I found Rocio due to the fact that she carries organic products. I’ve been cutting my own hair for a while since I stopped coloring and just have a plain all one length cut. I was glad to get it cleaned up by a professional. Rocio went way beyond my expectations for a simple cut. My hair has never looked better. She was determined to get it perfect. She kept going over it a number of times and she did an excellent job.
She fixed the pieces around my face which I’ve never known exactly what to do there and other stylists never did anything special with that either. I also appreciated the fact that even though I was going there for products, she didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff. She’s definitely a less is more person and isn’t all about making money off of you. She wants to give you the right products but wasn’t pushy at all.. quite the opposite … she sold me about the least amount of products as she could’ve considering I would’ve not been surprised if she recommended more. It was really the minimum which was refreshing. This shows she really has integrity and cares about people and her work, rather than just trying to make as much money as possible.
Her salon is delightful in decor as is her personality and chatting with her. I don’t do many reviews, but felt this was the time to share my experience. I am from Chicago, so I’m only here in winter, but will surely plan my haircuts to be more around winter time and do my usual touch ups myself as needed and she can fix it when I’m back lol. Thank you Rocio for being above and beyond the typcial salon in every way. I’m very excited about my new products. My hair is curling better after the treatment she gave me which removed the impurities. It’s like it can breathe again and be more of its natural self. I look forward to conditioner being able to penetrate my hair better now and using clean products. I can’t recommend Rocio enough!

Not only are her treatments relaxing for the body and mind, but I have already noticed a decrease in water retention. I did a "walk in" after calling in and Andrew gave me a grand cut along with the back of neck shave which was a real treat given its' absence at other places I have been. The care exercised included both careful listening and an eye and eyebrow touchup. Will absolutely be my go to place when we winter here! I can highly recommend!!

I've been getting my hair cut by John at Naples Barbershop for years and he has always done a great job! When I moved to Naples years ago, I tried, maybe, fifteen different shops from Immokalee Rd/41 to 41/951 and everywhere in between. No shop was too far when searching for a good cut. I was never satisfied and had some outright embarrassing cuts before I found Naples Barbershop. When the shop moved, forced out by an expanding Publix, I tried a couple new places but ended back with John when he reopened next to Jimmy P's across from the Coastland Mall. Getting a steak sandwich after a cut was a perk of the new location. Need a cut, go to Naples Barbershop and see John, or Kim!!!

No joke, arguably the best barbershop in the country. I’ve been cut in Chicago, NYC, Philly, Boston and no one compares to the crew at Louie’s down in Naples. Owner Louie is meticulous and every service is top notch professional. Lenny has cut my son’s for the last three years and they LOVE what he does! This place has become a staple during our annual vacations. Truly wish I could find a shop of this caliber back home.

AMAZING!!! I called as a walk-in and they were very kind and said they were able to take me right away. I got the passion spa pedicure with Victor and he was very detailed even with my tiny nail beds and my feet have never felt softer. All the staff were friendly and you could tell they knew their clients very well! Will definitely be back.

Pedicure was so relaxing. Andrea really made it so relaxing & felt so good on my sore feet. They don’t make you feel rushed & it allows you to actually enjoy the moment. The foot scrub & exfoliate smelled so good & felt amazing.
Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied

And I learned that two of their stylists are (one will be soon) certified pedicurists, so they are specially trained for older/sensitive/diabetic clients!

Have had mild rosacea across my cheeks and forehead for a few years. My dermatologist recently prescribed metronidazole, which after a couple weeks of usage the rosacea began to get worse. Every morning my face became extremely dry and scaly. The very expensive moisturizers from Sephora, etc. only inflamed my cheeks more. Erika recommended a Defense and Repair Serum, as well as a Rebalancing Moisture Treatment. Both were very gentle on my skin and generated immediate improvement. Within a few days, my face was clear. Now I use the treatments when needed and continue to have healthy and clear skin across my face and forehead. Thank you Erica!! You're a miracle worker!

My water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. My landlord hired Bard’s Plumbing and coincidentally, Bard himself came to do the job.Bard was SO nice, extremely professional, courteous, and did the work perfectly. Don't call any other company but Sunwest!! Just came back from a long Labor Day vacation to a lazy and leaking water heater. Called a few companies and they started off with maintenance plans which "could save me in the future" but didn't really explain the best solution for my home. Tara from Sunwest explained that Rheem offers a 12-year warranty on their Prestige Professional water heaters and explained these are more expensive but offer advanced leak protection and come with a water main shut-off valve in the event the unit does get old and fails/leaks as well as connectivity to Wifi. Her tech's Matt and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable, professional and treated the install like it was their own home! I have a few small projects in mind which need to be tackled. When I am ready, I am making one phone call to Sunwest All Service!

