My mother and myself have just started with Muzo and Salim, so far it’s been an amazing experience. Not everybody can do blondes and it takes a lot of talent to do so but Muzo and Salim know exactly what to do. They have been in the hair industry for many decades and know the exact treatments and formulas needed in order to do blondes. They definitely take care of your hair and the salon feels like you’re right at home. It’s a positive atmosphere and reminds you of how salons used to be back in the 90s where you can just sit there and just enjoy life. I would highly recommend and I hope to be coming here for many years to come ?

I moved my bus Jeandown from NY just over a year ago, as someone who likes to get a hair cut every 7-10 days it was a real struggle to find both a good and reasonably priced barber. I get my hair cut by Rob at the cutting Lounge and I would highly recommend him and his services. I get a great cut every time 10/10. Here works quick so I don’t need to block out a whole hour, and my bank account doesn’t take a beating.

Another reason being, every time I'd go to a salon to have my nails done they'd do the opposite of what I would ask to be done, thinking they know better than me concerning what I want for my own nails. What is going on at these nail salons, I thought to myself, it's like experiencing a permanent 'Opposite Day' from SpongeBob SquarePants.
These days have ended because I have found the Lucky Nails Salon in Boca Raton.
I walked in without an appointment and the place was packed and it's not even the season. I was told I had to wait which is no problem at all.
My manicure was done by Van. She is incredible and took such good care of me. My nails have never looked so beautiful. We had a nice conversation and she was listening to me and did everything that I requested. When I complimented Van on one of her bracelets she actually gave it to me and I wear it with pride.
If you want to feel lucky and get your nails done in the way you would like them to be done this is the place to go!

She is quick to respond, and if she’s with a client she always lets you know and gets back to you as soon as she’s done. Last week I had my hair done by Sarah and my eyebrows waxed by Sasha. I was a little nervous because I had been going to my previous hair girl for over 10 years, and unfortunately she moved out of state about two years ago. For the past two years, I’ve been to 3 different Hair salons/Suites and had my hair done 3 different times and was never happy with the results. One day a few weeks ago I saw a lady walking in a plaza and loved her hair. So I actually stopped my car, got her attention and asked her where she got her hair done and who specifically did she use? She told me that she used Sarah at Muse in Boca Raton. I immediately made an appointment with Sarah! When I arrived at the salon, I felt comfortable right away and immediately got along with Sarah (colorist, stylist), Sasha (front desk, eyebrows, etc.), and Joseph (owner). They all had great personalities, were very down to earth, and easy to talk to. Right off the bat, I felt that the salon was family oriented, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to show Sarah some pictures of what I was trying to accomplish. She immediately understood and got right to work. Let me add, that I am very sensitive to my hair being pulled, and this is the very first time in my life that I’ve been to anyone who did foil highlights in my hair, where it didn’t hurt at all, when she was removing the foils from my hair (even my hair girl I used for 10+ years used to pull my hair accidentally when removing the foils). I have a ton of hair and they have to use about 150 foils for a full head of highlights. Once my hair was all done, blow dried and curled, I was beyond happy with the results. To make it even better, my best friend who is a salon/hair colorist skeptic, said my hair looked the absolute best that she has ever seen it! Coming from her, that meant a lot! I immediately made my next appointment, before even leaving the salon! I’m very happy with my results and I’m happy to say that I found my new hair girl for the foreseeable future! I had the best experience at Beauty in Ink. Everyone there was so nice and my artist Elza really did an amazing job on my tattoo. She drew up the exact concept I was thinking and took the time to get the detail just right and the right placement before doing the work. My piercer Alyssia was also so sweet and helpful. She took the time to help me map out what I wanted on my ear and made my piercing process smooth and less painful than I thought it would be. She was gentle and quick and talked out the process as she was working. Better than any other piercer I’ve had before. The studio was so cute and cozy and the all female lineup was honestly so refreshing. You really feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I will definitely be back.

