No one knows the air conditioning & heating industry better than Dalton Air Conditioning (Larry Dalton)! His knowledge and service is topnotch. Everything Larry said he was going to do, he did. I called him on a Tuesday to assess my a/c and he said he'd be out later that afternoon; he was on time. He said he would have his inspection report for me the following day; he was on time. He said he was coming out to take some measurements on a Friday; he was on time. Every time he said he was going to call me with an update; he was on time. We scheduled a new a/c replacement on Monday at 5am; he was on time. Even more impressive is he did this all himself! There's absolutely no one else I would call if I had a/c problems. Larry is the man! I haven't even mentioned pricing yet. In this day and age where it seems contractors are gauging people with the costs of their services, Larry's pricing was/is very very fair. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Dalton Air Conditioning. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Nadia is the best hands down, I would say I have been all over the valley looking for a decent barber that can schedule appointments and have flexibility and Nadia’s is hands down the best. If you want your extensions to be done right, last long, feel comfortable and not even feel like you have any in, this is the only place I trust…Mari and Syd truly know what they are doing and are very professional..never had a problem ever, both have done my extensions and go above and beyond but Mari has done mine at least 6 years and they never disappoint…could never imagine going anywhere else again. I explained this to Carleta and got exactly what I asked! She was super attentive and professional she even made me feel like we were friends. Helena is the only reason I did not bring my business elsewhere. She is incredible. I had another tech my second visit there and she seemed rushed. If I'm paying 25.00 for eyebrows I want them done right and I don't want to feel like a number.
I decided to give EWC a third try and ask for Helena (who was my first tech). She delivered again. She is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and takes her time. I feel like she actually cares about the clients. I'm certain as a chain, EWC wants a high number of customers to cycle through. When she saw them her first objective was to get the gobs of glue off of them from previous people. This was the first time I have tried microblading. Tina was lovely to work with. She took great care to be sure I understood exactly what to expect, during the procedure, during the healing process, and while enjoying my beautiful renewed eyebrows for the next 12-18 months. She provided me with a care kit after the procedure and helped me understand the best way to assure my microblading results last as long as possible. Great people there service is wonderful. Angie did my tattoo she just did her thing like butter spread on a piece of bread , didnt even hurt just felt like vibrations and she was so detailed and made my tattoo look exactly how I imagined it ! She put it together so well. We chatted and talked had a few laughs and sometimes at other places you don't get that type of service and hospitality. I felt comfortable there it really felt like a no judgment free zone. Come as you are all are accepted at this tattoo shop! I called at 6:30 AM and received an appointment for 2:00. My water heater needed to be replaced. The location of my gas heater is a VERY difficult location to work on. Service tech Adam diagnosed the problem, picked up the new heater, and replaced it. All of which happened on a late Friday afternoon. The only part I am unsure of for my experience is the cost. It seems high, but that is on me.
The technician was fast and professional. He noticed right away that the leak was coming from my irrigation system and was able to turn it off.

Our experience with Deer Valley Plumbing and Air Conditioning was great! Our air went out at 12:45 am this Sunday. We called several companies who advertised 24/7 Emergency Services and the earliest they could get a tech out to our house was Tuesday or Wednesday. When I reached out to Deer Valley that Sunday morning, I was able to schedule an appointment with a tech between 9 and 11 am that day, Our tech, Zac, phoned with an update on his arrival and arrived on time. After a lengthy inspection of both mechanical and electrical components, he confirmed what we had suspected was that our 22 year old air conditioner was dead. Zac took the time to talk to us about new AC units and worked directly with his manager to obtaining pricing that very same day so we would not have to wait for a sales appointment. In addition, Zac and his manager, Jeremy, were able to quickly line up installation techs for the following day. On Monday, I received a phone call from Logan with a status update and within a hour the new unit was delivered. Logan was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Jeremy, the manager who also has 27 years experience in the installation field, was on site and helped Logan get the new unit up and running faster. Once installation was complete, they took the time to familiarize us with the new thermostat and made sure all of our questions were answered. Prior to leaving, Deer Valley Plumbing and Air Conditioning made sure everything was left clean and in an orderly fashion.!!In addition, they made sure that our old unit was picked up shortly afterwards for proper disposal.
My AC went out and the technician showed up within 30mins and had everything up and running within the hour! Great service.

