They have really bad service and they charge me twice for the nails that they make really ugly. At first I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I didn’t read that it was a tattoo but then when I had got to my appointment I read over everything and I had a lot of questions and Kate answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable! When she got done mapping my eyebrows out she let me look at them before she started going over them which I really liked! Once she was done she over how to take care of them! She showed me how they looked like and when I tell you she was so on point with what I wanted she was definitely on point I love how they came! Melissa is incredible! I admired her work with the trans and crossdressing communities, so I thought it would be great to support her business and give her makeup services a try. I grew up learning how to do my makeup from YouTube tutorials and have kept up with trending beauty products; I felt pretty confident going into my appointment but, man, did I have so much to learn still. Melissa is incredibly meticulous in her makeup application and overall cleanliness, making sure to never contaminate her products and working with a very gentle touch. I was sooo relaxed the whole time she was working on me, I could have fallen asleep! Even though I have a different shade and bone structure of her usual clientele (I am a cis Black woman), she shade matched me perfectly and did amazing prep to make sure my makeup stayed on all day despite my oily skin. I have NEVER seen my face look as close as it did to the time of application after nearly 12 hours of wear as I did when Melissa did my makeup! I have since started changing my application techniques to mimic Melissa's with my everyday products and, WOW, what a game changer. I can't wait to see Melissa again and learn more from her!

I’ve been going to Jordynn for skincare for 5+ years. Came here to get my mom a tattoo after recommended online. Potter is an amazing artist and did a fantastic job on her dream tattoo. They space is super nice and offers snacks/sodas/water. To honor the 10th anniversary of my Mom’s death, I got my first tattoo. While this couldn’t have been a terribly exciting or creative tattoo for the staff, you wouldn’t have known it. The entire staff are respectful and worked to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. My Mom’s handwriting was small but Dante is meticulous. His fine line skills are top quality. The shop is inviting and the staff fun yet professional.

Today I took both my daughters (ages 4 and 10) to get their ears pierced at Next Level Tattoo. Manuel Flowers the owner welcomed us in and was very informative during the entire process. Manuel was patient with my daughters and explained the entire process to them. The piercings were painless and extremely fast! My daughters were so happy with the results! I am 60yo, and this was my first tattoo, so naturally I was very cautious about getting a meaningful design, staying true to the concept, and having the best quality that will stand the test of time. From our first communication, I had great confidence in Sebastian. He obviously knows his craft, but most importantly, he tattoos for the love of the art, and was able to explain what it means to him. He went through a series of questions about the detail before we started, and I knew from the questions he asked that he was a perfectionist. The process was fantastic, and he maintained my confidence throughout - I never had any doubt. The result is nothing less than spectacular - the detail and color are magnificently faithful to the original design. I am happier with the result than I could possibly have imagined. It really is quite perfect. The porcelain tile in our Tempe outdoor patio area was installed with proper slope toward the drain and sealed correctly so water channels away instead of pooling, practical and beautiful at the same time!
I had Arizona Home Floors remove my pool deck and painted patio and remove tile from my front steps. I decided to use them versus a pool contractor because they were dustless and pool contractors said there was going to be a lot of dust in the air which could blow into neighbors yards.
My lead technician Rogelio and his crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Really, there was no dust! All the pool deck texture, paint and tile were removed down to the bare concrete. We encountered 1 small hiccup which was promptly addressed and satisfactory resolved. I would definitely use them again.

I had Van, the owner, come out and assess the issue of rechaulking the area between the kitchen countertops and backsplash and to fill in the grouting of certain areas of my porcelain tile floors. His price was very reasonable and I had Republic West Remodeling come in abt 13 years ago and do a total remodel of my kitchen, greatroom, removal of a wall, all flooring and certain arches in the home. I also had them refresh the paint on 8 of my kitchen cabinets (off site). I completely trust Van and RWR and their word is their bond! We had an amazing experience with the team at Home Makeover Creations. They installed a new front door with a security screen as well as a side door for our home. Once the work began, they ran into some unexpected issues and even though this added some challenges to the project, the team handled everything professionally and thoroughly.

