We've been coming here for quite a few years now the doctors always cool the nurses are pretty cool most time. vince the social worker he's the greatest. my issues with most of the front desk people they are so nasty they act like they're mad when you come in they don't greet you they don't smile they barely acknowledge you when you would think for a healthcare facility especially dealing with young people and having serious illnesses they would be a little bit more nicer a little bit more you know compassionate one lady in particular at the counter is that just nastiest meanest ugliest lady that's probably why she covers her face with a mask I hate even having a check in with her. Today she was nasty as usual but then there was someone who made it up the lady here in the front I'm not sure what culture she is but she was so nice she smiled she asked how my day was she was so polite it makes you feel a little more comforted coming into places like this I know that this work is hard but if you're going to be so nasty at the front desk especially of a at a specialty clinic for young people go do some back office stuff cuz you should definitely not be at the front desk. Sometimes I wonder like do they think about how they would feelif somebody treated them like that in in in a place like this.
My dad loves it here and felt very comfortable. He really connected with his therapist Tylor and his head nurse Maroylan. He enjoyed the food and the accommodations.

I’m a client of Heather who is the owner of the salon and she is amazing! I love that it’s a certified sustainable salon and very eco friendly and low tox. I found them through the green circle salons website. The salon is beautifully decorated with plants. Heather starts off with a shampoo and gives you an amazing scalp massage. She is fun to talk to during the haircut and it feels like chatting with a friend. She always offers drinks such as tea or coffee and has snacks and chocolate available in the waiting area. It’s a small salon so it’s relaxing and I have been the only client in there when I go in the evening. She sells some products there but is not pushy about selling them. The haircut always looks amazing and she makes sure to do it exactly how you want it. Highly recommend!

Elon is a genius. I perceive her approach to hair like an artist approaches a canvas. As she colors, she often steps back to take it in from different angles. She takes the whole person and vibe into the look she creates. The color she gives me is long-term livable. It looks good growing out between my half-yearly visits. I do a painted balayage. I love that when we cut, I get a “dusting” because I want to keep my length. She also gives the best waves! Defacto Salon is calm and easy. There’s no expectation for small talk if that’s not your thing. And I’ve never had a product pushed at me (if anything, I will ask for recommendations). Elon can do anything, but I love her for the lighter, brighter, lengthy, low-maintenance hair that she gives me. As someone who has visited many high end salons, I can tell you that Defacto wins without question. My hair has never looked better.

I FINALLY found my barber and made an incredible friend as well. The shop was amazing with really cool pictures and art. He had a very welcoming smile when my wife and I came in. He made me feel right at home and had my trust from the start. We all talked about our favorite movies and we shared many laughs as we had favorite movies in common. He is super cool and truly loves what he does. I feel like a new man, and owe that to him. I will definitely be going back to him, and letting family and friends know about him as well.

I came to the Gentlemen's Cutlery for the first time today and saw Marcus. I was throughly impressed with the entire shop. As soon as you walk in you know you're in a nice establishment.
When I got in Marcus' chair, he listened to what I wanted, gave me some advice, and I let him do his thing. I got the haircut and service I've been looking for since moving to sac 4 years ago! His attention to detail and the time he took to make sure everything looked good was very much appreciated. Getting a shampoo at the end was a nice touch! Marcus was also very friendly and easy to talk to.

We made an appointment on the app Booksy. Very easy to navigate and make an appointment with a barber here. We walked in we arrived 10 mins before our appointment , We were Greeted by the barbers working. One of them let Antonio know his next client arrived. It was fairly clean.one of the barbers were sweeping up and hair cleaning mirrors. Seating is available. Walks in are welcomed.
We had an appointment at 5:30pm it last a hour.. Antonio was nice and greeted us and took my son to his chair to start the haircut. We had inspo pictures and the haircut came out great. My son Loved it. Prices are reasonable. We Will Be Coming Back.

Ashley is amazing! This was hands down the best spray tan experience I’ve had. She made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in, and if you’ve ever gotten a spray tan before, you know how important that is! She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun.
My tan turned out absolutely gorgeous—natural, even, and not orange at all. I got it right before my trip to Puerto Vallarta, and I was honestly shocked by how well it lasted. Between the beach, pool, heat, humidity, and all the vacation activities, my tan stayed looking great the entire trip and faded so evenly afterward.