10-01-2024...I want to thank Mark for the great work he did on his recent visit to my residence. He was very professional and knowledgeable on what problem that needed to be fixed with the outside pipes. He was also very thorough as well. I was having problems with vibrations and loud banging that resonated from the outside to inside the house with my pipes. I originally hired a different company to install my 22.8 kW solar array and dual Enphase 10C batteries, and the initial installation was a complete disaster. The original contractor left me with undersized conduit, inadequate wire gauges, and massive performance bottlenecks that throttled the system's output.
I brought in BPSE to do a comprehensive retrofit and correct the botched work, and the difference in quality was night and day. John Black, Darien, and the entire installation crew were incredibly professional, technically proficient, and highly communicative. They knew exactly what was needed to meet utility requirements and optimize performance. They systematically reconfigured the main feed and solar loop, upgraded the system disconnect to 200A, and accurately implemented the proper PCS settings so the system finally works exactly as designed.
Everything went flawlessly. The team was punctual, respectful of my property, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. My only regret is that I didn't hire BPSE from the very start. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, competent contractor for solar installations, battery retrofits, or general residential electrical work. Five stars.

My wallet was stolen over the Fourth of July weekend with my house key and car key attached to it, so I’d already spent a couple of days replacing cards and trying to figure everything out. Then, a few days later, I somehow managed to lock my only remaining car key inside my car. I honestly wanted to crawl into a hole.
I called Alcatraz Locksmith and spoke with Todd. I explained what had happened, and he immediately said he’d get someone out to help. Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn’t have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. Being able to take care of everything in one visit was such a relief.
The work was excellent, but what I’ll remember most is how Todd and Craig treated me. After the week I’d had, I was embarrassed enough already. Neither of them made me feel stupid for locking my key in the car. They were friendly, reassuring, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
Craig also mentioned they can help me get a second key fob made, which I’ll definitely be doing. After this week, I’ve learned my lesson. If I ever need a locksmith again, Alcatraz Locksmith will be my first call.

I was very impressed with Momentum and the two men sent out to clean 3 rugs. After they got here I also added two stool cushions. Everything turned out looking fantastic. I really appreciate them using corner protectors so the hose & tubes didn’t scrape against my walls or furniture. Everything was returned the way it was with recommendation to put a fan near a rug that was still wet. The best part was the lack of upsell! They didn’t try to talk me into having my ducts cleaned or tile done! I’ll definitely use them again.

