Was there for a 9am apt.one if you have children with autism this is the place to go.we called set an apt.Let them know my son had sensory issues with a hair on the face b loud sounds freak him out and c that hownstly alot of people he would have a complete meltdown.in letting them know this ahead of time they recommended a morning apt as well as extended apt from 20 to 30 incase of breaks or cool down assistance needed.Casandra was his stylist and honestly despite being a little unappy about a haircut b some still little bits of sensory exposure he did really better then expected!!! 10/10 recommend

Today was a wonderful day. I called and Eric was able to book my appt for me over the phone. He was very polite and helpful and understanding of my schedule. I came in at said time and was greeted with a smile right away and he had me in the chair instantly. That's when the magic started. He took what was a hot mess and turned it into the artwork that it came out to be. The haircut itself took off 10 years of my estimated age and this was backed by all the customers and some of the very polite women in the shop also getting clipped up. The products that he used are of very high quality and he gave me a reference to all products used so I can maintain the cut while at home. If you are balding like myself he can remedy that look very quick. The establishment itself is very family friendly so everyone men, women and children are welcome! I will keep coming back myself for years to come and will definitely recommend everyone else I know to him because we definitely need a high quality big city standard of a barber in this little town!

I used to come to this salon when it was owned by Jason and his wife. I loved Piya for my pedicures and hadn’t realized she left but when I called this morning for a pedicure Winny explained Jason had sold the salon and she gave me a same day appointment. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with nail salons but Winny took her time and did an excellent job. She loves to talk and is very nice. The prices are affordable and I appreciate the fact that she makes clients with APPOINTMENTS a PRIORITY! She does take walk ins but be prepared to wait because appointments come first and thats how it should be. Thanks Winny for the awesome pedicure!

I have been in FL for 4 years now and after a year of horrible brow techs I found Kiran. I had been seeing her for 2 years avoiding her daughter Juhni because she was new.... until 1 day I absolutely could not sit there for 30 extra minutes so I let Juhni do my brows.... OMG I'm so mad I waited this long to let her do my brows, her precision on my shape is exceptional and my brows very limited to shaping due to lack of hair in some areas.
For some of you complaining about a long wait, she is 1 person, doing tedious work. She can not be rushing thru brows. MAYBE give Juhni a chance!! She is amazing! Or maybe don't come at high peak hours ?♀️

First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. She stays up to date on trends and techniques by going to hair shows. She also posts cute hair style ideas and client hair transformations on her social media to show off her beautiful work. Emily does an amazing job and I'm always leaving satisfied. I highly recommend her as a stylist, just have to make sure to book a few appointments out.

Very pleasant experience even though we were having technical difficulties with the detox machine. Sadie was still able to do the foot massage which was GREAT because I had recently sprained my Achilles tendon. After my massage I felt so much better. Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. His guys came the very next morning and got everything sorted. This isn't the first time we've used On Deck. They also plumbed our new build home-flawlessly and in record time to keep our build on schedule.

My wife called Wilson Electric to have a bathroom exhaust fan replaced this week. We had purchased the replacement. Jim and Elijah called on scheduled day to see if they could come earlier than appointment time and that was OK. They arrived and immediately began work and had the fan replaced in good time. We had a replacement vanity light to install and they did that, too. Had to install an electrical box that the construction electrical contractor had neglected to install. I was extremely satisfied with their work and won't hesitate to have them back if needed.

We enlisted Lewman Electric to complete a major home electrical makeover. Everyone we worked with were top notch and very professional. Starting with the estimator who came out and walked the house with us taking in all our thoughts and having great suggestions. He took the time to explain things to us. After that there was literally no pressure. We took our time and when we were ready called them for the install. A crew of about 8 came out to our home for the entire day. They installed roughly 60 LED can lights (I lost count), 7 ceiling fans, 6 chandeliers, 6 coach lights, 8 new 2 foot LED strips, converted 4 4 foot strips to LED, added an attic light, installed 2 motion detectors, 3 bathroom vanities and added some extra juice and a surge protector to our panel and circuits throughout our home. Every member of their team was so polite and professional. You guys and girls truly are AMAZING!!!!! We love everything you did. Thank you very much. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Lewman. Great JOB!!!!!