Kim is an amazing Esthetician. I have been going to her for 3.5 years for facials and everyone says I am reverse aging. Kim keeps my skin looking youthful, fresh, and natural. I leave glowing and it lasts for weeks. I always get compliments on my skin- I owe it to Kim. I rarely wear makeup or wear very little because my skin is so clear and radiates. I am so lucky to have found Kim and I trust her with all my skin needs! She is also a wonderful person! 10/10 recommend.
I truly am not a fan of your new spray machine at all. My color is never even it’s always an issue not to mention all of the extra money you have to pay and it still doesn’t color you like you should be colored each and every time I come here it’s been an issue. I’ve never had these problems with your old machine. however, I have always enjoyed the professionalism of your establishment

I was able to do a walk-in haircut and eyebrow and upper lip wax service. Sally was able to do all three and she did spectacularly. She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for, and showed me how to maintain and style it.
Please note cash payment is preferred (I usually use card), luckily I had cash on me. The services were reasonably priced. I would go here again.
I had a gel manicure done today and I’m really happy with how clean and smooth my nails look. The polish was applied carefully and the color came out beautiful.
My mom has been coming here since we lived down the street, and still comes here now that I have older kids of my own. I had never been inside when I was younger, but since she frequents here maybe every month. On two separate occasions in the past year I've come in to get her a gift card here. The first time I came for the giftcard and gave my mom's name for the card. The co-owner and lady who does my mom's nails, asked if I was her son, to which I replied yes. And before leaving thanked me and told me to tell my mom high. Overall: Friendly owners, quiet location; at least when I've arrived.

I booked a service for grey blending with Jessica. This was my first time meeting Jessica and having a service done by her. She made me feel extremely comfortable. We discussed what I wanted and she helped me to understand what we could achieve without damaging my hair and a less expensive route and mapped out a plan for the future to get me what I wanted. She recommended great products to use regularly to make my hair healthier. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing hair for a long time which definitely showed in my results. It felt like I was just hanging out with a friend the entire time of the service. There was definitely no shortage in conversation and she made me feel really welcome. She really takes her time and explains what she’s doing instead of just rushing through it. You can tell she actually cares about your skin and not just getting you in and out. Super knowledgeable and very detail-oriented.
I added a peel to help lighten some dark spots I’ve been working on, and I’m glad I did. She made sure my skin could handle it and customized everything to me. My skin looked brighter and smoother right away — super clean, hydrated glow without feeling irritated.

I received the 2 hour flowy lymphatic drainage massage. It was a full back and neck to wake up the systems and then I turned over for face, scalp and neck drainage massage. Then a lovely facial which included some fancy machines that she described prior to beginning including cold glass balls and ended with a tension relieving hand massage. Highly recommend

I love getting my lashes done at LashAway! I’ve been seeing Anna, the master lash tech, for about a year and a half, and she always does an amazing job. She specializes in hand-fan lashes and I usually get hybrid/light volume for a more natural look but still has good volume and length - I always get compliments. My lashes always come out so neat and are less damaging to my natural lashes than other places I’ve tried. Highly recommend! My brother visited from FL for a week, and he wanted to get matching tattoos for his first tattoo. We were walk ins (risky, I know lol) but we called ahead to make sure they had availability, and they did. So we went in and shared the idea of matching studio Ghibli tattoos. Aleks asked about our budget, and we showed her the reference photos. She pulled up an even better picture, then after a short back and forth, she got to drawing.
She was so collaborative and understood how important it was to my brother and me. She did an amazing job on both tattoos. And I was so impressed with her skill level.

My piercer Matrix was great! I got a nose piercing several months ago from her and went in again to get the jewelry post shortened today. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable both times I have visited. Great selection of jewelry here too.
We recently took our 11-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Andie immediately put us and our daughter at ease. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain each step of the process in a way that made her feel comfortable and confident. She even double-checked placement carefully to make sure everything looked perfect before starting.

Our water heater failed but it wasn’t a standard set up and the vents had to be updated. After tearing into the drywall they realized it was a much bigger job than anticipated. The crew worked diligently for 4 days and did a great job installing the copper pipes , heater and filling in the dry wall. Highly recommend Platero plumbing.