I've never hired a cleaning service before and had no idea what to expect. The service I had was to do a deep clean with plans to have recurring monthly service after that. The first service is more so they can get the house up to their standards and the price goes way down after that for recurring service. I was blown away at how sparkling my house is!! They did an amazing job. My house has never looked this good. I was never able to get my house this good on my own. The cleaning team led by Janeth was so professional and friendly and made me really comfortable with the whole experience. Bruni and her team did a fabulous job cleaning my townhome before renters move in! They deep cleaned around 1300 sq ft plus a two car garage for just under $800. I have no idea what cleaning rates are like, but I thought their efforts were worth the price! It's never looked or smelled as good as it does now.
Randal and his sister have been cleaning our house for several years. They always do a great job! They are attentive to our requests and needs and follow through with them. They also do our windows and they look amazing when they’re done!! They’re friendly and like to joke around with each other and us but are still very professional! Our house always looks wonderful when they’re done. I would highly recommend them if you looking for a cleaning service. If you are considering a remodeling of your home and floors, save yourself the time and concerns and go with Urban Customs. Heath and his contracting team are absolutely superb in professionalism, design layouts, any work arounds that arise (Heath literally built a Murphy door for us using the present door vs us having to buy one and install) and just as important to anyone....PRICING. My wife and I consulted with several companies in the valley and Heath was nearly 40% cheaper. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and duration were all above board. Each contactor was equally thourough in their setup and clean up on a daily bases. Heath and his team converted our den into a full media room, to include a complete demolition to the studs, new carpeting, new cabinets for storage, a superb sound system to include speakers in the ceiling, cam lighting and leather granite for the counter tops. After that job we waited a few months had our kitchen renovated, we changed from an electric stove to gas, new appliances, new kitchen layout (moving the refrigerator to the east wall opeing up spacing for the new stainless steel gas range with new cabinets, new counter tops, new flooring, new lighting, converted the old dining room into a sitting lounge with a coffee and drinking station, new paint scheme throughout the house, new ceiling fans and new flooring. We rented out house out for short term rentals while we were living in San Diego and renovating our home was important to us upon moving back to Phoenix. The house is absolutely stunning and without the terrors, hassles and most importantly our savings and financial portfolio weren't exhausted at all. On budget and under the scheduled time for completion. We can not recommend Urban Customs strongly enough.

In 2023 we did a whole house remodel and from all trades involved, the wood floor and baseboard work done by Olympic Hardwood was absolute tops! His crews were very meticulous, hard working and polite. The workmanship is impeccable and we literally cannot find a single thing to criticize or complain about!
Olympic hardwood performance was all the more remarkable since they we brought in on short notice as we had to fire the originally chosen by us flooring company due to extremely shoddy work.
Rafal’s crews took over the job at the floor leveling stage, re-leveled the flooring in the whole house and perfectly completed the install of wood flooring and baseboards while on a very tight schedule caused by the firing the original trade. Rafal literally rescued what could have been a disastrous install by another well known flooring company/store.
We definitely will choose Olympic Harwood should we have another flooring project.
We recently had our tile flooring redone throughout most of our home in Scottsdale and honestly had a really great experience. I was nervous going into such a big project because we have kids, a dog, and a busy schedule, but the crew made the whole process way less stressful than I expected.
The floors turned out beautiful and completely changed the look of the house. Everything feels brighter, cleaner, and more modern now. The installers showed up when they said they would, kept the work areas surprisingly clean, and were really respectful of our home the entire time. I also appreciated that communication was consistent — I never felt like I was chasing someone down for updates.
There are so many contractors in the Valley and it’s hard to know who to trust, but I’m genuinely happy we went with them. We’ve already had friends ask who did our floors after seeing the results. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a smooth experience.

We had our stairs and upstairs done about 4 1/2 years ago and hated the color, material, and workmanship - Mayfair ripped it all up and redid our stairs as well as leveled the entire second floor properly before installation. We love our new floors, it's like having a whole new house.
We had our one year repairs done on our new build and our builder contracted Stockett for some caulking on our stone countertop. Dougley came out on behalf, and he went above and beyond and addressed some chips in the countertop. It looks as good as new. Highly recommend and very happy with the result
My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. I've ordered window shade screens two separate times and both experiences were great! Emails are responded to quickly and had no issues with quotes or installation. I've had the first batch of screens for a couple years now and they are good quality and have held up great. Would highly recommend.
I had an ugly 4 foot long crack in my granite between the kitchen sink and the backsplash. I sent photos to AZ Stone Restoration and they got back to me in a short time with a quote. After seeing the time and effort it took to make the repair, I feel like it was a very reasonable price. The repair looks great and I appreciate the time spent to match colors on granite the had lots of variations. Recommended!

The exhaust fan required a good bit of work as it was so old that a direct replacement was not possible. The whole thing had to be torn out and replaced!

