Had my first ever curly cut with Jacki, and she was phenomenal! She is so knowledgeable and educated me on each step of styling my hair. She suggested products to use, as well as those that I should steer clear of so they don’t weigh my hair down, and answered all my questions. I think I’m still in shock by how good my hair looks after she styled it. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for help with your wavy/curly hair.

I've been visiting The Nail Scene since I moved here from NYS in August 2024. The service is excellent. They use quality products and techs are friendly and professional. Powder manicures are performed with precision and expertise. Pedicures are performed with care and high quality products. Waxing is done with care and minimal "pain" and afterwords the skin is treated with comforting products. It's a beautiful shop with a professional and busy vibe. I highly recommend this salon. Christy is excellent at her job and a delight to work with.

I visited the East Hill Nail Spa for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a lovely experience. I had the pleasure of having Jenny as my nail tech. She was so kind and professional and even 2 weeks later my nails still look wonderful. The salon was very clean and had such a relaxing vibe to it, I loved it. My first impression of the Waxing Studio was so wonderful! I’m an RN who works 4 jobs, and it is usually so difficult for me to schedule ahead. I called to see if they had any immediate availability. Whitney was super patient on the phone, trying to find a time to accommodate me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a time to fit my needs, but she was kind enough to put me on a cancellation list. Within an hour, Whitney called to offer a cancellation time. Again, I was unable to accept. I was later able to move my schedule around, called Whitney back, and she was so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We were able to successfully set an appointment! While I was super embarrassed and felt guilty about all of the back and forth, Whitney never made me feel like I was a bother. She had the same kindness and patience with each interaction.My appointment was a great experience, too! Trish was patient and professional! She walked me through the process and never made me feel uncomfortable. She ensured I was comfortable with proceeding each step of the way. You can tell Trish cares about her clients and profession for all the rightreasons.The studio was clean and simple, but chicly decorated. Cynthia is beyond talented!!! Thank goodness I found her! I had my brows micro-bladed 5 years ago. Basically the blading was so deep they were tattooed and had faded to a washed out gray. With an artist’s eye for color, Cynthia used micro-needling to add new fresh pigment colors that brought my brows back to a beautiful natural looking color. She was also able to use color to diminish the shape of my old brow procedure and create a much more flattering brow shape.They are beautiful! She is a true artist!!!

Matt's work is second to none. He's done multiple tattoos for both my wife and I. We now live in NC and we book vacations just to come to Pensacola and spend all day in the shop. Anything he does will be the best work you have! Love coming here.