Definitely recommend them! We had a main water valve that was leaking and reached out to them. They responded very quickly to all communication, came out first thing the next morning to take a look, sent over a quote that same day and had us on the schedule the next to fix it! We had problems getting someone we trusted to fix the water heater. Then we called The Plumbing Machines company and Demitrus came who was very professional, courteous and patient. He took his time to talk with us explaining our options. We trusted him and decided to buy a new water heater. He and his partner came back the next day and installed the water heater. What a great experience! I have a 1957 house on a raised foundation and I wasn't having any problems, but after doing some research and knowing that future drain and sewer line problem are inevitable, I decided to be proactive and to have my lines evaluated. I checked with the contractors' license board, the BBB and reviewed numerous companies. I ended up having five estimates--all so different from one another--including total replacement and trenchless. I decided to go with trenchless as it just made good sense to me. It was easy to make an appointment with the well rated The Trenchless Co. The estimator, Jacob--such a nice guy!, arrived on time and seemed to listen to my concerns. I had a 2006 refrigerator stop working a week before Thanksgiving. The Tech helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone and then came on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the relay for me. It cost me 190.00 and it saved me buying a new refrigerator!!! Very honest and they know their business!
Second Visit:
My 25 year old Washer broke When they came out they said upfront that parts were not available. They also said that they had seen this issue before and knew what the problem was. A spring broke that keeps the washer balanced while spinning and they showed me where it was. Fortunately, my spring did not break, the hole in the frame broke. I was able to drill a new hole and re-attach the spring and fix it myself. Quick service and I got my washer fixed for the price of a service call!

Our technician, Rafael, assured me this happens all the time. He got straight to work and set proper expectations of cost and the time it would take him to do the work. He encouraged me to test the keys and made sure to clean up after himself, a part that some service technicians in any field miss.

When I finally went to Bode & Bode, like I should have done in the first place, it took them less than 2 seconds to cut my key - no foolin, literally between 1 and 2 seconds. Thanks.

Made appointment on line. Confirmed the day before. I asked if they could come any earlier and the were able to come an hour earlier. Excellent job on carpets and white tile and light grout in both bathrooms- look almost new. Will use again. One note: It takes about 8 hours for carpet to dry, so if you want to be able to put your furniture back before bed make a morning appointment. You get what you pay for, quality work is worth a little extra.

Excellent communication and explanation of the process by Mike. He came out multiple times, with samples (due to our indecisiveness) and was patient with us along the way. Ended up following his recommendation to go epoxy (over grind and seal; even though I LOVE that look) for a number of reasons: completely seal the concrete slab and prevent water coming up, covering/filling all imperfections, durability, low maintenance... to name a few. His crew is made up of some hard working dudes. These guys put in some late hours, on a Friday night to get the job done - all in a day! My wife and I are super happy with the results.

We hired Solid Construction to perform a major repair to our home's garage. They did a great job, and we would hire them again.
We needed a complete roof rebuild, including new trusses, tile roofing, exterior stucco and painting, interior drywall and texturing, and lighting.
As with any project, there were a few unavoidable delays (e.g., permit issuance delay from the city, weather, etc.) and a couple minor issues along the way, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and we're pleased with the results.
Showed up on time and finished the install in an hour. Gave me instructions on using the remote. Fan is a little louder on HI then I thought, but LOW is barely audible and MED you can tell it's on but still fairly quiet. Happy customer and would refer them to others.

Tim and his crew painted our house and installed a new garage door. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. Angel and his crew spent more than 2 days just prepping the house to paint. He had great recommendations on new shutters in the front to help accent the trim and the front door. Our weathered door looks brand new following priming and painting. Also, Angel painted the vents and house fans on the roof black which makes the roof look new as well. We had no idea this was included so we were pleasantly surprised. Daniel installed our garage door in just a few hours and it looks great with the freshly painted house. We highly recommend TSD Construction!

I love Defender. I bought a newly built home in Elk Grove not knowing anything and a friend referred them to me. Bill is great. He's always friendly and helpful, and Page and Ruth are always pleasant to speak to on the phone, and always willing to accommodate my requests. I live near an open land that is now being turned over for condos. The solution that Defender uses to keep the bugs away is super powerful. We don't see ANY bugs and we can't smell what is sprayed when Bill provides the service. They treat the garage, interior, and perimeter of my house every other month. They get rid of any cobwebs, wasp nests that they find, etc. and even in the months that they don't come, we only see an occasional silver fish or pinch bug. I love that I can change the frequency of their visits, and the price is very, very reasonable.

