wasn't just the facial—it was how much they genuinely educated me about my skin without ever making me feel embarrassed or uninformed.
They took the time to explain what I was currently doing, what was actually helping, what wasn't, and what I needed to change moving forward to address the underlying issues with my skin. They also showed me that a little product goes a long way, so I wasn't overusing products anymore.
The results have been incredible. My skin is the best it's felt in 20 or 30 years. I honestly can't remember the last time it felt this soft and healthy. The itching and irritation I've dealt with are gone, and my skin just feels comfortable again.

I recently got my first professional tattoo done by Janet. I had a great experience. During my consultation, she was very clear and communicative about what to expect from the start and did a great job listening to my ideas and figuring out what exactly I wanted, even when I wasn't clear. She worked with my budget and was very patient with me the entire time. During the actual appointment we spent most of the time modifying the stencil so it was to both of our liking and even though the entire process for applying on me took a lot of erasing and starting over, she kept a great attitude until we were both satisfied with the result. The tattooing process was quick, she'd periodically check in on me, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend going to this studio and going to Janet, especially for first time tattoos.

I had a AC replaced on my double wide 11 mos ago with True AC, it wasn't cooling enough. John came out and checked system, I needed a new trunk line from AC unit to duct work. They did a good job. When installing a new AC unit always replace all trunk lines from AC unit to duct work.
After spending $2500 with Stuart’s plumbing and being right where we started from we decided to call Reel plumbers for a second opinion and man am I glad we did. I wanted some remodeling done several months ago and of the 9 companies I had called for estimates, Coppertop was one of the two companies that actually showed up. I really appreciated Robert and Tyler bringing Vance, Rick and Andy by to meet me, the day before they were to start working, showing and explaining to them the job to be done. Due to this prompt resolution, I will use them again in the future when needed.
I used Florida Bee Removal last week and was disappointed from start to finish. The technician arrived late and the quality of the work was subpar.
I was told the bees in my wall would be safely relocated, but instead they simply sprayed poison, removed the hive, and left behind a huge mess of plaster, honeycomb, and hundreds of dead bees. To make matters worse, the technician didn’t even bring basic cleanup supplies like trash bags, a dustpan, or a broom, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.
They originally quoted me between $450–$695, but of course I was charged the highest end of the range. Now, just a week later, the bees have already returned — proving the job wasn’t done properly.
Given the poor service, lack of professionalism, and the fact that the problem still isn’t solved, I don’t feel the price was justified. Definitely not a great value.
Great service, the only thing he forgot to do was put down the clear ant bait. Along the back of the kitchen counter by the sink where they were at so if you could come out here as soon as y'all can and do that, I would appreciate it.
Matt, the service technician, arrived at my home on time, is a very nice young man, and did exactly what he said he would do. He told me I might find these irritating bugs “belly-up” the next day… and I actually did find several! I have seen NO RUNNING BUGS SINCE HIS VISIT! Expensive service, but well worth it! I’m sooo tired of chasing these German roaches with a vacuum cleaner!!!!

I can’t recommend Bulldog Lawn Care and Landscaping enough! These guys showed up so quickly after I reached out and came with a large crew to tackle our lawn. My husband and I recently had our first child and my husband has been working so much. Our lawn has gotten behind in more than one way and these guys showed up and were happy to help without making me feel bad for the state our lawn was in. These guys did far more than I expected. I thought they would just weed whack and mow, well they did that plus edge our sidewalk, pick up twigs/branches, clean up leaves, and even went as far as spraying our fence off once they were done so there wasn’t grass stains on the white fence. They were all so kind and nice during every interaction I had with them. I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs! We will be using them for future landscape maintenance and I know they are going to do an amazing job.