I flew to Phoenix specifically to pick granite for an outdoor kitchen project at my winter home. I thought this would be quick and simple. I started with the supplier recommended by my contractor. They were mildly helpful, but had very little 3 cm inventory. Turns out tarrifs on granite from some countries are 50% and no one is bringin in new right now. I had one day to get this done. I tried several more options with little service oriented help and no success. I returned home to do more research and call first before racing around town any longer.
My second new find was AZ Royal Granite and Remodeling. An energetic young man answered and truly listened to what I was looking for. Before I could ask, he used caller id to know my phone number and texted a Pic from their lot with a great suggestion. This level of initiative is so rare and I knew I'd just found a great source to solve my problem. Sam was amazingly, patient, and knew his inventory like no other shop I'd tried. We hired Redemption Renovations off a referral from Square One Restorations after a water damage event in the kitchen. I must say it was a gift from God. The hardest most nerve racking obstacle to overcome when tackling a major remodeling , like our kitchen is finding a reliable, fair and honest contractor. And Adam Estavillo with Redemption fits that description perfectly.
Communication is key and Project Manager Anthony was superb in letting us know when the workers were going to show and what would be taking place. The quality of work was very good and even though we had a couple of hiccups during the remodel, (which is inevitable with any major project) Adam would personally attend to the fix. The quality of the materials used, which we ordered thru Redemption's warehouse suppliers was great and very fair priced. The final price of the kitchen remodel compared to the initial invoice was very close which was mostly due to our project changes and additions.
We're very pleased with our final product and would easily give 5+ stars to Redemption Renovations for anyone considering hiring them for a small or large project. The only reason I've not added photo's is because I don't know how, sorry.

I got Enrique's number from a friend who had his driveway done by Ramos Pavers a few years ago and after lots of rain and continually parking big trucks on it, there is not one shifted paver or low spot or gap.I did a lot of research trying to find the cheapest place (guys on offer up mostly assuring me they do good work) but eventually common sense reminded me that cheap usually means you will regret it eventually and by the time you regret it the people who installed it wont be around.I hired him and he did pavers at my sisters house and my house.His crew does fantastic work and very fast. He even had to do some re-grading and that was spot on also without any added surprise costs.I would imagine there are less expensive places out there but when water pools in certain areas and pavers sink and look sloppy you will wish you hadn't save a couple of bucks per square foot.
Don and Bryan provided quality work, were up-front and friendly, and were easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend their services and look forward to using them again in the future!
I have a 3 year old home in Payson, AZ with 250ft of wrought iron fence around the back. The original painter failed to primer the fence before painting so it was chipping off and rusting badly. After having it sandblasted John and his crew came in and electrostatic painted it. The result is AWESOME. The fence looks absolutely perfect. John was very easy and professional to deal with as I had to coordinate the sandblasting job with the painting to follow right away. His price was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Sharp Remodel & Repair in the future. Highly recommend !!

Back in December I needed a number of overgrown trees removed from my property and Russ really came through for me. I got a same-day estimate, and the work was done in a few hours the next morning.
Quality work, quickly scheduled, with the work done on time, and all for a great price; what’s not to like?

