This is a wonderful place for daycare! My grandchildren attended, and they absolutely loved it. The teachers are terrific and truly go above and beyond, treating the kids like their own. Communication was always great, and the activities were so thoughtful and fun. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their little ones.

Dr. Laura saw me for an issue with my tooth - she brought me in quickly and spent time talking me through the procedure. The tools she has in the office are great - a scanner that is paired with AI and the a machine to print the filling/crown on site to eliminate the need to come back a different day. Tooth is fixed! The office staff was friendly, too.
Couldn't ask for a better visit.

Got my hair cut by Carlin today. She absolutely heard me and gave me exactly what I asked for. She exceeded my expectations and if I could give her and Wavelength more stars, I would. I went in feeling so very insecure about myself and left feeling incredible. Best haircut I've ever had. Could you imagine having to be the barber cutting that before photo that I'm Posting?!?!? Shuly and her team are the real deal. I’m beyond happy with my new wig (photo attached) — it’s exactly what I had in mind, and that’s not something I say lightly.
What makes the whole experience different is simple: they listen. Like, really listen. And just as importantly, they genuinely care. You can feel it from the moment you walk in (or start the process) — the whole team follows Shuly’s lead, and they don’t stop tweaking, adjusting, and refining until you’re truly satisfied. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re their only client, even though I’m sure they have a million.
I also have to mention the maintenance/repair work they’ve done on my other wigs. Before I brought them to Shuly’s, they were… fine. Decent. But not perfect. Shuly and the team altered the caps, added baby hairs, and made a bunch of custom adjustments that honestly transformed two off-the-shelf wigs into pieces that feel custom-made for me.
If you’re even thinking about a wig — buying, fixing, customizing, anything — don’t waste your time anywhere else. Shuly’s is it.

Booked a session with Suzie. She was very attentive and helpful with doing my hair. It was the first seeing a new stylist in 30 years. She took her time and explained step by step what she was doing. I have short hair, so it was nice to see her take good care of me while trimming my hair. Haircut came out great and she washed my hair afterwards. Head massage add on was fantastic and highly recommended. Location was easy to get to, just a few blocks off the L train. Look forward to seeing her again.
I had a wonderful experience! My natural hair was taken care of, I received a style (Hybrid sew in with K tips) that suited me, my lifestyle, and matched exactly what I was looking for. I have flexibility, volume, and the extensions are seamless.
My health got destroy by a chemo drug that will not leave my body, so my naturopath suggested lymphatic drainage massage. I just happened to be in brooklyn area and found kim. Kim was the best thing happened to me. Her work helped me improve my gut function and I am able to absorb the food and supplements that I take. Without her work, I would never be able to improve my health the way I did.
I had such a great experience with Savannah! She did need to reschedule my appointment, but she did it with ample time. Her salon is really cute and welcoming. We talked about how I washed my hair, how I styled my hair before getting started. I really appreciated that. She also explained what she was doing and why, which I loved! She’s so friendly and she demonstrates that she wants to give you a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Had the best experience! Went in for a full head of highlights with a head of dark brown hair that hadn’t had highlights in 6-8 months and came out with a beautiful bright blonde balayage that felt healthy! 20/10 would recommend. Natalie did a wonderful job and she was so knowledgeable about hair and the blonde process. Where do I start? For starters, Kathy is SUCH A SWEETHEART. She is so positive, warm, and a pleasure to work with. Second, her studio is beautiful!! For something as unpleasant as a wax, her environment makes you feel comfortable immediately, a true reflection of who she is. Finally, this wax experience has been the most pleasant one ever. The wax she uses does not pull on the skin so while there is mild discomfort, its nothing like what I've felt with soft wax or other mediums. I had minimal swelling and no irritation.
Bottom line: Kathy is a true gem of an esthetician and I look forward to seeing her again. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, rather I am needing to contain myself to succinctly express all the positives there is to say!

I’ve been seeing Kadirah as my waxer for maybe 2 years now. She makes my wax experience so comfortable! She’s professional and prompt with quick hands and a friendly smile. I never feel judged or uncomfortable or as though she doesn’t want to be there. (As I’ve experienced elsewhere) Great environment from the clean bathrooms to the nice interior design of the surrounding workspace. She always has a nice show/movie playing which helps to distract me. She will also play great music during sessions, it’s perfectly soothing. Giving me some much needed peaceful spa-like down time. I get my Brazilians and Vagacial treatments here. I always feel smooth and skin looks clearer afterwards. Will continue to go monthly!