We had an overall positive experience with McCurdy Construction on the remodel of our master bathroom. In our opinion, the quality of the workmanship and materials was top notch. The design phase with Kaitlyn was clear, pleasant, and insightful. The team that worked on our project - Anthony, Zach, Eric, and all of the others - were polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. We felt like they were up-front with us when issues came up and give us a clear picture of our options. They were respectful of our home, taking the time to protect the areas that they were working in. We have been very pleased with the final outcome.
Our only critiques are that communication was challenging at the beginning of the project, as we were promised an initial bid within two weeks' time. That didn't happen, and it was difficult to establish regular, reliable communication. It was also estimated when the construction phase on our project began in early January that it would be completed by the end of February, perhaps spilling into March a bit. There were long stretches were no work or minimal work occurred, and the project was completed in May. This was longer than we were anticipating and created some challenges for our family.
Overall, we were happy with the outcome and would use them again when the need or situation arises.
**2025 update: they just completed a renovation on a second full bathroom in our home. Went very smooth - they were timely, reliable, communicative and thorough. Even more so than the first bathroom. We're very happy with the outcome, and with McCurdy overall!

Bobby from K&R came out to my house to give me a free inspection and advice for a bed bug problem I thought I had. I spoke with him for 10-15 minutes to go over different options for treating the problem and then showed him a picture I took of the insect. Turns out I should have started with the picture. He confirmed that the insect was actually a spider and not a bed bug like I thought. He gave me some solid advice on how to treat the problem myself and didn't charge me anything. Work ethic like this is a rare treat these days. I was impressed by his knowledge and honesty and will keep him in mind for any future issues I have with pests. I would also recommend him to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their problem. The other local pest control companies I called all wanted to charge me for an inspection and were quick to quote out an expensive solution that would have ended up being overkill for my spider problem.

The money I spend on Seal out Scorpions is worth every penny and more. After years of struggling with scorpions in my house (our house is on the site of an old tree nursery) I was ready to move out. Fortunately we found this company and we have had no scorpions in the house for years now. I had the whole house sealed, receive monthly service and a year maintenance visit. The maintenance visit was today and the technicians (yes plural - two of them!) examined every window, door seal, vent and more inside and outside. They caulked and replaced worn out weatherstripping and examined every corner with a magnifying mirror. On top of that the technicians are professional and polite and kind. To me it is worth paying top dollar to keep my family and pets safe.

I called Bug Guardian to scorpion seal my house and they did a great job. 3 guys working for 3 hours straight inside, up on the roof, on the ground making sure everything was secure for a very reasonable price. We were quoted by 3 companies looking to get turf installed. Not only were we quoted the most reasonable price, they also suggested pavers off of our porch (we ended up going with their suggestion), and they were so down to earth and not pushy AT ALL, which we really appreciated!

I had these guys come out and trim a tree for my parents. They did an amazing job. They trimmed and thinned our tree that needed it desperately and evened it out. The clean up they did was awesome. In fact i havent seen work like this since my own personal tree trimmer Luis was around. They made it look like noone uad even been there. I had a very good experience having impressions done for my crown. No more of the goopy tray, it made my day. The front and back office where as efficient as the tech was doing the impression I was very happy and satisfied.
I apparently forgot to post this, so I wanted to do all the visits that I did after the first crown above. I was so fortunate to have a dentist by the name of Vanessa.Guerrero, she did not catch me in the best mood when I first met her for doing my crowns. She had such a phenomenal way of working so confidently and steady, speaking with me, And helping me calm down. I normally have some type of sedation for dental work, but with her work, I did not need any and I was shocked.
Fast forward I just received my permanent crowns, I had lost both temporary, so I was not in a good mood. Again, she came in and worked so professionally and so well with the technician that it calmed me down immediately. I cannot say enough good about how professional she is and how lucky I was to get her. I don’t know exactly where she’s going back to her practice when she’s done here at New Horizon’s, but her patients are going to be extremely satisfied and blessed

My journey started 14 months ago. I had back surgery in 2019. I used to love to take walks before and after surgery. Fast forward to 2023. I was not able to take walks without pain. My lower back hurt all the time and I had nerve pain down my left leg. I was sleeping about 4 hours a night from chronic pain and anxiety caused by my pain. Dr. Marquez was recommended to me by a friend. I have been going to see her for adjustments since then. I do not take pain medication! I do not have chronic pain in my lower back, the nerve pain is 95% gone and I sleep 7 to 8 hours through the night.