They shaped two trees beautifully, eliminated a dead tree and left no signs of its presence in the yard, and cleaned up my yard as well as my neighbor's. Super happy with the quality of service and attention to detail. We worked with Maurice to source and plant six large Saguaro. Later we use the tree trimming services. Since then we purchased eight small Saguaro and had a landscaping inventory done as required by our town for a building inspection. Rob and his team have been responsive and very helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Adrian for nearly 20 years. He has helped me with my migraines and sports injuries and has also been part of my recovery from knee, shoulder, and ankle (6) surgeries. He is a wonderful person and chiropractor. In the past year, Dr. Derrell joined the team. Although their style for adjusting is different, Dr. D provides the same quality care are Dr. A.! Dr. D, 2 weeks ago saved my family vacation when he adjusted my feet/ankles for me. I had been in so much pain that I had an appointment on the calendar to see my ankle surgeon again, but wanted to try to get some relief before our family trip, so I could enjoy walking around and even try some hiking. Thanks to Dr. D’s magical touch, he realigned my ankle that was “off” since my last surgery (almost a year). I was able to hike everyday and thoroughly enjoy our trip relatively pain free! Went today for the first time.
First, the office is well decorated and in a way that is pleasing for both genders. My 19 yo son has autism and this is meaningful for me; it will calm him. He is OVER certain offices (with princess walls or super childish, super sterile, etc.) and has an apt here next week. Mine was today.
Second, checkin was a breeze. New patient paperwork was digital except for a little sheet to make sure information is current. Doesn’t take long at all.
The girls at the front were super friendly and kind, helpful. They were warm and greeted me, as well as wished me a happy holiday on my way out. I brought a book to read as I waited and was called back so quickly, I never opened it.
Next- Dr. Bingham was in before I could open my book. He is friendly and thorough. I appreciated he gave me the opportunity to stay as modest as I wanted, which I know is meaningful for some like my shy, young adult son. He i also down to earth and realistic. We talked about my skin concerns and what to look for in self-checks. My past dermatologist was thorough but ALWAYS upselling me on this or that, for skin things I was not concerned about (vanity skin things, nothing more). I wasn’t upsold anything, giving medical center vibes not day spa vibes lol.
I needed a biopsy and they were again very quick. The most painful part was the numbing, but it just felt like a been sting. She was great in making sure I was thoroughly numbed. Dr. Bingham was communicative so I wasn’t wondering what was happening.
Then I was done. My only complaint is: I never got time to read! Haha. Not really a problem or complaint, at all.
My son will be back next week and m partner is scheduling now that we know we like this office. Happy to have found this practice!

I thought that a dermatologist would help with any skin issues I had, but I was informed that my skin check was only a cancer check. It was disconcerting to have a painful skin issues I had tried to have seen just passed off as “not cancer” so not a concern.

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Newfoundland.
Dr. Alexis and her assistant came to our home and walked into a room with four heartbroken adults, all in tears. From the moment they arrived, Dr. Alexis's calm, compassionate demeanor and gentle voice helped us through one of the hardest moments of our lives. She explained every step of the process with such kindness and patience.
They both quietly sat on the floor against the wall, giving us all the time we needed to love on our sweet girl and say our goodbyes. When we were ready, they gently stepped in and allowed her to peacefully pass on her own dog bed, surrounded by love and without any pain.
Their compassion, empathy, and respect meant more to us than words can express. We hugged them as they left, and I honestly don't know how they do this work every day. It takes truly extraordinary people to help families through such heartbreaking moments.
I cannot recommend Angel Veterinary highly enough. We will never forget the kindness they showed our family during one of the most difficult days of our lives.

Our dog is extremely anxious of the vet. He can be difficult but doesn’t bite. The vet and techs go slow and don’t force anything but still gets what needs to be done. I’m glad we found them when we first got our dog and will keep bringing him back.
Absolutely the best facility and staff! Not just their abilities either. Everyone there is genuinely interested in giving the best care and experience for both the horse and owner. From the first call to the last communication they explained everything and were helpful and made sure I understood what they were telling me. It's obvious the surgeon is top notch. I had more communication with Dr Vidal than I did with the surgeon who put a plate in my leg. The care was great, our horse is on the mend and my wallet didn't take a huge hit either. First impressions on first visit was excellent. They were more interested in her symptoms than the last 3 vets I took my dog to, and offered a new treatment that Noone else had offered, we'll have to wait and see if it helps, everyone was super friendly to me and my dog. And when they took her back for her nails, biopsy and blood draw, I heard all the girls in the back singing a song to my dog while they did their stuff. It was really sweet and refreshing. My dog Bonez has congestive heart failure, a heart murmur, and respiratory issues — yet he’s still here, still loving life, because of their care. His medication keeps him going, and I’m grateful for every extra day.
His time is limited, and he’s been on hospice for over a year, but he’s fighting with all the heart he has. I can’t thank Amigo Animal Clinic enough for giving me more moments with him.