Ekaterina is a miracle worker! I had a stubborn pimple that would not go away for weeks. The next day after my facial, it was gone. I wish I took a before and after picture, the difference was incredible.

The masseuse was simply phenomenal and gave me the best massage I ever had.
I'm not kidding, she was like a T-800 and ruthlessly located and exterminated every knot I had, as if she took their existence personally.
Not only that, but she also expertly threaded that fine line of going hard enough to get rid of the knots quickly without causing pain, something a lot of other masseuse don't seem to grasp.
It was the first massage that didn't not hurt me, and it was the first one that did not cause weird aches and pains hours afterwards.
The place was also immaculately clean, well maintained, and the prices are fantastic.

Shine did a lovely job! I don’t typically do extensions but after I had a lash lift at another salon my lashes grew in a bit wonky and uneven with bent ends.
I just wanted a very natural low maintenance look ahead of a vacation. We did 60 of the 8-9mm size (shortest two length to my knowledge) lashes (I selected natural classic and asked for a muted version of what would have been typically done).
I’m very happy with it! I think they look like I have naturally thick and dark lashes (when mine naturally are blonde at the ends and don’t curl up much). Photo is with no mascara in daylight. Thanks, Shine!

I’ve always struggled with allergic reactions from lash glue and was honestly about to stop getting my lashes done. Over the past year, I tried a few different places around the neighborhood, but I kept having the same allergic reaction every time. (I don’t blame the lash techs because I know it’s just my allergy) but it was super frustrating.
When I met Tatiana, everything changed! She actually listened to my concerns and offered to do a patch test before starting (no one had ever done that before). She was so patient, careful, and really made sure I felt comfortable. For the first time in a year, I had no allergic reaction at all, not even redness, which I know it can be normal.
She’s super kind, really cares about her clients, and you can tell she loves what she does. Her work is beautiful and natural. she’s the best!

I've been getting my lashes done with Karchung for a very long time. Every visit ends with me being very happy with the result - she's so talented! I have very short Asian lashes which are really sparse so I get luxe hybrid done every few weeks and they always turn out perfect! I have no idea how she manages to make my tiny lashes so full, but she does an amazing job. I feel like a new person whenever she has worked her magic on me. Plus, she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I used to have really poor retention and lashes falling out from other salons, but since I've been seeing her, my lashes are actually growing better and staying put for longer.

Pre-Dame is unmatched. From the trial to the wedding day, everything went seamlessly and came out better than I could have ever imagined. Allie did my makeup, Michael did my hair. DREAM. TEAM. Most importantly, they listened when I had feedback during H+MU and adjusted accordingly. At the start of planning, I was not big on the idea of hiring a beauty team. When I realized there were some logistical advantages to hiring a beauty team, I asked Michelle and Willow House how fast they could get it done, and they worked with me to find a solution that we could get 12 services done in 3.5 hours, which was about as much as I could handle. Stefani, Natasha, and Loretta were incredible, everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup. Stefani and Loretta did a great job, especially with the moms. They stayed calm throughout, finished on time, and kept the vibes light and cheerful. They listened to each of my bridesmaids and me, and did not push any looks that anyone was uncomfortable with. Michelle was an exceptional makeup artist for my wedding! Not only did she do a lovely job with my bridal makeup (which lasted all night) she crushed it with my giant wedding party. Aside from makeup, she became a huge source of calm throughout the wedding. Not only did she make sure my makeup was good to go, she helped me with my tiara, veil, and entrance, even chasing a random loose dog down the aisle when a non guest let them off the leash near by. I couldn't be more grateful to Michelle! And in the wedding photos you can really tell the makeup was high quality. Me and all of my bridesmaids were thrilled. I had my helix pierced by Zoey he was very respectful, and nice. I first came to his shop for an industrial but when he saw my ears he made sure to mention that my ears weren’t shaped for an industrial and gave me other piercing options. That’s very good to know when getting anything pierced, The place is very nice to look at there’s a lot of cool drawings inside the place and there was music playing I really like the vibe. The pain was not bad at all. The price was not bad it was 70$ to get a helix on both ears. The price he was going to charge me when I asked for industrial on my right was 50$ which was pretty cheap in my opinion. I’m thankful I came here I left happy and pierced!

