I've been going to Seven Peaks for about 6yrs now, ever since I moved to Bend. I'd found them via a Google search, read their reviews, gave them a shot--they deserve my own review. I've continued to be impressed with the welcoming nature of their front end staff(while I'm waiting a few minutes first thing in the am, I overhear their am staff meeting--communication about the daily flow also chatter/giggling at the end--I know from my hygienists that the Dr takes them on team building trips even out of country! It appears their team culture is strong/tight), the friendliness/efficiency/memory of many of their hygienists (every 6mo visit they'll always ask me about something specific in my life that I'd shared last time--they must take notes!), the friendliness and quality of care from Dr. Chelsea (always making sure there's nothing else I'd like addressed). Their entire operation appears to be run like a Swiss watch, after my cleaning I check with the front desk on any payment and they're already telling me I'm good to go as insurance covers it. Easy peasy, in and out, always with a [clean!] smile. Can't ask for more.

Kylee Scott and everyone I’ve met at this salon do an excellent job. I just took my 7 year old daughter in to cut out a giant knot (I was out of town for 12 days) and they worked diligently for hours to save her long hair. Kudos to them…great spot. I also have big naturally curly hair and get mine cut here. Curly girls know it’s not always easy to find someone that can cut curls properly????
Deepest deep tissue massage I've ever had. Max really understands how the muscles in the body connect, and he works them from end to end. Will definitely go back!
I’ve been a member at the Foundation for nearly a year and what l love most about the place is that I am able to experience all types of movement under one roof. I mix my week up with strength classes, barre, and Pilates mostly, and add in stretch and release classes when I can. Rowing class usually fills up early, but is also a must. I love the community and all of the instructors are wonderful. Next up? Dance lessons…. Maybe because I am curious. Contrast therapy, acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy are also available onsite. With everything under one roof and how great I look and feel, you can understand why I love the place.
This laser treatment works towards pain free! I have worked with Kathy for many years and I trust her knowledge and experience. This modality is definitely one to consider for yourself.

Audrey is AWESOME and so good at what she does! I haven't been able to turn my neck to the left without turning my body for 3 weeks. After a 60 minute massage I can turn my neck easily and with no pain and my shoulders are so much more relaxed. Highly recommend Audrey if you need a great massage!
Wow, the deep tissue massage with Katy was incredible! I really appreciated her in-depth knowledge and during most of the session we chatted about the body and she answered my endless questions. Highly recommended!

I had a long term challenge with plantar fasciitis. Dr. Z, Dr. Heidi, and the PT assistant were persistent and thorough with my care. They were able to help me get the problem solved.
Awesome service. Got me in quick. Made sure was comfortable and numbed up before having to do an extraction. Was done very fast. Thought they had only done part of the extraction but had done the whole tooth. Everything went smooth and made sure was good before discharging. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend. I absolutely love love my hair. Everything about it! This was my first real haircut since Chemo. I had no hair. Now after 2 years of growing it out. I needed to have it trimmed and cut. I had her blend in more blond with the reddish color and the gray undertone. My hair is naturally a red blond color. But it came in completely gray. She is Amazing. Also Mona who does brows is Amazing too.

I finally found a local barber that knows how to cut my hair and listen on how I wanted it cut. He even shaved me around the ears and neck with hot shaving cream and dash of bay rum after shave. I highly recommend Sal and I will be back!

Funny story, I’ve struggled to find a great skin fade in Bend. I was standing in line to get into a restaurant one day when I noticed the fellow in front of me had a great haircut. He told me about Cru at Brass Tacks, and I got my first haircut there yesterday.

I’ve been coming here for years. They have never had A/C. The gals that work so hard here often have red faces and balmy skin from sweating.
Would be nice to see the store invest in a legit wall split A/C for them. I’ve been sitting here for a while next to the open door and it’s toasty in here.