I HIGHLY recommend Wilson Escalante, and will definitely use his services again for any future landscaping or garden projects. I wanted to replace my lawn with a sitting area and raised garden beds. I gave Wilson a graph paper drawing and lots of descriptions, and he made what was in my head come to life. We got multiple estimates, and his was less than half of the highest estimate - and he stuck to his estimate exactly, even fixing an existing broken pipe and trimming my lemon tree for free. Plus he’s really nice and knowledgeable, and just great to work with.
We hired Bright Home to renovate our backyard. Kyler was our designer and I can’t say enough good things about him and his process. He was very responsive and communicative. He came out right away for a first meeting and took measurements, set expectations and timeline.
I commend him for his consultative sales approach. He was honest and forthright. He never pressured us to use any specific service he had access to. He was open about pricing and where we could be very competitive, and where we could save money if we were to do some of the work or contracting on our own. We felt honesty and integrity from Kyler and he demonstrated it.
He gave us the overall design in a timely manner, and we discussed with him hiring Bright Home for the contracting and labor, or doing it ourselves. We decided to do most of the contracting ourselves to save money. And the best part was he was supportive of our decision either way. I would highly rate Kyler’s design service.

Eddie and his crew replaced the main shut-off valve for my landscaping system and installed a pressure regulator and a hammer arrestor. This fixed our long standing noisy valves! They also checked the system for leaks and inspected a drainage pipe. They were very professional and prompt. We will no doubt use them again!

We had a Great experience with Sierra Valley Tree Service on the removal of a 50 year old almond tree that was partially damaged and needed to be removed quickly. They fit me in the next day and got the job done. Fair pricing and excellent communication. I recommend their service.
In 2025 the Environmental Tree Service team (working under a certified arborist) removed a giant sycamore that was in a hard to access space and was lifting up my concrete walkways and threatening my home's roof. They did such a good job that I invited them back this year to remove a giant redwood and second sycamore whose intrusive roots were causing concern for county sewer services (my side of the property line, my responsibility).
The owner was very responsive by phone, pleasant to work with, and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to do more work for me. He and his team made the process so easy! The assessor worked with me to do the initial inspection, take photos and prepare the quote at a time that was convenient for my work schedule.
Everyone on the team was highly professional--sawyers and stump grinders arrived timely, worked efficiently and were respectful of me and my property. I was impressed at how they consistently followed best practices for safety. They left the site very clean and made the whole process no-hassle. Cost was reasonable and billing process was easy.

EXCELLENT, so far, I am VERY PLEASED with not only the super speedy response time from when I first contacted Tree Services, and how nice Sarah was to deal with, but also with Joe, who came out to give me a free estimate on either pruning or complete tree removal. He seemed extremely knowledgeable, and was very easy going and took his time evaluating our tree and suggested we may still have some time before it needs to be removed due to it’s size and angle of growth. We love that old Cedar and want to save it if we can, for awhile longer if possible! Tom and his team did an amazing job trimming our trees. Tom is very knowledgeable about trees and advised us not to cut our trees back too far. The team was very promt and efficient and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even blew the leaves off of our yard and swept everything up. Conscientious and long-term recommendations from the arborist/estimator for care of our very large Red Oak led us to go with Fallen Leaf. I've had this oak trimmed 3 times over the last 10 years, and the work done by the crew at Fallen Leaf looks much more natural than work by other companies, and they are now my favorite for tree care. Crew was fast and thorough, doing every detail I requested. The clean up was complete, and we're very happy with the work!

Dr. Truong and her assistant Rachel were by far amazing. I don't even stay in the Sacramento area, but because their service and wisdom i received today convinced me that I would travel just to come to their office. Dr. Truong was extremely informative and was so patient along with her assistant. I instantly told my family to go to Gateway to see her.
Dr. Anwar was extremely patient, kind and thorough. I am terrified of of having to go to the dentist due to previous bad experiences.Dr. Anwar was gentle, took his time and offered options. I was given a complete Active Treatment Plan after my first exam and x-rays. I can honestly say I left feeling confident and for the first time in many years look forward to getting all dental work done. Without a doubt I would recommend Dr Anwar to anybody with any Dental needs!