This is the best vet I've ever had. Dr Wells has been a vet in Tempe since the 80s. He's a great Vet and a good man. I will always bring my pets here. Update: 5 years later I still fell the same. Prices are high everywhere, his cost for an office visit is more reasonable.
I love Dr Edwards she seems to really care about my pets and tries to make sure she can solve any issue without charging you an arm and a leg. I recommend her to all my friends who have pets! She's also a vet who actually seems to like cats. If you have cats you may understand that not all of that seem to like cats or want to work with them or want to work with them. But she doesn't seem to have this issue. Honestly, all the staff can't seem to get enough of my cat even though they have their own cats roaming around the office! ❣️
Tempe Lake provided a headache-free experience through and through. From making the appointment, checking in, initial examination and follow up Tempe lake's staff were professional, clear and kind. Even our cat (Naia), who is usually extra stressed at and after vet visits, was quick to warm up to them and return to her usual antics when we got home after the exam and treatment!
Comparing with other clinics, even their treatment plans and pricing were meaningfully less difficult and expensive. As our kitty is getting older, we expect her needs will be growing in time, but we are less concerned with being able to afford to get her the care she needs thanks to Tempe Lake.
Caring, compassionate, Dr. Bebaway & the staff are exceptional! I've been taking my furbabies there for years, & would not dream of going anywhere else!

All of the employees here are so sweet and kind. I have one senior rescue dog, and one rescue that is still terrified of everything. I get their nails done here regularly and no matter who we get assigned to as walk-in appointments, they are well taken care of. Highly highly recommend!

Ben is a new massage therapist so I thought I’d give him a try. Ben has a sweet personality and I was not disappointed with the massage. Head to toe relaxation which I needed. Ben was good about asking for preferred pressure, any areas to avoid, etc. The massage rooms were extremely well appointed & comfortable. It’s the first time I’ve had a massage without getting completely stuffed up. Whatever they are doing, it smells great & works. You can tell that a lot of love went into thoughtfully designing the massage rooms. It was a delightfully therapeutic & relaxing massage. Thank you One Tribe!
I finally got to one of Jim’s Saturday ashtanga improv classes. Wow I wish I could go every weekend. The community was so welcoming. Jim is an expert guide in creating and facilitating a personalized ashtanga practice. The cues and metaphors deepened my practice in the moment and keep me thinking about it afterwards. Jim will demonstrate or talk through modifications for any level. So fun as he adds a little of level 1,2 and 3 play into a very accessible class for all. Highly recommended.
I've been going to SOY (and formerly SWIHA) for yoga classes, and previously teacher training, for 18 years. This is my utmost favorite yoga studio, and school, anywhere. Juli is the most inspiring, incredible, dedicated, unbelievably amazing yoga teacher. I look forward to her class every week. Beyond that, there is a true sense of community here. The people, the kindness, the spirit of welcomeness. I've been to many yoga studios in my life; this one is the best, hands down.
One of the unique features of Innervision’s hot yoga is that it’s far infrared heat and totally different from just plain hot yoga.
When I joined the studio in 2012 I tried regular hot yoga several times, and it did not agree with me! However, when the studios introduced infrared (with panels in the ceiling) it was a totally different experience for me! The infrared was heating objects, not just air. It felt therapeutic and relaxing, and was easier to stretch. I’ve been a fan ever since.
If students haven’t tried infrared hot yet, they’ve no idea what they’re missing. And they have it at both their Tempe and Ahwatukee studios.
Pilates Tempe is a wonderful studio. It is run so efficiently and professionally. The staff is second to none. The teachers have their own unique style of teaching and are all Very knowledgeable.The owner is constantly switching things up, offering a plethora of work out options and exposing us to a variety of modalities. The classes are so fun offering every person the ability to tweek the work out to fit your level of performance. Can't say enough about this studio. They are the best of the best. Great job Pilates Tempe.
My husband and I have been traveling 25 minutes each direction to see Sharla at Espirit Pilates. It is so worth the drive! Sharla knows how to keep our bodies safe and make them stronger. My husband has been working on his flexibility and I am working on my overall strength. We feel wonderful after our sessions and that good feeling lasts. Sharla is also great at CranialSacral therapy and is training to be a master of the craft. We are happy we found this gem in Tempe!
I’m visiting Tempe for a few days and wanted to keep up with my Pilates workout so I booked a Control and Balance class here. Let me start by saying it was wonderful! The entire place was spotless, including the bathroom (which was bright and spacious, and offered lotion as well). The teacher, Hailey, was excellent! Her instructions were very clear and offered a variety of different levels of exertion.
I loved every minute of it!
We got a couples massage here and Ananda and Helena are masters at what they do. They were super knowledgeable about how to help our pain points and even showed me a stretch to help me on the daily. We felt truly cared for and are excited to come back!
Caylee IS AMAZING! She explained everything she was doing and was super patient. I entered the studio feeling pain at a level 10 and I left feeling an 8. That was way better than I thought. Today I am able to bend over a little better and stand tall for longer periods thanks to her. I am definitely going to become a periodic customer.