Before I left for vacation, I reached out to Optimus Plumbing because there was a problem with my boiler (it was leaking some water). Mr. Viorel came to check it out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve it. He wasn't there for more than an hour. He was truly professional! I'll be reaching out to Optimus Plumbing again now that the temperatures are getting cooler (and I'll need my boiler to be cleaned and tuned up).

I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion. He explained every step along the way and made sure to always clean up and respect our home. He's easy to talk to, trustworthy, and simply works as if he's working in his own home. It was a relief to find someone as skilled as him and someone I could rely on to get the job done. Our new system is incredibly efficient and works great. He even helped troubleshoot a radiator that hasn't worked in years and now it works fine. I recommend Mike without hesitation.

Dov is very responsive, professional, and I would highly recommend using them. Johan who came for the initial diagnosis/inspection was thorough and spent a couple hours to check everything to identify the issue causing a leak.

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I chose Sterling Electric based on the good reviews here and I want to add my own. My apartment has incredibly old wiring and electrical boxes and I picked a fixture that really did not work but the electrician from Sterling Electric figured out a creative way to make it fit. I really appreciated his creativity! He ran out to get a part to make the fixture fit/look perfect even with the workarounds he had to do.
I needed cameras and doorbells installed throughout my house and he did a clean, excellent job. He was early the day he came for my estimate and super professional. Freddy and his co-worker came the following morning to fix our LG Thin Q dryer which was so appreciated. Our dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. He explained the negatives of the model up front. Freddy said he could do a comprehensive maintenance, replace the thermostat and clean out the interiors large lint build up hidden around the inside of the barrel and all interior areas. We have no exterior venting due to living in an apartment
. He pointed out that this may not resolve the situation and there could be a heat pump issue and that we need to decide if we would rather just get a new machine. We decided to proceed with the work but so appreciated his honesty in saying we may be better of not paying him for the services but putting that towards a new stacking washer/dryer. That transparency is priceless. Our dryer now works like new! I would highly recommend Onefserice and Freddy for any appliance needs.
Dima came by promptly and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher right away. I have a new machine and they recognize the issue was actually with the waterline and not the machine after carefully examining the machine run. I also appreciate how they came in with bags over their shoes already before I answered. Fair price. Very professional.

For context: I own a Dyson Animal DC65, which means I actively navigate a shedding pet household. My vacuum finally gave up the ghost the same day I finished packing up Christmas decorations—faux pine needles everywhere. Perfect timing.
After a few alternate calls, I found Mr. Vacuum. I’ll admit, I hesitated at first because it’s “all the way down in Bay Ridge”—but then I learned they offer free pickup and delivery, which immediately changed the equation.
Joe picked up my vacuum a few days later and called the very next day with a clear diagnosis. The total cost for parts and repair was just over $100—well below the cost of replacing the vacuum. A few days after that, Joe called to say it was ready.
With his delivery driver out sick and free delivery not available until the weekend, I arranged an Uber Courier—and Joe personally met the driver at the curb to hand it off.

he technician arrived with a truck stocked with common parts. He had exactly what was needed to fix my dryer's heating element on the spot, so I didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered. That kind of preparation makes a huge difference.
I called Slava from AllSafe Appliance to fix my refrigerator. He was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning, arrived on time and was able to diagnose and the issue very quickly. He had the spare part that needed replacements in his van and he wasted no time in making a replacement. The refrigerator is now as good as new! After he finished with this job, I asked him to take a look at my dryer as it started to make some strange noises. He quickly told me what the issue is likely to be and after he troubleshot it some more he was able to confirm it. Latter on we agreed that he will order the spare part required. Once he got the part we scheduled an appointment, and once again he was on time, was very professional, and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. I would definitely call he again if I need any repair work on my appliances. --Alex

