Came here to get my grey covered and a complete color change. I had a Great experience. My hair was bleached at another place, they said that they can't lighten hair without bleaching it so my hair ended up getting damaged. I came here to see what he could do to keep my hair a lighter color and also cover up the highlights a little bit because there were two blonde. When I say he did exactly what I hoped with up-to-date products and I had zero complaints. I am so happy with the results
Patiently waited, I do recommend setting up an appointment if you cannot wait. However my experience was great overall. I was greeted at the door, let me know they were accepting walk-ins and the time estimated for my turn. The Barber who attended me was TAZ and he looks like he takes pride in his work, in fact as I looked at the other barbers you could see it in their eyes and faces they care about how you look. I was a walk in, decided to give them a try. Had a young kid as my barber, he knew how to handle himself but I think there was a miscommunication between us. I wanted a 0 buzz cut all the way around which he did no issue. I then wanted a straight blade shave on the sides of my face preserving my goatee, trim the mustache a bit and define the line for the goatee. You can only fo so much at home right??
I ended up with basically a fade into the goatee. It looks good just wasn't exactly what I wanted. I didnt want to waste the kids time as there were other people waiting so I accepted it, like I said it looked good. So a simple buzz cut and half shave costed me $100. I feel that price tag is very high for a steam towel, shave and cut. Back home I spend $60 on the same thing. Was told the package came with a shot, never saw that.
The shop was clean. It looks nice. They have compressed air to help clean up.
As a walk in, I did not have to wait long which is always nice.
One huge thing that bothered me was there was no wash on the deluxe service. I had to go straight home to shower before continuing my chores. I've never had this kind of service without a wash.

He likes to wait on his clients promptly, so he sets up appointments. He also tries to arrange his appointments as quickly as possible. I've appreciated his promptness, his expertise, and also his conversations about the many years he has been in the Lower Valley and has come to know its history and people.

I went to Rubia Elegance to get my lip filler dissolve and honestly it was a good experience i was so scared of the process but she explained everything, making me feel alot better and didnt really hurt i had very minimal swelling and in a 1-2 hrs my lips were completely back to normal i def recommend going with her ??

I was able to book a massage & facial very last minute ans so glad they were able to take me! The massage with Ali was relaxing. The facial with Ruth was next level. She's very friendly and very comforting. Her space was so comfortable and the music was soothing. She was able to get a big extraction taken care of which is a relief. All the skin treatments were refreshing. I liked that she did my neck as well. I added on the hand treatment which was a collagen treatment (i think), hand mask, and warm compress and my hands feel very smooth. I loved it, its in a great location, plenty of parking. I will be going back, I already booked my next appointment.

Went here to get a tattoo the day after Christmas. Gibes did a great job listening and understanding what I wanted, printing out several versions and allowing me to take my time choosing what worked for me. He let me record the entire process and offered me a homemade tamale from their store cookout afterwards. The shop was very welcoming, had great music, and I’m very happy with the ink. I had been wanting to get a tattoo retouched. This particular tattoo had sentimental value, and I had been avoiding changing it up because of who had done the work initially and where I had it done. Great service! I had gotten a quote for a flange on the toilet and the initial plumber said it was because of the water pressure. That plumber wanted to charge me $1700 but when I called Richy Rooters they checked everything and there was nothing wrong with my water pressure. It was something so simple… the toilet flapper. I highly recommend Richy Rooters, they are honest with their customers.

Have used this company twice, once for our water heater and second for our plumbing, not the cheapest, but their knowledge, hard work and professionalism is well worth it. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received with Art’s Electric. I had a long list of things I needed done. We had 11 outlets replaced, 9 light fixtures installed inside and outside, a new ceiling fan installed, and a new exhaust fan installed in a bathroom. Add to that, an exhaust fan over the stove and new lighting in the garage installed. At one time, I had 6 people in my house doing various jobs. I must say that the electricians were all highly professional and skilled. They provided constant input and were courteous and friendly. As for clean-up, they left my house looking better than when they started. The price for everything was exceptionally reasonable and fair. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use there services in the future.

I came in to re-key my camper Shell for my Chevy Colorado gentlemen came out and looked at it in two seconds he said have you tried the ignition key and I quickly said no I have not. After trying the ignition key It works for all three locks on the camper. Shell and I was on my way.

Had a major ant problem here at our home along with the front and backyard. Called these guys due to positive reviews on the next door app. They literally scheduled me for the next day, came exactly as promised, and started work. The owner, Efren, was the one who came, and he not only sprayed inside and out but talked to me through the process of what he was doing. Service and quality are not an easy combination, and they do it well. Six years after installing the yard lights, some stopped working. A text to George was all it took for all my lights to work again a few hours after the text. GO Design is second to none in quality and service.
Contracted SP & LC to buy, deliver and plant a Chinese Pistache tree in my front yard. The owner, Mr. Acosta, was friendly and communicated well.
Really appreciated three things in particular:
1. He didn't cut corners on materials: the tree he got us was big, mature, healthy and beautiful, and he stood by his product by offering a 90-day warranty. He was excited to show us the tree he bought, you could feel he really loves his job and takes pride in it.
2. He worked very cleanly: he picked up all the rocks, dirt, bags, re-rolled the garden hose, etc. and left our driveway as clean as when he arrived.
3. It is a locally-owned family business, Mr. Acosta and his son came in person to do the job. His son is still in high school but was very polite, well-spoken and hard-working, a pleasure to deal with.