She answered every one of my obsessive questions and reassured me that the trees I would be getting would be painstakingly handled from the field where they were growing to transporting them to my yard 2 hours away in Ocala, Florida. The day the trees arrived I was stunned at their lushness, size and girth, they exceeded my high expectations and look magnificent. MacKenzie's planting team showed exceptional care and attention to detail in their transporting of the trees and delicate handling of their placements. I had intense burning pain in my shoulder blade area of my back that came on all of a sudden without any obvious injury or trauma. My first visit with Dr. Munday provided almost immediate relief after an adjustment to my neck. Who knew the shoulder blade was connected in that way? I thought it was a muscle issue and spent too much money on deep tissue massages before scheduling my appointment with the very fine Dr. Munday. He's very gifted and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Stratton is an amazing chiropractor! I have been going to him since 2021 and have felt so much better physically. I loved coming here for my treatment! The staff is great & so welcoming. Dr. Blackburn listens to your concerns and is transparent about everything. I also liked that physical therapy was incorporated. It is a small practice so there’s not a lot of equipment or technology used, but it was sufficient for helping me heal.
Highly recommend this location, the staff are great and the experience was amazing. Definitely worth it if you have joint or muscle pains of any kind.
Best Chiropractors in town. Dr. Johnson really listens and addresses each of your needs. The staff is awesome. So lucky to have been referred to this practice. I'm taking the time to express my gratitude and for a big Thank you to Love Chiropractic Dr. Tiffany, Dr Steve, and Dr Erica, I have been dealing with neck pain and shoulder pain and the loss of strength in my left hand for many months. After a few adjustments and Sound Wave therapy I am happy to say I now have the complete use of my hand again and my neck and shoulder issues have diminished to almost nothing. As a avid chiropractic lover this place by far is at the top of my list. Our whole family has been going for a couple of months and the whole team at AC delivers top notch work. Dr. Pepine has been my dermatologist for many years. I've always had an easy time with getting appointments in a timely manner. Dr. Pepine has an amazing bedside manner, and she really cares about her patients. She has called me on the weekends and evenings to check on me after procedures. Love this place! They are professional and loving towards your fur babies as well as their humans. I haven't had this type of service since my previous vet, Dr. Case passed away. They make me feel at home and like a real person when it comes to the care of my fur babies.
Dr. Bell is a compassionate vet who takes time to explain and answers all questions you may have regarding treatment. He is honest and lets you know up front diagnosis and projected costs. We recently took our fur baby in for a medical emergency. Dr. Bell performed surgery on our fur baby the same day. The evening she was discharged Dr.Bell called to check on her to see how she was doing. Dr. Bell called again the following morning to see how she was doing. Dr. Bell is a great and compassionate vet. I highly recommend Dr. Bell to anyone looking for a vet.
I've been coming here for a number of years. Dr Stansbury is a cordial and very likeable doctor who has a knack with animals. The staff is great and they seem to know every animal that comes into the office. The only downside to this vet (and I'd suspect all of them too) is the phone service. Sometimes they get very busy and you have to wait a bit.

This place is amazing. We have called all over polk county to find a furever vet and Animal Medical Clinic was the ONLY one that got us in asap! The staff... they are truly wonderful! They take the time to ask all the right questions and do not pressure test that are not needed now! We highly recommend AMC!

The doctor and all the vet techs did everything to try to make Rome comfortable while keeping everyone safe. And even help come up with a plan on future visits. 10/10 experience and will recommend to others!
Brought my little kitten that was sick, they got us in pretty quick and everyone was very nice ! The Dr. was great ! My kitten is much better now. Definitely recommend this clinic!
My regular vet had no available appointments. I was referred to this office. They were very accommodating and got him in quickly. Visits have been great. My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.

My first time here and I came as my barber referred me and spoke very highly of it. The place is very clean and organized, the owner was very friendly and I explained to her how my dog acts during showers and she understood.
Prices are great, very reasonable and fair. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I started using Chris 5 years ago and I don’t regret one min. Another groomer said my dog was uncooperative but with Chris’s help realized she had a fear of heights and just needed a little tic. She takes time, listens and gives advice if needed. Would not trade that for the world. Mother of a golden doodle!

I’ve been getting massages for the better part of 20 years, and this was, hands down (no pun intended), the best one I have ever received. I got the Satnam deep tissue massage with Noemi - the way she practices is obviously very intuitive and not the “one size fits all” massage that tends to be the norm at most places. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and introduced me to sound therapy, which is nothing short of magical. I came in feeling tired, stressed, and sore and left feeling relaxed and even energized. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!
Great place! A very friendly welcome. We were accommodated as we had prescheduled an appointment but were running behind. Myself and my two friends were able to come and a later time. The massage chairs were divine! I’m from NH and wish we had a place like this by us!
Carmen is absolutely amazing! I went to her for cupping therapy because I had been dealing with back pain for about six months, and honestly, I was shocked by the results. After the session, I felt a huge difference and my pain was dramatically reduced. She was professional, caring, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I highly recommend Carmen to anyone dealing with muscle tension or back pain. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had!

I enjoyed my deep tissue massage by Tina. I felt so relaxed and tried my best to stay awake so I can consciously enjoy my massage. Towards the end of the massage I fell asleep without realizing it. I recently moved here and het massasges regularly. This is definitely my massage home now. Thanks Tina for paying attention to details listed and making me feel calm and relaxed.

I've struggled with acute asthma and allergies for 5 years. After visiting with Chip only twice in the last 4 weeks, I can say my breathing and use of my inhaler has dropped drastically. My wheezing is almost non-existent and I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Thank you Dr. Chip and staff!!

The person who trained me was will kind of reminds me a little bit of Kevin Hart. Are you always has such a great attitude always is laughing and makes you actually enjoy the class to where you do not feel like it's a class You feel like you're having a good time. I could not have been luckier than how lucky I got by him being the person that was the trainer I would recommend his weekend course a million out of a million times.
Mr. Jorge, my goat. I was lowkey afraid when he told me I would be on the road on the first day but after he guided me on what to do, I was doing better than i thought I would do. I did seven lessons (fourteen hours) and got the hang of it around the third or fourth lesson. I passed my test on the very first try and was ecstatic, so I’m very grateful to him.