Sophia really makes the experience. She always remembers our name and she is such a hard worker. Everytime we come I see her going above and beyond. I have been going to Freshly Filed for over four years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my nails. My nail tech, Bre, is in a league of her own. Her attention to detail is unmatched—every line, every shape, every finish is absolute perfection. She has an incredible eye and steady hand, especially when it comes to hand painting nail art. She also can do the most stunning foil, chrome, and cat-eye polishes.
One of the things I love most is how she’ll custom mix colors by hand until it’s exactly the shade I’m envisioning. Whether I walk in with a photo, a vague idea, or just a mood, Bre brings it to life with skill and creativity that blows me away every time. The quality of her work consistently exceeds expectations, and my nails always last beautifully (about 4-6 weeks!!). I get nonstop compliments on my nails wherever I go!

Just got a haircut and highlights, I couldn’t be happier with the result! She did great on guy’s hair and gives the best scalp massages! The stylist really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that—clean, fresh, and easy to maintain. Until you get a pedicure with Connie, you might think $50 was high, but I would go back in a flash. I felt as though I had gone for a foot massage instead of a pedicure, and the great work on my toenails was just the frosting on the cake. Shag Salon is a huge place with high ceilings. It is beautiful, feels airy, and smells fresh.
Alyssa was fantastic! The heated bed, music, kindness, and quality of her work was just all amazing. I got the lash lift and tint and the whole appointment I felt relaxed and in good hands. My first time getting lashes was with Denise. I am so happy I did! The first week, I received compliments like crazy, and they were not about the lashes, although, really they were as that was the only thing that changed. The quality and service that I received from Denise is over and above expectations. She knows her field of expertise and really truly enjoys her profession. In regards to lashes she knows how to keep them from falling out. She suggested so many ways to extend duration of the lashes and what I could do at home. She is truly one of the best lash ladies in my book.

I have been going to Trynnity for lash extensions for maybe about a year, and she always does an amazing job! We’ve done classic, hybrid and volume for events, and she nails it every time! Not only do my lashes always look perfect, but Trynnity is so knowledgeable, I’ve learned so much from her about the process. She is such a warm presence and pleasure to talk to, I am never bored or uncomfortable in her chair. I would highly recommend Trynnity for a 5 star lash experience all around.

I love Bend Eyelash Extensions! Mel does such a great job. She is meticulous and I always love how amazing and natural my eyelashes look after. She is not the super bubbly talkative personality (which thank goodness not everyone has to be), but she is always nice, professional, takes her craft seriously and doesn’t waste time. This is my kinda vibe and is why I would recommend her to anyone. People always ask me if my lashes are real! To me this is such a high compliment of her skills as I want a more natural look, but still want my eyes to pop!

I decided to honor my son Josh with a memorial tattoo. Paige Montgomery and the environment at ZenArt were the perfect choice. Josh loved Pikachu ever since he was a little boy, and not only did Paige capture them perfectly, she was also able to oblige my request to mix in some of my sons ashes into the ink.
I now truly feel as if I carry a piece of Josh with me all the time and it has lightened my heavy heart