I’ve been bringing my 2 doodles here for quite a bit. My one is pretty large and can be a lot to handle, no one has ever complained. They all do an amazing job. Most recently, I’ve been mainly paired with Cadence and she is absolutely incredible. She spends time and a lot of effort on them and you can tell!! Highly recommend.

I frequent a different yoga studio on a daily basis. Was just looking to switch it up with something new. I absolutely loved this Saturday morning kundalini class. The instructor was incredibly clear and the other attendees were very nice and welcoming! It was my friend's first time doing kundalini yoga and they were so thorough at explaining everything to him and making sure that he was comfortable with the techniques. We both felt this was an incredible class and we will be returning. Thank you so much for the enlightenment that happened at the end of class. The teaching was on point and helped both of us see something that we both been working on internally. I highly recommend this class if you're looking for something new or if you're looking to do some inner growth.

I was referred to Ironwood by a friend who said I would love it. She was right! I was new to yoga and wasn't sure what I could do. I started with Yin and Restorative and was amazed at how different I started to feel in the first month. I almost can't believe it's been a year now. Thank you Leah and everyone at Ironwood! ?
I initially started taking classes here because of my burn out from my weightlifting routine at the regular gym. I received the first three free classes which anyone can get through their website!
I decided after the first three classes I would then move forward with the unlimited monthly membership if I was enjoying it. Since then I have gone to class at least four times a week. All of the instructors have been very warm and welcoming and have quickly learned my name. It has been a very safe space for me and something that I look forward to every day. So far I have taken the Powerflow Vinyasa classes and the recovery restore classes. I decided I would do yoga sculpt once I have a better hang of things. I have only ever intermittently taken a yoga class once or twice a year so I am very much a beginner. It has greatly improved my mental health and I really enjoy the meditative aspect of yoga, the mind-body connection is so important!
The instructors have been friendly and the locker area has plenty of space. The room itself is very inviting and there is also a filtered water station and a bathroom for use. You can rent mats or towels as needed, and signing up is very simple. There has been no issue with me signing up for class the same day or hours before in case you’re not sure if you want to attend a class that day. I definitely plan to keep my membership here for as long as I can!

I started taking sculpt classes last June and have enjoyed adding that into my mix of classes! I am still a huge fan of the power flow and restore classes.
Highly recommend this studio!
This is my favorite place to take yoga in the valley! Anytime I’m in town this is where I go. Can’t beat the workout and great vibes!
This is the longest I have ever stick with an exercise routine. Great for the core and balance. I wish you sweat a bit more during the class but otherwise love it. The instructors and facilities are to notch.
I had been doing another group fitness for years before returning back to Club Pilates. I have to say I LOVE it. The classes are relaxing AND challenging. I recently completed 100 classes and continue to push for more difficulty as my body continues to become longer, leaner and stronger.
The owner/teacher is full of energy and very entertaining. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. All the clients seem very nice as well. Pilates is a good workout and I really enjoy going here. It's clean and class starts on time.

An incredibly ran studio. Ella (the manager) is super responsive, super sweet, and makes me feel at home. And not to mention an amazing workout with great feedback! Had no clue that I had muscular imbalances, and they’ve helped me to strengthen my joints and correct my movement to be fully in alignment. Can’t recommend them enough!

She's very thorough and has a sense of what's bothering you without telling her. She gets to the problem areas and spends the time needed to get relief. She's very professional and she doesn't leave out muscle groups that new LMTs seem to avoid completely.
This was my first time but I plan on returning whenever I'm in town again! Great conversation when appropriate and quiet if needed or wanted.