Suzette is incredibly caring about her clients skin care journey and gives detailed guidance on how to take care of your skin after your appointment. This charitable element of the session is so so appreciated because I was very lost about what to do about my skin. She provides a welcoming space and knows a great deal about what she is doing. Pet Hero did an amazing job! I took lab mix in to help with shedding. He came back so shiny and completely deshedded. He hates baths but they said he did great. Pricing is great and the people were all very nice. Will definitely be back!
I take my both babies to get groomed n they always do an awesome job???? I recently took my son to get his nails trimmed because he has a collapsing trachea n cannot go during busy hours due to him barking constantly not allowing his throat to rest,so I’ve been cutting his hair at home.I wish I could remember her name,but the female groomer offered to groom my son on Sunday,2 hour appts to focus on one pup at a time.This time is put aside for older pups,suffering from anxiety or overly aggressive.I think it’s awesome that they accommodate to every type of temperament.Definitely recommend????
I am always happy with all my dogs’ grooming. It is a bit more expensive than other groomers, but it is worth it.
On my last visit I noticed new signs. I appreciate the 10 minute pickup/drop-off signs in front of the two parking spaces outside the shop. I even don’t have an issue with the sign inside the shop subtlety asking for tips( I always tip) b/c people may not know that, as with any good service, you tip your groomer. As a recurring customer, the wording on the other sign I did not appreciate was the one that stated that if your pet goes past 8 weeks between grooms an extra charge may be incurred because of difficulty of the groom. That is tacky and a punishment to your returning customers. Maybe offer a discount to encourage customers to come in more often between grooms or put in the pricing menu that the price may go up depending on difficulty and size of the dog and not on the frequency of the grooms.
We have taken our Kitty to KARLU for 15 years and aside from him doing EXCELLENT grooming Karlu is also very gentle and caring with him. Upon return he is calm and often dozing in his carrier. We lived for 25 years in Beverly Hills California before moving to El Paso and our groomer there was EXCELLENT.

I tried Pawfection dog grooming on Dyer for the first time. From the moment we arrived the owner was very pleasant and very clean place so thats a plus. Loved getting updates on my furry. I have attended about 4 classes. Warm yoga and hot mat pilates. I really enjoy the mindfulness and intention of the classes led by the instructors. I have been going through so much personally, and these classes have been so inspirational, and I feel like I can show up authentically. I have felt so amazing after each class, even if I am extremely tired. Hot mat pilates was definitely a challenge for me, but I felt so proud of myself for getting through most of the class. Again, the instructors are so nice and so encouraging! I am super excited to continue attending classes. The membership is well worth it! The place is very clean too. (:

I've done work with Gabriel twice now and I am truly thankful we have a practitioner like him in El Paso! His messages go deeper than other messages because he understands body and energy! He will help you identify stuck energy/pain and will coach you on how to breathe it out as he does the message. If you don't move that energy it will stay stuck no matter how deep the message! Gabriel understand this and helps you connect with your body in deeper, more aware ways. Both times I've shown up with pretty intense pain and I leave feeling lighter, more connected and with significantly less pain. Give him a chance, truly a talented healer!

There is no one in El Paso with Amanda's skill or experience. I was a classmate of Amanda's and with that background, I can say that she is truly a specialist in Medical Massage Therapy. The staff and therapists are all great, super friendly, and encouraging -- they always ask how I'm doing, even if they're not working with me that day. If there are exercises that prove to be a little too tough, they are always quick to help find a way to modify what I'm doing safely and/or find something new.

After researching a lot for acupuncturist in El Paso there’s not many oriental acupuncturist who specialize in the craft. I decided to choose this place despite the reviews as they were older and mixed. I called yesterday 2/25/26 and scheduled for 02/26/26 at 1:30. My mother who’s a senior citizen has had a knot in her lower back and sciatica and has other back complications. They were able to do the assessment and her acupuncture today. It’s important to note from reading prior google reviews that I don’t believe the man is struggling with memory loss as I do think the owner reiterates over and over due to him wanting to make sure you understand what is being said. They do genuinely take their time and prioritize patient care. This place IS NOT FOR A CURE I believe a lot of the reviews were expecting acupuncture to solve their issues it’s solely paint management and to make you feel better than how you were prior. Appreciate them for their speed of service and my mothers satisfied and said she feels better from just the first initial visit.

My experience with Prime Time from beginning to end was excellent. They were able to refer me to secure funding for my tuition. Once approved they were extremely flexible with my schedule. They worked with me to arrange transportation when I had issues with the bus system. The front office was very organized and my instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. Everyone was sympathetic to my unique situation and eager to help. I wouldn't be in my current position had it not been for their amazing staff. I highly recommend anyone looking to improve their future seek help with Prime Time.

great coaching from the driving instructors with well constructed material. a fast paced course, with fines for a lot of stuff, but all the things you can get fined for are stuff that you messed up on.

We didn’t do the driver ed here so I can’t speak about that. However my daughter had issues with taking the driving test at dps. We went in and they made her feel at ease and helped work everything out. When we left she had passed her driving test and was so happy to have someone care and not be mean and grumpy with her. I can’t thank them enough for making my daughter feel like she was a good driver.

This driving school is amazing! Everyone here is patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’m currently taking the driver’s ed course, and my instructor, Angelica, has been super nice and very supportive. The front office staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this school—don’t let the bad reviews fool you. This place is honestly the best! 10/10 recommend.