I had wanted to replace the existing tile in my home since I moved in 5 years ago. I had researched companies over the years, postponing the decision until I met Brian and Dennis at Valentina. I chose Valentina because of them; they are both experts in the business, very professional but also kind, patient and easy to work with. Once the job started, everything went smoothly. Their team does amazing work, from carefully removing the old floor, prepping the floor and then installing the new tile. In addition, they replaced all my baseboards and tiled both bathroom showers. They worked well with the people doing the other projects going on simultaneously in the house (new kitchen and bathrooms, etc). Every Valentina employee I interacted with throughout the project was clearly knowledgeable and extremely proficient. My kitchen designer and contractor both took me aside during the job and commented on how smoothly and quickly things went and how beautiful the floors look. I've already been recommending Valentina to my friends and neighbors. I wanted to share this recommendation with others who have been hesitant to remove their old dated tile floors because it sounds like its too difficult or too big of a job. Sunshine also renovated our kitchen in 2019, which also turned out beautifully. One of the standouts of this company to me is their awareness of and use of nontoxic materials. That is very important to me. The custom cutting of woods in their own facility is also great, so for example our closets do not have the excessive number of pre-drilled holes for adjusting shelves like one sees with pre-fabricated materials that most or all of the other closet renovation companies seem to use. Lastly to mention, everyone we have encountered has been very professional, timely, polite, and knowledgeable, and the finished products are outstanding. We purchased a condo that was built in the 1980's, and it definitely looked it. The floor plan was closed, dark, and a little depressing. Maor and his team understood that we needed to open up the floorplan, brighten everything, and bring the condo into the 2020's.
They delivered a proposal within 24 hours, gave us a time frame of 6 weeks. As soon as we pulled the trigger, the ML Builders team went to work immediately. Anyone who has built a home or done any significant remodeling, cost and time overruns are the norm. Not in this project. They completed the project on budget and slightly faster than they had projected, despite there being challenges with material fulfillment.
We have worked with so many builders and remodeling companies and we have always been disappointed. ML Builders are the 1%. Evergreen just wrapped up an amazing job lining the outside of my property with beautiful lighting. The accenting to the landscape is great, and totally brings new life to the property. In addition they added lights to areas in need within my backyard as well as a water feature. These guys were professional, great at communication, salvaged existing components to help save me money. The final cost was very fair. I'm already getting compliments. I also want to mention that I purchased a few rolls of turf from Evergreen for another project and they gave me great material at a great price. So happy with the way everything came out. Will be calling Evergreen if I need any landscaping help in the future.

11/10 I started with intense back pain. I went to another Chiropractic Clinic. I signed up for the extended treatment plan. No results. My PCP referred me to a spinal pain Dr. Prescribed pain meds. No help. I was bent forward. Could barely walk. I was referred to an Orthopedic Dr. I was on Facebook, which I never am. I saw Dr McNabb’s post. I got a wicked vibe. ?? I got goose bumps. ?? I made an appointment. Boca Chiropractor did X-rays. Dr McNabb gave me a Decompression and Chiropractic treatment that 1st day. I felt relief . Didn’t try to sell me anything. Dr said “ please make an appointment, we will go over your x rays and design a plan to help you.”I did. 10 treatments later. I am a new man. Honest! I look forward to my visits. Please, please please, go there!

Life-changing experience with Dr. Lipman
Dr. Lipman truly saved me today. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor on and off, but it turns out my issue was much deeper than just adjustments. What I was dealing with was significant fascial restriction and twisting that needed to be released, not just cracked and sent on my way.
Dr. Lipman immediately recognized this and took the time to actually address the root of the problem. His knowledge of fascia and the body as a whole is incredible. The work he did was intentional, thorough, and exactly what my body needed.
Even though I know I have a journey ahead of me, I already feel so much better after just one visit, which honestly says everything. I finally feel hopeful instead of frustrated.

I simply had to update my earlier review of Dr Fano's Boca Spine & Wellness Center - because WOW! I've just had a new therapy offered here: shockwave. The name may sound intimidating, and if you check out videos of how other practitioners are using this on patients it may give you some anxiety? The videos may show patients grimacing under the tat-tat-tat-tat-tat of the shockwave wand. But I am SO VERY glad I got this treatment on my hip. I have a torn labrum and off-set hip joint on my right side. I've endured YEARS of pain cycles, triggered by either exercise, stress or some unknown cause. My pain would be a combination of dull ache, pulsed pain, ice-pick stabbing and stiffness, with discomfort high, about a 9 on a scale of 1-10, lasting several days. I've been getting the laser tissue, back decompression and manual adjustments at the clinic for the past year, which have provided huge improvement in my condition. But the other day, I tried shockwave treatment on that hip and it was transformative. The treatment lasted maybe 5-7 min on the area, beginning with some cool gel, then the wand being passed over repeatedly. The only sensation I felt at level 8 (on scale that goes up to 12) was a very brief rubber-band snap. In the days since my first shockwave treatment, I've NO redness, bruising, tenderness, or pain of ANY kind. Stiffness is nearly gone. The first night, I was able to sleep on my affected hip side with NO pain - first time in months. The next day, I had a very mild sensation of tissue massage? But the overwhelming feeling has been one of utter RELEASE. No sharp pain, no dull ache, no ice-pick stabbing. I honestly feel like that right hip has never had a single issue. I will be adding this treatment to my weekly visits. Even if someday I have to have surgery to repair that torn labrum, if I can get back to living, exercising, travel and enjoying life PAIN FREE, it's a game-changer.