The care and energy I received from Monique was truly a gift.
I felt listened to from the very beginning, her office is warm and welcoming. She was patient as I shared why I was there. She is versed in many different healing modalities (massage, breath work, stretching, reiki, and more) and adjusted her practices throughout my session to accommodate my needs (and oh—do I have a lot of needs.) By the end of the session, my whole body was buzzing and I felt immense relief in my body and in my heart. I’ve never had a session like that before, so catered to both my physical body and my energy field. I manage chronic pain conditions and I am neurodivergent—it truly felt like a session written for me by her loving hands.
She also offered time for reflection and journaling afterwards, so fun and helpful to do right after before going back out into the world. I was impressed with her knowledge and honored to sit with her wisdom.
Highly recommend working with Monique, some truly do have a gift for healing (and she was really cool to talk to.) I feel lucky to have received from her.

Maura does a great job! Frankly, I always wait until I have horrible back pains to see her. I really need to schedule monthly maintenance massages with Maura. Losing days nursing back spasms is just dumb when it was preventable. One visit and I am back on the pickleball court, the golf course or on the road bike. I had been dealing with several issues with my leg. I had several surgeries, and had been going to regular PT for a very long time without the results I was looking for. My regular PT sent me to Lisa and I will forever be grateful. Just after the first session with Lisa, I was amazed with the difference. With each day of the exercises she gave me it just kept getting better and better. I have sent several people to Lisa and everybody has been excited about the results. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who was dealing with pain . She does not treat the symptoms she gets to the root problem. It is therapy like you’ve never experienced before.

My massage with Nate was excellent. It was clear that he has a deep understanding of how each muscle group functions and how to work them effectively for the best results. I came in with an inflamed shoulder, and he focused his attention on that area while also explaining what was going on and giving helpful recommendations for reducing the inflammation.
This was a true deep tissue massage, and Nate’s technique was outstanding. He worked with precision and intention, and I could tell he really understands the mechanics of the body. I’m so grateful to have found his practice.
I can’t say enough good things about Ben and Kenny at Movement Redefined. They’ve been helping both me and my 9-year-old soccer player, and they’re incredible with patients of all ages. They know how to keep my son motivated with sport-specific exercises while giving me the focused care I need. Their professionalism, kindness, and skill make every visit a great experience. We couldn’t ask for a better team.
This facility is clean, well run and well managed. Each time I've been there I've felt welcomed. I particularly felt like Jen helped me so much with medical massage post accident. She really changed how I see my healing and understanding it's a whole body and mind approach .. not sure just the massage. I also see Kate for Dry Needling and she's great, too. She does some cupping on me and is always down to share ways I could improve my movements to have better results and less pain. This place gave me a lot of hope with chronic pain. Only thing I can say is that it's pretty pricey but I that's subjective.
They are an excellent source for therapy for all kinds of procedures and for basic strength and conditioning. I’ve used them for my knee replacement, and strength training. They are a full service with a lot of pt technicians for training.
Everyone at Trailhead physical therapy are very friendly. They all truly care about you and your pain and healing from you injury. They truly care about how your doing though out your entire process with them. I recommend them wholeheartedly. And I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my care when it comes to my physical therapy.

I have been going for a quite a while. The facility is always kept spotless. It's on the second floor it does have elevator access, it's light and airy and well maintained. The physical therapists are all extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very relaxed and calm with patients. The customer service at this facility is exceptional, so much so that I refuse to go anywhere else.
It's been years I have been looking for a resolution to a range of my health issues from chronic fatigue, muscle cramps, allergies, foggy and heavy head, migraines, poor digestion and appetite, insomnia, loss of smell, poor eyesight, memory problems, lack of energy and vitality etc. I have tried many modalities including herbalism, acupuncture, reiki, shamanism, homeopathy apart from the western medicine. I had become so hopeless as I kept on losing job due to my poor health and energy. I didn't expect much but wanted to get some uplift and visited Dr. Quan as I was getting nightly cramps that forced me to be on sick leave. To my surprise, I left with much more vitality and hope that I could get better. I had never heard of TuiNa but after Dr. Quan did TuiNa, immediately I felt so much relieved, like the tiredness and tension in the body just got pulled out, stress melted away and I could feel lighter and was able to breathe and relax better in years. The acupuncture and warm red light therapy made me feel more healthier and energized at deeper levels like I had never felt before. One visit made me so much better. My muscles were tender and tending to cramp before the treatment, but it had gone away. It felt like I was in my youths.