Mike was great. He’s very humorous, respectful, and thoughtful. We had a broken washer and fridge, and he was able to respond to and fix to both. Every year we come to Brooklyn for the Park Slope historic brownstone tour. I'm in awe of these beautiful homes and short of owning one, touring these multi-million dollar homes is the next best thing. We prefer to stay in Brooklyn (my favorite city in the world) and live like a local for a few days, choosing a rental apartment over staying in a hotel. I like to explore different neighborhoods and the culture each one offers, as every one is distinct in their own right. This year we choose Windsor Terrace, a more residential and somewhat suburban neighborhood compared to ones in the past. We drove to Brooklyn instead of taking the train so the ample street parking was a key factor in our decision. Like mentioned before this neighborhood felt a little more suburban and featured a variety of home styles. While I didn't see any genuine brownstowns there were some with the same styling. Many of the homes had driveways and/or garages. The neighborhood was flanked by a highway on one side and the historic Greenwood cemetery on the other. The subway accessibility was not as saturated as in other neighborhoods so we opted to walk and drive. There were several small parks within walking distance that featured nice playgrounds for smaller children but limited green space. Overall it was much quieter and you almost forgot the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn was only a few blocks away. For me personally as much as I appreciated the safety and ease of parking I prefer someplace more upbeat and lively. We had to drive or walk a good 20-30 minutes to get to an area that had multiple retail and dining choices. In our immediate 5 block radius there was only a café, a pizza joint, and an ice cream place. The residents were all very nice and Sat and Sunday had "stoop sales" where everything was free. It was relaxing to walk around and check out everyone's items that were up for grabs. We enjoyed ice cream from Kathy's and sat in the park. Overall a nice visit, one that I would consider again if I was driving.

You are dealing directly with the owners: who are transparent and upfront, unlike so many other places. Here, you’re paying for the parts and the service call ($150 in Feb’26), which in my case happened on the same day.
Top of the line service...called this am...we negotiated time and the tech was right on time. Assessed the job and did an excellent job of repairing our lock. This was compared to another company on this site that quoted a price of 450minimum to changea lock. Once they started talking about new shiny handles and plates I knew they were jokers.

I rarely write reviews, but their professionalism impressed me so much that I had to share my experience. I own a mix of rugs collected from trips a Moroccan flatweave, a small silk Persian runner, and a larger Turkish wool rug. They handled each one like a separate project, explaining how Persian rug cleaning requires different care than Turkish rug cleaning or Moroccan rug cleaning. They picked up everything directly from my apartment and transported it to their facility with modern machines and drying systems. When the rugs came back about eight days later, they looked richer in color and had zero harsh smell, which matters a lot to me. This company genuinely knows how to respect quality materials.

The first time Leonard and his crew were able to make a truly terrifyingly dusty studio apartment sparkling in just a few hours. I always try to support local businesses when I can. I also believe that when you see the work trucks of a home services business repeatedly in your neighborhood, something good is happening.
I began using TopLine Home Improvement in 2022(?) and when I contracted with Tom, Jimmy, Nick, and the Team @TopLine to do some window and door replacements, I was very comfortable with my choice(s). Actually, at first I contacted Renewal By Anderson, and while I am sure that they have a wonderful product, and installation team, I have to say, I have never noticed their trucks or signage in my neighborhood, and they are flipping expensive!
So I reached out to TopLine; which is just a few blocks from my house, and Maureen; who runs the office, scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Nick. Nick shows up a couple of days later, and does a wonderful presentation of OKNA Windows, and I forget the door company or brand, but a longer story short, I called back the next day after processing everything, and my budget, and I hired TopLine to begin the job. And everything was just perfect!
A year later, it was time to replace the roof. Jimmy arrives, and gets up on his ladder, and inspects the site, makes me a quote, and voila! I have a new roof done by Topline!