Muzique is AMAZING at what she does!! I’ve been traveling, trekking around luggage, sleeping in different beds…my neck, shoulders, and back were full of knots and pain. Muzique immediately found them all. I don’t know I’ve ever had a massage therapist hone in on my knots that quickly. Phoenix Earth Massage was an oasis— a palace of respite — for this weary solo traveler. After attending a wedding, I had decided to remedy the “Sunday scaries” with a traditional Chinese massage with hot stones. Ada, the expert masseuse, was profoundly hospitable, kind, and accommodating, offering water, a crisp sliced apple, and a peaceful place to chill while waiting for a flight.
I came in with a stiff neck from bad working posture, knots and tension in the muscles around my shoulders, sore arms and legs from weight training, and tight hips and glutes from running.
The traditional Chinese massage is a full-body massage that increases with intensity, at first, loosening the muscles with gentle pressure and then going over all of the areas repeatedly with stronger emphasis on deep tissue and knots. Small, hot stones are used toward the end to further deepen muscle relaxation, and the finale is a head, neck, and face massage. Very thorough and satisfying! I was totally restored and ready to take on another taxing work week.
I am so grateful to Ada for her generous and nurturing care, and I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in the Phoenix area. ???
Mikki is a one woman show and books out fast, that's part of how you know she's good. She doesn't upsell you and makes you feel good about your skin just as you are and just makes your feel more beautiful with her dermaplaning and facial services. Love that she offers subscription services. I go once a month with my subscription and she will just do whatever your skin needs under the subscription plan. She really just cares about making you and your skin feel good.
I just left the best massage I have ever had! I tried the Fathrs Day special which was time in a sauna that really relaxed me and loosened my tight muscles. Then on to the human and robotic massage. I was very impressed with the robotic massage, constant pressure that I told the therapist how much pressure I wanted. It is increasingly soothing and relaxing. I wish I asked the therapist her name but she was amazing. I told her where to focus, an area that has troubled me for years. While the robotic arm was working on my back she focused most of the time on my problem area. The last 5 minutes was just the robotic arm and what a way to finish up. From there I went to a red light bed, that was my first time in one and it felt great!
When I was done I felt like I was on a cloud! I am sure this will become a regular appointment for me. Do yourself a favor and book a massage, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve tried everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING after living with chronic pain for over ten years, it being significantly worse in the past two. After a few sessions with Sam my energy levels have increased, my pain is improving and now manageable, and I’m working out like I haven’t in nearly 15 years. Still more work to go, but after session four I’m already seeing such an increase in my quality of life and seeing a side of myself that hasn’t been able to shine in so long.
I have been here two times to get a massage. It is AMAZING. She really works out the kinks from everyday stress. I highly recommend going here to anyone. I can't wait for my next massage.
Nora is amazing. Not only is she super personable and easy to talk to, she is great at what she does. I have had major back surgery that has led to lots of chronic pain and terrible knots that nobody has been able to successfully get out but her. And her stretches that she does are so helpful as well. I love her and I highly recommend people go to her.