I had an appt today at Clearlyderm in Boca Raton, FL with dermatology Nurse Practioner Elizabeth Meador. I hadn't been for a full body exam since before the pandemic, so I was hoping that she wouldn't find any new basal cell skin cancers. She did a thorough exam and fortunately I was clear! She did find several pre-cancerous areas on my face which I plan to have treated with their blue light treatment. I found the Boca Raton Clearlyderm office very well run with courteous front desk personnel & medical assistants. The office was also clean, modern, and all medical records are kept online in a confidential portal.

What an amazing find this clinic is. We had a bad experience at another local vet clinic at 5th Ave Shoppes and I called this clinic to see if they could fit me in as an emergency and they did. This place is most definitely a spa in every sense of the word for our fur babies. I called and got Milo in the very next day. Milo is a senior, 14 yrs old and they took extra care with him. Started solid core about a month or so ago and I am loving it. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the workouts are always challenging. This isnt your typical pilates class - rather its a strength training version of Pilates and seriously you feel amazing after every class. Love the solid core vibe - the workout is done in a semi dark blue lit room and the music is always upbeat. Definitely recommend trying out solid core- youll likely get addicted and sign up for a membership. :)

Dr. Cory is very knowledgeable and experienced. I reached out to him for my herniated disk-related issues, sciatic pain, etc., which were bothering me. The massages build up over time as he starts with the basics and adjusts the course based on the improvements. He also suggests equipment that could fit your situation and advises how to use it. Overall, I had an excellent experience and good results from the sessions.

This was an amazing experience! Dr. Corsa is incredibly knowledgeable. I walked in complaining about sharp pain in my knee while cycling. After I loosely described what I felt, she knew exactly what it was and gave the full scientific names. Nothing short of magic!! The people working there are also very welcoming. I felt as if we were working together to fix my knee rather than in a cold doctor's office. Her facility is incredible. Thank you so much for the experience; highly recommend!
My 8 year daughter met with Dr. Perretto for a hypermobility assessment today. We received a comprehensive 3 hour assessment that involved an extensive physical and functional evaluation. She gave us confirmation of our daughter’s hypermobility and gave us valuable insight on actionable steps we can take to prevent injury and to improve her athletic performance. We are starting targeted physical therapy and are very happy that we finally have a practitioner that understands that medicine is not “one size fits all.”
Meredith has been LIFE CHANGING!!! I am so incredibly grateful to be working w her and to have found her! Before finding her, I was in chronic pain due to physiologic structure (and other variables she later identified) which not only was physically debilitating but lead to feeling scared and disempowered emotionally. Not only has she drastically changed and helped strengthen my physical body but I now have a renewed sense empowerment and deeper connection with my body because of the knowledge and education she has imparted upon me. Her expertise and knowledge base is extraordinarily rare! She applies her in depth, advanced understanding of scientific/ medical knowledge combined with specific movement modalities that encorporate pilates/yoga and of course Schroth. There are very few practitioners in this country (or even around the world) that have knowledge of Schroth. So how lucky are we to have an expert in our own “backyard”! I’ve learned first hand the astounding application for healing through Schroth. But Meredith is a brave creative thinker and uses not just her physical therapy background but combines them all into a custom tailored system for one’s individual body needs. Working with her has been SO much more than just physical therapy- it has been a total life wellness integration! I can not recommend her highly enough- a true gem. Lastly, her creative approach spills over into her design aesthetic- the facility is impeccably and so tasteful designed. I am currently working with two wonderful OT. therepists for my hand. Lisa Epstein and Tina Chew have been great. They are motivating, kind and patient. Their knowledge and skills help me to achieve my goals. They continue to think out of the box and help me with my recovery. They have had years of hands on training and I cannot thank them enough. I will continue to work my best with them. I give them FIVE stars each. For those looking for OT. specialists you have found the place.

I’ve been going to Leafline Acupuncture for the better part of a year. I originally went to Donna because I had hurt my back. She helped me on my journey to heal through her acupuncture and hot cupping techniques. Since healing my back she has also helped me with my very difficult menstrual issues when no Doctor I have ever gone to has ever tried to even address. I had my first period that was not painful by listening to her recommendations and following through with them. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She truly cares for you as a person and your health.

Dr Xu & her staff are excellent!! My son was sick for months & going through a very difficult time. His mainstream doctors could not figure out what was wrong with him & after 3-4 months of being sick it was really taking a toll on him emotionally & physically. He went to many doctors & specialists & had many blood tests done, still no one could figure out what was wrong with him. I decided to give something new a try & went to visit Perfect Union of Body & Mind. The staff on the phone was very patient & explained everything to me about the appointment. The office was very clean, calm & peaceful. After seeing Dr Xu, she knew what was wrong with him in less than 20 seconds! Amazing!!! She was very patient with him & made him feel very comfortable receiving treatment. Throughout his time being treated there, he received acupuncture, herbs, massage & DDS. He began to feel better even after his 1st visit! I am so lucky we found Dr Xu & her staff & will be forever grateful to them for fixing our son.