We moved to Central Oregon a few years ago. Finding a new tattoo artist had been fairly intimidating. A friend recommended Aaron.
My husband has had a few sessions with Aaron. His black and gray tattoos have turned out just as we had hoped. Aaron has also been touching up a color piece thats about 15 years old. Its looking fresh and clean.
I've had two sessions with him, so far. He's working on a colored Legend of Zelda scene on my leg. He has made a ton of progress in the amount of time that he's put in. The colors look so good. He pays close attention to even the smallest detail. I am stoked with how its coming along.
Aaron is professional and friendly. His workspace is clean and organized. He has been flexible with changes to the original design and has incorporated some unique features, that I love.
The shop ambience is relaxing. The others who work there have been personable and welcoming. Prices are on par with the level of experience they provide.
Tiffany makes you feel at ease and takes her time helping you decide the perfect size and placement of your tattoo! Her line work is amazing and just what I wanted! She doesn’t rush though and is very attention to detail and it showed. I had the best first tattoo experience! She was kind, funny, made me feel calm and checked in with me as I was getting the tattoo. Thank you for walking me through everything, giving me placement options and explaining it all! my 20 year old garbage disposal started failing. I found a deal on line and bought a new one. Next step was finding a plumber and Rusty is the sunriver local talent. So gave him a call and left a message with my problem. Shortly after I received a text message with instructions to reset the bottom button and try turning it with a hex wrench. Worked a bit but the disposal was dying. So Rusty showed up the day after the new one arrived. He was more than happy to install what I bought. Installing the new one was not as easy as the youtube videos so I'm glad I hired a pro. Little over an hour and job was done. Nice guy who knew what he was doing. I know what plumbers charge these days and I was blown away at the good deal rusty gave me on this. Don't even think of finding someone else if you live in sunriver area. Bend is part of his territory too!
I had a hybrid 80-gal water heater installed by Macmillan Plumbing. They are both incredibly talented guys who saw it to go over and beyond their efforts to install this heater in my garage which required a special condensate drain. They even rerouted my condensate drain from our HVAC system to the water heater drain and did not charge me for it. They were efficient and worked from the minute they got here to the moment they left the property. The price was right and I felt good about what they accomplished. Don't hesitate hiring these guys.
Last night hot water heater stopped working. Called Severson in the morning at 8 and had Tom and Zach here at 10:30. Quick diagnosis and the guys found we needed two new thermostats. T-stats installed and voila we have hot water again. Thank you Tom and Zach for your fast and professional work. I would definitely recommend Severson and techs Tom and Zach. The Bradleys are happy.
We recently needed two plumbing repairs at our home and the team at McDermott Plumbing professionally handled both repairs. One was the repair of a broken toilet and the second was to repair a leak caused by the installation of a new dishwasher from Costco. The Costco installer was unable to properly fix a leak he caused while installing the new unit. These repairs were made on separate days and both times my call was answered promptly and the technician arrived on time with all the items he needed to execute both repairs. We are very satisfied with McDermott Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

My husband and I recently purchased our very first property that we are hoping to build our home on. We also purchased a new 31ft fifth wheel and have been looking forward to moving into it. Unfortunately after buying the property we have discovered that although we have electricity on site it is not wired for what we need. I panicked and began calling electricians. After some unfortunate run-ins with other companies who told me "they could not get to me until the middle of the next month," I lucked out when I called Quality Builders Electric. Harry returned my call the very next day to schedule me for the very next week. He even apologized for not being able to get to it sooner. He was very warm and very understanding of how dire our situation was. He even giggled when I told him I fried a circuit trying to use the blow dryer and then countered with a personal story of his own to make me not feel so bad. Terrific Customer Service!! He even told me he would try to make it down to our property later that day (a Friday) before he left for vacation to give me an estimate... FOR FREE!!! It just so happened that he had another electrician Kevin who was in my neck of the woods and told me he would be there by noon. Wow!!! Kevin was terrific as well. He fixed my circuit so that my husband and I had electricity until they could come out and install the 30 amp plug that we need. Hands down Harry and Kevin are amazing and I can only imagine that the rest of their coworkers are equally as astonishing. THANK YOU Quality Builders Electric Inc. This review is long overdue.Last year we were looking to replace the carpet in our living room with the same pinewood flooring we had in the rest of our house. Josh came out to the house and was able to locate and order matching flooring that was delivered in a timely manner.After installation the challenge was trying to match the color of the finish of the 20 year old flooring. Josh spent a long time trying to match the color and because of the age of the finish was not successful. As it became obvious that our only option was to refinish all the floors, Josh offered to do the job for a reasonable price and did the work the following week thanks to a cancelation in his schedule.Bottom line, the floors are beautiful and Josh went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I loved the finished product. I cant recommend Broadside Reclaimed Hardwoods enough.