We contracted Gaudioso for renovations on our new home in early March. We received a thorough, detailed quote very quickly, and the overall professionalism at the start was impressive. Shortly afterward, our HVAC system unexpectedly broke, and we needed to pause our original plans. Gaudioso was patient and kept in touch appropriately while we figured things out. When we changed the scope a month later and asked for help with the HVAC, they sent someone out immediately, which we really appreciated.
Up to this point, our experience had been fantastic. Where things became challenging was in receiving the updated estimate. For several understandable reasons: questions about whether the HVAC needed full replacement and someone being out on vacation—the quote was delayed. However, it was still very stressful to have to follow up multiple times, especially as the project stretched into the summer when we urgently needed AC. We also felt unsettled on the first day of work when the project manager, who had been to our home previously, seemed unclear about the details of the project. It made us concerned about how this project would go. Additionally, despite several requests to make my husband the primary contact (and even setting up a group text), communication continued to go only to me, which was frustrating.
Once the work actually began, though, everything went smoothly. The workers who came to the house were consistently kind, respectful, and tidy. They did a wonderful job on both the bathroom and the HVAC. After the initial hiccups, the project manager’s communication improved significantly when it came to decisions about shower doors, tile, and other details. There were still a few moments where communication could have been clearer, but things ultimately worked out well.
Overall, we’re very happy with the final result and with the professionalism of the team once the project was underway. Gaudioso is a great company with skilled, courteous workers, and with a few improvements to communication and project coordination, the experience could be even better. We would work with them again.
We had a full co-op remodel done by A to Z Renovations and the experience was excellent. Our designer, Gisselle, helped us create a beautiful and functional layout, and her guidance made a huge difference. Matt, our project manager, kept everything organized and on schedule. Earlier in the week, we had found a bed bug in the master bedroom of our 2 bedroom apartment. I decided to reach out to above and beyond bed bug services and there team did not disappoint. Liz was very helpful in arranging an inspection that same day. Shortly after I received a call from Luis who was very compassionate and forthcoming about the process of eliminating our problem would entail. He was very proactive and took initiative to call me and my family personally to provide relief and make us confident in his teams technique to deal with our issue. One of the solutions above and beyond specializes in is called aprehend, which is a fungal spore to create a barrier that will infect the bugs and eventually dispose of them. With this process we were able to bypass the stress and time constraints of packing up everything before we can attack the issue. An hour after my phone call with Luis, our technician Luke Edward arrived and we were very pleased with his not only his professionalism but knowledge of bed bugs, their behaviors and what to look for moving forward in the process. Edward performed another inspection to in our unit an gave us a breakdown on how he was going to treat our apartment. After his inspection he surmised that we had minimal activity in one of the bedrooms but got to work and treated our whole apartment. Edward's professionalism, kindness, and knowledge really made the beginning stage of this process as easy and stress free as I think it can be for me personally. I cannot thank Luis and his team enough for how they responded to this. Professionalism, knowledge and most importantly care are things that are guaranteed when dealing with above and beyond. I'm very confident this treatment will work and look forward to effective results when they return to make sure we're in the clear.

Great reputable, knowledgeable, well established , local exterminator service. I called about a potential bed bug issue a tenant reported at an apartment of mine. Based on pictures from tenant, i was sure it was bed bugs. They came next day assessed right away AND it wasn’t bed bugs, but dust mites!
He was very, very thorough and explained us the cause of the issue as well! He also looked at everything in detail and clearly explained to us where the issue was coming from, where some of the potential future problem areas can be and helped us prevent it early.

We reached out to Alleycat Exterminating when we began to have some more visitors in our apartment of the mouse and roach variety after our cat died. Don talked my husband through some steps we could take to try and plug any holes and fix the issue on our own if we wanted to but after finding a few more bugs we decided to make an appointment to have professionals help.
Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them.
Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals. Very much recommend them!

Eli is amazing to work with! He was very thoughtful about how to prune Q Gardens' beloved but problematic mulberry tree to best effect for maximizing light over our crop beds. He introduced us to the concept of pruning trees to reduce the sense of protection from predatory birds that they can give rats. His work was efficient and quick -- the pruning and cleaning up was done in just one afternoon. We feel very lucky to have found Eli and TreeTech!