This Carla ~ Dick’s wife. After nearly 3 yrs of being a part of the Dynamic Dental family, I thought it was time to share our experience with this incredible dental group. For 4 years after our family dentist retired in 2019, we tried different offices with no success. Finally….in June 2023, Dick found Dynamic Dental and we gave it a try. It wasn’t long before Dr. Andrade, his beautiful wife Dr. Montalvo and their wonderful staff literally stole our hearts. Who really likes to go to the dentist…..seriously. It isn’t on anyone’s top ten ‘favorite things to do.’ But when you find an office with such professional doctors and staff that make you feel so welcome, safe and comfortable ~ well, that is hard to beat. Dr. Ortega is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind, patient, and has amazing attention to detail. I’ve had multiple laser treatments with many different providers at other facilities and she is hands down the most thorough during the actual laser procedure. It felt like she really cared and it made me feel like I got my money’s worth! I’m truly impressed and am so glad she is joining the practice starting in August!

I was recommended Kokopelli by a staff of my general practice vet for interest in my girls fertility. They have been beyond expectations so far and so helpful! The doctor has been very kind and amazing with my girl and the front staff very patient as this is my first girl. Georgia took the time to answer all of my questions to the best of her abilities and even called me back after checking information to help educate me, as well as helped me set up appointments for my girls OFA tests. She was just amazing! I recommend kokopelli to anyone who is looking for a kind and helpful vet ?

My senior dog has been having some issues attributed to her age and cross continental relocation. So I was very nervous to bring her in. But the staff was very gentle, patient, and clear. They even gave her some love and cat food while treating her. I felt safe and like my doggie was physically and emotionally safe in their hands. I’ll bring her in again.
I’ve been to Midtown Animal Hospital several times over the last three years for my two cats—most visits planned in advance, with one or two semi-emergencies—and the staff is consistently warm and seems to like cats. We’ve gotten in and out relatively quickly every time. On one visit, the vet I worked with downplayed my tuxedo cat’s major anxiety (he always pants, cries, and pees himself when he’s out in a carrier), but on my recent visit, the vet prescribed him gabapentin, for which I am extremely grateful.
Dr. Sasha is truly a diamond in a rough and went above and beyond to ensure my cats received quality care. I’ve seen a lot of vets over the years, and none of them have been as kind and down to earth as Dr. Sasha. During the exam, she sat on the ground with my cats and was giving them all the pets and love while she was talking to me about their health history. I’ve never seen my cat so calm in someone else’s arms. Many, MANY vets have commented on my cats weight, but none did it with as much kindness and genuine concern as Dr. Sasha. I wish more human doctors could be this way! Highly recommend!
Great service from Dr. Bhatti and his team. My dog was spayed here and she recovered quite nicely with no issues. Everyone is lovely and welcoming. Good prices and they don't add unnecessary expensive stuff. Easy to book appointments as well. Definitely reccomend this place!
Animal Vision Center provides the best services beginning with the front desk greeting by Clarissa! And then Evelyn is an excellent, caring technician. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Faber. He provided amazing care to my cat who needed an eye removed and followed up with detailed aftercare.
Updated for 2024! My family has now been taking animals to this facility for years - since 2014! When we first started coming here, we primarily had Dr. Chapman as our vet, but over time we saw Dr. Sangani more and more. A word of advice: the older reviews for the Dr. that talk about rudeness or lack of bedside manner weren't dishonest - /then/. Since 2014 Dr. Sangani has become our *favorite vet*, his manner of speaking and explaining things to people has become so much more welcoming, understanding and patient. Over the years we have fostered a good relationship with him and the wonderful front staff people. It's a relief to know that we can call at 8am and be able to speak to someone on the phone, get advice on what's going on with our pet, and be told to bring them in for help(usually the same week!). If they can't help us, they will refer us to someone who can, but 9/10 times we've been able to have a quick visit, get an antibiotic shot/anti-inflammatory and be on our way. Dr. Sangani also does X-rays and surgeries on site, and he helped us when our older car broke his hind leg years ago. We came out of that with a tri-pawd cat who lived another year or two, happily stumping around on three legs, before the meds he got every week could no longer keep up with his hyperthyroidism. We have had to make the decision to let multiple animals go due to illness over the years, and every time the staff here are kind and considerate - I feel like they love our animals almost as much as we do, and really see the pain we always have in making that final decision. Our house is full of a bunch of softies, so we have a habit of rescuing strays. Because we bring in so many in-need animals ourselves, we understand why Dr. Sangani does the trips he does. Be aware that for at least a couple weeks (sometimes more) a year, the hospital will be closed as Dr. Sangani does missions (a la Doctors without Borders) to help animals in less privileged countries. I am proud to be supporting a vet clinic that does things like that. 5/5 stars for us, and our 9 furry felines (+1 stray we are fostering at the moment!).