George introduced Tuning Fork Therapy to me and I'm so glad he did! After my first treatment, I noticed things came easier for me, I could feel the blockages removed. I felt amazing! She can go really deep to work out any knots/tight areas I have, but I’ve also had some of the most relaxing massages (of my life) from her, just depends on what I ask for!

I got fully released a while ago and forgot to make a review, everyone here is so so so amazing and nice. They put up with my crying and some complaints when I didnt want to do some exercise because I didnt want to put any strain or pain in my upper/midback area after a bad rear end accident. But they encouraged me, reassured me and was very honest and open about all my questions. They welcome everyone and anyone with open arms. If I ever get into another bad accident, I'd come back here and I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you all so much!
FPC has provided excellent, treatment, and therapy guidance for my many degenerative joint problems. The stretching and strengthening exercises have improved my pain and mobility issues. My sincere thanks to Sara and her staff.
I have had two total knee replacements within the period of 2 1/2 months. I feel so fortunate to have this facility as my physical therapy provider. The facility is spotless and the receptionist is so friendly, helpful and supportive. Ryan, my therapist is THE BEST. His approach is individualized to my specific needs and issues. He is totally focused on me, the patient, during the session. Ryan is very skilled and I am amazed how he coaxes a bit more of a bend out of my two reluctant knees. He so personable, he listens and he is wonderful to work with. He gives me hope that my knees will regain full function when all is said and done. I am so grateful to have found him and this facility.

I always wanted to try acupuncture in hopes it will help with my menstrual cramps and back pains. I found Pamela and I am so glad I did. She is very kind, she listens to your needs and wants and she has also recommended products that I could be interested in for my pains. Great thing is if you are into mediumship she also does that as well. I've always wanted to try that. I decided to schedule an appointment and have my sister come with me. It was definitely a great experience and any service you try, Pamela is the one to go to.

I hate needles and I got acupuncture. My chiropractor recommended Dr. Liu for the stubborn knots in my back and shoulders which have been there for years despite pretty regular massages. I’ve noticed a difference and my insurance doesn’t cover it, but the cost is worth it.

Craig is warm, kind, and laid-back, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. He remains present with you throughout the entire treatment and listens thoroughly, taking the whole picture into account to recommend the best treatment options. He’s an expert on the therapy itself and master of his craft.
I initially visited Craig for back pain related to SI Joint dysfunction a few years ago and had great results after just one acupuncture treatment. Most recently, I saw Craig for an acute sciatica flare up that was excruciatingly painful, to the point that I could barely walk, stand, or even sit. He recommended acupuncture with cold laser for this. After one morning session, I noticed a significant decrease in pain and an increase in my overall level of mobility by the end of the day. Based on those results, I returned for a second session the following morning and have noticed even more progressive improvement since then. I am writing this about 10hrs post Session #2 and still have some residual twinges of pain and sore muscles in one leg, but the severe stabbing nerve pain has subsided. I am planning to continue 1-2x per week until the sciatica pain is entirely resolved and will make Hidden Rhythm my first stop for future musculoskeletal issues or any other issues acupuncture is known to help with. *Finally, as an ICU RN, I was initially skeptical about trying this, but Craig has a background in engineering and is able to speak to the science behind both acupuncture and laser. The results speak for themselves. If you’re still on the fence, give it a shot.
I’ve been going to Moon Spa for a couple years now. I have the monthly membership, which I’d recommend to anyone who gets at least one massage a month..totally worth it.Jason (JDD) is amazing. He has a lot of knowledge about the body and how to release tension and pain. I deal with chronic pain, migraines, upper back pain, and TMJ, and I always walk out feeling relief.
I even convinced my husband to start coming, and he says Coco is great too. Definitely recommend Moon Spa!

My experience here was amazing. I've had a lot of anxiety about driving that has hindered me from getting my license for far too long. David helped alleviate that anxiety immediately. Just let him know your worries and he will help you out. He was very insightful and helped me stay relaxed and confident. It's as if he can read your mind! You can tell that he cares about all of his students and genuinely wants to help you move forward. He gives great tips that anyone can understand. He teaches from a students perspective, not just as someone who is naturally skilled at driving. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn how to drive, especially those who are scared to learn. He is very patient, so be at ease during lessons and trust what he tells you. His lessons literally changed my life for the better.
