My father had to get services here recently for his Hansen's Disease. It was a several hour process and he saw several providers while there but every person that he saw was caring and concerned about his well-being and condition and comfort. We were even greeted in the parking lot, I mean talk about curb service. Dad will be affiliated with this clinic for at least 12 months. But they were genuinely concerned for his well-being and overall health. And their professionalism and genuine compassion and concern greatly impressed me and touched me in a way that I haven't been in a long time and I would like to thank each and every one of them.
Dr Wang was very personable in her manner and she took the time to explain the procedures she would be using to treat your individual conditions. She assigned a set of staff to your case that treated you in a professional but friendly manner as well.

We called Baton Rouge Air Conditioning and Heating years ago when another AC company stopped responding. They responded quickly and fixed our problem. Over the years they have maintained our original home AC system. After our home system turned 20 years old, we purchased a new total Dakin system thru them. A great deal and works really well throughout the year. We have had their twice a year maintenance plan for about 10 years. We are extremely happy with their service. Everyone we have dealt with from office staff to service persons have been very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience. Donald's knowledge of men's hair is a breathe of fresh air. He also has a vast knowledge of male hair enhancements which I use FAITHFULLY. I've been wanting to cut my beard off for 3 years now. But, EVERYTIME I leave his chair I'm inspired to keep it a liiiiiittle bit longer. I can't lie I've had females comment on my beard and hair because of his skills.

I’ve been going to Jamie for years and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my spray tan. She does such a phenomenal job every single time! The color is always natural, even, and never streaky or orange. Her work is incredibly consistent, which is why I’ll always travel however far I need to see her.

I don’t like pain AT ALL & it wasn’t bad! She was fast & she held the area before I really felt anything! She’s truly amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained each step of the process.
What really impressed me was the attention to hygiene and detail. The wax was high-quality and left my skin smooth with no irritation. She taught me great aftercare tips that I’ll follow.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I think this one is deserved... After having a terrible Brazilian wax experience at a different salon, I was pretty confident I would never try waxing again. I found myself taking a trip to the beach, and not wanting to have to shave every day. I did some research, saw all the positive reviews for Trudy's Wax Bar, and decided I would give waxing another try. Let me tell y'all, I'm so glad I did! The salon itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Trudy was so friendly and knowledgeable. She also doesn't try to sell you a bunch of random products that you don't need!!! I will only use Trudy for my waxing needs in the future and I recommend you do the same!

BEST prenatal massage I've had all 9 months. No side lying with a bolster, a true front and back massage where the table has a hole for your belly with support bands and the back tilts up so you can breath, but still be flat. Such a great massage! I will absolutely be back again!
I had my first experience at Hush Spa in Southington today, and it was amazing! I booked the “Everything But The Farmhouse Sink” massage because it includes a little of everything — perfect for an indecisive person like me lol Bethany was incredible! She explained each technique (cupping was new for me) and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The space itself is incredible, too. I was blown away when Bethany showed me the speakeasy and cannot wait to book hydrotherapy space!
This nail salon is the best. The dip they use is amazing. I go 3 weeks to a month and it is still perfect except for the nail bed growth. Highly recommend. Other salons I used it was off in no time. Amazing owner and employees also. You will get your moneys worth.

I originally wanted my back done, but now want him to do my full body including re-work old work I got from other artist in the past. You have an excellent person on your team. I have no idea as to what he earns, but he deserves a raise. There is nothing more difficult than working on house plumbing that's over 100 years old. To make everything line up and have to cut through cast iron pipes.....then get PVC to work with the remaining old pipes is tough to do. Jacob is who I trust.

Over the last four years, I’ve had them install a gas line for a barbecue pit, unclog several drains, change plumbing fixtures, change a pot filler - fantastic work and very diligent and caring to not damage your cabinetry, floors etc. They are the best and reasonable price.

Not only is Mr. Luke the Owner/Operator but he is also a tremendous role model and father figure to everyone he employs. To pass over this company due to a disagreement in music choice or a poor decision in a parking location, possibly caused one to miss out on dependable and satisfactory local small business owner who is an asset to Louisiana community.