I worked with Dr. Fidler for a shoulder injury/rotator cuff tear and had an excellent experience. What stood out immediately was that Jason treated this like a true return-to-sport process. He ran a full program with me, not just a series of sessions. He reviewed my MRI and notes from my orthopedic surgeon and used them to shape the care plan. He was also generous with his time when I asked questions about next steps and medical decision-making (including how to think about whether additional PRP made sense). He was patient and thoughtful and his guidance practical and reflective of his clinical knowledge and personal experience having navigated multiple sports injuries and rehab processes.
Dr. Fidler focused on underlying contributors, not just symptom relief. We worked on scapular strength and mechanics, posture, and movement patterns that likely contributed to the injury. He also combines multiple modalities (PT, chiropractic/manual work, and active release techniques), which helped address both mobility and strength deficits that made me prone to injury.
Over 5-6 months, we progressed from basic rehab to complex lifting. I went from not being able to do much upper-body lifting—let alone CrossFit—to doing nearly everything again, including overhead/Olympic lifting. I highly recommend him.

I had an injury while leaving work a couple of years ago. I was referred to Maximum Orthopedics. During my time here I have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend working with Carol Patti, the nutritionist at Dr. Auerbach's office. In addition to advice about eating habits, Carol taught me Emotional Freedom Techniques, which is also called tapping, and that really helped me deal with my digestion issues. Tapping has been a huge help, and I am grateful to Carol for teaching me this terrific technique.
For years I suffered with a lot of pain on both arms due to a fall in 2012. On one arm I have a partial tear and the other a full tear. I been to therapy and have taken pain medication, but nothing helped. While on Facebook I saw the doctor using Wave Therapy. I decided to try it and it has helped the pain and the motion on both of my arms. Administration is very cordial and always made sure you are okay. Dr. Abou-Fayssal has been treating my 31 y/o son since April 2025 for his hemi-spasticity and hemiparesis/hemiplegia from a hemorrhagic stroke in Aug 2024. She is wonderful! Since starting botox injections there is a noticeable improvement in his muscle rigidity and bicep contracture, and better fluidity in walking. Dr. Abou is thoughtful, precise, and cautious. She explains the plan of care thoroughly and tailors it for each individual. Her staff is awesome, her scheduler/receptionist is pleasant with a ready smile, her assistant/nurse is super friendly and helpful. We've also seen her at the NYU 55th St Brooklyn location.

My first experience at GVH was years ago with my cat, and it was great—super nice staff. Now I have three dogs, and we’ve already visited twice. I truly trust this place because they take excellent care of my dogs. The clinic is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. That’s all that matters to me.
I have taken 2 cats' there. When my 1st was sick and eventually had to be put down, Dr. Max and the staff were wonderful. Helping me figure out what was wrong and explaining things to me as far as maybe putting her down. They took my second cat no problem and were just as great with treating her. She has anxiety and a heart murmur and again Dr. Max was wonderful with her. When I was getting ready to move out of the state I asked a lot of questions about how to travel with her, medication, etc... They are a wonderful place and I recommend anyone take their pets there.

the location was in 67 bayridge brooklyn I highly not recommend this vet when it comes to safe a life i felt ignore. I went there with my sphinx cat looking for help crying in pain the vet didn't even took a look at her just sent the receptionist to the front to tell me about the prices of their bussiness. instead of helping me to safe my cat she was only 5 years the only thing they said was take her to the humane society in Manhattan we don't take walk in after all that time my cat died in the way the humane vet said it was a blood clot she died in pain that if at least this place woulded stabilize her to calm her with the pain she woulded made it alive what would a pain killer cost I woulded paid if this place really care for cats in need of help why the vet didn't even check her and help me out she probably would've being here today with me. I won't recommend it is more about the money than the care of a pet sorry. they left me with a bad feeling of their way of receiving animal at their place.

Prompt treatment following the initial appointment at a very reasonable price. The quality of care was excellent. Another clinic suggested waiting until my cat began showing signs of pain, but cats cannot communicate discomfort. Rather than waiting for the condition to worsen, Dr. Korobkova promptly addressed and resolved all of my cat’s dental issues with professionalism and care.
Animal Clinic of Canarsie has been a great place to take my pets over the years. The vet and the staff are incredibly friendly and personable and I've found their rates quite affordable.
We rescued a pup at the beginning of 2025 and chose this place as our vet purely for geographical reasons but we got lucky. I love the laidback, homey vibe with little trinkets everywhere. These folks love animals and don’t need to make a show of it. They are transparent and communicative about prices, options, and try to get the most out of every visit.
They took in my new adopted cat last minute after noticing he kept vomiting every day. Checking in was very easy with simple paperwork. The didn’t take long to see my cat and the vet took her time figuring out the issue by asking many questions. After the examination, she gave me affordable options before doing expensive treatments. After choosing the affordable option, it didn’t take very long to receive the prescribed food. Now it’s been a couple of months since the visit. My cat is now in a much healthier weight and no longer vomits every day. I am very pleased with my experience.
Other things to be aware of: it is a very busy clinic. The front desk lady is handling calls, check ins, and payments at the same time.