As a 77 year old Disabled Army Infantry Veteran I was approved by VA to replace my Home’s shower with a Barrier free ADA spec “roll in shower.” This was all new info to me but the VA provided the detailed requirements in order to meet Veterans requirements. As I followed the VA Directive I was referred by a fellow Veteran to set up a meeting with Steve Young, Owner and Operator of Bath Techs LLC. Here in Bend. My Veteran friend who is a licensed Contractor has performed work at a number of locations that Steve provided various types of replacement shower installations for and had very complimentary comments. My meeting with Steve confirmed to me that I was not only working with an experienced professional but his ease of conversation, honesty and integrity stood out. While working with the VA guidelines for Disabled Veterans Steve knew exactly what the steps and appropriate actions were and while working closely with my wife and I followed through with the promised timeline, cost and completion. For our shower the 5 project days start to finish were explained and carefully executed. Each phase we met Steve’s sub-contractors who specialized in their specific expertise. We could tell that Steve’s Team was very experienced and each of them were as professional as they completed their work. My wife and I are retired so we at home throughout the process and were impressed with all aspects of the project. All VA requirements have been met, all city permitting approved and no “surprises” took place. Now that we see the quality of work performed by Steve we plan to contract with him to replace our upstairs shower as well. It will not be an ADA shower so we have even greater options to work with. My friend recommended this nursery to me and I came here with my daughter's. I was looking for viburnum and cherry trees, which I was pleasantly surprised they carried multiple varieties of each. The staff were friendly and immediately greeted us and asked how we could be helped. My girls loved their grounds, especially their trampoline ?. They have lots to offer - should be able to find something for any home landscaping project.

I had a couple of consults for reducing the size of my backyard canopy and taking down a couple of trees. One quote was outrageous and I never was able to speak with the arborist. I worked with Nicole and Ian on the project. Ian listened to my wishes and balanced it with doing the right thing. They were efficient, great results (can see my view of the mountains again) and a thorough cleanup. I would definitely recommend them. Personal service with a human touch.
These guys are amazing. We had a Ladder Fuel Reduction notice in Sunriver (along with everyone else). I reached out to Spring River Tree Service and had a call back from the owner Brent the same day. They visited my property, sent the estimate, and corresponded with the SROA on our behalf throughout. Great pricing too. Would highly recommend.
The crew that came to our home did wonderful work. They know their business and care about trees. They even saved a bird nest in one of our trees. They helped identify diseased trees, helped prune trees that could live, and then professionally removed those that needed to be taken out.
We had the crew from Arbor 1 out today to do several jobs that were overdue for attention: remove an Aspen that was too close to our home, remove a Mountain Ash with the same problem, trim six or seven large branches from Junipers that had overgrown fences and the property lines, and the most difficult task - remove some weight from most of the outer limbs of a massive, double-trunk Juniper that was ripe for problems come the next major snowfall.
The crew was amazing. The crew of Trampas (lead member), Spencer, Mack, and Ethan spent the better part of the afternoon on the chores. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and when finished did a super job chipping the mass of limbs and trunks and cleaning up the detritus from their work.

I've been going to Seven Peaks for about 6yrs now, ever since I moved to Bend. I'd found them via a Google search, read their reviews, gave them a shot--they deserve my own review. I've continued to be impressed with the welcoming nature of their front end staff(while I'm waiting a few minutes first thing in the am, I overhear their am staff meeting--communication about the daily flow also chatter/giggling at the end--I know from my hygienists that the Dr takes them on team building trips even out of country! It appears their team culture is strong/tight), the friendliness/efficiency/memory of many of their hygienists (every 6mo visit they'll always ask me about something specific in my life that I'd shared last time--they must take notes!), the friendliness and quality of care from Dr. Chelsea (always making sure there's nothing else I'd like addressed). Their entire operation appears to be run like a Swiss watch, after my cleaning I check with the front desk on any payment and they're already telling me I'm good to go as insurance covers it. Easy peasy, in and out, always with a [clean!] smile. Can't ask for more.