We moved to Naples a couple of months ago and were surprised the home had a central vacuum system. The motor failed on this 25 year old system and we called Larry at A-1 Vacuum Depot. A new unit was expertly installed by Larry as promised in about an hour. The new system is about 4 times more powerful, unbelievably quiet and hepa filtered! We and our cleaning lady couldn't be happier or more satisfied with Larry and A-1 Vacuum !! I give 5 stars !!

Sure enough 2 gentleman came to help me carry my 50 LB. rug. A beautiful showroom filled with one of a kind rare rugs from all over the globe. I was amazed by the huge amount of gorgeous, and highly detailed rugs. Each one was a masterpiece.
Apparently they have been in Naples for 20 years.
The price they quoted me to clean the rug was reasonable quote. They also need to cut it down since the rug is too big for the room it’s to be placed.

We recently had the privilege of working with Blanca for 2 vanity tops, our guest and master bath. We were not doing a full remodel, just countertops with new sinks and we had some challenges for them. Our guest bath at the back wall of the vanity is tiled and we did not want to replace. Carlos was amazing removing the old counter with not a single nick in the tile! The master bath, has a wall to wall mirror that was sitting on the backsplash of the old counter. We were hoping to keep that mirror, but Carlos was concerned it may break! Once again, he was a master at removing the old and replacing with new! It did not break and we are going to frame the mirror. Blanca worked at showing us numerous pieces that would work with our decor and she had 2 pieces from a previous job that fit our need and we loved the color and pattern. Just over 2 weeks from template to install. We are very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism we received from CounterTop Solutions of Naples. Having purchased a new house, thanks Ian, we were looking for a new pest control company. Our old one had grown to big and having to call Arizona for service was always a challenge. Having grown up in Lee County I was not familiar with Harps. Looking at there info I saw they had been in business for decades so gave them a try.Our service has been great. Our tech, Garrett, is always on time, professional and friendly.But they really stood out last week. On Sunday we saw several carpenter ants inside the house. It got worse as the day went on to the point that we had killed several dozen. On Monday morning I called Harps at 8:00AM. They immediately responded. The had another tech, Isaia, at our house at 9:40AM. Isaia was also very professional and friendly. He surveyed the situation and went to work both inside and out.Where I used to see ants outside, no more! Besides a few stragglers over the next 24 hours, no more inside.There is a reason this company has been here for all these years. They do it right!

Dr. Soto did such a great job on removal of "permanent" retainer (it was 10 years old and damaged for a 2nd time), I can't remember her name but the nurse or practitioner that was working with him also made sure that I was able to clear my mouth of all the debris from the removal. They were both very intensive on my expressions from having issues with breathing in debris or if I needed to cough. 11/10. We'll go see again.

I travel for a religious retirement ministry. This necessitates securing services up and down the east coast, as situations come up. Note: getting older is not for sissies, lol. In Florida, I have visited Dr Garcia three or four times. I found him a straight shooter. I thought he had a deft touch extracting a tooth - he split it and simply pulled out the smaller pieces. On an emergency basis (aren't they all!), his office took me each time, even though I was not a regular patient. I'm pretty discerning and I'd say, based on my limited visits, Dr Garcia is a good bet. One further note: Naples is not inexpensive. If you can get your services done home in Keokuk, Iowa, do so :)

Currently, I’m visiting on Marco Island with a dear friend, and she had never been to a dermatologist, however she had a lesion which I thought should be examined. I called Dr. Waltzer’s office, and even though he had not seen me in 10 years, he made time to give my friend an appointment, so that she could be checked and establish a patient/doctor relationship with him. Recently at practice for a procedure e d and c. Dr. Ronald Maceyko was amazing! Did not even feel a pin prick. The doctor explained procedure and purpose prior to starting. Made me feel at ease with his overall professionalism. Def a 5 star! I'd give him a 10 if I could. The entire practice is helpful and goes above and beyond from scheduling to billing. So glad we found this practice! I go to Naples location on Vanderbuilt bch rd. My husband goes to Bonita location. He is very pleased there too!