Dr Ramos is always so personable and knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns and questions and is thorough in her communication. She has incredible compassion for the pets she sees and treats them with such care. The staff at Northside were all very friendly and helpful as well.

We love DIGS! Our cavapoo, Howard, goes to daycare and walks with the team at DIGS. He always has the best time— and they send us lots of photo updates! He also gets groomed at DIGS— they are incredibly thorough and gentle and do a great job.

I love Pet Super Nanny and the staff. It's clean and spacious. The owner is great and cares a lot about providing a high standard of care for the dogs. My dog gets excited every time we walk over for daycare and comes home happy and exhausted.

I love how scruffy our dog is but he always need a trim before summer. We have gotten some bad haircuts in the past so I’m always nervous but Jamie made him look like a puppy again!!! With in minutes of the first class of Yoga For Strong Bones, Jennifer showed me how to sit comfortably crosslegged with multiple props. I told her that I felt my investment was worth it with just that. She made me more aware of holding tension and releasing tension and breathing more effectively. She led us through 12 poses that are alleged, according to the NY Times, to prevent and even reverse osteoporosis. Jennifer brings her own special sauce by reading from a book of Rupi Kaur poems and creating a peaceful space that is calming to the nervous system.I am so appreciative for this amazing group of women that I share this experience with each week!

I have tried other yoga classes, but none could compare to the way she thoroughly explains each pose. Lula Body has been so much more valuable than any PT I’ve found for my arthritic hip. The private sessions have been transformative in strengthening and awareness. All of the instructors have profound insight and talent for a variety of group offerings, as well. It is a real pilates body studio, with a friendly neighborhood client diversity.

I can’t explain how transformative this experience has been. I come all the way from New Jersey to Brooklyn to reduce the cellulite on my legs and having the body contour on my abs. Patricia is very attentive and skillful at CranioSacral Therapy. I used to be a practitioner so I know that I’m picky and have high expectations. She totally meets and exceeds my standards and has such a big heart for healing the mind and body together. After my fall, I knew to reach out to her for concussion symptoms and her patience and expert skills were so welcomed. I am healing and I know I will return to her to support me in this process. Trauma is something that has to be held and the intelligence of the body knows what to do, but the therapist has to have the right touch to allow it to happen. Highly recommend her and Haven.

Today was my second therapy session at TULA with Evelyn Yim, and Evelyn was patient, informative and encouraging. I learned a great deal about how the exercises can help strengthen the muscles of even an older person like myself, and I was so pleased that Evelyn took the time to answer my questions and concerns. In addition, her thoughtful emails have been evidence of her listening to me and of a professional caring for her client.

Rahaman and the team here are lovely. I was here for my neck and experienced significant improvements in my pain and mobility in just a month of working with them. Great appointment availability especially in the mornings. Clear PT instruction and always answers questions. Also great digital platform you can use at home to keep you on track. You can “self refer” for a limited number of sessions to get started, so no need to get script from your doctor necessarily. Overall, friendly knowledgeable group that will get your body right! Totally recommend.

Tribeca PT, Dr Wing and Dr Yuan are phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with severe neck pain, after the first visit I was able to turn my neck again, did not feel much pain right after massage, adjustment and cupping. Dr Wing is a magician and so is Dr Yuan. They both explain the mechanism of injuries and how it impacts mobility and movement very well. I have learned a lot from the sessions, the exercise program is working to improve a lot of other issues I have had. Very happy with the place, the place itself is very nice as well.