I started bringing my 4 month old to pure light last month before his tongue tie revision and have continued since. We recently saw our lactation consultant who we hadn’t seen since before we started at Pure Light. She was amazed by his progress, his body is so much less tense. His digestion is also more regular. My older kiddo has his first appointment next week and I can’t wait to see how chiropractic helps him. Everyone at pure light is so kind and welcoming. I’m very grateful that we found them.

Dr. Lori is incredible she takes the time to explain everything, listens closely, and makes you feel safe and supported throughout treatment. The best dermatologist I’ve ever had. I struggled with acne for years (I’m a woman in my mid-30s), and nothing seemed to work. It would occasionally clear up for a couple of weeks but I’d always end up with more breakouts.
Erin was recommended to me by an esthetician who suggested my acne might be linked to my gut. Erin really takes time to understand my lifestyle and how my body functioned as a whole. She’s also very cost-conscious and helps find effective alternatives to more expensive products, which I really appreciated. I loved working with her to treat from the inside out and not just treating topically.
I had a particularly stubborn case of acne that took a couple of years to fully figure out, but today my skin is clear. I can’t overstate how amazing it feels to not constantly worry about breakouts.

The west side is far more inviting than the east side office. Staff there are not friendly nor accomodating and the waiting room is crowded and dirty. They need to take a lesson from the west side office which is friendly and anxious to please.

Bend Animal Hospital is simply the BEST. We’ve been taking our mini Ausie there for 9 years. They actually saved her life awhile ago with an emergency surgery for female parts. I’m forever indebted to them. She’s my shadow. Being retired now we spend a lot of Quality time together.

Elevate Pet Wellness is an amazing veterinary clinic! Our goldendoodle has seen Dr. Jess Casey for routine exams and a few acute illnesses and every time we’ve been in, we feel so cared for her and the rest of the staff. We’ve reached out for last minute appointments and Brittany and the support staff have accommodated us with same or next day appointments and great follow-up support. Dr. Casey truly takes her time, offers both conventional and alternative treatments, and looks at symptoms through a very balanced and holistic lens. We’ve noticed significant improvements in our pup’s health particularly with her digestion. Our pup is normally very nervous at the vet but she’s been much more comfortable going to Elevate and they make every effort to help animals feel calm and comfortable. Plus, they have the best treats our pup loves! Thank you, Elevate!

Great vet! I brought a young cat in with bloody diarrhea. He took the time to explain all the possible causes of the symptoms. And he explained the testing needed to determine what was the real problem. He was very thorough.
Best vet clinic I've ever been too they are nice and help with any questions asked and they also occasionally have an adorable pup you can give a treat too while checking in. Always work with us on schedule for visits and they take care credit making it easier to get in for his appointments and not worry. Dr Tennant has excellent listening and communication skills. She is very sensible in her care recommendations. She treats our pets as if they are her own.
Brookswood got us in for a drop-off appointment last week, even though their schedule was full. They were able to see our dog inbetween regularly scheduled appointments and diagnose what was going on with her. Brookswood continues to be caring, attentive, and friendly, and provides good care to our pets.
I find Dr Rex to be a wonderful caring vet. He tells you direct what is wrong with your pet and the alternatives to help them. They are fairly priced for their care. I will recommend them to anyon.
Our Portuguese Water Dogs have been groomed by Jessie for several years. I recommend her highly. She always does a great job and our girls come out looking beautiful. She is also very good at giving us feedback on any concerns she may have (like a possible ear infection). She is always courteous and kind.
Brittany is awesome and always does a great job with our wiggly and miscevious westie, Grace. This might sound silly but its great that she always comes out looking like herself and not just a cookie cutter trim like you get other places.
Evan gives a most excellent massage, the perfect combination of pressure and strokes for the sore muscles. I highly recommend!