She was a miracle worker with my dog. My dog was rejected by other groomers and had to be put on tranquilizers for the vet just to get him calm enough to get his nails clipped.
After working with my dog, she was able to figure out what works and didnt need to use a muzzle. She definitely has my business now

My two young pups have never been to the groomer before and I’ve been turned away from other groomers because of it. They’re very nervous when it comes to new people. I let the owner know and she was so incredibly patient with them and was great at communicating with me. She would send me text updates during the whole process and my two girls look amazing!!! The prices are very reasonable too. I definitely recommend you take your dogs here.

I reached out to Dora prior to booking anything, she responded promptly and courteously. We had a conversation to figure out scheduling, expectations / concerns for the behavior of my dog and understanding of how Dora would perform the service.
She performed the work in a skilled, calm manner and made it easy for my dog to have a comfortable experience during her service.
Over all the service took about an hour. Bath/ drying/ ear cleaning/ de-shed/ nail trimming.
Dora was knowledgeable/concise and friendly to work/ communicate with.
Have seen other reviews on here about her work, and would disagree with those with negative experiences, in fact, I chose to reach out to Dora because of the way she responded to those negative reviews and how she handled her self in business.
if you communicate with her and know your animals behavioral habits and history regarding their physical well being ; you will have reasonable expectations and great results.

I have been practicing yoga for 20 plus years and The Space is my favorite. They provides a myriad of classes with knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Monday morning Power flow yoga at 9:30 with Veronica is the perfect start to the week. Movements are intentional and challenging without being rushed. Her style is easygoing and soulful. I always feel when I leave than upon arrival.

Purely Hot is the best yoga studio in Sacramento. I’ve been to several different hot, yoga, places and purely hot is by far the best! All the instructors and staff, And the owner are such wonderful people! They genuinely care about their customers and want to teach you the practice and how to get better. I take my daughter here for a special needs yoga class and have joined the class myself on a couple of occasions. What makes this Y6 location special is the owner, Kia, who teaches many of the classes herself. Kia exudes kindness and patience. She works easily with the wide range of abilities and differences among the special needs students. Kia has a small staff of teachers most of whom have been with her for the year plus that we have been clients. All of the staff that I have met are friendly and engaging. The yoga studio is also kept neat and clean. Often, while I wait in the lobby during class time the on-duty staff member will be cleaning the floors and bathrooms. The yoga studio is also conveniently located next door to a supermarket, a pet store and other shops.
I've been going to Rise for about 6 months now and really love the variety of yoga classes, the instructors, and the amazing community. The studio has such a great vibe and has become a sanctuary for me. I do the monthly membership so I have the flexibility to go to classes anytime I can. So glad I found this place!!!
First time at this studio and it was such a great experience! Vikki was the instructor for Flow & Restore, and she is truly a gem. Her energy is so warm and welcoming, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the class.
As a beginner, I’d describe the class as moderate, but there was never a moment where I felt like I couldn’t participate, I just modified when needed. We used props like bolsters and blocks, and the flow moved at a really comfortable pace. I loved that each movement could be adjusted to make it easier or more challenging, which makes this class feel accessible for both beginners and more experienced students.
The restorative portion at the end was amazing, especially legs up the wall. I genuinely felt a shift in my nervous system by the end of class. I came in with a lot of internal dialogue and some anxiety about whether I might hurt myself, especially since I’ve had two abdominal surgeries in the past year and a half. But Vikki created such a safe, supportive environment that I was able to move my body in a way that felt really good.
She kept the pace beautifully, and the overall energy of the space felt calm and grounding. I can’t say enough great things. This was such a wonderful way to start a Sunday morning. I’m already looking forward to the next class and can absolutely see myself becoming a regular here!
Fusion Pilates with Bridget was awesome! I'm not new to yoga, but am to Pilates and this was a great intro! The space is calm, friendly and spacious. Bridget was warm and informative right off the bat, and her instruction was easy to understand! I will definitely be back!
Love this place! I especially like soothing yoga on Sunday’s with Bryant. I always leave feeling delicious. At the end he offers (he also gives the option to easily not participate) a little aromatherapy with YL essential oils. It’s the perfect ending to a chill practice. Good for anyone, beginner or advanced. I’ve been doing yoga for a while but it’s hard, imo, to find classes like this. Highly recommend checking it out.