Communication about project and honoring schedule plagued our 10-month long project from day 1. Because we loved our kitchen - ultimately - we didn't complain afterwards but the same problems still exist. We discovered our brand new disposal was leaking (check out the picture) and I reported it 5 days ago to operational manager/ owner Kevin Streets. No response. when our plumber came out he found that the disposal was not securely tightened and had probably been leaking since install. in addition, two electrical boxes were never mounted on the wall so they were sitting in water. Had Kevin responded this could all have been dealt with and no review written, but he chose not to.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with “Complete Kitchen and Bath” twice, first for my Kitchen in 2023 then again for my guest bathroom in 2024. I rate them 5 stars because they make the renovation process so smooth and simple. They did a full gut and rebuild of both rooms and I couldn’t ask for better service. My project manager kept me updated and informed every step of the way. I never had to chase anyone down to get a status. They finished both projects beautifully and on schedule. They really maximized my smaller budget with great results.
They were able to re-design both my tiny Kitchen and tiny Bathroom to maximize the limited space. Now they both feel so much more spacious and are much more functional. In my kitchen, I can store a lot more items in my cabinets and keep them better organized. In my guest bathroom, I have more floor space and head space without sacrificing storage. Not to mention, both rooms are now absolutely gorgeous. My kitchen is now sleek, modern and functional. And my bathroom is more open and luxurious.

I called for service and got an appointment the next day. However, the bee swarm moved on and only left 3 bees behind before my appointment. I called Jessica to see if I could push the appointment to later in the day as that’s when I noticed the swarm at its worst. She said since there are only a few bees today, then most likely they have moved on and it’s ok to cancel if I wanted to. She said if they come back, to call and they would come out and take care of it. How refreshing to encounter such integrity. She could’ve kept the appointment and when they got here said I didn’t need their services and charge me the service fee, but didn’t do that. We had bedbugs since November 2022 but I didn’t discover til April 2023. I take people in my home who are disabled and one bought company with him. We did everything from removing carpet and installing tile, painting, changing out beds, dressers and mattresses, wrapping mattresses in plastic, bombing, putting down powder, and spraying. Nothing worked until we used these guys. It was a lot of work prepping and it’s costly to treat. I wanted to go with a smaller company that specialized with this problem and I’m very, very satisfied with my decision. I followed their instruction and have not seen a bug since being treated and I’m confident because of the warranty.Remember you will have to put in work also, in order for this to work.

These guys were wonderful and really helped me before Hurricane Idalia. I had a branch of a humongous live oak literally sitting on my (unusually high) second story roof. It couldn’t have been in a worse position on the house. For three weeks prior to the storm, I’d been speaking to another local, highly rated trimmer company trying to schedule but was constantly met with excuses as to why they couldn’t come out to do it. I called Dale on Monday 8/28, he came to check it out within an hour, and they got the branch down early Tuesday morning. All branches/debris was removed as though they’d never been here. Really nice guys on the crew.

We are so glad we found this company. Wyatt Brauer has maintained the trees in our condo association for past 5 years. Our trees had been damaged from prior trimming by tree choppers who called themselves tree trimmers. We thought we were going to lose our trees. Being a licensed arborist Wyatt knew what to do to save them. He turned sorry trees into happy trees with proper trimming. There is truly a difference between a tree chopper and Anglin Brothers.

I broke a crown and the half that was left in my mouth was very sharp. I called my regular dentist and they couldn’t see me for a week, so I tried two others and Dr. Cardman was the only one who made time for me. Within three hours, I left the office with a new permanent crown. The procedure was pain free - he numbed me without hurting. I’m a coward when it comes to dentists, so that’s quite an accomplishment! On top of that, he left a message on my voicemail the next morning to see how I was doing!

As a avid chiropractic lover this place by far is at the top of my list. Our whole family has been going for a couple of months and the whole team at AC delivers top notch work. The experience is like going to a mechanic for a tune up, they listen to what the body needs and apply techniques that make a real difference. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his team!
Dane Parker saved me from the operating table. All he asked me for was to give him 2 weeks and if I wasn't better he would take me to the surgeon himself. After week one I had feeling back in my legs. Week two I was able to stand straight without pain. Dane's theory is don't call him unless you're hurting. Thanks Dane for giving me my health back.

This rating is for when they where Santa Fe and not the "new" place they are now. My late parents where using them when they where on Main street many years ago and moved over to 92. In which I then started using their services. Dr. Presnell has been a great vet and also a friend over the decades. I learned a lot about animal care from him as well. He is retiring this year and I wish him well and good luck. It is now Saddle Creek animal hospital. I hope you people and new management/ownership realize you have big shoes to fill!
I've been taking my dog Suri to this vet for about a year and I've always been impressed with the level of care and attention they provide. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to ensure Suri's health and well-being. If the answer to my question was not known . I always received a call back .With the answer . Dr Bell , Dr Thomas or someone there would always call & check in on him . At the time of his passing . My extended family @ H.S.V.C was there for me .