I liked that they didn’t push extra services every few minutes like some companies do. We only needed help with fleas after adopting a stray cat, and the technician focused on that issue directly. The smell faded quickly afterward too, which mattered because my kids are sensitive to strong odors.
If you've got fleas this is the stuff to buy do as it says spray vacuum and spray again you will not have any more fleece for at least a year

Exterior Works LLC - These guys are great! They've been our only yard service for almost 10 years. The crew is fast and efficient. They are in and out of our large yard in about 20 min. The first several years they came every 2 weeks, but when I mentioned that I was interested in having them come more often during the summer months, they were accommodating and now they come weekly during the fast growth months and then drop to every other week in the colder months.
Probably 8 years ago, their weed eater sent a rock through my storm door and they had the glass replaced without my even realizing it had happened. More recently we had some big trees felled in the yard. What would have taken us several hours to rake, they made quick work of with their blowers!
My kids love waving at them through the glass, and they send me a day's notice before coming so I can keep my dogs in the house. They are worth every penny.
Neville is the best!! Our first project with him was about eight or nine years ago and have his number saved and will call him in the future for other projects.
For a place that (I assume) usually deals in sales by the ton/pallet/sq yd/cu yd, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and accommodating they were for someone who only needed half a dozen rocks for an aquarium. Their Mexican Beach Pebbles are beautiful, they let me pick and choose, and they even sent someone over with a sack to help make things easier. I couldn't ask for more than that.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did—because outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when it truly matches the value of what we pay.
My experience wasn’t perfect from start to finish due to a few scheduling hiccups, but that’s actually what makes this review more meaningful. I got to see how this company handles challenges, and their integrity and commitment to quality really stood out.
For example, the sod delivery came up a bit short, and the second ordered batch didn’t meet their standards. Instead of laying it down and leaving me to notice the issue later, Legends stopped the job themselves. That spoke volumes to me—they didn’t wait for me to complain or go back and forth. They stayed in communication, returned with fresh sod in excellent condition, and made sure the job was done right.
What truly blew me away was that the owner himself came out, helped with the work, and even laid the remaining sod in areas of my yard that desperately needed it—but that I hadn’t budgeted for. He did it simply to ensure the sod didn’t go to waste. That act of kindness was so unexpected, and every time I look at that little patch of surprise grass, I think, “Wow, there’s still integrity and kindness out there.”
This kind of above-and-beyond service earned my trust. Their proactive communication and genuine care for their work were a breath of fresh air. I’ll absolutely be using them again for future projects!

Dr. Katy and the entire staff was just wonderful for my cleaning and crown replacement. This may have been the first time I ever experienced ZERO pain when getting crown work done. Dr. Katy also gave me information that previous dentists overlooked in the past. This place is all-around class, look no further!

I went in not able to move my shoulder, Dr. Austin was very kind and explained everything. I get extremely nervous and have Dr. anxiety but he was amazing. He talked me through every step he was doing and made sure I was comfortable.
Today was my second appointment and he did needling procedure. AMAZING! I can move my shoulder around already. You will not be disappointed.

Zo (cat) and I had a wonderful experience here. The clinic overall has such a welcoming vibe. I felt that my concerns were addressed thoroughly and I did not feel rushed at all. My former vet made me feel like every question was a burden, but it was not that way here! His medication is much more affordable through their mail order pharmacy. Very convenient location and super clean office. Highly recommend!

Animal Health Clinic has been such a blessing! I adopted a senior dog two years ago who was very overweight and had a plethora of other issues that accompanied his extra pounds. Dr. Leonards and all of the techs were always patient with answering my questions. My old man did succumb to kidney failure, but the staff was so sweet through the entire process. Since his passing, I got a new dog & taking her to AHC was a no-brainer! The entire staff greets her so excitedly anytime we walk in and they are always ready to help us! There is no better vet in Baton Rouge!

Since moving to Baton Rouge from NOLA I struggled to find a vet that made me and my kitties feel comfortable and cared for. At the past vet in BR I felt like I always needed to advocate extra for my cats for my concerns to be heard. At CCC not only did I not need to advocate, but my concerns were taken seriously with a clear treatment plan in place. I really appreciate that CCC is a scruff free clinic and the staff handled my babies with so much intention and gentleness even if they were spicy. CCC is also aware of their pricing and I have always appreciated their transparency. They never sprung an unaffordable vet bill on me without outlining everything that went into their visit or future visits. The staff at CCC has always created a judgement free space and our tech, Skylar, specifically was and still is so knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and kind.
I moved to Baton Rouge in 2023 with my then 85 pound American Bully. She had actually just gotten surgery before our move and I needed to quickly find a vet that I could trust to monitor her after care. After a recommendation from a classmate, I couldn't have chosen a better veterinarian practice. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Meade, and all of the technicians are welcoming, knowledgeable, and treat my girl as if she were their own. We are greeted warmly every visit and I never feel uneasy or question how I or my dog are being treated.The only downside to this practice is the cost a lot of times as it seems it can be a bit overpriced compared to some other local veterinarians. However, I am unsure if I would get the same care at other practices which I value, so that is ultimately why I choose to stay with Garden District.