I've been putting off reviewing Solfire because where do I even start!!! There are no words to explain how much this studio and community mean to me. If you are looking for a strong community, challenging but balanced classes, a great workout, and a no frills kind of space and vibe, this is the place for you. It is a studio that really just lets the yoga speak for itself. No frills, no Pilates princess influencer vibes, no white and beige walls. It's cozy, homey, welcoming, and everything a new or seasoned Yogi would want in their studio. But don't let the friendly faces and colorful space fool you. Some of the power vinyasa classes are NO JOKE. In the best way of course. Not to mention, the teachers here are amazing. Every one is a little bit different so you never get bored!

As a former football player and active lifter, I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries over the years. I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists, but working with Travis has easily been the best experience I’ve had.
Travis is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to understand what’s causing the problem instead of just treating symptoms. I’ve had multiple shoulder surgeries that left me with chronic pain and severely limited range of motion for nearly 9 years. Honestly, I had almost given up hope that things could improve without another surgery - which isn’t exactly ideal with two toddlers running around.
After just a few sessions, my shoulder pain and function improved tremendously. By targeting and releasing some of the overactive muscles, Travis helped restore range of motion that allowed me to finally strengthen weaker muscles I couldn’t properly access before.
Whether you’re looking for general recovery, a full body massage, or need help with a specific injury or chronic issue, I can’t recommend Travis enough. He absolutely knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping people feel and move better.
Adrianna is the best. I have been to a lot of massage therapists, I usually get monthly deep tissue massages along with a chiropractor adjustment for my back and neck pain issues, my last place closed, I went to a few other places that I didn't feel comfortable with and then I found Remedy Massage Therapy. I booked a neuromuscular massage and it was absolutely wonderful! Not painful like a deep tissue massage can be. She is very gentle with slow maneuvering around body and knots. She is a very calm, friendly and respective. Very easy to talk to and professional. My neck and back have a approved a lot since going to her. She also gave me follow up information and stretches on my 2nd visit for my problem areas. I can't say enough good things about her.

Katrina is such an amazing masseuse! I went in for a TMJ session and I have never felt better. Although I won’t lie if I didn’t say, it is an intense process and not for the weak. I will be coming back to see her again. If you need TLC and self care, she is your go to! 💕
A friend recommended lymphatic drainage massage after surgery as my swelling was extensive. I was a bit skeptical at Christina’s technique, but by the end of my sessions (I’ve had 2 so far), I felt immediate relief in the areas where the swelling was most extreme. She was very gentle (which was nice because my limbs were sensitive to touch) and explained what she was doing along the way. She also explained what was happening within my lymphatic system and gave me things to try when feeling discomfort at home and work. I really appreciate Christina and the service she provides and will definitely continue to see her. A plus to all of this is that she is just a kind, open and friendly person and I enjoy conversing with her throughout our sessions. I highly, highly recommend contacting Christina for a lymphatic drainage massage!
Elaine is a gift to this world. Within the first ten minutes of my session, my nose finally stopped running! I’ve had a runny nose past several months. After my session with her, my glucose levels improved without doing anything different and a layer of heavy grief that I had been dealing with for so long has finally lifted. Gilberto does an amazing job. I come in with aches and strains from my workouts, and he is always able to assess the problem and work his magic to get me relief. My PT Drew Reid was fantastic! Prior to having a total hip replacement in Nov ‘24, I went to another PT. It felt performative. On the other hand,my experience with KPPT/Drew felt collaborative because he listened to my needs, and as a result understood my lifestyle and the resources available to me. He suggested progressively more challenging PT routines based on my feedback and his expertise. I made tangible progress weekly and was able to get back to playing pickleball and cycling around 8 weeks after THR. That’s a huge win in my book! I continued to make tangible progress thereafter and even after “graduating” from PT continue to get stronger.
The staff are amazing and all so helpful. I'm trying to put off knee surgery and Susana has been the most helpful therapist I know. She listens well and explains what she's trying to do to help heal my knee. She has a huge amount of knowledge and so does all of the aides who are also extremely helpful. I love using the Pilates equipment there too, I feel it adds strength without being weight bearing. I will definitely use this clinic for any future needs.
Lino has a true gift for understanding the human body, identifying the source of pain, and efficiently relieving it. Our entire family has benefited from his expertise over the years and we are very grateful for his skill.