Animal Medical Clinic (AMC) was purchased in April of 2022, by two excellent Veterinarians, therefore the poor reviews are prior to their ownership. Dr. Vonteru is an awesome Veterinarian, who is excellent with diagnostics and loves her clients. Her husband, Dr. Reddy is the main Vet at Privileged Critters Animal Hospital and he also performs all surgeries at AMC. He is also an awesome, kind and excellent Veterinarian. They have improved the capabilities at the clinic, now offering state of the art, digital x-rays. They also have digital dental x-rays, new dental equipment and more! Because they own two clinics, there is rarely a time that they can not get a patient in for an appointment, (new or old). The staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. Dr. Vonteru is offering ONE free exam for one dog or cat per household for a limited time through August 31 for new clients. Go meet her and/or Dr. Reddy, you will be glad you did!
The nicest group of staff and doctors. They are great during office hours. Found out the hard way that out of hours emergency requires a different process. Have a plan for out of hours urgent care, for the sake of your pets.

I've been coming here for a number of years. Dr Stansbury is a cordial and very likeable doctor who has a knack with animals. The staff is great and they seem to know every animal that comes into the office. The only downside to this vet (and I'd suspect all of them too) is the phone service. Sometimes they get very busy and you have to wait a bit.
I had an excellent experience at Ark Animal Hospital. They were incredibly helpful after my dog had a bad experience at another vet. The staff was very caring, and I appreciated their upfront, itemized pricing. I will definitely be taking my dog there as her regular vet. Highly recommend!
Gus was treated expediently and with kindness. He was so uncomfortable when we arrived but he was feeling so much better after treatment. Thank you, vet staff!

I brought our 18lb, 10 year-old Maine Coon here for a shave down, on a recommendation from my vet. Worth every penny! The communication about what we wanted done and the care that was taken to groom our kitty, in a way that made him feel comfortable, was top notch. Our cat is older, and has loose skin flaps that can be difficult to groom around. Time and care were put into grooming these areas very carefully to avoid any burns or cuts with the razor. He was also given lots of pets and treated with absolute respect while there. When we picked him up, he was happy and is now feeling so much better without all that extra fur. We will be going here from now on. Thanks so much!
I don't recommend people wasting their time went today had appointment at 2 with all four of my dogs I get there and door locked called number on door few times no answer
Have used four paws once before a couple months ago and then again 3 days ago, all well besides this last time. My pup came home with kennel cough ☹️

Been a member for about 3 months now and I just looove this place! Had a lot of lower backpain & joint pain before becoming a member. After joining this gym the pain went away. The saunas are really good against inflammation. Love the variety of classes they have. I had been to another regular gym for over a year but didn't see all the positive effects from it like I do with hotworx now. Another plus is that I never have sore muscles anymore after working out, wich I definitely had in regular workouts. (Thanks to infrared ) Oh and did I mention that the owner is a real fantastic lady! She has such a positive attitude and it looks like she knows all her members personally. The atmosphere there is wonderful. Don't hesitate, just join this gym!
I am so happy I found this place, I've been here five times with lower back pain and May is wonderful. She takes her time to find your trouble spots and I really work it. I would highly recommend this place

I’ve been getting massages for the better part of 20 years, and this was, hands down (no pun intended), the best one I have ever received. I got the Satnam deep tissue massage with Noemi - the way she practices is obviously very intuitive and not the “one size fits all” massage that tends to be the norm at most places. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and introduced me to sound therapy, which is nothing short of magical. I came in feeling tired, stressed, and sore and left feeling relaxed and even energized. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!
So many wonderful things to tell you about Jean! First, she is NOT a talker during the service, so you are guaranteed a quiet and relaxing experience. She is skilled and adept and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Her table is comfortable, her linens are soft. She will spend time with you in advance so she knows what treatment plan to give. I would go back again and again and again.
I’ve recently move to Lakeland and was looking for a masseuse. I scheduled an appointment with Tina. I went there with no referral from anyone just trying my luck. My first impression was like ? I hope she can give me what I am looking for. Needless to say, I walked out of there feeling like I was on a cloud. She was really good and very professional. I’m usually very picky. Try her, you won’t regret it.
I cannot say enough kind words about Menayra! She was absolutely incredible. Such a sweet and caring soul. Honestly the best massage I have ever had and my first lymphatic drainage. Absolutely night and day how I felt coming into the office vs leaving. I have had a ton of weight lifted off my shoulders and will now be a regular! I will recommend her to all of my friends & family!