My first time doing pilates was great with Debby. I was in a small group with 4 other women. Debby explained every stretch and exercise clearly and without judgement. I enjoyed the class and will defintely go back.
I have been taking Pilates faithfully for 20 years, and, at 75, I attribute it to my continued strength, fitness and well-being. When I moved to Bend 7 years ago, I tried a couple of studios that did not meet my high standards. Then I found Move Pilates Bend and have taken classes there twice a week ever since. It’s a lovely small studio with great equipment and excellent teachers. The classes are small, no more than five in a class, so we all receive lots of personal attention to ensure our safety and maximize physical benefits. I wouldn’t take Pilates anywhere else.
I’ve practiced Pilates for many years, trained at studios across the country, and tried most of the Pilates studios in Bend. This Club Pilates stands out as excellent. It's the best all-around studio in Bend, hands down. The class offerings and equipment are varied and well-designed, the instructors are knowledgeable, passionate about teaching and genuinely push you to get stronger, and the studio itself is clean, beautiful and ideally located. It’s clearly run by a thoughtful, engaged owner.
Highly recommend Dan if you are in need of some healing massage! My first time getting shiatsu massage and it helped open up some stuck areas of my body. I’m two months postpartum and was so in need of some body work to help me feel more aligned and relaxed. He is a skilled therapist who was able to find and work out precise areas of tension, including around my stomach which felt vital after so many changes in that region from pregnancy and a c-section. I’ll definitely be back!!

I can’t recommend DeJohn Bodywork enough. I had been dealing with knee pain for several weeks that was bad enough to cause a noticeable limp. Instead of just treating the knee itself, DeJohn took the time to assess what was really going on and identified a tight hip muscle that was actually driving the issue. After working through that, the relief was immediate and significant.
What I appreciate most is his whole-body approach — he doesn’t just chase symptoms. He explains what he’s finding, why it’s happening, and gives practical advice you can implement right away. We’re now working on some foot pain I’ve been having while wearing ski boots, and he’s already given me great recommendations like using toe spreaders to help correct the underlying problem.
He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes. I’ll absolutely continue seeing him to make sure the knee issue doesn’t return and to keep improving mobility overall. If you’re dealing with pain that just won’t go away, go see DeJohn.
I was absolutely delighted with my massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve only had a few Ashiatsu sessions in the past. I love them. I was dealing with some low back pain and hip miss-alignment and was pleasantly surprised that the treatment was so medically targeted and effective as well as relaxing. I am an LMT as well, and I’m looking forward to more work with Sole Purpose.
I have been seeing Leah for a little while now I am an aesthetician, and I am constantly hunched over all day so coming to see her is truly a lifesaver I can definitely say she’s one of the best Out there, She has a heating pad in the bed so it’s nice and cozy and her studio is so relaxing !
I have been getting massages from Cascade Massage Therapy for a couple of years now. The therapists have all been great and I've always received an excellent massage. I highly recommend them. Plus, their online booking process is easy to use and they will send you reminders to make sure that you don't miss your appointment. Whether you live in Bend or are just visiting, both of their locations are convenient with plenty of parking.
So glad I found SNM. Been there many times now and always feel much better afterward. The space is quite pleasant. Angelina is very skilled and zooms in on sore areas with just the right touch. She helps me recover so I can keep doing outdoor sports. She's also a delightful person. Highly recommended!
Honestly one of the best massages I have had. This definitely felt medicinal. Moon listened to my issues and took care the whole time to give me what I needed.

I first started visiting Manny to try Rolfing- I am on my 9th session and I genuinely feel my body’s relationship to standing and navigating movement has changed. Each time I’ve come in, I feel I am more connected to the ground and not fighting against gravity. Manny really takes the time to educate me as well.
I also have now been seeing Chris for a month. She makes me feel heard and cared for. Her presence is comforting and my nervous system relaxes every time I come in. I will fall asleep within minutes each time I receive acupuncture from her, and I walk out with significantly decreased pain and discomfort. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled.

I had the unfortunate experience of injuring my back while preparing to move out of state last summer. I was in absolute agony and had never used acupuncture before, but Patrick was highly recommended by a friend and I needed some help desperately. Patrick was so caring and kind, and I was in complete amazement at how much the treatment helped reduce my pain following my treatment. I was able to see Patrick a few more times before moving, and would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone looking for acupuncture treatment.