I've been seeing Dr. Zhang for two years, initially for a pituitary tumor that caused severe headaches, anxiety, night sweats, ringing ears, and heavy periods due to hormone imbalance. I started seeing Dr. Zhang once a week and by week 2, nearly all of my symptoms had completely disappeared. This was 2 yrs ago and I truly believe the tumor is gone - I have no symptoms. I will be getting a MRI next month to see if the tumor has shrunk.
Most recently, I saw her during my pregnancy and postpartum. Postpartum was very difficult for me, I battled with PP depression & anxiety, insomnia, severe night sweats which caused dehydration (pictured below the difference after 1 treatment) and several other things. After just one treatment, my night sweats stopped, and my sleep improved drastically. I went from getting 30 min of sleep before seeing Dr. Zhang to now 3 weeks later, I’m getting 6+ hrs every night (with a newborn) she is truly a miracle worker, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective, holistic care. She has changed my life and I’m so thankful!
I had never tried acupuncture before, but this was such a great experience. She was incredibly kind, down to earth, and was able to get me in quickly when I was trying to induce labor. She explained everything she was doing throughout the session, which made me feel really comfortable.

Three words come to mind when thinking of Dr. Judita Griffin; expertise, warmth and caring. I started to get treatments from Dr. Judita a few months ago for a chronic neurological condition that I’ve been working on overcoming for several years. I can’t describe how thankful I am to have found her. I saw improvements almost immediately and after several treatments I’m seeing major improvements and getting my quality of life back. With the Neuro-acupuncture treatments I’ve been receiving from her, I regained feeling in the nerves that other specialists had told me were likely permanently damaged. I was feeling extreme discomfort in my mid back and sharp pain in my upper abdomen for two weeks. Radiology gave us no direction and pain meds did not work. Susanti dug into my health & eating habits, and Dedicated a whole hour to treatment. One visit gave me more relief and comfort than I have had and the best night’s sleep in weeks. I think it was a Suzy that greeted me at the front, she was so cute and sweet. I was matched with Ileelee for my 120 min reflexology and it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had.
I was just looking at some of the reviews calling it “sketchy”, people not liking the privacy curtains instead of doors. Where people saw that as a flaw, I saw it as a very authentic/traditional setting and found that charming. I can’t say enough good things. And it’s so incredibly affordable. My daughter took driving lessons with Go and Drive. It was a great experience. Vivian really helped her develop her confidence behind the wheel and taught her a lot. She learned the rules of the road plus practical lessons. She also let me know which forms I would need in order to obtain her drivers license. Not being married to her father I needed signed notarized forms from him. This was key. I would highly recommend this course for any teenager!
Eric and Steven were both great instructors, and they helped me gain confidence in my driving skills and pass my road test on the first attempt!
I had a fantastic experience learning to ride at this location. I only had passenger experience before on a motorcycle and found that the online course and in person instruction taught me everything I needed to operate a motorcycle and ride safely on the street. Can't thank Serge and Dayvie enough, the class was excellent for a brand new rider like me to get a motorcycle endorsement.

Their online school is easy to breeze through and great to follow along to. Most online traffic schools are so painfully long and boring— but Arizona comedy is not. Bob is a great instructor and very funny!

Mr.Burke was such a kind and patient instructor with a very high tolerance, even when I made a mistake he did not yell at me, he just helped me make the corrections I needed. He explains driving rules very thoroughly to where it is easy to understand, I would 100% recommend.