Over the years (I am 64 years old), my wife and I have been to numerous physical therapy establishments, but there is absolutely no comparison to Brooklyn Body Works. It really is in an entirely different class. The professionalism is top tier; the scope of therapeutic applications can easily meet any particular individual's rehab requirements; but what makes it stand out so completely above all others is it's owner and director, Matt Spiegelman. He is continually upgrading his already massive therapeutic knowledge, and 15-minutes after meeting with him, you already absolutely know you are in the hands of one of the best practitioners of the craft possible. Both his knowledge and practical application of such continually astounds me and my wife.
Some 20-years ago, when we first went to BBW, housed in a tiny space at the time on the first floor, I only half-joked with him that I wish I could invest in his enterprise; you know, buy some shares or become a silent partner. That sentiment has only grown stronger as I have watched his practice blossom on the now much larger second floor space he occupies.

Brooklyn Acupuncture Medicine resolved months of excruciating hip pain and, more recently, plantar fasciitis. I thought at my age I was facing hip replacement! Devante was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and feel significantly more loose in my problem areas after he worked on me. One of the best massages I've had and feeling like I can get back to activities I felt limited in.

My daughter was diagnosed with sleep apnea. My husband and I did not want to go through with the adenoidectomy recommended by the ENT physician. While I was seeing Caitlin for a back issue, she mentioned there was a pediatric acupuncturist. I had no idea kids could be treated with acupuncture.

I went to Yulia after I had a full ACL tear hoping to increase blood supply to the knee via acupuncture. Yulia spent the time getting to know me. Thought about what the best option would be for my situation. She flipped me on my tummy so I could receive treatment on my back, which was perpetually tight, at the same time as my knee.
After multiple treatments over 2 months, I went back to Dr. Greg DiFelice, my orthopedic surgeon at HSS. He thought my ACL was healing on its own. I definitely was feeling better too.

Hae is an oracle, her title of an acupuncturist and an herbalist doesn't do it a justice, and she is far and beyond the category and the label.
Hae is highly spiritual, not in a sense of new age, almost otherworldly but strongly based on reality with deep and solid wisdom, and seems to have gone through many countless lives.
The result from her healing work is real, actual, and almost immediate.
I went to see Hae for physical discomfort and she saw me like an open map with multi angular vision.
And she was able to see the hidden areas in me that I didn't even know I have, very quickly.

Upon a friend's recommendation I chose to learn to drive here. I highly recommend my instructor Juan Carlos. He taught me everything I needed to know to pass the test. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and Juan Carlos was firm yet very helpful and attuned the lesson to my needs. Passed on the first try!
My son took 5 lessons and the online 5hr course through Drive-rite. Lessons were very helpful and he passes his road test on the very first try.
it’s been about two weeks now since the road test and finally I’ve passed the road test. Finally overcoming the challenge I thought it was impossible but don’t worry for anyone wondering about it, I believe everyone can do it as for me since day one approaching to bath beach driving school. They have been the best thing that has ever happened to me when it comes to the supportively nature and professionalism within learning the basics of driving from the wonderful instructors I had. Now to those I’ve met along the way thank you so much Debra with beginning to being informative about the decision and offers with the lessons as well with the scheduling part.

Kiyoko and Tom, I will forever and always be thankful for this opportunity to learn about the importances within the conversations I’ve had from both of you when it came to the advantages and disadvantages of my own with driving. Both Kiyoko and Tom have been so caring, kind and bringing a wonderful encouragement to me with a positive attitude with the reassurance on the lessons as well with the day of the road test to giving tips and guidance along the way. Really great driving school with knowledgeable and patient instructors. Always felt reassured driving with them there. Most of my lessons were with Beck and he always provided good advice while keeping things light and casual. Would recommend!
Mr. Hughes is an amazing instructor. He explains things clearly and keeps everything simple to follow. He’s patient and calm, and he makes it so much easier to learn while driving. He helped me pass the road test easily. I would definitely recommend him!

Instructor Cai is an excellent and highly professional teacher. Unlike other schools, this driving school is truly top-notch; after just two lessons, I could immediately tell the difference in quality. I will definitely recommend this driving school to my family and friends in the future.
Mr.Ed is an amazing instructor. He taught me how to not be nervous, parallel parking and proper turns. I’m so grateful that he taught me the way he did and when needing to correct was respectful! I passed the test today! Thank you Mr. Ed.