I am so pleased with Pet Parlor and services I received for Snowball. I was a first time client and everyone was so kind and sweet! Snowballs fur was choppy because he was matted when we got him so we did a home cut to rid him of the fur! When I saw my baby when I picked him up from Pet Parlor I couldn’t believe the excellent job that was done! He looked amazing and smelled like a little man! This will now be my “Fur-ever” groomer.
This grooming shop feels much calmer than others nearby. Even during busy hours, the staff still spoke patiently with pet owners and handled animals carefully. My small poodle came back with a tidy haircut that looked natural and easy to maintain instead of overly styled for photos only.
My persian cat had several mats near the back legs and I was afraid shaving would be the only solution. The groomer patiently worked through most of them without ruining her coat. That extra effort really stood out to me because many places immediately go for the easiest option.
First time to use this groomer. She was super nice and friendly, but that’s only part of the experience. The professionalism and knowledge was so encouraging. When I left I knew my pup was in good hands. He came home looking so handsome and smelling like my clean buddy ought to! Thank you for doing such a great job on our little guy!
My first impression was of how friendly they are. They seriously wished to please me and to Groom my Dog the way that I wanted him to look. When I went to pick him up, he was perfect, And I was perfectly happy with the service that I got. Yes I will use them again.
The ladies that work here are so kind and gentle with my dogs. I have been coming here for a few years - the staff is patient and I truly feel like they are animal lovers, which matters a lot to me. Each visit, my dogs get a bandana with their name on it! They even send a video with your dog in it to let you know they are ready to be picked up. Small touches like this really add to the experience!

I absolutely love The Pilates Studio! Donna and Inga are incredible instructors—their expertise is unmatched, and they genuinely care about every person they teach. The small class sizes (no more than five people) make a huge difference. Not only do you get personalized instruction to make sure you’re doing each movement correctly (and safely), but it also creates a warm, supportive environment where friendships naturally form. I've been attending classes here for nearly eight years, and it's been such a rewarding and beneficial part of my life—physically and socially. Highly recommend!

This woman is absolutely magic! I found her through a Google search for some lymphatic massage following my procedure to slim my waist. I had this procedure done previously five months ago at a different facility and I was riddled with knots and lumps because the surgeons didn’t tell me any aftercare to perform. The second procedure surgeons Did a much better job but also did not give me much aftercare advice. Thank goodness I found Michelle, she told me everything I needed to do, what I needed to purchase for my skin, when I needed to switch up my compression garments and her lymphatic massages got the swelling out of me in less than two weeks. My waist is snatched ALREADY and my skin looks great with almost NO lumps or bumps!!! No one I found has been as knowledgeable as she is and her prices are extremely competitive and fair!

Very pleasant and relaxing experience. I have had massages at several establishments throughout the Baton Rouge area. They woo you and pamper you then give you a massage. Soul Oasis was a different experience focused on just you. We started on time and the massage therapist did an overall assessment to find the exact areas to target. I was totally relaxed and calm throughout the entire process. The pressure was just the right amount to relieve the tension that was in my target areas. I will definitely return in the future and recommend everyone book a 90min massage asap.
My session with Ms. Briclyn was absolutely amazing. From the start, she took the time to listen to my specific needs and goals for the session, which made me feel heard and cared for.
Throughout the massage, we had a great conversation that made the experience even more enjoyable. She demonstrated professionalism and skill, focusing on my problem area with just the right amount of pressure and technique. I left feeling a significant amount of relief, which I hadn’t felt in a long time.

My body hurts sooo bad from my profession! It’s very hard on my body! Stephanie was scared to give me a deep tissue massage bc I’ve neglected my body for so long, but she saw that I needed it, and she went for it! My body is sore from the deep tissue massage but I would rather this minor pain that will go away in a few days, than the constant pain I was having before! I feel so much looser! She was amazing!! She gave me tips to help me through the day. I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment (she looked away and held up the blankets to cover her face when I flipped over). I have already booked my next massage! It’s time to start taking care of ourselves! Thank you so much, Stephanie!!!!!

I’m absolutely astounded! I have a severe problem with my back. Just had a rhizotomy that didn’t work. The pain was so severe that my only alternative was surgery. Went to the acupuncturist last Friday with low expectations, that if it worked it would take many visits. I cannot believe that in 1 visit I am 95 percent healed. This man is truly a healer. I am making my whole family go! I feel better mentally as well, in just one treatment. I can’t wait to go back this week and share the good news. Thank you Jesus for letting me find this healer!
Excellent recommended driving school! All staff are so helpful and accommodating- from Mr Ronald in the office, to Ms Dee in the classroom and Ms Judy on the road: they are all there to help you know what you need to get your license as quickly as possible. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great experience, Mr Henry gave me great advice during my hands-on. Mr. Maurice was also instrumental in my pre-trip. Some steps involved with certain things should be outlined more clearly. I do understand that every CDL is a bit different, but students should have a clearer understanding of steps to take for endorsements etc.
Overall, they do want you to do your best.