I had surgery with Dr. Scott Green in April 2024, and overall I’m very happy with my results. From the initial consult, he made a great impression very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He has excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with surgery. A friend recommended him to me, and I can definitely see why.
Before surgery, I lost about 30–35 pounds and then lost an additional 10 pounds afterward. Looking back, I do wish I had gotten a little closer to my personal goal weight before having the procedure, but I’m still happy with the outcome and continuing to work toward my goals. Your girl is looking snatched!
One thing I appreciated was that he strongly recommended walking after surgery, which helped me tremendously during recovery. He did not personally recommend massages, although I ended up getting them later on , around six months post-op.
His nurse was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. After surgery, most of my follow-up interactions were with his nurse rather than Dr. Green himself. I understand he has a busy practice, but I would have liked to have seen him a little more during the recovery process.
Overall, I had a positive experience and am happy with my decision and my results! My before and after results are featured on his instagram page, but here are a few of my after! No more fupa!
I’m so glad I gave acupuncture a try with Jennifer. She was so patient with me even though I was admittedly nervous about the idea of being covered in a bunch of different needles. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Even though I came in with a lot of other issues on my intake form, I like that she didn’t try to oversell me on different things off the bat. :) My traps finally have some relief though!

On vacation and needed some relief. Tried out Sacramento Acupuncture Project. I've been 2x now with Lori. Both treatments were amazing. The space is really nice, community acupuncture but there's some walls that seperate area, so a little more private than just one big room. They use reflexology recliners. Overall a really great experience. Have another appointment already booked. And next time I'm in town I will be back!
I have worked with Dr Stretton over the past 7 years on a number of issues such as infertility, sleep disruption, and sports injury recovery. I walk away every time feeling much better after her treatments.
Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage review: I started at JJ seeking acupuncture and therapeutic massage for a stiff/painful neck and shoulder issue last year. But then I stayed a monthly visitor because I switched to the Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage with Sherry, and that has been a game changer for my overall stress relief and body tension. It's my favorite new self care routine! The Meridian MASSAGE does all over your body trigger points I believe, and that really works well for reducing overall body pain and keeps me feeling more relaxed in general. I was prescribed lymphatic drainage massage by a physical therapist to treat a condition and I was happy to see that this could be added to my existing massage treatments. So now I get a 90 minute Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage once a month to reduce my daily pain so it helps keep me moving and doing the things I love.
I can't find enough words to describe how phenomenal this place is. I have been to different acupuncture centers including some in LA and by far this place is my favorite place. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She works on your problem and solve it. She will give you some relief. Amazing service. My husband and I enjoyed her work and will definitely be back. 5STARS

I have known Dr Fan for over 30 years and when I was in Sacramento she took care of my Martial Arts students and my family. She help me with heal spurs to allergies. She is the Best. Great place. I don't get the massage only acupuncture. Massage consists of therapist physically assaulting you lol. I don't like those massages. Acupuncture is great though. Helps with my pain and I sleep like a baby after! Highly recommend this place!

They helped me with doing the 6 hours behind the wheel. I went from knowing basics to being confident while driving on freeway as well as highway or any roads. I have recently taken the defensive driving test. It was very informative and the test was very helpful. reminded Me of things I was a little rusty on and things that might have changed over the years. I think everyone should do this test and brush up on things that might have changed over the years. I had such an amazing experience with my driving instructor Mr. Brad. I took 3 lessons with him and got my certificate. He was really friendly and every lesson was very instructive and useful for the test. The driving lessons package from American Champions Driving School is the best value and quality you can find anywhere in the Sacramento region. Mr. Brad taught me many things in an effective and straight forward way insuring that I pass the test. Overall, this was a great and smooth experience that I would 100% recommend to all new drivers.
